44:46 so then they'll go to a doctor then to

44:51 right you did that you did that you've
44:54 been to a lot of doctors
44:55 i totally get it you went to a
44:56 nutritionist too and a dietitian
44:58 okay and you got a health coach awesome
45:01 all the support is great
45:02 it's great there's nothing wrong with
45:04 all that support it's awesome
45:06 but i know at the same time you're
45:08 worried about like
45:09 because you can't hear soc spirit of
45:11 compassion
45:13 how are you gonna be able right i got it
45:16 how are you going to be able to like get
45:18 the information you need
45:20 so you you feel like you're stuck going
45:22 to your next doctor
45:23 and your next specialist and your next
45:25 specialist
45:26 okay i get it all right i understand i
45:29 want you to know that
45:30 the books are spirit of compassion the
45:33 answers
45:34 are there you just have to
45:37 systematically take your time and go
45:39 through it or
45:40 or yeah let the angels guide you a
45:43 little bit
45:44 you open the book you find a spot and
45:46 you open it to that page for a reason
45:48 because you're getting guided yourself
45:51 that's an option too
45:52 but what i would do is focus on your
45:54 biggest problems right
45:56 and then look into the book find your
45:59 biggest
46:00 problem and start a little bit at a time
46:03 and have a little faith and confidence
46:06 because the information's there and you
46:08 can find your way
46:10 you just have to look into it and see it
46:13 and see it
46:14 really glad you called
46:20 so anyway you guys um i was talking
46:22 about mono eating and how helpful that
46:24 is
46:24 so i'm giving like i'm giving you guys

46:28 powerful information here um
46:31 and this is why it's important about the
46:34 details
46:35 everybody's they're just lost out there

46:38 be doing something that's partially good
46:41 for them but then they'll be
46:42 mixing it up with something that's bad
46:44 for them they'll talk about getting
46:46 metals out of them
46:47 but they'll be using corella to get the
46:49 metals out which doesn't get the metals
46:51 out
46:51 they'll try to get their gut health
46:53 better and then they'll get rid of
46:55 gluten
46:56 but they'll be using apple cider vinegar
46:58 which destroys your gut
47:00 see see where it goes this is just
47:01 little examples okay
47:03 right and fixing things takes
47:07 the details all the details matter
47:10 it all matters so it's all about the
47:12 details so important to know and
47:14 what a lot of people do is they'll get
47:16 stuck with something
47:18 that's going around and they won't know
47:21 that it's not a good thing so they'll
47:22 have the natural flavors they'll have
47:24 the msg they'll be doing chocolate
47:25 they'll be doing their nutritional yeast
47:27 they'll be doing too many things
47:29 and they add up and when they add up it
47:31 stops you from healing so the good
47:32 things you're doing
47:33 are battling the bad things you're doing
47:36 see
47:36 so it's like good versus bad good versus
47:39 evil it's
47:39 constantly good versus evil in the diet
47:42 good versus evil even in the supplement
47:44 world right
47:45 and that's what everybody gets up
47:47 against and it makes it even harder and
47:48 harder to work with as far as for your
47:50 healing let's talk about the recipe
47:52 guys i hope i'm giving you some good
47:54 information tonight meaning like
47:55 streamlining
47:56 some tidbits so you guys have have that
47:58 under your belt
47:59 let's start making a salad i'm going to
48:01 use some of this romaine lettuce this is
48:02 romaine lettuce which is
48:05 i like romaine lettuce now you can chop
48:07 it up as fine as you want you can chop
48:09 it up as
48:10 is is little pieces i like chopping up
48:14 in littler pieces for this
48:16 so this is the apple salad
48:22 so i'm going to get a little bit more in
48:23 here
48:27 move this aside for a second
48:34 a little bit more right we got that
48:36 going in there let's do
48:37 a little bit of cilantro in this salad
48:41 you guys don't mind look i'm using this
48:43 as a leafy green
48:45 i'm not using that much right and
48:48 putting it on top of a piece of fish
48:49 actually what people do
48:50 with fish is they'll put this much
48:54 that's your cilantro cilantro in a
48:56 guacamole people use that much
48:58 cilantro and guacamole right they use
49:00 that much that's all they'll use
49:02 look at that right or on a piece of fish
49:04 they'll chop up that much if you're
49:05 lucky and put it on top of a piece of
49:07 salmon right
49:08 we're using a leafy green medical medium
49:10 tulle
49:11 and i don't care what anybody says you
49:12 guys no one used
49:15 leafy greens until they learn the
49:17 medical medium information out there and
49:18 if you learned about leafy greens
49:20 through some other source it came it was
49:22 osmosis through another source that
49:24 learned it from medical medium
49:25 35 years of teaching people about leafy
49:27 greens people just used iceberg lettuce
49:30 in the health realm vegan realm
49:34 iceberg lettuce vegan realm it was
49:36 iceberg lettuce
49:38 yeah that was it you know the vegan

55:55 okay so here's what you're getting out
55:57 of this
56:02 so you're getting glucose from your
56:05 apples
56:05 but you're getting a blend of the
56:07 glucose from your apples
56:09 and then you're getting the mineral
56:10 salts from your leafy greens
56:12 so you got your cilantro you got your
56:13 parsley okay you got your your
56:16 lettuce okay and when you get your
56:18 electrolytes and mineral salts
56:21 and your glucose combined all at once
56:24 all right
56:24 because you got your raisins in there
56:25 too for that glucose
56:28 this is the basically what this is is
