know that there's msg in 6:52 that natural flavoring 6:53 now a company will say this there's no 6:56 natural there's no msg in our natural 6:58 flavors we talked to the manufacturing 7:00 plant of those natural flavors 7:03 you know we talked to the manufacturer 7:06 of natural flavors and they said there's 7:08 no msg in there so the msg is all 7:11 organic and pure and it goes in our 7:12 supplement 7:13 but that's not the truth not the truth 7:16 at all 7:17 see years ago before natural flavoring 7:20 was developed there were artificial 7:23 flavoring 7:24 artificial flavoring but when artificial 7:27 flavoring was out there 7:29 artificial flavoring didn't have msg 7:32 in it okay so it had chemicals 7:36 like different kinds of chemicals in it 7:38 that's what artificial in the ingredient list years and 9:00 years ago 9:01 you walk down the grocery store and you 9:03 just grab something you read what it is 9:04 it's a can of whatever beans 9:06 msg oh here's a can of hot sauce a 9:08 bottle of hot source 9:10 msg you see msg and right when natural 9:12 flavors was born 9:14 msg disappeared off of everybody's label 9:17 every single food product food company 9:20 all your 10:58 products you'll see natural flavors 10:59 everywhere you go go in yourselves 11:01 go through all your shelves check them 11:04 out 11:04 go through every single product on your 11:06 shelves tonight 11:08 go through all the food stuff in your 11:10 pantries 11:11 go into your fridge check out all the 11:13 food stuff in your fridge 11:15 and read every single label and you're 11:18 going to be 11:19 somewhere swimming in msg which is 11:21 natural flavor somewhere natural 11:23 flavoring 11:23 and any product company that defends 11:26 themselves 11:27 a supplement company says no our stuff 11:29 is pure 11:30 um we talk to the manufacturing of that 11:32 natural flavor and it is fine 11:34 they don't have to disclose it the 11:37 manufacturers 11:38 of natural flavorings are not there they 11:41 don't 11:42 have to disclose the msg anymore it they 11:45 got a free ride 11:46 when the deal was made to hide msg 11:48 because 11:49 think about it thousands and thousands 11:52 and thousands 11:53 hundreds of thousands millions of 11:54 products years ago all had to put msg on 11:57 the bottle okay 11:59 and then it disappeared so you're 12:01 telling me the msg 12:03 plant factories manufacturing facilities 12:07 all stopped when they didn't have to 12:10 you mean to tell me they just dropped 12:11 hundreds of millions of dollars 12:13 and just got rid of it and closed all 12:14 their factories down 12:16 for no reason no they kept it running 12:19 but they were allowed to get the free 12:20 ride and not have msg on the label 12:23 see how it works but it was switched 12:26 into natural flavoring 12:28 and it's in every food almost every 12:31 single 12:32 bottle can different foods all the 12:34 different packaged foods 12:36 go through all your stuff go through 12:38 anything you eat you're gonna find it 12:40 and that right there is a way to get msg 12:43 in your brain and that's when you become 12:47 brain damaged 12:48 in a different like you guys who have learned because 13:24 when medical medium 13:27 the first edition of this book came out 13:29 right i talked about natural flavoring 13:32 in here and it being msg 13:33 and so that started a movement so people 13:36 can look out 13:37 but for supplement companies that have 13:40 followed 13:41 medical medium or i've spoken to over 13:43 the years 13:44 ignore the warning that natural flavors 13:47 is msg 13:48 and they purposely put it in all their 13:50 products and then 13:52 tell all their mm fans followers 13:55 users they tell them their natural 13:59 flavors comes from a company that isn't 14:01 msg which is not possible 14:03 they're all msg and then tells them that 14:06 is negligence and i know i see it all 14:10 out there 14:10 all over the place and it's like you 14:13 know what 14:14 you knew about it in here all the 14:17 companies knew about it in here all the 14:18 supplement companies all read the 14:20 medical medium books especially this one 14:22 and i've talked to all the supplement 14:24 companies out there 14:25 and they knew about the natural flavors 14:27 so to still have them in their products 14:29 is 14:30 just it's just disgusting really so 14:33 back to protecting you guys because 14:34 that's what it's about let's start 14:35 making a banana salad i'll talk a little 14:37 bit more about this 14:40 i got some done the day natural 15:20 flavors arrived 15:21 and every single bottle stopped saying 15:24 msg on it 15:26 they actually morphed it into natural 15:28 flavors 15:29 organic flavors yep 15:32 organic flavoring look 15:37 why should i care why should i care why 15:40 should i like 15:42 work this hard to like let you guys know 15:45 because i'm thinking about that baby 15:46 somewhere 15:48 and i'm thinking about that two-year-old 15:50 somewhere that doesn't need natural 15:52 flavoring msg 15:54 and the little two-year-old's brain 15:57 which is going to then support 15:58 adhd support problems with toxic heavy 16:01 metals make problems with toxic heavy 16:03 metals worse 16:05 i'm thinking about that child that's 16:07 five year old five years old 16:09 and the mom thinks that that organic 16:11 natural flavoring is perfectly healthy 16:13 and doesn't know i'm thinking about that 16:16 little one that's taking supplements 16:18 because mom wants a little one to take 16:20 supplements 16:21 and it's a crappy supplement because 16:22 it's got msg in it 16:25 and no one's telling that mom like you 16:28 know 16:28 what do i do stay quiet 16:32 and i get crap for all this stuff but 16:35 i mean i don't get it am i supposed to 16:37 just kick back and be like you know what 16:38 let 16:39 everybody just do their thing everybody 16:41 just 16:42 you know let them do their thing that's 16:44 their business well is it 16:45 or is it the business of a two-year-old 16:48 a five-year-old a mommy 16:49 you know and the whole bit so that's 16:50 important to know you guys 16:52 i just put some romaine in here so i got 16:55 that it's really beautiful that 16:57 romaine lettuce is a leafy green but 17:01 it's not as powerful it's powerful in a 17:04 different way 17:05 lettuces got their own source of 17:07 nutrient power okay 17:08 photochemical compounds and alkaloids 17:10 and stuff but 17:12 um but you know i love other leafy 17:14 greens so like using herbs as leafy 17:16 greens like cilantro it's medical medium 17:18 information no one's used cilantro like 17:20 leafy green 17:21 and i say this because i've taught so 17:23 many people now to use it as a leafy 17:24 green where you got all this cilantro so 17:26 i tell people the same thing you do 17:28 romaine lettuce do a 17:30 cilantro salad with that much let's try 17:32 that one day 17:33 the ends right here so 18:02 look i don't want companies out there 18:06 having problems i want them to live 18:08 their life and sell their stuff 18:10 but i want them to fix what they know is 18:13 wrong 18:14 or if they don't know what's wrong i 18:17 want them to fix it anyway 18:19 right because in the end it's just going 18:23 to hurt everybody 18:24 it's people that get all kinds of 18:27 neurological symptoms 18:29 from msg because msg 18:32 um really kind of makes things worse if 18:35 you're viral if you've got low grade 18:36 viral infections like ebv 18:38 if you got toxic heavy metals and you're 18:40 dealing with anxiety and depression 18:42 natural flavoring can really add into 18:45 that depression that anxiety 18:47 it's kind of like another cut 18:51 death by a thousand cuts all these 18:53 different cuts 18:55 can you eat the skin on all cucumbers 18:57 yes you can i 18:58 conventional cucumbers um i would 19:01 probably peel them back a little bit 19:04 but all cucumbers in general organic 19:06 ones you can i would still wash the 19:08 cucumber 19:09 like i washed this is what i did i leave 19:12 the skin on 19:13 most dishes i kind of do this because it 19:15 gives it a look 19:16 too there's a look i was going for by 19:19 having like 19:20 taking the skin back a little bit you 19:21 see i was going for this kind of look um 19:25 but yeah you can keep the skin on them 19:28 just that if they're conventional i 19:29 wouldn't 19:30 on cucumbers i'd probably peel them back 19:32 at least a little bit 19:35 so i'm going to peel this one back now 19:36 too 19:39 that's what i'm doing probably only need 19:42 one 19:42 this is a really big cucumber right here 19:44 so i'm probably gonna only need one here 19:46 so that's what i'll do i'll use this one 19:48 that i'm cutting now 19:52 so all these things matter the details 19:56 matter when 19:57 you're getting better every single 20:00 break you can get in your body can get 20:03 is a big deal 20:04 so people say well why do you support 20:06 traditional medicinals so much there's 20:08 there's hundreds of tea companies out 20:09 there now 20:10 it's because i can't trust them they got 20:12 a track record of not putting natural 20:13 flavors in all these years 20:15 unless they change that track record but 20:17 they haven't so that's the natalie tea 20:19 right 20:20 traditional medicinals and so it's it's 20:23 it's like why i don't want to jump to 20:26 another tea company unless they can 20:27 really promise me 20:28 or show me a track record because teas 20:31 are all 20:32 getting natural flavors now natural 20:35 flavorings of different kinds 20:37 you go to a restaurant hey can i have a 20:39 chamomile tea 20:40 it's going to have natural flavoring in 20:41 it you go can i have peppermint tea 20:44 you just had a nice dinner you're with a 20:46 friend and 20:47 you want some herbal tea even though 20:49 everybody's like have matcha tea 20:51 afterwards so they get jacked up on 20:52 caffeine and their adrenals are like 20:54 oh my god help right but you can order 20:57 some say or order some herbal tea 20:59 it's gonna have natural flavoring in it 21:02 so 21:02 traditional medicinals doesn't that's 21:04 why i like that one the vimergy products 21:06 don't and never did and that's one 21:08 reason why i like them it's one out of 21:10 many 21:11 so it's important 21:15 b12 is infamous for having natural 21:18 flavoring of some kind in there 21:20 truly is so i'm gonna cut this right 21:23 here 21:23 so the first of all i'm gonna cut the 21:25 cucumber in half 21:27 like that okay and then i'm going to cut 21:30 these like 21:31 half moons is going to do and i'm not 21:33 going to cut them too big but yet 21:35 just about the right size here a little 21:37 a little bit more than a quarter inch 21:40 by almost a half inch each one that's 21:43 what i'm doing right here 21:46 you guys there's something that's really 21:47 important with cutting boards just 21:48 letting you know no matter what kind of 21:50 cutting board you use 21:51 this is a real i use wooden ones right 21:54 but 21:55 this is this is not the wooden one you 21:57 can see right it's the plastic 21:59 and the reason why i do that is because 22:01 i have it arched 22:02 out it's halfway off the counter and if 22:04 i use the wooden one it would just fall 22:06 down in 22:07 i use it because it's part of the studio 22:08 i set up in here right so i'm putting 22:10 these cucumber slices 22:12 on top of the salad i see people when 22:15 they're cutting 22:16 what they do is they scrape their boards 22:18 with the sharp part of their knife 22:19 so after they they cut something they 22:22 they scrape their board whether it's 22:25 wood or something you don't want to do 22:26 that 22:27 all you're doing is scraping tiny fibers 22:29 of wood off your board 22:31 tiny fibers of plastic tiny fibers of 22:33 glass 22:34 so you don't want to do that with your 22:35 knife you want to flip your knife around 22:37 and use this side which is not the sharp 22:39 side 22:39 to actually do this on your board i see 22:41 it all the time and i want to let you 22:43 guys know too 22:47 uh b senior says is that way some 22:50 so-called herbal teas 22:52 made me feel sick it's very possible 22:54 it's very possible 22:56 because there's there there's also a lot 23:00 of heavy metals and herbs 23:02 out there a lot a lot of heavy metals 23:06 and herbs letting you guys know that's 23:08 one thing 23:09 that slips the the radar not every 23:12 company 23:13 there's very few companies that do 23:14 independent testing very 23:16 it's very few if any and what i like 23:18 about vimergy to do independent testing 23:20 but herbs out there more than just msg so 24:06 natural flavoring isn't just 24:08 monosodium glutamate it's not just that 24:11 it's 24:12 it's msg is also a 24:16 like a combination some toxic heavy 24:18 metals 24:19 aluminum that's a big one in natural 24:22 flavors 24:23 so when you have a package and it says 24:25 organic natural flavors boom you just 24:26 got a heavy metal dose 24:28 boom you just got an msg dose symbols up 24:31 like that 24:32 so wouldn't you like to know or am i 24:34 wasting your time 24:36 hopefully i'm not wasting your time got 24:38 some bananas 24:40 you know i'd want to know lunch you 37:37 have chicken on your salad 37:38 then later in the afternoon you eat a 37:40 chocolate bar then at night you have 37:41 more chicken or you have something else 37:43 right 37:43 and then you have oil somewhere on all 37:45 the stuff so there's so much fat in 37:47 there 37:47 you then then you you also kill the 37:50 adrenals over time the adrenals can't 37:51 keep up with that because 37:53 your adrenals have to spill out all this 37:55 epinephrine to thin out your blood 37:57 because your heart 37:58 is like oh my god if you keep on putting 38:00 fat inside my bloodstream 38:01 all day long every day i'm going to give 38:04 out on you that's that's the whole point 38:05 the heart and the brain they work 38:07 together and they're saying stop the 38:09 fats stop the
