https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgdPMlctPeA 0:00 live live on facebook live on youtube 0:03 making a potato bowl it's gonna have 0:05 some nice onion in there 0:07 it's gonna have asparagus see i got 0:09 beautiful asparagus right here you guys 0:11 and it's gonna have potatoes too so i'm 0:13 gonna chop up some asparagus and get it 0:15 going right away 0:16 we're talking about today how incredibly 0:20 important it is 0:21 when you're sick that everything you do 0:25 matters right we don't want to go 10 0:28 steps ahead 0:30 and then go 25 steps 0:33 backwards we don't want to do that right 0:36 we want to go 0:37 ahead and if we go backwards a little 0:39 bit 0:40 it's only in the natural process of 0:42 healing and then we go ahead even 0:44 more so it's like the three steps up two 0:47 steps back sometimes 0:48 boom three steps up again two steps back 0:51 right 0:51 three steps up again two steps back 0:54 right 0:55 and we don't wanna go ahead 0:58 we don't want to go three steps up 1:01 25 30 steps back and that's what's 1:05 happening with so many people trying to 1:06 heal with so much information out there 1:07 just letting you know 1:08 i want you guys also to check out a 1:10 podcast episode 1:12 that i just listened to that blew my 1:15 mind okay it's reframe with jenna 1:18 zoe that's the podcast right it's it and 1:21 it's incredible it's with heal with 1:22 amber 1:23 right amber visicarro some of you guys 1:25 probably know who amber visicaro is 1:27 right 1:28 she's healed with amber and here with 1:30 amber's on there 1:31 and she's talking to jenna zoe and 1:34 they're both seasoned 1:35 in so many experiences in health right 1:38 and they're talking about medical medium 1:39 information and i listened to it 1:41 and i was blown out of my seat when i 1:44 when i was listening just blown off my 1:46 seat really 1:47 so check it out it's reframe with jenna 1:49 zoe that's the podcast 1:51 it's the podcast episode 24. with jenna 1:54 zoe 1:54 interviewing amber visicarro which is 1:57 here with amber 1:58 and after you know after you guys you 2:00 know later on when you get a chance or 2:02 anytime 2:02 you know whenever you get a chance a 2:04 link is in description for this podcast 2:05 episode 2:06 that i heard you get a chance share it 2:08 with everybody you know share it with 2:10 anybody and everybody 2:11 when i listened to it i was like huh i 2:14 was just blown away they're discussing 2:16 medical medium information discussing 2:18 their experience 2:19 anyway we're live right now making a 2:21 potato bowl lorraine l i saw you come on 2:23 michelle 2:24 i saw you come on elena's on people 2:26 everybody's coming up right now 2:28 and coming on and this is an important 2:30 episode 2:31 because you don't want to go you don't 2:34 want to go 2:35 10 steps ahead and 25 steps back 2:38 and what do we what do we need to not 2:40 let that happen how 2:42 do we avoid that from happening 2:45 how do we look out for ourselves as 2:48 we're trying to heal 2:49 like how do we avoid potholes i call 2:51 them potholes i always did right 2:53 snags potholes right 2:56 and i want to talk about that but i want 2:58 to cut up some asparagus margaret 3:00 margaret valentine good to see you 3:02 coming on you seem fine to me 3:04 chris chris what's up 3:08 what's happening christopher you're 3:09 going to be uh watching ig later 3:12 um going to be on ig later tick tock 3:14 right 3:15 3692 even after that 3:18 i'm going to steam up some asparagus 3:20 right here i'm going to get it cooking 3:24 yeah so we're doing that 3:30 um let me go get a utensil too 3:34 cooking utensil that would be nice to 3:36 have one there 3:38 i got asparagus in the pan so you guys 3:40 it looks like we're censored 3:42 tonight to a point that's to a level 3:45 i've never seen before 3:47 so there's only 200 people on in total 3:49 between youtube and facebook 3:52 so we are actually we're actually 3:55 super duper uh super duper 3:58 censored so this is very interesting 4:02 um that means no one's allowed to come 4:04 on tonight so if you guys made it on 4:06 it's a miracle i'm just letting you know 4:08 it's a miracle 4:09 um so anyway 4:14 seriously that's like as censoring as 4:17 censoring can ever be 4:20 well look it's an intimate small crowd 4:23 it's good i like that too so i don't 4:26 mind so i'm gonna get the lid on here 4:28 just moving around getting it to kind of 4:29 take so i got some asparagus i'm 4:32 steaming up i'm making a potato bowl 4:34 and i want to tell you guys first of all 4:36 what i do every day 4:38 right or every other day and so forth i 4:40 take a bunch of potatoes i cook them up 4:42 i steam them up right in a steamer right 4:44 and i have all these potatoes and then i 4:46 put them in the fridge 4:48 and i don't put a lid on them in the 4:50 fridge because the potatoes can get 4:53 kind of spongy right so 4:56 i don't like to um i don't like to put a 5:00 lid 5:00 on a bowl and have potatoes in it that 5:02 way 5:03 i like having the lid off the bowl when 5:06 it sits in the fridge so when i steam a 5:08 whole bunch of potatoes 5:10 i like them kind of like dry like a 5:12 little bit dry 5:14 and to do that as i put them in the 5:16 fridge it's just the way i like it you 5:17 might like it where they're 5:18 moist after you steam them and they're 5:20 moist right you might be somebody that 5:22 likes that way 5:23 hi monica glad you're coming on there um 5:26 and so what i like to do is keep them 5:29 kind of like in the fridge 5:30 with the cover off right of a bowl 5:34 or you know no saran wrap on there or 5:36 anything like that and then i like i 5:37 like the air just getting to them in the 5:39 fridge 5:39 and then they stay where they stay in a 5:42 way where they keep dry inside 5:44 just a little trick i want to give you 5:46 right now nicholas says how long do you 5:48 steam them 5:48 you got to steam them until the fork 5:50 goes through them right that's what you 5:52 want to do 5:53 you don't want them hard in the center 5:55 you want to steam them and it 5:57 it depends on where you are what 5:59 altitude you're in 6:01 right and around the world could be at a 6:04 higher altitude lower altitude 6:05 so can't i can't give you a time because 6:08 it may not be the same time 6:10 right and you might have hard water you 6:12 might have 6:13 soft water all these things make a 6:15 difference right so 6:17 when you're steaming but you want to 6:18 steam them till the fork goes through 6:20 right you want to catch them 6:22 you don't want to overcook your potatoes 6:24 but you want to make sure they're 6:25 steamed all the way through 6:26 so your fork goes through right so that 6:28 could be 45 minutes for someone it could 6:30 be 40 minutes for someone 6:31 depending on where they live what kind 6:32 of water they're using it could be an 6:34 hour this is in you know important 6:35 information right 6:37 and so these are steamed potatoes 6:39 they're already steamed 6:40 and then i like have it i have like this 6:43 big bowl of steamed potatoes right guys 6:45 and then i could use them in the way i 6:47 need to use them 6:48 where i could use them for different 6:50 things and i'm going to reheat them 6:52 in this pan in a little while and make a 6:54 potato bowl so 6:56 i'm excited all right so i got the 6:58 asparagus steaming 6:59 right here yeah 7:03 27 minutes for you chris wood really 7:05 when you steam potatoes 7:07 wow just saw ashley kevin hey ashley 7:10 glad you're here 7:12 yeah amazing um so anyway guys 7:16 [Music] 7:17 uh got this to this steaming so let's 7:20 talk about some fun stuff 7:21 and cover some important information 7:24 right what happens 7:25 with what's going on out there there's 7:26 so much information just swimming around 7:30 in the alternative arts right 7:33 so what happens is you get sick okay 7:37 you go to your conventional doctor right 7:40 and your conventional doctor is like 7:42 let's just try to figure this out 7:44 and you're in for the ride okay it 7:47 happens to people who are really sick 7:48 where 7:49 or they're getting sicker they're in for 7:50 the ride now doctor wants to draw some 7:52 blood 7:53 they take a little too much blood you 7:56 know they take a little too much 7:58 blood they're taking five full vials 8:00 seven full vials 8:01 10 or 12 or 14 full vials and they start 8:04 removing your immune system right 8:06 without realizing it without even 8:08 knowing what's wrong with you to begin 8:09 with so they start removing your white 8:10 count 8:11 right your red count right pothole 8:12 number one pothole number one 8:15 okay and i've talked about that you guys 8:18 know how it works where you can talk to 8:20 your doctor 8:21 about like half files and so forth 8:24 because the labs take half files the 8:25 labs take quarter vials right 8:27 and then maybe scheduling more 8:28 appointments at the doctor for blood 8:30 work where you're doing some tests so 8:32 you divide the tests 8:33 um elena anthony my white blood count 8:36 went back to normal range 8:37 after your protocol and supplements and 8:40 they were 8:40 really low for the last five years thank 8:43 you so proud of you i'm so proud of you 8:45 that matters because that can really 8:47 help you heal 8:48 incredible and so you go to your doctor 8:52 and now your doctor's like well it's 8:53 trying to figure out what's wrong with 8:54 you right 8:55 and they run some tests they'll do some 8:57 blood work 8:58 and what happens with people that's just 9:01 the beginning of the rodeo 9:03 so that's just the beginning of the 9:04 rodeo that's the start of the rodeo 9:07 you know that's the start of the musical 9:09 chairs they haven't even gone into 9:11 alternative 9:12 venues yet alternative medicine yet 9:14 alternative directions yet 9:16 they haven't even gone to there they're 9:18 just in the realm of like you go to your 9:20 first doctor 9:21 and what happens is then when you're not 9:23 getting better 9:25 you go back to your first doctor then 9:26 you go back to your first doctor and 9:28 then you go back to your first doctor 9:29 and then a family member is like you got 9:30 to go see another doctor 9:32 or your doctor says you got to go see 9:34 another doctor a specialist and now 9:36 you're off to see another doctor another 9:38 specialist 9:39 and this could last 20 years for someone 9:43 doctor doctor doctor specialist 9:46 specialist doctor specialist dr gp 9:48 specialist dr 9:49 dio whatever and then all of a sudden 9:52 now 9:52 you're into alternative medicine and now 9:54 you know you're into naturopath 9:56 herbalist naturopath herbalist 9:58 nutritionist naturopath herbalist 9:59 functional medicine doctor 10:01 chinese medicine doctor herbalist 10:02 naturopath functional medicine doctor 10:03 now you're doing this right 10:05 and and then but what's happening too is 10:08 in the alternative arts healing arts 10:11 there's all this information that's 10:12 swimming around 10:14 and that information doesn't mean it's 10:15 the best information 10:17 okay doesn't mean that's the information 10:19 or the tips 10:20 or the different trends or the different 10:22 style that's out there or the different 10:24 diet is gonna be 10:25 right right but one thing's for certain 10:27 is elena says they took 10:29 one or two vials from me this time thank 10:31 god 10:32 and i wouldn't allow more mind-blown 10:37 mind-blown because i know you're taking 10:39 care of yourself 10:40 mind-blown all right incredible 10:43 okay it really is that's incredible 10:47 all right so michelle l says i've done 10:49 it all 10:51 and michelle i i i believe you i know 10:53 you have 10:54 i know you have so anyway we end up 10:58 trying all these different things all of 10:59 a sudden and we don't know what's really 11:01 working or not for us 11:03 kind of up and down up and down we don't 11:05 know what's really working you know is 11:07 it the keto diet well you got off 11:08 processed foods so that's helping 11:10 is it maybe you went vegan and you know 11:13 you because of you went vegan you got 11:15 off all these 11:16 processed foods right fried foods maybe 11:19 you're trying a bunch of different 11:20 supplements so your doctors are loading 11:22 you up with all these different 11:23 supplements and maybe there's something 11:24 in some of those supplements that's 11:25 actually giving you something yeah 11:27 but there's also things that we get hurt 11:30 by that sends us back right i've seen 11:34 for years good hearted good 11:37 compassionate natural doctors 11:40 or naturopaths or really good 11:42 chiropractors 11:44 or you know good md's right whatever 11:47 that are giving out all these 11:48 supplements they wholeheartedly want you 11:51 better 11:52 they want you to heal but there's 11:55 alcohol in all their supplements alcohol 11:58 i've seen this for years 11:59 okay i've seen this in the alternative 12:02 healing arts 12:03 with uh with a natural doctor 12:06 out there okay that has a lot of 12:09 programs out 12:11 all right and but was just 12:14 constantly dumping all these alcohol 12:17 you know all these alcohol filled 12:19 supplements and 12:21 that's already a no-no you can't get 12:23 someone to the finish line 12:26 when maybe one person you'll get close 12:29 enough because you're doing all these 12:30 other good things 12:32 but the alcohol supplements will it will 12:34 stop somebody from getting to the finish 12:36 line and then we go backwards 12:38 or that's just one thing right just 12:39 using it as an example 12:41 and so and and then there's the whole 12:44 thing where 12:45 when someone gets sick and they're 12:47 really getting sick and they're really 12:48 sensitive 12:49 and anything could kick him downhill and 12:52 then now we're in the land of the lost 12:54 and it matters like we can lose 12:57 ourselves we can lose ourselves in that 12:59 fight 13:00 um kim kim pave said 13:04 i couldn't even get out of bed and 13:05 listen to your podcast on my way to the 13:07 mayo clinic for answers with my 13:09 anti-nuclear antibodies next day 13:13 i bought your book a juicer celery and 13:15 three days later i felt great 13:17 now i'm honest now i'm on supplementing 13:19 heavy metal detox 13:21 and 369 cleanses and feeling amazing 13:23 thank you incredible 13:25 incredible i mean and you know how to 13:28 stay out of trouble 13:29 you know how to stay out of trouble 13:31 because there's all these land mines and 13:33 i call them land mines 13:34 i call them land mines by the way uh 13:38 uh oh karen churchill was diagnosed with 13:41 15 autoimmune diseases dot dot having 13:44 follow 13:44 followed aw that number is going down 13:47 one after the other 13:49 even had my doctor say i could not heal 13:51 from diabetes 13:52 incredible really incredible um 13:56 i gotta play onion games lorraine 13:58 lorraine 13:59 i have to play onion games again so 14:02 letting you know the onion games are 14:04 going to actually happen with this meal 14:06 um and michelle i think michelle said 14:07 that too ichoda you're here tonight 14:10 amazing so 14:13 um anyway guys we're talking about how 14:16 to protect yourselves what to look out 14:17 for you don't want to go 10 steps 14:19 forward 14:20 and 25 steps back you don't want to go 14:22 three steps forward and 14:23 10 steps back right you want to go three 14:26 steps forward 14:27 another three steps forward another two 14:29 steps forward 14:30 another one step forward another two 14:32 steps back 14:33 but you're already way ahead of where 14:35 you were when you started and then boom 14:37 three steps forward again now you're one 14:38 more step 14:39 ahead of the two steps right and so it's 14:42 this whole thing 14:43 even if it feels like you went 10 steps 14:45 back 14:46 but you're healing and moving forward 14:48 than you ever did and i want to talk 14:50 about something else but we don't want 14:51 to really go backwards and we 14:54 never get to heal and we're stuck and we 14:56 can't go forward and we never get to be 14:58 where we need to be 14:59 we can't get there we don't want to go 15:01 there we don't want to be there right 15:03 really important um 15:07 so let's go into a different aspect of 15:09 this which is critical let me get the 15:11 white blood cells in the cpc off my 15:13 my little counter here my little uh 15:15 board 15:16 and let's talk about like some of the 15:19 fundamental 15:20 like like rules i could call them roles 15:24 i guess right because we can make our 15:25 own rules 15:26 right and we can make our own 15:30 way right and we can choose what we're 15:32 what what we want to do in medical 15:34 medium information what direction we 15:35 want to go in right and one of the re 15:37 one of the ways i do it with friends or 15:39 family 15:40 that decide hey i want to do this right 15:43 a friend will call me up i haven't 15:44 talked to in years 15:45 be like look i need to heal 15:48 i'm really sick what do i do and i'd be 15:50 like first of all 15:52 get rid of the troublemaker foods how 15:54 many troublemaker foods 15:55 can you ace or 86 how many troublemaker 15:59 foods can you 16:00 get out right like which ones my friend 16:03 be like well 16:03 what do you mean like milk cheese butter 16:07 okay that's important right there for 16:10 troublemaker foods 16:12 and 16:16 and you know so for example like 16:20 okay everybody loves the cheese sticks 16:24 right they love the cheese sticks i got 16:27 some cheese sticks here right 16:29 everybody loves their eggs it's a half 16:32 hard-boiled egg right everybody loves 16:33 your cookies 16:34 everybody loves their bread right 16:38 okay that's one there everybody loves 16:40 their chocolate too right their ice 16:42 creams 16:42 everybody loves all that and it's like 16:44 what can we remove 16:45 right some of you guys are like that's 16:47 easy i don't need any of that but then 16:48 i'll talk about other stuff too that we 16:49 got to worry about 16:51 um and in a friend of mine like what do 16:53 you mean i can't have cheese 16:55 so okay i don't eat cheese that's what 16:57 they'll say right i've heard this a 16:58 million times i don't eat cheese 17:00 i hardly eat cheese i don't eat cheese 17:02 meanwhile if you really go through 17:03 everything 17:04 that they ate that week there's cheese 17:06 everywhere it's like oh yeah they had a 17:07 slice of pizza sure they had something 17:09 else they had a salad with cheese 17:10 crumbled cheese on top right they had 17:12 something with blue cheese they had 17:13 something with something else they had a 17:15 you know whatever it is cheese is 17:16 everywhere okay pasta 17:18 with cheese on there right and so 17:21 that's one thing right there that just 17:23 has to go if you want to heal it's about 17:25 moving some of these these things out 17:27 these are basics though 17:28 they weren't basics they weren't basics 17:30 35 years ago 17:32 right people wanted to chop off my head 17:34 when i would say you got to get rid of 17:36 the cheese it was so 17:37 foreign so foreign and so unbelievable 17:41 people would look look at you in 17:43 disbelief you're even saying remove the 17:46 cheese 25 30 years ago 20 years ago like 17:49 remove the cheese what 17:51 and you know and that's that's how it 17:53 works and then the gluten too 17:55 there's another thing you want to get 17:56 the gluten out of there austin you're on 17:57 tonight 17:58 good to see you get the gluten out get 18:00 the cheese out 18:01 get the milk get the butter out you 18:04 can't 18:05 heal and still eat butter now someone 18:08 will disagree 18:09 someone will disagree with that right 18:10 there someone will say that's not true 18:13 i got off the processed foods i got off 18:15 of fried foods 18:16 i started eating a very healthy organic 18:20 pasture-raised diet i started you know 18:23 taking care of myself i got this 18:25 incredible you know cheap incredible 18:27 butter 18:28 right i got this great butter and i 18:32 churned it myself right which is better 18:35 than buying store-bought butter 18:37 definitely and better than buying butter 18:39 that's not good 18:40 i raised the animals myself or i bought 18:42 it from a farm where i 18:43 take care of the animals they raise the 18:45 animals and i can 18:46 you know and the butter is so good and 18:49 i'm healing 18:50 well then you you just aren't that sick 18:53 you're just not that sick one thing what 18:56 people will do too 18:57 is to state their case they'll say they 18:59 were sicker than they 19:01 were now in all fairness 19:04 anybody who's sick with a symptom i'm 19:06 fighting for 19:07 always remember that but i also know the 19:10 reality 19:11 when it comes to stating your case on 19:14 social media i've seen a lot of people 19:16 where 19:17 and i've talked first of all i've talked 19:18 to a lot of doctors that know 19:21 their patients cases right and 19:23 everything i took a lot of different 19:24 people and i've heard from 19:26 all kinds of people along the way too 19:28 professionals that 19:29 tell me well this person yeah they got 19:31 some fatigue but it's nothing like this 19:32 person who can't 19:33 budge and get out of bed so see the 19:35 differences but yet the person who's got 19:37 fatigue 19:38 might might might actually express 19:43 that they can't get out of bed but 19:44 they're out every day 19:46 right they're out of they're living 19:47 their life still you know 19:49 and i get it there's moments where they 19:50 probably can't get out of bed there's 19:52 moments where they're stuck 19:53 but then there's somebody who's really 19:55 stuck like really stuck where they get 19:56 out and they're like 19:57 can't even they can't even get through a 20:00 kitchen 20:00 chore they couldn't even imagine being 20:03 here and doing this 20:05 like for like a half an hour it's not 20:07 going to happen 20:08 right but then you can get somebody 20:09 who's yeah they got fatigued yes they're 20:11 sick 20:12 yeah they got some low-grade viral 20:13 infections yeah all the things that 20:14 medical medium information is about 20:16 right 20:16 but they're able to actually still take 20:19 care of themselves they're able to still 20:21 do things they're able still to function 20:23 right but 20:24 but and you know and that kind of person 20:28 might go on this clean diet right and 20:30 then do this 20:31 homemade butter thing and be like i'm 20:35 getting better 20:35 i'm getting healthier i'm doing the 20:37 clean butter but when you when you're 20:39 really sick 20:40 though right and really struggling 20:42 that's when you know mice are men 20:44 that's when you know make or break 20:46 that's when you know do or die 20:48 that's when you know is it right or 20:49 wrong that's when you know it's going to 20:51 work or not 20:51 that's when you're going to go good or 20:54 not right which just that's when 20:56 it's going to be the deal breaker the 20:59 deal breaker right 21:00 you can go around not that sick 21:04 i got this gluten-free bread i could do 21:07 the coconut ice cream 21:08 oh no that's the coconut vegan ice cream 21:11 yep 21:12 yep that's right okay i can just go 21:14 through life 21:15 yeah i'm sick i'll go see my 21:17 acupuncturist for a little tune-up 21:19 i'll go see my massage therapist for a 21:20 little tune-up you know 21:22 i'll go hop into a sauna somewhere you 21:24 know i'll go do an infrared sauna 21:27 i'll do a foot bath right yeah i'm not 21:29 i'm yeah i'm sick 21:30 i'll go to see my functional medicine 21:32 doctor he'll load me up with the 21:33 supplements he thinks 21:34 he'll load me up with the gut health 21:36 supplements he'll load me up with ever 21:37 right 21:38 but they ain't that sick 21:43 it's it's there's these different levels 21:45 of there's the not so sick and i've 21:46 talked about this 21:47 guys and there's the so sick there's the 21:49 sick there's the not so sick 21:51 and the sick and then there's the not 21:52 sick they're not sick yet 21:55 right and right there's a not sick 22:00 so sky bird clay said i stopped taking 22:02 bp 22:03 meds because my bp was always up 22:07 my bp is going down with celery and 22:10 detox 22:11 with a heart and lots of eating clean 22:13 can't wait to get my supplements and 22:15 start the 369. cleanse sky bird 22:17 incredible 22:18 incredible mind-blowing so you know 22:21 you got the not so sick and you got the 22:24 sick 22:24 right they're not so sick can afford to 22:27 play around 22:28 do some yoga here i'll go do this juice 22:30 here i'll go do this gut health product 22:32 here i'll go do this protein 22:33 protein powder here i'll dump some apple 22:35 cider vinegar here i'll go listen to my 22:38 guru here i'll listen to my other doctor 22:39 here i'll go get a ton of blood taken 22:41 out 22:42 here here right whatever and they're 22:44 hanging in there 22:45 they're hanging in there they're not so 22:46 sick okay and 22:48 but when they're not so sick start going 22:52 over time whether it's five years later 22:54 two years later whatever it is 22:56 or they're not they're moving out of 22:57 their 20s 23:00 they're not 21 anymore they're not 23 23:02 anymore they're not 25 anymore not 27 23:04 anymore whatever it is moving into the 23:06 30s or they're not 35 anymore and 23:07 they're moving and 23:08 and then they're getting sicker it could 23:10 be any age this happens 23:12 and that's when yo 23:15 it's make or break all these things 23:18 count 23:19 every last bit of it all these little 23:21 things 23:22 matter you're traveling and your luggage 23:25 goes through that radiation right 23:29 that luggage luggage goes through the 23:30 radiation and you're traveling 23:33 right you know what i love about live 23:40 you know what i love about doing it live 23:44 you can actually not put enough water in 23:46 a pan because you're too busy 23:48 too busy teaching and you lose you lose 23:51 your asparagus are actually done so i 23:53 got to take them out 23:55 but anyway the point is is when when 23:57 we're in that position 23:59 right where every little bit counts 24:01 you've got your luggage glowing in the 24:03 dark because it's going through the 24:04 radiation machine 24:05 okay and you're getting all that 24:07 radiation because your luggage is so 24:09 filled with it because i talk about how 24:10 you got to throw out your luggage over 24:11 time 24:12 i talk about that i'm going to actually 24:13 take asparagus out and get it ready 24:15 because i got to cook some other stuff 24:16 for you right now 24:17 um and but the bottom line is 24:20 all these things matter and 24:24 you guys i love having you in my kitchen 24:26 i got to be honest it's the best okay 24:29 it's the best to have you guys in the 24:30 kitchen 24:33 these are actually really done they 24:34 cooked really quick 24:36 do you ever guys guys ever find 24:38 asparagus that are 24:39 um you ever find the asparagus that are 24:42 big like this 24:43 these are new asparagus they're not the 24:47 old asparagus canes you know i'm sure 24:49 you guys know your asparagus by now 24:50 right 24:51 many of you probably already have known 24:52 it all your life but 24:54 these are the young asparagus right here 24:56 the thick ones the thick juicy ones 24:58 they're so good for you but listen 25:00 here's the other thing doesn't mean 25:02 don't do your asparagus right 25:03 understand this part right here is that 25:06 is that you can do the skinny asparagus 25:09 which is an older asparagus meaning the 25:11 canes are older the asparagus is older 25:13 right 25:14 and it's medicinal too there's two forms 25:17 of like medicinal when it comes to 25:19 asparagus two levels of medicinal 25:21 there's 25:22 level there's a level of medicinal with 25:23 the young asparagus which is juicy like 25:25 this 25:26 okay there's a level with that and then 25:29 there's a level with 25:30 um and there's a level with 25:33 uh the older asparagus which is like 25:38 really spindly thin have you guys ever 25:40 seen that 25:41 it's really thin 25:52 so what i'm going to do is chop up a 25:54 little onion so we're going to play 25:55 onion games as lorraine 25:57 l said 26:01 i think couple people were saying it too 26:02 which actually made me laugh 26:09 someone might think what's medical 26:10 medium talking about right now it 26:12 doesn't sound that interesting 26:15 um but this is this means everything 26:19 when it comes down to healing just so 26:20 you know it means 26:22 so much when it comes down to healing 26:24 i'm gonna be straight out about 26:26 you guys can you hang on for one second 26:27 i just gotta get some onions 26:43 i'm back 26:46 medical medium in the house if you guys 26:49 just came on i was talking about earlier 26:51 how 26:52 uh jenna zoe 26:55 is a ho is the host of her own podcast 26:58 uh reframe with 26:59 jenna zoe right and she had amber 27:03 socarro on and that's heal with amber 27:06 okay and they're talking about medical 27:09 medium information 27:11 i just listened to the podcast episode 27:13 and i was blowing off my seat 27:15 just letting you know check it out when 27:17 you can you guys like check it out the 27:19 link is in the description 27:22 they're very seasoned with what they 27:24 went through themselves 27:26 um amber's very seasoned with how she 27:29 helps people so she actually 27:30 works with people and she's very 27:33 seasoned 27:34 healing with amber and um 27:38 i was mind blown on how much knowledge 27:40 they had in general 27:41 i mean because because the knowledge was 27:44 they had just so much experience when 27:45 you hear their experience you're just 27:47 like oh my god 27:48 i mean it's a lot of experience and then 27:51 talking about medical medium information 27:53 anyway i recommend listening to it 28:01 so i'm currently going to caramelize 28:02 some onions if you guys don't mind 28:05 i got the heat up on this all right 28:09 and onions can kind of when you 28:10 caramelize them they can kind of 28:16 maybe one onion's all i need for this 28:21 that could work good 28:22 [Music] 28:29 so okay so anyway back to the potatoes 28:32 we'll cover that a little bit too 28:33 um after you caramelize the onions i'm 28:35 gonna work with the potatoes 28:37 right and um you guys if you just came 28:40 on here i got some incredible 28:42 asparagus the big juicy ones i put it in 28:44 the side of the bowl because what i'm 28:45 doing is i'm making a potato bowl and 28:46 i'm gonna do the asparagus the potato 28:48 and the onions 28:50 it's gonna be a great great bowl of food 28:54 yeah i'm not crying while cutting them 28:55 that's coming elena 28:58 that's already on its way it's already 29:02 on its way 29:03 so tara appleman good to see you 29:06 incredible 29:07 honored you're here um it's an honor to 29:10 have you here 29:11 awesome tara's so awesome um so these 29:14 are pre-steam 29:15 potatoes is what these are so 29:18 pre-steamed potatoes 29:20 and i'm going to chop them up in cubes 29:22 that's what i'm going to do in a little 29:23 bit the onions are already hitting me 29:24 so letting you guys know lorraine you're 29:26 laughing um 29:29 so i like to prep ahead of time on this 29:32 dish so i already have my potato steamed 29:34 i'll make a big bowl of potatoes put it 29:36 in the refrigerator 29:37 let it sit in there and as i was telling 29:38 everybody earlier i don't put a lid on 29:40 it because they get too moist in there 29:42 and they start getting a little moisture 29:44 built inside of it and they get a little 29:45 spongy 29:46 so i don't like that i take the lid off 29:48 so the lid's not there 29:49 and then i keep it in the fridge and i 29:51 let them kind of dry out so if i need 29:53 them in there for a day 29:55 or another day and i need them in there 29:58 i have them there and i could use them 29:59 for all these purposes that's what i 30:01 love 30:07 um so you know uh 30:10 you seem fine to me chris hey talk about 30:13 gout 30:14 gout's the liver that's the liver that's 30:16 when the liver is it 30:18 the liver has said i can't handle 30:20 protein anymore 30:22 or fat the liver's just like i'm done i 30:25 can't handle protein or fat anymore 30:27 [Music] 30:29 and sometimes the liver can get pushed 30:31 over the edge for people 30:32 and then then the liver gets deficient 30:35 like it gets deficiencies 30:37 so your liver is now deficient your 30:39 liver is your vitamin converter 30:42 that's your vitamin and mineral storage 30:44 bin right 30:45 the liver just holds it all chris thanks 30:48 for uh 30:49 because i wanted to talk about gout a 30:51 couple times and i keep on i keep on 30:53 forgetting and i 30:54 i want to talk about gout definitely 31:00 so when it comes down to the liver 31:05 okay if your liver is really 31:07 overburdened 31:08 really overburdened okay and you're 31:11 getting those purines and stuff 31:13 and when the i just want to keep an eye 31:16 on those 31:21 hold on 31:25 i don't want to do what i did to the 31:27 asparagus with the onions this time 31:29 and you know what happens is that when 31:31 people are worried about their diet 31:32 they're worried about purines and 31:34 everything else and 31:35 all that's happening i want to talk 31:38 about that 31:38 what i what i worry about when you have 31:41 gout 31:41 what i worry about is protein and fat 31:44 protein and fat 31:46 that's how it goes wrong with gout 31:49 that's my concern 31:51 and a concern that i've taught doctors 31:53 over time it's a very important concern 31:56 and um gout is something that 32:00 is fixable it can heal it probably one 32:03 of the easiest 32:04 one of the easiest things that can heal 32:06 that that i've seen 32:08 it's like diabetes too you know diet 32:11 type 2 diabetes easy to heal gout 32:14 easy to heal that's when we just have to 32:17 care for the liver 32:18 and you know what happens with gout is 32:20 chris you know what happens a lot of 32:21 people without not everybody so 32:22 you know a lot of people look out 32:24 they'll have uh 32:25 skin problems dermatitis they'll have 32:28 eczema they'll have psoriasis when they 32:29 have gout 32:30 right they have skin issues or their 32:32 skin is just terrible 32:33 their fingernails are terrible their 32:35 toenails are just 32:37 god-awful right like a lot of that 32:39 happens too now you might be somebody 32:41 with with 32:42 gout and you don't have any of that yet 32:43 and you might have a different variety 32:45 of gout where it's not like 32:46 out in your feet it's not gout in your 32:48 toes and ankles 32:50 it's gout somewhere else in the body and 32:52 the doctor's like i don't know what to 32:53 call this thing i'm pretty sure we're 32:54 dealing with gout 32:56 you know smoky mountain paradise good to 32:58 see you 32:59 and so the whole thing with gout is 33:02 about cleaning up the liver my 33:03 number one concern is protein 33:06 and fat those are two things that the 33:09 liver said 33:09 i'm done with i can't handle anymore i 33:12 don't want anything to do with it i 33:13 can't handle the protein can handle the 33:15 fat and that's what the liver does 33:16 then you go deficient people with gout 33:18 they get all these 33:19 mineral deficiencies all these vitamin 33:21 nutrient nutrient deficiencies these 33:23 phytochemical compound deficiencies 33:26 that's what they get 33:27 because their liver is like well i can't 33:29 process the vitamins anymore i can't 33:30 store the vitamins anymore 33:32 there's too much fat in here there's too 33:34 much desiccated protein stuck 33:36 inside the liver everything's gummed up 33:39 that the inner works 33:40 that the waterworks inside your liver 33:43 are 33:44 just done you know the liver is not it's 33:46 not that you're 33:47 in liver failure or anything like that 33:48 that's not at all you can have gout your 33:50 liver seems okay i've seen people with 33:52 gout 33:53 don't even have elevated liver enzymes 33:54 so if their liver is trashed 33:56 because it's not it's not always black 34:00 or white black and white it's not always 34:02 like that it's not always just 34:04 you know it's not it's not two plus two 34:06 equals four when it comes down to that 34:08 so somebody might have 34:10 somebody might have um elevated liver 34:12 enzymes 34:13 with gout someone might not right 34:17 someone might have a bilirubin off the 34:19 chart 34:20 with gout someone might not right so 34:23 these things are really important to 34:24 know but that's that's what i 34:26 always tell people so if you're on a 34:28 vegan plant-based diet 34:30 be careful on how much fat you're eating 34:32 because your gout is going gonna be 34:33 there 34:34 even vegans get gout vegans have gout 34:36 you know it's like 34:37 yeah i know it's amazing how there's a 34:40 whole bunch of vegans and plant-based 34:41 people out there and once they start 34:43 improving with a vegan plant-based diet 34:45 right they're not out of the woods yet 34:48 but they think they're out of the woods 34:49 yet and then they just get sicker later 34:50 because they're doing all these other 34:52 practices they got the fats cranking up 34:54 they're cranking the fats up they got 34:55 other stuff going on and you know they 34:57 just get in trouble 35:02 um sarah hazel i thought keto was the 35:07 healthiest diet until i ended up with 35:09 gout 35:09 yo that's what happens the ketos for men 35:13 that aren't sick what's the ketos for 35:17 keto diet 35:18 the old keto diet used to kill people 35:20 did you guys know that 35:22 did you guys know that the old keto diet 35:25 used to kill women 35:28 yeah uh i'm not exaggerating 35:32 i'm straight up i was telling a doctor 35:34 that the other day and he said you know 35:35 what i remember there was this case 35:38 where there was a woman in his practice 35:40 that 35:41 that that left his practice and it was 35:44 years ago and she just 35:45 did this keto thing and she had no 35:47 glucose gold or system go to her 35:49 neurological system had no glucose her 35:51 brain was missing the glucose and she 35:52 was on a keto 35:53 the old keto diet was you you can't have 35:56 a starchy vegetable 35:58 and you can't have a fruit you can't 36:01 have honey you can't have anything the 36:03 old keto diet now 36:04 when women would adhere that when they 36:07 would 36:07 when they would go by that playbook and 36:10 do it perfectly 36:12 no honey no maple syrup no coconut water 36:15 no uh no avocado 36:19 the old keto diet you weren't allowed to 36:20 do the avocados right avocado has sugar 36:22 in it 36:23 see you know they brought the avocado in 36:26 in the newer 36:27 keto diet you see the old old keto diet 36:29 killed a lot of women 36:30 they died they just died they were sick 36:34 no one knew what was wrong with them and 36:35 they died they lost the glucose to their 36:37 brain and they died and they 36:39 ceased they ceased living okay now 36:42 the new keto diet turned into a non-keto 36:45 diet it's not the keto diet anymore they 36:47 use the same name 36:48 keto but there's sugar in it 36:51 everywhere there's sugar in it 36:54 everywhere is the avocados there's nuts 36:55 and seeds there's nut butters there's 36:57 sugar and all that 36:58 right there's fat in there and then the 37:01 new keto diet's got berries in there so 37:03 what happened was medical medium 37:04 information was 37:06 against the old keto diet 37:09 okay and 37:12 medical medium information has healed 37:14 tens of thousands of people over through 37:16 the years tens of thousands before 37:17 publishing the book 37:19 right the books the first book right it 37:21 changed the 37:22 shape of all the diets out there now 37:24 whether they understand that or not 37:26 whether people know that or not 37:28 the keto diet of the old day i i 37:30 forewarned 37:31 women about because it kill it will kill 37:34 you 37:34 you lose your glucose to your brain and 37:37 if you're sick you could die because of 37:38 that right 37:40 so i'm just caramelizing these onions 37:42 right now which are coming out nice this 37:44 pans really hot 37:45 as we speak um so let me just 37:48 kind of talk a little bit more about 37:51 this this is really an important 37:52 topic it's a part of how things are just 37:54 all screwed up out there 37:56 so now the keto diet see ketosis 37:59 your body would go into ketosis if you 38:01 took sugar away 38:03 right well now the keto diets 38:08 they have sugar in there so you don't go 38:10 into ketosis so why 38:12 is it called the keto diet you you ask 38:15 yourself that 38:17 i ask you to ask yourself that i'll ask 38:19 myself that right now okay 38:22 why do they call it the keto diet when 38:24 you 38:25 can't go into ketosis anymore because 38:28 they have berries in the keto diet 38:30 and they have avocado in the keto diet 38:32 you can't enter 38:34 the ketosis state so why is it called 38:37 the keto diet anymore 38:38 because in alternative medicine there's 38:40 a billion and one screw-ups 38:45 even your simple wholesome keto diet of 38:48 the day 38:49 that's in the magazines that's online is 38:52 screwed up 38:53 and wrong wrong in the sense where they 38:55 don't even understand it 38:57 yeah no i'm on the keto diet i'm doing 38:58 the i'm a i'm a guru i'm a trainer i'm 39:00 on the keto diet 39:02 right but they're on the keto diet 39:06 but they're not on a keto diet you can't 39:08 go into ketosis 39:09 you can't when you eat an avocado can't 39:11 go into ketosis 39:12 you can't you can only go into ketosis 39:16 if you with frame from 39:17 every single starchy vegetable every 39:20 single form of sugar every single 39:22 carbohydrate 39:24 and you just rely on meat alone 39:27 andrea are you are you saying we 39:29 shouldn't have hardly any fat at all 39:31 what do you think about eating avocados 39:33 nuts and seeds olives coconut and olive 39:35 oil those are all healthy fats you just 39:36 mentioned 39:37 andrea all healthy fats depends on how 39:40 sick you are 39:41 right if you're 21 years old you're not 39:43 really sick 39:44 you've got a little acne and you want to 39:46 clean up your diet you want to stop 39:48 eating at the fast food restaurants 39:50 you want to stop partying right you know 39:52 like keep the alcohol down 39:53 clean up your diet start to live a life 39:56 where you're like 39:56 you're into health now you want to do a 39:58 little lifestyle channel or something on 39:59 social media and you're 22 years old or 40:01 something 40:02 and you're now doing avocados nuts and 40:05 seeds and nut butters you're doing 40:06 peanut butter smoothies you're doing 40:07 peanut butter acai bowls right 40:09 yeah you can get away with it if you're 40:11 not that sick you get sick man you wanna 40:14 you wanna back down on those fats 40:15 whether you're plant-based or 40:16 animal protein you wanna back down all 40:18 those fats so i'll talk about keto for 40:19 another minute too 40:21 so these are getting caramelized right 40:23 they're coming out really good i'm about 40:24 to put them in a bowl 40:27 so 40:30 all right and then 40:34 but the keto diet today is not the keto 40:36 is not a keto diet 40:38 what it is it's just a clean diet right 40:41 but 40:41 when you're sick even the keto diet of 40:44 today that has taken medical medium 40:46 information and placed it into it which 40:48 are berries 40:49 no one cared about berries it's 35 years 40:51 of medical medium information going all 40:52 the way back when i was trying to teach 40:54 everybody about berries berries berries 40:55 no one cared about berries right 40:56 and and so now that the keto diet has 40:59 berries in there 41:00 you're not and you're you're actually 41:02 being protected a little bit so your 41:04 keto diet can actually get you by but if 41:06 you're a woman 41:07 and you're sick right and you need more 41:10 you'll need more than just your plain 41:12 old clean new 41:13 keto diet keto diets are for men that 41:16 aren't sick 41:16 they want to lose a little weight and 41:18 they want to hop in the gym and start 41:19 working out and then tell women 41:20 tell women how why they're sick 41:24 and then tell women what they're doing 41:26 wrong you need honey you need to be on 41:28 the keynote keto diet like me and get 41:30 into that gym 41:31 the keto diet is for like is is is 41:34 really 41:34 designed for men that aren't sick right 41:38 the keto diet can yeah sure if you're a 41:40 woman and you're not sick and you want 41:41 to do the keto diet and you get into the 41:43 gym and you clean up all the 41:45 donuts cakes and cookies you're going to 41:46 see benefits but if you're 41:48 really struggling with the condition 41:50 whole another bald part 41:51 that's when the keto diet can make you 41:53 sicker and get you in trouble 41:54 and that's what happens okay so i'm just 41:57 putting these onions in here 42:00 like this now i'm going to cut some 42:03 potatoes up 42:05 so i'm going to do that now um 42:09 okay cut some potatoes up 42:14 i'm going to cube these 42:19 if you take somebody that's really sick 42:20 and they got they got neurological 42:22 symptoms 42:23 they don't know why they're sick they've 42:24 been to a bunch of doctors maybe they 42:26 were diagnosed with lyme disease maybe 42:27 they were diagnosed with something else 42:29 and they're really struggling okay and 42:32 you take 42:33 you take um these potatoes are already 42:36 steamed keep that in mind if you guys 42:37 just came on here 42:38 they're already steamed so i'm making 42:39 the potato bowl 42:41 which is really fun to make 42:45 what was i frying the onion in a little 42:48 tiny bit of water 42:50 no oil needed no oil needed 42:54 at all so 42:58 now i'm gonna put a little these are 43:01 already steamed these potatoes so i'm 43:02 not gonna really i don't want that pan 43:05 filled with water i don't want this 43:07 potato soup 43:08 okay so i don't want this potato soup 43:11 these are 43:12 potatoes right steamed potatoes in here 43:14 making the potato bowl 43:21 so 43:25 am i totally again you know there's 43:27 protocols by the way 43:29 for gout in the medical medium books so 43:32 in the books 43:33 cleanse the heal as a protocol freak out 43:35 in here 43:36 i'm not against the keto diet you know a 43:39 clean diet 43:40 if it's if it's helping you stay out of 43:42 you know standard american diet junk 43:44 food cakes cookies donuts 43:46 um fried food i'm on board 43:51 but if you're really sick we got to go 43:52 to the next level you know 43:55 we just have to 43:58 yeah you know 44:03 i've said this for years right 44:07 burger king used to say 44:10 burger king used to say we're the next 44:13 level we frame 44:14 we sorry we flame broil okay 44:18 liver rescue my book level rescue too i 44:20 can show you talks about gout whole gout 44:22 thing in there 44:23 um all right there we go we got our 44:25 potatoes in here 44:27 burger king would be like we flame broil 44:31 that's like the next step that was the 44:33 next step above 44:34 what they used to say mcdonald's burger 44:37 king used to say we're the next step 44:38 above mcdonald's we flame broil 44:40 that's what they used to say right and 44:42 then you know 44:44 and then you can go to the next step 44:46 above burger king right 44:47 and now you're at another restaurant and 44:50 they're using 44:51 more they're doing more vegetables more 44:53 salads right 44:55 so then you're at that place then you're 44:56 at the next level right 44:58 next next restaurant chain that next 45:01 restaurant chain 45:02 they're doing a little bit more salads 45:03 they're doing a little more vegetables 45:05 now they got avocado going in there so 45:06 now they got guacamole in there right 45:08 but they're still doing other stuff 45:10 right so you're going there's these 45:11 tears right 45:12 well it's kind of like this you can be 45:15 keto diet but take it to another level 45:17 you can be another you know it's just 45:19 like it's all about the next level the 45:21 next level the next level keto diet is 45:23 just 45:25 is a place you can go but 45:31 it's interesting stuff actually 45:35 so i got some potatoes going on here 45:39 ashley kevin 45:44 what what is the brand name for celery 45:46 force candace it's 45:47 um vimergy so is it having a celery 45:51 force there's celery force right there 45:54 i recommend it to friends and family 45:57 that you know it's like it just 45:58 for me it helps me it perks me up 46:02 that's you know for me um 46:05 incredible i love it for the brain 46:10 so i got some steamed potatoes on here 46:12 toasting up right 46:14 here which i'm excited about 46:17 so right now i have this bowl building 46:19 up i got the asparagus right here you 46:21 see this i got the caramelized onion 46:22 right here the asparagus now i'm going 46:24 to get ready to put potatoes in here too 46:27 very excited 46:30 i'm going to toast up these steamed 46:32 these are steamed potatoes came out of 46:33 the fridge today 46:35 so great like how easy is that they're 46:37 already kind of browning a little bit 46:38 this pan is really hot right now 46:47 athena says thrush is a possible cause i 46:51 get that from using 46:54 steroids 46:56 that's interesting 47:00 so um so the point of this look the 47:02 point of this live right now we're live 47:04 on youtube we're live on facebook the 47:05 point of this live is to talk about how 47:07 we can avoid 47:09 getting stunted getting stuck 47:13 getting pushed back and knowing 47:16 information knowing the knowledge is 47:17 really important right there 47:20 angie wynn says what's your opinion on 47:23 b12 injections 47:28 well yeah 47:31 yeah yeah i just got my b12 injection 47:34 uh-huh 47:36 yeah i know i get them once every other 47:38 week 47:39 mm-hmm what they use the bad b12 47:44 you mean you mean not like intravenous 47:47 like iv you mean the injection like they 47:49 stick a needle in your 47:51 arm to just jam you and your arm or your 47:53 butt 47:54 that's the ones i get right yeah they're 47:56 bad 47:58 what why are they bad 48:02 oh your body just your body 48:06 when it comes down to b12 your body 48:09 likes to 48:09 receive it orally so your body 48:13 likes to get oral b12 i see 48:17 so you don't bypass the liver your whole 48:20 process your digestion process your 48:22 liver 48:23 so the b12 has to go 48:26 in your mouth and then find its way 48:30 down to your ilium let me see if i got 48:32 an ilium here 48:34 uh uh-huh 48:39 so your helium down on the right side 48:42 that's where the small intestinal tract 48:44 connects to the 48:45 large intestinal tract that b12 has to 48:49 find its way down there 48:51 because that's where you produce it and 48:54 then 48:54 that gets driven up into the liver and 48:56 then the liver converts it 48:58 ah i see i see so when you 49:02 stick b12 in your bloodstream directly 49:04 in the arm 49:05 like this you're not utilizing it 49:08 and then maybe could even build an 49:10 allergic 49:12 allergy to b12 without the doctor ever 49:15 knowing and then there's an allergy to 49:17 b12 i see 49:19 all right i got to look out for that i 49:20 think what i'll do is just focus on the 49:23 b12 drops in my mouth okay bye 49:28 um 49:32 so what i like to do for friends and 49:34 family 49:35 right these are potatoes are actually 49:37 coming out these are coming out like 49:38 hash browns 49:40 whoa love that like hashbrowns you guys 49:44 so what i like to do with b12 oh here's 49:47 here it is 49:48 um the liquid b12 right here is the 49:51 adenosil cobalamin 49:53 and methylcobalamin and the b12 shots 49:56 unless you got a doctor that's doing ivs 49:58 that's different going directly into the 49:59 vein 50:00 um um cali says i got terrible allergic 50:04 reaction after b12 shots 50:05 i'm not a fan of b12 shots i've seen too 50:07 many people get allergic reactions 50:09 there's 50:09 there's preservatives in b12 shots 50:12 there's 50:13 also the chance that your body could 50:15 build an 50:16 antibody against the b12 because the b12 50:19 is entering without your body's 50:21 permission 50:22 when you enter it in the mouth or in the 50:25 vein itself 50:26 through intravenous either or right 50:28 mouth is the best i've always 50:29 recommended right 50:30 when you enter it in the mouth you're 50:32 you're giving your body's giving you 50:34 permission right when it goes to the 50:37 outside of the body 50:39 and when it's a shot a needle it's going 50:42 against the body's permission 50:44 the body might build an antibody to it 50:48 so that you become sensitive to b12 i've 50:51 seen this over and over again 50:52 i taught about this too for years and i 50:55 still can't believe 50:56 it hasn't gotten out there well if i 50:58 keep on getting censored like i am today 51:00 on facebook and youtube 51:02 it's me it's it's a no wonder why it 51:03 doesn't get out there 51:05 um but anyway the b12 51:08 that's the liquid one the venus of 51:09 cobalamin and methyl 51:11 methylcobalamin combined right the 51:13 combination that's the word the liver 51:15 loves the most 51:17 what i recommend i'm not sponsored by 51:19 these guys but i recommend this one for 51:21 my friends and family that's the vimergy 51:22 v is in victor i 51:23 am as mary ergy dot com vimrgy.com 51:29 what about intravenous vitamin c that's 51:31 in your vein 51:33 sammy sammy loom that's in your vein 51:36 that's not a shot like the b12 51:40 shot right the needle going into the arm 51:42 directly into the muscle in the 51:44 bloodstream 51:45 when it enters into the vein like a lot 51:47 of a lot of practitioners do 51:49 do uh ivc they throw some 51:52 methylcobalamin 51:53 in there they throw uh uh you know 51:56 multivitamin they'll do the injection 51:58 in your vein right that is different 52:02 your body won't build an antibody 52:04 against it 52:08 these are turning into toasty hash 52:09 browns and they're going to go in my 52:10 potato bowl 52:11 how does look i can't wait to eat this 52:13 i'm going to be i'm going to be shoving 52:14 this down right in between this 52:16 now and tick tock 52:19 and then it's the right kind you can get 52:21 intravenous stuff but is it still 52:23 preservatives 52:24 there's intravenous vitamin c that's not 52:25 the good kind of vitamin c 52:27 you have to you have to make sure that's 52:29 not corn derived 52:31 vitamin c intravenously that's something 52:33 to know there 52:35 but getting back to what we were talking 52:36 about earlier 10 steps forward 25 steps 52:39 back 52:39 we got to be careful got to make sure 52:42 your iv 52:43 your ivs through intravenous the vein 52:46 right 52:46 if you're doing nutritional therapies 52:48 through ivs that there's no 52:49 preservatives 52:51 important that one there all on its own 52:53 or the vitamin c is a corn derived 52:55 that's another one too 52:58 okay these are actually done 53:01 they're nice and toasty i am gonna put 53:03 these right here 53:05 see if i can do this right 53:09 um so anyway 53:13 all the all this is important 53:14 information there's so many tidbits 53:16 can i give you a quick rundown you guys 53:19 right 53:19 if i was trying to heal i'd stay away 53:22 from 53:24 apple cider vinegar nutritional yeast 53:26 diatomaceous earth particles 53:27 sodium bicarbonate right just lost one 53:31 i would stay away from bentonite clay 53:34 i'd stay away from clays 53:36 in general okay i would stay away from 53:40 from that i would stay away from zeolite 53:43 i would stay away from alcohol and 53:44 supplements 53:45 preservatives stay away from natural 53:46 flavors stay away from msg stay away 53:48 from milk cheese butter gluten eggs 53:50 i'd stay away from so many things 53:52 because it's critical 53:54 if you want to heal see guys you can do 53:56 a couple things with this what i like to 53:57 do is just throw a little sprinkle a 53:59 little touch of 54:00 um well here's the thing you guys 54:03 there's a medical medium hot sauce 54:04 there's a medical medium ketchup there's 54:06 a medical medium honey mustard 54:07 or mustard there's a medical medium 54:08 fresh salsa there's a medical medium you 54:10 can find these things right 54:12 and i'm going to mix this 54:17 but you know what i'm not going to mix 54:19 it because i wasn't planning on mixing 54:21 it 54:22 all right but i'm gonna lift up the 54:26 onions right here 54:28 lift them up and lift up the asparagus 54:30 because i buried them is what happened 54:32 okay i could i could have used two 54:34 onions because that's what i was 54:36 that's what i needed so 54:40 there's one onion in this one here's the 54:42 caramelized onions 54:44 here's the potatoes that were steamed 54:46 originally and then 54:47 then kind of like refried in the pan no 54:50 oil 54:51 right incredible that's your asparagus 54:53 right there that's steamed and cooked in 54:55 the pan 54:55 how amazing is that you love the medical 54:57 medium salsa 54:59 kalyn michelle love the medical medium 55:01 salsa i do too 55:03 love the medical medium salsa 55:06 now um you can put 55:09 cilantro on the bottom of this right so 55:11 i got some cilantro here 55:13 now what i didn't do is i didn't put the 55:15 cilantro on the bottom and place this 55:16 all on top but you can 55:18 how amazing you guys i'm heading off to 55:21 instagram 55:22 in a few minutes i'm heading off to tick 55:24 tock so it's tick doc and instagram live 55:27 and then after that i'm heading to 369 55:31 on instagram and tick tock and that's 55:33 going to take us later into the night 55:35 uh why not zeolites they dehydrate 55:39 they rob you of electrolytes they're not 55:40 the same zeolites uh 55:42 years before they take electrolytes when 55:45 you're sick and you got neurological 55:46 problems it's the last thing you want 55:48 and um there's a lot of zeolite that's 55:51 pushed into the medical medium community 55:52 now they're saying oh you need to have 55:54 that with your medical medium heavy 55:56 metal detox smoothie no you don't 55:57 no you don't the only reason why zeolite 56:00 never gave anybody any benefits no one 56:02 saw benefits with zeolite all these 56:03 years it's been happening for 20 years 56:05 and no one saw that right 56:06 but the heavy metal detox smoothie 56:08 macromedia heavy metal detox movie gave 56:10 people benefits so what 56:11 they do is they try to say well take 56:13 that with your take it too with your 56:15 heavy metal detox smoothie and as people 56:16 get benefits from the heavy metal detox 56:18 smoothie they think it's a zeolite 56:19 because 56:20 there's 20 000 admin now and mlm 56:22 marketing and 56:23 pyramid schemers working on it now and 56:25 be like no it's your zeolite that did it 56:26 and they're all like there's just 56:27 everybody's trying to sell a zealot 56:29 i'm not saying that the people are bad 56:31 they're doing it not at all their hearts 56:32 in it they're compassionate 56:33 um people i'm i'm sure and all this 56:35 other stuff and 56:37 i'm just saying that it's not the first 56:39 time people try to hop on the medical 56:41 mean bandwagon and try to push stuff 56:43 that medical medium doesn't recommend 56:45 all right i love you guys heading off to 56:47 ig and tic toc 56:48 and thanks for
