  • Autoimmune conditions (RA, Hashimoto’s, fibromyalgia, CFS) caused by Epstein-Barr virus.
  • OCD and PTSD linked to toxic heavy metals.
  • Gut sensitivity and inflammation with vagus nerve involvement.
  • Hair loss, skin aging, brittle bones linked to caffeine use.

Recipe/Protocol: Red Cabbage Tacos with Mango Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  • Red cabbage leaves (for taco shells)
  • 1 medium heirloom tomato, diced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Avocado, sliced or diced (¼ to ½ per taco)
  • Cilantro, chopped (about ¼ cup)

Mango Ginger Sauce:

  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ to 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon red bell pepper flakes
  • A splash of water (to blend)

Instructions

  1. Carefully peel cabbage leaves from base to avoid tearing; use as taco shells.
  2. Dice tomato, thinly slice red onion and red bell pepper.
  3. Slice or dice avocado.
  4. Chop cilantro roughly.
  5. Combine tomato, onion, red bell pepper, avocado, and cilantro in a bowl; mix gently.
  6. For sauce, blend mango, lime juice, dates, ginger, red pepper flakes, and water until smooth.
  7. Spoon mango ginger sauce over the mixed filling.
  8. Fill cabbage leaves with the mixture and sauce to make tacos.
  9. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Additional Notes

  • Leafy greens are best consumed in larger quantities as a food group, not just a garnish or side.
  • Sensitive guts may react to raw foods due to inflamed nerves; mono eating or gentle protocols can help.
  • Avoid processed, inflammatory foods even if they feel good momentarily (e.g., bread and butter).
  • Healing requires removing root causes (viruses, heavy metals) and supporting with the right foods.

2:16 anthony could strep feed other bacteria
2:18 or make
2:19 them grow strep won't feed
2:22 other bacterias but streps they're
2:25 really annoying because
2:27 they get um they get antibiotic
2:29 resistant over the years if you've had
2:30 antibiotics for something like for
2:32 coughs or ear infections as a child or
2:34 for strep throat and the strep gets
2:36 immune to the antibiotics and then it
2:38 becomes
2:38 sibo later it becomes acne becomes acne
2:42 and it becomes sibo that's what the
2:43 scrub does and
2:45 um i talk about the strep protocol in

3:29 red cabbage tacos
3:30 that's what i'm doing description is in
3:32 the link
3:34 so about the book okay medical medium so
3:39 and uh so that's that's the new edition
3:41 so link
3:42 is in the description that's what i mean
3:45 all right you guys
3:46 so i'm going to start making this talk
3:48 about some other stuff you know
3:49 i just want to i thought about something
3:52 you know the whole moderation thing
3:54 right like eat in moderation have a
3:57 little red wine
3:58 in moderation right have
4:01 you know some chocolate cake in
4:03 moderation
4:05 maybe something else in moderation
4:07 whatever people do it's all hey
4:08 moderation
4:09 where you're eating lots of meat so it's
4:11 in moderation or eating lots of chicken
4:14 it's in moderation right so you hear
4:15 that all the time hey
4:17 it's okay just do it in moderation you
4:20 know that's all
4:21 i'm having some bacon and eggs and some
4:23 toast it's moderation
4:25 you can do it there right you hear about
4:27 having some cheese
4:28 just have the cheese in moderation if
4:31 you do the moderation thing you're okay
4:32 right is that what you hear all the time
4:34 out there
4:34 you guys you know the whole bit dr fawn
4:37 good to see you
4:38 md he's here um the moderation thing's
4:41 really confusing though because what's
4:43 moderation
4:44 when you think about it um is 10 000
4:48 chickens in a 10 years 15 years
4:51 in your life for 20 years eating 10 000
4:53 chickens is that really
4:55 moderation ten thousand eggs
4:58 eating eight thousand ten thousand
5:01 twelve thousand
5:02 eggs in ten years or more uh is that
5:04 moderation
5:05 because i'm confused about the
5:06 moderation thing um ten
5:08 000 chocolate bars in 20 years is that
5:11 moderation
5:13 you know what about coffee every single
5:15 day
5:16 what about caffeine every day and coffee
5:18 every day you're having coffee
5:20 every single day that's moderation
5:24 so ten thousand twenty thousand
5:27 fifty thousand cups of coffee in a
5:30 lifetime
5:31 fifty thousand cups of coffee in thirty
5:34 years um
5:35 five thousand cups of coffee in five
5:38 years
5:39 depending two cups a day or whatever is
5:41 that moderation
5:42 so i was trying to think about the
5:43 moderation but no one's eating
5:46 ten thousand red bell peppers
5:49 right no one's eating 10 000 lemons
5:52 no one's doing that no one's eating 10
5:55 000 tomatoes no one's having 15 000
6:00 mangoes but they're having 10 000
6:03 chocolate bars
6:04 so what the heck is this moderation bs
6:08 here out there it's pretty funny i was
6:11 listening
6:12 you know i was listening to a doctor
6:14 friend of mine he's like you know what i
6:16 just do in moderation i'm like really
6:17 like what do you mean he's like well
6:19 i have a chocolate bar i have like a
6:20 half a chocolate bar every day it's in
6:22 moderation and i'm scratching my head
6:23 saying well
6:24 there's 300 and what 365 days in a year
6:26 i'm like
6:28 okay um how many years i was like hey i
6:31 was like how many
6:32 years is that he's like i do a half a
6:33 chocolate bar every day
6:35 i need it to get my fix i have to get i
6:38 have to get my fix it keeps me going in
6:40 the middle day i said i understand i
6:41 understand
6:42 i said it's your advice and i'm like
6:43 well so how many years you've been doing
6:45 it got years and years i'm like
6:47 isn't that like i don't know like 12 000
6:50 chocolate bars or something so far
6:52 and it goes yeah but it's moderation and
6:54 i'm like i'm confused
6:56 12 000 chocolate bars i said did you
6:58 ever do 12 000 red bell peppers he said
7:00 no i did a red bill i do red
7:02 bell pepper maybe once a year i really
7:04 don't have it too often
7:05 i'm like okay well are you doing 12 000
7:09 red cabbages
7:10 because i don't know what this whole
7:12 moderation thing is
7:13 and are you doing 12 000 mangoes and
7:17 you know michelle l said ha ha i had 10
7:19 000 potatoes last week
7:21 you know and it's like and so the
7:24 moderation thing is really confusing
7:26 and it's kind of a trick it's kind of a
7:29 trick to like
7:30 i think let people do things
7:33 in a way that is gonna hurt later on
7:36 it's gonna hurt later on so you're doing
7:38 all the caffeine
7:39 doing all the coffee you're doing all
7:40 the chocolate you're doing the cacao
7:43 you're having cacao every day in your
7:44 food and on your smoothies and on your
7:46 meals and stuff and your breakfast
7:48 and and there's no such thing as
7:50 moderation with that because
7:52 wow that's cacao every single day
7:54 whether it's one way or another
7:56 whether it's in a different form or not
7:58 and the moderation is just thrown out
8:00 the window because
8:02 as the years go by it's the same thing
8:04 with chicken it's like i tell people
8:05 if you're into animal proteins look i'm
8:08 not against animal protein i'm not
8:09 against vegan diets either but i tell
8:11 people
8:12 like try not to have the chicken every
8:14 single day
8:15 i was like well i have to have chicken
8:16 every day i'd say someone would say i
8:18 have to have my chicken every single day
8:20 it doesn't have the skin on it you know
8:22 whatever it's healthier go it's still
8:24 filled with fat though it's still
8:26 chicken fat all through the meat
8:28 and i said well i have to have my
8:30 chicken every day i'm like okay but
8:32 any but but i eat in moderation you know
8:34 and i'm like okay well i'm confused
8:35 because that's ten thousand chickens as
8:37 the years go on
8:38 and oh my god that's ten thousand
8:41 chickens like what and it's like okay
8:45 well but not ten thousand red cabbages
8:48 right
8:48 not ten thousand red onions right these
8:50 beautiful red onions not ten thousand
8:52 you know leaves of or twenty thousand
8:54 fifty thousand whatever you want ten
8:55 thousand not even ten thousand leaves of
8:57 cilantro red bell pepper lemons limes
9:01 right
9:02 ten thousand limes you know and but no
9:04 and and that's the whole thing
9:06 so the moderation thing's a little scary
9:09 and
9:09 it's like okay well what about eggs man
9:11 i know people they do three to five eggs
9:14 a day
9:14 so they go on the egg they got the eggs
9:16 going on every day they're doing two
9:18 eggs they're doing three eggs every
9:19 single day
9:20 and then it's like two eggs a day that's
9:22 700 plus eggs
9:24 a year and then times that by 15 years
9:29 and you got a lot of eggs so anyway the
9:32 moderation thing is really kind of a
9:34 kind of little trickery there just want
9:36 to open your eyes to that if you guys
9:37 um so yeah you know vivian's got a
9:40 question no night shades for people with
9:42 ra well vivian the thing is with ra is
9:45 science research doesn't know the cause
9:47 of ra
9:48 so and doctors don't know what causes ra
9:50 unless they've read the books or
9:52 anything
9:53 and what you'll see in the medical
9:54 medium book the original and the new
9:56 edition here is the new edition
9:58 that i'm not keeping you away from night
10:00 shades because night shades aren't
10:02 responsible for why
10:03 you got ra or they don't cause ra
10:05 problems
10:07 they don't cause ms problems they don't
10:10 cause fibro problems they don't cause
10:11 cfs problems
10:13 and but they help heal ra
10:17 so nightshades help heal ra so but what
10:20 you'll do is you'll hear
10:21 information that's backwards
10:24 because it's coming from places that
10:26 don't know why anyone has
10:28 ra so first of all knowing why we have
10:31 ra
10:32 that's the key so why do we have ra it's
10:35 epstein-barr virus i talk about it in
10:36 here a lot of doctors know now
10:38 because of the the books medical media
10:40 books going out there
10:41 and there's thousands of healing stories
10:44 of people
10:45 ridding themselves of the r.a and guess
10:48 what potatoes were in there
10:50 red bell peppers were in there and it
10:52 wasn't hurting anybody
10:54 anyway you guys making the red cabbage
10:55 tacos um
10:58 yeah i mean right right coco beanie
11:02 these red bell peppers look amazing
11:03 right
11:05 um okay so let's start making this dish
11:08 that's what we're gonna do so i'm gonna
11:09 take
11:10 the cabbage leaves first so what you do
11:12 is
11:13 you you get a nice cabbage leaf off off
11:16 of here so that's what i'm going to do
11:17 i'm going to cut
11:17 cut the back of the cabbage leaf back
11:20 here
11:20 that's what i'm doing
11:24 and i'm going to start that i'm getting
11:27 my taco shell is what i'm doing right
11:29 now
11:31 yeah melissa says i have super high
11:33 antibodies for
11:34 epstein-barr and i think you said you
11:36 have ra i think i saw that
11:38 and yeah epstein is
11:42 the cause of r.a medical medium
11:46 information um that's the taco shell
11:49 right there
11:49 what do you guys think right i mean do
11:52 you guys do this do you take the red
11:53 cabbage leaves and make them into like
11:55 little taco shells
11:56 so that's what i'm going to do here i'm
11:57 going to put a couple here
12:00 so great everybody's coming on
12:03 guys are in my kitchen this is fun to
12:06 have you here
12:07 i'm happy i'm honored deeply honored
12:10 you're on here
12:11 and you're hanging out with me right now
12:14 um
12:14 lucero says loving all your fun and
12:18 creative recipes keep it up and then
12:20 i see you put comments on youtube and um
12:24 thank you thank you for the support and
12:26 the love so here's another one right
12:28 here this one's a little bit
12:31 i'm gonna do a couple
12:34 so what i do is so you don't tear the
12:36 leaf completely you don't tear it and
12:38 shred the leaf
12:39 what i like to do is i like to cut it
12:41 here at the base so i'm just that's a
12:43 tip that's really important with these
12:45 tacos
12:45 so i take the knife like this
12:49 and i cut the leaf down at the base
12:53 so that when you peel the leaf down at
12:55 the base you're going to have a better
12:56 chance
12:57 not to injure your cabbage your cabbage
13:00 leaf taco so as you can see
13:02 right here see how it's down here so
13:04 this is a great tip you guys
13:06 it really is and now i'm kind of peeling
13:08 back that leaf carefully
13:10 and you know you're gonna if sometimes
13:12 if you're like rushing it
13:14 you're gonna run into trouble and kind
13:15 of tear it but there you go
13:18 and i kind of did that with one of them
13:19 i rushed it just now look at that
13:22 perfect and it came off like that
13:24 because that's the way to do it if you
13:25 peel it from the top you're just going
13:27 to tear it you're just going to get in
13:28 trouble
13:29 but that's a great one um
13:35 siri says hashimoto's here know your
13:37 triggers for autoimmune disorders
13:39 um yeah
13:43 the thing is with hashimoto's is
13:44 hashimoto's is caused by epstein-barr
13:47 ra is fibromyalgia cfs those are caused
13:50 by
13:50 epstein-barr virus and i wrote about it
13:53 in the books
13:54 of how the epstein-barr virus enters
13:56 into the thyroid and flames it
13:58 because it's the virus that's inflaming
14:00 it's not the body inflaming
14:02 the thyroid so it's a really important
14:04 thing to know because if you don't know
14:06 that you're going to think your body's
14:07 causing the problem you're going to
14:08 think your body's attacking itself or
14:11 your body
14:12 is is hurting itself and that that's
14:14 really rough you know because
14:16 when we think our bodies turning against
14:17 us we get in trouble meanwhile science
14:20 research doesn't know the cause of
14:21 hashimoto's
14:22 um they are now linking epstein-barr to
14:25 it because of the medical medium books
14:27 all these years getting out there so um
14:30 and but once again if nobody knows what
14:34 causes anything the true cause is out
14:36 there
14:36 science research doesn't know then how
14:39 can anybody give direction on what foods
14:41 are problems or triggers or issues like
14:44 how would they know
14:45 but when you know it helps because then
14:48 you can eat foods that
14:49 don't cause a problem they're
14:50 anti-epstein bar because that's what
14:52 this dish is
14:53 it's really an anti-epstein-barr dish
14:55 i'm gonna take one more cabbage leaf you
14:57 guys
14:58 okay so i'm gonna cut the back of it
15:02 just one more and like i said before
15:05 is you want to carefully
15:09 start with the back is what i'm doing
15:12 and you kind of take it like
15:13 i mean it's easy to just there you go
15:18 and that's that's the way to do it i'm
15:20 replacing this one which i tore
15:22 see i rushed it and that's what can
15:24 happen but these are just great
15:26 these are just awesome so i'm going to
15:28 move this one over
15:30 so i got my little taco shells right
15:32 here let me see if i can show you guys
15:34 there you go all right
15:37 so now i'm going gonna um dice up some
15:40 tomatoes
15:41 medium tomato medium here's an heirloom
15:43 tomato
15:45 see how it's got that color to it it's
15:47 more orangey
15:48 so this is in an orange because you
15:50 might be you might think that's an
15:51 orange orange when i show it like that
15:53 so i'm going to cut this dice it up a
15:55 little bit i don't know if you guys
15:56 could see this
16:00 this dish is a healing dish these are
16:03 healing
16:03 foods so all the things we do
16:06 and we don't know they're bad for us
16:10 this dish and medical medium recipes
16:13 counter that that's the point right
16:15 so it's like we go through life we do
16:17 all these things that are bad for us i'm
16:18 going to give you a quick list
16:20 vinegar man really ages us fast
16:24 vinegar so we can do vinegar for a lot
16:26 of years back to that moderation thing
16:28 how many gallons of vinegar do you do in
16:30 10 15 years
16:32 right talking about moderation like how
16:35 many gallons of vinegar
16:37 it's amazing so when you think about
16:39 that right but
16:41 vinegar is really bad for us you guys
16:44 you know and it's nobody's fault we get
16:47 told everything's fine
16:48 right whatever it is that you're doing
16:51 maybe you're doing some ice cream some
16:52 dairy products dairy products aren't
16:54 good for us
16:55 they they they hurt us in so many ways
16:57 because they feed all the pathogens in
16:59 us so we do a lot of dairy we do a lot
17:01 of
17:01 we do a lot of vinegar vinegar is the
17:04 teeth dissolver
17:05 so that's how we lose our teeth down the
17:08 road quickly it's the gum destroyer
17:10 teeth dissolver that's the vinegar does
17:13 vinegar
17:14 pulls minerals out of teeth
17:17 is what it does so now you got to get
17:19 the implants now you're going to get the
17:20 root canals now you got to get the
17:22 teeth drilled and then you get told
17:24 apple cider vinegar it's so good for you
17:26 make sure you take tablespoons of it and
17:27 man
17:28 do you do the apple cider vinegar you're
17:30 just dissolving your teeth dissolving
17:31 your teeth dissolving your teeth and
17:33 then years down the road your teeth fall
17:34 apart all of a sudden out of nowhere
17:36 fast because it finally is that last
17:40 command it's a house of cards going on
17:43 you've got to hold whatever it is you've
17:44 got a whole tier of cards someone takes
17:46 a card out
17:46 it all falls down and you don't need it
17:49 touching your teeth it can go into your
17:51 stomach and still
17:52 pull minerals out of your teeth that's
17:54 what vinegar does um
17:56 that's why vinegars are in cleaning
17:58 supplies you guys
18:00 guys if you just got on here i'm making
18:02 these beautiful cabbage tacos right here
18:03 i'm talking about some
18:05 um some cool information okay vinegars
18:08 and cleaning supplies
18:10 because that stuff corrodes it's
18:13 corrosive
18:14 you know um i saw a comment here
18:18 tomatoes bother my joints i have ra
18:22 so here's how it works like so if you
18:25 eat
18:26 a fresh tomato right
18:30 a piece of fresh tomato it's not on a
18:31 pizza it's not tomato sauce
18:33 on something it's not tomato sauce on
18:35 pasta it's not it's not in a
18:37 it's not in one of those ways it's just
18:38 a fresh ripe say heirloom tomato like
18:41 the one i'm cutting
18:42 up here okay it's got medicine in it
18:45 it's antiviral
18:47 ra is caused by viruses when you go
18:50 and kill off some of these viruses you
18:52 might feel that because these viruses
18:54 don't
18:55 want to they don't want to get killed
18:57 off they don't want to leave the body
18:59 it's one thing too and healing foods
19:03 like these can also push out all those
19:05 neurotoxins that that the viruses create
19:08 to give you ra
19:09 another thing too is did you have a
19:11 tomato on the day you had dairy products
19:14 did you have milk
19:14 cheese butter eggs that's the ra
19:18 bacon painter right there dairy products
19:21 milk cheese butter eggs
19:23 gluten those are the ones right there if
19:25 you had gluten a week ago
19:27 you can get an r a bout of r a a week
19:29 later
19:31 from gluten a week ago and then you're
19:33 eating a tomato that day and you think
19:35 it's the tomato
19:36 the tomatoes on pizza if it's in tomato
19:38 sauce it could have bad oils could have
19:40 ever
19:40 all kinds of stuff you go to a
19:41 restaurant that tomato is just one of
19:44 many of the
19:45 also bad things mixed up in there you
19:48 could have canola oil in a salad with
19:49 tomato and that canola oil is going to
19:51 aggravate
19:52 ra not the tomato tomato will take the
19:54 blame because
19:55 it gets the blame first anyway that you
19:57 got the canola oil you got the vinegars
19:59 vinegar is an ra irritator
20:02 vinegar big time okay caffeine's an r.a
20:06 irritator chocolate any kind of
20:09 chocolate so if you're doing chocolate
20:10 one week you're going to get some bouts
20:11 of ra on and off as you go along and
20:13 yeah you might be eating the tomato at
20:15 the time be like it's that tomato
20:17 but really you had chocolate four days
20:18 ago
20:20 coffee's another one for ra that's
20:22 agitating vinegar like i said
20:23 nutritional yeast
20:24 big r a agitator so if you're doing
20:27 nutritional yeast you're going to
20:28 aggravate your all right
20:30 eggs big one right there if you had eggs
20:32 last week you're going to get about an
20:33 ra eventually again
20:35 and it might be on the day you have a
20:36 little fresh tomato
20:39 just keep that in mind something happens
20:40 there um
20:43 yeah chopping up some tomato pieces
20:46 right here these are really pretty ones
20:48 let me move this red onion
20:49 over showing you guys as i'm chopping up
20:55 so what i'm doing here so you can put
20:57 them straight into
20:59 the shells that's what i'm going to do i
21:01 heard cabbage is not good for
21:02 hypo
21:05 no this misinformation about cruciferous
21:08 vegetables
21:10 um that misinformation came out years
21:12 ago with people that don't know what
21:14 causes hypothyroid
21:16 so keep that in mind look look
21:20 hear me out for one second okay this is
21:22 just the way truth works
21:24 how is anybody gonna know anybody gonna
21:27 know
21:28 what's bad or good for your hypothyroid
21:30 when they don't know why you have
21:31 hypothyroid
21:33 leela tell me tell me somebody tell me
21:37 how is someone gonna know cruciferous is
21:40 bad for anybody
21:41 when they don't know the cause of
21:43 hypothyroid hyperthyroid graves disease
21:45 thyroid cancers thyroid tumors and
21:48 hashimoto's thyroiditis
21:50 that's the problem right there meanwhile
21:53 the same people that will tell you stay
21:54 away from
21:55 that red cabbage for your hypothyroid
21:58 the same people are going to tell you to
22:00 drink matcha tea
22:01 and they're going to say it's good for
22:02 you and they're going to say you can
22:04 have your cacao nibs drink your matcha
22:05 tea you can have your coffee drinks
22:08 and that right there is bad for your
22:09 hypothyroid that will help keep your
22:11 hypothyroid around forever
22:14 and so happens maybe your hypothyroid
22:16 gets a little better because you end up
22:17 starting to eat healthy and doing better
22:19 things and you're eating healthy and
22:20 you're staying away from processed foods
22:21 you're staying away from
22:22 fried greasy foods you're getting advice
22:24 that came originally much of it from 35
22:26 years of the work medical medium
22:27 information going all the way back 35
22:29 years
22:30 teaching the small health movement at
22:32 the time all this information lots of it
22:34 and so you're taking some of those
22:36 tidbits and those things you know those
22:38 good pieces right and
22:40 you're keeping your hypothyroid at bay
22:42 meanwhile
22:43 they're going to tell you you can do
22:44 your caffeine they're going to tell you
22:45 you can do your chocolate you can do
22:47 your acv
22:48 you can do your nutritional yeast you
22:50 can do all these things
22:51 and that's bad for your hypothyroid but
22:54 meanwhile they all think they're
22:55 geniuses when they don't know why you
22:56 have hypothyroid
22:58 i'm just being straight up like let's
22:59 just have it out like let's just put it
23:02 out there the end like
23:03 truth about it they don't know why you
23:05 have hypothyroid
23:06 so why would they even know other than
23:09 that i mean it's crazy
23:10 so but they'll keep you on the meds you
23:13 have you'll have to be on your thyroid
23:14 meds forever with your with your
23:15 hypothyroid and
23:16 they'll tell you not to eat something
23:17 that's helpful for your hypothyroid and
23:19 that's usually how it works and
23:22 they don't know why your hypothyroid
23:24 stays hypo for years and you have to
23:26 stay on medication for years and years
23:27 and years but they'll be quick to tell
23:29 you what food to stay away from
23:30 very interesting meanwhile we can say
23:33 hey
23:34 you know aw what do you know you know
23:37 well
23:38 millions have healed around the world
23:40 with this information
23:42 the street cred is there i'm just saying
23:44 i'm just being straight up about it the
23:46 street cred is there
23:47 thousands and thousands of doctors use
23:49 the medical media books and their
23:50 practices now
23:51 patients bring them all around the world
23:53 into the doctor's offices
23:55 and it's the number one selling books in
23:58 health worldwide running seven years now
24:01 over any others so this it's really cool
24:04 so anyway jacob says thyroid healing
24:06 saved me awesome
24:08 i'm glad you're i'm glad you're using it
24:10 incredible so you guys i'm gonna start
24:11 filling in my little
24:13 cabbage cups right here i'm gonna put
24:14 tomato in here to start
24:17 all right so i'm going to put a little
24:18 tomato in here i'm going to dice up some
24:21 red onion too
24:22 so let's get some tomato in there
24:25 put a little bit more in there too if
24:26 you want
24:28 i'm going to put a little bit more
24:39 what about raw cacao same thing cooked
24:41 raw all the same
24:43 look you guys i'm not trying to be like
24:46 a downer
24:47 hey don't do your chocolate don't have
24:49 fun don't do whatever it's not it it's
24:51 just that if you're sick
24:52 and you need an edge if you're suffering
24:55 with a symptom or condition
24:56 and you're struggling and that means a
24:59 lot right
25:00 like if you're sick if you're struggling
25:02 if you're down and out
25:04 don't you want every edge you can get so
25:07 i'm not trying to be the food police i'm
25:09 not trying to be the downer about it all
25:11 it's just that it's hard when you'll
25:13 hear out there and social media and
25:14 everywhere you learn doctor's offices
25:16 everything that
25:17 i have doctors call me every day about
25:18 it and be like look like a patient's
25:20 coming in they're losing hair what do
25:21 you think it is just to get them off the
25:23 caffeine
25:24 and i'm like well i thought cacao was
25:25 good for people it's not
25:27 that's your hair loss for women it
25:30 depletes
25:31 a specific adrenal hormone a compound in
25:33 the adrenals
25:34 so that women lose their hair and so and
25:37 they're not supposed to lose it women
25:38 are not supposed to
25:39 women aren't like men they're not
25:40 they're they're not supposed to lose
25:42 their hair
25:44 and um but they do because of the
25:46 caffeine
25:47 so and the caffeine industry wants you
25:50 hooked on cacao
25:51 wants you hooked on the drugs that's
25:53 what it is and
25:55 but it's like yeah you can eat it yeah
25:57 if your but life is going good you feel
25:59 good you got nothing wrong with you and
26:00 you don't really care about symptoms or
26:02 anything like that you don't care about
26:03 hair loss 10 years down the road or two
26:05 years down the road or hear thinning
26:07 yeah you can have the cacao but yeah you
26:09 know it's just
26:10 it's just you know and here's the thing
26:11 with dark chocolate
26:13 you'll hear well dark chocolate's even
26:15 better for you
26:16 uh that's funny because it's worse for
26:19 you
26:20 the darker the chocolate the more
26:21 concentrated the caffeine because the
26:23 caffeine is the killer
26:24 caffeine is the youth robber
26:28 i'm letting you know it's the youth bank
26:31 robber is what it is you want to age
26:34 faster caffeine
26:35 gets you there if you want all those sun
26:38 spots all over your face and you got to
26:40 go and get them lasered off
26:41 if you want all the sun spots if you
26:43 want all these crazy moles growing all
26:45 over your body
26:46 if you want like skin tags growing on
26:48 your body
26:49 caffeine is going to get you there fast
26:51 so that means when you're 33 and now
26:53 you're 34 and then you get all these sun
26:54 spots everywhere in your face and you
26:56 gotta put makeup to hide it and you
26:58 gotta go and get it lasered
26:59 that's caffeine talking and
27:02 and you know and some people it's it's
27:04 and that's chocolate and caffeine that's
27:06 all that talking and some people don't
27:07 need a lot of caffeine in order to make
27:09 that happen some people just need a good
27:11 year of it
27:11 some chocolate bars here and there and
27:13 boom they start getting their sunspots
27:15 but the dark chocolate is actually just
27:17 worse
27:18 because it's more concentrated caffeine
27:21 so you'll hear oh it's better for you
27:22 it's better for you from a whole bunch
27:24 of people that don't know why anybody's
27:25 sick and that's that's we get in trouble
27:27 um so i got some tomato in here so i'm
27:30 making these right here
27:32 look i i i don't have anything to gain
27:36 with this news
27:37 i drop on you guys nothing to gain okay
27:40 but a lot of flack all right so i'm just
27:43 letting you know because nobody
27:48 nobody people don't have the balls
27:51 to say get off that much tea get off
27:53 that chocolate you just do
27:55 all the podcast doctors to be like oh
27:57 it's so good for you drink your matcha
27:58 tea very good for you
28:00 they don't know why anybody's sick but
28:01 drink your matcha tea you know they
28:03 don't have the balls
28:04 to actually protect people you've got to
28:06 have some balls to protect people
28:08 okay you have to so grow some balls and
28:11 protect people that's what they should
28:12 be doing out there
28:15 and it doesn't matter if you get
28:16 somebody upset doesn't matter if the
28:18 caffeine industry wants to take you out
28:20 does it matter if you know the caffeine
28:23 industry
28:24 who enslaves women with caffeine doesn't
28:26 matter if they don't like you
28:27 you just got to protect people you got
28:28 gotta tell them like it is no matter
28:30 what
28:31 all right i'm chopping up dicing up some
28:32 onion right here
28:36 look you might be somebody doesn't i
28:38 like onions i'm putting a little extra
28:40 in here but my somebody that doesn't
28:41 like onion so i got a little extra red
28:43 onion right there
28:45 so that's it there i'm going to chop up
28:47 some
28:48 dice up thinly dice up some avocado
28:51 right here
28:52 so cutting this avocado as we speak i'm
28:54 going to do some red bell pepper in a
28:56 minute see
28:56 maybe i'll do the red bell pepper first
28:58 look at these red bell peppers
29:01 you guys haven't done ten thousand red
29:03 bell peppers right
29:04 but yeah we go through life and we do
29:06 ten thousand chickens
29:10 i thought it was in moderation
29:13 think about that one so uh i'm gonna
29:16 chop i'm gonna thinly here's what i do
29:18 with red red bell peppers okay
29:19 you see the top i slice the top like
29:21 this
29:24 right
29:27 so i just slice the top like this so you
29:29 can just pull that out
29:30 watch right that comes out see that you
29:33 guys
29:34 discard that you can use this isn't that
29:36 cool
29:37 so you got that right there and then i
29:40 take the inside out
29:41 by just taking my hand one shot and i
29:44 take the inside out and that's it
29:46 see isn't that great i'm gonna put that
29:48 over here
29:49 um now i'm gonna slice this up thinly
29:52 slice it
29:53 so i cut it in half like that simple
29:56 it's really it's really great
29:58 move this over here i'm going to thinly
30:00 slice up
30:01 some red bell pepper
30:07 okay got some pieces here
30:11 but look it's nobody's fault
30:15 you know the caffeine industry needs
30:17 money and they need to make sure that
30:19 women are hooked on to caffeine for a
30:20 lifetime so you better drink your coffee
30:22 for a whole lifetime and better go into
30:24 your coffee shops
30:25 for a lifetime that's what they want now
30:28 that's because they make the money
30:31 it's not a million dollar industry it's
30:33 not a billion dollar industry it's a
30:35 trillion dollar industry
30:38 um i got the red bell pepper in here i
30:41 got the
30:42 little bits of onion in here i got the
30:44 tomatoes in there so you can mix it up
30:46 too okay
30:47 if you want you can mix it up i'm gonna
30:48 do a little mix and take a little spoon
30:51 and mix it up a little bit
30:54 i mean this is just a fun it's just a
30:57 fun little healing meal
30:59 which i really love okay
31:02 funny thing is is people drink more
31:04 caffeine or consume more caffeine in
31:06 multiple ways than they do anything else
31:09 but that doesn't get the blame when
31:10 they're sick
31:13 you know get the blame a lemon oh you're
31:16 doing too much lemon that's that's
31:17 that's why you're sick
31:19 it's not the 20 000 caffeine drinks and
31:22 chocolate bars and cacao nibs that you
31:24 put in your life and all that caffeine
31:25 you've been jacked up on
31:27 and high on burning out your
31:28 neurotransmitters burning out your
31:29 adrenals aging you fast giving you
31:31 sunspots
31:32 making your skin sag aging everything
31:35 robbing you of collagen
31:36 all of that stuff no it's not that it's
31:38 not the caffeine it's the lemon that's
31:40 bad for you try not to drink any lemon
31:42 water
31:44 um my handful today because
31:48 there's the red cabbage i got the onion
31:50 in there okay
31:51 um and that caffeine will burn in your
31:53 liver caffeine a burn in your liver
31:56 knock that liver out let's do a little
31:59 cat uh
32:00 caffeine free avocado
32:03 okay and it pulls minerals out of you
32:06 out of your bones caffeine
32:07 ages you quick you get the osteopenia
32:10 from
32:11 years of caffeine you do 20 years of
32:13 caffeine and your bones get
32:14 brittle they get brittle it robs all the
32:17 calcium out of your bones
32:18 and caffeine industry doesn't care it's
32:21 an evil monster
32:22 that just wants to devour women's souls
32:26 because it wants to own your soul
32:27 because you're addicted and you can't
32:29 break it
32:30 you can't break it
32:35 men too men too
32:38 right i'm gonna just do this kind of
32:40 thing here where i'm doing these little
32:41 slices in this avocado right here
32:43 you guys see that avocado do you like
32:46 this
32:47 look real truth
32:51 and then there's fake truth okay
32:54 real truth never easy to hear
32:58 never easy to hear um
33:01 we got that i'm gonna take a spoon and
33:04 when i'm doing this
33:05 all those little pieces they're all kind
33:06 of falling apart right there
33:08 okay i'm gonna put them on here little
33:10 pieces on here
33:12 now you can use a whole half an avocado
33:13 because this or you can use a quarter of
33:16 an avocado
33:20 but i'm just getting these little pieces
33:22 on here there we go
33:29 i'm gonna get a little cilantro quarter
33:31 cup of cilantro chopped up
33:33 you can get you know you don't have to
33:34 chop it finely it doesn't have to be
33:36 perfectly you know i chopped up like
33:38 fine
33:38 getting the red bell peppers i'm mixing
33:40 this up so the avocados
33:42 the avocado pieces are on there look at
33:43 that it's just so pretty
33:48 so what i'm going to do now is chop up
33:50 some cilantro
33:53 how much cilantro have you done right
33:58 how much cilantro have you done in your
33:59 lifetime that's what i want to know
34:04 right you can do 5 000
34:08 pounds of cheese
34:11 in your lifetime right easy 5 000 pounds
34:14 of cheese you call that moderation
34:17 but what about cilantro how much
34:19 cilantro have you done
34:22 just chopping up about a quarter cup
34:24 here
34:27 all right what's it mean
34:34 so you guys i got a little bit of the
34:36 cilantro i'm going to put on top
34:37 you don't have to put a lot but see i
34:39 like using cilantro as a leafy green
34:42 a leafy green now you guys i'm going to
34:44 give you a little insider in
34:46 info on the leafy green scenario okay
34:49 there's a difference between eating
34:50 leafy greens as a food group
34:53 eating it as a food group
34:56 there's a big difference with that okay
34:58 like the spinach soup where you're doing
35:00 cups and cups of it and blending it up
35:03 and that's the medical means spinach
35:04 soup
35:05 see no one knew to eat it in that way
35:08 years ago and i know that gets some
35:09 people upset they'll be like i've heard
35:11 about leafy greens
35:12 well there was the iceberg lettuce and
35:14 romaine lettuce that's what people ate
35:17 and that's what what they 35 years ago
35:19 and 30 35 years ago
35:21 it was iceberg and it was romaine
35:23 lettuce and it was a handful on the side
35:25 of a meal you know or a little salad or
35:27 a side salad
35:28 if someone was into health they would
35:30 eat a little bit more iceberg lettuce or
35:31 romaine right
35:32 maybe a little spinach but be some few
35:34 spinach leaves someone get a container
35:36 of spinach
35:37 or a bag of spinach and they would have
35:39 a little bit of spinach
35:40 right in a salad but i'm talking about
35:42 using it as an
35:44 actual food group leafy greens that was
35:47 not in anybody's vocabulary years ago i
35:49 had took a lot of years to teach people
35:51 about that
35:52 i know a couple of you are like wait a
35:54 minute i've heard about leafy greens
35:56 i've been in
35:56 in the health realm what's funny because
36:00 okay i can go back to 20 years ago i can
36:02 go back to 25 years ago
36:05 and the people in the health realm that
36:06 are still around now
36:08 they didn't even know leafy greens
36:11 existed they knew
36:12 mustard greens existed they knew radish
36:15 greens existed they didn't know it could
36:17 be consumed
36:18 as a medicine as a food group and a
36:20 larger amount of it
36:22 so it was it was so if someone had mixed
36:25 greens
36:26 that's a big difference between actually
36:28 doing leafy greens
36:29 as a food group doing large amounts of
36:32 it for their mineral
36:33 salts and that's medical medium
36:34 information so it's not like
36:36 oh i started leafy greens what is he
36:39 crazy what do you mean everybody was
36:40 eating greens no
36:41 they still don't even do it now people
36:43 don't do it now
36:45 i'm talking about anywhere from
36:46 fruitarians to vegetarians to
36:48 macrobiotic people
36:51 blood type people i don't care whatever
36:53 it is diet you subscribe to
36:54 mediterranean diet
36:55 leafy greens weren't a big aspect
36:59 of that meal it wasn't like lots of
37:01 spinach it wasn't
37:02 salads of all of that you know and when
37:05 i pushed the kale
37:07 the whole kale thing really hard back in
37:09 2000
37:10 really hard lectured about it taught
37:12 about it it eventually spawned it on
37:14 in la because that's what i did i taught
37:17 it to celebrities i taught
37:19 who's who i did i lectured about it all
37:22 about kale
37:23 all about the benefits all about kale as
37:25 a leafy green it
37:26 started a movement just like you see
37:28 celery juice now like the same way
37:30 medical medium information started the
37:31 celery juice movement
37:32 i started the kale movement too so that
37:35 became then kale chips and everything
37:37 else
37:38 and it was a lot of work it was a lot of
37:41 teaching
37:41 it was talking to thousands of people
37:43 talking to thousands of doctors talking
37:44 to celebrities
37:46 talking to celebrities in la new york
37:48 and teaching them about the kale
37:50 and that finally spawned on the whole
37:52 kale push
37:53 just like medical medium information
37:54 spawned on and pushed
37:56 the whole celery juice movement so it's
37:58 not like
37:59 it's not like i didn't create a leafy
38:01 green no
38:03 not at all okay they were there but
38:06 instead of having one
38:07 dandelion green or a little bit of
38:10 cilantro or
38:11 a mixed salad with a few things in it a
38:14 little parsley
38:16 what i was teaching people and so i'm
38:18 doing now you guys every day
38:20 is use it as medicine and have a lot of
38:23 it put it in the heavy metal detox movie
38:25 a nice big hunk of it
38:27 have it on make a salad out of the leafy
38:29 greens but really
38:30 really use them if you can and i know
38:32 some people say i can't eat leafy greens
38:34 i can't eat raw food i can't eat salads
38:36 you'll see people say that right
38:38 and i understand because there's their
38:41 insides are sensitive
38:43 because they're inflamed so when a leafy
38:46 green starts to massage your intestinal
38:48 tract and starts to move
38:50 through you it rubs inflamed intestinal
38:54 linings
38:56 and when it does that you feel it it's
38:58 and you're like whoa i can't do a leafy
39:00 green i can't do lettuce
39:02 meaning i can't do spinach i can't do
39:05 cilantro
39:06 i can't do a lot of parsley and
39:09 what's really happening is it's
39:10 massaging your
39:12 inflamed intestinal lining that's
39:15 inflamed from bugs and streptococcus e
39:17 coli
39:17 and staph and everything else and c diff
39:20 and
39:21 and you know and microorganisms that
39:22 aren't good but it's inflamed
39:24 at viruses they inflame the intestinal
39:27 tract like colitis
39:28 ibs the streptococcus and then the
39:30 greens move through and they start
39:32 rubbing and that's what happens and you
39:34 feel it and you think i'm not digesting
39:36 this green i'm not digesting it but you
39:38 are digesting it okay you guys
39:40 i got this all set right here this one
39:43 and i'm gonna make the sauce too
39:45 right so i got these others right here
39:47 but
39:48 i'm gonna get some sauce going so in the
39:52 sauce we're gonna put
39:53 some lime in here right
40:00 and still to this day there's people in
40:02 health
40:03 they've been in it for a few years now
40:05 four or five years
40:06 they still don't understand leafy green
40:09 as a medicine
40:10 they still don't really catch that they
40:12 still don't get that
40:14 it's it's funny how it is so i'm gonna
40:16 take the pits out of these dates okay
40:20 so i'm gonna do two dates in here
40:23 so these are medjool dates
40:28 and those are the same people in the
40:29 industry that like moderation
40:32 make sure you have five thousand pounds
40:34 of cheese in a lifetime ten thousand
40:35 chickens
40:37 20 000 eggs
40:38 [Laughter]
40:40 but stay away from red bell pepper
40:42 because it might get your ra
40:44 inflamed disinformation
40:47 all right so we got that in here you
40:49 guys i'm going to put a little ginger in
40:50 here
40:51 okay so i'm gonna do that too let's do
40:53 the lime first we'll put some lime juice
40:56 two tablespoons of lime juice
40:58 [Music]
41:04 um
41:06 i love about medical medium information
41:08 as far as in the food realm
41:09 okay fruits leafy greens herbs
41:13 wild foods and vegetables what i love
41:15 about it
41:16 same thing with wild foods no one's
41:18 playing around with wild foods i put the
41:20 wild blueberries on the map
41:22 um had to because it's about getting
41:24 people better
41:25 it's about getting people better so what
41:28 am i supposed to do you know
41:29 not do it i want to make sure everybody
41:32 has an opportunity to heal a way to heal
41:34 these foods counter all the crap we're
41:37 told to do
41:38 and taught to eat that's not good for us
41:41 these foods
41:42 counter that that's what happens so i'm
41:44 going to put some
41:45 i'm squeezing lime in here keep that in
41:47 mind it's countering it
41:50 marianne says colorful and good for you
41:56 so i'm going to squeeze the lime in here
42:01 limes are hard to squeeze because
42:02 they're they get slippery a little bit
42:04 they're small so you could use a citrus
42:07 reamer if you want
42:08 right you can do that
42:15 you guys you know a lot of people have
42:18 ocd
42:19 okay and what i like about this meal is
42:22 it's helpful for ocd because you got the
42:24 cilantro in there it's one of the
42:26 reasons it's helpful for it
42:28 cause of ocd is toxic heavy metals
42:31 that's cost mercury
42:32 aluminum especially mercury that's the
42:35 cause of ocd
42:37 right so the thing is with ocd is
42:41 that people don't know what causes it
42:43 they just don't know
42:45 and but when you do know you can do
42:48 something about it
42:49 people who use medical lead of
42:51 information to heal their ocd actually
42:53 heal their ocd
42:56 thousands of people thousands have okay
42:59 because it's getting the toxic heavy
43:00 metals out why does the toxic heavy
43:02 metal cause ocd
43:03 same thing with ptsd it could be part of
43:06 not it's not the total cause of ptsd
43:08 it's not it can be partial though to
43:11 make ptsd
43:12 worse if you've got toxic heavy metals
43:13 so when you go through an experience
43:14 that's really hard
43:15 an emotional experience betrayal trust
43:17 or anything right
43:19 and then you got toxic heavy metals to
43:20 boot with it
43:22 it makes ptsd even more vicious
43:25 fragrances have toxic heavy metals in
43:28 them it vaporizes in there when you burn
43:30 your scented candles
43:31 you're actually i put the lime in there
43:33 you're actually breathing in
43:35 toxic heavy metals from your scented
43:37 candles and your air fresheners and your
43:39 fabric softeners all the petrochemicals
43:41 there's metals in that petrochemical
43:43 i'm going to put some diced mango in
43:46 here too so i'm going to get the mango
43:48 going
43:50 this is in the sauce the ginger sauce
44:01 so i put two tablespoons of lime in
44:03 there about
44:06 i'm gonna get some mango in here
44:12 about a cup of mango i'm gonna do i'm
44:14 gonna do a little bit more
44:19 so if anybody has ocd there's a way to
44:21 get better you can heal your ocd
44:24 yes you can
44:27 there's a way to heal it
44:31 got to get the toxic heavy metals that's
44:33 why
44:34 that's why i'm always talking about the
44:35 heavy metal detox smoothie
44:37 medical medium heavy metal detox
44:38 smoothie you got to use the right things
44:40 in there though
44:42 if you don't do the heavy metal detox
44:43 smoothie correctly with the right
44:45 products there's products that won't
44:48 work and there's products that do work
44:54 i'm getting some mango in here about a
44:57 cup okay
44:58 so we got that in there i'm going to add
45:00 a little bit of water in here
45:03 okay just a little bit
45:06 okay i'm gonna put some ginger in here
45:09 so this is the mango ginger sauce you
45:12 don't need a lot of ginger about a half
45:18 an inch
45:19 this is about an inch but i'm gonna cut
45:20 it back a little bit okay
45:22 and i'm just peeling the skin off of
45:24 this one for this
45:26 you know when you make soups like the
45:28 medical medium healing broth or
45:29 something
45:30 you can keep the skin on the ginger you
45:33 don't have to
45:34 take it off if you don't want to just
45:36 letting you know
45:37 so i'm going to pop this in there
45:40 this is going to taste really good i'm
45:42 going to put a half a teaspoon
45:44 or a quarter teaspoon to half a teaspoon
45:46 of red bell pepper flakes right here
45:49 so i got that in the sauce there you go
45:52 that might have been a little bit more
45:54 that sucker is going to be a hot sauce
45:56 now
45:58 i think i just made a hot sauce i put a
46:00 little extra in there okay
46:03 so i think that's everything
46:07 in here i'm pretty sure that's the
46:10 that's that's the sauce so
46:16 okay and so i got the dates in there yep
46:18 got everything in there so i'm gonna
46:20 spin this if you guys got a second
46:40 so
46:49 the upset stomach when you get sensitive
46:51 stomach it's the sensitive nerves in the
46:53 stomach
46:54 so you got to keep that in mind so
46:56 different foods are going to trigger it
46:57 all the time
46:58 especially if they're rubbing on the
47:00 sensitive nerves
47:01 some foods won't trigger it you you can
47:04 eat an
47:05 egg if you got sensitive nerves in the
47:07 stomach intestinal tract you can eat an
47:08 egg you can eat cheese
47:10 and you'll be like that went down fine
47:11 that feels good but that turns into a
47:13 glue that sits in the middle and doesn't
47:15 rub the sides of an irritated nerve
47:17 lining
47:18 on your stomach or duodenum small
47:20 intestinal tract
47:21 but what happens is you put you know
47:23 some raw foods in there
47:25 you put some of that you put some some
47:27 leafy greens or you put some fruit
47:29 in there it's gonna massage that's what
47:32 it's gonna do and if you've got
47:33 sensitive nerves because they've been
47:34 inflamed you're gonna
47:35 feel it and then you're gonna think whoa
47:37 this is getting me upset
47:39 it's getting me up getting my stomach
47:40 upset or something but we have a lot of
47:42 rotting proteins all along our
47:44 intestinal tract lining throughout the
47:45 years rancid fats
47:47 it's hiding all these kind of bugs in
47:49 there all of that
47:50 um but we can easily get
47:54 thrown off with things i'm gonna put
47:55 this on i'm gonna put this in here
47:57 this is the mango
48:01 ginger mango sauce this is gonna be
48:03 really good this is gonna be
48:07 so that's the sauce right there i don't
48:08 know if you guys can see it
48:11 um and
48:17 there you go
48:20 but when you're doing so here's how it
48:21 works when you've got the sensitive
48:23 nerves in your stomach
48:24 when you got the sensitive nerves in
48:26 your intestinal tract your duodenum
48:28 right
48:29 i'm going to put the sauce right on top
48:32 of
48:36 a little bit on top
48:39 so that's the taco right there there it
48:42 is got the avocado pieces there
48:44 got the tomato pieces got the i'm gonna
48:47 make a couple more real quick you guys
48:49 um so let me dice up some more tomato
48:54 so when you have the sensitive
48:56 intestinal tract lining
48:57 and from from viruses neurotoxins
49:01 even derma dermatoxins right all from
49:04 the viruses medical medium information
49:05 i've been teaching for years right
49:07 when you have that when you start eating
49:09 some raw foods you might get sensitive
49:11 but yet you feel good when you eat an
49:13 egg because the eggs not
49:14 rubbing it's not touching anything it
49:18 just becomes glue but here's the problem
49:20 what that egg does is it feeds the very
49:22 thing that made your nerves
49:24 sensitive your vagus nerve something
49:26 i've been teaching about for over 30
49:28 years your vagus nerve
49:30 gets inflamed from epstein-barr and the
49:33 shingles viruses
49:34 and when that vagus nerve gets inflamed
49:36 you guys
49:37 you're you're going to feel sensitive in
49:39 your gut you're going to feel gut
49:40 sensitivities in there
49:42 you're going to feel them very possibly
49:44 feel them
49:45 so only thing that feels good is bread
49:47 and butter
49:48 bread and butter feels good going down
49:50 you can eat all this bread and butter
49:52 and it feels good but that bread and
49:54 butter
49:55 is not going to heal you it's not going
49:57 to heal the problem
49:59 it's going to feel good going down in
50:00 the moment that bread and butter
50:02 but it's not going to heal the problem
50:05 you know that rice might feel good going
50:07 down not going to heal the problem
50:09 rice doesn't heal the problem so
50:13 that's why healing foods are so
50:14 important if you can't do healing foods
50:16 you try to get some supplements in like
50:17 some of the protocols i talk about
50:20 so that's another thing too i'm going to
50:21 make a couple a few of these real quick
50:24 if you're super sensitive you can always
50:26 do mono eating like the medical medium
50:28 mono eating cleanse
50:29 and cleanse the heel i got the book
50:31 right behind me you guys i don't know if
50:33 you could see that
50:33 so i'm getting some tomato in here
50:38 so that's where we get tricked too with
50:40 these gut sensitivities where we feel it
50:42 we feel the
50:42 food massaging as it's going down and we
50:45 don't know our
50:46 vagus nerves hypersensitive all the
50:48 nerve endings in the intestinal tract
50:49 blood in them are hypersensitive we
50:51 don't know that
50:53 put some red bell pepper in here
50:59 i can't wait to eat these
51:06 get some red bell peppers in here make
51:08 next one
51:10 look at that huh i'm gonna get a little
51:13 red onion in here
51:17 thinly slice
51:21 look red onion can be really intense
51:24 it can if you're somebody that just
51:26 doesn't want the onion for some reason
51:27 keep the onion out
51:29 keep it out it's okay if you do that
51:32 it's all right
51:33 what book do you recommend may dad says
51:36 to start with
51:37 i'd start with cleanse to heal and then
51:39 when um
51:40 the revised and expanded probably focus
51:43 on that one too
51:44 both those great companion book but
51:46 revise and expand it new edition
51:48 medical medium book one i'm making that
51:50 dish right now you guys
51:52 that's in here link is in the
51:53 description that that books will blo
51:55 this book will blow your mind there's an
51:57 angel chapter in here below your mind
51:59 meditation chapter
52:01 it's it's a mind blower it really is i'm
52:03 just being
52:05 straight up about it gonna do some
52:07 avocado
52:10 i like the avocado when it's not super
52:12 soft that's just
52:14 my liking okay um
52:17 i don't know how you guys feel but i
52:18 don't like the avocados
52:20 mushy or they're so mushy and so super
52:23 soft i really don't like that
52:25 personally i like it when they're firm
52:27 like
52:28 that's really the best way to do it
52:33 all right got that in there i'm going to
52:35 put a little cilantro in here
52:46 a little cilantro on top making three of
52:48 them
52:51 and you can mix that up and do a little
52:53 mix up in here i'm gonna mix it up a
52:55 little bit
52:55 i don't know if you guys can see it
52:59 mix that up a little bit
53:03 so if you guys just got on here you
53:05 should
53:06 go back to the beginning of this listen
53:08 to the moderation stuff
53:09 it's kind of interesting right don't you
53:11 think put a little mango sauce on here
53:13 ginger mango sauce
53:15 i'm gonna put a little touch of it on
53:16 top
53:18 like that mix it up a little bit
53:26 and i don't think i forgot anything
53:28 right there but what you guys are
53:30 looking at if it doesn't fall off
53:32 because i'm angling it down
53:33 you're looking at three red cabbage
53:36 tacos with
53:37 mango ginger sauce and
53:40 i'm totally pumped can't wait to eat
53:43 these
53:44 i'm really psyched but you know what you
53:47 guys
53:48 i'm going to make them all over again on
53:51 ig and tick tock so that's what i'm
53:52 gonna do
53:53 let you guys know so i'm gonna go live
53:55 on there look i love you guys
53:57 and um you know this is fun because
54:00 we're eating foods to actually heal
54:04 our problems we're using foods as
54:06 medicine but for real
54:08 not just talking about it not just
54:10 playing around with cacao calling it
54:12 plate plant medicine when it doesn't
54:13 heal anything
54:14 or using food as medicine that's the key
54:20 marcus good question marcus mark is that
54:23 meal not
54:24 a little low in calories glucose need a
54:27 lot more calories
54:28 can you add some bananas or what you
54:31 want to add
54:32 okay so check this out right where's the
54:34 calories in this you get a little bit of
54:36 glucose from the red bell pepper a
54:37 little bit of glucose from the tomatoes
54:38 right
54:39 you get the glucose from the mango okay
54:42 and this doesn't have to be a
54:44 dinner like if you need more than this
54:46 totally fine plus you got a little bit
54:47 of avocado which
54:49 does have sugar in it and then you got
54:51 the dates in the sauce
54:52 make yourself a bigger portion maybe do
54:55 it a couple of more
54:56 a couple more maybe two more okay
54:58 there's three here
54:59 and in the end you might have a couple
55:01 of mangoes involved invested in this you
55:03 might have a whole red bell pepper
55:05 you might have a whole avocado invested
55:07 in this you know because you're doing
55:08 more
55:09 but you can do that and then you can add
55:12 you know you got more dates in there so
55:13 the glucose is there
55:14 and yeah you can put banana in this dish
55:16 absolutely and if i was over your house
55:19 and you made the dish okay and you put
55:21 banana in it
55:22 i'd be like okay but i i would say
55:26 you know and like i've been saying for
55:27 35 years you don't you don't need to
55:29 have
55:30 you know you don't need to have banana
55:32 on this with tomato or anything
55:34 but anyway you guys here's the deal
55:38 what i would do is i would add a little
55:41 bit more mango
55:42 add a little bit more of what's here but
55:45 either way this is a great meal and you
55:48 can always do if you're really hungry
55:50 and
55:50 and you love the different recipes you
55:52 could do another recipe after this later
55:53 on
55:54 in the day but you know what's funny is
55:56 everybody is
55:58 intermittent fasting now they starve
55:59 themselves all day keep themselves
56:01 jacked up on caffeine and then they eat
56:02 something really greasy or fatty at the
56:04 end of the day
56:05 or just something fat based at the end
56:07 of the day i'd rather be
56:09 nibbling on these babies all day so your
56:11 adrenals don't burn out
56:13 so you don't burn out your stomach
56:14 glands so you don't have to rely on
56:16 caffeine all day
56:18 this would be a great food for lunch
56:20 anyway
56:21 love you guys i'm heading off going to
56:22 ig going to make it again talk about
56:24 some cool stuff
56:25 love you guys
