lupus better i got my 0:42 lime better 0:43 whatever it is you're dealing with got 0:44 me my acne better my eczema better 0:47 it's good to know what you should avoid 0:50 and for what reason 0:52 we're gonna talk about that so this is 0:53 gonna be a fun one and i'm making some 0:56 food right now you guys i better get 0:57 going on this food because 1:00 this is going to take a minute so i'm uh incredible incredible 1:18 so look you guys i'm gonna be chopping 1:20 up some stuff right here i'm gonna start 1:22 steaming 1:23 some things i'm gonna steam some 1:25 brussels sprouts so let me start 1:27 getting those going i'm going to cut the 1:29 brussels sprouts in half 1:30 okay so i'm going to do and i'm going to 1:32 steam them up cut in half so 1:34 they'll steam up quicker that way too 1:38 bettina says i got my hashimoto's better 1:40 after following your protocol 1:42 incredible so proud of you very very 1:44 proud of you 1:46 okay because um you can take yourself as 1:49 far as you want to go with your healing 1:51 process you 1:51 just you just have to do the stuff 1:55 you've got to do the work 1:59 i'm chopping some brussels sprouts right 2:01 here 2:02 so we're talking about why foods 2:05 cause problems why you should avoid them 2:08 what foods are they and i'll tell you 2:11 right now okay you guys 2:12 if you don't know what foods to avoid 2:14 you're just gonna get yourself in 2:16 trouble and 2:17 end up doing those foods again we're all 2:19 not perfect 2:20 you know we're going to get into trouble 2:22 we're going to eat something we're 2:23 probably not supposed to eat or whether 2:25 we know it or not 2:27 it's just going to happen but i want you 2:29 guys to know 2:30 what to look out for keep an eye on 2:33 stuff you know so that you're staying 2:35 safe when you 2:36 want to be well if you guys want to make 2:38 a choice and say look i want to eat this 2:40 food i know 2:41 aw says this food isn't good i know aw 2:44 says this food is going to be a problem 2:46 but i want to eat it well you're making 2:48 the choice 2:48 okay you're making the choice that's 2:50 you're right but what if you don't know 2:52 you know why everybody starts eating 2:53 gluten again 2:54 yeah i'm off gluten i stopped gluten but 2:57 yet they ate gluten 2:59 yeah i'm i'm gluten free i'm gluten free 3:02 i had it last 3:03 week but i'm gluten free 3:06 yeah i know i had gluten like twice last 3:08 month you know i have gluten like three 3:10 times a week but i'm still trying to be 3:12 gluten free you know 3:13 you know why people don't stay 3:15 completely gluten free because they 3:17 really don't 3:18 know what it causes what it contributes 3:21 to 3:21 what the problems are when you're eating 3:23 gluten and why they're sick and what 3:24 their symptoms are caused by 3:26 if you don't know any of that you're 3:27 just gonna be like yeah yeah what the 3:29 heck i'll have some gluten right now let 3:30 me do that 3:32 again you 3:58 eat really good 3:59 i know you eat really well um 4:03 i know that so 4:07 so anyway you guys so what you're 4:09 looking at right here is you're looking 4:10 at a meal that doesn't have radical fats 4:13 because okay michelle sounds like he 4:15 didn't have any radical fats today it 4:17 sounds like he didn't have any milk 4:18 cheese butter 4:19 eggs sounds like he didn't have any 4:20 bacon it sounds like he didn't have any 4:22 kind of pork right 4:23 didn't sound doesn't sound like he had 4:25 any chicken or any beef it doesn't sound 4:27 like you had nut butters 4:28 doesn't sound like you had you know 4:30 seeds and nuts and sunflower seeds and 4:32 hemp seeds and 4:33 peanut butter and macadamia nut butter 4:36 it doesn't sound like you had any of 4:37 that doesn't sound like you had olives 4:38 doesn't sound like you have oils 4:40 coconut oil sesame oil olive oil tahini 4:43 right 4:44 doesn't sound like you had any of that 4:46 and 4:47 but i know that a lot of people do i 4:50 mean think about what everybody's eating 4:51 and maybe as 4:52 people have avocado toast then they'll 4:54 take a couple tablespoons of peanut 4:55 butter 4:56 and throw it in their smoothie maybe 4:58 they'll throw it on their acai bowl 5:00 maybe they'll throw it on their oatmeal 5:01 right did you guys have oatmeal this 5:03 morning any of you 5:04 okay and you'll throw fats on there now 5:06 see i'm 5:08 i'm not gonna be able to stop you guys 5:09 from eating fats every day you just guys 5:11 most of you guys are just gonna do it 5:13 and you're gonna do it continuously 5:15 every single day and there's there's no 5:16 stopping you it's not like 5:18 i'm not trying to be like you know 5:21 a problem and be hey you shouldn't be 5:23 doing that shouldn't be doing that it's 5:24 not it it's just that 5:25 it's good to take a break when you can 5:28 maybe take a day off 5:30 maybe do one of the cleanses and cleanse 5:32 the heel and and take a 5:33 week off maybe do the 369 advanced and 5:37 and all that 5:38 because what happens you guys are doing 5:40 all this fat 5:42 and all that fat builds up in the 5:44 arteries all that fat builds up in the 5:46 veins and that's what happens there 5:48 michelle says i got my hashimoto 5:50 antibodies down from 404 to 33 following 5:53 you 5:54 amazing i'm so proud of you i'm so so 5:56 proud of you 5:57 um what happens is when you're doing the 6:00 fats every day when you do the pork when 6:02 you do the bacon when you do the milk 6:03 cheese butter when you do 6:04 the nut butter cisco is plant-based too 6:07 this isn't 6:07 you know just because we say we're 6:09 plant-based say we're 6:11 vegan right or say vegetarian or 6:14 something or simple plant-based right 6:16 it doesn't mean you're safe from getting 6:19 all that plaque and all that buildup 6:21 inside your heart inside your valves 6:23 inside your veins 6:25 because you're not it builds up in 6:27 everybody everybody gets it in there 6:29 next thing you know it 6:30 they hit the microscope shoved up their 6:32 leg through a vein 6:33 it's going up there they're looking for 6:35 collapsed arteries collapsed veins all 6:37 that stuff 6:37 next thing you know it you're getting 6:38 stints put in and 6:41 you know and you get in trouble so it's 6:44 good to 6:45 take some take some breaks on the fats 6:47 because guess what there's fat in 6:49 everything 6:50 there's omegas in these brussels sprouts 6:52 right here 6:53 yep there's omegas in the brussels 6:56 sprouts that i'm putting in here 6:57 there's a magazine here so i got some 6:59 brussels sprouts here i'm going to do 7:00 some asparagus too i'm steaming up 7:01 brussels sprouts 7:02 steaming up asparagus that's what i'm 7:04 doing right now 8:48 to know who i really am that is the 8:50 greatest gift so basically 8:54 incredible that's incredible i mean you 8:57 know what one thing i can tell you is 8:59 when you're healing symptoms and 9:00 conditions 9:01 like you did and then you spiritually 9:04 grow and you spiritually heal 9:05 and you spiritually move forward and you 9:08 know you learn 9:09 who you truly are and your soul heals 9:13 from wounds you know a lot of people 9:16 have betrayal inside their soul they got 9:19 a lot of hurt they got a lot of 9:20 broken trust they have a lot of 9:23 different things that have happened in 9:24 their life emotionally 9:26 and they go through hard times and it 9:29 also can come 9:30 side by side with chronic illness any 9:33 kind of chronic illness you know when 9:34 when you're healing that chronic 9:35 illness you start healing everything and 9:38 you just really 9:39 get in touch with who you are and heal 9:41 and i'm so proud of you 9:45 i really am so you guys let's talk about 9:48 foods 9:48 not to eat so joanne says i love all 9:51 these foods but hard to 9:53 hard for me to eat so look you take one 9:55 day at a time you eat what you can 9:58 you feel like leslie says five to six 9:59 years following no no foods but 10:01 digestion 10:02 has tanked why will this be hard to 10:05 digest 10:06 so what's going on in your life are you 10:08 really stressed out and know that if 10:09 we're really stressed out our guts 10:12 don't want to digest properly i mean if 10:15 anything's happening any kind of stress 10:16 any kind of financial stress any kind of 10:18 other stress 10:20 anything like that and our digestive 10:23 system gets really 10:24 really um exhausted from that you know 10:27 our nerves our vagus nerve gets affected 10:29 so a lot of times when we go through 10:31 anything in life 10:32 any kind of any kind of trauma any kind 10:34 of struggle our 10:35 vagus nerve tightens up it tightens up 10:38 and our digestive system just has a 10:40 difficult time 10:42 um are you eating a lot of grains those 10:45 are little actually you know a lot more 10:48 difficult to digest 10:49 are you eating a lot of meat are you 10:51 eating a lot of fat 10:52 all that's difficult to digest so is 10:55 your 10:56 digestive system tanking 10:59 because there's any milk cheese butter 11:02 ice cream 11:03 eggs bacon too much chicken too much 11:07 beef any processed foods at all 11:11 any any of that maybe you're eating 11:13 really good but you're 11:15 you're eating too much avocado um think 11:18 you know just i'm trying to help you be 11:20 your own detective here 11:21 and are you doing chocolate nutritional 11:23 yeast are you doing vinegar you're doing 11:25 apple cider vinegar are you doing 11:26 caffeine 11:27 all these things can really tank the 11:29 digestive system 11:30 and they can tank them over time they 11:32 can do that they can 11:34 they can tank the digestive tract over 11:36 time so if you're doing any kind of 11:37 caffeine or chocolate you can tank your 11:39 digestive tract because 11:41 not only does the chocolate is at high 11:43 in fat but 11:44 what happens is the caffeine hits the 11:46 adrenals really hard and once your 11:48 adrenals start to weaken 11:49 start to weaken start to weaken 11:51 digestion starts to weaken the liver 11:53 starts to weaken 11:55 because when our adrenals are really 11:57 overrun and overtaxed by caffeine 11:59 our liver just starts to get overburden 12:01 overburden overburden so then the 12:03 digestion eventually starts to fall 12:04 apart 12:06 but really i mean have you tried the 12:07 monoeating cleanse 12:10 have you tried the mono eating cleanse 12:12 have you tried the potato monolithic 12:13 cleanse 12:14 the banana papaya monolining cleanse 12:16 have you tried any of that so that's 12:18 what i've always recommended other 12:19 people 12:20 to do doctors and stuff doctors come to 12:22 me and they'll be like what do i do 12:23 about 12:24 this patient and stuff with mono eating 12:26 cleanse and they say well yeah we're 12:27 doing it it's starting to work 12:29 and and what happens is it's easy on the 12:31 digestion it helps you restore your 12:33 adrenals back it helps to restore your 12:35 digestion 12:37 but you might want to consider you might 12:39 want to think about 12:40 what are you doing like are you doing a 12:42 lot of fats is that happening 12:44 are you doing is that going on um 12:48 and it's not just the fats it's even 12:50 more than that is there vinegar in there 12:52 kills the gastric 12:53 gastric glands so when we do acetic acid 12:56 like apple cider vinegar 12:58 even if we do it once every couple of 12:59 weeks we basically 13:01 wipe our stomach lands clean 13:04 in a negative way we just we just bash 13:07 them we just 13:08 wipe them out so they're they're exhaust 13:10 they don't have any more gastric juice 13:12 because they 13:13 they lost it all from the acetic acid so 13:15 when we drop down a little bit of 13:16 vinegar 13:17 a little bit acetic acid our stomach 13:19 glands they just 13:21 spill their guts they smell everything 13:23 they have left 13:24 and and then they're just done that's 13:26 acetic acid it does say i'll just have 13:28 some apple cider vinegar here let me 13:30 just 13:31 let me just do some apple cider vinegar 13:33 and meanwhile 13:34 the stomach glands they're just these 13:36 tiny little glands 13:38 that produce your stomach acid your 13:40 gastric acid these 13:41 tiny little glands and when you throw in 13:44 that apple cider vinegar 13:46 they almost explode i mean literally 13:49 did not literally almost explode but 13:51 they do explode every gastric juice they 13:53 can possibly muster it up and they just 13:55 spill it all out and then they're just 13:57 white they're wiped out 13:59 and and they sit there wiped out and 14:02 then 14:02 it takes days to restore and then we do 14:04 apple cider vinegar again or vinegar 14:06 again 14:07 and and it takes a lot of mineral salts 14:10 are you doing enough celery juice 14:12 are you doing celery juice every single 14:14 day are you restoring 14:16 those stomach lands and getting them 14:18 back so yeah our digestion can get wiped 14:20 out it can get wiped out easy if we've 14:22 already had 14:23 years and years of high fat years and 14:26 years of vinegar 14:28 years and years of caffeine if you did 14:31 caffeine 10 years ago 14:33 and you don't do it anymore and you did 14:35 alcohol it's 15 years ago 14:37 and you did nutritional yeast that you 14:40 did apple cider vinegar 14:41 10 years ago and you know and you've 14:43 already been on the high fat 14:45 year after year who hasn't everybody is 14:48 the digestive system is going to get rot 14:49 wonky wonky wonky wonky and then when 14:52 you try to heal it you try to heal it 14:54 a lot of fats are being used it's like 14:55 hey avocado's healthy let me eat that 14:57 every single day 14:58 let me make avocado toast hey nut 15:00 butters are healthy let me do 15:02 lots of nut butter let me do almond milk 15:04 all that almond milk all the oat milk 15:06 right 15:07 and then our finally everything just 15:09 goes 15:11 done everybody's like done just 15:14 exhausted your liver is exhausted 15:16 adrenals are exhausted stomach glands 15:18 are exhausted and everything's just 15:21 done and that's what happens and then 15:25 you might have some pathogens going on 15:26 you might have some streptococcus 15:30 might have a little bit of strep like my 15:33 little strep 15:34 model right here there it is 15:37 what people don't realize and science 15:40 research doesn't know 15:41 is bacteria and viruses 15:45 there's a little virus right here okay 15:48 bacteria and viruses eat food so when 15:51 you're doing some gluten 15:54 when you're doing a little gluten this 15:55 is a piece of lettuce it's not gluten so 15:58 i don't have any gluten in this in this 16:00 house but say this is a piece of gluten 16:02 right here 16:04 right so it's floating around floating 16:06 around it's in your liver 16:08 or it's in your bloodstream and you got 16:10 that streptococcus oh you don't have 16:12 strep 16:13 i heard somebody just say they don't 16:14 have strep i did 16:16 and i didn't hear it myself through my 16:18 own ear i heard it from spirit of 16:19 compassion 16:20 somebody just said spirit of compassion 16:22 said that 16:24 they don't have strep so this is a waste 16:26 of their time 16:27 that's what spirit just said to me um i 16:30 should probably tell you guys more about 16:31 what spirit says to me as i got to do 16:33 all these lives it's actually really 16:34 hard um 16:36 but guess what you do have strep if you 16:39 had strep throat when you were a kid 16:41 you got strep got acne you got strep if 16:44 you ever had a uti 16:46 yeast infection you got strep any kind 16:48 of chronic sinusitis you got strep 16:50 everybody's got strep even if the 16:52 symptoms don't come out 16:54 uh bladder infection kidney infection 16:56 whatever 16:57 and is that gluten swimming around in 17:00 you 17:00 right that strep bacteria likes to 17:03 gobble 17:04 it up i don't know if this can actually 17:06 and it just it absorbs it right up 17:08 it absorbs it through the membrane the 17:11 gluten went right in there how do you 17:12 like that 17:13 the strep bacteria just absorb the 17:14 gluten wow 17:16 and munching that right up munching that 17:19 right up right and then all of a sudden 17:20 that streptococcus gets nice and strong 17:23 nice and strong and then it goes up into 17:25 the derma a little bit higher and all of 17:27 a sudden whoa i got cystic acne now 17:29 i just broke out with a little cystic 17:30 acne here a little cystic acne here acne 17:33 here 17:34 and that's because of strep but guess 17:35 what the doctor's going to tell you 17:37 you're hormonal and that's why you broke 17:38 out with your 17:39 with your acne because they don't know 17:41 it's streptococcus they'll think it's 17:43 hormones because they blame everybody on 17:45 hormones everything's on hormones 17:46 hormones hormones 17:49 and but what happens is if you're going 17:51 through a period of time where you're 17:52 actually 17:53 are hormonal in a sense for your cycle 17:55 or menstruation or anything like that 17:58 you your immune systems drop so when 18:00 your immune systems drop the strep can 18:01 get stronger 18:02 that does happen but it's not the 18:04 hormones causing it it's not how it 18:06 works 18:07 cystic acne isn't something that for 18:09 centuries 18:10 women had this is new acne 18:14 is actually new so you mean to tell me 18:17 all those hundreds of years women didn't 18:20 have hormones 18:21 did women just develop hormones in the 18:22 last 60 years because i'm confused about 18:25 that one 18:26 did women just develop hormones in the 18:27 last 80 years 18:29 because i'm confused because guess what 18:33 acne wasn't even on the list anyway 18:37 got some bacteria here and what that 18:39 bacteria does 18:42 that bacteria loves to eat 18:46 viruses love to eat got a little bit of 18:47 epstein-barr in you whoa it loves the 18:49 love to eat that gluten yum yum yum 18:54 there's over 30 there's over 30 18:57 varieties of shingles there's over 60 18:59 varieties of epstein barr 19:01 and there's and there's over 50 groups 19:04 of streptococcus and hundreds and 19:06 hundreds of strains of strep 19:08 and everybody's passing them around 19:11 i got a friend that's like i just don't 19:13 feel good these days i don't feel good i 19:15 feel really tired my throat's really 19:17 sore 19:19 i said what you've been doing i don't 19:21 know i don't know why i have this i 19:22 don't know what's going on and 19:23 what's happening did you meet anybody 19:25 yeah i'm dating this new person 19:28 i said you are yeah dating this new 19:31 person and 19:33 doing a lot of kissing i'm like okay 19:36 well 19:37 did it come on after that yeah it did 19:39 well i think you need to clean up that 19:41 strap 19:42 i think you picked up a new strip you 19:45 know um 19:46 you can pick them up from the public 19:48 bathrooms you can pick them up from the 19:49 public toilets you can pick them up from 19:51 restaurants 19:52 i mean people get more probably the most 19:54 strep comes from 19:56 relationships and the and then i'd 19:58 probably say the second 19:59 is public places like restaurants 20:02 people prepping your food um 20:06 just strap just go strap just drips off 20:08 of people's heads 20:09 chefs in the kitchen they're just the 20:12 kitchens are 100 degrees in a lot of 20:14 these restaurants and 20:16 sweat is dripping off their temples with 20:19 strep in it and dropping in everybody's 20:21 food 20:21 here you go you got your you got your 20:23 salad here it is 20:24 get it to the table as fast as possible 20:26 ring that bell 20:28 are you guys i'm steaming up some 20:30 asparagus and brussels sprouts 20:34 jennifer can you tell me about oxalates 20:37 my friend says they are in plants 20:39 fruit that makes her sick 20:43 well may as well just quit all fruits 20:45 and vegetables 20:47 never eat any fruits and vegetables ever 20:49 again and then you'll end up on the 20:50 carnivore diet where it's just 20:52 meat and uh my god 20:56 then you'll just age really fast because 20:58 there's no antioxidants there's no 20:59 anything 21:00 so i'll give you a little rundown on 21:02 oxalates oxalates is a theory 21:04 it's a theory with no science behind it 21:06 so 21:07 that's one of the problems with all the 21:09 theories 21:11 is they get everybody in trouble um 21:14 there's no real scientific study since 21:17 everybody wants a study hey everybody 21:18 wants to study here study there's no 21:20 scientific study that actually has shown 21:22 or proven 21:22 in any way on any level that an oxalate 21:26 causes any kind of issues with someone's 21:28 health not even possible 21:30 they haven't even found a link they 21:33 haven't even found 21:34 once there's not one study that can show 21:37 someone getting oxalates from some kind 21:40 of food and having a problem it doesn't 21:42 exist 21:42 so it's a theory number one number two 21:46 um oxalates yeah they don't cause a 21:48 problem 21:49 um but and it oxalates and fruits and 21:54 vegetables don't cause a problem 21:55 but you know what happens is when you're 21:57 really sick or you're you're 21:58 you're you you're really toxic and you 22:01 eat some fruits you eat some 22:03 leafy greens you eat some vegetables 22:04 you're gonna start cleansing possibly if 22:06 you're really toxic and your liver is 22:08 really toxic 22:09 and you might experience something but 22:10 yet if you gobble down some eggs 22:13 the eggs just turn to glue and they seem 22:16 like they go fine they seem like they 22:17 work fine you eat some eggs it's like 22:19 it's just turns into this gluey glop 22:21 that sits in the middle of your stomach 22:23 and 22:24 sits in the middle of your digestive 22:25 system and finds its way down over time 22:28 and that gluey glop feels kind of easy 22:31 and comforting and feels all right but 22:33 when you're really toxic 22:35 and you're you're you know you're eating 22:38 you're eating arugula look at this 22:39 beautiful arugula right here you're 22:41 eating 22:41 butter leaf lettuce every day and you're 22:43 really toxic and you're eating 22:45 you're eating basil it's antiviral 22:49 antibacterial compounds you're eating 22:50 basil 22:51 you're going to start cleaning some 22:53 stuff up you you have some onion which 22:56 you're gonna get that sulfur that kills 22:59 bugs 23:00 and you're doing your lemons right and 23:02 you're cleansing your liver 23:04 you're gonna start feeling something if 23:05 you're really really toxic and you know 23:07 what if somebody put a spook in your 23:09 head 23:10 like oh it's oxalates that's what's 23:12 going on 23:14 meanwhile the funniest thing is the 23:16 oxalate theory comes from people 23:19 that the people they don't even know 23:20 what's wrong with people they don't even 23:21 know why people are sick they don't know 23:22 why people have hashimoto's they don't 23:24 know why people are sick with anything 23:25 they don't know why people have any 23:26 conditions 23:28 and so why is everybody an expert 23:31 why is everybody an expert about things 23:33 like oxalates and leptins 23:36 come on you're an expert you don't know 23:39 why people are sick 23:41 oh they're sick because of processed 23:42 foods oh that's that's that's 23:45 sick from processed chop up some butter leaf 33:27 lettuce let me show you what i got you 33:29 guys 33:31 some butter leaf right here on the other 33:33 side i have arugula 33:35 i'm going to chop up a little bit 33:45 i see my neighbors spraying the local 33:49 council spraying around parks and rivers 33:52 and they aren't even wearing mask or 33:53 gloves people children and animals are 33:55 all around them it when you combine healing foods with the 51:01 fact that you remove the foods that are 51:03 troublesome 51:04 then you're moving forward you know 51:08 so let's uh let's put a little lemon on 51:11 top of here 51:12 so basically i'm going to use a strainer 51:18 so the seeds aren't going in here 51:26 a couple tables a tablespoon of lemon is 51:28 fine on here 51:33 i can't wait to eat this thing 51:38 here's the other thing about all the 51:39 fats you keep on doing all the fats 51:40 every day 51:41 all you do is cause corrosion with the 51:43 toxic heavy metals that are in your 51:44 brain so let me show you this 51:49 so metals are heavy 51:52 and they don't just stay in the 51:54 bloodstream that's why they can't find 51:56 them no one can really find them 51:57 and you get blood tests for it and but 52:00 metals are heavy so they sit inside 52:02 organs so they go deep inside organ 52:03 tissue this they go deep inside your 52:05 brain and that's when the ocd starts the 52:07 bipolar starts anxiety depression starts 52:09 the personalization starts 52:11 schizophrenia starts whatever starts and 52:14 um emotional ups and downs that can't be 52:17 explained 52:18 all of it so you get the toxic heavy 52:20 metals and they sit inside the brain 52:22 and um and then you eat all the fat so 52:25 gobble down all the pork and the chicken 52:27 milk cheese and the butter and the eggs 52:28 and the almond butter and all the seeds 52:31 and nuts 52:32 and the peanut butter and oils and the 52:34 coconut oil and what happens is 52:36 all that all that fat in the bloodstream 52:39 goes around the metal it starts to hit 52:41 the metal and then the metal 52:43 oxidizes fat causes the metal to oxidize 52:46 and then it bleeds over into different 52:48 parts of the brain and different 52:49 different tissue and then your 52:50 conditions get worse over time worse 52:52 over time 52:53 and electrical impulses have a hard time 52:54 getting through the metal so it starts 52:56 to get shocked in there 52:58 and 53:01 so so here's a half a brain 53:08 so on this half of brain you got little 53:10 metal deposits see i put these little 53:12 deposits here these are big ones so this 53:14 is just a demo that's not what it looks 53:15 like 53:16 you can't see the microscopic metal in 53:18 brain in the brain 53:19 unless it causes so much corrosion over
