important to know how to use leafy 0:08 greens how to incorporate them into your 0:10 life i'm also going to be talking about 0:11 vinegar 0:12 like acv apple cider vinegar other 0:14 vinegars i'm going to talk about 0:16 eggs so i'm going to do a little whole 0:19 thing about eggs too 0:20 so hey and gluten going to talk about 0:22 gluten that's just a few things 0:24 and so you don't want to miss this live 0:27 and let's get started 0:30 so you guys uh what i'm doing is i'm 0:33 going to steam up real quick in a pan 0:35 hey everybody coming on here some 0:38 cauliflower 0:39 some asparagus i'm going to put some 0:40 asparagus i'm going to chop some up 0:42 right now and 0:45 so basically what i'm going to do is 0:46 some lightly steamed asparagus and 0:48 cauliflower is going to go on top of 0:50 this potato 0:51 leafy green salad so i'm excited about 0:54 this 0:55 i don't want the asparagus to be real 0:57 small i want it to be kind of hunkier 0:59 pieces so 1:02 that's how i'm doing them here you know 1:05 you don't want to chop them so 1:06 tiny where they're in the smallest 1:09 pieces 1:10 good to see you guys coming on we're 1:11 going to talk about eggs 1:13 we're going to talk about apple cider 1:16 vinegar 1:17 might talk about b12 as well so we'll do 1:20 a little b12 talk 1:21 how it works inside the body what 1:24 happens how to kind of like 1:25 self-diagnose 1:27 all right be your own intuitive healer 1:33 so give you like tips on that 1:39 i'm gonna talk about gluten too as well 1:41 because you know hey 1:43 even though people say they're gluten 1:44 free a lot of people they end up getting 1:46 gluten inside of them you know they end 1:48 up eating gluten 1:49 happens all the time 1:52 um i was talking to a doctor the other 1:54 day and he said to me 1:55 he's teaching his patients how to 1:57 self-diagnose 1:58 that's what he told me i'm like really 2:01 you're a doctor 2:02 you're teaching them to do that he says 2:04 yeah i'm teaching them to 2:07 kind of have a feel as to hey when do i 2:09 go need to see a doctor 2:12 you know what's my symptoms learning 2:15 about their symptoms and stuff so 2:17 it's a cool doctor really it's teaching 2:19 people how to take care of themselves a 2:21 little bit 2:26 dr phone md 2:34 danielle says hi i can't heal histamine 2:37 intolerance 2:38 even even using your cleanse 2:43 what what else are you doing is it just 2:46 a cleanse did you do 2:47 one cleanse did you do a little 2:49 cleansing 2:50 have you did the 369 advance 2:54 have you done that so that's something 2:56 to 2:57 think about um how much fat are you on 3:01 that's another thing too when you get 3:03 off the cleanse are you tanking the fats 3:05 are you taking the nuts and seeds nut 3:07 butters oils 3:08 avocado are you doing anything else are 3:11 you doing animal 3:12 animal fats at all are you doing that 3:14 i'm cutting the cauliflower in half 3:15 these these little 3:16 florets right here 3:21 and is your histamine issue 3:25 really part of your issue that's another 3:29 thing too 3:31 is it just is it something someone's 3:33 just told you about hey you got high 3:35 histamines that could be your problem 3:37 are you 3:38 are you dealing with something else are 3:39 you dealing with some kind of viral load 3:42 so you're dealing with a viral problem 3:44 and you got a lot of symptoms 3:46 did you read the cleanse the heal book 3:48 and kind of get it 3:49 in some insight to what could be wrong 3:52 have you done the mono eating if you're 3:54 really worried about histamines maybe do 3:56 the mono eating how about that 3:59 that would be a good thing to do um i 4:01 just put some 4:03 cauliflower right here in the pan i got 4:05 some asparagus so i'm just going to 4:06 lightly steam this up this is going to 4:08 go in the salad 4:10 the salad is going to be really big 4:11 actually there's a lot going on with 4:13 this i got a lot of stuff here 4:15 um what do you do about post covet 4:19 symptoms i saw that question 4:21 um a lot of people are asking about what 4:23 do you do about that stuff 4:25 you know the funny thing is is in 4:28 medical medium about 4:54 um i'm going to talk about gluten going 4:56 to talk about b12 going to talk about 4:58 eggs i'm going to talk about apple cider 5:00 vinegar and other vinegars 5:01 that's just some of the stuff and cover 5:03 caffeine a little bit again so we're 5:05 going to cover a whole bunch of 5:06 different things 5:07 lots of stuff to talk about when it 5:09 comes down to histamines 5:12 the reason why someone has a histamine 5:14 problem is because they're viral 5:15 so you got to keep that in mind so if 5:18 someone 5:19 is viral low-grade viral infections 5:22 then your histamines raise and then what 5:25 happens is 5:25 the foods they're really just kind of a 5:28 confusion they become a confusion 5:30 in in it all but first of all certain 5:32 foods will feed the viruses 5:34 creating more histamines so and certain 5:38 foods will 5:38 kill the epstein-barr virus in shingles 5:41 virus cytomegalovirus simplex one virus 5:44 causing histamines so if if histamines 5:48 is something that you're monitoring or 5:49 someone's looking after your doctor's 5:51 looking after these histamines and 5:53 they're all worried about histamines 5:54 histamines but they don't know 5:56 what is happening like what's causing 5:58 the histamines why are these histamines 6:00 happening 6:01 so if you're eating foods to feed 6:03 pathogens like epstein-barr shingle 6:05 sediment 6:06 virus hhv6 hhv7 simplex one simplex two 6:10 and the list goes on if you're eating 6:12 foods to feed some of these bugs in your 6:15 body 6:16 then histamines raise right 6:20 then when you eat foods to cleanse these 6:23 bugs out 6:24 histamines raise because you're 6:26 cleansing and shaking up all that 6:28 garbage and toxic stuff that's sitting 6:30 inside your liver 6:31 so if you're trying a little bit of a 6:33 cleanse like 6:34 like the cleanse the heel one of one of 6:36 the cleanses or you're doing a little 6:37 3-6-9 6:38 and you're not sure where to go it takes 6:40 time because that liver is really mucky 6:42 really dirty filled with all kinds of 6:44 toxins filled with all kinds of bugs 6:45 with all kinds of pathogens 6:47 and it's just it's stocked up in there 6:50 and then what happens when you start 6:51 cleansing and cleansing it out you're 6:53 getting all that garbage out and that 6:54 could raise your histamines 6:56 just like the histamines were raised to 6:57 begin with because of all that garbage 6:59 building up 7:02 invite the light said i think i i think 7:03 potatoes bother me 7:05 bummer i'm making a potato dish making a 7:07 leafy green salad if you want to just 7:09 keep the cauliflower 7:10 and the asparagus in there without the 7:12 potato you're welcome to 7:14 um but potatoes 7:18 don't feed bugs it's really healing food 7:21 healing food on the digestive system 7:23 um very healing 7:27 what other foods are you eating invite 7:29 the light is there anything else 7:30 you you know you're doing you're staying 7:32 away from vinegar staying away from the 7:34 nutritional yeast right 7:35 staying away from those things um stay 7:38 away from gluten of course you're off 7:39 the caffeine right staying away from the 7:41 caffeine so you don't burn out the 7:42 adrenals 7:43 staying off the milk cheese eggs butter 7:45 all that's gone 7:53 and any new pharmaceuticals happening a 7:56 lot of people 7:57 they'll do new pharmaceuticals and all 7:59 of a sudden something's going on and 8:01 they're like what is it is it my food 8:02 meanwhile they had a new pharmaceutical 8:03 going on 8:05 so i got this about the steam up 8:08 lightly steaming some cauliflower got 8:10 some asparagus right here 8:13 so another thing about histamines if you 8:17 have old pharmaceuticals sitting inside 8:18 your liver and organs 8:20 you got benzodiazepines in there you got 8:21 old cold medicines in there antibiotics 8:24 anti-inflammatories whatever you have 8:26 that's still anti-depressants 8:28 anti-anxiety meds whatever you have 8:29 that's sitting in your liver 8:31 that stuff starts to come out those 8:33 histamines go up 8:35 up and histamine levels are kind of like 8:38 keeping an eye on just a marker like 8:41 what's going on inside the body nobody 8:43 knows but the histamines up 8:46 glad you guys are coming on there's no 8:49 oil 8:49 in this steaming it up just got some 8:51 water in the pan 8:54 waiting for that to get hot so i'm going 8:56 to start cutting some leafy greens 8:59 and making this out i got some spinach 9:01 right here 9:03 you can leave them whole leaf i'm just 9:04 going to chop them up a little bit 9:06 because this is a really big salad so 9:09 it'll help to 9:11 make it a little smaller in a way 9:15 you guys ready to talk about some stuff 9:19 let me just get some spinach in this 9:22 bowl right here 9:28 you guys have you ever noticed when i'm 9:30 making meals for you 9:32 it's rare there's a fat in the meal 9:35 right 9:35 you don't see any cheese thrown on top 9:37 of here which is fat you don't see eggs 9:39 thrown on top of here hard-boiled eggs 9:41 right you don't see that 9:43 okay you don't see any nut butters you 9:45 don't see tahini on here 9:47 you don't see avocado it's not that 9:49 avocado's bad for you avocado's not bad 9:51 for you 9:51 it's just you don't see that because 9:54 here's the thing everybody is eating fat 9:56 all day long almost every single meal 9:59 they eat 10:00 has a fat in it right and then their 10:02 livers get burdened down and they get 10:04 the weight later and they get the 10:05 stagnant 10:06 sluggish liver they get the depression 10:07 the metals oxidized they got all kinds 10:09 of problems 10:11 and what happens here is 10:14 the reason why i do all these no fat 10:18 meals i'm hoping that you guys maybe 10:20 make one and you're like hey that was 10:22 really good i didn't 10:23 need to drown that with oil i didn't 10:25 need to drown that with 10:27 you know lots of nut butter or avocado i 10:29 didn't need to put 10:30 cheese on top or anything like that so 10:32 i'm putting spinach in here i just 10:34 chopped up some spinach right here 10:35 so leafy greens are critical these are 10:37 trace mineral salts just so you know 10:39 this goes to the brain 10:41 this is good for the brain which is 10:42 leading me to the egg topic pretty soon 10:46 um i just want to show you guys how to 10:48 make healing 10:49 meals that don't have vinegar loads of 10:52 salt 10:53 all these fats all these oils all this 10:55 nutritional yeast 10:56 i want you guys to have a chance to heal 10:59 and not be 11:00 have to inundate yourself on all with 11:02 all this stuff in there like 11:04 vinegars and fats and oils and salts and 11:07 like because i want you guys to have a 11:10 chance to really heal 11:12 learn how to heal take care of yourself 11:14 i don't want to throw all that stuff in 11:16 this stuff then you guys don't heal 11:19 i'm going to chop up a little bit of 11:21 parsley right here why is nutritional 11:22 yeast bad 11:24 it's a neural antagonist it's irritating 11:27 on the nerves it's irritating on the 11:29 central nervous system it's irritating 11:31 on neurons 11:33 nutritional yeast 11:36 has a glutamic acid naturally embedded 11:39 into it 11:40 that's just one reason why it's it's not 11:42 that good 11:43 that glutamic acid attaches itself 11:48 to neurons wreaking havoc 11:52 okay okay i'll give you a couple other 11:54 things it does all right let's go into 11:55 that 11:56 let's talk about nutritional yeast a 11:57 little bit that was on my list today by 11:59 the way 12:01 chopping up parsley it's going in my 12:02 leafy leafy green salad if you guys just 12:04 came on here i got cauliflower i got 12:06 asparagus steaming up in here so 12:10 just going to kind of move it around a 12:11 little bit i got this steaming up 12:13 this is going to go on top of the salad 12:16 it's going to lightly lightly steam 12:17 these 12:18 for a little while nutritional yeast not 12:21 only has 12:22 a natural glutamic acid 12:28 that's a problem putting some 12:31 parsley in the salad 12:36 it's also an irritant to the intestinal 12:38 lining 12:39 so nutritional yeast is an irritant to 12:41 the intestinal lining if you want ibs 12:43 and digestive problems to get worse due 12:44 to nutritional yeast 12:45 it's one thing right there these are 12:48 sunflower sprouts 12:49 if you guys just came on we're going to 12:51 be hammering nutritional yeast for a 12:52 little while 12:55 so sunflower sprouts these are really 12:57 pretty 12:59 right don't they look great i'm going to 13:02 chop up some of these put these in a 13:03 salad 13:05 here's another reason why nutritional 13:07 yeast really stinks everybody says b12 13:09 is a nutritional yeast b12 b12 no they 13:11 add it 13:12 and they add a really bad one so they 13:15 add a 13:16 toxic type of b12 a synthetic b12 13:19 that's toxic that's what they add so you 13:22 got to think about this right 13:25 my acupuncturist says heavy metal detox 13:29 smoothie is too cold for me and it's 13:32 quenching my digestion fire i use frozen 13:35 bananas 13:36 boy there's a lot of science and 13:37 research in that one huh 13:41 i wonder what scientific study or test 13:43 determines your fire and your gut as 13:45 being 13:46 being quenching you're firing your guts 13:49 being quenching by 13:50 the heavy metal detox smoothie 13:55 look i'm not gonna pick on your 13:58 acupuncturist okay 14:01 but i've talked to thousands of them in 14:03 the last 35 years 14:04 and their training is about hot and cold 14:09 liver heat dampness spleen dampness 14:11 pancreas dampness 14:12 fire okay and so that's what their 14:16 training's in 14:17 right and i'm not ranking on that at all 14:20 i got a lot of close friends that are 14:22 acupuncturists with three decades of 14:24 practice underneath them 14:26 it's not not it 14:30 it's just that i always go by one rule 14:33 and one rule only do you know 14:37 why someone is really sick because 14:40 millions of people have been at two 14:42 their acupuncturists 14:44 and haven't recovered from severe lupus 14:47 multiple sclerosis okay crohn's colitis 14:52 eczema psoriasis i have not seen a 14:55 severe 14:56 case of eczema one where the person's 14:58 raging with eczema 15:00 and they can't live their life i have 15:02 not seen that dampest spleen 15:04 hot cold fire 15:08 fix it whether they're taking away cold 15:11 foods 15:12 putting in hot foods never seen because 15:14 the reason why unless you know why 15:16 someone has eczema 15:17 unless you know why someone has 15:18 psoriasis you can play all the guessing 15:20 games you want 15:21 and it's not going to fix somebody i 15:23 can't tell you how many people with 15:25 raging eczema has laid 15:26 they've laid on an acupuncturist table 15:29 suffered through the needles told to 15:32 stay away from anything cold because of 15:34 dampness in the spleen 15:36 and that and then they just that wasn't 15:38 an answer 15:40 i'm not trying to be difficult 15:45 i got a lot of respect for practitioners 15:48 of all kinds 15:51 a lot of respect 15:58 what i would do is the first thing i 16:00 would do is don't have it icy cold 16:02 defrost the blueberries 16:06 but see your acupuncturist might not 16:07 want you doing raw foods 16:09 so that might be an issue too a lot of 16:11 acupuncturists be like no only cook 16:13 don't do anything raw 16:14 no raw foods only cook only cooked 16:18 so a lot of a lot of um 16:22 acupuncturists might do that but if if 16:24 the concern is about it being 16:25 cold have the wild blueberries out 16:28 overnight 16:28 let them defrost let them become room 16:30 temperature make sure your bananas are 16:32 room temperature 16:39 does your acupuncturist know that if you 16:41 have toxic heavy metals it causes 16:42 anxiety depression no they don't 16:44 because they had never been taught that 16:46 so 16:47 if you have anxiety depression bipolar 16:49 ocd parkinson's 16:51 memory issues alzheimer's dementia the 16:54 list goes on to personalization 16:55 that's caused by toxic heavy metals so 16:59 the thing is is like i'm not saying you 17:01 have one of those conditions but if you 17:05 if you go to an acupuncturist and they 17:07 say you can't have 17:08 a smoothie because of dampness of the 17:11 spleen or something 17:12 and you're sitting there with severe 17:14 depression anxiety to personalization 17:16 alzheimer's dementia 17:18 you're not going to get any help because 17:21 you got to get the medals out but the 17:23 acupuncturist doesn't know that you need 17:24 to get your metals out you see how it 17:26 works 17:26 just think about that a little bit 17:31 i've never met an acupuncturist in 35 17:33 years of doing this work that knew about 17:35 viruses 17:37 they know about them now through the 17:39 work of the medical medium and all the 17:40 books that are out there millions of 17:42 books getting out there 17:44 but they never knew i'll tell you i'll 17:46 tell you i talked to the best 17:47 acupuncturist schools 17:48 some of the leaders in the best actual 17:50 acupuncture schools in the last 35 years 17:53 they didn't know viruses caused anything 17:56 they didn't know about the epstein-barr 17:58 virus and what it caused they didn't 17:59 know about shingles and what it caused 18:00 trigeminal neuralgia 18:01 they didn't know chronic fatigue 18:03 syndrome me they didn't know multiple 18:05 sclerosis was caused by epstein-barr 18:07 i've talked to leaders of the movement 18:10 over the last 35 years in acupuncture 18:12 schools and and they didn't know what 18:16 causes those things they were kind of 18:17 like just trained in one way where it's 18:19 all about 18:20 the meridians it's all about the 18:22 pressure points it's all about 18:24 it's all about dampness of the spleen 18:27 it's all about that kind of stuff and i 18:28 i 18:29 got total respect for that i'm not i'm 18:31 that's not i'm not judging anybody 18:33 it's just that i've had to teach a lot a 18:36 lot of 18:37 high ranking people in the field of that 18:40 medicine 18:40 about viruses and why their patients 18:43 were suffering with chronic fatigue 18:44 syndrome fibromyalgia 18:46 pots rinald syndrome 18:50 lupus whatever 18:53 this is steaming up it's coming out good 18:56 a little longer than that 18:57 um 19:01 i'm going to put a little celery chopped 19:02 up celery in this real quick 19:04 let me do that 19:07 i'm all about the real problems you know 19:10 the real issues to get better 19:12 see what happened was 19:18 i had to talk to 250 000 individuals 19:21 one-on-one 19:22 before the publications of medical media 19:24 medical medium books 19:26 and they already went to every single 19:28 practice some 30 doctors and different 19:29 practitioners some 19:30 50 doctors and the reason why 19:33 i even i'm even doing what i'm doing all 19:36 these years was because doctors and 19:38 practitioners and acupuncturists and 19:40 nutritionists and naturopaths 19:41 sent people to me with bizarre symptoms 19:44 tingles and numbness aches and pains 19:45 ringing in the ears vertigo skin 19:48 disorders of all kinds intestinal 19:50 disorders of all kind with no 19:51 answers 19:57 you don't think i've heard that a 19:58 million times don't drink a smoothie a 20:00 cold smoothie because it's gonna 20:02 blow your fire out all right well 20:06 don't eat a smoothie that's going to 20:07 help get the metals out kill off viruses 20:09 and clean things up 20:10 so you can actually get better 20:18 viruses and bacteria inflame nerves they 20:20 inflame the intestinal tract that's the 20:22 real issues that's what happens deep 20:23 down inside 20:30 and then your hydrochloric acid weakens 20:34 that's what causes weakness of the 20:36 digestion your hcl blows out 20:38 caffeine 20:42 you want to blow out your hcl 20:46 just get that liver stagnant and 20:47 sluggish fill it with fat 20:49 here's the here's the sad thing right 20:51 everybody's inundating everybody with 20:53 fat so every single practitioner every 20:55 single 20:56 every single nutritionist every single 20:57 doctor they're all about high fat high 20:59 fat eat lots of fat then you blow out 21:01 your liver you weaken your hcl and you 21:03 just stay 21:03 sick 21:07 all right you guys but actually 21:10 i'm gonna it's a lot going in the salad 21:13 i already put a whole bunch of sprouts 21:14 in there these are sun sunflower sprouts 21:16 by the way 21:18 really amazing this is parsley okay are 21:21 you guys doing parsley 21:23 are you doing it you're having it in 21:24 your diet these are leafy greens a 21:25 little spinach left over 21:28 i'm gonna do a little bit more parsley 21:31 inside the salad 21:34 those are pea sprouts i said sunflowers 21:35 bro i have a whole bunch of sunflower 21:38 sprouts 21:41 but those are those are pea sprouts 21:44 sorry about that 21:48 i'm making a potato salad steamed 21:49 cauliflower 21:51 asparagus is going on top i got onions i 21:54 got tomatoes here 21:56 i'm making sure there's lots of leafy 21:57 greens because of the mineral salts for 21:58 your brain 22:00 make you think clear you don't have to 22:04 be on caffeine for the rest of your life 22:05 when you get enough mineral salts over 22:07 time building back your neurons 22:14 everybody's on fat i get it everybody's 22:16 on fat everybody's eating fat 22:18 they're told to eat fat you can't get 22:20 off of it it's an addiction because what 22:21 you do is the more fat you eat 22:23 the more your adrenals have to actually 22:25 thin out your blood so you're high in 22:27 adrenaline 22:28 the more fat you intake in your foods 22:31 milk cheese butter 22:32 eggs pork 22:35 beef chicken not saying you know 22:38 you don't have to eat any of that um nut 22:41 butters 22:41 seeds oils coconut oil sesame oil 22:45 olive oil right 22:48 avocado the more fats you do 22:52 the more your adrenals have to 22:53 overcompensate and have to thin out your 22:55 blood 22:56 if you fill your bloodstream up with fat 22:58 all day long that's what everybody's 22:59 doing including chocolate that's another 23:01 one 23:02 you're forcing your liver 23:05 to produce all this bile to try to thin 23:08 out the blood all this bile 23:10 you're forcing your adrenals to pump out 23:12 all this epinephrine to thin out your 23:14 blood 23:14 you become this blood thinning machine 23:17 your whole body's purpose 23:18 is to thin out your blood you guys so 23:20 when you're doing fat all day long fat 23:22 for breakfast fat for lunch fat in the 23:24 middle of the afternoon 23:25 all your chocolate fat at night for 23:26 dinner all your chicken 23:28 it you got to lower the fats because 23:30 you're walking around with your body 23:32 trying to thin out the blood constantly 23:35 that's what you're 23:36 doing your body's killing itself to thin 23:38 out your blood 23:40 all that epinephrine is cranking out of 23:42 your adrenals to thin out your blood 23:44 your liver is pumping all this bile to 23:46 break down the fat to thin out your 23:48 blood you know why 23:50 because fat in your blood takes out all 23:52 your oxygen 23:53 and your brain starves of the oxygen and 23:56 once your brain starves at the oxygen 23:58 your adrenals are flooding all this 24:00 adrenaline we gotta thin this out we 24:01 gotta thin out this blood 24:03 and everybody's walking around like a 24:04 time bomb a time bomb 24:06 someday for a heart attack or a stroke 24:09 because their blood 24:10 is filled up with so much fat so i'm 24:13 just trying to make a fat feel 24:14 a fat free meal for you guys 24:18 it's fun all right so 24:21 what i got in here so far i got pea 24:24 shoots 24:24 right i got spinach in here all the 24:27 leafy greens and i got 24:28 well these are sprouts which is 24:29 incredible um and i got parsley in here 24:32 so 24:33 just mixing it up a little bit so what 24:35 i'm doing 24:40 hey you know the number one food group 24:42 out there in the world 24:45 it's eggs and caffeine 24:49 it's a number one food even more than 24:51 bread 24:53 eggs and caffeine even more than gluten 24:56 we're going to talk about gluten if you 24:57 guys just came on here i'm steaming up 24:59 cauliflower 25:00 asparagus i'm making a potato salad and 25:02 we're going to be talking about 25:03 apple cider vinegar we're going to talk 25:04 about caffeine we're going to talk about 25:07 um talk about gluten we're going to talk 25:09 about eggs 25:14 so i think i'm coming along pretty good 25:16 right there these are 25:17 these are car cars these are red oranges 25:20 they should be red inside 25:22 okay 25:25 here's a food that nobody eats 25:29 like they should right they'll do 10 000 25:31 chocolate bars 25:33 in 15 years 10 000 chocolate bars 25:36 but they won't do 10 000 of these 25:39 you know the whole world is set is set 25:42 up so you guys 25:43 age as fast as possible it's all about 25:46 aging 25:48 all run over by the 27:45 next science study 27:46 every six months by the next one every 27:48 year there's not one science study you 27:49 could actually 27:50 hold or talk about that hasn't been
