https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5H489VDs-Os 0:00 and medical medium new edition i'm 0:02 making this recipe right out of here you 0:03 guys the books coming out like i don't 0:05 know what's next week or something 0:06 but it's coming out soon and i'm excited 0:08 about the new edition 0:10 revised and expanded the lyme disease 0:12 chapter 0:13 wow i mean the information here about 0:15 cfs epstein-barr 0:16 most advanced information about 0:18 epstein-barr ever because it all comes 0:20 back down to these books and this book 0:22 right here 0:23 and that's the information people are 0:24 using in the world right now about epson 0:26 bar it all originates from the first 0:27 publication but this is the new edition 0:29 you guys got to check this book out it's 0:31 coming out soon 0:32 anyway making the burrito bowl there it 0:34 is and you guys are going to like this 0:37 one because you guys 0:38 love avocados i know that you guys love 0:41 your avocados so 0:42 definitely using an avocado so get ready 0:44 for that one good to see you guys coming 0:46 on 0:46 we're live on youtube we're live on 0:48 facebook i'm excited good to be here 0:51 i'm going to talk about toxic heavy 0:52 metals because there's so many 0:54 questions about metals in tattoo 0:58 ink okay i'm going to talk about copper 1:01 thermoses 1:03 copper jewelry is it good is it bad you 1:06 might want to be on there for this one 1:08 okay talk about even copper iud that's a 1:10 concern for a lot of people 1:12 copper pipes because for some reason 1:14 everybody thinks copper is a good thing 1:16 so wait till we cover that that's going 1:18 to be interesting 1:20 i'm going to talk about managing 1:23 your chronic illness your autoimmune 1:25 versus 1:26 actually healing it okay because they 1:29 teach you now 1:30 to manage it that's all you're just 1:32 gonna manage it for the rest of your 1:33 life 1:34 and not fix it because it's not fixable 1:36 but we're gonna talk about fixing it 1:38 that's what it's about this is exciting 1:40 you guys i can't wait to make the recipe 1:42 or here's those are some of the topics 1:44 and um 1:47 yeah good to see you guys great great to 1:50 be on right now see 1:51 so look i'm gonna start out with uh 1:54 some cauliflower right here so if you 1:56 guys take a look i got a nice 1:58 cauliflower 1:59 i don't know if how good you can see 2:01 that with the lighting but there it is 2:04 and so i'm to 2:07 use a lot of this i'm going to start 2:09 with about a half of it 2:11 i'm going to cut the florets florets are 2:12 going to go in the food processor 2:15 um so tina says 2:18 i've been drinking the heavy metal detox 2:20 smoothie with botanicals feeling so 2:23 clear 2:23 heavy metals are transforming confusion 2:26 and clarity incredible 2:28 what i do is i use the vimergy so i so i 2:31 know it's working it's the best there is 2:33 for the heavy metal detox smoothie 2:35 not sponsored by these guys but that's 2:36 been reggie spirulina v is invictus i 2:38 m e r g y the vimergy barley grass juice 2:42 powder 2:42 critical for that vermice wok blueberry 2:45 powder too 2:46 but that's what i use in mine and what i 2:48 tell family and friends because people 2:50 say how like how can i remove metals 2:52 what's my 2:53 best chance of removing all that 2:57 copper from all those copper toxic 2:58 sources removing all the mercury 3:01 removing all the aluminum i'm asset all 3:02 the time my family friends 3:04 doctors what's my best chance and 3:07 they'll say something like 3:08 i got some krill i'm like that's not 3:10 going to do it they won't 3:11 then they'll say oh i got this other 3:13 kind of spirulina i'll be like uh 3:15 that spirulina is not coming from a good 3:17 place or a good source 3:19 and if you know when people say what's 3:21 my greatest chance of getting the medals 3:23 out and i'm like look 3:24 this is what i do if you want to know 3:26 what i do so it's the bemidji spirulina 3:28 barley grass juice powder 3:30 wild blueberry powder because it's 3:32 important i mean 3:33 it's either you do it or you don't 3:35 meaning like you have the best there is 3:37 or you do it half ass and that's okay i 3:40 mean people do that they'll do it like 3:42 now this is enough i could just do this 3:44 i got enough i'll just use a little 3:45 cilantro and i'm good but 3:47 it's like look do you really got some 3:50 stuff going on if you're really worried 3:51 about your tattoos and i got to talk to 3:53 you guys about the tattoos while we're 3:55 cooking 3:56 if you're really worried about all the 3:57 different metals that we have you just 4:00 i tell my friends my family let's do it 4:02 right 4:03 do it right because we can't avoid all 4:05 the medals they're out there we get 4:07 exposed to it every day we're exposed to 4:09 it 4:09 in every way possible all the time and 4:12 that's fine 4:13 that's fine but we got to do something 4:16 about it at least be proactive 4:18 in removing more than what's coming in 4:20 so it's about removing 4:21 more metals than what's coming in it's 4:24 like 4:25 i want more metals coming out of me than 4:27 what's coming in all the time 4:28 so that's really important right there 4:30 and 4:32 metals settle in your brain that's the 4:35 number one place they 4:36 all go so if you're doing 4:39 pharmaceuticals pharmaceuticals got all 4:41 metals 4:42 in them if you're doing pharmaceuticals 4:44 they go to the brain 4:46 all the metals go to the brain all that 4:48 titanium 4:50 all of it on the mercury all of that 4:53 stuff 4:53 all the barium barium is in 4:56 pharmaceuticals lots of barium 4:58 goes to the brain and then your brain 5:00 becomes a magnet 5:02 for because of the electricity panel 5:05 that's in your brain 5:07 that electricity panel that's in your 5:08 brain right 5:10 becomes a magnet for more metal more 5:12 metal it can't get enough it just starts 5:14 to stick to all the deposits and spots 5:17 right 5:18 anyway we'll talk about that we got a 5:20 lot to cover on all of it 5:21 so if you don't have frozen wild 5:23 blueberries substitute with two 5:25 tablespoons 5:27 of the wild blueberry powder so that's 5:30 what you can do substitute 5:32 see guys i'm here let's start making 5:34 some stuff i got my food processor good 5:36 to see you guys michelle l 5:39 good to see you everybody's coming on 5:42 um so i'm gonna just cut these florets 5:45 up like this 5:47 i'm gonna throw them in the food 5:48 processor 5:51 okay so i'm just kind of cutting these 5:53 back a little 5:57 so i'm going to pop them in here and 5:59 pulse it in a minute let's talk about 6:01 tattoo ink 6:03 really important that's a question that 6:05 came up because you guys 6:07 many of you guys saw the video my tick 6:10 tock video right 6:12 and i rolled up my sleeves and um 6:17 and it's important to be proactive if 6:20 you got ink 6:21 it really is because ink 6:24 is a delivery system for toxic heavy 6:28 metals 6:29 to go to your brain and liver your whole 6:31 lifetime your whole lifetime so once you 6:33 get inked that's it 6:35 you got it you got the ink whole 6:37 lifetime right 6:39 so all that metal and then i'm going to 6:41 talk about 6:42 oh wait i don't i don't have the toxic 6:45 my ink my my tattooist my artist 6:49 he says that mine is it's it's cruelty 6:52 free 6:53 it's animal product free it's vegan 6:56 my ink is vegan it's non-toxic 6:59 so anthony you're just i don't know what 7:01 kind of tattoo ink you're talking about 7:03 anthony 7:04 is not mine my tattoo artist would never 7:07 do that to me no he said it's cruelty 7:10 free it's animal free it's non-toxic 7:13 it's sterile it's sterile ink 7:16 certified sterile and so you'll hear 7:20 that right 7:21 but i'm sorry to say it's got toxic 7:23 heavy metals in it 7:25 and a whole variety of toxic heavy 7:26 metals because i'm going to drop the 7:28 bomb on you right now 7:30 really important to know and ink 7:34 reflects off the sun and light 7:38 because of toxic heavy metals they can't 7:41 put ink in your arms 7:45 okay like you saw in my video they can't 7:47 put ink in your arms 7:49 in your neck in your side if they put a 7:52 little scripture on your side you know 7:53 like some kind of like 7:55 some kind of some scripture from buddha 7:57 or something some scripture 7:58 and then whatever you got on you right 8:01 or some kind of you know 8:02 some kind of feathers or whatever is 8:04 going on that you have 8:06 in order for it to show up really good 8:09 and 8:09 pop through the skin it has to have 8:13 metals to reflect the light that's 8:15 coming down to your skin 8:17 so when you roll up your sleeves you 8:19 pull up whatever you're wearing shorts 8:21 you have them on your ankles wherever 8:22 you got your ink 8:23 for when light hits it in order for it 8:26 to 8:26 pop it has to hit the metals 8:29 in the ink you see how it works that's 8:32 how it pops 8:34 and in all makers of ink 8:37 because ink we're rich all the products 8:40 from inc comes from china so it all 8:42 comes from china it's all made out there 8:44 then it gets shipped overseas to the us 8:47 and then you know and then and they make 8:49 it in the u.s too but most 8:51 inks come from there at least a lot of 8:52 the supplies come from there so they 8:54 make it in the u.s but the supplies for 8:57 the inc 8:58 come from from china it's where they 9:00 come from right and 9:02 where you know we're where most 9:03 everything comes from right you guys but 9:05 what happens 9:05 is that that these this ink 9:09 okay is filled with metals and it's 9:12 filled with a variety of metals 9:14 and it has to be so that the ink pops 9:18 and you're a happy customer 9:19 so it's like whoa that looks so good i 9:22 got some colors in there it looks great 9:24 you're a happy customer and it's to make 9:26 it so it pops for years 9:28 eventually you get older of course and 9:30 the ink starts to not look as great 9:32 doesn't pop as much because your skin 9:34 kind of 9:35 what happens is it gets buried deeper 9:37 into the derma it goes deeper into the 9:38 derma and it sinks deeper into the derma 9:40 but what happens is 9:42 these metals leach into your bloodstream 9:44 for your entire life 9:46 and hey that's all right i mean that's 9:48 okay i'm not i'm not trying to scare you 9:50 that's not it i'm just saying 9:52 that that you got to be proactive 9:56 because all that metal goes to your 9:58 brain i don't care who tells you 10:00 no it's non-toxic no there's no heavy 10:02 metals in my ink 10:04 um it's it's cruelty free it's non-toxic 10:07 no 10:07 it's got solvents in it it's got other 10:09 poisons and chemicals in it 10:11 the best ink there is on the market has 10:14 solvents and poisons in it it does 10:18 it's okay it just does it's got toxic 10:21 heavy metals in it 10:22 it just does and so 10:25 keep in mind that that's all right it's 10:27 not about getting rid of your tattoos 10:29 it's not about trying to get your 10:30 tattoos removed no not at all 10:33 i don't recommend that i don't i don't 10:35 recommend you trying to get them removed 10:36 i don't recommend you try to do anything 10:38 like that that's not it 10:40 it's just what i recommend is being 10:42 proactive 10:44 get your metals out of your bloodstream 10:46 get them out of your organs and your 10:48 skin 10:50 is one of those organs and so you're 10:52 working on 10:53 basically making sure you're removing 10:55 metals that are coming out of the skin 10:57 from the bottom 10:58 down so from the bottom down from your 11:01 derma 11:02 down and those those metals they leach 11:05 over time and they drop down 11:06 and that's what happens they go from 11:08 your skin on down deeper to the derma 11:10 until they finally get to all kinds of 11:12 blood vessels 11:13 and they leech like a leech field over 11:15 time so when we get our ink 11:17 it's leech fields of toxic waste 11:20 because that's what ink is made out of i 11:22 don't care when they say it's non-toxic 11:23 that's not true 11:24 that's not true because all ink is toxic 11:28 so 11:28 and that's okay and i don't want you to 11:31 go run and try to get rid of your 11:32 tattoos i don't want you to worry about 11:34 that if you're somebody who loves 11:35 tattoos and you've been really wanting 11:37 to get another one 11:38 you do what you want get another one 11:40 whatever but 11:42 be proactive and work on getting the 11:44 metals 11:45 out that's the key it's about you know 11:48 it's about the information you know 11:50 having that information it's so 11:51 important 11:52 and um so you don't want to do the re 11:56 remove i i don't recommend removing them 11:58 because trying to remove them through 11:59 laser techniques and stuff because 12:01 when you do that um they leach quicker 12:04 they leach even more they leach in a 12:06 large amount i'd rather have ink 12:09 sitting on me let's just say 12:12 okay or anyone i'd rather had have ink 12:16 sit there and leech slowly year after 12:18 year 12:19 month after month for the rest of your 12:20 life because you can 12:22 when you're proactive and you're doing 12:25 your heavy metal detox smoothie 12:27 um and you're doing your spirulina 12:29 you're doing your barley you're doing 12:30 your dolls you're doing your cilantro 12:32 you're gathering whatever's leeching 12:34 you're gathering your gathering you're 12:36 taking it out and you're sweeping it out 12:38 right 12:39 and that's what you want i don't 12:41 recommend really removing any because 12:43 when you do the removing 12:44 of any kind of way they do it laser is 12:46 the most uh 12:47 common right now it's your your all of 12:51 it's dumping into your system then you 12:53 you can't get a control over that too 12:55 easy so a lot of it can go to the brain 12:58 let's work on this right here for a 12:59 little bit so 13:01 i'm going to pulse up actually i'm going 13:03 to add some spices in here to pulse this 13:05 up too 13:06 so let me do that um making the rice 13:10 and do a little paprika okay 13:13 about a half teaspoon i'm gonna put a 13:15 little in here 13:19 okay put a paprika in that i'm making 13:21 cauliflower rice you guys just so you 13:23 know 13:24 okay a little cayenne actually that's 13:28 not actually not the cayenne putting the 13:31 cumin 13:32 em in here right got a little that 13:38 and uh yeah and that i am putting a 13:42 little cayenne in there a little touch 13:43 of it 13:45 okay but just a little bit quarter 13:46 teaspoon 13:48 so a quarter teaspoon in there 13:52 [Music] 13:53 and i'm putting uh two tablespoons of 13:56 finely chopped 13:57 uh cilantro so i'm going to chop up some 14:01 cilantro here 14:08 i was right it was cayenne going in 14:10 there 14:12 it's a little touch of it half 14:18 [Music] 14:24 so this is all one serving so 14:29 look you can even use less of that if 14:31 you if you're not a big fan of cumin if 14:33 you're not a big fan of cayenne if 14:35 you're not a big fan 14:37 of paprika you can use a little bit a 14:40 little bit i'm using about a tablespoon 14:41 of cilantro right here 14:43 it's about a tablespoon of cilantro in 14:45 there 14:46 there we go 14:56 i'm gonna pulse this real quick pulsing 14:59 into like a rice 15:00 is what you guys are doing 15:04 dan says what do we do about having ink 15:07 what do you suggest about being 15:08 proactive 15:09 hi diane i'm glad you're on here i'm 15:11 just gonna pulse up this 15:13 cauliflower 15:17 getting the metals out being proactive 15:19 and removing toxic heavy metals 15:21 and other toxins that that are in the 15:24 ink that 15:25 you've gotten a lot of people who have 15:26 older ink they have ink 15:28 that was even higher in toxic heavy 15:31 metals 15:32 but all ink whether it's vegan whether 15:34 it's you know with cruelty free 15:36 whether it says it's non-toxic is high 15:39 in toxic 15:40 heavy metals no matter what because they 15:42 have to that's how it's seen through 15:44 your skin i'm just giving you the 4-1-1 15:46 on that now i know 15:47 a tattoo artist might be upset when they 15:49 hear that and they may like he's not 15:50 right that's not true 15:51 my supplier says this or i got this but 15:54 what 15:55 they don't realize remember they're the 15:56 artist it doesn't mean they're an 15:58 expert at the chemical composition of 16:01 where 16:02 and how these inks are made and that's 16:05 really important to know you know 16:06 regardless of what they're told in in in 16:10 order 16:11 for your ink to pop through your skin 16:14 it there has to be metal in the ink 16:17 that's 16:17 what reflects off the light it's the 16:21 metals in the 16:22 ink that will send out that red that 16:24 will send out that yellow that will send 16:26 out the orange 16:27 that will send out the purple the blue 16:30 that will send out the black 16:31 it that's the reflection that it needs 16:34 it's about that so talking about being 16:36 proactive here 16:38 so i made the rice proactive is actually 16:40 doing the heavy metal detox smoothie 16:42 that's what i have friends i have 16:43 friends that have ink got lots of 16:45 friends that are loaded with ink 16:46 okay they got them everywhere they got 16:48 an ink on their neck 16:50 they got ink on their legs they got ink 16:52 everywhere and 16:53 um and they're doing the heavy metal 16:54 detox smoothie so the medical medium 16:56 heavy metal detox smoothie so they're 16:58 being proactive in that way 16:59 they're doing uh vimergy spirulina the 17:02 memory 17:02 barley grass so they're using the right 17:05 stuff i mean you could use whatever 17:07 you want to find a spirulina you like go 17:08 use it you want to find a barley grass 17:10 juice powder you like go use it that's 17:12 what i recommend my friends and family 17:13 that's what i use 17:15 um i don't i mean personally i don't 17:17 have a lot of faith in the other 17:18 products out there when it comes down to 17:20 those i'm not sponsored by 17:21 by bimergy um but anyway terry says 17:24 misinformation 17:26 um yeah i mean 17:31 it's not misinformation and i love how 17:34 you use my word 17:36 because that's that's funny because all 17:38 these years that's what i've always used 17:39 is misinformation 17:40 unless that's for someone else that 17:42 might have been for someone else 17:44 um but anyway it's interesting though as 17:46 far as uh stuff goes 17:48 if it was for someone else thanks 17:50 exactly but you know 17:51 but yeah it the metals have to be in the 17:54 ink 17:55 in order to reflect the light that's how 17:58 you get your 17:59 greatest maximum color out of there and 18:02 that's how it works 18:03 um so let's just keep on making this 18:06 here's the rice i'm gonna put the rice 18:07 in this bowl i have this bowl right here 18:08 it's a blue bowl 18:17 let's get a spoon now 18:21 this isn't the only ingredient okay 18:26 this is just one of them i'm going to 18:28 lay some lettuce down here first inside 18:30 this bowl i think i'm going to do that 18:31 first a little lettuce at the bottom of 18:33 here so i'm going to chop up a little 18:35 lettuce this is butter leaf right here 18:37 this is butter leaf lettuce 18:41 so the medical medium heavy metal detox 18:43 smoothie is about being proactive 18:45 lots of people are using it around the 18:47 world it's saving lives 18:49 what i love about the the medical medium 18:51 heavy metal detox movie it's already 18:54 helped people 18:55 with depression anxiety bipolar 18:58 schizophrenia 18:59 alzheimer's dementia depersonalization 19:02 adhd 19:03 autism and ticks spasms 19:07 tourette's ocd did i say that one 19:12 and um it's already helped so many 19:15 people heal around the world i'm putting 19:17 a little 19:17 lettuce in the bottom of this bowl 19:23 so um 19:26 but i like that the the medical medium 19:28 heavy metal detox smoothie for that 19:30 i like it for chronic illness too you're 19:32 dealing with lyme disease you're dealing 19:34 with cfs you're dealing with ra 19:36 hashimoto's thyroiditis eczema psoriasis 19:39 whatever it is it's great for that too 19:41 because when people are sick with 19:43 viruses like epstein-barr virus and 19:45 shingles virus and all that 19:46 viruses feed off of toxic heavy metals 19:49 so that's that's a reason why to do it 19:51 too all on its own 19:52 i got some lettuce at the bottom of the 19:54 bowl now i'm going to put some rice down 19:55 in here 19:56 so there's going to be i'm going to have 19:59 a salsa in here 20:00 okay 20:03 i'm going to have some guacamole in here 20:07 so i'm putting some rice down on one 20:08 side of it 20:15 i'm laura says i'm a much calmer person 20:18 thanks to heavy metal detox smoothie and 20:19 mmm 20:20 oh that's amazing it's incredible that's 20:22 incredible 20:25 what's the name pamela says what's the 20:27 name of those powders 20:28 it's vimergy it's a v is in victor 20:31 i emma's in mary e-r-g-y 20:34 dot com bimrg.com not sponsored by them 20:37 but 20:37 it's the best stuff there is so stuff i 20:40 use 20:41 people always ask me you know i never 20:43 used to say what i use so much 20:45 but now just i have to because 20:47 everybody's asking me all the time in it 20:49 and i feel bad if i don't say it 20:54 so i'm just getting the rice in here 20:58 this is going to look really pretty this 21:00 bowl too 21:05 so i'm going to start with getting that 21:07 rice in there for now 21:09 so i started out with getting rice in 21:10 there to start with it's not done so you 21:12 have your cauliflower rice right there 21:14 then you have some 21:14 it's on a bed of chopped lettuce but 21:17 this is the 21:18 burrito bowl abigail where can we find 21:21 the recipe of the heavy metal detox 21:22 smoothie 21:24 um in books this book is coming out the 21:26 new edition 21:27 so revise an expanded medical medium 21:29 amazon.com you could find it on the blog 21:32 it's on sale at amazon.com 51 off 22:27 i just have to let you know once in a 22:29 while 22:29 what what you know what's really in this 22:32 it's it's just and now i'm not even 22:34 scratching the surface 22:36 so i got the cauliflower rice right 22:37 there so i'm excited 22:42 let's start making the salsa how about 22:45 if we do that we're going to make 22:46 guacamole 22:47 in a little bit a little bit of that too 22:50 let's start making the salsa let's do 22:52 that so let's get the tomatoes going 22:54 i got these vine ripe tomatoes you see 22:57 this if you guys are afraid of tomatoes 22:59 i feel kind of bad because 23:01 there's no reason to be afraid of them 23:03 they're so good for you it's there's 23:04 misinformation out there on tomatoes 23:06 always has been 23:08 hanging there we're about to talk about 23:10 copper in a minute too but i wanted to 23:12 cover the 23:13 ink as much as i could right now 23:16 i know a lot of you guys have ink i 23:18 totally get it 23:21 but we're gonna go into the copper 23:22 that's next let me just dice up some 23:24 tomatoes 23:25 so there's a trend happening right now 23:29 and 23:30 it's a trend of copper's good for you 23:33 dear lord 23:34 that's a nightmare okay it's far from 23:38 good for you copper thermoses 23:41 copper water 23:44 storage units copper 23:48 anything like that copper jewelry 23:52 copper wear the reason why 23:55 copper wear people swear by it sometimes 23:58 is because it's it's um it's support 24:02 is what it is so it's actual supports 24:04 compression 24:05 compression support so it can be without 24:08 the copper and someone's going to swear 24:10 by it okay 24:11 so it doesn't it doesn't matter any kind 24:12 of compression 24:14 sleeves compression knee braces 24:17 compression 24:18 socks compression elbow braces 24:20 compression 24:21 wrist bands rich wrist braces 24:24 any kind of compression therapy is 24:26 helpful and people swear by it 24:28 they didn't have to stick copper in it 24:31 copper's toxic so then people get copper 24:33 leaching through their skin 24:34 copper is not anti-inflammatory it never 24:38 was 24:38 and anybody who thinks copper's 24:40 anti-inflammatory 24:42 it's coming from a place any kind of 24:43 professional any kind of authority or 24:45 health authority that thinks 24:47 copper's anti-inflammatory they don't 24:49 know what's causing inflammation to 24:51 begin with so you got to remember that 24:52 so it's coming from sources that don't 24:54 know why anybody's sick 24:55 before i released the truth about 24:57 epstein-barr no one even knew 24:59 that there was even a possibility that 25:00 viruses caused any kind of inflammation 25:03 so the medical media books have brought 25:04 that out there okay and 25:07 copper is toxic copper's in pesticides 25:11 it's one of the leading reasons why 25:12 pesticides are so bad and we get sick 25:15 it's because of copper copper's in 25:17 fungicides 25:18 pesticides fire retardant it's it's 25:22 actually 25:22 it's actually a toxin it's dangerous to 25:26 us 25:27 copper pennies are bad for us to be in 25:30 our hands and you play around 25:31 if you ever counted a jar of old pennies 25:35 and you counted them by hand and wrapped 25:37 them in you know the little 25:39 the little you know coin sleeves and you 25:41 put them in there right 25:42 your hands will smell like straight 25:45 metal like straight 25:46 copper and it absorbs into your system 25:48 anybody who's counted pennies 25:50 you know and they put the 50 pennies in 25:52 the sleeve and 25:53 you know and you make and you make do a 25:55 bunch of them because you have a jar of 25:56 pennies kicking by 25:58 you get copper poisoning from that it's 26:00 critical to get that copper out of your 26:01 body because it leads to eczema and 26:03 psoriasis dermatitis 26:05 rosacea it leads to so many problems it 26:07 just leads to skin skin conditions 26:10 uh galore it just leads to them so 26:13 because copper is responsible for 26:17 excellent psoriasis a huge part of it so 26:19 here we go 26:20 let's just do copper thermoses let's 26:22 just do copper mugs let's just do copper 26:24 everything and um and 26:28 it's really a toxic toxic heavy metal 26:31 copper pipes the reason why family lines 26:35 are sick 26:36 and riddled with skin conditions like 26:38 eczema psoriasis 26:39 and other autoimmune conditions is from 26:41 copper pipes 26:43 and so now we got this trend that 26:46 believes 26:47 when they don't even know why anybody's 26:49 sick because science research doesn't 26:51 know anybody why anybody's sick so why 26:53 would the copper trend people know why 26:54 anybody is sick 26:55 um so so the copper trend people are 26:58 like 26:59 making products out there and people got 27:00 their water sitting in that 27:03 dear lord i mean it's really bad like 27:06 really bad 27:06 it's just gonna lead to sickness it's 27:08 gonna poison their livers it's gonna 27:10 poison their brain 27:11 but it really is you keep that water 27:14 inside that copper unit 27:15 and your water is now contaminated 27:18 that's 27:19 just yeah that's just a few things i can 27:22 say about it so i'll talk about copper a 27:24 little bit more on how trace copper's 27:26 different 27:27 in the soil and even that is not 27:29 something we want lots of 27:31 just so you know copper 27:34 is not something that we are 27:38 lacking of we have too much 27:41 copper all of us there's copper 27:44 in the foods we eat too much 27:48 there's too much copper in avocado 27:51 that's a high copper food too much 27:53 copper and avocado 27:55 all right because avocado trees tend to 27:58 absorb copper more than others 28:01 alex says the copper trend comes from 28:03 ayurveda for thousands of years 28:05 there might be more to it than just the 28:07 trend well 28:08 here's how it works okay i know what 28:10 you're saying because okay airbag so 28:12 here's how it works with water there 28:15 wasn't 28:15 fresh water supplies okay there weren't 28:18 fresh water supplies 28:19 and a high amount of copper can destroy 28:22 an amoeba so in a meat because it's 28:24 toxic 28:25 so amoeba okay certain water parasites 28:30 actually get destroyed from copper 28:33 poisoning 28:34 you see how it works alex so the the 28:37 whole thing it went back years ago they 28:39 didn't have running 28:40 fresh water running water an ayurvedic 28:42 in ayurvedic medicine they know this 28:44 that going back thousands of years okay 28:46 they knew that it was hard to get fresh 28:48 water back then you didn't have 28:50 fresh water pipes you didn't have spring 28:52 water coming out of places it was rare 28:54 you can find something like this 28:56 villages would be just out of water so 28:58 whatever 28:59 rain water came down they would keep it 29:01 in copper 29:02 barrels because the copper poisoning 29:06 would kill off not everything you still 29:08 can get the worst dysentery 29:10 you can still get sick but it would kill 29:12 off certain amoeba 29:14 certain parasitic um you know 29:17 microorganisms that's what it would do 29:19 okay and that's what it was used for it 29:21 was used for a 29:22 partly for a war water sanitation 29:26 control okay because you can poison 29:30 a microorganism with copper 29:33 see how it works that's all it was and 29:37 kind of kind of think about stuff okay 29:40 does those thousands of years of 29:41 smartness that you're talking about 29:43 does that fix all the millions of people 29:45 with chronic illness um 29:47 i'm not gonna pick on different 29:48 countries and different places 29:50 but disease is rampant rampant and 29:53 america 29:54 disease is rampant here it's rampant 29:58 everywhere okay just in the u.s alone 30:00 250 275 million americans in the u.s 30:04 alone have symptoms they can't get rid 30:05 of 30:06 symptoms they can't get rid of millions 30:08 of children are sick okay 30:10 and i get it you want to find some kind 30:13 of mysterious thing that's thousands of 30:15 years old that might have an 30:17 answer but when babies are riddled with 30:20 eczema psoriasis and they got ticks and 30:22 spasms 30:23 and severe tourettes and severe ocd and 30:27 autism and everything else it just so 30:29 you know 30:30 copper makes those conditions worse so 30:33 does ayurvedic medicine know that no 30:35 they don't 30:36 so i get i get it though you want to 30:38 kind of you want that nostalgic like 30:41 whoa 30:42 say your vatic there must be something 30:44 to it going all the way back 30:46 they must know so much they must know 30:47 everything and i understand that 30:49 i totally understand that survival 30:52 doesn't equal healthy 30:54 a survival technique to keep your water 30:57 from getting 30:57 too riddled with a certain microorganism 31:00 by using 31:01 copper to control it doesn't mean it's 31:03 necessarily healthy and going to give 31:05 you 31:06 good standing health but see that's more 31:09 advanced information than thousands of 31:11 years 31:12 of of um you know antiquated information 31:15 you have to think about something a 31:18 thousand years ago 2000 years ago they 31:20 thought you can fix your brain by eating 31:22 brain 31:23 that was 2 000 years ago it's antiquated 31:26 it doesn't work but am i supposed to 31:29 like respect it to the point where 31:31 i'm supposed to be like bowed down to 31:33 whoa i better bow down to that because a 31:35 thousand years ago 31:36 they said they said that if you ate 31:38 brain you fix your brain i better stitch 31:41 a thousand years old alex i better 31:42 i better bow down to that aerobatic 31:44 medicine well you copper 31:46 you can use copper and water to control 31:49 bad microorganisms so we better get lots 31:51 of copper in our water 31:52 because that must be the reason why 31:53 we're sick we'll just we'll just drink 31:55 the copper 31:56 i better bow down to that and here's 31:59 another thing too 32:00 um mercury elixirs right for thousands 32:03 of years 32:05 mercury elixirs were big they were big 32:07 all around the planet 32:09 you drink mercury tonics i better bow 32:11 down to it they were right 32:12 two thousand three thousand years ago 32:14 okay and 32:16 in the east okay it was mercury elixirs 32:18 mercury elixirs 32:19 emperors would take mercury elixirs and 32:22 you know 32:23 uh presidents would take mercury elixirs 32:26 just in the 1800s 32:27 are we supposed to bow down to the 32:29 mercury elixirs because it's two 32:31 thousand three thousand four thousand 32:32 years old 32:34 i'm curious is does that make sense yeah 32:36 i get it 32:37 you know there's some things that travel 32:39 a long way like massage 32:41 like acupressure and they travel 32:43 thousands of years 32:44 and those are great things but you can't 32:47 just all of a sudden assume 32:48 that every single thing that comes from 32:50 two thousand three thousand years ago is 32:51 a great idea 32:52 because it's not and fermented foods was 32:55 a survival technique 32:57 not right there because fermented foods 32:59 comes from two thousand three thousand 33:00 four thousand years ago that it must be 33:02 the panacea to heal us it must actually 33:05 be the cure 33:06 the cure but you gotta understand 33:07 fermented foods are just decomposing 33:10 it's it the microorganisms in fermented 33:12 foods are the 33:13 microorganisms of death that are feeding 33:15 off of something that's decomposing 33:18 right but that's not the microorganisms 33:20 that give you life inside of you 33:22 that those microorganisms are only on 33:24 living foods when you have cilantro in 33:26 your garden 33:27 the microorganism that's sitting on the 33:29 cilantro why it's sitting there floating 33:31 around in the sun and the wind there's a 33:33 microorganism in that 33:34 that's the one that gives you life so 33:36 when you eat that that cilantro that 33:38 came out of your garden 33:40 that elevated biotic is what gives you 33:42 life not 33:43 the bacteria that's on something that's 33:46 decaying and dying when an animal dies 33:48 in the woods it gets engulfed by 33:50 bacteria 33:51 microorganisms that go to it because 33:53 it's dead 33:54 when we when we pass on and we start to 33:58 go 33:58 stale fast after passing on 34:01 microorganisms start to devour our body 34:04 that's not the microorganism that we get 34:07 life from so when the reason why they 34:09 did this 34:10 is they fermented vegetables was a 34:12 survival technique 34:13 technique because they had no fresh food 34:15 delivered there weren't stores 34:17 there weren't grocery stores there 34:18 wasn't fresh food grown around the 34:20 planet 34:21 that can be delivered you know through 34:23 plane travel and truck travel 34:26 right so what happened was they were in 34:27 these little villages 34:29 thousands of years ago in the hills and 34:31 when your garden ran out 34:33 you were you were you were in big 34:34 trouble you had your chicken eggs 34:36 you had your you had your goat's milk 34:39 and you had whatever vegetables that 34:41 were left over and you know what you had 34:42 to do 34:43 you had to take those vegetables and you 34:44 had to throw them in a vat a big old vat 34:47 and throw a lid on it and hope that god 34:49 they just did their natural decaying 34:51 process 34:52 fermented and broke down and 34:55 because you needed to eat that slob 34:58 all winter long in order to keep you 35:00 alive see how it works this is important 35:03 information this is advanced information 35:05 and i teach this to doctors i've been 35:07 teaching this stuff for years okay 35:09 so that fermented foods was a survival 35:12 tactic 35:13 to try to preserve the food long enough 35:16 to get you to the spring 35:18 because you would starve to death 35:19 because you had no freezers and 35:21 refrigerators 35:22 and you had no fresh food coming in 35:25 that's 35:25 what happened but we take these old 35:28 things a long time ago and we think 35:32 they must be so good for us and but yet 35:35 there's better things for us fermented 35:37 foods not better than this butter leaf 35:39 lettuce that's fresh and alive and 35:41 filled with enzymes right now 35:42 okay and it's certainly not better than 35:44 butter leaf lettuce that you grew out of 35:46 your garden this year that has 35:47 microorganisms all over it the kind that 35:49 gives us life 35:50 and fermented food can't beat 35:54 lime right here a lime with the vitamin 35:56 c and the calcium in it 35:58 and it can't be the power of what the 36:00 sun can do and 36:01 and what goes in this orange here and so 36:04 but 36:05 i get it we think thousands of years ago 36:07 ayurvedic medicine 36:08 ayurvedic ayurvedic information um 36:12 copper in the water it must mean it's 36:14 good for us 36:15 that's funny because i talked to the 36:16 best ayurvedic doctors that contact me 36:18 around the planet 36:19 and they don't know why anybody's sick 36:22 they don't 36:23 they have they have their their your 36:25 their guesses about maybe it's 36:27 too much dampness in the body and maybe 36:29 it's the liver acting up somehow or 36:31 maybe it's something 36:33 but they don't know why you have eczema 36:36 raging 36:37 air vedic doctors don't know why 36:39 someone's sick with severe 36:41 chronic fatigue syndrome me but i 36:44 respect them 36:45 greatly i have great respect for the 36:48 best doctors on the planet functional 36:49 medicine doctors ayurvedic doctors 36:51 chinese medicine doctors conventional 36:54 medical doctors 36:55 on the plan great respect for all of 36:57 them i have respect for all of them 36:59 because they're helping people and they 37:01 do help and they do have a lot of 37:02 knowledge but what i'm trying to tell 37:03 you is 37:05 is they don't have answers to why 37:06 anybody's chronically ill they don't 37:08 science research believes it's the body 37:09 destroying itself or it's genes 37:11 that's it so i guess we could package it 37:14 up be like just because 37:15 you know copper holding water back 37:18 thousands of years ago must be the 37:19 fantasy of answers 37:21 just so you know you get you put your 37:23 water in copper 37:25 and you're going to be sicker than ever 37:26 before down the road you're going to get 37:27 so much copper in your system 37:30 in your organs and you're telling me 37:32 everybody just stayed alive and all 37:34 happy no one was ever sick 37:36 you don't know how that stuff was making 37:38 people sicker and sicker and sicker and 37:39 sicker and sicker 37:40 no one's watching that no one's watching 37:42 how how much water did you drink out of 37:44 that copper vat a thousand years ago 37:46 who knows how the person died of a 37:47 horrible death years later 37:49 is anybody studying that no one's 37:51 studying any of that you can't study it 37:53 it's all guesswork it's all guessing 37:55 games so let's make a trend let's make a 37:58 new trend off of some old outdated 38:00 thing that wasn't great so let's make 38:02 copper thermoses so we can poison women 38:05 because that's going to be real good for 38:06 their babies when their babies get all 38:08 that copper in their brain 38:09 can you think about pregnant what about 38:10 pregnant women doing all the copper 38:12 stuff 38:13 if you're going to wear jewelry i would 38:15 wear gold plated because it's protect 38:17 it's going 38:18 over the copper or i would wear gold i 38:20 don't wear jewelry 38:21 but if you're into jewelry i would wear 38:23 gold that's what i would do 38:25 there's always a little copper in gold 38:27 unless it's 24 karat there's always 38:29 alloyed in there but the point is it's 38:30 very much less 38:32 but i wouldn't wear straight copper 38:33 jewelry i wouldn't wear that 38:35 i wouldn't wear copper copper items i 38:37 wouldn't wear copper clothing 38:39 i wouldn't do copper and water god 38:41 forbid if i was a pregnant woman or 38:42 wanting to have a baby 38:44 i certainly wouldn't do any of that 38:46 copper stuff without there's no doubt 38:48 about that unless 38:49 the baby's just gonna get copper uh 38:52 copper in the baby system 38:54 um all the stuff's important so but alex 38:57 i get it and i really appreciate you and 38:58 i appreciate you talking about that 39:00 i actually um wanted to talk about that 39:02 too 39:04 okay plastic pvc i want to talk about 39:05 that that's important too 39:07 is it healthier than copper pipes oh big 39:09 time that's not the leaching plastic 39:12 pcv the hard pcv they use in plumbing 39:15 okay the hard stuff the pvc they use 39:19 in in plumbing is not the leaching 39:22 plastic 39:23 and i would rather in a million years 39:25 have leaching plastic 39:27 any day because plastic comes out of the 39:29 body easy just like lowering your fats 39:32 you know lowering your fats not on too 39:33 much milk cheese butter bringing all 39:35 that down 39:36 making you sure you do the heavy metal 39:37 detox smoothie because spirulina does 39:39 remove plastic 39:40 there's an anti-plastic tee in this book 39:42 right here so um in the new edition but 39:45 the point is plastic comes out easy 39:47 and hardened pvc piping 39:51 doesn't leach up anything practically 39:54 practically 39:55 nothing it's it's a whole different 39:56 story than other types of plastic right 39:59 that's one thing the other thing is 40:01 copper pipes 40:02 that's poisoned families for years the 40:05 amount of damage 40:07 copper pipes have done to families and 40:09 their health 40:10 is catastrophic it causes green 40:13 green that green corrosion that goes in 40:16 all the sinks in the toilets if you 40:18 don't have your water softened 40:20 and even if you have your water softened 40:22 you're still going to get copper 40:22 leaching now you may not 40:24 have any control over that if you got 40:25 copper pipes but yes you do 40:27 okay you do have control over that first 40:28 of all make sure your water is filtered 40:30 don't drink it out of the tap that's one 40:31 thing you can control 40:33 the second thing you can control is 40:34 making sure you're doing a heavy metal 40:36 detox smoothie 40:37 so you're proactive in getting the 40:38 copper out faster than it comes in 40:40 so if you're taking your shower and you 40:42 think there could be some copper stuff 40:44 going on in the water 40:45 you can do that check with your doctor 40:47 and see what you're do what's right with 40:48 your doctor you know if you want to do 40:49 the heavy metal detox smoothie some day 40:50 in your life if you want to learn 40:52 about it if you want to find the recipe 40:53 in the book or on the blog 40:55 ask your doctor if it's right for you 40:57 and see how they feel okay if your 40:58 doctor says don't do it don't do it 41:01 but the point is is that you can be 41:04 proactive 41:05 but yes what they're trying to tell you 41:07 now is they're trying to tell you this 41:08 copper pipes 41:09 those are good for you and it's a bad 41:11 trend 41:12 it's a dangerous one i think it's really 41:15 ignorant 41:16 really negligent and it's sad that the 41:19 guessing games have 41:20 to go on in alternative health over and 41:22 over again because in alternative health 41:24 nobody knows why anybody's sick they 41:25 never did and so it's back to the 41:27 guessing games let's go try this now 41:29 okay let's try this now 41:31 you know let's take tons of vinegar and 41:34 destroy all our teeth let's 41:36 you know and and and give us and give us 41:38 osteopenia 41:39 and you know like it's always a guessing 41:41 game and it's so sad you guys 41:44 and if anybody here is watching this 41:45 doesn't believe me and you're like oh no 41:47 he doesn't no 41:48 fine fine do whatever it is you want to 41:50 do do whatever it is you think is right 41:52 do all the copper you want do all 41:54 whatever you want do all the fermented 41:56 foods you want perfectly fine with that 41:58 if you're sick down the road remember 42:00 this information is here for you down 42:01 the road you might have a different 42:02 opinion 10 years from now 42:05 you guys are making some salsa 42:10 so much sherry says so much 42:12 contradiction information 42:14 with fat everyone does different i guess 42:16 on different diets no one size fits all 42:19 sure i wish that was true that's not 42:21 true here's how it works 42:23 we're all human beings and our livers 42:26 don't like a lot of fat 42:28 period but we react differently 42:31 because some of our livers are better 42:33 how in better health than 42:34 other people's liver livers okay 42:36 someone's liver 42:37 could be less toxic in the moment in 42:39 their life so they can handle more fat 42:41 and then all of a sudden you're thinking 42:42 well that person's just different 42:43 they're different than me and one one 42:46 size doesn't fit all 42:47 and you know but that's not how it works 42:49 it does fit all if it's all as a huge as 42:52 human the human race 42:53 our pancreases hate a lot of fat in our 42:56 diet and one person's pancreas 42:58 that can get weakened over time can go 43:00 into pancreatitis faster than someone 43:02 else okay 43:03 someone else's liver can get fatty liver 43:05 and get more fat built up in it than 43:07 someone else 43:08 faster than someone else but in the end 43:10 every body gets something 43:12 you can be the one someone can be the 43:14 one that just seems like they do fat 43:17 fine with all that high fat and then 43:18 later on they get their heart attack at 43:20 75 43:21 they get their heart attack at 72. they 43:23 did good all those years 43:24 they were eating all that fat and 43:25 finally all that fat builds up inside 43:27 their arteries 43:28 that fat build up inside their heart and 43:30 boom they got their heart attack just 43:32 like that you know 43:34 so it's important to know okay and like 43:36 all that fat that we're told to eat 43:38 whether it's nuts and seeds and avocados 43:41 and milk cheese butter 43:42 and whatever it is right chicken fat 43:44 gets built up in these arteries 43:46 over time it gets built up inside the 43:48 veins and what 43:49 fat does is it pulls the toxin in and 43:52 then becomes plaque plaque 43:54 is rancid fat hardened on the inside of 43:57 the 43:58 the inside of the heart in arteries and 43:59 veins and blood vessels 44:01 and it's infused with toxins or toxins 44:04 are infused in it 44:05 okay these are radical fats milk cheese 44:08 butter 44:09 eggs coconut oil canola oil olive oil 44:13 all different oils avocados now i'm not 44:15 saying they're not healthy fats i'm not 44:16 saying avocado 44:18 and coconut's not a healthy fat it is 44:20 but what i am 44:21 saying is we inundate ourselves with so 44:23 many fats of all kinds it all becomes 44:25 one in the end 44:26 you're doing chicken too much chicken 44:28 every single day you're doing 10 000 44:30 chickens in 15 years 44:32 it's and then you're still doing coconut 44:33 oil and you're still doing avocado and 44:35 you're still eating nuts 44:37 it builds up and it builds up and you're 44:38 still doing oils and it builds up and 44:40 you're still doing chocolate and it 44:41 builds up and guess what you get the 44:43 plaque 44:44 and you need the stints later on you're 44:45 55 years old you're 65 years old and 44:48 they're running a scope up your arteries 44:50 and intervenes and they're putting 44:51 stints in to keep them from collapsing 44:54 because so much fat build up inside 44:56 those arteries 44:57 meanwhile no one's going to pay the 44:59 price you think all those gurus that 45:01 told you 45:01 tons of fat do you think they're going 45:02 to pay the price and when you're 62 45:04 years old and you're laying on the 45:05 operating table 45:06 no they're not going to care about you 45:09 no one's going to care about you 45:10 all the trend setters that are like 45:12 they're they're like parroting each 45:14 other 45:14 and everybody's afraid to speak up about 45:16 anything and they're all like no no 45:17 fat's great 45:18 lots of fat okay lots of fat too over 45:20 there you think any of them are going to 45:22 care when you're on the operating table 45:24 again you're getting your valve replaced 45:25 because it was just lined with total 45:27 fat and corrosion and all kinds of 45:29 plaque they're not going to care 45:31 but you're going to pay the price 10 15 45:33 years 20 years later 45:34 that's how it works they don't care 45:36 about you all the trendsetters and gurus 45:39 that's that's how it happens 45:43 i'm not saying you can't eat fats we're 45:45 having guacamole tonight 45:47 not saying that taryn we're not all rich 45:51 these products are expensive 45:53 medical medical procedures are expensive 45:58 i got friends that got the co-payments 46:00 whatever that is the whole bit with it 46:02 whoa i mean and and trying to keep good 46:05 health insurance and then 46:07 that's expensive all on its own and then 46:10 it's not just that it's out-of-pocket 46:11 expenses when you're sick 46:13 all of it it's just wow that stuff can 46:16 just boom slam you but i get it if you 46:18 don't have 46:19 money go to the library get the book for 46:22 free 46:23 that's all and learn other things you 46:25 can do 46:26 that maybe you don't have to spend money 46:28 on a product maybe there's things 46:30 which there is you can help yourself 46:32 with foods certain foods like lowering 46:34 your fat 46:35 you don't have to be rich to lower your 46:38 fat 46:38 and learn how to eat a few other foods 46:41 you know what the you know what the 46:42 number one food are the number one foods 46:44 i tell everybody to eat guess what 46:46 it's the cheapest food there is out 46:47 there it's potatoes 46:49 you can even eat a conventional potato 46:52 it's the cheapest food out there 46:54 so i'm scratching my head saying do you 46:56 really have to be rich because 46:58 you know what the other food i tell 46:59 everybody to eat is 47:01 bananas okay i tell them to eat bananas 47:04 and you can do conventional bananas 47:06 right you guys so 47:08 i'm confused because conventional 47:09 bananas are like one of the cheapest 47:11 foods out there in the world whoa 47:13 potatoes are one of the cheapest foods 47:14 out in the world and you don't have to 47:16 be rich to eat them and guess what you 47:17 can walk into your library and get this 47:18 book for free 47:20 you already got to start and you don't 47:21 have to be rich 47:23 but i get what you're saying i get what 47:25 you're saying it's not easy it's not 47:26 easy at all 47:27 making a burrito bowl i got the food 47:30 right here 47:31 um we're tilt we're talking about copper 47:36 that's what we're talking about i'm 47:37 going to make 47:39 this salsa 47:42 i'm going to put in a bowl here first 47:44 mix it up get my tomatoes in here and 47:46 i'm going to get it ready to put it in 47:47 my other bowl 47:48 so i'm just getting some tomatoes here 47:49 i'm going to do more tomatoes than this 47:51 i'm making a salsa 47:56 this is going to be a really cool meal i 47:58 hope you guys stick around for it lots 47:59 of stuff to talk about too let's do some 48:01 more tomatoes 48:05 let's talk about copper a little bit 48:06 more iuds yeah i mean i understand if 48:08 if you have to have the iud and that's a 48:11 decision and choice you're making in 48:12 your life 48:13 completely understand or you got no 48:15 choice for some reason i 48:17 completely understand right but people 48:19 always ask me 48:20 like is it great no copper's not great 48:24 it's not great it's copper in the 48:25 reproductive system 48:27 um and and that that's very 48:30 it's very toxic but but but listen 48:35 i'm not saying you have to change your 48:38 choices 48:39 and be like well i can't have an iud 48:40 that's not it at all once you do what is 48:42 ever right for you and your doctor and 48:44 what your doctor believes too 48:45 but i got friends that ask me about with 48:48 iuds and they'll be like 48:49 family friends and they'll be like what 48:51 do i do and i'll be like 48:53 be proactive work on getting any copper 48:55 out of your system so 48:57 you can have your iud you can you can 48:59 get copper exposure you could eat 49:00 conventional produce that did 49:02 copper and pesticides your neighbor 49:04 sprays pesticides you buy new clothing 49:06 with fungicides it's all got copper in 49:07 it 49:08 and you're getting exposed to copper 49:09 every day be proactive 49:11 let's just work on getting it out so 49:15 um you know it's it's that's all 49:22 chopping up some tomatoes here 49:32 [Music] 49:34 making a salsa 49:40 and it's coming out great love it love 49:43 it love it 49:51 my son has type 1 diabetes advice on 49:54 that get 49:54 you can take the the books to the doctor 49:56 and talk about diabetes in the books 49:58 medical mean books get this free at the 49:59 library if you want it's also on sale at 50:01 amazon.com 51 50:02 off right now it's really an incredible 50:05 book your mind will be blown 50:06 what if you're a diabetic lowering fats 50:10 is actually 50:11 the best thing you can do is diabetic 50:13 okay you can always ask your doctor 50:14 what's right for you but that's what i 50:15 recommend friends and family 50:17 to do is lowering their fat intake so 50:19 try not to eat too many fats 50:22 what that means is that you're keeping 50:24 your fats like 50:25 say chicken or beef if you're eating 50:27 animal products to once a day maybe at 50:29 the end of the day 50:30 during the day you're not having a lot 50:32 of avocado you're not having a lot of 50:34 oils oils 50:35 really get the diabetics i'm just going 50:37 to be straight out if there's one thing 50:38 you can do and you can ask your doctor 50:39 what your doctor thinks 50:41 the one thing you can do is minimizing 50:44 your oils 50:45 right there that that alone is a big 50:48 deal 50:48 so i'm going to make this salsa what's 50:51 going to do 50:52 and the other thing is it's it's sugar 50:55 isn't the demon when it comes down to 50:59 diabetes okay 51:00 uh you shouldn't be on table sugar you 51:02 shouldn't be on unprocessed sugar 51:04 i'm talking about fruit is not the 51:06 problem with diabetics 51:08 it's fats so here's how it works when 51:12 you eat too much fat and fats in your 51:14 bloodstream 51:16 it stops the sugar from getting into 51:18 your cells 51:20 we only live function from 51:23 sugar entering our cells that's how we 51:26 can talk walk 51:27 hence blood sugar is why we're alive 51:31 right it's blood sugar but the more fat 51:34 you eat 51:35 the more your pancreas gets stressed out 51:37 more your liver is probably gets more 51:39 problematic 51:40 and the more insulin the more fat you 51:43 eat the more 51:44 insulin your pancreas has to release 51:46 that hormone 51:47 in order to bind onto sugar to enter it 51:49 into your cells right 51:50 you lower your fats less insulin needs 51:53 to be produced 51:54 and type 2 diabetes i can't tell you how 51:56 many cases reversed reversed 100 percent 51:58 they don't even have type 2. i i know so 52:01 many people that had type 2 52:03 including using insulin with their type 52:06 2 52:07 and other drugs and drugs and they beat 52:10 it 52:10 their type 2 diabetes free for life 52:13 they just had to lower their fats learn 52:15 how to heal you know i mean 52:17 it's just it's great information all 52:18 right let's just make the salsa right 52:20 here we're doing that 52:21 um need a clove of garlic it's one thing 52:25 you can do less garlic you can do a 52:27 little bit of garlic i'm just going to 52:28 use a small clove of garlic 52:30 okay you guys don't mind 52:37 so dark good to see you um you gotta you 52:41 gotta 52:41 you got a thought there question well 52:43 the heart primarily runs on fat the 52:45 heart's a muscle 52:47 it runs on sugar that's how 52:50 misinformation works i'm putting a 52:52 little 52:52 garlic inside this this salsa 52:56 your heart is a muscle 52:59 insulin drive sugar into your heart 53:01 cells 53:02 that's how it works um 53:06 why do you think doctors still are 53:08 worried about too much red meat 53:11 why do you think doctors 53:14 were worried about too many eggs and too 53:16 much red meat 53:17 because it'll get you a heart attack 53:19 because 53:20 fat here's how it works okay the more 53:23 fat you put in your bloodstream 53:25 the harder your heart has to work now 53:27 they didn't know that part that's 53:28 medical medium information 53:30 but the more fat in your bloodstream see 53:33 doctors just believe 53:35 that in the medical the surgeon general 53:38 many many years ago 53:40 many years ago decades ago believed 53:43 and they taught us at the medical 53:45 universities that too much red meat 53:48 and it's going to lead to a heart attack 53:50 and they're right about that 53:53 all that fat's going to plack up and 53:54 build up inside your heart right 53:57 so all that fat running through your 53:59 heart okay 54:01 is going to build up inside your heart 54:04 right 54:05 fat thickens the blood and when the 54:07 blood gets thick 54:09 heart has to kill itself to pump it 54:11 through 54:13 it's like it's like sucking a milkshake 54:16 through a straw versus water through a 54:19 straw 54:20 so when your heart's pumping so so dark 54:22 right so dark check this out when your 54:24 heart's pumping 54:25 it's killing itself to suck that fat 54:29 through the the veins to draw that fat 54:32 up through the veins 54:33 the heart is killing itself whoa there's 54:35 so much fat in that blood it's so thick 54:37 i 54:38 can't that's why they give you blood 54:39 thinners you start getting all those 54:41 problems and heart problems and blood 54:42 vessel problems they're just like oh my 54:44 god they start giving you blood thinners 54:45 is what they do 54:46 they're trying to thin out your blood so 54:47 your heart can even pump that stuff 54:49 see so no fat kills your heart 54:57 you can't doesn't mean you guys have to 54:58 quit your fats i don't want you all 55:00 upset 55:00 like oh my god i can't listen to this 55:02 guy anymore he he just wants us all fat 55:05 i can't live like 55:06 that and that's not it at all i'm just 55:07 saying look 55:09 baby steps get rid of the eggs is what i 55:11 would do get rid of the butter 55:13 the butter will kill you just get rid of 55:15 butter anybody tell you butter's healthy 55:19 man i mean it's just not i would get rid 55:22 of that okay you guys eat animal protein 55:24 fine you guys like salmon you like guys 55:26 like fish 55:26 even though there's metals in it that 55:27 i'd be doing if i was doing it if i was 55:29 eating salmon 55:30 i'd be doing you know my my medical 55:32 medium heavy metal detox movie that's 55:34 what i'm saying but 55:36 what i'm trying to tell you is you don't 55:37 have to change your life but you can go 55:39 as far as you want to heal 55:41 cooking with rebecca how are you doing 55:43 great you're on here high blood sugar 55:45 insulin resistance that's blood sugar 55:47 that's your sugar 55:48 that's any kind of sugar in your blood 55:50 okay 55:51 getting stuck it can't go into your 55:54 cells because there's too much fat 55:56 that's insulin resistance okay that's a 55:59 healthy fat 56:00 you guys should have some avocado here 56:02 and there if you're really sick 56:04 and you're trying to heal i got a lot of 56:05 different cleanses in the book 56:07 talking about how to do it how to lower 56:09 the fats how to eat a certain way to 56:11 heal different conditions and symptoms 56:13 you guys should check out the cleansing 56:14 i don't talk about this book enough this 56:17 book is life-saving because it's already 56:18 saved 56:19 countless lives around the planet right 56:21 now okay that's a book you guys might 56:22 want to check out 56:23 and then the other one is the book 56:25 coming out right now 56:27 which is incredible which is the new 56:28 edition medical medium new edition 56:30 revised and expanded you guys 56:31 that's that's the recipe here that i'm 56:33 making which is the burrito bowl you 56:35 guys got to check that book out 56:39 all right got some garlic in my salsa 56:42 i'm making a salsa right now 56:44 i've got garlic in there um and then i'm 56:46 gonna put a little bit of 56:47 cilantro in here there we go got a 56:50 little bit of cilantro i'm gonna chop up 56:51 some red onion oh no the red onion 56:55 [Music] 56:56 no 56:58 i know this onion's gonna do i got this 57:00 batch of red onions 57:02 it's so strong i'm already getting 57:04 nervous 57:07 this this onion messed me up last time 57:09 where my my eyes were crying 57:14 i was crying like a baby 57:17 i know it's coming again tara anthony i 57:20 love your books and info but seem to 57:22 have built in 57:23 forgetter and dumbfounded that 57:27 that i have worse acne after a year of 57:30 being faithful but not perfect 57:32 i have grains sometimes and maybe seven 57:35 grams of fat 57:36 one week is this is this it 57:40 i'll just give you some quick tips real 57:42 q real quick right 57:45 make sure make sure the nutritional 57:46 yeast isn't there make sure the caffeine 57:48 isn't there 57:49 make sure there's no chocolate there 57:51 because that'll lower your immune system 57:53 chocolate lowers your immune system the 57:56 caffeine 57:57 lowers your immune system very important 57:59 okay so keep that in mind 58:01 all right i'm gonna chop up a little 58:03 onion real quick here you guys 58:05 um nutritional yeast 58:08 that's an acne bomb 58:12 be cautious about that okay caffeine 58:14 like i said 58:15 chocolate like i said be careful these 58:18 are acne bombs 58:20 get the acne periodically vinegar apple 58:22 cider vinegar 58:23 be careful right there acne 58:27 okay these are just giving you some 58:29 quick quick tips 58:30 seven grams of fat what fat source is it 58:33 is it just avocado 58:35 because that's what i would do if you're 58:36 if that's what i would do 58:39 if i had acne or anything like that i 58:41 would be like probably i would do hemp 58:43 seeds or avocado 58:44 that's the fats i would use if you still 58:46 want some fat 58:48 um so give me any any any other tips i 58:51 can 58:52 um these are just some right i'm gonna 58:53 put lime juice in the salsa so i'm gonna 58:55 put a little lime juice in there right 58:57 now 59:01 there we go 59:06 and think about any new medications any 59:08 new pharmaceuticals that might be 59:10 kicking around or you might have gotten 59:12 or something ask your doctor about it 59:13 but 59:14 a lot of times that can lower the immune 59:15 system stimulate something but you can 59:17 ask your doctor about that info 59:19 friends will say well i've got something 59:20 going on here and i've been like what's 59:22 going on and they're like i'm not doing 59:23 anything i'm all just 59:24 this new whatever and you know this new 59:27 medication and be like well 59:29 ask your doctor but it might be 59:31 something going on there and then 59:33 i mean that's that's you know these are 59:35 just some things and also 59:37 are you around other people you can 59:38 easily pick up another strap strap is 59:40 behind acne you can get rid of your 59:42 stress you can get rid of your 59:43 you can get rid of the strep that caused 59:45 acne in the past okay 59:47 so you can get rid of that so what 59:49 happens is you're doing the medical 59:50 medium information 59:52 are you doing the protocol for acne ask 59:54 your doctor if it's right for you but if 59:56 you're doing the protocol for acne 59:57 all the different stuff you might have 1:00:00 killed off and got rid of the first 1:00:02 strap 1:00:02 causing acne a lot of people might have 1:00:04 two straps in them they might have three 1:00:06 straps in them 1:00:07 and so you kill off the strap and your 1:00:09 acne goes away and then 1:00:10 you're at a public bathroom somewhere in 1:00:12 in some kind of place or a restaurant 1:00:14 and you end up picking up another strap 1:00:16 they're so easy to get 1:00:18 and um and then that incubates over time 1:00:21 and now you got a new acne now you got 1:00:22 to do all the same stuff and get rid of 1:00:24 it 1:00:24 these are just a few tips right here i 1:00:26 can throw at you guys 1:00:30 okay so now i'm going to make the 1:00:32 guacamole 1:00:33 so let me mix this up here this is the 1:00:38 salsa a little garlic little onion so 1:00:41 you guys can see right here 1:00:44 i'm gonna put this in my burrito bowl 1:00:47 right here okay so i'm gonna put it over 1:00:50 here in the corner 1:00:52 this is what i'm gonna do so i'll show 1:00:55 you what i got so far 1:00:58 you guys are with me 1:01:01 so this is my burrito bowl i got 1:01:05 salsa on one side i got cauliflower 1:01:07 flour rice on the other side 1:01:09 i got some lettuce down here but i'm 1:01:10 also going to put the guacamole in now 1:01:12 so let me get that going 1:01:15 just having so much fun with you guys 1:01:16 hanging out it's just such a it's such 1:01:18 an honor to have you here in my kitchen 1:01:20 i never tell you guys that enough 1:01:22 i just want to say thank you for being 1:01:23 here and um 1:01:25 i'm proud of all you guys all of you 1:01:27 guys 1:01:33 a lot of people who start medical medium 1:01:34 information are already getting sick 1:01:37 why else do people just start doing 1:01:38 stuff you know 1:01:41 or they've been sick a long time they 1:01:42 start medical meme information because 1:01:44 they've been sick a long time they've 1:01:45 had problems going on for a long time 1:01:48 but a lot of people go to medical meal 1:01:50 information after being healthy for a 1:01:51 long time or feeling healthy and what 1:01:53 happens is they got something coming on 1:01:54 they're starting to feel it and they'll 1:01:56 get this instinct like whoa i'm not 1:01:57 feeling that good i better start 1:01:58 something and then they start medical 1:01:59 medium information 1:02:00 but what was coming on was already 1:02:02 coming on and then 1:02:04 they're like whoa wait a minute is it 1:02:05 the mm info is it whatever but what they 1:02:07 don't know is the mm info is really 1:02:09 protecting them so it wouldn't come on 1:02:11 even worse or they can get it better 1:02:12 even faster later 1:02:14 a lot of people also you know but yeah 1:02:18 so let me get this guacamole going let 1:02:22 me get a fork out and do a little mash 1:02:26 um in this guacamole i'm gonna put a 1:02:28 little lime juice 1:02:33 i'm going to put another clove of garlic 1:02:35 in here now if you guys are 1:02:36 sensitive with garlic because it's 1:02:38 pretty strong it's a pretty strong 1:02:39 flavor and everything if you're 1:02:40 sensitive garlic you might 1:02:42 you know you might you can hold it back 1:02:45 if you want 1:02:47 so i got some garlic going here what i 1:02:49 would do if i had acne i'd be doing the 1:02:51 369 1:02:52 clean advanced cleanse repeatedly as an 1:02:55 option 1:02:56 that's what i would do so i'd do the 1:02:57 advanced 369 repeatedly 1:02:59 as an option if i had acne or i would do 1:03:03 a mono eating cleanse in there i'd be 1:03:04 doing 32 ounces 1:03:06 of celery juice if i had acne 1:03:13 okay guys i'm gonna get some garlic in 1:03:15 here making some guacamole as we speak 1:03:18 and i would make sure there's no grains 1:03:20 including oatmeal 1:03:22 oatmeal won't feed strep it won't but 1:03:24 it's a grain 1:03:25 that that takes up space and you could 1:03:27 be eating something else it could be 1:03:28 more healthful like potato 1:03:30 or something okay so i'm making the 1:03:32 guacamole i put some garlic in there and 1:03:34 i'm trying to look 1:03:35 and i will see i'm looking at your 1:03:38 comments you guys see if i see anything 1:03:40 else 1:03:41 um and then i'm gonna put a little red 1:03:43 onion in this guacamole 1:03:46 a little bit of red onion 1:03:47 [Music] 1:03:49 that one onion the other day you 1:03:51 remember that you guys i don't know if 1:03:52 you've seen that other video there or 1:03:54 that other live one onion was so strong 1:03:57 and this one 1:03:58 this one got me a little bit too 1:04:04 put some onion in there 1:04:11 so i'm going to mash this up 1:04:19 look the whole thing with medical medium 1:04:20 information is you can 1:04:22 take it as far as you need to go if 1:04:23 you've got eczema you've got psoriasis 1:04:25 if you've got acne 1:04:26 you've got lyme disease if you've got 1:04:27 chronic fatigue if you've got 1:04:28 hashimoto's if you got anything even if 1:04:31 you have fibrosis whatever you've got 1:04:32 going on whatever 1:04:33 you've been tagged with whatever 1:04:34 autoimmune you've been tagged with 1:04:37 you can go you can go places 1:04:42 so i got a little bit of guacamole here 1:04:44 i put a little red onion in here 1:04:45 okay so i got that now that's going to 1:04:48 go in here 1:04:49 [Music] 1:04:50 i'm going to put this in the corner 1:04:55 you guys might be able to there you go 1:05:00 then i put a little lettuce over here 1:05:03 little pieces of lettuce what i like to 1:05:06 do is put a little piece of lettuce that 1:05:08 i can actually 1:05:09 put a little guacamole on the lettuce 1:05:14 and i'm gonna sprinkle some lime over 1:05:15 everything so i like to put a little 1:05:17 lettuce here 1:05:17 in the corner so what i have is 1:05:22 i have my salsa this is the burrito bowl 1:05:24 that came out of medical medium new 1:05:25 addition 1:05:26 all right i'm a slice of lime in here 1:05:29 [Music] 1:05:34 i'm even going to make this a little 1:05:35 pretty here i'm going to put a little 1:05:37 slice of lime in there to you on the 1:05:39 edge now actually i'll hold that off 1:05:48 and 1:05:50 put a little wedge here 1:05:53 a little lime wedge on the side is what 1:05:55 i put there 1:05:57 anyway you can do it any kind of 1:06:00 anything you want to do 1:06:01 some people don't like lime some people 1:06:02 do you can put a wedge on here too 1:06:05 i put it on the edge of the bowl but you 1:06:06 can put it on the side 1:06:08 [Music] 1:06:10 like this just giving you some options 1:06:12 which is awesome 1:06:14 like that i'm gonna put it with 1:06:18 the tomatoes over here so you can see it 1:06:20 so 1:06:21 but i got what i have here is and let me 1:06:25 get some chili flakes 1:06:32 just going to put a little bit on i'm 1:06:34 not going to put a lot of chili flakes 1:06:35 but i'm put sprinkling a few chili 1:06:36 flakes on top like this 1:06:38 i mean i like heat personally but i 1:06:40 don't like it too too hot 1:06:41 i'm going to squeeze a little lime on 1:06:43 here too 1:06:46 like that so this is salsa 1:06:50 i got the guacamole right there 1:06:53 okay i got a little lettuce here and 1:06:55 it's also on lettuce that's been chopped 1:06:57 up underneath it 1:06:58 cauliflower rice which is really 1:07:00 delicious so that's the burrito bowl 1:07:02 right here you guys 1:07:08 incredible right so you guys if you 1:07:12 haven't already 1:07:13 this is coming out soon and guess what 1:07:16 i'm not going to be holding the 1:07:17 manuscript pretty soon next time i do a 1:07:19 live i'm going to be holding the actual 1:07:20 book in my hand 1:07:22 and this is the manuscript i gave the 1:07:24 publisher 1:07:25 after i finished the book 1:07:28 check out cleans the heel and if you 1:07:31 want to learn about 1:07:32 toxic heavy metals you can find out 1:07:34 about it in the books of course i just 1:07:36 showed you 1:07:37 that's what i use for myself right there 1:07:39 that spirulina that barley grass juice 1:07:41 powder 1:07:42 um ask your doctor what you can use okay 1:07:46 but that's what i tell family and 1:07:47 friends to use 1:07:48 i'm not sponsored it's just great isn't 1:07:50 nicholas doesn't it look good 1:07:52 is this incredible i mean you guys this 1:07:54 is going to be really good so i might 1:07:56 even take some extra lettuce pieces 1:07:58 and put it inside the lettuce pieces i'm 1:08:01 heading over to instagram are you guys 1:08:03
