Mango Salsa Romaine Boats & Death By 1,000 Cuts

📹 Watch on YouTube →

AI Summary

Summary

Main theme: Understanding and addressing "death by a thousand cuts"—the cumulative triggers and toxins that weaken the immune system and worsen chronic illness—and using targeted healing tools like wild blueberry shots, dietary changes, and awareness of hidden triggers to support recovery.

Core Tools to Use

  • Wild Blueberry Juice Shots
    • Why: Wild blueberries are potent, adaptogenic, and support immune system restoration. They contain powerful pigments and nutrients not found in cultivated blueberries.
    • How:
      1. Connect mentally and energetically to the wild blueberry energy before taking the shot (e.g., meditate on the plants and their healing power).
      2. Pour and drink the shot daily, sometimes multiple times a day.
      3. Use Wyman's Wild Blueberry Juice (shop.wymans.com) for quality and potency.
  • Celery Juice
    • Why: A powerful healing tool for detoxification and immune support.
    • How: Drink fresh celery juice daily, preferably in the morning.
  • Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie (with Spirulina and Barley Grass Juice Powder)
    • Why: Helps remove heavy metals from the body, supporting detox and healing.
    • How: Use high-quality products like Vimergy spirulina and barley grass juice powder regularly.
  • Eating Cilantro as a Leafy Green
    • Why: Acts as a healing tool beyond common knowledge, supporting detoxification.
    • How: Incorporate fresh cilantro leaves into meals regularly.
  • Mango Salsa Romaine Boats
    • Why: Light, nutrient-dense food supporting healing and digestion.
    • How: Prepare mango salsa with mangoes, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, lime, cumin, and cayenne; serve on romaine lettuce leaves and eat as a meal or snack.

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • Perfumes and Colognes
    • Why: Harsh chemicals in these lower the immune system, contributing to "cuts" that worsen chronic illness.
  • Eggs
    • Why: Eggs can feed pathogens (like Epstein-Barr virus) inside the body, worsening chronic illness and hormonal imbalances such as PCOS and endometriosis. Pathogens were historically raised in eggs, making eggs a trigger food for many sick individuals.
    • How: Avoid eggs if you have chronic illness or related symptoms.
  • Canned Foods and Beverages (including soda and even some organic drinks)
    • Why: Aluminum and metal from cans add toxic burden and contribute to immune system "cuts."
  • Excessive Blood Draws
    • Why: Large blood draws remove immune cells and weaken the immune system, causing setbacks in healing.
    • How: Request half or quarter vials for blood tests to minimize immune system impact.

Daily / Supportive Practices

  • Mental Connection and Blessing Before Taking Healing Shots
    • Why: Aligning mind and body with the energetic power of healing foods enhances their effectiveness.
    • How: Sit quietly, meditate on the source and power of the healing food (e.g., wild blueberries), then take the shot with intention and gratitude.
  • Patience with Healing Process ("Three Steps Up, Two Steps Back")
    • Why: Healing is non-linear; setbacks are normal and part of progress.
    • How: Stay consistent with healing tools, avoid overexertion on good days, and maintain compassion for yourself.
  • Stay Open-Hearted and Informed
    • Why: Understanding the true causes of illness and healing empowers better choices and persistence.
    • How: Educate yourself on triggers and healing protocols; avoid guessing games and frustration.

Situations to Use These Tools

  • When experiencing chronic illness symptoms or flare-ups.
  • Before and after blood tests to protect immune system integrity.
  • When feeling triggered by environmental toxins or foods.
  • During detox or healing protocols to support immune restoration.
  • For anyone seeking to reduce toxic load and improve overall health.

Recipe / Protocol

Mango Salsa Romaine Boats

Ingredients:

  • Mangoes (ripe, peeled, diced)
  • Tomatoes (diced)
  • Red onion (finely chopped, about 1/3 cup)
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped, amount to taste)
  • Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Cumin (about 1 teaspoon)
  • Cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • Romaine lettuce leaves (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Combine diced mangoes, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, cumin, and cayenne pepper; mix well.
  3. Spoon the salsa onto romaine lettuce leaves to create "boats."
  4. Eat immediately or keep refrigerated for snacking throughout the day.

Additional Notes

  • Wild blueberries are superior to organic cultivated blueberries because they require minimal spraying and sustain themselves naturally.
  • Healing requires knowing the true causes of illness and using the right tools accordingly.
  • Avoid being swayed by conflicting scientific or professional opinions; trust your body's response and healing journey.

0:08 the way i like to do it um anyway i'm
0:11 making
0:12 mango salsa romaine boats i'm talking
0:15 about
0:16 death by a thousand cuts because it's
0:19 critical and there's a lot of different
0:21 aspects of it
0:22 that i missed okay that's another thing
0:24 too we're also
0:25 gonna be you know what i love about live
0:27 there's a coat hanging right here in
0:29 this coat hanger
0:30 all right there's a coat hanger up here
0:33 i just saw it
0:35 because we're live that's why anyway
0:37 death by a thousand cuts
0:39 really important to know how we're
0:41 getting cut
0:42 what's happening i got some cuts over
0:44 here you don't see them maybe
0:46 i got some cuts over here i'm gonna pull
0:48 them out got cuts all kinds of places
0:50 right
0:50 because that's how it works with chronic
0:52 illness you get cut you get cut you get
0:53 cut cut then 995 cuts in and boom boom
0:56 gonna listen i got the mangoes here red
0:58 onions i got
1:00 i'm gonna talk about triggers too you
1:02 guys triggers
1:04 romaine uh lettuce right here tomatoes
1:07 limes cilantro i got the wyman's wild
1:11 blueberry juice because everybody's now
1:13 asking me about the shots
1:15 you know how do you do the shots how do
1:17 you do the shots how do you do the shots
1:18 that's what everybody's saying
1:20 so i'm going to show you how to do this
1:22 shot it's really simple
1:24 but i take the while the wild blueberry
1:26 shot every single day like every single
1:29 morning
1:29 i take it sometimes earlier in the
1:31 morning then i sometimes take it later
1:32 in the morning
1:34 and um but you guys know that um working
1:37 with these guys
1:38 okay and because i want to make sure we
1:41 don't lose
1:42 this precious resource scares me because
1:46 it's one of these things where anyone
1:48 brave enough to make
1:50 this quality this quality and a wild
1:53 wild
1:54 blueberry juice it's not easy to make
1:56 that's not a joke so
1:58 i want that product around for people i
2:00 consider that a medical medium tool
2:03 and i'm working with them i endorse them
2:06 just wholeheartedly officially endorse
2:08 them
2:09 uh anyway i'm just letting you guys know
2:11 what's up so anyway i'm gonna do the
2:13 wild blueberry shot in a little bit too
2:15 so you guys if you guys just came on
2:16 here making the mango
2:18 salsa romaine boats i'm talking about
2:20 death by a thousand cuts i'm talking
2:21 about triggers
2:22 that's a big deal triggers okay so
2:25 covering that too
2:25 i'm glad you guys are with me uh you
2:28 seem fine to me is here chris
2:29 you're here austin austin good to see
2:33 you
2:33 ashley kevin good to see you glad you
2:35 guys are coming on
2:36 this is great i'm anthony i went to the
2:39 doctor yesterday and
2:40 asked for half vials and the doctor
2:42 looked at me
2:43 and said we don't do half [ __ ] but yet
2:46 but yet
2:47 you know what's crazy austin is there's
2:49 a lot of people saying they're asking
2:50 their doctors can can you do half
2:52 vials and they're saying no problem and
2:54 a lot of phlebotomists now are saying
2:56 hey no problem
2:57 and it's really difficult when they do
2:59 that because yeah of course you can do
3:01 half files right
3:02 of course there's the half files out
3:04 there of course in
3:06 because if anybody just got on here
3:09 right
3:09 this you know this episode that the
3:12 episode is medical mean podcast at apple
3:14 podcast i talk about blood draw
3:15 bloodletting and vampirism and
3:18 i talk about too much blood is taken
3:21 which you lose
3:22 your cbc cbc you were good to me
3:26 but now bye bye bb see you later cbc
3:30 gone gone
3:31 and that's what they do they remove
3:33 remove remove they remove
3:35 um and and when they remove
3:39 you're you're losing that immune system
3:41 a little bit a little bit a little bit a
3:42 little bit and then a lot more of it a
3:44 lot more of it and the bone marrow has
3:45 to kill itself
3:46 to actually try to restore and recreate
3:49 and recreate um uh
3:53 the you know recreate the immune system
3:55 and then we get in trouble
3:57 so the bottom line is um you know
4:01 i in the episode if you guys want to
4:02 know i talk about how you ask your
4:04 doctor for half files ask your
4:05 phlebotomist do have files
4:07 the lab will take quarter vials we've
4:09 had rns on instagram
4:11 come on and say that yeah we take
4:14 quarter vials
4:15 at our lab you know we'll take half
4:16 files um
4:18 so yeah it's really important to know
4:20 the stuff uh
4:21 so we're making mango salsa remain boats
4:25 all right and we're talking about what
4:28 you know austin asked for half files
4:30 it's it's not easy you know it's not
4:32 easy when that happens i i've
4:33 i've deborah hi anthony not feeling my
4:37 best today
4:37 so if the doctor doesn't take look if
4:39 it's if it was me right
4:40 listen to your doctor always listen to
4:42 your doctor all you guys but if it was
4:43 me
4:43 like me what i would do is be like okay
4:46 well you take full vials you don't take
4:48 half files
4:48 all right well then you know i'm gonna
4:50 give you two to three vials
4:52 that's what i would do um i'll give you
4:56 two to three vials if you only take full
4:58 vials i'll give you two full vials
5:00 uh three full vials the most um
5:03 listen to the podcast and all that for
5:05 sure
5:07 deborah hi anthony not feeling my best
5:09 today oh no
5:11 no you know i mean that's not good
5:14 that's not good
5:17 deborah you having one of those days
5:22 yeah yeah you know it's three steps up
5:27 two steps back down right so three steps
5:30 up
5:30 and then two steps back down right
5:34 but what happens is when you start
5:37 feeling a little better
5:38 on your three steps up you start doing
5:40 more
5:41 and what spirit of compassion has always
5:43 told me is when
5:44 and then people start doing a little bit
5:46 more than they normally do but they
5:48 but but you know it's hard to tell but
5:50 you do a little bit more and
5:52 then you feel like you get kicked back
5:53 down again and
5:56 but then you're down again down again
5:57 for a little bit and then you go back up
5:59 but then you go back up a step a little
6:01 higher
6:02 and you know and there's this process
6:04 you're climbing a slaughter you're
6:06 three steps up two steps back
6:09 right three steps up and that's how
6:11 healing works in the body and there's
6:13 nothing more
6:14 there's nothing more you know as far as
6:17 like
6:17 feels disappointing when you feel like
6:20 you're going back a little bit
6:21 or you're having one of those days or a
6:24 few days where you're like i just don't
6:26 feel good
6:27 you know i don't feel good and it's
6:29 really hard endeavor just
6:31 just hang in there hang in there because
6:34 when
6:34 when you're when you're when you're
6:35 working on your healing process your
6:37 body loves you
6:38 it loves you unconditionally it knows
6:40 you're working with it our bodies know
6:43 their
6:43 our bodies know that we're working as a
6:47 team with our body and our body loves us
6:49 for it and is looking out for us
6:51 so just hang in there okay
6:55 um anthony how do we take the shots
6:58 let's talk about it
7:00 um so here's what i do okay
7:03 i mean in the morning if if i don't get
7:05 my celery juice done yet
7:07 you know i mean it happens things are
7:09 going crazy
7:10 because the celery juice is a powerful
7:12 healing tool we know that right
7:14 but i'm using for my friends and family
7:17 the wild blueberry juice is a powerful
7:19 tool too so it's one you know it's one
7:20 of those things i just love tools
7:23 you know and it matters so what i do is
7:25 um
7:26 in the morning if if for some reason i
7:28 didn't have my
7:29 celery juice yet right and i'm in a
7:32 place where
7:33 um where the the morning's coming on
7:38 it's getting late you know it's getting
7:39 late in the morning late in the day and
7:40 i'm like whoa
7:41 or lately we're late morning now i'll
7:43 make sure i get a couple of shots in
7:46 um sometimes i'll do them early in the
7:49 morning too
7:50 right so what i do is
7:53 i actually get in touch with the energy
7:55 here with what's in here so that's how
7:58 i do it right and i didn't tell you guys
8:00 because
8:01 um i had i i've had moments in my life
8:04 right
8:05 that i've been blessed to sit in a wild
8:09 blueberry field and it's something that
8:12 i can't even tell you right because the
8:15 plants are
8:16 thousands of years old and thousands of
8:18 years old
8:19 and they've been doing their thing every
8:21 single year they come up out of the
8:23 ground you can't kill these things
8:25 they're
8:25 they're so potent and powerful in my
8:27 opinion it's like adaptogenic times 10
8:30 right
8:31 and so i've had the experience of
8:34 knowing what it's like to cut to lay in
8:36 the field and meditate
8:38 to meditate in wild blueberry fields
8:40 where i'm just
8:41 laying in them and you can feel the
8:44 energy you've got
8:45 the earth and the blueberries are all
8:47 around you and they're coming up
8:48 around your arms and it's it's
8:50 incredible yeah you turn
8:52 blue and you got to pick the clothes you
8:55 want to wear that day if you do it
8:57 because
8:57 those things are going to be blue
9:00 they're just going to be blue right
9:01 and uh because you're laying on those
9:03 berries you're crushing those berries
9:05 right
9:06 and i've been there and you don't have
9:08 to have that experience right
9:10 because it's in the bottle
9:13 what we're not that's how i think about
9:14 it you know it's in the bottle
9:16 and so i do this little meditation
9:19 around
9:20 um the wild blueberry juice is what i do
9:22 and it's
9:23 i sit i sit quietly for a moment right
9:26 and you can lay down
9:27 too but i sit quietly in a spot and i
9:30 close my eyes or i'll lean back in a
9:32 nice comfy chair
9:33 um or lay down on the floor or on the
9:37 couch or something
9:38 and i'll think about the power these
9:41 wild blueberry plants have being around
9:43 for thousands of years and
9:44 how they feed all the animals they feed
9:48 the deer
9:49 they feed the moose they feed the bears
9:53 they feed the foxes right and i think
9:56 about all that and i think about
9:58 like all the hungry animals that when
10:00 these blueberries start coming up these
10:01 wild blueberries this isn't
10:03 this isn't cultivated blueberry the wild
10:04 blueberries when they're coming up
10:06 in the fields i think about the foxes
10:09 going through the field right
10:10 and they're hungry because it's not easy
10:12 to get food for for wild animals it's
10:14 not easy at all
10:15 the foxes will just sit in the field and
10:18 they'll eat and i'll remember this and
10:19 i'll be thinking about this right
10:21 and if you haven't experienced it it's
10:22 okay you can just think about it and
10:25 and so what happens is that um that's
10:28 how i get in touch
10:30 with the wild blueberry the energy of it
10:32 and that's part of
10:34 how i take the shots okay uh which is
10:36 really
10:37 really big part of it so then of course
10:38 i open up the bottle
10:41 right and i think about the color
10:44 and i'm there's you can't juice
10:47 a cultivated blueberry and get that
10:50 color
10:51 it's not gonna happen you know and from
10:53 what i've seen in my opinion and what
10:55 i've seen and what i believe because
10:56 i've
10:57 juiced myself so like regular cultivated
11:00 blueberries have juiced everything right
11:02 and so i think about the color and
11:04 where's that what
11:05 what is that color like what that's
11:09 the power color right that's what that
11:12 is
11:12 so i connect like my mind and body
11:15 to what the reality is of what i'm
11:18 seeing
11:19 so that my immune system so everything
11:21 in my body is starting to like
11:23 resonate to be like whoa are we gonna
11:25 receive
11:26 that color those pigments like are we
11:28 going to receive those pigments
11:30 so that's what i do you guys can do
11:32 something different if you like and you
11:34 can do
11:34 any you don't have to do any of this you
11:36 can just take your shot
11:38 but i'm just saying so and then i pour
11:41 the shot
11:42 with all of this in mind so i connect my
11:44 body to what this really is
11:47 and you know and i and i really kind of
11:50 sing a blessing is what i do because i'm
11:52 like well
11:53 you know how how is it possible when i
11:56 was younger
11:56 and i think about those blueberries in
11:58 the field that they're so
12:00 hard to harvest and to
12:03 bring to a market as it is never mind
12:06 actually
12:06 having that juice and this is all part
12:08 of how i take the shots you know and
12:10 then i
12:14 send it down like a tequila but i've
12:16 never had tequila
12:18 so anyway as i do a shot every single
12:22 day
12:22 some days i'll take two shots and there
12:25 are days where i take three shots and
12:26 i'm like
12:26 you know but because
12:33 huh hello
12:36 what's going on huh
12:40 um how come wyman's isn't organic
12:43 do they use pesticides so i can answer
12:46 that
12:48 okay so wyman's is a wild food it's a
12:51 wild food
12:52 and so wild blueberries they take care
12:56 of themselves
12:58 for almost all of of what they need they
13:01 take care of themselves
13:02 and a cultivated blueberry you have to
13:06 whether it's organic a cultivated
13:09 blueberry whether it's organic
13:11 or it's conventional it has to be
13:13 sprayed
13:14 three times a week so the organic water
13:17 the organic blueberries
13:19 they have to be sprayed the organic
13:22 the cultivated organic blueberries have
13:24 to be sprayed spray spray
13:26 the cultivated blueberry whether it's
13:28 conventional
13:30 it has to be sprayed spray spray right
13:32 so and the thing is with sprays and you
13:35 have to realize
13:36 that sprays are a catch-22 so the
13:38 organic sprays are a catch-22 and i
13:40 talked about
13:42 how what's in those things but what
13:44 wyman's does is because the crops take
13:46 care of themselves
13:47 they can pick and choose where they they
13:50 spray and they don't use pollinator
13:52 killers
13:53 and so it's only a part of a crop
13:56 certain time of year or one year and a
13:58 year to go by and they don't do it all
14:00 another year could go by and they don't
14:01 don't do it all
14:02 and they're barry's got the zero
14:04 pesticide residue
14:05 because of this because a wild food
14:07 sustains itself and takes care of itself
14:09 the thing is with wild foods that
14:11 are really important wild foods like the
14:14 wild blueberries are better than
14:16 um organic so that's another thing too
14:20 so wild food is better than organic so
14:23 that keep that in mind
14:25 and so it's incredible about this food
14:27 is because
14:28 the plants protect themselves to such a
14:30 degree
14:31 they that you don't have to be spraying
14:34 spraying spraying spraying spring
14:35 springs brain because that's it
14:37 and that's what's incredible about it so
14:40 if you get like a fly that comes from
14:41 south america and it's once every couple
14:43 of years and it gets bad at
14:44 one little area of a crop or something
14:47 and then they got to spray but they
14:48 don't use the
14:49 pollinator killers and now vegetables
14:51 are different
14:52 the conventional vegetable conventional
14:54 vegetables conventional fruits
14:57 they get sprayed three four times a week
14:59 with pollinator killers
15:02 and really bad sprays just three four
15:04 times a week
15:05 whole entire different thing and uh but
15:08 anyway
15:08 some info there how do you get it
15:13 um so you can go to shop.wymans.com so
15:23 shop.wymanswymans.com
15:25 so that's where you can go making a
15:27 mango salsa romaine
15:29 boats so that's a little bit on how i
15:31 take my shots
15:33 and we're in this we got the mangoes we
15:35 got the tomatoes we got the lettuce
15:37 we're gonna do this we're talking about
15:38 death by a thousand cuts
15:40 and so and what i love about death by a
15:43 thousand cuts is there's things you can
15:45 do
15:45 to slow down the cuts or stop the cuts
15:47 or reverse the cuts
15:49 you know and that's important too
15:50 because we're doing all these things
15:52 that aren't so good okay we're doing our
15:55 colognes and perfumes right
15:58 we got our colognes we got our perfumes
16:02 and that one that one's just brutal
16:04 right there
16:06 you guys that one's bad too i mean this
16:08 stuff is so harsh but this stuff lowers
16:10 the immune system so clones perfumes
16:12 lowers the immune system that's a cut
16:15 you just got cut that's how it works
16:17 right so you got that right there maybe
16:18 you're doing tuna
16:20 in a can right you got the metal from
16:22 the can you got the merkur from tuna
16:24 the mercury that's a couple of cuts
16:26 right there okay
16:28 and that's important too um
16:31 yeah and that you know it's it's
16:34 important to know
16:35 right so we got that and wondering what
16:38 other cuts are you doing right
16:39 are you doing some eggs yeah death by a
16:42 thousand cuts
16:43 it's no joke because what happens with
16:45 eggs is they feed all the bugs that keep
16:47 people sick
16:48 you're sick with a symptom you got
16:50 different symptoms you got different
16:51 conditions
16:52 i talk about the pathogens involved for
16:55 those symptoms and conditions and then
16:56 we're eating eggs and then eggs
16:58 so i didn't ruin anybody's eggs they
17:00 were ruined before
17:02 really important to know so um
17:05 these are all just a couple of cuts
17:07 right here
17:09 right then you got your you're drinking
17:11 out of your cans
17:12 throughout your life you're drinking out
17:14 here soda cans you drink even your
17:16 healthier
17:17 beverages and soft drinks like i'm at
17:19 the store and
17:20 hey this one says organic and it's in a
17:23 can this one says
17:24 you know no no no bad stuff in here and
17:28 it's in a can
17:29 right this one's you know blah blah blah
17:31 but what happens is that
17:33 you're doing the aluminum that's another
17:35 cut but they add up and they add up and
17:36 they add up and they add up and they add
17:38 up
17:39 and that's what happens lunella says
17:41 foraging for wild foods
17:43 should be should be the new grocery
17:45 shopping that would be incredible it'd
17:47 be absolutely amazing
17:48 anyway you guys with the wild wyman's
17:49 blueberry juice shop
17:51 s-h-o-p dot wyman's w-y-m-a-n-s
17:55 dot com so that's important and then
17:57 there's other
17:59 cuts too right when you get your blood
18:02 tested
18:03 right they take a lot they'll take 60
18:05 milliliters 70 milliliters 100
18:07 milliliters 150 milliliters
18:09 100 you know 170 milliliters 220
18:12 milliliters 380
18:14 400 milliliters of blood and then
18:17 they're removing your immune system
18:18 that's a huge
18:19 trigger and then you go backwards
18:20 backwards backwards backwards listen to
18:22 the podcast episode
18:24 medical medium podcast at apple podcast
18:25 blood draw blood letting
18:27 are really important to know and i
18:29 because i talk about how to rebuild how
18:31 to protect yourself before you go into
18:32 your blood tests and blood
18:34 uh draws um susanna said 12 bottles of
18:37 wyman's are on their way
18:39 to me april 19th incredible
18:42 incredible i'm supporting these guys i'm
18:45 trying to get the word out there
18:47 that's what i'm doing so i'm doing
18:48 everything i can to get the word out
18:50 there for these guys because
18:51 um like i said when i just don't want
18:54 this to go away that's
18:56 my my thing where i just don't want it
18:58 to go away so i told him i'll work with
19:00 you guys
19:00 i'll start working with you guys i'll
19:02 endorse you guys i'll i'm in it i'm in
19:04 it
19:05 i don't want that stuff disappearing
19:06 because you know and and because it's so
19:09 potent it's so so good and i talked
19:11 about how how i believe
19:13 therapeutically and i use it
19:14 therapeutically for my family my friends
19:16 that's just what i do anyway let me
19:19 start making a little food we'll talk
19:21 about some stuff
19:22 um i got some mangoes here now this
19:25 that one might be i mean these could be
19:27 over ripe i got to see what i got in
19:29 here i got a bunch of different mangoes
19:30 here
19:31 so i'll see what i have
19:34 i'm cutting a mango right now
19:38 that mango looks pretty good
19:44 all right so you guys
19:50 gonna read a little bit about triggers
19:51 for you too so i'm just
19:53 so i just cut these like this and i'm
19:55 going to scoop them out
19:58 danielle says not sure i agree with the
20:00 eggs lots of health people
20:02 nutritionists etc recommend eggs to
20:04 healthy protein
20:06 it's so frustrating when all the
20:08 information is so conflicting
20:10 uh yeah no i
20:19 hello yeah yeah
20:22 now i heard what danielle said uh-huh i
20:25 get it because everybody's talking eggs
20:27 yeah they thought lots of things were
20:29 healthy throughout the years
20:31 uh-huh they thought lobotomies were
20:33 healthy yeah
20:34 every health professional every
20:37 dietitian every doctor
20:40 every professional every psychiatrist
20:43 every therapist believe
20:44 that removing the front of the
20:48 brain from a young girl because she had
20:51 anxiety
20:52 was the best way to fix her yeah yeah
20:55 it was it was it was always like that
20:58 hundreds of thousands of of girls
21:02 young women their the front of the brain
21:04 was
21:05 torn off yeah they had a probe go up
21:08 their nostril
21:09 right to the front of brain
21:12 yeah this isn't funny because
21:16 it happened and it's real every health
21:19 professional
21:20 thought it was the correct protocol and
21:23 procedure
21:24 yeah exactly for sure
21:28 i know people protect their eggs because
21:29 every health professional believes that
21:31 they're good for us
21:32 but i i think what people don't realize
21:35 is that
21:37 so i think what people don't realize
21:40 is that sorry guys hold on a second
21:43 sorry i think that people they don't
21:46 realize a couple of things here that
21:51 basically what happens is that here's
21:53 how it works with eggs okay
21:55 don't worry i hold on there's a call
21:57 coming in
21:58 oh i'm in between calls right here hold
22:00 on hold on
22:03 hello yeah i work at the egg factory
22:07 uh-huh what do you mean on my watch
22:11 there's missing eggs uh
22:14 two months ago eggs were taken from my
22:17 watch
22:18 i was on the watch i punched my card i
22:21 did my
22:24 you didn't hear anything no no you
22:27 didn't hear anything
22:28 yeah i took a sick day today yeah am i
22:31 really home
22:33 yeah i'm really home i am i didn't take
22:36 the eggs
22:37 you're gonna fire me i've been working
22:39 at the egg factory for a long time
22:49 [ __ ] guys guys be quiet guys be quiet
22:54 no no i was just talking to a friend of
22:56 mine yeah dropped me off some chicken
22:57 soup
22:58 i mean dropping off some some soup
23:02 yeah no anyway no i didn't steal the
23:04 eggs
23:05 okay so just kind of leave me alone all
23:08 right i got another call on the other
23:09 line
23:11 hello well see what you don't know
23:15 is that everybody that's sick with
23:17 chronic fatigue syndrome and
23:18 fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis and
23:20 so many other different diseases and
23:21 conditions
23:22 have bugs one of the bugs is called
23:25 epstein-barr
23:26 it was raised in the labs inside the
23:28 eggs so what they did was
23:30 they cut the top of the egg and they put
23:33 the epstein bars
23:35 and all the different pathogens in the
23:36 egg and
23:38 that's what they did and then we eat the
23:40 eggs
23:41 and we feed any bugs that are inside of
23:44 us
23:44 and that's how it works so the worst
23:47 thing you could ever do is offer eggs
23:48 for
23:49 women with pcos and endometriosis it
23:51 makes it worse
23:53 if you have if you tell women with pcos
23:55 to eat more eggs
23:56 their androgen is going to get out of
23:58 control it's not going to be fixable
24:00 eggs are that that harmful
24:03 for women when they're sick with chronic
24:06 illness
24:06 one of the medical medium tools was to
24:08 remove eggs
24:10 so that women can have a chance to heal
24:12 different conditions
24:13 so i get it i know that every health
24:15 professional says that
24:16 but just so you know that the lobotomies
24:19 is just one out of hundreds of examples
24:21 i can use
24:22 where every health professional in the
24:24 world agreed with it
24:26 uh-huh yep now i got to put these guys
24:28 down they're starting to get
24:30 starting to get a little out of control
24:32 oh okay
24:33 i'll see you guys later i got to put
24:35 these guys back
24:40 all right we got to stop fooling around
24:41 we we need to
24:43 make these mango boats before it gets
24:46 late
24:49 kelly says doubtful it works like that
24:51 you mean at the egg factory
24:52 or or do you mean eggs
24:56 actually it does work like that very
25:00 important
25:00 to know okay so i'm going to use another
25:03 mango
25:05 um it you got to listen to the egg pot
25:08 podcast
25:10 so what happened was all the different
25:11 pathogens that we have today
25:14 were raised in eggs okay and
25:18 i'm going to give you a little 4-1-1
25:20 about how it works
25:25 the chronic illness is as bad as it is
25:28 today because of this
25:30 so there was no other food that would
25:33 proliferate a pathogen in a controlled
25:36 environment right
25:37 so you couldn't inject a pathogen
25:41 in an animal and then have control over
25:43 it
25:44 because the animal's immune system deer
25:46 first flying everywhere so i'm gonna
25:48 have deer for
25:49 in my food but you can't control the
25:52 environment so
25:53 what happens with the medical industry
25:55 the reason why they didn't use animals
25:57 as the proliferator okay is because and
26:00 i see a medical doctor's on too
26:02 and you guys there's a lot of medical
26:04 doctors that leave
26:06 comments and just so you know they're
26:08 blocked not by me
26:10 but by facebook and instagram i'm
26:12 letting you know okay
26:13 um we've we've we've learned that
26:16 recently
26:17 that there are dozens and dozens of
26:19 doctors
26:20 and nurses that hey i'm a doctor and
26:22 everything else and i never
26:24 see their comment but i now have some
26:26 friends
26:27 that are going to be screen shooting
26:29 them and all that stuff so they don't
26:31 feel like
26:32 i'm actually not answering their
26:33 questions they always let dr fawn in
26:35 which is amazing only eggs okay
26:38 are eggplants amazing so um so here's
26:42 the difference
26:43 in they have to use the egg because the
26:45 egg doesn't have its own immune system
26:47 it doesn't so they used it as a living a
26:50 living creature basically
26:52 to in to inject pathogens so they can
26:55 proliferate but the egg
26:56 the reason why they proliferate in the
26:58 egg because the egg doesn't have its own
26:59 immune system and the proteins are
27:00 undeveloped
27:01 really important to know and that's the
27:03 difference between surviving when you
27:05 put a pathogen
27:06 in an animal versus thriving they needed
27:08 it to survive
27:09 to thrive is what they needed it because
27:12 when they injected them to animals
27:14 the animal's immune system would take
27:15 control over the pathogen and they would
27:18 lose control over the pathogen you see
27:19 how it works
27:20 so what they do is they raise the
27:22 pathogens in eggs
27:23 then they injected those pathogens into
27:25 animals for experimental
27:34 hello why am i not making the mango
27:36 salsa
27:37 boats yet i don't know just kind of
27:39 fooling around
27:41 put down the deer all right
27:45 all right guys that's the medical
27:47 industry they don't want me
27:49 talking about the pathogens inside the
27:52 eggs and how everybody gets sick
27:54 and uh huh it's ahead of the medical
27:56 industry
27:57 they want me to put the deer down and
27:59 stop talking about what they do
28:01 they want me to just make they want me
28:03 to just be a food dummy
28:04 mm-hmm yeah did you just say food dummy
28:07 they want to be want me to be a food
28:09 dummy you know like they just want me to
28:11 talk about the health benefits of a
28:13 tomato
28:14 but only the science-based ones
28:18 not even the real ones yeah they want me
28:20 to just they want me to
28:21 play around with food only and not tell
28:23 you guys the truth about anything
28:25 are you done i don't know how they got
28:27 this number
28:30 dr sherry green
28:34 yep cruella dr sherry green good to see
28:36 you
28:37 amazing yeah all
28:43 i'm right make some mangoes right here i
28:46 got listen to the podcast the egg
28:47 podcast seriously
28:49 if you guys have any doubts listen to it
28:50 medical mean podcasts at applecop
28:52 podcast
28:52 please listen to it if you can so i'm
28:55 what i'm gonna do
28:56 is i'm gonna um i'm making some mangoes
29:01 mango pieces in here making a mango
29:02 salsa and it's gonna be good
29:05 okay
29:10 teresa or the virus if it's in us
29:13 and the eggs cooked would it be active
29:16 well yeah the eggs could be cooked it's
29:18 still an under
29:18 underdeveloped protein and the
29:20 underdeveloped protein is what the eggs
29:22 was what sorry the pathogens know
29:25 exist like that's what they've been feed
29:27 on pathogens are
29:29 a pathogen that's been raised
29:33 never gets killed off right
29:36 it gets in the people and then when it
29:39 passes on to more people
29:40 it still has all the information of how
29:42 it was raised to begin with so it
29:44 already knows that it eats eggs so
29:46 and um yeah it's just what happens is
29:49 i'm not
29:50 i'm not anti-animal protein i'm not
29:52 anti-vegan and plant-based you guys you
29:53 guys
29:54 aren't in uh you guys aren't at a vegan
29:56 channel right now this is important to
29:57 know you're not at a vegan channel where
29:59 i'm gonna throw this vegan propaganda at
30:00 you and you're not
30:01 you're not at an animal protein channel
30:03 or i'm just gonna throw all this vegan
30:05 produce
30:05 this bad vegan you know the the animal
30:08 protein people
30:09 tell all the mommies that they're
30:10 starving their children feeding them
30:11 lettuce
30:12 and the you know the vegans and the
30:16 plant-based people telling all the
30:17 animal protein people that you
30:19 you're soulless because you're killing
30:20 animals and animals have souls and all
30:22 this
30:22 stuff i'm not into that i'm i'm into
30:24 tools you're right
30:25 i'm into tools like that's a tool right
30:28 i'm into
30:29 the three steps up two steps back three
30:30 steps up then you're healed boom gone
30:32 i'm into this everybody gets sick animal
30:35 protein people get sick plant-based
30:37 protein people get sick plant-based
30:39 people get sick they both get sick
30:41 and they both don't know what to do okay
30:43 if your plant-based stay plant-based
30:45 that's what i recommend if you're animal
30:46 protein-based and that's what you love
30:48 in all that you stay
30:49 protein base you can you know but but
30:53 you know it's important to know where
30:54 you are right here someone might be like
30:56 all right all right he's he's okay he's
30:58 gonna
30:59 he's all about just it's all vegan or
31:01 something no
31:02 but i i recommend if you're sick and you
31:05 got symptoms and conditions i recommend
31:07 as a
31:08 animal protein person to avoid eggs and
31:10 i recommend
31:11 as a plant-based person to avoid
31:15 going back to eggs because guess what
31:17 plant-based people do
31:19 here's what plant-based people do
31:22 hello huh you've been plant-based
31:26 really for what a year okay
31:30 let's go how's it working for you you
31:32 what's what's wrong
31:34 you're all sudden got fatigued and your
31:37 teeth are starting to have problems
31:38 really you think it's really the
31:40 plant-based thing
31:43 you do you're eating eggs now and fish
31:45 you're eating eggs and salmon
31:47 so you went back to eggs okay all right
31:50 i know a lot of vegan people run back to
31:51 eggs a lot of plant-based people run
31:53 back to eggs the first thing they run
31:54 back to it's why a lot of plant-based
31:56 people don't make fun of eggs
31:57 they know it's a comfort food and they
31:58 run back to it i know i know
32:01 but are you sure it's the plant-based
32:04 diet doing it or are you doing the
32:06 plant-based diet
32:07 wrong for what you need in your
32:09 condition because that's what happens to
32:11 animal protein people
32:12 keto people run from this ray run for
32:14 their lives from keto
32:15 animal protein people who are eating all
32:17 clean they all of a sudden get sick they
32:19 don't know why they got sick and they
32:21 get scared and they think they need to
32:22 go vegan
32:23 everybody's running across to the other
32:24 side all the time i think
32:26 it's more about tools it's more about
32:29 tools
32:30 yeah um yeah
32:33 so there you go
32:36 all right guys i gotta still make this
32:38 mango salsa
32:40 mango salsa coming our way
32:44 um
32:47 it's gonna be good knowing the cause of
32:49 why you're sick is critical
32:51 right that's critical that's the big one
32:54 right there
32:56 it's critical to know why you're sick
32:59 i'm just telling you right now you guys
33:01 that's a big piece of it
33:03 knowing why you're sick okay
33:06 and um so i am in the cleanse of heal
33:10 book real quick
33:12 spirit of compassion has always said to
33:14 me throughout the years of helping so
33:16 many people heal that knowing the true
33:18 cause knowing the true cause of
33:22 why you're sick is half the battle one
33:26 if you don't know the true cause of why
33:28 you're sick we're gonna be in trouble
33:31 i'll say it again if you don't if you
33:33 don't know
33:34 why you're sick we're gonna be throwing
33:37 darts at barns
33:39 guessing games running around trying to
33:42 heal
33:42 trying to fl this doctor that doctor we
33:45 don't know what's going on that's what's
33:46 gonna happen
33:47 knowing why you're sick is critical or
33:50 you're guessing games are happening and
33:52 guess what happens to guessing games
33:53 you might get a little better because
33:55 you're cleaning up your diet
33:56 right taking a few different random
33:58 sorted supplements that maybe a
33:59 practitioner has given you right
34:01 but you end up sick again and again
34:04 and again as time goes on then you're
34:06 confused at 10 more doctor's offices
34:08 that because unless you know why you're
34:11 sick
34:12 are you going to be able to do what you
34:15 need to do and medical meme
34:16 information is about a thousand
34:18 protocols i call it basically instead of
34:20 a thousand cuts
34:20 it's a thousand ways to heal not a
34:23 thousand ways to die
34:25 right and so spirit of compassion has
34:29 always said to me throughout the years
34:30 helping so many people knowing the true
34:32 cause of why you're sick is half the
34:34 battle one you ready for this one
34:35 ready for this one okay knowing what to
34:38 do
34:39 knowing what tools to do right
34:42 celery juice you know what a heavy metal
34:45 detox smoothie
34:46 right wild blueberries right knowing
34:48 what tools to do
34:50 what to take and how to apply those
34:54 tools is the other half battle one
34:56 because
34:57 that's how you get better and that's why
34:59 medical medium information has helped
35:00 more people in chronic illness than
35:01 anywhere else in in our history yet
35:04 yeah sure you can go keto if you're not
35:06 that sick and get some results drop a
35:08 little weight and then you're on it for
35:09 a while yeah but man
35:10 you get sick sick you get sick
35:14 and then and i'm talking about vegan
35:15 keto too and you get sick sick
35:18 then it's just like everybody's freaking
35:20 you know and
35:21 and so it's important and medical medium
35:23 information is about advanced
35:24 information so you know why you're
35:26 sick knowing the true cost all that's
35:29 critical
35:30 that's and you guys uh that's cleanse
35:32 the heel but i'm in medical medium
35:33 the new edition letting you know if you
35:35 haven't seen it already making the
35:37 mango salsa romaine boats if you guys
35:39 don't know the book it's mind-blowing
35:41 be open-hearted hey how you doing
35:44 guessing games for years exhausting
35:49 the phone's ringing
35:53 be open-hearted i didn't hear the phone
35:56 ring either
35:58 yeah guessing games for years
36:03 i can only imagine like seriously like
36:06 all kids decide about everything
36:08 like i get it because
36:11 people don't get it like the financial
36:14 stress
36:14 with guessing games right the time
36:17 involved
36:18 and then your heart gets set on
36:20 something is this going to help
36:22 is this going to help and then you feel
36:24 let down
36:26 and you crash right and it's an
36:28 emotional rollercoaster ride and people
36:30 don't get it
36:31 and then it's the people that don't
36:33 really understand why you're sick just
36:34 go to the doctor
36:36 right like be open-hearted you know
36:39 right go to you go just go to the doctor
36:41 you'll be fixed yeah
36:43 and you get people that say that right
36:44 you get people that say
36:47 what's wrong with you you're sick just
36:48 go to the doctor people that
36:50 don't know what it's like to be in your
36:51 shoes right and they don't like they
36:53 don't know what it's like to be
36:54 anybody's shoes and they're just like
36:56 well all you got to do
36:57 why aren't you at the doctor's it's just
36:58 getting fixed like be done with it
37:00 like what do you mean you saw four
37:02 doctors oh i don't want to hear it
37:03 that's what people say
37:05 like what do you mean you saw all these
37:07 doctors
37:08 so you know and and and i get it just
37:12 just the guessing games and the years
37:14 going by
37:16 and just knowing that i'm with you man
37:17 it's not with you okay
37:22 um
37:26 guys just know i'm with you sisters and
37:27 brothers okay
37:34 i just got to cut open one more mango
37:36 here
37:37 be open-hearted i i understand and
37:40 um you're amazing for
37:44 all that you've been through
37:52 for actually persevering persevering and
37:54 hanging in there
38:05 so i'm just i'm just finishing up this
38:07 mango
38:08 salad here well mango salsa and i'm
38:10 going to actually put it on some nice
38:12 leaves here dr faun
38:15 he would say get the heavy metals out
38:18 and use antiviral protocols in his books
38:20 genetic illnesses are not what you think
38:22 they are conventional medicine
38:24 has no treatment other than treat
38:26 symptoms it's coming from an incredible
38:28 medical doctor by the way
38:32 yeah like
38:35 very wise words dr font
38:40 um you guys have just uh
38:46 doing a little bit more mango and then
38:47 we're good there you go
38:50 so i got my mango salsa in the works i'm
38:52 very happy about this
38:54 they blame they blame it on your body
38:57 they tell you it's genetic
38:59 they tell you your body's your body's
39:01 immune system is attacking yourself
39:04 it's attacking your organs your glands
39:06 you've got if you've got thyroiditis
39:07 you've got hashimoto's or anything well
39:09 then that's your body
39:10 the best thing they can come up with is
39:12 that your body attacking the thyroid
39:14 right but that's not really what it is
39:17 that's not what it is uh oh the onion
39:21 i know i'm gonna pay for this um
39:26 they don't they don't talk about all the
39:28 radiation exposure we have the toxic
39:30 heavy metals the cloned perfumes that
39:32 actually poison us
39:33 they don't teach us about clones and
39:35 perfumes i mean people who are sick
39:37 they're they're they're going downhill
39:39 after spraying their perfumes on them
39:42 on themselves no one teaches anybody
39:44 about this stuff
39:45 it's really sad so i'm doing some onion
39:47 is what i'm doing right here
39:49 inside this salsa
39:53 okay a third of a cup of finely chopped
39:55 onion is all you need
39:59 so i'm just doing a little bit of onion
40:01 for this
40:08 so this this dish is
40:12 just such a light incredible dish you
40:14 can eat this dish all day long you can
40:16 make a big bowl of it what i do
40:18 just so you guys know is i make a huge
40:20 bowl of this one right
40:22 and i just put it on lettuce all day
40:24 long like i have it sitting there in the
40:26 kitchen right
40:26 sitting there just waiting for me you
40:28 know just starting to put it together
40:29 now
40:30 um and it's just so it's so amazing to
40:33 have
40:36 lunell trolls don't bother to first
40:39 learn the information
40:40 course not thank god for that because
40:42 there's so much of it
40:44 that's how you know they're trolls sick
40:46 people learn
40:47 all of it it's wise words loon
40:50 and i know you i know you've been
40:52 through a lot
40:54 you know i know like many of you guys i
40:57 mean
40:57 all of you been through a lot
41:00 i mean it's not easy when you've been
41:04 sick you know and
41:06 why isn't science fixed it why hasn't
41:08 science fixed it did you guys see the
41:10 tick tock
41:11 um tick tock um what is it
41:14 not episode what do you call it tick
41:16 tock post i did
41:17 today check it out if you can if you
41:19 don't have tick tock don't worry
41:21 but check it out right and it's it's
41:24 like why didn't
41:25 science aren't they supposed to have all
41:26 the answers right then some troll throws
41:29 a scientific study at you
41:31 right here's a scientific study eggs are
41:34 good for you it's the last thing you
41:35 need to hear
41:36 here you are sick and you'll be told
41:38 eggs are good for you
41:40 maybe you're getting out maybe you're
41:41 lacking protein how stupid is that one
41:44 for so long now
41:45 meanwhile science science also says that
41:49 eggs are high in cholesterol and give
41:50 you strokes and heart attack
41:52 isn't that funny so who's right who's
41:54 wrong
41:55 what's science why are health
41:57 professionals saying eggs are so good
41:58 for you when science is actually saying
42:00 they give you strokes and heart attack
42:01 right
42:02 and then science will come up out of
42:04 nowhere and be like you know what
42:05 actually you know eggs are good it's a
42:06 good protein
42:07 it's like which way you're gonna go man
42:09 which way
42:14 right
42:20 doing some tomatoes in the salsa gonna
42:22 do a little bit more
42:31 i think the bottom line is when you get
42:33 sick right
42:35 all bets are off all bets are off
42:39 that's it it's like man
42:43 it's just about getting the information
42:44 and getting better
42:46 right isn't it amazing that you think
42:48 people think that
42:49 if you don't have a letter after your
42:51 name
42:52 anthony williams dsbb
42:56 yes
43:03 phd md whatever i mean they think that
43:06 if you don't have something after your
43:09 name health coach whatever if you don't
43:11 have something after your name right
43:14 then don't listen to that person right
43:18 it doesn't matter how much experience
43:19 they have how many doctors they
43:21 they've helped over the years doesn't
43:22 matter
43:24 it doesn't matter of anything right
43:26 doesn't matter the most powerful people
43:28 in the world
43:30 have reached out to you for the last 30
43:31 years because they've had access to
43:33 every single doctor there is
43:35 and all the money in the world to go to
43:37 every place fly around the world but yet
43:39 they're
43:41 at the medical mediums door right but
43:43 that doesn't matter because i don't have
43:45 any letters after
43:47 after my name gotta have letters right
43:50 letters mean everything like i couldn't
43:51 have got some letters after my name
43:54 well i couldn't have gone to medical
43:56 school
43:57 chose not to dr sherry green m
44:01 d exactly all bets are off when it takes
44:04 you
44:04 down and traditional docs have no answer
44:07 dr sherry green a medical
44:09 amazing medical doctor amazing medical
44:12 doctor
44:12 um okay so we're coming along now let's
44:16 get some cilantro in here
44:18 i don't need a lot of cilantro but yet i
44:20 put a lot of cilantro in
44:22 healing tulle oh well wait a minute
44:25 didn't we know cilantro was good for us
44:27 so
44:27 wrong anthony wrong aw uh
44:31 that's no healing tool because we
44:33 already knew cilantro is good for you
44:35 but what people don't realize is i'm
44:37 talking about eating cilantro as a leafy
44:39 green
44:39 and that's a medical medium tool nobody
44:41 knew that like eat it as a leafy green
44:43 like
44:44 have this even more anyway guys making
44:46 this real quick
44:51 [Music]
44:54 there we go
44:57 just squeeze some lime in here put a
45:00 teaspoon of
45:01 uh cumin in here
45:04 that was give or take a little bit you
45:06 know cayenne don't you don't have to put
45:08 too much i like cayenne
45:09 i put a lot i also put a lot by accident
45:12 but then i end up
45:13 liking the fact that i did that i'm
45:15 gonna squeeze some lime on here you guys
45:17 there we go
45:21 yep that's a spoon
45:25 someone said to me for a guy that
45:27 doesn't like toxic heavy metals you eat
45:29 with all that silverware and
45:30 again guess what i take more atomy than
45:33 goes in
45:34 more out of me than what goes in i do
45:36 the heavy metal detox smoothie i use the
45:38 vimergy products
45:39 that's the bemergy spirulina the vimergy
45:41 barley grass juice powder
45:42 so v is in victor i am ergy i'm not
45:45 sponsored by
45:46 the energy but it's the best stuff there
45:47 is spirulina
45:49 that's a healing tool right that's a
45:52 healing tool
45:53 and so i get more metal out of me then
45:55 goes in
45:56 so i'm like yeah i'll use it i'll use a
45:58 spoon yeah i'll use a spoon
46:03 healing tools you're knowing what to do
46:06 what to take that's why i talk about the
46:07 right stuff
46:09 christy kristy kramer i talked to my
46:12 doctors about anthony
46:14 at my visits dot dot dot looking for
46:16 them to say
46:17 no but they agree
46:22 i'm deeply honored
46:26 okay guys i just made the salsa the
46:28 mango salsa
46:29 right there it is okay looks beautiful

47:04 right
47:04 there's really big ones there's you know

47:08 that's a small one right there so there
47:10 you go on a romaine lettuce leaf see
47:11 that
47:12 now what i do when they're small like
47:13 this i'll take a few leaves
47:16 right that's a nice actually that's a
47:17 big one right there it's a big one let
47:19 me move this one over

48:14 knowledge is power and the details
48:16 matter don't forget it

48:37 special things right
48:38 if you look in here in the medical
48:40 medium new edition you're going to see a
48:41 section
48:42 triggers and i talk about the different
48:44 triggers very powerful section of the
48:46 book for chronic illness that's
48:47 important
48:48 now you guys um mm
48:51 info isn't just about making a little
48:53 bit of food it's about
48:55 knowing what to take what to do dosages
48:58 what supplements to try
49:00 you know what to stay away from like
49:02 what to stay away from in supplements
49:03 right
49:04 well you know there's no natural flavors
49:06 in the wyman's wild blueberry juice
49:08 there's a reason for that there's
49:09 nothing else in there
49:10 just and it's not from concentrate but
49:13 the whole point in knowing the true
49:14 causes these are just all examples right
