0:09 that's what we're trying to make right 0:11 there 0:11 and got some lemons here too look at 0:14 these tomatoes huh 0:15 you guys are afraid of tomatoes i mean 0:17 so many of you are told tomatoes aren't 0:19 good 0:19 i'd like to talk about that a little bit 0:21 on how good for you they are 0:24 and how that's misinformation the word 0:26 misinformation 0:27 no one was using it when it came down to 0:30 foods and chronic illness 0:32 published it originally in here talked 0:35 about misinformation 0:36 out there in the medical field 0:37 misinformation and alternative medicine 0:39 conventional medicine misinformation 0:41 about all the trends out there and now 0:44 the word is 0:45 used against a medical medium 0:47 misinformation where's your scientific 0:49 study 0:50 well how about millions healed around 0:51 the world devastating illnesses 0:54 and healed how about that anyway medical 0:57 medium new edition check it out you guys 0:59 um cucumber noodles with bruschetta 1:02 topping that's what you 1:03 we're going to be making so 1:06 link is in the description for the book 1:08 it's coming out 1:09 it's really coming out soon actually so 1:12 hi everybody 1:13 michelle l good to see you kathy good to 1:16 see you christy good to see you 1:18 i'm glad everybody's coming on 1:21 so hey 1:24 yeah i can't wait for the new book to 1:26 come out too can't wait i'm excited you 1:28 guys we're youtube live and we're 1:29 facebook live 1:30 i'm going to start preparing food right 1:31 now 1:34 and i'm going to answer questions too so 1:36 i want to be helpful the best i can 1:38 what can you do to help with crohn's 1:40 disease when it comes down luanne when 1:42 it comes down to crohn's 1:43 um you got inflammation okay that's 1:46 inflammation inflammation is a mystery 1:50 to medical research in science they 1:51 don't know what causes it 1:53 so being that you know so anything they 1:55 label like crohn's 1:56 colitis ibs they they don't know what 2:00 causes it so that's one of the reasons 2:02 why it's so difficult to fix anything so 2:04 then everybody's playing guessing games 2:06 everybody's out there looking for 2:07 answers and they're like well how can i 2:09 fix this what can i do and then 2:11 and then they'll tell you hey it's your 2:12 genes they'll say luanne it's your genes 2:14 you just it's your bad genes that's why 2:16 you have 2:16 crohn's and then they'll come up with a 2:18 name like crohn's and 2:20 meanwhile they still don't know what the 2:21 inflammation is and then what happens is 2:24 you get the inflammation um and they get 2:27 narrowing of the intestinal tract 2:29 you can get it could bellow out you get 2:31 pockets you get narrowing and you just 2:33 get this chronic inflammatory condition 2:35 going on there 2:36 and so what i've always done teaching 2:38 doctors how to heal crohn's so they can 2:40 help their patients what i've always 2:41 done is 2:42 is the first things first is what foods 2:45 can be 2:46 trouble like what food can be causing a 2:48 problem with crohn's you know 2:50 and that's the first thing but the other 2:53 thing is 2:54 knowing the true cause of crohn's so 2:55 that's that's the other thing too so 2:57 it's knowing the true cause but 2:59 in order to know the true cause you know 3:01 that's one thing there you got to know 3:03 also like what to avoid 3:05 that's actually behind the true cause so 3:07 it's kind of like a combination right 3:09 and so when it comes down to crohn's 3:12 it's 3:13 what can we avoid the true cause 3:15 pathogens 3:17 toxic heavy metals do play a role okay 3:19 they do play a role toxic heavy metals 3:21 i'm peeling a cucumber right now because 3:22 i'm going to make some cucumber noodles 3:24 got this little tool right here and 3:28 you get a whole bunch of pathogens they 3:29 get inside the intestinal tract and they 3:31 start to weaken the lining 3:33 they start to inflame the lining you can 3:35 get streptococcus in there 3:37 e coli and they cause a lot of issues 3:40 they attach themselves to the lining of 3:42 the colon and you start getting little 3:44 pockets and little divots and that 3:46 happens to a lot of people 3:47 then the other thing is viruses too you 3:50 know a lot of 3:51 viruses create problems in the 3:52 intestinal tract lining 3:54 um so the combination of both of these 3:57 is really 3:57 is really contributing and then and then 4:00 you know um foods that aren't good that 4:03 keep on feeding these pathogens you know 4:05 like for instance i got something right 4:07 here 4:09 like this is not a good food right here 4:11 um 4:12 we're dealing with crohn's or colitis or 4:14 ibs or 4:16 digestive issues or intestinal tract 4:17 disorders 4:19 this is not a great food right here 4:21 these beautiful eggs right here aren't 4:22 they pretty right 4:24 and terrible food for any kind of 4:26 condition but i'll talk about those in a 4:28 little bit 4:30 um the thing is is the intestinal tract 4:33 gets so sensitive i hear those eggs 4:35 rolling around on the plate right now 4:37 tesla track gets so sensitive too 4:40 because the nerve endings start to get 4:41 sensitive 4:42 because you get in that inflammation so 4:44 all the nerve endings in the intestinal 4:46 tract are really get they really get 4:48 sensitive so when you're eating foods 4:49 you don't know what's helping or what's 4:51 not 4:51 and that's something that gets becomes 4:53 very difficult um 4:55 what i like to do with with crohn's is 4:58 um steamed potatoes are really gentle 5:01 really easy on the system but they're 5:03 also anti-pathogen 5:05 so um that's one food right there that i 5:08 like to i like to teach doctors to use 5:10 for their patients 5:11 papaya banana that's a big one right 5:14 there so papaya banana do i have any 5:16 bananas back here i don't have either or 5:17 i thought i 5:18 thought i had some bananas back there um 5:22 and and also there's protocols in the 5:25 medical meeting books you can take to 5:26 your doctor and all that 5:27 you know and have them have them look at 5:29 it right there you guys are making 5:30 cucumber noodles 5:32 but papayas bananas are really good for 5:35 crohn's 5:36 that one's very helpful soothing it 5:39 helps to 5:40 push past some of those narrowings so 5:42 that 5:43 people with crohn's can can go to 5:44 bathroom easy because that's a problem 5:46 you get lots of different constipation a 5:48 lot of pain 5:49 and all that stuff but what to avoid is 5:53 a critical thing 5:54 milk cheese butter eggs the very eggs i 5:57 was just showing you 5:58 definitely avoid those eggs and gluten 6:01 because all those will feed bugs so what 6:02 happens is 6:04 if you got the strep bacteria 6:07 and you're eating the eggs because now i 6:09 got a real egg here in front of me 6:11 and you know the strep bacteria is 6:13 sitting inside the intestinal tract and 6:15 it's 6:15 it's camped there there's colonies of it 6:17 and that that goes for people with a lot 6:19 of digestive tract disorders that aren't 6:20 even diagnosed 6:21 properly or not where it's mystery it's 6:23 like okay what's going on you got 6:24 cramping bloating all of that 6:26 and what happens is that bacteria just 6:29 loves to feed on eggs so we're eating 6:30 eggs thinking that's a great food and 6:32 then all of a sudden you know that's 6:34 that's that's the food it's eating 6:35 and then it proliferates two weeks later 6:38 conditions are worse but yet the egg 6:39 felt 6:40 so good it felt so good it went down it 6:43 was easy on the system 6:44 it didn't rub on any of the lining it 6:46 didn't trigger off any of the nerve 6:48 endings 6:49 the egg was just it was just so easy it 6:52 turned just into a glue that goes into 6:54 down the patch like a glue that just 6:56 sits in the center of the intestinal 6:57 tract and works its way down right 6:59 and it doesn't trigger any kind of like 7:01 pain or any kind of discomfort 7:04 so we think the eggs are probably a safe 7:06 bet but what the egg does is it keeps on 7:08 feeding all the bugs and the bugs create 7:10 more inflammation and then we get more 7:11 problems and then we're sensitive to 7:13 lettuce 7:14 meaning in the sense that because you 7:15 feel the lettuce going down and then 7:16 we're sensitive to other things and 7:18 there's a lot of confusion but 7:21 that's what happens there um 7:26 okay so i'm just get i'm just preparing 7:28 some cucumbers here i'm going to turn 7:29 them into 7:30 noodles in a little bit i'm going to 7:31 make the sauce with the brisket on top 7:33 of it 7:33 um bruschetta you can call it bruschetta 7:36 some people call it bruschetta 7:37 some people call it bruschetta some 7:39 people call it something different 7:41 um i'm going to cut these ends off right 7:45 here this cucumber 7:48 insulin resistance lori insulin 7:51 resistance 7:53 okay fat equals 7:57 insulin resistance right there okay fats 8:00 and i mean milk cheese butter eggs 8:03 chicken beef i'm not going in i'm not 8:06 going against animal protein 8:08 nut butters okay nut butters nut milks 8:12 all right avocado oils coconut oil 8:16 even healthy fats right all fats 8:19 lead to insulin resistance so it's about 8:23 how much fats in your diet like how much 8:25 fat is in your diet you know like are 8:27 you guys 8:28 like how much fats in your diet are you 8:30 guys doing like 8:31 a lot of fat in your diet because that 8:34 this is insulin resistance right here 8:36 i'm showing you insulin resistance 8:38 that's what this is okay so here's how 8:40 it works okay even somebody 8:42 that doesn't have real real high insulin 8:45 resistance like it's not off the chart 8:46 yet it's always there for everybody no 8:48 matter what 8:49 so you got all your fats right there you 8:50 got your burger and that's a beef burger 8:53 okay 8:54 that's not a vegan burger that's a beef 8:55 burger and 8:57 all that fat in there okay what that 9:00 does is it blocks 9:01 sugar from entering your cells so you 9:04 have to basically produce a lot of 9:06 insulin but the fat stops the insulin 9:08 from taking sugar into cells and then 9:10 you got the cheese 9:11 more fat right there and cheese has got 9:13 sugar in it too which makes it even 9:14 worse because you got fat and sugar 9:16 combined 9:17 right you got more sugar which is the 9:19 bun 9:20 okay and then you got fried potatoes 9:23 fried french fries right 9:25 see those fried french fries those are 9:27 fried in oil 9:29 so when they're fried in oil what do you 9:31 have you have insulin resistance because 9:33 you got 9:33 sugar and fat sugar and fat you see the 9:36 burger 9:37 the burger is sugar and fat that's what 9:39 the burger is 9:40 what's the best thing on this plate well 9:43 the potato 9:44 is one of the best things but the 9:47 potatoes been crucified it's been 9:50 annihilated i don't know it's been just 9:51 it's been 9:52 injured because and or sacrificed 9:55 whatever it is because it's been fried 9:57 in oil so the potatoes been hindered 9:59 right and but what's the best thing here 10:02 well these pickles well that's that's 10:04 vinegar so these pickles aren't that 10:05 great you see that because these pickles 10:07 are vinegar right 10:08 tomatoes the best thing the onion's the 10:10 best thing and the lettuce is best thing 10:12 in this whole setup right if the 10:15 potatoes weren't 10:17 fried in oil that would be 10:20 one of the best things too so anyway 10:23 watch i don't spill this off the this 10:24 thing doesn't pop off the plate 10:28 i don't want that popping off the plate 10:34 and then 10:38 um the plate was greasy there's so much 10:41 fat in that food 10:42 so much that that's from a restaurant 10:45 around the corner 10:46 there's so much fat in that food that 10:48 that like the grease 10:49 on the plate it just found its way on 10:52 the plate it's all over my hands and i 10:53 really don't want grease 10:55 on my bruschetta and cucumber noodles 10:58 all right let's get going let's talk 11:01 about insulin resistance okay how about 11:03 we do that 11:04 what happens is fat fills up in your 11:07 bloodstream 11:08 when you have that cheeseburger or the 11:10 peanut butter smoothie 11:11 because you're putting peanut butter in 11:12 your smoothie or peanut butter on your 11:15 oatmeal 11:16 oatmeal has enough fat in it by itself 11:18 naturally right 11:20 but that's okay that's all right that's 11:23 right but when you 11:24 add fat to your oatmeal like all that 11:26 peanut butter 11:27 you get yourself in trouble because the 11:29 sugar in that 11:30 oatmeal the sugar the carbohydrate and 11:32 that oatmeal can't find its way into 11:34 your cells 11:35 so your pancreas has to whoo has to 11:38 pedal to the metal man that pancreas has 11:41 to pedal to the metal 11:42 if your pancreas could talk it would say 11:46 it would say oh no 11:49 why did that person just put all that 11:51 fat with that sugar 11:52 that carbohydrate because now i'm going 11:55 to have to produce 11:56 way more insulin and burn my pancreas 11:58 out so by the time they're 40 years old 12:00 they got type 2 diabetes 12:02 by the time they're 45 they got type 2 12:04 diabetes 12:06 even type 1 diabetes whatever i mean and 12:08 so your pancreas just has to spill out 12:10 all of that insulin to try to get that 12:14 carbohydrate into cells 12:16 because guess what we run on sugar news 12:19 flash 12:20 not to you guys you guys know this stuff 12:21 by now because you've been watching 12:23 uh you know the medical medium books and 12:26 and podcasts and everything else right 12:28 but news flash to anybody else all right 12:31 your body has to run on sugar you can't 12:34 function you can't do nothing i can't do 12:36 this 12:36 without sugar that's it sugar takes care 12:39 of it 12:40 and if you don't have sugar which is 12:42 hence your blood sugar which 12:44 is glucose which runs at your brain it 12:47 runs your thoughts 12:48 people say you know what he talks so 12:51 fast you know 12:52 i got friends that say you know what why 12:54 don't you talk slower on all your videos 12:56 and all your 12:57 podcasts and i'm like i have to force 12:58 myself to talk slow 13:00 i have to force myself and and they're 13:03 like well he must be jacked up on tons 13:05 of caffeine 13:06 no i'm not that's sugar that's glucose 13:10 that's natural carbohydrate in a potato 13:14 that's sugar from a lemon that's sugar 13:17 from a tomato 13:19 that's where it comes from but guess 13:21 what that sugar is not blocked by fat 13:24 so yeah i could have a little avocado i 13:26 love avocado 13:27 yeah i could have a little bit of tahini 13:29 i love tahini 13:30 sure you can have that i love hemp seeds 13:33 hemp seeds 13:34 amazing food but you know i'm cautious 13:38 i'm not gonna sit there and and and do 13:40 it all day long 13:41 i'm not gonna be doing hemp seeds on and 13:43 off and then throw some nut butters in 13:44 there and then have chicken at night and 13:46 then 13:47 and then to do a guacamole and then what 13:50 happens is you just do too much fat 13:52 too much fat too much for that too much 13:53 fat and it stops the sugar 13:55 from going into your cells because 13:58 insulin has to be produced and then the 14:00 fat blocks it now you got insulin 14:01 resistance 14:04 tomatoes really good that's going to 14:07 make a great 14:08 bruschetta so let's do one more cucumber 14:11 here 14:15 type 2 diabetes is such an easy fix it's 14:17 ridiculous 14:18 easiest fix there is so easy 14:23 um science and research never knew 14:27 still doesn't know how to get rid of 14:28 type 2 diabetes so you got all that 14:31 money 14:32 millions and millions of dollars going 14:33 into the medical industry 14:35 billions of dollars big pharma and all 14:38 all their 14:39 paid for studies and they still can't 14:41 fix type 2 diabetes 14:43 it's such an easy fix it's such an easy 14:46 fix 14:48 get your liver better lower your fats 14:50 get your liver stronger okay 14:52 you learn how to eat right okay then you 14:54 can heal 14:55 that insulin resistance your pancreas 14:56 builds up and boom you're out of it you 14:58 don't even need insulin anymore 15:00 um so 15:07 wait let me just get this one going here 15:09 because i want to still talk about that 15:14 so what happens is when someone stops 15:18 sugar okay so check this out you guys 15:20 all right 15:21 when someone stops sugar okay 15:24 and they start to improve 15:28 they're only improving because they're 15:31 taking 15:32 the critical piece away that you need to 15:35 get into yourselves but they only 15:36 improve 15:38 because they took one 15:41 of the very things out see it's it's fat 15:44 and sugar 15:45 combined that causes insulin resistance 15:48 but it's fat 15:49 that's the troublemaker and that's the 15:51 big causer right 15:52 but when you remove sugar then you have 15:55 all this fat floating around in your 15:57 bloodstream 15:58 and less insulin is produced because 16:01 there's not enough sugar floating around 16:03 in your bloodstream 16:04 so less insulin is produced so there's 16:07 just it's just like okay but that's not 16:09 the fix that's not 16:10 how to fix it that's not how it works 16:12 because guess what your diabetes is 16:13 still there and it's not going away 16:14 it's never going away because then all 16:16 of a sudden you're gonna eat some sugar 16:18 wow i've been on this diet for a long 16:21 time i'm keeping all my carbohydrates 16:22 away 16:23 my doctor says my a1c is getting better 16:25 it's dropping 16:26 but yet i'm just dying for a 16:28 carbohydrate i'm dying for a little bit 16:30 of sugar 16:31 let me eat this candy oh my god my a1c 16:34 oh my god my sugar's off the chart 16:36 oh my god something's wrong and and what 16:38 happens is my type 2 diabetes is back in 16:41 full force 16:42 i had an orange i had a piece of bread 16:45 but what the reality is the truth is if 16:47 you take out the fats 16:48 you can eat a piece of bread you can eat 16:50 an orange you can eat a piece of candy 16:53 and guess what you're not going to have 16:55 any insulin resistance you're not going 16:56 to have any type 2 16:57 diabetes it's not even going to be there 17:00 that's how it works anyway 17:05 lucas thanks for the tip with the high 17:07 uh quality spirulina 17:09 it made almost all the difference to me 17:11 lucas 17:13 supplements being the highest quality 17:17 or the best for a whole bunch of 17:18 different reasons is critical for 17:20 healing i've been saying this for years 17:22 years ago years ago 17:25 there was crap out for supplements crap 17:28 right 17:29 so it was really hard to get people 17:31 better even if spirit of compassion said 17:33 this person needs nettle leaf to get a 17:36 nettle leaf 17:37 product to do its job to take somebody 17:40 to the 17:41 finish line was hard right same thing 17:44 spirit of compassion said this person 17:45 needs spirulina to get toxic heavy 17:47 metals out right like you're talking 17:48 about lucas the spirulina 17:50 then it's got to be the right kind and 17:53 that's always been the problem out there 17:55 you know always 17:56 and this is the kind i use you guys know 17:58 that the vimorgy 17:59 uh v as in victor i am as in mary ergy 18:02 dot com spin rg but and i'm not 18:05 sponsored but it's 18:06 it means everything the higher quality 18:09 means everything to getting better 18:11 and i that's been the fight all these 18:13 years it's been like okay 18:14 i can work with foods with people right 18:17 but 18:17 if they have these these epstein bars 18:21 these shingles these the streptococcus 18:23 they have these toxic heavy metals 18:25 i need more than just just the foods you 18:28 know 18:28 spirit of compassion told me for years 18:30 you need more than that it's like you 18:32 have to have the best 18:33 quality of of supplementation 18:36 and so the vimraj is the best quality 18:38 and they have a whole line of stuff 18:39 that's incredible i got me and i got it 18:41 here 18:42 because it's what i take it's a 18:43 magnesium i take it's vitamin c i take 18:45 the micro state 18:47 but anyway it does make a difference 18:48 lucas and i'm glad you found that out 18:52 rita says i just got out of my third 18:55 diabetes 18:56 med that i can't afford i want to learn 18:59 how to eat 19:00 what book can i read 19:03 it's a diabetes section in this book 19:05 right here 19:06 um this is coming out you could look you 19:09 can get it right now at amazon.com 19:11 um you can go to the library too the 19:13 link is in the description 19:14 go to the library after the book comes 19:16 out and maybe a library will stock it in 19:19 time so you can actually 19:20 um get a copy for free if you need to 19:23 because a lot of people are hurting for 19:24 money right now so 19:25 i always want people to be able to get 19:27 free books um 19:29 so that and then cleanse the heal 19:33 i talk about diabetes in in here too so 19:35 cleansing heal 19:36 it's on sale at amazon.com 16.99 it's on 19:39 there 19:40 and uh so and that's packed with 19:42 information which is incredible and i 19:44 talk about 19:45 i talk about how it works diabetes how 19:47 to heal all that 19:48 type 2 diabetes i mean more people have 19:50 healed of medical medium information 19:52 with diabetes than any anywhere on the 19:54 planet 19:55 it's a beautiful thing it's just it's so 19:57 incredible 20:04 so anyway i want to talk about i'm going 20:06 to get these noodles going so i'm going 20:08 to start shaving these noodles down you 20:09 guys 20:09 i'm going to move the basil over so let 20:11 me do that and um 20:13 so what i do i have this little 20:15 julienner so i'm making some noodles 20:17 right here 20:20 so 20:24 radical fats are are fats that are 20:28 see all foods have fats in them all 20:30 foods all right 20:32 and keep that in mind this cucumber 20:35 right here this english cucumber i'm 20:36 actually julianne 20:38 right it has fat in it every single 20:41 thing has fat in it those tomatoes have 20:43 fat in it 20:44 that basil has fat in it that onion has 20:47 fat in it garlic has fat in 20:50 so so keep that in mind that's important 20:52 to know right and then 20:54 there's there's foods that have more fat 20:57 they're made of fat mostly and i call 21:00 those radical fats 21:02 and there's a lot of healthy ones tahini 21:05 sesame seeds sunflower seeds right 21:08 hemp seeds these are healthy fats 21:10 coconut 21:12 right coconut oil these are healthy fats 21:15 olive oil 21:16 yeah healthy fat right so it's not like 21:20 i don't know that people 21:21 people pretend i don't know that or 21:23 something it's actually really funny 21:25 he doesn't know he doesn't know about 21:27 fats he's against bats he doesn't know 21:29 about what everybody's talking about in 21:31 the trendy health world about healthy 21:33 fats 21:33 he's not aware of that oh really because 21:36 i got everybody eating avocado 21:38 because guess what it was considered to 21:39 be poisonous 35 years ago 21:41 the health scene was against avocado 21:45 you were you were laughed off a lecture 21:47 stage 21:48 if you said an avocado was healthy fat 21:50 did you know that 21:51 you were laughed off of a health lecture 21:53 stage 21:54 and um and so i got avocado really 21:58 really out there i mean i spent years 22:00 teaching doctors teaching people 22:02 teaching everybody about that and so 22:07 um and it's a it's a better fat because 22:10 all those years ago i was trying to get 22:12 people off of the bad fats 22:13 i was trying to get people off of this 22:16 so i spent a lifetime trying to get 22:17 people off of that right there 22:19 okay to onto avocado years ago 22:23 but here's the thing when you're 22:25 chronically ill 22:28 when that plate's greasy the plate's 22:30 really greasy 22:31 when you're chronically ill okay 22:34 you need you need a step above that you 22:37 need a step 22:38 further than just the avocado the 22:41 healthy nuts and seeds the almonds the 22:43 almond butter right the peanuts the 22:44 peanut butter 22:45 the hemp seeds the coconut oil you need 22:48 to step further than that 22:49 if you're really sick you're really 22:51 struggling you're really viral lupus 22:52 multiple sclerosis um you know chronic 22:55 fatigue syndrome me chronic fatigue 22:57 syndrome different 22:58 trigeminal neurology whatever it is 23:00 right there's there's hundreds of 23:01 conditions 23:02 and you need more more than just 23:06 it's not just good enough to be like i'm 23:07 going to go keto and still have some 23:09 avocado 23:10 i'm going to be plant-based keto and 23:11 still have my nuts and seeds every day 23:13 and my cacao 23:14 it's not enough if you want to go to the 23:16 finish line 23:17 and i've always taught that for 35 plus 23:19 years it takes more than that 23:22 it takes it takes much more than that 23:23 you know and and that's really important 23:26 to know 23:26 it really is 23:30 so 23:35 erica what about type one 23:39 um when it comes down to type one type 23:42 one is 23:42 is a is a pancreas injury science 23:45 research doesn't know that but 23:46 food poisoning um creates a lot of 23:49 situations where people go 23:50 they become type one they have that 23:52 condition because of food poisoning 23:54 you could have food poisoning and be 23:56 type one a week later 23:57 you get out food poisoning and be type 23:59 one a year later two years later from 24:01 food poisoning right 24:02 right and also pathogens you know 24:05 viruses get into the pancreas and they 24:07 create type 1 24:10 and and even with 24:14 delayed type 1 where it's like a slow 24:17 progression of type one 24:19 um late in type one so even with that so 24:22 um 24:23 and and look there's there's a there's 24:26 you always have to keep it in your heart 24:28 and soul that there's always hope to 24:30 heal 24:31 it's just about doing doing enough of 24:33 the right things to get there 24:35 and that's what it is um i would take i 24:37 would take 24:38 uh i would take the medical medium books 24:40 to 24:41 to your doctor healer or whoever is in 24:44 charge of your health care and 24:46 and read the diabetes section take a 24:48 look i offer a lot of things 24:50 for type one and type do and you can see 24:52 what's right for you with your doctor so 24:54 you've got 24:54 you've got that forward movement the 24:55 most important thing with type one 24:57 the most important thing is to 25:00 make sure it's not getting worse 25:03 okay even improving you can improve type 25:06 one you can take 25:07 type one a lot get it a lot better and a 25:09 lot better and a lot better 25:11 and not only that it's also about making 25:14 sure type 1 doesn't get worse worse 25:15 worse worse 25:16 so it's doing the right things to keep 25:18 type 1 stable 25:19 so your pancreas doesn't get a further 25:21 injury so it doesn't um 25:23 doesn't become more problematic more 25:24 inflamed and 25:26 that's the key it's about hey i want my 25:28 type 1 to be here for the rest of my 25:30 life 25:30 and not all of a sudden worse and that's 25:33 the key or i want my type 1 not only 25:35 here but i want my type 1 a lot better 25:37 than what it is and that's the key 25:38 too and ask your doctor if you can do 32 25:41 ounces of celery juice 25:42 ask your doctor if you can do that ask 25:44 your doctor 25:46 if you can do any of the protocols 25:47 medical media protocols 25:49 but anyway 25:54 so 26:01 i'm getting these cucumber noodles over 26:02 here 26:05 getting them in the bowl so right now 26:07 this is what we're doing 26:10 so there's my cucumber noodles 26:17 still some more work to do still making 26:19 some more noodles here you guys 26:21 marianna there are people on natural 26:24 health group in natural health groups 26:26 spreading rumors about you anthony 26:28 a friend told me this always oh my god 26:31 of course 26:33 there always is a lot of hate groups i 26:34 think right 26:36 um you know there's there's always that 26:38 happening 26:39 i think i'm an easy target because of 26:41 discrimination 26:43 and there's a ton of lies and 26:46 i mean that's just how it's always been 26:49 what happens is 26:50 you know you get discriminated against 26:52 when you hear a voice 26:54 spirit of compassion since age four and 26:56 you get discriminated 26:57 against when you get too many people 26:59 better because a lot of people get 27:01 jealous in the health field in the 27:02 health industry 27:04 they get jealous they're like why does 27:06 he have millions and millions of people 27:08 following his information you know they 27:10 just can't wrap their heads around it a 27:12 lot of people they're either jealous or 27:13 they're just 27:14 psycho about it or something i mean it's 27:16 really weird i think 27:18 what happens is like why is he the 27:19 number one health author 27:21 in the world for seven years running why 27:24 i mean and just so you know um 27:28 the medical medium book series okay is 27:31 the number one health series in the 27:32 world 27:33 right so keep that in mind because it 27:35 works not because of promotion or money 27:37 or marketing because i didn't use any pr 27:39 marketing so 27:40 there's a lot of lies i'll give you a 27:42 whole rundown of just a few of them 27:44 right now 27:45 a number one lie he must have serious 27:48 money behind his 27:50 marketing and pr firms and how else did 27:53 he get to where he is 27:55 and 100 inaccurate all right 27:58 no pr firms no publicists 28:01 uh no money into pr and all that okay so 28:04 that's number one that's a lie that's 28:06 been out there 28:06 a simple lie is everybody thought i was 28:08 27 years old for the longest time 28:10 so every time i said i've been in this 28:12 for 30 years everybody would go bananas 28:14 and berserk 28:15 and they'd be like that's impossible 28:16 okay obviously you know 28:18 i'm much much older than that and that's 28:20 just one all on its own okay 28:23 other lies too there's lots of them i 28:24 mean it's just the list goes on and on 28:26 and on but 28:27 but i think what happens is for because 28:29 i've talked to 28:30 a couple of my friends about this 28:31 doctors and stuff they're like look 28:33 500 million people in the world know who 28:36 you are and 28:37 medical medium information has spread 28:39 beyond 28:40 and around the world because it's the 28:42 number one health selling 28:44 series and health books there are on the 28:45 planet and that's going to lead to 28:48 a lot of discrimination especially where 28:50 your source is coming from above 28:52 since age four so there's gonna be lots 28:54 of all that it's just just tons of that 28:56 stuff 28:58 um 29:04 i mean 29:08 but you gotta be careful you know with 29:09 that and just you know 29:14 there's so many lies it's just it's over 29:17 it's it's over the chart i mean it's 29:19 it's off the chart there's so many so 29:20 many lies 29:21 so i got my noodles going here i'm gonna 29:23 peel one more cucumber 29:28 just mixing these you know this likes 29:30 it's like spaghetti 29:32 i love this i got one more to go let's 29:34 do one more 29:39 i cut these ends off a little bit here 29:41 let me see 29:53 so yeah so i'm making the bruschetta and 29:55 the cucumber noodles right here so i'm 29:56 just peeling this cucumber i'm trying to 29:58 pay attention to this so i don't cut my 29:59 hand 30:00 um marcellus says he is 40 30:04 question mark much older 30:10 i wish i was 40. that would be so 30:13 amazing 30:14 wow that would be incredible 30:17 that would be incredible it's way older 30:19 than that 30:20 um but anyway so you know the whole 30:24 thing is so what you'll find in a lot of 30:26 groups there's a lot of hate groups and 30:27 stuff 30:28 a lot of rumors were made up and spread 30:31 and then of course people try to cancel 30:33 me constantly so i'm always trying to be 30:35 can't like 30:36 always just trying to like cancel 30:37 movement cancel culture and cancel 30:39 movement against me 30:40 that comes up all the time um 30:44 you know what happens i just laugh at 30:45 all of it i like laughing all the 30:47 the stories and the fake stories and the 30:49 lies and stuff like that 30:50 did you know two women um came to me 30:54 back last spring about a year ago and 30:57 told me 30:58 that an organization was paying 31:02 was paying people to spread rumors and 31:04 lies 31:06 and so both these women were enter 31:09 what they were they were approached and 31:13 offered money but what they did instead 31:15 of taking the money like so many do in 31:17 the hate groups 31:18 and stuff instead of taking the money 31:20 these two women 31:21 contacted medical media and 31:25 let us know okay let us know 31:29 about this thing that was happening 31:31 where they were offering money 31:33 to write stories claim things 31:37 to try to take down the mm so that 31:40 everybody stops healing around the world 31:43 i'll tell you right now and it was the 31:45 people you least 31:46 expected that were actually spreading 31:48 the lies and stories people that you 31:50 would never think that seemed so sincere 31:53 and so 31:54 oh yeah you know medical medium and 31:57 i'm just living my life and you know 32:00 with my cute little family and whatever 32:02 it is and just spreading the word you 32:03 know spreading bad rumors and lies or 32:06 people you would never even believe 32:08 so it's it's crazy how it works 32:13 and they approached a lot of people they 32:15 approached it's it's really 32:17 it was so sinister and they could still 32:19 be doing it 32:20 you're not surprised michelle 32:24 good good to see you loon 32:28 moon you care i don't care all right i'm 32:30 gonna start chopping up some tomatoes 32:32 right here 32:34 but what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna mix 32:36 up 32:38 katrina says i saw you at upw thank you 32:41 for staying strong and not stopping 32:43 amazing so glad you're here incredible 32:45 i'm honored you're here 32:47 i really am i'm gonna chop up some 32:48 tomatoes here you guys let me take a 32:50 look here 32:52 get a bowl going 33:04 but what happens with medical medium 33:06 information when you apply it right and 33:07 you want to lose weight you can lose 33:09 weight you get your liver healthy 33:10 you lose all this unwanted weight and if 33:14 you're 33:14 underweight medical medium information 33:16 can bring healthy weight back 33:18 on when it's done correctly and people 33:21 are using it correctly 33:27 i'm chopping up some tomatoes right now 33:38 i'm gonna read some more comments and 33:39 help out the best i can 33:51 so um 33:58 because i'm gonna get a couple more 34:04 things 34:16 this is 34:32 because 34:36 see guys um if you just got on here 34:39 making the bruschetta 34:40 just some tomatoes got some noodles 34:43 right here 34:58 got it you know what happens with these 34:59 little tomatoes if you're chopping them 35:01 you can put them in a food processor and 35:02 give it a pulse 35:04 you can do that dr font 35:12 good to see you on here great md 35:14 patricia marie good to see you 35:19 and you can you know one of the things 35:21 is you could put i wouldn't put these in 35:23 a blender 35:24 i wouldn't do that i wouldn't put 35:27 i wouldn't put um these cherry tomatoes 35:30 in a blender 35:33 because if you put them in a blender 35:34 they're just going to turn into a soup 35:37 and you don't want this soup you want 35:38 this kind of choppy 35:40 and cut in pieces okay that's how you 35:42 want it 35:44 that's the best way of doing it and 35:47 if you do i have a garden yeah i love to 35:50 grow stuff 35:51 it's not a big garden or anything but i 35:53 love to grow stuff whenever i can grow 35:55 tomatoes 35:56 grow cucumbers love to do it 36:05 but yeah you want to 36:27 so i'm gonna answer more questions for 36:28 you guys 36:33 ashley kevin 36:36 good to see you 36:42 love your videos 36:49 these tomatoes are a little extra ripe 36:51 which makes them um which makes them 36:54 even really nice 36:55 they're not over ripe because you know 36:57 over ripe tomatoes are the worst you 36:59 don't want overripe tomatoes you want to 37:00 overripe anything 37:01 where it's like it's going bad but um 37:04 these tomatoes here are actually 37:09 anne says what juicer do i use for 37:12 celery juice 37:13 i use the mm-900 37:16 hds so it's by omega 37:20 megajuicers.com omega that's the one i 37:23 use 37:24 it's an incredible juicer it's my 37:26 favorite one um 37:29 and uh company's great 37:33 i love the juicer it really squeak it 37:37 it just saves you so much money and 37:39 that's the whole point 37:40 um you can cut these in four but these 37:43 are so extra ripe i'm cutting them in 37:45 twos 37:45 because they're so they're so ripe which 37:48 is gonna make them really good it's 37:49 going to make the sauce really good 37:50 because what happens is with tomatoes 37:52 you might get some cherry tomatoes that 37:53 aren't really fully ripe and 37:55 you buy them and they're really hard 37:56 then you cut them in fours 37:58 and that's what you do i'm cutting these 37:59 in twos right now so if you guys 38:02 you guys want to know because these are 38:04 really nice and soft 38:07 but they're juicy as heck which is going 38:09 to be really good 38:13 why do tomato skins not digest 38:16 i see that question don't digest no they 38:20 they digest 38:23 they do they do your body will it's 38:26 tomato skins are fibrous fiber doesn't 38:29 digest 38:30 but any nutrients around and in the 38:33 fiber 38:34 digests you just don't know that so when 38:36 it comes out the other end and you're 38:38 like wait a minute why didn't that 38:39 tomato skin digest 38:40 how come i see that tomato skin in the 38:43 bathroom 38:45 right how come i see that tomato skin in 38:47 the toilet it's like 38:48 well first of all everything that needed 38:50 to be extracted from that tomato skin 38:52 has been extracted 38:54 the rest of that tomato skin which you 38:56 can't tell 38:58 is actually the the the useless part 39:01 well it's just 39:02 fiber like i said you always get plenty 39:03 of fiber in all your foods 39:07 much light in love says love you mmm can 39:09 you talk about ocd 39:10 yeah definitely run that by you a little 39:13 bit so 39:16 with ocd okay it's all about metals 39:19 but it's all about metal deposits being 39:22 rather 39:22 larger that's the other thing on top of 39:24 neurons so it's metal deposits being 39:26 rather larger on top of neurons and 39:29 they'll sit inside neurons and that's 39:30 and i'll 39:31 show you what happens is that um 39:34 see these little metal deposits right 39:36 here i have on the side of the brain so 39:38 these shiny little aluminum pieces here 39:40 right 39:40 the deposits aren't that big big this is 39:42 just a demonstration model right 39:44 and so what happens is as aluminum 39:47 collects and mercury collects 39:48 on top of neurons it's kind of magnetic 39:51 the more 39:52 aluminum you get in your body the more 39:55 aluminum goes to the brain to the very 39:57 spots that have the aluminum to begin 39:58 with same thing with mercury the more 40:00 mercury you have in 40:01 deposits on the neurons the more mercury 40:03 like if you're eating tuna fish 40:06 if you're doing um maybe some 40:08 pharmaceuticals have mercury in it 40:10 whatever it is you get more mercury 40:12 added to 40:13 the neurons to those little deposits 40:15 right and then it depends on where the 40:17 deposits are sitting that creates the 40:19 ocd 40:19 so deposits are sitting in the emotional 40:22 center of the brain 40:23 in those neurons that can be really 40:25 intense that ocd could be much more 40:27 intense versus sitting say somewhere in 40:29 the left hemisphere right hemisphere 40:31 somewhere else off the cuff somewhere uh 40:34 you know 40:34 somewhere in the distance depending on 40:36 where in the tissue 40:38 in the glial cells and so forth but what 40:39 happens is 40:41 you have an electrical impulse and that 40:42 electricity is running so it's running 40:44 through the brain right 40:45 so you got that all that electricity is 40:47 running through that brain 40:49 when you think your thoughts okay so 40:51 what happens is that's electricity and 40:53 guess what that's metal 40:55 electricity metal what happens when 40:58 electricity meets metal 41:01 okay think about that okay when 41:03 electricity hits 41:04 metal you don't want to during a 41:06 lightning storm you don't want to go out 41:07 there with like a golf club or something 41:09 and stick it up in the air 41:11 or you don't want to go out there with 41:13 even an umbrella you don't want to go 41:14 out there with anything 41:15 you don't want you don't want to be out 41:17 there with an antenna when there's a 41:19 lightning storm 41:20 you don't want electricity being drawn 41:23 to metal 41:24 so what ocd is is electrical impulses 41:27 traveling through neurons and it hits a 41:29 pocket of metal 41:30 and when it hits pressing print said 41:33 your kitchen is so inviting i'm honored 41:34 hey glad to have you here 41:36 um so when that me when that electricity 41:39 hits the metal 41:41 it then goes back up the neuron the 41:44 other direction 41:45 while another but while another 41:48 electrical impulse 41:49 is coming down that same neuron they hit 41:52 each other so what happens is 41:54 your electrical impulse is hitting the 41:55 deposits of metal it's hitting the 41:57 aluminum it's hitting the mercury it's 41:58 hitting the copper 41:59 mostly aluminum and mercury it comes 42:01 down to ocd 42:02 and then it hits it and then bounces 42:05 back 42:06 another another electrical impulse is 42:07 coming down the same channel 42:09 and it's hitting it too it's hitting the 42:10 electrical impulse trying to go back up 42:12 it's exploding you just got this repeat 42:15 we constant repeat it's these electrical 42:17 impulses hitting the metal and bouncing 42:18 back up hitting the metal 42:20 and that's when the obsessive thoughts 42:22 come in it's like oh my god 42:24 i can't break these thoughts i can't 42:25 fall asleep my mind is racing it won't 42:28 stop 42:28 all this obsessive thoughts just and 42:30 then those obsessive thoughts can 42:32 actually lead to 42:33 taking action you know what i mean like 42:35 it makes you jump out of bed you get up 42:37 upset you get frustrated now you're 42:39 pacing 42:40 now you're on a phone with a friend now 42:41 you're on the phone with a family member 42:42 and you're telling them your obsessive 42:44 thoughts and you can't break it 42:46 and it gets really difficult and it's 42:48 hard to break that 42:50 whole frequency um and 42:53 it's like it's like i mean i've seen so 42:56 many different cases of ocd 42:58 and really bad ones terrible ones for so 43:01 many years 43:02 and one of the worst ones i've seen i've 43:04 seen a lot of bad ones over the last 35 43:06 years helping people 43:08 is this woman who she needed to check 43:11 her body to make sure her head was on 43:13 her body it was an obsessive thought she 43:15 was perfectly sane 43:17 she's a great person and um but she had 43:20 she's been 43:21 she was at the time she went to like 20 43:23 psychiatrists 43:25 hundred doctors and it was in and she 43:28 was 43:28 really tortured by it and what happened 43:31 was she would have to run into him she'd 43:33 have to keep a mirror with her 24 43:34 7. she'd have to go somewhere with a 43:36 mirror she'd have to go in her car with 43:37 the mirror 43:38 she'd have to see the mirror because she 43:39 had to make sure her head was attached 43:40 to her body 43:42 and it became an obsessive thought she 43:44 knew her head was attached to her body 43:46 she knew of course she did she totally 43:48 knew perfectly sane 43:49 totally new and but that's not how it 43:53 works with ocd 43:54 you can know your door is locked you can 43:58 know you 43:58 check the stove i know those are the the 44:00 basic versions of it 44:01 but you you can know your you check the 44:03 stove and drive away 44:05 and still have to come back and check it 44:07 one more time 44:08 and i've seen people couldn't even leave 44:11 their house they have to 44:12 walk back into the house a hundred times 44:14 to check their stove because they're 44:15 scared to death it's on right 44:17 but that's just those versions this is 44:19 another type it's like she had to have a 44:21 mirror with her all the time a compact 44:23 she had a 44:24 everywhere she went she had a mirror and 44:27 and then there's people who go through 44:28 they go through uh 44:30 ocd where they just think something bad 44:32 is gonna happen to a loved one something 44:33 bad is gonna happen to a friend 44:34 something bad is going to happen to 44:35 somebody else 44:36 something bad is going to happen to them 44:38 and they can't shake it and they can't 44:39 shake it becomes obsessive it devours 44:41 them 44:41 right there's so many versions of ocd 44:44 that i've had to help people with and 44:45 everything and it's it's all about what 44:47 kind of metal how much metal where it is 44:49 in the brain 44:50 how the electrical impulses are hitting 44:51 it are they traveling around it are they 44:53 hitting it direct are they 44:54 bouncing off the other electro 44:55 electrical impulses 44:57 and that's what ocd is so it's all about 44:59 getting the metals out and that's 45:01 that's why i've always said you know 45:02 it's about the barley grass juice powder 45:04 the spirulina 45:05 you know the vimergy spirulina of 45:07 emergency barley grass juice powder it's 45:08 the one i use 45:09 it's all about that plus the wild 45:11 blueberries and dulce the heavy metal 45:12 detox smoothie 45:14 about getting those metals out so that 45:16 you're free from that 45:18 and that's important all right just 45:21 going to cut up a few more tomatoes here 45:26 this is such a great dish and it's so 45:28 easy 45:29 to make i'm just taking my time i mean 45:32 honestly 45:32 could put these in a food processor and 45:34 pulse it but i like chopping them 45:49 so i see a question by karen i want to 45:51 gain weight as well potatoes don't make 45:53 me gain 45:54 because there's no fat on them are you 45:56 eating enough of them 45:58 if you want like if you want to gain 46:00 weight 46:02 um i mean i have athletes 46:06 on potatoes they're they don't do any 46:08 fats and they're 46:09 they're stoking with muscles all of that 46:12 are you are you using your muscles 46:14 so you can gain weight by building a 46:16 little bit of muscle 46:17 intraskeletal muscles muscles all around 46:20 your body you can gain five pounds of 46:22 weight 46:23 um using those muscles are you doing 46:25 resistance training are you taking walks 46:28 are you swimming are you riding a 46:31 bicycle 46:32 are you keeping your muscles tone are 46:34 you building a little muscle 46:35 that will put on a little weight just 46:37 that alone and potatoes build muscle 46:39 so also are you eating enough 46:42 uh potatoes are you hungry not hungry 46:45 are you only eating one potato two 46:47 potato three potato four 46:49 like what are you doing and that's one 46:50 thing too these are i'm trying to help 46:51 you be your own detective 46:53 okay are you doing more bananas bring in 46:55 some more bananas bring in some more 46:57 dates get some more calories and you 46:59 might be low calorie 47:00 to what you're doing you might be an 47:02 active person a really active person 47:04 but your calories are low but your 47:07 calories are low 47:08 you're not eating enough just not a lot 47:10 of calories in a potato right 47:11 not and it's not like it's not a 47:13 chocolate cake 47:15 um you know unless it's those french 47:17 fries i showed you earlier it's just 47:19 french fries you know that's a different 47:20 story all that oil right 47:22 but plus what happens is when you get 47:25 healthy and you start to clean 47:27 house and you start you start to clean 47:29 up those fats and you start to clean up 47:31 the processed foods and 47:32 you're doing the low fat what happens is 47:34 you're losing all toxic swelling you're 47:36 not swelling anymore 47:38 a lot of the guys and and women too that 47:41 i see out there that even fitness and 47:43 everything you can see where they're 47:44 swelling 47:45 where they're swollen there's a lot of 47:47 dudes out there that are you know that 47:49 are 47:49 stoking some muscles but they're also 47:52 they're also got a layer 47:53 a layer of fat and swelling a layer of 47:56 water 47:57 over their muscles so it makes them even 47:59 look bigger they got a layer 48:01 they got that bulk and it's a lot of 48:03 swelling and when that swell lets the 48:05 liver not 48:06 working good you know when you get rid 48:07 of that swelling and you just have the 48:09 muscle by itself boom you just lost 15 48:12 pounds it's like what happened but 48:13 meanwhile you're all muscle 48:15 but but but as far as going on i'm just 48:17 giving you different examples out there 48:18 in case anybody's going through any of 48:19 that i'm trying to help everybody 48:21 but keep in mind that are you doing 48:24 enough calories are you doing enough 48:26 potato you might be an active person 48:28 and another thing too are you doing 48:29 anything to use your muscles to build 48:32 some muscle right 48:33 um that's that's a whole thing on its 48:35 own too so you're using enough muscle to 48:37 build your muscle 48:39 um little muscles count you can get five 48:42 pounds all in its own right there 48:44 i know when i work too hard work too 48:46 hard work too hard and i can't even ride 48:47 my bicycle 48:48 and i can't even ride my bike i can't 48:50 even take walks because i'm doing 18 48:52 hours a day 48:53 non-stop and i have to sleep i can't i 48:55 can't be 48:56 out there doing self-care i can't be out 48:59 there riding bicycle i can't take a run 49:01 i know that if i'm not running for a 49:03 while and i'm not biking for a while and 49:05 i'm just working and it goes on for 49:07 months and and i know that i'll lose a 49:10 few pounds 49:12 of of you know lose it like a couple of 49:14 pounds and be like hey i think that 49:16 couple and then you got hop back on the 49:17 bicycle and you do bite the bike 49:19 three times a week and all of a sudden 49:21 all that muscle comes back and boom 49:23 you're all of a sudden five pounds 49:26 heavier 49:27 you're also five pounds of muscle seven 49:29 pounds of muscle and then you go and you 49:30 know you do 49:31 you do some runs and your leg muscles 49:33 are building up but i'm not saying you 49:34 gotta run i'm just saying are you active 49:36 are you using muscles 49:41 are you doing 10 bananas a day you can 49:43 do 10 bananas 49:45 10 bananas is pretty easy to eat for a 49:47 lot of people 49:48 you can knock down a few bananas um 49:51 are you doing smoothies you can put them 49:53 in smoothies you can do banana blueberry 49:54 smoothies and do like three of them a 49:56 day 49:56 do some more potatoes at night you can 49:59 do that and actually you know 50:00 and actually clean that all up all right 50:02 so 50:03 and actually get your weight to where 50:05 you want to go 50:07 um and um 50:10 and and also you know it's a personal 50:11 preference to where someone wants to be 50:13 too 50:14 someone might look at you and be like 50:15 hey you look really amazing 50:17 and you know another person might be 50:18 like you need to put on weight it's like 50:21 it's really it's it's it's kind of crazy 50:24 how things work too on that level 50:25 so i'm gonna get some i'm gonna do some 50:27 uh tomato here i mean some 50:29 some onion i'm gonna chop up some onion 50:31 got some red onion it's gonna go in this 50:33 tomato bruschetta 50:46 so denise says i really need to lose 50:47 weight what is your recommendation 50:50 first thing i would do is um 50:57 checking to make sure i don't have a bad 50:58 onion here the first thing i would do 51:04 is is get the liver in a better place 51:07 and that's about lowering fats what's 51:09 your diet like how many fats are you 51:11 eating 51:12 are you eating too much oils are you 51:14 eating 51:16 are you eating too much too much avocado 51:20 too much oil too much chicken too much 51:22 beef too much 51:23 you know too much of all that kind of 51:25 fat is is that what is that going on 51:28 or are you doing something different 51:31 guys i'm going to grab another onion 51:34 that onion was a little tricky i'll be 51:35 right there 52:02 so 52:04 so i would try to get the liver 52:05 healthier take the fats away for a 52:08 little while 52:08 how about do the medical meeting morning 52:10 cleanse have you done the medical medium 52:12 morning cleanse 52:13 do some lemon water first thing in the 52:15 morning flush out that liver 52:17 then move on to celery juice a half an 52:18 hour later got a nice onion right here 52:20 you guys 52:21 and take out the radical fats 52:25 no fats at least till noon at least 52:28 until noon 52:29 no nut butters no oils no olives not 52:32 that people eat a lot of olives they 52:33 don't but they do a lot of olive oil 52:37 that's what i would do there is i would 52:39 i would at least have the fats out 52:42 until noon right i would keep it fats 52:44 once a day if you're somebody used to 52:46 eating fats like chicken 52:48 beef uh fish avocados nuts and seeds 52:51 pick the one you want 52:53 and make that the only one if it's beef 52:56 then you have beef for dinner right if 52:58 it's chicken have chicken for dinner if 53:00 it's nuts and seeds or nut butters 53:02 have it later on in the afternoon or 53:03 dinner um if it's avocado have your 53:06 guacamole at night for dinner start with 53:07 that now 53:08 if that doesn't cut it your liver is 53:10 definitely stagnant and sluggish 53:13 so then i would go days without fats i 53:15 would go 53:16 just complete days with no radical fats 53:18 on any level 53:19 take radical fats away i would do maybe 53:22 the 369 advanced cleanse 53:25 369 advanced cleanse or 369 original 53:29 cleanse 53:30 and i would repeat it pick the one you 53:31 want to do the but you can take it as 53:33 far as you want to go there's no reason 53:34 why you can't lose weight 53:36 everybody and anybody can lose unwanted 53:38 weight with the medical medium 53:39 information if they actually apply it 53:43 i wouldn't do these you're not you're 53:46 not going to lose weight easy with these 53:47 unless 53:48 you've already been eating really bad 53:50 processed foods really bad greasy fried 53:53 foods or just 53:54 chunk of cake or whatever you're eating 53:55 and then you go keto and you get rid of 53:57 all your processed foods and you're 53:58 doing eggs you're like hey 53:59 i'm losing weight losing weight but when 54:02 you when your liver is too stagnant and 54:03 sluggish 54:04 you can't get away with just even the 54:06 simple keto diet to lose weight it's 54:07 like you're doing i know a lot of people 54:09 did keto diets and they gained more 54:10 weight gained more 54:11 weight than back in the gym then they 54:13 had to go literally like 54:16 like like no calories and just eat a few 54:19 eggs a day and it's just 54:21 intermittent fast all day long just to 54:23 try to lose weight but it always comes 54:24 back later the minute you start eating 54:31 so i'm going to chop up some onion 54:34 which guys what i'm doing is i'm trying 54:36 to make this right here 54:38 a little chopped onion in there got the 54:40 tomato on the 54:42 cucumber noodles 54:48 almost broke my eggs 54:55 if you got any kind of reproductive 54:56 system condition endometriosis 54:58 fibroids pcos pid even 55:01 utis which is you know another situation 55:04 all just stay away from eggs 55:06 whatever you do stay away from eggs 55:12 my eyes are tearing right now from the 55:14 onion 55:18 let's do a little bit of basil i lost 20 55:21 pounds doing the advanced 369 cleanse 55:24 elaine i am beyond proud of you i'm 55:26 blown away 55:28 janice i lost 18 pounds in six weeks on 55:30 a 369 advanced 55:31 cleanse incredible my god these onions 55:35 are 55:36 killing my eyes right now i'm crying 55:38 ichoda says 55:40 that was me i gained weight doing keto 55:42 yep 55:45 i believe that i really believe that um 55:51 my god my eyes are running from that red 55:53 onion 55:54 that one got me you guys 56:01 gotta give me one minute i'm crying 56:06 oh my god 56:20 [Music] 56:25 getting some basil on here chopped up 56:27 nice and fine i just got the garlic next 56:40 [Music] 56:42 i lost 18 pounds doing two rounds in the 56:45 original 369 lisa incredible 56:51 emma said oh my god you have eggs eggs 56:54 over there 56:55 all right let's let's finish this up as 56:58 far as this recipe 56:59 so chopped garlic i got a mincer right 57:02 here 57:03 i was gonna mince it you can do chopped 57:05 or mince 57:06 and i love using the mincer too 57:10 now two cloves of garlic might be too 57:12 much for you 57:14 um one clove might be too much for 57:17 someone do a half a clove do a quarter 57:19 of a clove 57:20 maybe you're someone that loves garlic 57:22 you can do three cloves if you really 57:24 want 57:26 eva says dear anthony thank you so much 57:28 for your work all my family is healing 57:30 because of you 57:32 how can i get rid of lipomas sending 57:34 lots of love 57:35 thank you for my family 57:41 lipomas lipomas have a little 57:46 tentacle on them so they have a little 57:49 um lipomas actually have a little 57:54 those onions are really powerful that 57:56 onion i brought in here 57:59 god that's a really good one 58:04 the power those onions have for actually 58:07 killing pathogens 58:08 it's a powerful herb really is 58:11 i'm going to put a little bit of garlic 58:13 in here lipomas have a little 58:15 um blood vessel 58:19 that comes off of it that blood vessel 58:24 that blood vessel is its feeding 58:28 tube so that blood vessel coming off of 58:31 its feeding tube so say this is a lipoma 58:34 say this egg is a lipoma right and it's 58:36 inside of you 58:37 people get lipomas in their arms they 58:39 get lipomas in their chest 58:41 they get them in their stomach they get 58:43 them everywhere i mean they get them in 58:45 their legs 58:46 they get them on the back of their head 58:48 i mean they just get lipomas everywhere 58:50 and then there's this little tentacle 58:53 that hangs off of light lipoma 58:55 and it looks like this okay 58:58 so you got a lipoma in you and it's got 59:00 a little tentacle 59:01 coming off of it right and the tentacle 59:04 is a blood vessel 59:05 okay angiogenesis right a little blood 59:08 vessel 59:08 and all of a sudden 59:13 you eat a food it really likes like an 59:16 egg now that's a lipoma i'm pretending 59:18 it's a lipoma okay not an egg all of a 59:20 sudden you eat an egg 59:21 and that egg material finds its way 59:23 through the bloodstream stream all the 59:24 hormones in the egg 59:25 whether it's organic or not or free 59:27 range they find their way in the 59:29 bloodstream and the proteins and eggs 59:30 find their way and they go up they get 59:32 drawn up into that tentacle 59:34 and they go right into the lipoma and 59:35 the lipoma goes whoa we just 59:37 cash we just cashed in some good food we 59:39 just got some good food 59:41 and that's what they do so then over 59:43 time 59:45 over time the lipoma grows becomes 59:47 bigger and then you can get multiple 59:48 but all of a sudden boom you got two 59:51 lipomas 59:52 next to each other and one is growing 59:55 another tentacle off the other one 59:57 the other lipomas actually attached the 59:59 other one with a blood vessel 1:00:00 now you got two and they're all nice and 1:00:03 happy and they're waiting for gluten 1:00:04 they're waiting for eggs 1:00:05 milk cheese butter they're waiting for 1:00:07 toxic heavy metals 1:00:09 they're waiting for anything 1:00:17 some eggs over there okay let's go with 1:00:19 some lemon 1:00:23 um ask your doctor if you're okay with 1:00:26 higher melatonin higher 1:00:27 higher dosage of melatonin um let me 1:00:30 grab one i think i don't have it right 1:00:31 here actually 1:00:35 all right well i usually have the 1:00:37 vimergy melatonin in my cabinet but i 1:00:39 don't right now 1:00:40 i must have finished it up because it's 1:00:43 it's such a great 1:00:44 great sup incredible quality but anyway 1:00:47 melatonin 1:00:48 ask your doctor if he's okay or she's 1:00:51 okay if you start doing melatonin 1:00:53 or melatonin at a high dosage like ask 1:00:56 your doctor if 20 milligrams of 1:00:58 melatonin 1:00:59 is right for you because or 10 1:01:01 milligrams or 1:01:03 5 milligrams or more and what melatonin 1:01:06 does 1:01:07 is it inhibits lipomas from growing 1:01:11 so it's phytochemical compounds in 1:01:14 melatonin that end up going into the 1:01:16 lipoma 1:01:17 right they go into the lipoma and then 1:01:19 the lipoma can't grow 1:01:22 it doesn't have the ability to grow so 1:01:24 it stays the size because that's the key 1:01:26 i've always told people with lipomas 1:01:28 you want them to stay the size they are 1:01:30 or shrink 1:01:32 and you can you can get lipomas down if 1:01:34 you really keep that diet clean and 1:01:37 you're doing the right 1:01:38 supps and you get metals out of your 1:01:39 lipoma because what happens is when your 1:01:41 lipoma 1:01:43 when your lipomas starts to absorb 1:01:46 things like spirulina 1:01:48 barley grass juice powder the wild 1:01:50 blueberries when it starts to absorb the 1:01:52 heavy metal detox smoothie 1:01:54 and it goes into the lipoma then that 1:01:56 heavy metal detox movie starts to grab 1:01:58 onto metals in that lipoma 1:02:01 and draws them out and so your lipoma 1:02:03 doesn't have metals in it anymore 1:02:05 because metals help life homeless to 1:02:07 grow too what is the 369 cleanse 1:02:12 medical medium cleanse the heal 1:02:14 amazon.com 1:02:16 16.99 it's on sale you can check it out 1:02:19 there's the 369 cleanse in here 1:02:20 369 advanced original 1:02:24 it's a medical medium healing tool 1:02:25 that's at 369 1:02:27 cleanse is so i'm going to do a little 1:02:30 bit of lemon 1:02:31 and teaspoon of raw honey do a little 1:02:34 bit of raw honey here 1:02:36 and i'm going to mix this a little bit 1:02:38 of raw honey 1:02:43 like that and i'm going to do 1:02:47 i'm gonna squeeze some lemon in this 1:03:00 squeeze a little lemon 1:03:05 fat doesn't make you fat it does brianna 1:03:08 it does when your liver says i had 1:03:11 enough 1:03:12 fat will make you fat 1:03:18 that's what happens that's why people 1:03:20 who go keto gain weight 1:03:21 later because their liver had enough i'm 1:03:24 not saying keto is the worst thing to do 1:03:26 it's actually a good 1:03:27 it's a good starting point for a lot of 1:03:28 people because it gets you off processed 1:03:30 food i'm not 1:03:31 ripping into it like it's bad or 1:03:33 something 1:03:34 you can be plant-based in keto okay you 1:03:36 can be plant-based in keto you can be 1:03:38 animal protein in keto and it gets you 1:03:40 at least off of processed foods and 1:03:41 gluten and all that and you can start 1:03:43 even losing some weight for a lot of 1:03:45 people 1:03:46 but it but there's a lot of people that 1:03:47 can't so what happens is that 1:03:51 fat made me fat and kept me fat alison 1:03:53 says yeah 1:03:55 fat makes you fat radical fats make you 1:03:58 fat 1:03:59 it just depends are you young if you're 1:04:01 really young and your liver isn't 1:04:02 toasted yet then you know if you're 1:04:06 really young and your liver isn't 1:04:07 burnt out yet you're not going to get 1:04:09 fat eating fat yet but you're gonna get 1:04:11 fat 1:04:12 eating fat eventually no matter what it 1:04:13 gets everybody okay 1:04:15 so if you're 21 years old you're 22 1:04:17 years old and fat hasn't made you fat 1:04:18 yet it's going to make you fat when 1:04:20 you're 45 years old 1:04:21 and doesn't rely doesn't your doesn't 1:04:23 your life matter doesn't your life count 1:04:25 it's going to make you fat when you're 1:04:26 52 years old 1:04:27 it's gonna make you fat when you're 60 1:04:28 years old it's gonna make you fat 1:04:30 someday and it's gonna 1:04:31 somewhere along the line you're gonna 1:04:32 get fat from fat 1:04:35 the question is that everybody always 1:04:36 says which i just saw the question here 1:04:38 doesn't your fat 1:04:39 doesn't your brain need fat um that's 1:04:42 interesting because your brain's not 1:04:43 made out of fat 1:04:46 your brain is made out of glycogen and 1:04:49 the more fat you eat and the less 1:04:50 carbohydrate you eat 1:04:52 and the less fruits and the less and the 1:04:54 less um 1:04:56 potatoes and and sweet potatoes and 1:04:58 winter squash 1:04:59 and the less of those things you eat um 1:05:02 your your brain starts to starve starve 1:05:05 with glycogen 1:05:06 and then your brain shrinks everybody's 1:05:08 brain shrinks 1:05:11 everybody i was talking to a 1:05:13 neurosurgeon last month about this 1:05:15 he says he says he's seen it his whole 1:05:19 life as a neurosurgeon everybody's 1:05:22 brain everybody's brain shrinks 1:05:29 he was asking me why 1:05:32 he was asking me why does everybody's 1:05:34 brain shrink 1:05:36 i said because it's a glucose glycogen 1:05:40 deprivation for too many years and you 1:05:42 get older and your brain starts to 1:05:44 atrophy it's called brain atrophy 1:05:46 and just so you know your brain is not 1:05:48 made out of fat it's made out of sugar 1:05:49 it's made out of storage glycogen which 1:05:51 is sugar okay 1:05:52 that's what your brain's made out of is 1:05:54 there fat in your brain yeah but there's 1:05:55 traces of fat 1:05:56 throughout your entire body everywhere 1:05:59 in your body there's there's a trace of 1:06:01 fat in every part of your body omega-3 1:06:03 and squalene and all that 1:06:04 it's everywhere in the body right but 1:06:07 um then there's traces of fat in every 1:06:10 single food and these cucumber noodles 1:06:12 right here and that basil sitting in 1:06:14 front of me and these tomatoes right 1:06:16 and i'm not against healthy fats if you 1:06:18 want healthy fats but the point is is 1:06:19 your brain 1:06:21 doesn't need fat it needs sugar you run 1:06:24 on sugar your brain 1:06:25 thinks with sugar glucose is how this 1:06:28 runs 1:06:29 it's glucose take your sugar okay 1:06:32 this is funny okay when you go to the 1:06:35 doctor for a checkup 1:06:37 are they checking your blood fat 1:06:40 no they're not if that was so important 1:06:43 i'm scratching my head here 1:06:45 if that was so important wouldn't they 1:06:47 be checking your blood fat 1:06:48 they don't care about that they just 1:06:51 care about your blood sugar 1:06:52 because guess what happens without blood 1:06:54 sugar guess what happens without glucose 1:06:56 to your cells you die 1:06:58 yeah we we as a human race human species 1:07:03 sugar's so critical your brain won't run 1:07:06 it won't even 1:07:07 it won't run it won't even work without 1:07:10 sugar 1:07:10 does your brain need fat no it needs 1:07:12 sugar or you're dead 1:07:15 if your brain doesn't get sugar your 1:07:18 brain can't exist anymore 1:07:20 if your brain doesn't get fat it exists 1:07:24 you can live without radical fat 1:07:27 overt fat whatever you want to call it 1:07:29 you can live without fats your whole 1:07:31 life 1:07:32 because there's fats in everything you 1:07:33 eat anyway and your brain doesn't rely 1:07:36 on fat 1:07:37 you can't live without sugar 1:07:41 in some form shape or some way even if 1:07:43 you eat red meat there's sugar in the 1:07:45 blood of the meat 1:07:46 and it's caramelized when you cook it 1:07:48 it's in there blood sugar animals blood 1:07:50 sugar animals blood inside the meat is 1:07:52 blood sugar 1:07:53 and no matter what your brain has to 1:07:56 have sugar or 1:07:57 you don't exist anymore and that's why 1:07:59 blood sugar is so 1:08:00 critical that's why they've been testing 1:08:02 it checking for it's 1:08:03 all of this so 1:08:07 and everyone's on caffeine which is fake 1:08:09 energy 1:08:10 to keep them energetic while they're on 1:08:12 their high fat diets 1:08:13 it's like stay on your high fat diet 1:08:15 avoid all sugars avoid all fruit avoid 1:08:17 all potatoes 1:08:18 stay on your high fat diet and then use 1:08:20 caffeine for fake energy i mean that's 1:08:22 what people do when really 1:08:24 the brain starts to atrophy caffeine 1:08:26 causes atrophy in everybody's brain it's 1:08:27 like 1:08:29 got all these people all these elders 1:08:30 all these people that are getting older 1:08:32 their brain's atrophying they're 1:08:33 drinking caffeine their whole life 1:08:35 they're not getting enough sugar to 1:08:36 their brain they're getting insulin 1:08:38 resistant so they can't even get sugar 1:08:40 to the brain and they're just wasting 1:08:41 away and you just age fast and 1:08:43 everything else 1:08:45 you know i mean 1:08:55 and a lot of people crave sugar because 1:08:59 they're really craving like 1:09:01 glucose that's what it is their brains 1:09:03 craving glucose and a lot of people 1:09:05 crave salt 1:09:06 because they're craving trace minerals 1:09:08 which is 1:09:09 trace mineral salts 1:09:12 smells so good right here you've got the 1:09:14 garlic in here got the basil 1:09:16 you don't need a lot of basil i mean 1:09:18 basil's anti-pathogen which is 1:09:20 incredible but 1:09:22 it's so good and i'm gonna put this on 1:09:25 top 1:09:26 of the noodles 1:09:30 but you know what you guys you're gonna 1:09:31 get a lot of misinformation out there 1:09:33 and it's painstaking because yeah you 1:09:35 might be somebody that it really doesn't 1:09:36 affect right now but 1:09:38 you can take that misinformation and be 1:09:39 like your brain needs fat let me just go 1:09:41 with that because every single podcast 1:09:43 doctor's saying your brain needs fat 1:09:44 because everybody's saying your brain 1:09:45 needs fat they don't they don't they're 1:09:47 wrong i mean it's not how it works 1:09:51 your brain actually runs on sugar it's 1:09:52 made out of glycogen and it needs sugar 1:09:54 you can't make a thought together put a 1:09:56 thought together 1:09:57 glucose is part of how your electrical 1:09:59 activity even works how 1:10:00 electrical activity in the brain all 1:10:02 that neurotransmitters even work it's 1:10:04 all it's all glucose based 1:10:11 that onion was so strong that onion was 1:10:14 strong um 1:10:18 grabbing a fork here so i'm just going 1:10:21 to mix this up a little bit 1:10:26 so i got the cucumber noodles i got the 1:10:28 tomato bruschetta on top here 1:10:31 okay that's what i have now yeah i mean 1:10:34 look 1:10:35 if you if you're into fat and that's all 1:10:36 you want to eat or something like that i 1:10:38 still want you to make these healthy 1:10:39 meals if you needed to put a little 1:10:41 avocado on it because you're not going 1:10:42 to have it any other way 1:10:44 at least i know you got something really 1:10:45 healthy in in you with that 1:10:47 but i would try to keep a fat free meal 1:10:49 once in a while in your life maybe 1:10:50 in a day or something when you're sick 1:10:55 you'll feel how fat doesn't help you 1:10:57 when you're really sick 1:10:58 that's when the line is is crossed or 1:11:01 that's when you 1:11:02 figure it out it's like it's like why do 1:11:04 you think everybody's intermittent 1:11:06 fasting 1:11:06 they're intermittent fasting because 1:11:07 they they didn't know it 1:11:10 no one knows it not even so-called 1:11:11 intermittent fasting experts whatever 1:11:13 you call that or whoever 1:11:15 it they didn't know that you're taking 1:11:18 fats out of your diet in the morning 1:11:19 that's why but they don't say that 1:11:21 because they think fats mean everything 1:11:22 it's like you need fats 1:11:24 but they but when you take your fats out 1:11:26 in the morning 1:11:27 you just gave your liver a break you 1:11:29 just gave your blood system a break you 1:11:30 just gave everything a break 1:11:32 because the fats in the morning that 1:11:34 actually they kill you 1:11:36 faster and age you faster and and stop 1:11:38 your brain from working what do you 1:11:40 think of res intermittent fasting 1:11:41 they're trying to get their brain 1:11:42 working for 1:11:43 for once in their life and they're 1:11:44 trying to get and then they're jacked up 1:11:45 on caffeine to be 1:11:46 high on adrenaline to get their brain 1:11:48 working it's you know and 1:11:51 so what you do in the morning is you 1:11:52 keep your fats out and you do natural 1:11:53 glucose you do your lemon water in the 1:11:55 morning right 1:11:56 you do that you do lemon water in the 1:11:58 morning that's what you do you do the 1:12:00 celery juice 1:12:01 you do the fruit smoothie you do the 1:12:02 heavy metal detox movie medical meme 1:12:04 heavy duty 1:12:05 medical medium heavy metal detox 1:12:07 smoothie and you stay away from these 1:12:09 fats in the morning 1:12:10 i mean if you want to have bacons and 1:12:11 bacon and eggs and toast in the morning 1:12:14 and butter on everything i mean that's 1:12:16 that's what takes you down 1:12:18 fast the bad road because you're killing 1:12:20 your liver and over time everything just 1:12:21 falls apart and this stuff 1:12:23 sits in the heart then there's no 1:12:25 glucose getting there's no natural 1:12:26 glucose getting to you to you like from 1:12:28 fruits and everything 1:12:30 anyway guys i just made the meal i'm 1:12:33 heading off to 1:12:36 well first you guys medical mean podcast 1:12:37 at apple podcast i'm going to be coming 1:12:39 out with episodes pretty
