medium okay revised and expanded 0:57 and i'm making the banana 0:59 nori wraps right here and if you guys 1:02 don't like banana 1:04 i'm doing a potato nori wrap too so i 1:07 have some potatoes here 1:08 um really excited about that so i got 1:11 steamed potatoes i cut them in half 1:13 right here so this is if you want the 1:15 option of not using banana 1:17 in this banana nori wrap and you can 1:19 make a potato nori wrap 1:21 so i'm excited lots of stuff to talk 1:23 about too and 1:25 i'm gonna um and i'm good hi anthony can 1:28 you put an 1:29 orange in your celery juice no don't do 1:30 that because then the celery juice won't 1:32 work 1:33 it has to be by itself it can't be 1:35 diluted you guys lots of talk about nori 1:37 sheets so that's seaweed nori sheets you 1:40 guys know about these right here 1:42 so i got my nori sheets 1:45 so um here's an oreo sheet right here 1:47 you guys know and i'm gonna make these 1:49 wraps 1:50 here's the sheet i'm excited about it 1:53 so we're going to make the potato nori 1:56 wraps we're going to make 1:57 the banana nori wraps right here 2:00 so if you guys if there's a glitch on 2:02 facebook i'm on youtube 2:04 simultaneously right now so i'm actually 2:06 on youtube right now doing the same 2:08 thing so 2:09 i'm connecting on youtube doing this 2:10 right now with facebook too 2:12 so what happens if there's a glitch on 2:14 facebook right now like you get kicked 2:16 off or something 2:17 and you're trying to find your way back 2:19 just go to youtube you can do that so 2:22 anybody getting kicked off right now or 2:24 anything like that because there's a 2:24 glitch i'm hearing 2:26 people are having a hard time finding me 2:28 and they're getting bumped off 2:30 so head to youtube i'm on youtube right 2:33 now 2:33 so on the medical medium youtube channel 2:36 letting you guys know 2:37 you don't care for bananas i just saw 2:39 that well 2:40 that's why the potato nori wrap is the 2:43 other option 2:44 so that's what i'm making um 2:47 yeah what about baking yeast for breads 2:49 and cakes bad too so nutritional yeast 2:52 is bad baking yeast is bad too 2:54 so yeah um okay you guys let's start 2:57 working on this let's start making these 2:59 i'm excited about this if you just came 3:01 on here 3:02 just know i'm actually on youtube right 3:05 now so if you have a glitch with 3:06 facebook or you get bumped off or 3:08 something 3:08 go to youtube i'm on there now live so 3:11 simultaneously with facebook right now 3:14 that's the medical medium new edition 3:15 i'm making a recipe of the 3:17 day cleanse the banana nori wrap but i'm 3:19 gonna make a potato nori wrap too hey 3:21 michelle l 3:22 bananas are miraculous they really are 3:25 i've seen them heal so many people's 3:26 digestive issues 3:29 in so many different ways so let's get 3:31 started 3:32 you guys so what's cool about these 3:37 is you can't really mess up 3:40 it's not really possible except if you 3:42 don't roll 3:43 your norrish you know right if you don't 3:45 roll your nori sheet right that may be 3:47 one way but you can't really go 3:49 too wrong but i'm gonna give you all the 3:50 tips important tips when you're doing 3:53 this right here 3:54 so everything matters with that now you 3:56 can damp the nori sheet which is what i 3:58 like to do i like to damp 4:00 it dampen it right you can dampen it 4:02 with a little bit of water 4:04 like just like very like a little bit of 4:06 water on your fingertips if you want 4:08 i like to use orange for this recipe a 4:11 lot of other recipes i use 4:13 lemon to dampen the nori sheet just 4:16 letting you know but i'm going to use 4:17 orange right here christina massey i 4:20 started in june last year with celery 4:22 juice took me four months 4:24 no more migraines god bless you 4:27 incredible 4:28 so proud of you um that's 4:31 that's the power of celery juice but 4:34 hey you know christina there's no 4:36 scientific studies out there 4:38 so for celery juice but you kept with it 4:41 you know so you must 4:42 be pretty spiritual because that 4:44 information comes from above and 4:47 there's no scientific study that fixes 4:49 people with chronic illness or chronic 4:50 migraines or anything 4:52 and that's what people say to be like 4:53 well don't drink your celery juice 4:55 there's no 4:56 scientific study oh that's funny that's 4:59 a good one 4:59 you know i cuz because i didn't know 5:02 scientific studies actually got anybody 5:03 all these 5:04 all these years better 30 40 50 60 years 5:07 of chronic illness and there's not one 5:08 scientific study that fixed anybody with 5:10 that mysterious chronic illness 5:12 but celery juice works but hey 5:15 no one wants you on there in the science 5:17 world because it wasn't studied so they 5:19 don't want you drinking it they would 5:20 rather have your migraines christina 5:22 stay there forever and free to suffer 5:25 so hey i'm proud of you amazing um 5:30 yeah i'm a handful today for sure i got 5:32 lots of stuff to talk about you guys 5:34 you might want to hang in there for this 5:36 one if you guys have a glitch on 5:38 facebook just go to youtube i'm live 5:40 right now and i'm going to be 5:41 on tick tock live later because we got 5:44 some glitches on instagram 5:45 so i'm going to be on tick tock live 5:47 later too 5:48 um there's no shingles 5:52 test just so you know that so 5:56 uh lorraine casey hi anthony what do you 5:58 ask 5:59 our doctor to test for if you think you 6:01 have shingles they 6:03 can't test for that it's really hard to 6:04 find that shingles virus 6:08 really difficult so what happens is with 6:11 viruses like shingles and epstein-barr 6:13 is they may trigger off the a a they may 6:16 trigger off the c-reactive protein test 6:19 they may trigger off the mthfr gene 6:22 mutation test these are all 6:24 in inflammation markers right 6:27 so when your doctors just say to your 6:29 doctor hey test for any inflammation 6:31 markers then if anything comes up with 6:33 any 6:33 mysterious inflammation anywhere that 6:36 could be right there the a a and so 6:38 forth an anti-nuclear antigen test 6:41 that could lead to hey there's 6:42 epstein-barr behind the scenes there's 6:44 shingles behind the scenes but they 6:45 don't have 6:46 a grip on the over 30 varieties of 6:50 shingles that i talk about in the books 6:52 there's cleanse the heel right here they 6:53 don't have a grip on that 6:56 so um anyway and then but i got to tell 6:59 you here that's protocols in there i got 7:01 to tell you 7:02 this book right here has the shingles 7:04 chapter 7:05 that has really uncovered the whole 7:08 thing with the 30 varieties of shingles 7:10 i added information in this book this is 7:12 the new edition 7:14 holt shingles chapter in here this is 7:16 the one with the non-rashing shingles 7:18 the rashing shingles this is 7:19 mind-blowing check that out 7:22 um making nora rolls right now so look 7:25 let's start with 7:26 banana we'll do potato we'll do a banana 7:29 then we'll do potato 7:30 we'll do banana then we'll do potato 7:32 right um 7:34 so anyway let's talk about shingles for 7:36 a minute because lorraine that was 7:38 really 7:38 you know important right there shingles 7:42 causes that sciatic nerve pain people 7:44 don't know about and i talk about that 7:46 in book one 7:47 so it causes trigeminal neuralgia 7:50 that's another thing i talk about in 7:52 book one so that's another one 7:55 shingles causes a lot of different 7:57 things and 7:58 this is the book that started it all 8:00 about shingles this is what's teaching 8:02 people that shingles isn't just a rash 8:06 and that's the whole point this is the 8:08 book that actually 8:09 uncovered that so now doctors know that 8:11 shingles may not be a rash 8:13 um other health professionals health 8:14 authorities know that shingles may not 8:16 be 8:16 rash based it's not just that rash the 8:19 link is in the description 8:21 about this medical medium book and 8:24 so this is the new edition um i've 8:27 revised and expanded about shingles big 8:29 chapter in here 8:30 so what happens you guys is that if you 8:33 got this mysterious sciatic nerve pain 8:36 because there's people with the worst 8:37 back conditions their backs are chewed 8:39 up beat up 8:40 discs are bulging out and they got no 8:41 pain no pain 8:44 degenerative discs okay degenerative 8:47 discs 8:48 discs falling apart but no pain 8:52 people with all kinds of back issues i'm 8:54 cutting banana i'm going to do banana 8:56 nori wraps and then i'm going to do 8:57 potato nori wraps for the people who 9:00 don't like banana 9:01 and um keep in mind that 9:05 there's a lot of people with the worst 9:07 backs not in pain 9:09 and then there's people that don't have 9:11 a lot of big problems with their back 9:13 but they're in agony and they got that 9:15 shooting pain running down their leg 9:17 they're really in a jam you know can't 9:19 function they can't walk good 9:21 and shingles and flames the lower back 9:24 it's 9:25 viral inflammation that's what shingles 9:27 likes to do that's one thing it does 9:29 i'm gonna put a strip of banana in here 9:31 so you guys with me so far i'm making 9:33 the nori 9:34 the nori wraps right here now i got 9:36 these beautiful alfalfa sprouts 9:39 so that's one thing i'm going to put in 9:41 here a little bit of these beautiful 9:42 alfalfa sprouts 9:43 you don't have to fill these up really 9:46 high 9:46 you guys don't have to do that if you 9:49 guys get a glitch 9:50 watch me on youtube live right now if 9:52 you do um janine yep your info 9:55 on non-rashing shingles has saved my 9:57 sanity 9:58 as it's the first time the symptoms you 10:00 explain are spot 10:01 on one after the other thank you janine 10:04 thanks for being here 10:05 bless your heart so glad you're here um 10:08 you guys in this nori roll i'm gonna put 10:12 a green onion which is a scallion um 10:15 you can call them green onions uh i call 10:18 them scallions and you can cut that 10:19 scallion in half if you want to 10:21 i like to cut them i also like to leave 10:23 them whole it depends on how i'm feeling 10:25 that day i might 10:26 with the mood i'm in like what kind of 10:28 mood i'm in 10:29 so i'm kind of tearing this scallion 10:32 apart a little bit 10:33 putting it in here so i got the scallion 10:36 in there 10:36 that's the green onion i got some 10:38 sprouts i'm going to put a little bit 10:40 more of these alfalfa sprouts these are 10:41 healing foods 10:43 sprouts are a powerful healing tool 10:48 we got some of this too we got some of 10:50 this cilantro 10:52 julie i get back pain every time i get a 10:55 big 10:55 upset what happens is that 10:59 when you get upset like a big upset like 11:02 any kind of stress 11:03 or something really triggers you off 11:05 adrenaline 11:06 can actually up that inflammation 11:09 because adrenaline 11:10 could stimulate and feed a virus like 11:13 shingles 11:14 also adrenaline can lower the immune 11:16 system so if you get a big upset your 11:18 immune system lowers 11:19 low-grade viral stuff kicks up and then 11:21 boom the back has a problem that's how 11:23 it works 11:24 um this is dulce these are dulce 11:28 strips right here i like being generous 11:30 with dolls inside these nori wraps this 11:32 is the banana nori wrap you can do 11:34 banananori wrap you can do uh potato 11:37 nori wrap i got potatoes here 11:39 so now you can moisten the dull strips 11:43 i'm not going to moisten these i'm going 11:46 to kind of leave them dry 11:48 and flavor is just so packed in that 11:52 nori 11:52 that that i'm sorry dulce strip that's 11:54 what it is 11:56 and michelle l hey you're here glad 11:58 you're here today glad everybody's 11:59 coming on 12:02 susie says i don't like any vegetables 12:04 except corn i don't eat onions 12:06 the corns the only vegetable you like 12:09 well there's so many great vegetables to 12:11 try susie there's so many great 12:12 vegetables 12:13 corn is a grain so that's not even a 12:17 vegetable 12:17 so i have to we have to find a vegetable 12:20 for you 12:21 because that's a grain all right so 12:25 i'm gonna roll this up so i have the 12:27 dolls in here i got a little bit of 12:28 cilantro i'm gonna talk about the power 12:30 of cilantro in a little while 12:32 kyle wick good to see you what else can 12:34 i do i do the three 12:35 things in the morning heavy metal detox 12:39 celery juice and lemon water for my 12:41 rheumatoid arthritis room toward pain 12:44 what else is going on okay first of all 12:46 you're doing some incredible things 12:48 right there 12:49 okay so that's to start with guys i just 12:51 rolled up 12:52 anori right here this is the banananori 12:55 wrap 12:55 um this is one i'm 12:58 not going to cut it yet but i'm going to 13:00 eventually get there i'm going to roll a 13:01 couple of these 13:04 um first of all there's protocols 13:07 there's a there's a ra protocol 13:09 in cleanse the heal but in this book 13:12 here 13:13 i mean there's really infra this thing's 13:16 packed with ra information with the 13:18 protocol 13:19 and what ra is diagnosed as an 13:21 autoimmune condition 13:23 autoimmune condition means they don't 13:24 know science research 13:26 doesn't know what's causing it so it's a 13:28 mystery i 13:29 i reveal that mystery it's viral the 13:32 cause of ra 13:34 rheumatoid arthritis is epstein-barr so 13:37 if you want to heal and you're doing the 13:39 celery juice and heavy metal detox 13:41 you're doing lemon water it's a great 13:42 start 13:43 but it would be good to learn maybe what 13:45 foods you shouldn't do because those 13:48 foods will feed the epstein-barr virus 13:50 make you sicker or maybe learn a 13:52 protocol that's in here 13:54 so this is the new addition make sure 13:56 it's a new edition that's the way to go 13:58 on that 14:01 so i'm going to make another one with 14:03 you guys we're going to make a bunch of 14:04 these i'm going to cut them up in a 14:05 little while too 14:08 and you guys have been thinking about a 14:10 couple different things 14:12 you know a friend of mine i haven't 14:14 talked to in a long time 14:15 right she's pregnant and 14:19 she was asking me different things what 14:21 can she do for her health 14:23 and i found out that she's on caffeine 14:28 she was on a lot of caffeine before she 14:30 got pregnant 14:32 and she's on caffeine while she's 14:36 pregnant 14:38 now she didn't know she was on caffeine 14:41 while she's pregnant but she found out 14:44 when i spoke to her she was on a lot of 14:46 caffeine 14:47 while being pregnant and i want to talk 14:50 about 14:50 what happens there because she was 14:52 asking me well what can go wrong 14:54 what can happen am i okay is my baby 14:57 okay 14:58 what does this mean so she didn't know 15:01 she was on caffeine 15:02 but she was she was eating chocolate 15:05 every day 15:06 she was told by a health practitioner 15:09 she's told also by someone else that 15:13 chocolate's really good for you when 15:15 it's the 70 15:17 80 90 the dark chocolate the chocolate 15:20 cacao nibs all that stuff 15:22 chocolate powder so she was told it was 15:24 really good for her so she 15:26 was eating it while pregnant 15:29 something to really kind of digest there 15:32 for a second while i'm making this nori 15:33 this next nori 15:34 wrap um getting some sprouts here 15:37 think about that a little bit she was 15:39 asking me well 15:40 i didn't know chocolate was packed with 15:43 caffeine i go especially that chocolate 15:45 it's really packed with caffeine she's 15:46 like okay so i've been on caffeine every 15:48 day 15:49 with my baby i go yeah 15:52 your baby's got the caffeine running 15:55 through 15:56 it you know and 15:59 you know and right now she's she so 16:02 she's 16:03 she's so she got really spooked for a 16:05 minute she's like what do i do i said 16:06 first of all stop the caffeine 16:08 and then she said well what is it doing 16:10 to my baby 16:12 what is it doing to my baby and i said 16:14 for one 16:15 your baby is not going to be able to 16:16 rest so easy 16:18 because your baby is going to be over 16:20 stimulated 16:21 and inside the womb basically your baby 16:24 is going to be all jacked up on caffeine 16:26 and that's going to be very difficult 16:28 for the baby 16:29 and she stopped immediately immediately 16:32 just stopped 16:33 she's a very spiritual person knows a 16:36 decent amount of health information 16:39 always thought herself to be you know 16:41 yeah a health expert in many ways 16:44 just a lot of natural things and having 16:47 a natural childbirth 16:49 right and she's got it all planned and 16:53 her girlfriends are pregnant they're all 16:56 eating chocolate 16:58 and what happens is people wonder why 17:01 their baby doesn't sleep 17:03 when their baby's born 17:06 babies going through withdrawal which 17:08 all can last a long time for a baby 17:12 and it depends on the breast milk too 17:14 how much caffeine are you using 17:15 that's going into the breast milk all 17:18 this stuff 17:19 really important information so i want 17:20 to keep on going with it i just want to 17:21 get this nori rolled up in a second here 17:25 caffeine so i was telling her caffeine's 17:27 a type of poison 17:29 it's a drug and 17:33 i'm going to get some i'm actually going 17:34 to get some dull strips we're going to 17:36 go inside this nori roll here 17:38 it's delicious this is going to be so 17:39 good so she was 17:41 she was mortified because she was 17:43 wondering 17:45 because she's a mama bear you know in a 17:48 sense where she told me she goes i'm a 17:50 mama bear 17:51 i protect my friends babies i protect my 17:54 baby 17:56 and that's what she said to me and she 17:58 was she was wondering why 18:00 health professionals are saying it's 18:02 okay 18:03 like she's wondering why her doctor 18:07 thinks it's okay she's wondering why 18:09 it's on the internet and it's okay and 18:12 she's wondering why 18:13 health influencers that are pregnant are 18:14 thinking it's okay and health coaches 18:16 tell health influencers that are 18:17 pregnant and other people 18:19 that it's okay and she's realizing 18:23 it's not okay and it was like a huge 18:26 awakening 18:27 huge awakening just really was 18:31 and so when you have that much caffeine 18:34 running through your baby inside of you 18:39 it's it's it's not a good thing 18:43 if you don't know you just don't know 18:45 it's nobody's fault 18:47 not well actually it's not the mom's 18:49 fault at all 18:51 it's the fault of the system it's the 18:52 fault of the caffeine 18:54 industry it's the fault of caffeine 18:58 industry 18:58 health authorities health hackers 19:02 that think they're health experts it's 19:04 the fault of all them 19:06 and then them telling women it's okay to 19:09 do caffeine 19:10 while you're pregnant okay to do 19:11 caffeine after pregnancy and everything 19:13 else 19:14 so so um but 19:18 but the thing is is that the bottom line 19:20 is when it comes down to that 19:22 a lot of things can happen your baby can 19:24 not rest 19:26 while your baby wants to rest internally 19:30 and so that caffeine makes it so if the 19:32 baby wanted to rest 19:34 naturally if the baby was going to rest 19:36 naturally because there's a resting 19:38 there's a whole resting sequence that a 19:40 baby has inside the womb 19:42 that this shifts it and it rocks the 19:44 boat constantly 19:46 so and when that happens then you know 19:48 when the baby's born 19:50 then there's all kinds of sleep problems 19:52 in different ways i mean 19:53 baby could be up all night there's 19:55 withdrawal and then 19:57 if there's still chocolate happening 19:59 dirt that's filling up the breast milk 20:01 if you if the breast milk is getting 20:02 filled up the coffee drink caffeine 20:04 it's getting filled up with chocolate 20:06 caffeine matcha tea caffeine 20:08 and so they'll say oh matcha tea is good 20:09 for pregnant women it's great for women 20:12 get a lot of energy after a pregnancy 20:15 after giving birth 20:17 so i want to talk about that a little 20:18 bit more too so i'm cutting these right 20:20 here these two for now 20:23 so that's a banana wrap right there 20:26 i like them thinner so i do like them 20:29 thinner so that's a banana wrap 20:31 and i'll show you guys i'm going to make 20:32 a lot more i got to make the potato wrap 20:36 so women do a lot of caffeine before 20:38 they get pregnant 20:40 and they wear down their adrenals and 20:41 they wear down their adrenals and they 20:42 wear down their adrenals 20:44 okay and then they have a difficult 20:48 difficult uh birth childbirth 20:51 because their adrenals weaken so it can 20:54 lead into longer labor 20:56 a much more difficult time but no one's 20:59 teaching women about that 21:01 so it could be years of caffeine use 21:04 wasting the adrenals so by the time you 21:06 have your baby 21:07 then you have a difficult childbirth so 21:09 there's that alone all on its own 21:11 so that's an issue that happens too um 21:17 it takes tremendous amounts of 21:19 adrenaline 21:21 to give birth it takes like a lifetime 21:25 of adrenaline to give birth 21:27 that's how the birthing process happens 21:31 it's from that adrenaline surge 21:33 and it's not just one adrenaline surge 21:36 it's many adrenaline surges 21:37 it's lots of adrenaline surges through 21:40 throughout giving birth 21:41 and the adrenals have to be strong for 21:43 that and 21:45 women's adrenals already are challenged 21:47 in so many ways with just 21:49 today's world in so many ways in 21:51 different for different reasons 21:53 and so when it comes down to needing all 21:56 of that supersonic adrenaline strength 22:00 to give birth it's not there so then the 22:02 adrenals struggle and they struggle and 22:04 they struggle and they struggle 22:05 okay so that happens to women a lot 22:08 that's one thing right there i'm making 22:09 these banana wraps right here you guys 22:11 be using some alfalfa sprouts 22:15 but keep in mind though 22:18 that the caffeine industry they don't 22:21 care about any of this they just want to 22:22 make sure that 22:23 you get your high no one teaches you 22:25 different 22:27 and then after birth after birth 22:30 a mom can be more exhausted than she 22:32 should be because the adrenals aren't 22:34 recouping so then you need more caffeine 22:36 you need more chocolate you need more 22:37 matcha tea you need 22:38 more green tea you need more coffee 22:39 drinks 22:41 because you're trying to overcompensate 22:44 for that more 22:44 loss that more loss and that more loss 22:47 you know 22:48 and um so that's important to know there 22:51 that's something to consider but then 22:53 it's after with the breastfeeding that's 22:55 the thing too you got to keep in mind 22:57 with the breastfeeding 22:58 because of the breastfeeding the milk is 23:00 contaminated with 23:01 caffeine which is a poison and that's a 23:04 whole other thing on its own that we got 23:06 to be 23:06 mindful about putting some dolls in here 23:11 um guys making another one 23:15 another banana roll right here 23:21 so these are all things that kind of 23:23 keep to keep an eye on 23:25 so i'm rolling this one right here 23:30 so you guys if you just got here 23:33 i'm making these bananas nori wraps 23:36 so that's what i'm making so here they 23:39 are it's in the medical medium new 23:41 edition 23:41 i'm going to make potato wraps too so 23:44 i'm in the process 23:45 um going to make another 23:52 yeah i mean look this might not be 23:54 interesting to some people but 23:56 i think our children are are really 23:58 important i mean right 24:00 that's the whole thing everybody is so 24:03 worried 24:04 about your children and rightfully so 24:07 and 24:08 i think that when health authorities and 24:10 health experts don't teach women this 24:13 it's like i mean they know better 24:17 right don't they know better like the 24:19 health health experts 24:21 doctors should know better so um 24:24 something to be considered i'm gonna 24:26 make some potato wraps right now 24:27 actually 24:31 i'm going to move on to a potato wrap as 24:33 we speak 24:34 um so i'm cutting some potato slices 24:39 nice and thin 24:43 this is what i'm doing see guys i'll 24:46 read some questions right here what 24:47 comes after the sprouts 24:57 i'll be right there 25:24 i'm back so you guys making the potato 25:26 version right here so 25:28 i'm doing some cilantro 25:33 doing the green onion again so it's for 25:35 people that don't like bananas or 25:36 they're afraid of bananas 25:39 a lot of people are afraid of bananas 25:40 which is really sad because potassium is 25:42 a critical critical nutrient it really 25:44 is 25:46 critical mineral we need potassium for 25:48 our brain for neurotransmitters 25:50 so um i got some alfalfa sprouts i got 25:54 some cilantro in here i got some green 25:56 onion 25:57 i'm gonna put a little bit of 26:01 this dulse i'm gonna roll it up now you 26:04 can do these in different ways like with 26:06 the banana nori wrap 26:08 you can do the whole banana okay 26:11 so i'll show you that version too so i'm 26:13 going to cut these 26:14 that's the potato one 26:19 now you could use the whole banana in 26:20 here which is another way i like to do 26:22 it too i like to slice the banana 26:24 but i also like to do a whole banana so 26:27 i like to do 26:27 both versions recipe in the book has the 26:30 whole banana 26:32 so i'm going to use some orange right 26:34 here to moisten it up 26:37 so our children are supposed to be 26:38 really important but i noticed that 26:40 health experts podcast doctors 26:45 health influencers they're just pushing 26:48 pushing and pushing the whole 26:50 chocolate narrative they're pushing the 26:51 whole hey it's plant medicine they're 26:54 pushing the whole coffee drinks they're 26:55 pushing the whole matcha tea 26:57 and they're pushing down to pregnant 26:58 women but nobody's thinking 27:01 nobody's thinking about the babies when 27:03 it comes down to that 27:05 and that's where i'm kind of like that's 27:07 where i'm like wait a minute are we 27:08 losing it 27:09 like are we losing it or something 27:11 putting the whole banana in this one you 27:13 guys 27:13 because that's the way that's a great 27:15 way to do it 27:20 something to think about putting sprouts 27:23 in here 27:25 putting a little bit of cilantro in this 27:27 one too 27:36 and i think that's something we just 27:37 like missed you guys are making some 27:39 nori 27:40 some banana nori wraps right here so i'm 27:43 going to cut this one 27:45 this is the one with the whole banana 27:47 right here 27:51 but then the breast feeding we got to 27:53 think about the breast milk 27:56 being pure and clean i like the heavy 27:57 metal detox smoothie because it's 27:59 removing 27:59 nettles out of the breast milk that's 28:02 why the heavy metal detox smoothie is so 28:04 great 28:05 so there you go 28:08 that's the banana that's a whole banana 28:10 right there using this one 28:11 that's a banana nori wrap right there 28:14 see so you got the sprouts in there got 28:16 a little bit of cilantro in there you 28:18 got the banana you got the green onion 28:19 which is scallion right 28:21 so you got that um yeah it's like sushi 28:24 there you go 28:24 with a banana and i'm gonna do it with 28:26 potato too so 28:28 there we go so this is really fun just 28:29 making a bunch of these 28:32 this is probably like i don't know this 28:34 is this is a more 28:35 fun one for me i like it i'm going to 28:37 use some potato 28:38 do some potato versions squeezing a 28:42 little 28:42 orange juice on top of this nori sheet 28:47 so you want your breast milk to be 28:50 really really clean 28:51 you've got to look at what's with what 28:53 you consume and what you're eating 28:55 keep the caffeine out keep that out of 28:59 the breast milk so the baby's not 29:01 having problems because that's another 29:02 thing too babies 29:04 they'll get really really cranky 29:07 when they're going through constant 29:09 caffeine withdrawal each day 29:11 and then yeah they're addicted to 29:14 caffeine through the breast milk 29:16 and won't sleep or will cry more 29:21 be unhappy because that's the caffeine 29:24 going on and that's the caffeine 29:26 talking in the baby 29:29 and almost every mom 29:33 is drinking or eating some kind of 29:35 caffeine product 29:36 while breastfeeding no one's talking 29:39 about it 29:40 no one's talking about it no one says 29:42 anything about it there's nothing out 29:44 there 29:44 health professionals don't talk about it 29:46 no well what am i saying health 29:48 professionals should say do more 29:49 caffeine 29:50 health professionals just say tell moms 29:52 that are breastfeeding do more 29:54 of it putting some dulls in here again 29:58 make sure you do lots of chocolate 30:01 so and it's really sad because it's 30:08 going to guarantee 30:09 that your baby grows up and then we'll 30:11 be consuming caffeine more and more and 30:13 more 30:16 and then the cycle never gets broken 30:18 ever 30:19 anyway so you guys are making these talk 30:22 about 30:22 a couple bunch of things i want to read 30:23 some comments too 30:36 yeah and it's not it's not the doreen 30:38 it's not the mom's faults at all of 30:39 course not no way 30:40 it's they want to do the best there is 30:42 for their kids 30:44 100 they want to do the best they want 30:47 to make sure 30:48 the kids their their babies get the best 30:51 there is all of it 30:55 and then the whole thing with after 30:57 pregnancy you get the hair loss 30:58 so a lot of women suffer from hair 31:00 thinning hair loss after pregnancies 31:02 even if it's six months after 31:04 child birth a year after child birth two 31:06 months after childbirth 31:08 during childbirth and because so much 31:11 adrenaline 31:12 was used and caffeine was stimulating so 31:15 much adrenaline so you get the hair 31:17 thinning 31:18 and look i know i've been talking about 31:20 caffeine a lot you guys would totally 31:22 get it but there's so many different 31:23 aspects of it that's why 31:25 it's not just one thing it's just not 31:26 one just not just one aspect or one part 31:29 of 31:30 the story with caffeine so i don't mean 31:32 to caffeine you guys crazy but 31:34 there's a reason for it because it's not 31:36 just okay 31:37 caffeine withdrawal and people shouldn't 31:39 be doing it not good for them no 31:41 it ages the skin the hair thins hair 31:44 falls out for women there's that the sun 31:46 spots all happen and they gotta all get 31:48 the laser techniques the hormones get 31:50 all in balance right 31:51 so all that is coming out of the 31:53 adrenals all that's you know all that 31:54 it's because of the adrenals because of 31:56 the caffeine but then the baby 31:59 the whole baby protection protecting the 32:02 baby and making sure 32:03 your baby's safe make sure your baby has 32:06 the best food and 32:07 all of that well no one's thinking about 32:09 the caffeine part there 32:10 and and um and here's the thing 32:14 coffee's just been getting stronger 32:16 chocolate's been getting stronger 32:18 and stronger so now we're in a place 32:20 where espressos there's moms out there 32:22 breastfeeding while doing espressos and 32:25 because they're told to 32:26 do it now 32:30 they're told to do it i mean look you 32:31 guys i could just forget it 32:33 i could forget it never talk about it 32:35 again how about that 32:36 never tell anybody we just don't tell 32:38 anybody 32:39 let's keep it quiet not tell anybody not 32:41 say anything okay 32:42 and then just let women that are 32:45 pregnant make sure they're eating lots 32:46 of chocolate make sure they're doing 32:48 lots of cacao make sure they're doing 32:49 lots of coffee drinks and everything 32:50 else and matcha tea while pregnant 32:52 and then also breastfeeding we can do 32:54 that we can keep it quiet 32:56 i mean we right we don't have to go 32:58 there 33:00 but i just i just i can't do that 33:04 um there's a lot of skin hacking going 33:07 these days a lot of biohacking for skin 33:11 you guys like it's all about hacking 33:14 skin 33:14 issues it's all about hacking skin 33:16 problems 33:17 you know acne scarring you know micro 33:20 needling to try to heal 33:22 acne scarring micro needling to try to 33:25 get really good 33:25 skin okay really abrasive peels skin 33:29 peels 33:30 right really abrasive exfoliations 33:34 so there's a lot of that going on 33:38 okay and so that's a big thing right now 33:41 it's all about skin so 33:42 you know you'll see on you'll see on the 33:44 internet you'll see on youtube you'll 33:46 see 33:47 you know it's all about skin skin skin 33:50 and 33:50 social media and what can you do for 33:53 your skin like 33:54 what kind of what kind of treatment can 33:55 you do for your skin skin on your your 33:57 skin on your face 33:58 in other areas and what's going on is 34:02 that when you do like the micro needling 34:06 we think that that's a good thing we're 34:08 being taught that that's a good thing 34:09 but it's actually not 34:11 so if you guys always want to know like 34:13 what i'm thinking or what 34:14 you know my thoughts are about it all 34:16 because i know you guys have a lot of 34:17 questions and i've seen a question about 34:19 that but i never answered it before 34:21 and i haven't i didn't have a chance but 34:23 here's how this here's how it works the 34:25 micro needling 34:27 injures the skin right so it injures it 34:30 so then 34:31 your skin your body's healing process 34:35 tr amps up and it tries to heal that 34:39 injury so you're doing the micro 34:40 needling so you're doing that all on 34:42 your face and micro needling and 34:43 everything right 34:44 and you're doing that and so you're 34:46 injuring your skin you're 34:47 injuring it in hopes that it heals 34:52 and it comes out better right 34:55 it's really not the reality of it that's 34:58 not how it works 35:00 what happens is that your body is over 35:03 compensating in the moment to try to 35:06 heal what you're doing for an injury 35:08 so you're doing the micro needling and 35:10 then your body tries to overcompensate 35:12 and 35:12 oh my god i got the body your body's 35:14 like talking and like i gotta heal 35:16 this your body goes into high gear to 35:17 heal this and it takes a lot of reserves 35:19 it takes a lot of physical reserves 35:21 internally to go and try to heal the 35:22 skin after you micro needle right 35:25 and do really really harsh peels um 35:28 but the problems in our skin is really 35:31 within so it's deep inside of us that's 35:33 where the real problems 35:35 lie with skin it's not on the surface 35:37 that's not where the problem 35:39 lies it's within it's deeper that's 35:42 where the real issues are 35:44 and so we try a lot of different things 35:46 we're always trying to hack our skin 35:48 we're always trying to 35:49 you know bio hacks and we're always 35:51 hacking our skin and that's a big thing 35:53 everybody's micro needling but what 35:55 happens is with that 35:56 is you end up with 35:59 more difficult skin later on from all 36:01 the micro needling 36:03 so i thought it would kind of throw that 36:05 throw that out to you guys so 36:06 just in case i can look out for you and 36:08 protect you guys because that's what i'm 36:10 trying to do it's like 36:12 i'm not i'm not doing this for 36:16 not doing this because i enjoy it so 36:18 much 36:21 doing this because i feel i have to 36:23 protect you guys that's how it's always 36:25 been since i was four years old 36:26 getting this information it's about 36:28 protecting you guys right 36:31 and if you're somebody into 36:32 microneedling that's what you like to do 36:34 you believe in it look 36:36 just move move my thoughts aside and do 36:39 it if you want to do 36:41 but you're causing an injury that's 36:44 forcing your body to then repair it 36:47 so that's what's happening you're 36:49 creating an injury forcing your body to 36:51 repair it 36:52 okay and so your body's gonna 36:57 kill itself to overcompensate 37:00 to try to repair the injuries you're 37:02 creating in hopes that 37:03 it ends up repairing any other day it's 37:06 a great theory meaning 37:08 that it can repair any other damage it's 37:10 a great theory 37:11 but what you get is you get this really 37:14 mild 37:15 mild mild scar tissue that starts to 37:17 occur and that scar tissue 37:19 gets kind of sleek okay so it gets kind 37:22 of polished because that's what scar 37:24 tissue can do 37:25 when it's even like that so you're doing 37:27 this even 37:29 version of scar tissue it's not just one 37:31 like say acne 37:33 and you got a cystic acne and there's 37:34 just one here and there's one here now 37:36 you got a scar here and you got a scar 37:38 here the micro needling first of all 37:40 isn't that deep i know 37:41 but it's doing it evenly everywhere 37:45 but it's creating a very mild 37:49 scar like a sheet like a scar 37:52 sheet everywhere very mild one and over 37:56 time 37:57 that can get really really abrasive 37:59 later on as the years go on 38:03 now 38:06 [Music] 38:07 the goal for skin and to get skin to 38:10 heal and to get skin as good as you want 38:11 to get it and get skin 38:13 really nice is you got to heal 38:15 internally 38:16 that's how it happens you gotta fix your 38:19 liver 38:20 you have to go after the very thing that 38:22 creates cystic acne too 38:24 those are the things that's where the 38:26 eye has to be on the ball like that's it 38:28 right there 38:29 you guys are having any glitches on 38:30 facebook just watch me on youtube right 38:32 now i'm on youtube 38:34 live right here because i heard people 38:37 were having some glitches 38:39 one of the ways to kill your skin is 38:41 caffeine once again 38:43 and look it's only so many times you 38:46 want to hear it probably because you're 38:47 like no 38:47 no i can't quit oh no i heard it's good 38:50 for me he's driving me crazy with this 38:51 caffeine thing 38:53 but if you care about your skin that's 38:54 one thing right there that's a big deal 38:56 the other thing is 38:58 you know the foods you're doing like 38:59 what foods vinegar is the skin killer 39:02 not surfacely not surfacely like apple 39:04 cider vinegar on the surface is actually 39:07 okay for the skin 39:08 because it can pull away any kind of 39:10 corrosive 39:11 material on the skin any kind of dead 39:13 skin cells 39:15 apple cider vinegar tends to help remove 39:17 those any kind of toxins on your skin 39:19 surface apple cider vinegar on your skin 39:21 surface is actually helpful right 39:23 diluted not straight but diluted 39:27 all right but apple cider vinegar 39:29 internally 39:30 creates skin problems that's the other 39:33 thing you guys are making the 39:34 banana nori wraps potato nori wraps 39:38 putting a little bit of cilantro 39:39 a little bit of sprouts these are 39:41 alfalfa sprouts right here i just want 39:42 to show you i don't think i showed 39:44 anybody 39:44 exactly what they look like but there 39:46 they are you guys know these the sprouts 39:48 that's a cilantro these are potatoes 39:50 this is some dolls i'm using a lot of 39:52 dolls 39:53 i really love it in these so using a 39:55 little bit more 39:56 i got the green onions which are over 39:58 here which are scallions the green 39:59 onions right 40:01 i got that so i'm making these i'm going 40:03 to roll this one up 40:05 i think i got to put a little bit of 40:06 dolls in here 40:08 love you anthony what about botox then 40:11 look i mean a lot of people everybody's 40:14 doing it a lot not everybody but a lot 40:15 of people are doing it 40:17 um i worry about it i worry about the 40:20 whole botulism thing because you know if 40:22 it 40:22 escapes get away if it gets away if it 40:25 if it there's a lot of people that have 40:27 been injured by it because it's because 40:30 it's part of big pharma 40:32 um anybody who really talks about their 40:35 injuries about it it gets scrubbed 40:39 so it gets it gets scrubbed on the 40:41 internet 40:43 you gotta search hard to find the people 40:45 who have been injured from botox 40:48 because it just if they disappear like 40:50 they never existed on the internet 40:53 so it's like they get this horrible 40:54 reaction that happens their face blows 40:56 up 40:56 they're in the hospital for a month 40:58 because the botox 41:00 they can't use their they can't they 41:01 can't talk right 41:03 they're face troops they get the balls 41:05 bell's palsy 41:06 they get something wrong with kind of 41:07 their shoulder and their arm because it 41:09 runs down in there 41:10 they get high fevers whatever it is they 41:11 get and they're in the hospital the 41:13 minute they go on social media and they 41:14 try to sell 41:15 they try to tell their story and tell 41:17 their story they all of a sudden kind of 41:19 like 41:19 get nobody watching anymore and they all 41:21 of a sudden just disappear over time 41:23 and then they're gone they've been 41:24 scrubbed they've been scrubbed off the 41:26 internet 41:29 because any kind of stuff like adverse 41:31 stuff that happens with big pharma 41:33 and you start complaining and you start 41:35 freaking out you either have a guy with 41:37 a black suit show up at your door and 41:38 tell you never to talk about it again 41:43 or you'll just get scrubbed off the 41:44 internet is what really happens in the 41:45 old days it was like somebody with a 41:47 black suit would show up 41:48 make sure you shut the hell up and never 41:50 talk about 41:51 never talk about your your big pharma 41:53 injury 41:56 this is really terrible all right guys 41:59 i got some alfalfa sprouts right here i 42:02 got some cilantro right here 42:07 oh man so anyway as far as botox goes i 42:11 mean i wouldn't 42:12 personally i wouldn't do it but i know a 42:14 lot of people do it and they they 42:16 live by it i live by it i get it 42:19 i'm not i'm not guess i'm not here to 42:21 judge anybody 42:23 it's like i'm just here to give you look 42:24 you might be somebody 42:26 that wants to know you shouldn't be on 42:28 chocolate while pregnant you might be 42:29 somebody 42:30 okay and you might be really grateful or 42:32 thankful that 42:33 i i told you okay and then you might be 42:35 somebody else who's like 42:36 hell no i'm gonna do my chocolate you 42:39 ain't gonna stop me 42:40 baby or no baby you might be somebody 42:41 like that and that's okay i'm not 42:43 judging you it's not it's a hard world 42:46 you know a lot of people need their 42:48 chocolate get by 42:49 you know and a lot of people can't think 42:52 without their caffeine they can't even 42:53 put 42:54 a sentence together without it because 42:55 they're struggling with problems and 42:56 they're not in a place where they can 42:58 fix it so easy right now 43:02 so tell you guys something interesting 43:05 you know when you get blood work 43:06 a couple things i want to tell you about 43:07 blood work okay one is 43:10 ask your doctor okay to not 43:14 when the when you do the blood work 43:16 don't do so many vials of blood that's 43:19 one thing right there 43:21 because they'll just drain the life out 43:23 of you like i've been i've been teaching 43:25 doctors 43:26 two or three vials that's it you get 43:28 another blood test if you want to test 43:30 for other things and you do another two 43:31 or three vials don't do six vials don't 43:33 do five vials don't do seven vials don't 43:35 do 10 vials 43:36 don't do 12 vials don't do 14 don't do 43:39 26 vials 43:40 no yeah guess what some doctors they'll 43:43 pull 26 vials out of people 43:46 um you got to remember this when you're 43:48 getting blood tests and i want to talk 43:50 about this about blood a bunch of 43:51 different stuff about blood 43:53 because i really haven't covered blood 43:55 enough and i want to really cover i'm 43:57 going to cover what i can now but 43:58 there's it's going to probably take a 43:59 couple of cooking sessions 44:01 to cover all the blood stuff right so 44:03 i'm going to give you a couple of pieces 44:04 with it 44:04 i'm making potato nori wraps i'm going 44:06 to cut more potato right here 44:09 okay first of all ask your doctor to 44:12 keep it minimal 44:15 less blood drawn 44:18 if he says well i'm not going to be able 44:19 to test for this and this and this and 44:21 this and this say can you cut it in half 44:22 and test for those another day i come in 44:24 write it up do it 44:27 it's one thing because when you're sick 44:30 and you've got chronic illness and 44:31 you've got any kind of low grade viral 44:32 stuff if you're not well whatever that 44:34 is 44:34 that you're going through the more blood 44:37 taken at once 44:38 you just lost your immune system it's 44:40 gone out the door 44:41 bye gone one shot you're getting your 44:44 blood work 44:45 they're drawing your blood well there's 44:46 one vial boom okay that's okay two vials 44:49 boom 44:49 three vials boom four boom here's your 44:51 immune system your white count 44:52 neutrophils basal cells monocytes your 44:54 lymphocytes all going out that's it so 44:57 your immune system is 44:58 being removed and if you're viral with 45:01 epstein-barr you got ra hashimoto's 45:04 ms you got lupus you got whatever you 45:06 got going on it could be eczema 45:08 psoriasis 45:09 anything reproductive problems then your 45:12 body has to build up and recreate a 45:14 brand new immune system for your 45:15 bloodstream and in that 45:17 moment those bugs streptococcus 45:21 epstein-barr whatever are going to creep 45:24 up they can creep 45:25 up because your immune system was 45:26 removed so you want to do minimal 45:28 like okay can i get three vials not six 45:31 or eight 45:32 and then i'll come back and you then 45:34 test for the other things and i'll get 45:35 three more vials 45:42 that's really powerful information get 45:44 two vials 45:45 and the other thing too if you can't go 45:47 that route your doctor's like no i need 45:49 five aisles i need six vials of blood i 45:51 need seven vials of blood 45:52 ask them if you can do half vials of 45:56 blood because guess what the blood 45:58 the the just so you know um when they 46:01 test for blood when they test your blood 46:02 they throw it all away 46:04 they take this much that much out of a 46:07 vial 46:08 that much most of the time and they 46:10 throw away all your blood 46:11 it all gets thrown away okay so it's a 46:14 scam too 46:16 so ask your doctor can you go with half 46:18 vials of blood 46:20 send it to the blood testing place the 46:22 labs with half of them filled 46:25 this way if you do three half vials it's 46:28 only really what 46:30 one and a half if you do five half files 46:33 you're only what two and a half or 46:34 whatever 46:36 you guys i'm doing some i hope my math 46:38 is right 46:42 never went to college 46:46 was too busy helping people heal 46:49 couldn't do it was way too busy had too 46:52 many people knocking on my door 46:55 working on saving lives all these years 46:57 it just didn't have the time to go to 46:59 school didn't have time to go to college 47:03 but i can tell you how to protect 47:04 yourself and 47:07 and give you books that have already 47:10 saved lots of lives you guys i'm making 47:12 the banana nori wraps right here there 47:15 it is medical medium 47:16 revised and expanded new edition find it 47:19 on amazon 47:21 um another thing too with blood testing 47:24 which is interesting so i'm just talking 47:25 about that part let's get some 47:27 dolls right here so i gotta i gotta 47:30 cover some more blood information if you 47:31 guys are interested you guys get blood 47:33 work all the time 47:33 you guys get blood work so i got a 47:37 little bit more 47:41 okay the labs are lying lizzy lou the 47:43 labs say they can't run the blood work 47:45 unless the vials are full 47:46 they're lying they can they actually can 47:52 how do i know doctors tell me how do i 47:55 know paint doctors patients 47:57 that i've known through doctors have 47:59 have 48:00 insisted on half files and the labs have 48:04 run it 48:06 so you just have to fight for it a 48:07 little bit 48:10 making a pile of these wow okay so 48:13 another thing too is 48:14 you can get a blood test for something 48:16 like cortisol 48:18 get blood blood tests to check your 48:20 adrenals and cortisol right 48:22 and an hour later it's going to be 48:23 entirely different than when you had it 48:25 tested that moment 48:27 blood tests are so inconsistent that's 48:30 another thing 48:31 really interesting about blood tests 48:35 you got to take sometimes a lot of blood 48:37 tests and a lot of different tests with 48:38 the grain of salt 48:40 testing changes constantly within the 48:43 hour within a day if you go to bathroom 48:45 before you 48:46 get your blood test or go to bathroom 48:48 after you get your blood this is 48:49 entirely different 48:54 i will barber says i will ask about half 48:56 files 48:57 definitely ask about half vials because 48:59 if they're taking that much blood 49:01 it gets us sicker and sicker over time 49:03 so let me just let me just be straight 49:05 out about this this is critical to know 49:07 the more blood we get taken and the more 49:09 blood we get taken the more blood we get 49:10 taken 49:11 the sicker we get you know i call the 49:14 system the ultimate vampire 49:17 they don't do it right they don't 49:20 do it carefully they suck the life out 49:23 of us they 49:23 rob our immune systems with the blood 49:25 tests and they don't they're not careful 49:28 about it 49:29 they're not and people get sicker who 49:31 are viral and chronically ill and they 49:33 get sicker and sicker and sicker because 49:35 of it 49:36 so you want to be careful and ask about 49:38 half files if you can't get the half 49:40 vials 49:41 your doctor doesn't want to do it or 49:42 something's going on there then ask for 49:44 less vials drawn 49:46 and then go back again for other tests 49:50 so it's not 49:50 all those done at once and do another 49:53 potato roll up right here 49:55 and the body is always compensating too 49:58 all the time we've got to remember this 50:00 it's always compensating so the blood 50:02 tests are picking up the body 50:03 compensating all the time 50:05 that's something to keep in mind as well 50:07 you go through a stressful event your 50:08 body's compensating 50:10 it's always doing that your body's if 50:12 you're um 50:13 getting deficient in something your 50:15 body's compensating 50:17 it's always doing that so it's really 50:19 that's something to keep in mind all on 50:21 its own i want to go into that a little 50:22 bit more 50:23 too it's interesting 50:27 okay guys putting a little bit more dols 50:29 in here rolling up another one 50:32 [Applause] 50:36 educating myself says also explains 50:38 immune lowering 50:40 during menstruation which is medical 50:42 medium information 50:44 i put that out years ago immune system 50:46 lowers during 50:47 menstruation 50:53 publish first medical medium books 50:56 um yeah it totally explains that 51:01 exactly the amount of medical 51:05 medium information that's gotten out 51:06 there over the years with no science 51:08 behind it 51:09 none at all but it becomes law out there 51:13 it's you know and then but you'll hear 51:15 everybody where's your science where's 51:16 your signs where's your science 51:18 so here's how it works too is like your 51:20 body's over compensating constantly for 51:22 everything we do 51:23 that we shouldn't do everything we do 51:26 that we shouldn't do our bodies 51:28 overcompensating 51:29 non-stop right you drink caffeine our 51:31 bodies overcompensating 51:32 right there we challenge our body it 51:35 compensates 51:36 okay we do an ice cold plunge 51:40 our bodies freaking out goes into crisis 51:42 and tries to find homeostasis and 51:44 overcompensates 51:45 our body is constantly trying to find 51:47 that homeostasis 51:48 all the time at every moment anywhere 51:51 anyhow 51:52 and and when they take blood they 51:54 they've never accounted for that really 51:56 that our body's constantly trying to 51:58 find a balance 51:59 so when they take blood they don't 52:00 realize it's much deeper than what it 52:03 really is that you read on the results 52:05 too i'm not saying all the results are 52:07 wrong and that's not it 52:08 it's just that our bodies are in it's a 52:10 working process 52:11 every day to overcompensate everything 52:13 we're doing so if we got too much fat in 52:15 our bloodstream our body's 52:16 overcompensating by really 52:18 releasing more adrenaline to thin it out 52:20 um if we're under a lot of stress 52:22 our bodies like over compensating to 52:24 deal with the stress 52:26 and it's just it's this constant tug and 52:28 pull 52:29 tug and pull that's why blood tests are 52:31 not the same 52:32 an hour later it's why blood tests are 52:34 not the same two hours later or a day 52:36 later 52:37 they're different i'm gonna do a banana 52:40 right now 52:40 this is the next one i'm gonna do 52:46 so you got to take the average you know 52:47 that's what they really should do they 52:49 should be like i'm going to put a whole 52:50 banana in here like this 52:53 they should take the average of the test 52:55 like hormone test in the morning 52:57 come back the next day in the afternoon 53:00 get another hormone test then 53:01 you get that blood run you get that 53:03 blood run the lab and then what you have 53:05 here is 53:06 you go somewhere you'll see the numbers 53:08 are different 53:13 or you get a blood test in the morning 53:15 one day and then a week later you get a 53:16 blood test in the morning that next day 53:18 and then next a week later and you'll 53:19 see why are the numbers different 53:25 why are the numbers constantly different 53:28 because you might have had a little 53:29 stress in your life maybe you had 53:31 something happen 53:31 maybe something's going on maybe you're 53:33 eating differently maybe you had 53:35 something you shouldn't have eaten 53:36 maybe something like that the body tries 53:39 to compensate 53:40 constantly the numbers change your 53:43 body's trying to find homeostasis 53:46 and that's how it works 53:52 i made a really big one right here so 53:54 when i cut it in half you'll see i mean 53:55 they become nori wraps when you make 53:57 them bigger and that's what the recipe 53:58 calls for 53:59 it really calls for this so what i'm 54:00 gonna do i'm gonna cut this one in half 54:02 like this 54:05 so that's the nori that's the nori wrap 54:09 there's a full banana in there you got 54:10 the sprouts you got the cilantro 54:12 you got a little bit of the doll 54:14 stripped in there and you got the green 54:16 onion you see 54:17 now i'm going to cut them also small too 54:19 so i'm going to do that as well i'm 54:20 going to cut them 54:21 into little circles like i like to do 54:23 and fill the plate 54:24 fill the plate up and that's where i'm 54:25 going next 54:31 yep 54:36 um you can't test for heavy metals 54:40 through blood work 54:41 because that's not going to work because 54:42 heavy metals sit and saturate inside the 54:44 organ tissue so toxic heavy metals sit 54:46 inside the brain 54:47 they sit inside the glial cells the 54:49 brain tissue they sit 54:51 they sit deep inside the brain so what 54:53 happens is they sit deep inside the 54:55 liver they sit deep inside our organs so 54:58 hey do i have toxic metals or not i 55:00 don't know let me go get a blood test at 55:02 the doctor's office 55:03 and the doctor the doctor might be like 55:04 hey you got little traces of it but i 55:06 don't think you have it bad 55:08 those traces in your bloodstream are 55:10 from new exposure 55:12 brand new exposure toxic heavy metals 55:15 old exposure sit inside your brain 55:18 forever 55:18 but new exposure on a daily level will 55:20 show up on the blood test and it might 55:22 not even be perfect on that level too 55:26 carmen says i have too much calcium in 55:29 my blood 55:30 what can i do i mean first of all 55:34 if first of all i would i would 55:36 definitely start shifting things with 55:37 your diet if you have too much calcium 55:39 in your blood 55:39 so it starts shifting things there um 55:42 start cleaning things up 55:43 are you doing any eggs get rid of those 55:45 eggs you can ask your doctor about that 55:46 see what's right for you but i i would 55:48 if that was me and i had too much 55:49 calcium in my blood 55:51 i would be getting rid of eggs that 55:52 would be something i would do right 55:54 there 55:54 guys i'm going to take two nori's 55:57 together and cut them 55:59 in pieces i would get rid of eggs i 56:02 would get rid of dairy products 56:03 i would keep the caffeine and chocolate 56:05 out because here's what what happens 56:06 when you do coffee 56:08 it sucks the calcium out of your bones 56:10 and therefore you end up with the 56:11 calcium in your blood 56:13 so when you do caffeine of any kind it's 56:16 the 56:16 caffeine caffeine that draws the calcium 56:20 out of your bones to act as a buffer 56:25 right same thing with apple cider 56:26 vinegar apple cider vinegar 56:28 pulls it pulls calcium out of your teeth 56:32 out of your bones 56:34 same thing with any kind of vinegar it 56:35 pulls calcium out of your bones 56:37 get rid of all the vinegars gone get rid 56:39 of all your caffeine gone 56:41 get rid of the eggs the dairy products 56:43 gone and then 56:44 give it a little time and then see what 56:47 happens there i mean that's what i would 56:48 do if it was me 56:49 i'm cutting these right here cutting two 56:52 at a time like this 56:54 you can make these thick and bigger 56:57 pieces 56:58 you can make them skinny 57:01 i'll show you guys i'll plate them up 57:08 hair test for metals don't work either 57:10 keep that in mind as well 57:13 those are not great indicators either 57:17 so that's something to know there 57:20 so i'm going to plate these up here 57:24 i'm going to do a bunch of them in these 57:25 plates i like doing these little 57:27 circles like this so 57:34 so that's something also to keep in mind 57:36 there that hair testing isn't 57:37 isn't a great indicator as well 57:42 i'm noticing something is i get it 57:44 everybody wants to be spiritual 57:46 [Music] 57:48 these days but how come if 57:51 how can we want well how come scientific 57:54 studies are so 57:55 important 57:58 if we're so spiritual why do we need a 58:01 scientific study so bad 58:03 in order to drink celery juice or in 58:06 order to 58:08 do something that's healing somebody 58:11 like what we're doing here 58:13 like why do you need you know a 58:15 scientific 58:16 study where's your science on that 58:19 information anthony where is it 58:21 okay well that's funny because i thought 58:24 you were a spiritual person 58:27 everybody's acting so spiritual i've 58:29 seen people in yoga studios a friend of 58:30 mine told me 58:31 a whole bunch of people in his yoga 58:34 studio 58:35 is before the whole thing happened 58:37 recently with the plague we've been 58:39 dealing with 58:40 he said there's like they're really 58:43 spiritual people 58:47 but for some reason they need a 58:49 scientific study 58:50 on everything like anything my friend 58:53 said to them in the yoga studio 58:55 anything my friend said he's a doctor 58:57 friend he said you know medical medium 59:00 says that um you know 59:05 when you when when you have your cycle 59:07 your immune system drops eighty percent 59:09 of your immune system goes to your 59:10 reproductive system while 20 percent 59:12 is left to fend for you on everywhere 59:14 else and they go where's the scientific 59:16 study on that and these are people that 59:18 are super spiritual he said 59:20 super spiritual 59:28 and he's like this is confusing why is 59:31 everybody 59:32 so spiritual 59:35 but yet they they won't do they won't do 59:38 anything 59:38 unless science involved in some way or 59:40 they think science is involved in some 59:44 way 59:47 is it hypocritical what is that 59:54 especially since many of the people in 59:58 the yoga studio had chronic illness 1:00:01 like autoimmune and science and research 1:00:03 hasn't fixed it and no scientific study 1:00:05 fixed it 1:00:07 and there they are doing yoga and they 1:00:10 got 1:00:11 a little bit of fatigue they got some 1:00:14 hashimoto's and they're they're they're 1:00:16 at the yoga center doing yoga 1:00:18 and science and research studies hasn't 1:00:21 fixed their hashimoto's on any level 1:00:23 but for some reason they need a study in 1:00:26 order to do something when they're 1:00:27 supposed to be so 1:00:28 spiritual there's the norris 1:00:31 right there i cut them in little pieces 1:00:33 i'm gonna cut some more next 1:00:40 uh 1:00:43 another thing too is everybody thinks 1:00:45 they're a health expert 1:00:47 i don't mind if they think they're a 1:00:48 health expert that's fine but 1:00:51 stop burning all that toxic incense 1:00:54 that's poisoning the people around you 1:00:56 or your family stop burning the scented 1:00:58 candles 1:00:59 with all the chemical company toxins in 1:01:03 it 1:01:03 they're killing people and 1:01:07 if you want to be a health expert 1:01:11 and a spiritual expert i just i would 1:01:14 suggest 1:01:15 maybe kind of like i don't know getting 1:01:18 in touch with what you're doing a little 1:01:20 bit 1:01:21 maybe don't burn those dangerous scented 1:01:24 candles 1:01:26 poisoning yourself poisoning your lungs 1:01:29 breaking down your immune system 1:01:38 one's a no-brainer maybe those chemicals 1:01:41 are dangerous 1:01:42 and if you have children i mean you 1:01:44 shouldn't be burning scented candles 1:01:46 if you have children and you look i'm 1:01:48 not look not judging anybody it's just 1:01:50 that 1:01:51 i want to help people because when you 1:01:53 learn these things you're like okay wait 1:01:55 a minute 1:01:56 okay whoa yeah i need to be on that 1:02:00 same thing with perfumes and clothes 1:02:03 this stuff is so 1:02:04 toxic they're chemical soups 1:02:07 and they they go into the sinuses and 1:02:09 they stick to the sinus 1:02:11 cavities and they actually find their 1:02:13 way into the brain 1:02:15 through the sinus cavities scented 1:02:17 candles the chemicals that send to 1:02:18 candles find their way 1:02:20 into your brain through your sinus 1:02:22 cavities 1:02:26 see a lot of health gurus these days 1:02:29 lighting their scented candles 1:02:30 and burning incense that's treated with 1:02:33 chemicals 1:02:36 and they're telling everybody this is 1:02:37 what you need to do you need to do this 1:02:38 you need to do that 1:02:40 you need to sit in your sauna for an 1:02:42 hour with the highest heat 1:02:45 until you go into hypothermia basically 1:02:47 and your adrenals then spill out a 1:02:49 lifetime of adrenaline and then you're 1:02:50 high afterwards 1:02:52 and then years down the road you get 1:02:54 broken down from it and everything 1:02:55 starts falling apart and nobody knows it 1:02:57 was from doing too hot 1:02:58 too hot and too long saunas and then 1:03:01 caffeine all day make sure you do your 1:03:02 plant medicine chocolate 1:03:04 all the health gurus are like do your 1:03:06 plant medicine chocolate make sure you 1:03:07 do it make sure you get lots of it so 1:03:09 good for you science says 1:03:17 and how can you really be spiritual if 1:03:20 you need vices 1:03:23 look a lot of people need vices to 1:03:27 survive and get through the day 1:03:29 never going to judge anybody on that i 1:03:32 know life isn't easy 1:03:33 life can be really hard really difficult 1:03:37 but but just 1:03:40 you know try to realize there's a lot of 1:03:42 people out there 1:03:43 that got it real easy real easy it's a 1:03:46 lot of people you guys out there got it 1:03:48 easy everything's paid for everything's 1:03:49 good 1:03:50 maybe they came for money fine not 1:03:53 faulting anybody 1:03:56 but 1:03:59 whatever they've never had a difficult 1:04:01 challenge yet maybe they're still 1:04:03 young and they haven't been faced with 1:04:04 any difficult challenges 1:04:06 but what's their excuse for holding on 1:04:09 to all their vices 1:04:11 and but claiming they're spiritual at 1:04:13 the same time 1:04:14 look i don't mind if you do that 1:04:18 it's just that to grow sometimes we have 1:04:21 to let go of some things we have to be 1:04:23 without sometimes sometimes we have to 1:04:25 be without 1:04:26 a vice one that's hurting us 1:04:29 you know how spiritually connected can 1:04:32 we get if we're so jacked up on a drug 1:04:35 that the caffeine industry 1:04:37 wants us on for the rest of our life so 1:04:39 they get rich they don't care what 1:04:40 happens to us 1:04:42 spiritual growth is about being without 1:04:44 sometimes maybe letting go of ice 1:04:48 and then you wonder down the road while 1:04:49 your body's falling apart no one's going 1:04:51 to tell you no one's going to say it was 1:04:52 all that caffeine all these years 1:04:54 you guys i've been on the caffeine rant 1:04:56 for a long time but i have to say 1:05:00 it's the biggest food group 1:05:04 caffeine is the biggest food group it's 1:05:07 the food group 1:05:09 95 of the world is on for the rest of 1:05:11 their lives 1:05:13 if they were to do the math it's the 1:05:16 number one at the top of their food 1:05:18 chain it's at the top of their food 1:05:20 group the number one food group their
