4:43 right so when someone has autoimmune 4:46 because that's what's going to happen 4:48 you're going to everybody maybe you 4:50 maybe your friend maybe your family 4:51 member can be diagnosed with your tingles and 6:25 numbness your burning skin 6:27 your pain in your ear your neck your 6:28 back pain in your teeth 6:30 your pain in your feet your your um 6:33 every 6:34 you know everything everything there is 6:37 um your you know your all 6:41 your body's symptoms are gonna get 6:44 funneled into autoimmune that's where 6:46 they're gonna get funneled into so i'm 6:47 just letting you know 6:50 and and 6:54 most all of these diseases and symptoms 6:57 are going to 6:58 end up being neurological okay 7:02 that's what they are and so there's 7:04 going to be coming like 7:06 so many 9:00 i got some fatigue i can't explain it i 9:02 got brain fog 9:04 i got flashing lights in my eyes i can't 9:07 see i'm 9:08 dizzy all the time i'm in i can't find 9:10 my balance 9:11 i'm not feeling good it is my fault it 9:14 is because my doctor says 9:16 i got autoimmune and so if i got 9:18 autoimmune that means that my body is 9:20 attacking itself 9:22 so that's where it goes so um 9:26 anyway and the reason why it goes into 9:28 autoimmune like i said is to protect the 9:29 medical industry that's one of the big 9:31 reasons and autoimmune means cause 9:34 unknown 9:36 that's what it means so they say well 9:38 it's your body turning against itself 9:40 it's your body's immune system attacking 9:42 your glands 9:43 and your organs but still 9:46 cause unknown they don't know why 9:50 your immune system is attacking your 9:51 organs but your 9:53 immune system isn't attacking its organs 9:55 that's just the theory that's just their 9:56 theory their excuse if that's can chop 48:09 it up as 48:10 is is little pieces i like chopping up 48:14 in littler pieces for this 48:16 so this is the apple salad 48:22 so i'm going to get a little bit more in 48:23 here 48:27 move this aside for a second 48:34 a little bit more right we got that 48:36 going in there let's do 48:37 a little bit of cilantro in this salad 48:41 you guys don't mind look i'm using this 48:43 as a leafy green 48:45 i'm not using that much right and 48:48 putting it on top of a piece of fish 48:49 actually what people do 48:50 with fish is they'll put this much 48:54 that's your cilantro cilantro in a 48:56 guacamole people use that much 48:58 cilantro and guacamole right they use 49:00 that much that's all they'll use 49:02 look at that right or on a piece of fish 49:04 they'll chop up that much if you're 49:05 lucky and put it on top of a piece of 49:07 salmon right 49:08 we're using a leafy green medical medium 49:10 tulle 49:11 and i don't care what anybody says you 49:12 guys no one used 49:15 leafy greens until they learn the 49:17 medical medium information out there and 49:18 if you learned about leafy greens 49:20 through some other source it came it was 49:22 osmosis through another source that 49:24 learned it from medical medium 49:25 35 years of teaching people about leafy 49:27 greens people just used iceberg lettuce 49:30 in the health realm vegan realm 49:34 iceberg lettuce vegan realm it was 49:36 iceberg lettuce 49:38 yeah that was it you know the vegan 49:40 realm was it was gluten bread 49:43 it was bread with gluten in it and 49:45 iceberg lettuce here too 54:02 you can make this big use a lot of apple 54:05 okay put a little red onion on here like 54:08 this 54:11 right got some got your apple slices on 54:14 there too 54:16 okay um 54:19 and raisins a few raisins on here right 54:24 put a few raisins these raisins are kind 54:27 of stuck together 54:28 you guys know how raisins work so i'm 54:30 just going to put a few in here i'll mix 54:32 them up in a little while 54:34 too when i'm eating it a few raisins on 54:36 here it looks beautiful though 54:38 so good for you right all right you got 54:41 different dressing options you got a one 54:42 not 54:42 one dressing option is maple syrup one 54:45 and a half 54:46 um one and a half teaspoon tablespoons 54:48 of maple syrup i love maple syrup i 54:50 don't know about you guys 54:53 but i love it i'm gonna put a little 54:54 maple syrup on here 54:57 so good for you 55:02 okay that's one dressing this is the 55:05 dressing i'm using on mine though 55:07 right you got different dressing options 55:08 you'll see in the book and 55:10 um two tablespoons of lemon juice let me 55:13 get my strainer over here 55:15 my strainer's got a little bit of celery 55:17 pulp in there 55:19 there we go 55:23 let's get some lemon going 55:29 there you go 55:32 one and a half i mean sorry two 55:35 tablespoons of lemon juice can go in 55:36 here but you can do a lot less 55:40 you can do a lot less you can do 55:42 everybody's different they'll be like 55:43 hey i only feel like using a half a 55:44 lemon right now only feeling 55:45 i feel like using a whole lemon i'm 55:47 using a whole lemon so i'm getting up to 55:49 that tablespoon easy 55:52 see more than that that was actually a 55:54 real juicy lemon 55:55 okay so here's what you're getting out 55:57 of this 56:02 so you're getting glucose from your 56:05 apples 56:05 but you're getting a blend of the 56:07 glucose from your apples 56:09 and then you're getting the mineral 56:10 salts from your leafy greens 56:12 so you got your cilantro you got your 56:13 parsley okay you got your your 56:16 lettuce okay and when you get your 56:18 electrolytes and mineral salts 56:21 and your glucose combined all at once 56:24 all right 56:24 because you got your raisins in there 56:25 too for that glucose 56:28 this is the basically what this is is 56:31 like one of those 56:32 healing tools for the brain
