22:25 wood or something you don't want to do

22:27 all you're doing is scraping tiny fibers
22:29 of wood off your board
22:31 tiny fibers of plastic tiny fibers of

22:34 so you don't want to do that with your
22:35 knife you want to flip your knife around
22:37 and use this side which is not the sharp

22:39 to actually do this on your board i see

36:13 you do that next then you do like a

36:17 and then you can have a little bit of
36:18 fruit with some fruit snacks or

36:20 or some celery sticks and fruit all the

36:52 of lives chocolate it's another one
36:55 they'll tell you chocolate's so good for
36:56 you but you kill your adrenals
36:58 you can't get adrenal fatigue better if

37:05 caffeine there's caffeine in chocolate

37:20 and then the same thing with high fat
37:21 diets you gotta be careful how much
37:22 fat's in your diet
37:24 are you doing chicken twice a day you're
37:25 doing it you're doing um
37:27 you're doing bacon you're doing chicken
37:29 are you doing too much nut butters tons
37:30 of peanut butter uh
37:32 you know chocolate what are you doing
37:34 how many fats are you doing you do an
37:35 avocado toast and then for lunch you
37:37 have chicken on your salad
37:38 then later in the afternoon you eat a
37:40 chocolate bar then at night you have
37:41 more chicken or you have something else
37:43 right
37:43 and then you have oil somewhere on all
37:45 the stuff so there's so much fat in
37:47 there
37:47 you then then you you also kill the
37:50 adrenals over time the adrenals can't
37:51 keep up with that because
37:53 your adrenals have to spill out all this
37:55 epinephrine to thin out your blood
37:57 because your heart
37:58 is like oh my god if you keep on putting
38:00 fat inside my bloodstream
38:01 all day long every day i'm going to give
38:04 out on you that's that's the whole point
38:05 the heart and the brain they work
38:07 together and they're saying stop the
38:09 fats stop the fats
38:11 and a way to bring your adrenals back is
38:13 to actually eat every hour
38:15 hour and a half to two hours depending
38:16 on how bad your adrenals are
38:18 have an apple and some celery have some

40:51 the estrogen produce reproductive system
40:54 hormones right men's adrenals don't do

41:02 they don't have babies so what happens
41:04 is that men's adrenals are entirely

41:07 it also covers all of women's health

50:44 morning it's all those fats that
50:46 actually cause the reason why you were
50:48 getting a little better and dropping
50:49 some weights is because you gave your

50:52 and you stopped eating fats in the
50:54 morning that's all that was it's not
50:56 like intermittent fasting is this

51:47 and did some celery juice early morning

51:51 decided to do the banana salad somewhere
