see you guys 14:34 all right let's talk about a little bit 14:37 so how 14:38 viruses work well you're going to hear 14:41 out there that 14:42 bugs like viruses are dead they're just 14:45 these 14:45 strands these rna strands or 14:49 they're just an essence in our system 14:53 that bugs are dead we'll tell that to 14:55 somebody with simplex one who doesn't 14:58 somebody with simplex one okay when you 15:00 get the fever blister 15:01 right you go you go kissing somebody 15:05 with that fever blister guess what's 15:07 gonna happen 15:08 that virus is alive that virus is alive 15:12 and when you go kissing somebody and 15:14 they kiss you 15:16 uh they're gonna have that virus 15:19 that's how it works okay viruses are 15:21 alive 15:22 they're not dead but it's about snowing 15:24 people let smoke and mirror 15:26 let's snow the heck out of people let's 15:28 know them snow them snow them 15:30 and that's what they do out there say 15:32 viruses aren't alive 15:34 that's why with the flu virus if you 15:37 sneeze the virus comes out of you 15:41 and it lands on a table it 15:44 eventually dies okay it eventually dies 15:48 it's 15:49 it's away from if it's on the table on a 15:51 counter it's a way for moisture 15:54 it can't get the moisture it needs to 15:56 stay 15:57 alive okay it can't eat 16:00 it can't what happens is oxygen touches 16:02 it so here's how viruses work 16:05 oxygen keeps them down 16:08 oxygen direct oxygen kills viruses right 16:12 kills bugs kills pathogens direct 16:16 oxygen right our bloodstream is in 16:18 direct oxygen 16:20 okay it's not it's not filled with 16:23 oxygen it's 16:24 partially filled with oxygen 16:28 not it's not enough to kill off the bugs 16:31 the oxygen we breathe as it goes into 16:34 our lungs and into our bloodstream 16:36 okay and the reason why 16:39 bugs really thrive too is we're eating 16:41 so much fat 16:42 we're eating so much fat the more fat 16:46 you 16:46 eat right okay the thicker your blood 16:49 gets and the less 16:51 oxygen is in your blood that's how it 16:54 works 16:55 so then viruses right proliferate that 16:58 they grow 16:59 they explode they expand they grow in 17:02 numbers 17:03 so then the viruses grow in numbers the 17:05 next thing you know you got another 17:06 virus i lost all the 17:07 little bugs i had around here but next 17:10 thing you got two 17:11 and then you got three and that's how 17:13 they work 17:14 um but the bottom line is 17:18 viruses multiply as the oxygen 17:21 levels drop a little bit in your 17:24 bloodstream 17:25 okay it's it's on a very very tight 17:29 scale 17:30 but it drops viruses like to hide in 17:34 fat they love to hide in your blood they 17:36 like to hide in fat so if a virus 17:39 is in the blood it likes high fat if 17:42 if your liver starts to get fatty it 17:45 likes to hide in the liver and all that 17:47 fat that's what viruses like to do 17:49 because the more 17:50 fatty your liver gets the more bugs can 17:54 thrive in your liver because there's 17:56 less 17:56 oxygen in a stagnant sluggish liver and 17:59 that's the breeding ground 18:00 for viruses the breeding ground for 18:03 viruses is the liver 18:05 and the liver loses oxygen even if your 18:08 bloodstream has a decent amount of 18:09 oxygen 18:10 your liver okay your liver can get all 18:13 stagnant sluggish and 18:15 fatty and the oxygen levels in the liver 18:17 decrease 18:18 so the viruses thrive and they gain 18:21 strength in numbers 18:22 that's how that works and then when 18:25 you're eating something like eggs 18:27 you're feeding the virus so let's talk 18:30 about that for a second if you guys just 18:31 came on 18:32 spinach cilantro gonna make food gonna 18:34 make a salad in a minute 18:36 um talking about some cool stuff here so 18:40 why do viruses 18:44 feed on eggs when they 18:47 don't feed on meat 18:52 they don't feed on meat why do they feed 18:55 on 18:56 eggs they feed on eggs because eggs are 18:59 an 19:00 underdeveloped protein 19:03 underdeveloped the other thing is 19:06 an egg does not have an immune system 19:11 so if you saw the video right that 19:14 michelle was talking about not the egg 19:15 thing again if you saw the tick tock 19:17 video right you guys 19:19 well those eggs had the top of the egg 19:22 was cut off 19:24 in the tick tock video and then i had 19:27 i had a syringe right this is this is 19:30 really just for talking about the blood 19:31 draw but i had a syringe 19:32 and i was putting in some viruses into 19:36 the tops of the eggs 19:37 during that video and viruses can thrive 19:41 in a living egg a raw egg 19:44 can thrive and grow in numbers because 19:47 there's no immune system in the in that 19:50 raw egg 19:52 just like a baby doesn't have an immune 19:55 system yet in the womb 19:57 just like that okay something that's 19:59 really important to know but the egg is 20:01 obviously different than a baby 20:03 but the egg doesn't have its own immune 20:06 system the other thing is 20:08 is that the egg the underdeveloped 20:10 protein so the proteins are 20:12 underdeveloped they're not a full 20:14 complete 20:15 protein like in a piece of meat it's 20:18 already been formed so protein that's in 20:20 any kind of meat right so 20:23 the virus doesn't feed on that it's 20:26 learned to feed 20:27 on the egg okay so that's 20:30 tissue of an animal or another food by 20:33 itself 20:34 won't won't allow the the virus to 20:37 proliferate that's important too 20:38 so this is really good information to 20:40 keep in mind so we need 20:41 when we eat our eggs we're eating our 20:44 eggs right 20:46 and that's why they used eggs because of 20:47 these reasons i'm telling you but so 20:49 when we eat our eggs 20:50 and we're already got problems right we 20:52 got the chronic fatigue syndrome we got 20:54 the depression 20:55 we got the endometriosis we got the pcos 20:58 we got 20:58 uh the fibroids we got any kind of 21:00 problems that we have 21:02 right anything like eczema psoriasis 21:05 fibromyalgia 21:06 lupus right thyroid disease thyroid 21:08 disorders hypothyroidism 21:10 i could go on and on and on right lupus 21:12 lyme disease 21:13 multiple sclerosis ra sarcoidosis 21:18 we can go on all day autoimmune 21:20 autoimmune autoimmune 21:21 okay and what that is is those are bugs 21:25 those are viruses those are epstein-barr 21:28 so when we eat our eggs when we're doing 21:30 that okay 21:32 the bugs will eat the eggs inside of us 21:35 we 21:35 put the eggs in we swallow them they go 21:38 through a process 21:39 and then the bugs love to feed on the 21:42 eggs now if you're healthy you don't 21:43 have much 21:44 going on yet you don't have a lot of 21:45 bugs you could eat eggs for years 21:47 you know it could be that person that 21:49 eats them and you're not getting sick 21:50 and then all of a sudden now 21:51 you're hypothyroid all of a sudden you 21:53 got hot flashes heart palpitations see 21:56 that's how it works covering a little 21:58 egg information let's start cooking a 21:59 little bit 22:01 you call it cooking making a salad 22:05 can't let the virus go living in an 22:07 animal 22:08 because they can't have the they can't 22:11 have the virus 22:12 sit inside a living animal because of 22:14 the living animal's immune system will 22:16 work on beating it down 22:18 okay an animal has its own immune system 22:22 that's how it works so they grow the 22:24 viruses 22:25 in eggs then when they're released into 22:28 the environment 22:29 like they have been on us they get in us 22:32 and our immune system controls them okay 22:36 controls them unless we break down with 22:38 all the triggers i talked about 22:40 that's how it's done all right 22:44 and um until eventually and see what 22:47 happens is too is they need the egg to 22:49 keep the virus in the egg like 22:50 just like in the video right in the labs 22:53 they put the viruses in the egg because 22:54 they can control the environment 22:56 it's just that egg you put the virus 22:58 into a living animal you can't control 23:00 it anymore it's you're starting to cleanse 25:34 so when you're starting to cleanse 25:35 you're getting rid of all that sludge 25:38 all that stuff inside the liver inside 25:39 the body the other thing is um 25:42 53:32 if you want to cut it back and take a 53:34 break and be like well you know what 53:36 i want to i still want to eat healthy 53:38 but what do i do i eat animal protein 53:40 like how do i do this aw like how do i 53:42 do it 53:43 and well then you can bring your 53:45 sardines and you put your sardines on 53:46 your salad instead of your potatoes 53:49 right you if you're into chicken and 53:51 chicken's a thing you eat and you're 53:53 always eating your chicken and stuff 53:54 like that you put a little chicken 53:56 on top of your salad if meat something 53:58 you put a little
