https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zbkuO-M4ag&pp=0gcJCZEKAYcqIYzv 0:00 we're live live on facebook live on 0:03 youtube 0:04 and i'm making a delicious meal got some 0:07 red bell peppers 0:08 cherry tomatoes mushrooms 0:12 hot peppers making a hot pepper sauce by 0:14 the way 0:15 and i got some beautiful steamed 0:17 potatoes this is a low-fat meal actually 0:19 a 0:19 no-fat meal and steamed potatoes right 0:22 there 0:23 um everybody's in in just everybody's so 0:27 into eating so much fat and they don't 0:29 know it it's just it's fat everywhere 0:31 you eat a piece of chicken 0:32 i'm not saying there's anything wrong 0:33 with chicken i'm just saying you eat a 0:34 piece of chicken 0:36 you got the chicken fat right doesn't 0:37 matter if the skin's on it or not 0:39 you eat guacamole you got the guacamole 0:42 and people dump olive oil in their 0:43 guacamole i see that all the time you 0:45 guys hey good to see you guys coming on 0:47 they dump olive oil in their guacamole 0:50 right 0:50 as if there's not enough already people 0:53 make pestos dumping all that olive oil 0:56 right 0:56 nuts seed pastes nut butters 1:00 um coconut oil right everybody's putting 1:02 things in their smoothie it's like it's 1:04 all this fat people eating nuts all day 1:06 long and 1:06 i have another handful of walnuts it's 1:08 not saying that's bad 1:10 like bad but if you're trying to heal 1:13 or trying to lose weight or trying to 1:15 get yourself to a better place 1:18 it's the fats get in the way right so 1:20 these meals are all no fat because i 1:22 know you guys are on the fat you're just 1:24 and i get it you're on the fat whether 1:25 it's milk cheese butter eggs 1:27 chicken meat you know uh fish 1:31 right you just got the fats going all 1:33 the time 1:34 uh seeds nut butters you know walnuts 1:38 almonds 1:38 macadamia nuts pine nuts sesame seeds 1:41 tahini right 1:43 even hemp seeds right so we're doing all 1:45 these different seeds pumpkin seeds 1:47 now i see people walking around i got my 1:48 pumpkin seeds i got my pumpkin seeds i'm 1:51 doing my pumpkin seeds yeah 1:52 yeah pumpkin seeds are amazing way 1:54 better for you than chicken 1:56 no that's true right way better for you 1:59 than 1:59 chicken pumpkin seeds right but still 2:02 it's a lot of fat so then the blood 2:04 stays thick and if you're 2:05 sick if you're sick and you're doing 2:09 all this fat it's almost impossible to 2:13 heal 2:14 i'm going to say it again if you're sick 2:17 and you're doing all this fat 2:18 it's almost impossible to 2:22 heal and i mean heal i mean heal down to 2:24 the 2:25 bone i'm talking healing all the way 2:28 down 2:29 to the root all the way down 2:32 to the ground like right there 2:36 and healing deep deep deep 2:40 in order to heal that deep you can't 2:42 have the fats high 2:43 so that means if you're animal protein 2:46 person time to lower it and take a break 2:48 if you're a plant-based person time to 2:50 lower it and take 2:52 a break colleen mcgraw says what about 2:55 protein 2:56 what about it what about it that's the 2:58 whole thing they got you brainwashed 3:01 that's how they do it you know i think 3:03 the phone's ringing they got 3:04 us brainwashed is what happens 3:08 how do i know when the phone's gonna 3:10 ring 3:16 yeah yeah hey what year is it 1933. 3:22 yeah 1933. did the deal go through 3:26 did the deal we made with big pharma 3:29 and the institutions the academic 3:33 institutions 3:35 yeah did the deal did the deal go 3:38 through 3:39 about what we're about to do to the 3:41 entire country 3:44 yeah we're gonna brainwash them about 3:46 protein 3:47 uh-huh did the deal go through 3:51 yep yep all the industries yeah big 3:54 pharma 3:55 yeah and uh-huh and the institutions 3:59 the universities yeah 4:02 we need to indoctrinate everybody into 4:04 our dogma we have to convince 4:07 everybody that protein 4:10 is what runs everything where do you get 4:13 your protein we want to hear that for 4:14 the next hundred years 4:16 next 200 years where do you get your 4:18 protein where do you get your protein 4:20 where do you get your protein 4:21 what about your protein we want 4:23 everybody brainwashed 4:25 what year is it 1933 and the deal's 4:29 about to go through 4:30 is everybody going to be there all the 4:32 board members 4:34 everybody going to be there because 4:35 we're going to sign it where's the 4:37 where's the piece of paper after we sign 4:39 it make the deal 4:40 it goes in the vault it's trusted it's 4:43 grandfathered in 4:44 yeah no one's even gonna get it no one's 4:46 even gonna figure it out i can't wait to 4:48 hear 1970 4:50 50 yeah i can't wait 60 years from now 4:53 in the 70s when everybody's going where 4:54 are you getting your protein 4:56 where are you getting your protein i 4:57 can't wait until the 1990s when 4:59 everybody's like protein 5:00 protein can't wait to get your i can't 5:02 wait till the year 2000 5:04 when everybody's like get your protein 5:06 get your protein where's your protein 5:08 where's your protein 5:09 i can't wait yeah wait we're gonna go as 5:12 far as 2021 5:14 where's your protein 2021 5:17 oh my god this is the best deal we've 5:19 ever made big farm is so smart 5:22 we're gonna brainwash everybody all 5:24 right 5:25 yep yep all right little disaster relief 5:29 right here 5:30 disaster relief i gotta go you gotta 5:32 cook 5:33 lorraine a little disaster is it 5:34 disaster relief what 5:36 what was it so i'm going to be doing 5:38 some let me get some stuff steaming 5:41 what i'm trying to say is before i get 5:43 cooking is the deal was made 5:45 between the academic world the 5:46 universities okay 5:49 yes the universities globally 5:52 at least in the uk at least europe 5:56 at least here in the united states 5:59 the deal was made to make sure protein 6:02 was 6:03 the very thing that everybody had to 6:05 know like it's all about protein 6:07 that's that was the decoy the decoy 6:10 of a century right 6:13 and that's part of it right there just 6:15 you know actually kevin good to see you 6:16 michelle 6:17 good to see you guys coming on haven't 6:19 seen luau lunell 6:21 she she here tonight um 6:24 you guys i'm gonna do some 6:28 let's just make sure nothing breaks over 6:30 here 6:32 hey courtney mma laugh out loud 6:35 and i'll talk a little bit about protein 6:37 as we go along too so you guys know 6:38 what's happening 6:39 as well joni peterson 6:42 hey i use water instead of oil now 6:46 i used to use a lot of coconut oil and 6:49 avocado oil incredible what happens is 6:51 when you take those oils down 6:54 oils are so acidic so acidic 6:58 fatty acid fatty 7:02 acid i see we're being censored tonight 7:04 big time 7:05 um we can't even get above 800 it's 7:08 probably you know censored on facebook 7:10 fatty acids is what's happening so 7:12 that's what happens with the oils 7:13 the avocado oil all these oils yeah 7:16 avocado oil is a better oil 7:18 absolutely yeah these oils are better 7:21 olive oil is a great oil 7:23 right but it's really it's what happens 7:25 is our we lose our oxygen in our body 7:28 when we're sick or but oxygen helps us 7:31 heal it actually helps to kill it keeps 7:33 microorganisms like viruses and bacteria 7:36 down 7:37 and when we fill our bloodstream with 7:38 all that fat every day and day out day 7:40 day day and day out and our liver starts 7:43 getting congested everything starts 7:44 getting congested 7:46 and our liver starts getting all 7:48 congested our liver right here 7:50 it gets gets fatty liver and we don't 7:52 even know it fatty liver and then our 7:53 immune system drops 7:55 we have too much fat in our bloodstream 7:56 all the time and the fat starts 7:58 collecting everywhere that doctors can't 8:00 see they can't see until you're yeah 80 8:01 years old 60 years old but they start 8:03 seeing it then 8:04 we just start we but we break down from 8:06 all that fat right 8:07 and so you gotta have a moment yeah no i 8:10 know youtube sensor oh my god katherine 8:12 youtube censors us big time 8:14 are you kidding you kidding me we used 8:17 to get views 8:18 now it's like you can't even find me 8:20 like they just i don't pop up anywhere 8:23 it's like for some reason they clicked 8:24 me off as being one of those 8:26 yeah you can't even pop up anywhere i 8:28 don't know 8:30 all right so what i'm going to do is i'm 8:33 going to cut some stuff up here 8:34 get some red bell pepper steaming 8:39 so you guys know how i cut mine right 8:42 i mean i'm sure you guys did the same 8:44 thing right it's not it's 8:46 facebook doesn't uh circle your post 8:49 correct andy 8:50 plus people are really can't even get a 8:52 post out on facebook 8:55 uh meaning they can't share medical 8:57 medium stuff it's really rare 9:01 i think it's a glitch hopefully they fix 9:04 it 9:05 you know little glitch 9:09 it could be just a glitch right they 9:11 love me on facebook they love me at 9:12 facebook and instagram 9:14 they know i'm doing incredible things 9:15 for the world right healing people 9:18 it's gotta be a glitch 9:23 so i'm steaming up some red bell peppers 9:26 right here 9:30 you guys i just want to give you the 9:31 4-1-1 it's a special moon 9:35 um tonight extremely special moon 9:39 yep so make sure you take you you 9:42 you like look into it like we're talking 9:44 an incredible moon tonight 9:45 yeah full moon and an amazing one just 9:49 letting you know um 9:50 that means medical medium podcast at 9:53 apple podcast the moon meditation 9:55 so it means the moon meditation for sure 9:57 i mean i'm doing it i'm doing this i 9:58 already did it last night the moon 9:59 meditation i do it 10:01 days before the moon is full and then 10:03 days 10:04 after the moon is full so i do this moon 10:07 meditation right 10:09 and i do it because it's so powerful and 10:12 healing but it's such a 10:14 soul healer it heals the emotional 10:16 wounds the old betrayal and the old 10:18 broken 10:18 trust and get broken promises and being 10:21 let down and 10:23 getting backstabbed in her life and all 10:24 these things that happen to everybody 10:26 where 10:27 there's always something we go through 10:28 emotionally 10:30 losses right hardships great losses 10:33 right and all these wounds they stay in 10:35 us and they stay in us and they say this 10:38 um nicole says i added you to my 10:40 favorites and it has helped incredible 10:42 nicole thanks for being 10:43 in here tonight leanne um 10:46 let's see yep i never get youtube 10:49 notifications on you no 10:50 yeah exactly exactly i mean 10:54 it's incredible really how they do that 10:56 carolina how can how can we stop 10:58 spider veins we're talking about the 11:00 liver when it's the spider veins 11:01 lowering fats is is is already a helper 11:04 to stop them from growing 11:06 the more congested the liver gets the 11:09 more 11:10 spider veins and varicose veins we we 11:14 end up having we end up getting so i'm 11:16 gonna put some mushrooms in here 11:18 okay about two cups of mushrooms let's 11:21 start chopping these up right now 11:23 um do some mushroom slices 11:27 i don't want to slice the mushrooms too 11:30 small 11:33 right let's get them steaming 11:37 good to see you guys but you know what i 11:41 got you guys 11:42 i got you guys 11:46 i got you guys 11:51 so who needs who needs it's okay for 11:54 censored 11:56 um dr fon people throw shade at night 11:59 shades but the info is not true oh do 12:02 they ever 12:02 man dr fawn they attack nightshades like 12:06 never before 12:07 right when isn't it funny though 12:11 attacking nightshades when no one knows 12:15 why we're sick who's attacking 12:16 nightshades they don't know why we're 12:18 sick 12:18 they think it's autoimmune which is 12:20 today's topic autoimmune 12:23 doing some mushrooms right 12:27 doing some shrooms right here in the pan 12:32 the good ones not the ones that mess up 12:34 your brain 12:37 right that's right 12:42 that's right mary i heard coconut oil 12:44 and mt's mct 12:45 is a good is good for dementia and 12:47 alzheimer's too do you agree 12:49 no it makes it worse 12:52 makes it worse 12:55 i'll tell you why let me get a couple of 12:57 mushrooms in 12:58 hold that thought hold that thought 13:04 okay just get a couple of mushrooms in 13:06 here we got some mushrooms going 13:07 we're good there all right 13:11 frying them up in a pan 13:14 all right and then let's get half an 13:18 onion in here too okay i'm gonna go with 13:19 red 13:22 just crack the onion open 13:26 uh oh the onion 13:31 mct oil coconut oil good for alzheimer's 13:34 eh 13:37 tell you why it's not and i'll tell you 13:40 why you're bamboozled 13:43 with that information tell you why we 13:45 get bamboozled with that info 13:47 it's actually sad let's do a half an 13:49 onion here 13:50 put this onion over here 13:56 i don't want the onion diced too small i 13:58 still want them kind of hunky 14:00 let's get the onions in here 14:03 it's a great dish we're making let's get 14:06 these steaming 14:12 let's hit the oils really quick here's 14:14 what happens when you 14:15 when you're consuming oils right it 14:18 rushes you to alzheimer's 14:20 it rushes you to dementia is what it 14:23 does 14:25 you see that spec that i put on there do 14:28 you see that spec 14:29 right aluminum right here do you see 14:31 that 14:33 do you know why we get alzheimer's and 14:34 dementia 14:36 because of aluminum and mercury 14:39 predominantly mercury 14:41 in our brain this is the best lesson you 14:44 can ever learn right now about this this 14:45 is really important 14:48 ready metal 14:51 rusts and oxidizes 14:54 and bleeds and corrodes 14:58 and out pockets when oil 15:02 is around it oil 15:05 is around it keep that in mind keep that 15:08 in mind 15:09 oil makes the metal corrode 15:12 faster and it 15:16 makes it move into adjacent tissue 15:19 everybody has aluminum and mercury 15:21 inside their brain 15:23 the higher the fat diet whether good fat 15:26 or bad 15:27 fat the quicker you go to alzheimer's 15:30 dementia depression 15:31 anxiety depersonalization bipolar ocd 15:35 i don't know did i miss a bunch i bet 15:37 you i did schizophrenia whatever i miss 15:39 probably missed a bunch right and 15:42 what happened ptsd too a little bit of 15:45 that 15:46 okay so what happens is oil 15:49 right oil 15:52 will make the metal out out pocket 15:56 so you got the metal in there but the 15:58 metal will expand 16:00 it will run and bleed from the 16:03 oil so whether it's mct or coconut oil 16:06 what nobody's telling you 16:08 is they don't no one took a bunch of 16:11 people with alzheimer's 16:13 right and a bunch of people dementia and 16:15 just gave them 16:16 mct their all their diets 16:20 changed other supplements were brought 16:23 in 16:24 okay fast food was removed 16:27 from from people and that's something to 16:30 understand how it works right 16:32 it's not like you got somebody with 16:33 alzheimer's and dementia nothing's 16:35 changing 16:36 they're still doing everything they do 16:38 nothing changes and all of a sudden let 16:39 me give them a little coconut oil and 16:41 their alzheimer's got better no 16:42 ah never happened never happened never 16:44 will 16:45 never did so just know that right 16:49 plus it's a theory that it's helpful the 16:52 theory 16:53 is built on this preface it's built on 16:56 this foundation of 16:58 our brain needs fat give our brain 17:01 healthy fat and we get better 17:04 alzheimer's 17:05 is the brain give our brain healthy fat 17:08 then alzheimer's gets better this is a 17:11 massive mistake in the industry 17:13 it's an embarrassing mistake because the 17:16 brain 17:16 dies without glucose fast 17:20 in five seconds if your brain doesn't 17:23 have glucose it starts to die 17:25 it starts to die die 17:28 die say it again die yeah your brain 17:32 starts to die without glucose 17:35 in five seconds 17:38 it starts to die okay that's what 17:41 happens 17:42 in 10 seconds it's dying 17:45 without glucose right your brain doesn't 17:48 start dying 17:50 because it's without fat in your 17:52 bloodstream 17:54 you can have no fat in your bloodstream 17:56 your brain doesn't die 17:59 you take out the glucose your brain 18:01 starts to die 18:03 linda i just joined this video do you 18:05 have a book out to help 18:07 losing weight the safe way seems like i 18:10 have 18:11 uh raise every night and am not going 18:14 anywhere with it 18:15 um that's a great book right there new 18:18 addition 18:18 medical medium get it free at the crap at everything 19:00 the other night 19:01 um thank you anthony for spending 19:04 your valuable time with us instead of 19:06 with your family 19:08 you know it means means means the world 19:10 that you even know 19:11 like my dedication hearing your voice 19:13 brings me peace and hope and i 19:15 appreciate all that you do much 19:16 more than you know um cocopine 19:20 2011 i'm honored truly 19:23 um casey no wonder my brain is fried 19:27 thanks aw i'm studying up on all your 19:29 work now i have so much 19:31 gumption to heal i love that word 19:33 gumption really cool 19:35 great word anna is it true that women 19:39 need more protein during pregnancy 19:42 it's what's being pushed by the national 19:44 health guidelines 19:45 huh interesting of course it's pushed 19:48 that's what i was talking about before 19:50 about protein is the protein 19:51 brainwashing scheme of a lifetime was a 19:53 deal brokered in 1933. 19:56 so it's important to know what happened 19:57 is protein was 20:00 was used as a weapon in 1933 big pharma 20:05 and the academic world both combined 20:08 to make sure that you would think 20:09 protein is the answer 20:11 it's it's one of the biggest scams of 20:13 our lifetime it's so sad one day i'll do 20:15 a whole protein show because there's so 20:17 much information involved with it 20:19 but yeah that's how it works what you 20:22 need 20:22 is mineral salts and glucose you need 20:26 calories when you're pregnant but proper 20:28 calories mineral salts and glucose right 20:30 that's what you need protein isn't it 20:33 isn't what your 20:34 baby is is utilizing right it's not what 20:38 mommy's utilizing in order to create a 20:40 healthy baby and that's that's a massive 20:42 scam 20:43 i mean it just is um and yeah they're 20:45 pushing that information but they push 20:47 misinformation 20:48 every day in every way out there right 20:50 and you know what 20:51 here's the best part about it i'm going 20:52 to tell you right now 20:54 the misinformation pushers don't know 20:56 why anybody's sick so if mommy gets sick 20:59 check this out when mommy gets sick with 21:02 fatigue 21:03 right hair hair thinning alopecia 21:07 all right aches and pains when mommy 21:10 gets sick with hashimoto's thyroiditis 21:13 okay when mommy gets sick with 21:16 ra right or lupus or anything 21:20 the same people saying mommy needs 21:22 protein 21:23 for her baby are the same people that 21:26 don't know why you're sick 21:27 does that make a lot of sense to you 21:30 think about that one 21:31 that is a head scratcher times a 21:33 thousand for me 21:34 that's a head scratcher times a million 21:37 so okay 21:37 wait a minute okay so all right you got 21:40 all the answers 21:41 oh okay you guys got all the answers um 21:44 it's protein that i need for my baby 21:46 okay but 21:47 how come you guys don't have one single 21:50 valid 21:51 answer for why 250 million americans 21:55 alone 21:55 right their mind all around the world 21:58 are sick with symptoms right 21:59 so i that's a funny one for me 22:02 so we're experts at what mommy needs 22:05 when we don't know why mommy's sick 22:08 we don't know why mom mommy has 22:09 postpartum depression postpartum fatigue 22:11 postpartum sickness thyroid disease 22:13 we don't know why mommy has breast 22:15 cancer we don't know down the road we 22:17 don't know why mommy has anything 22:19 anything at all but we're experts to 22:21 what mommy needs 22:23 mommy needs her protein for her baby 22:25 right we don't know why mommy's ever 22:28 been sick 22:28 any mommy's been sick in decade after 22:30 decade after decade 22:32 we don't know why any mommy's been sick 22:33 for the whole century for the last 22:35 century 22:36 and this century already but we're 22:38 experts at what mommy needs 22:41 we're total experts right 22:44 when you think when you put it in 22:46 perspective when you place 22:48 that into perspective you you're already 22:51 like wait a minute 22:52 right i mean it's beyond common sense 22:54 like beyond 22:56 amy gallbladder inflammation help 22:59 yeah the you know like if i had 23:01 gallbladder inflammation if i did 23:03 keeping the fats down is critical right 23:05 steaming up some keeping the fats down 23:07 is critical that's part one 23:09 the more fat you eat 23:12 okay whether it's healthy fat or fat 23:15 that's not healthy 23:16 the more bile has to be produced 23:20 so your liver is killing itself to 23:22 produce that vial right 23:23 so your liver is just killing itself to 23:26 produce 23:27 bile right okay so your liver is it's 23:30 it's over working right so it's gotta 23:34 spew out all this bile you keep on 23:36 putting fat in 23:37 you just keep on dumping in and you 23:39 might be like what is he talking about 23:40 fat 23:40 you know chicken fish beef milk cheese 23:43 eggs butter 23:44 bacon pork pork chops whatever right ham 23:47 okay nuts seeds oils coconut oil right 23:51 sesame seeds whatever it is right all 23:52 that fat right olive oil 23:55 your liver has to kill itself so now you 23:56 got an inflamed gallbladder 23:58 the gallbladder is inflamed right it's a 24:00 little gallbladder 24:01 your gallbladder's inflamed and we're 24:05 we're now overworking the liver and the 24:08 liver has to 24:09 produce all this bile and shove it up 24:10 the gallbladder like send it up the 24:12 gallbladder 24:13 now the gallbladder is over stressed it 24:15 has to work hard 24:16 to even sustain itself when you got a 24:18 gallbladder infection of any kind which 24:20 is usually streptococcus 24:22 when you have a streptococcus 24:23 gallbladder infection and you got all 24:25 that bile spewing up 24:27 and it's overburdening that gallbladder 24:29 that's one reason why we can't heal we 24:32 can't heal it 24:32 another reason the more fat you dump in 24:35 the less oxygen in your bloodstream the 24:37 less oxygen in your bloodstream 24:39 the more pathogens like streptococcus 24:41 can take over 24:42 and create that inflamed gallbladder so 24:45 you got that streptococcus 24:46 inflaming the gallbladder right and a 24:48 lot of people's gallbladder it's 24:49 inflamed by streptococcus bacteria 24:51 and then all of a sudden we're dumping 24:52 in fats left and right and streptococcus 24:54 is like woohoo there's no oxygen in our 24:56 blood 24:56 there's very little oxygen in our blood 24:58 now we roll the roost let's keep on 25:00 going with this infection let's keep on 25:01 going with this infection here's the 25:02 other problem 25:03 the more fat in your bloodstream the 25:05 less the nutrients 25:07 the less phytochemical compounds that 25:09 are antibacterial can get to your 25:10 gallbladder so now 25:12 if you eat a red bell pepper which 25:14 happens to have vitamin c 25:15 which is a phytochemical compound which 25:18 helps destroy pathogens right 25:20 like your streptococcus and you're 25:22 trying to eat all these and you want 25:23 your onion 25:24 you get your onion that can help you 25:26 fight infections right 25:28 you get your garlic that can help you 25:29 it's anti-viral antibacterial right 25:32 but those phytochemical compounds can't 25:35 get to the organ 25:36 because there's so much fat in the 25:37 bloodstream blocking 25:39 glucose sugar from taking those 25:41 nutrients 25:42 into your organ now we're not even 25:44 getting the fighting power we need 25:47 there's a lot of information right here 25:49 just letting you guys know 25:50 i mean it's intense and i'm rolling it 25:53 fast 25:55 genetic disease sadie bear genetic 25:58 disease okay so 25:59 uh i'll answer that in a second i think 26:01 a phone call was coming through that i 26:02 had an appointment 26:04 had an appointment with my doctor 26:13 hey dr joby thanks for calling 26:17 phew so what was my diagnosis 26:21 you're my 10th doctor it's genetic 26:26 what do you mean what do you mean 26:28 genetic 26:30 i was fine years ago 26:33 so when did my genes go bad 26:36 dr joby so you mean to tell me 26:41 all right i'm in my i'm in my 40s 26:45 yeah i'm 41 years old uh-huh 26:49 and i've been fine up until i was 39 26:53 and now my genes just went bad 26:56 so now this this disease this disease 27:00 i'm getting is genes 27:02 okay so everybody who's getting sick 27:06 it's their genes everybody 27:10 um oh what about people who are born 27:13 with problems that's genes 27:14 well wait a minute why that's genes too 27:18 i don't get it because 27:22 so wait a minute okay if you don't have 27:23 problems your whole life and then you 27:25 get a problem that's genes if you're 27:26 born with a problem that's genes 27:30 what so everything's just genes okay so 27:33 dr joby so 27:34 what's my what do we do we can't do 27:36 anything really because it's jeans 27:38 rest okay so get some rest all right 27:41 what else 27:41 um stay out of trouble keep the stress 27:43 down 27:44 uh okay well what if i get 27:48 better it's remission so if i get better 27:52 my genetic disease is in remission but 27:54 wait a minute i thought 27:55 genes when they're bad they're bad so 27:58 you mean my genes completely 28:00 healed when i'm in remission no 28:03 they didn't heal my genes are still bad 28:05 but when i go into remission 28:07 i'm in remission so okay so if i get 28:10 better 28:11 my genes are still bad that just doesn't 28:14 make any sense 28:16 um this is confusing me 28:19 all right is everybody's genes going bad 28:23 i hung up on the doctor i had an 28:25 appointment with the doctor today just 28:27 hung up on him 28:28 i'm making hot sauce this is steaming up 28:32 nice 28:36 actually that's cooking up really good 28:37 that's almost done 28:40 um i'm gonna take the lid off 28:46 evaporate some of that juice 28:56 um 28:59 you know it's like when babies are born 29:00 with cancer that's not genes 29:04 that's that's an immune system 29:05 deficiency off the running 29:07 and it's important to know how this 29:09 works right they just want to pinpoint 29:11 everything with genes if a baby's born 29:13 with cancer 29:15 that's a viral infection because because 29:18 cancer is caused by viruses unless you 29:21 get asbestos or you get 29:23 you get unless it's a lethal solvent 29:26 and you know that you know that's a 29:28 different story right but outside of 29:30 those very rare cases 29:32 cancer is viral right viral 29:35 cells going awry but you have to but but 29:39 you can't 29:39 just get cancer from viruses viruses 29:42 need toxins so they need 29:43 a certain amount of a toxic slop and 29:46 brew to feed off of right 29:47 so viruses have to feed off of a lot of 29:50 metals 29:50 and a lot of other toxins that's what 29:52 viruses have to do 29:54 and then the virus feeds off all these 29:56 toxins 29:57 and then gets stronger and starts to 29:59 mutate 30:01 and as it starts to mutate we have a 30:03 different viral cell 30:05 doctors um and sophie 30:09 doctors are telling me they can't help 30:11 me out because 30:12 i am adopted they say it's genetic 30:16 that's it's real oh my god i'm s 30:20 and sophie this breaks my heart that you 30:22 have to hear that 30:24 um look i want you to listen to your 30:27 doctor i want you to go see your doctor 30:28 of course and all that but but if that 30:30 was me 30:30 i i would be yeah i would be upset 30:33 because 30:35 you know if that was me and that's what 30:37 i was told 30:38 i just i would just i wouldn't even by 30:40 being disbelieved 30:42 so we're making some hot hot sauce here 30:45 well that's what they'll tell you 30:46 that's so sad really it's so sad that 30:48 they tell us that 30:51 adhd and autism they'll say adhd and 30:54 autism is genetic no it's not 30:56 it's toxic heavy metals that's what it 30:58 is there's answers to why we have 31:01 problems there's actual answers i'm 31:04 making some hot sauce i'm going to do a 31:05 half 31:05 a half cup of chopped red bell pepper 31:09 which is the rest of this pepper right 31:10 here let's make some hot sauce real 31:12 quick 31:13 i'm going to use the rest of this pepper 31:15 for this hot sauce 31:18 i'm using a food processor i'm trying 31:20 that out i've done that a lot with 31:22 sauces and stuff so i do like it that 31:24 way 31:27 get some pepper in here let's get some 31:30 cherry tomatoes in here too we don't 31:32 need a ton of them about a third of a 31:34 cup but i'm gonna throw 31:35 a few of these in here 31:38 cherry tomatoes so 31:42 um fresh red cayenne pepper if you don't 31:44 have that use some chili pepper flakes 31:46 right here 31:48 got the chili pepper flakes right i'm 31:51 glad you guys could be on here today 31:53 with me 31:53 we're live facebook or live youtube but 31:55 i'm going to throw one of these 31:58 really hot peppers in here 32:01 i don't know how much kind of pepper 32:04 torture i want to be in tonight so maybe 32:06 i'll use 32:08 a smaller one these are really hot and 32:11 when they get blended these are super 32:12 chilies right 32:14 cayenne is what you use super chill 32:15 these are super chilis right there 32:17 that's going to be hot that's going to 32:20 be hot 32:21 i'm going to put that in there don't 32:23 fall for the nightshade 32:24 bs very important 32:28 if super sensitive it's like well are 32:31 you sure you're super sensitive 32:32 to a nightshade so if you took a fresh 32:35 delicious 32:36 heirloom tomato and you cut that tomato 32:39 in half and you had a piece of that 32:40 fresh tomato 32:42 you sure that's causing the trouble 32:46 um there's no cheese you sure there's no 32:48 cheese in there there's no oil in there 32:50 see because um 32:56 i'm gonna grab something right here 33:01 where'd you guys go where'd you go so 33:04 you see like 33:05 okay i can't tell you how many times i 33:08 heard 33:09 in 35 years right i'm sensitive to 33:12 tomatoes 33:14 and they had pizza and they're saying 33:17 it's the tomato sauce and the pizza 33:19 right 33:19 when really we're talking about the 33:22 cheese and the oil 33:24 and the gluten right that's an example 33:26 all on its own it's really important to 33:28 know 33:31 i'm gonna put that nice pizza over there 33:37 you know if you're mono eating 33:40 and you keep out the oils and you keep 33:42 out the bad stuff and you keep out the 33:44 milk cheese butter and you keep all that 33:45 out 33:46 and you're and you can determine really 33:48 what am i sensitive to and even in that 33:50 situation if you're cleansing a lot of 33:52 poisons out you may not know 33:54 you know you may actually be like whoa 33:56 i'm actually doing some cleansing and 33:57 detoxing you know there's a whole thing 33:59 about detoxing where people are like i 34:00 heard that word before it's 34:02 whatever but you know when you do it 34:04 right and you're healing yeah you will 34:05 be cleansing and a lot of poisons will 34:07 be going out 34:08 a lot of people do fake detoxes they 34:10 take a bunch of toxic products they get 34:12 sick from the toxic products and then 34:13 they call it detoxing when really 34:15 they're just sick from toxic products 34:17 um so keep that in mind right there 34:21 a lot of people drown there they have 34:23 tomato and ketchup with all the vinegar 34:25 right 34:25 that's a problem all on its own all the 34:27 vinegar the vinegar is making them sick 34:29 um by the way people make mistakes i'm 34:33 going to talk about this let's i'll talk 34:35 about this in a second but i want to 34:36 finish this up 34:37 what happens with potato as being a 34:39 nightshade family right or 34:41 eggplant eggplant parmesan 34:45 right eggplant parmesan right the 34:48 parmesan 34:49 right fried eggplant in oil the fried 34:53 oil makes people get all like feeling 34:55 like they're busted up right 34:58 it's tomato sauce with cheese in it 35:02 and all kinds of stuff pasta with cheese 35:04 on it right 35:06 these things you know it's baked potato 35:08 with sour cream 35:09 and butter and your mashed potatoes it's 35:12 just combinations 35:14 a lot of that's what's happening right 35:16 but a steamed potato doesn't cause a 35:18 problem with someone 35:23 um a lot of people make mistakes with 35:25 with i'm gonna give you some tips right 35:27 now if you have digestive 35:28 issues of any kind like you're sensitive 35:30 you're inflamed in your digestive tract 35:32 because a lot of people are inflamed in 35:33 their digestive tract 35:36 and when they're inflamed in their 35:37 intestinal lining because they got 35:39 streptococcus they got inflammation 35:42 caused by 35:42 pathogens and they're inflamed they 35:44 don't feel like they're digesting 35:45 anything and so when you eat like 35:48 when you eat like raw spinach or raw 35:50 lettuce or raw red bell pepper 35:52 like i can't eat that red bell pepper i 35:54 can't eat a raw piece of onion i can't 35:56 digest it but what's 35:57 happening is they're digesting it but 36:00 it's actually 36:01 touching everything because you're in 36:02 flames so you feel it right 36:04 so then when they eat an egg right so 36:06 then when they eat an egg 36:09 okay and they have that egg they don't 36:11 feel it because it's not touching 36:12 anything it turns into glue and it's 36:14 just moving through here into 36:16 its glue it's not rubbing right 36:19 but when we eat our lettuces and our 36:21 spinach right raw 36:22 it's rubbing it's moving through us 36:25 right you guys 36:26 okay so you feel it if you're in flame 36:28 doesn't mean you're not digesting it see 36:30 but here's the funny thing you take 36:33 vegetables right vegetables 36:37 and you don't steam them long enough 36:40 till they're soft 36:42 you're gonna feel those rub everything 36:44 too so 36:45 the difference is here is when you steam 36:48 a vegetable or cook a vegetable 36:50 you kill it right yeah you kill it yeah 36:52 it's not raw 36:53 you kill it you cook it right but when 36:56 you do that 36:57 you get the nutrients and all that but 36:59 what happens is that 37:01 this is done right here i'm going to put 37:03 some potatoes in here what happens is 37:04 that 37:05 it's not cooked vegetables 37:08 are easy to digest when they're soft 37:10 when you cook them 37:12 raw vegetables many of like lettuces and 37:16 and spinach and all that are easy to 37:18 digest 37:19 right when when they're raw 37:23 right but when you cook green beans and 37:26 cook carrots but you don't steam them 37:29 until they're soft 37:31 in any and anything like red bell pepper 37:33 anything you don't steam them 37:35 until they're soft what happens 37:39 is that they they tend to they tend to 37:42 rub 37:43 things along the way not break down as 37:46 easy 37:46 right you've got to steam them soft if 37:49 you're sensitive you're not sensitive 37:50 with any kind of digestive sensitivities 37:52 you can just steam them lightly i do it 37:55 all the time i steam my stuff really 37:56 lightly right 37:57 but i like steaming them more more with 38:00 you guys because i know a lot of you 38:02 guys 38:02 have a lot of sensitivities but we need 38:05 our vegetables 38:06 um so what i just did is i just put 38:09 in here i got some onion in this bowl 38:13 i got some uh red bell pepper in here 38:16 right okay now i'm gonna do now i'm 38:19 gonna start working on 38:20 some potatoes 38:23 now i'm gonna start working on the 38:25 potatoes i'm gonna just take some of 38:26 this out here 38:30 there we go all right 38:33 and i'm gonna i got steamed potatoes 38:35 right here remember i keep a whole bunch 38:37 handy right you guys 38:41 and i'm gonna cut up some nice pieces 38:44 right here 38:49 okay in the pan nice hot pan i cook cook 38:53 them ahead i keep them in the fridge 38:57 covering a lot covering a lot of cool 38:59 topics that 39:00 count back to alzheimer's and dementia 39:03 no the more fat you do the quicker you 39:05 get there 39:07 the more fat you do the quicker you get 39:08 there the more protein you do the 39:10 quicker you get there 39:12 yeah the more protein you do the quicker 39:14 you get to alzheimer's and dementia 39:16 reason why most proteins have a lot of 39:18 fat in there 39:19 keep that in mind so um 39:22 you know that's important to know so i 39:24 got some potato in here i'm gonna do 39:26 another one 39:30 so i'm just kind of cubing them a little 39:32 bit you guys guys with me 39:34 i'm really happy we're here today 39:38 i wasn't sure if i could even do a live 39:40 today i wasn't sure i got a lot 39:42 lot going on there's just a lot going on 39:47 and it's hard to always 39:50 you know be able to do this but you know 39:52 what i pushed myself and i said we're 39:54 going to do this no matter what did it 39:57 um anyway i'm getting some potato going 39:59 in the pan just getting it nice and 40:01 toasty a little bit so i got a sauce i'm 40:05 making so i'm going to put a clove of 40:06 garlic in here you can do three cloves 40:08 of garlic uh 40:10 i'm gonna do one clove of garlic for 40:11 this because you know what i already 40:14 i already put um a really hot pepper in 40:18 this one 40:20 i just put a clove of garlic in there 40:22 right 40:23 okay if you're sensitive do less do a 40:25 quarter 40:26 do a quarter clove or okay and that hot 40:28 spice might be hard on you right 40:31 uh three tablespoons of lime juice 40:34 let's go with some limes 40:38 let's do that start getting some lime 40:40 juice in here 40:43 lissy cone hey what are you on facebook 40:47 or you on youtube is this recipe in the 40:50 book i want to make this tonight laugh 40:53 out loud where is this 40:55 you know the books too you actually know 40:56 the book unless he's a family friend 41:01 dear friend of mine 41:06 and knows the books inside and out read 41:10 every word and knows them 41:12 like knows them i'll post it it will be 41:15 posted tomorrow 41:17 let's see i'll post this tomorrow so i'm 41:19 just getting some lime juice in here 41:26 okay potatoes are done 41:29 toasting up browning up nice 41:33 and this is the medical medium let's see 41:34 this is the medical medium hot sauce 41:36 on the on the blog it's already there 41:47 what i love about this is got some juice 41:49 from those onions 41:51 and mushrooms and red bell pepper in 41:53 here right 41:54 incredible turn that off 42:04 get these potatoes in here 42:11 [Music] 42:13 so good so good 42:17 i got the potatoes in there too so it's 42:19 coming together right 42:21 got the onions this is a potato bowl got 42:23 the onions and the mushrooms right here 42:25 and the red bell peppers cooked down 42:26 here i got this 42:27 incredible like broth juice that's 42:29 that's on the bottom and i got these 42:31 these toasted up potatoes right here 42:33 these potatoes were steamed beforehand 42:35 keep that in mind you guys 42:37 keep that in mind if you stick raw 42:40 potatoes in there you got to cook them 42:42 for a while 42:43 to get them to cook right 42:47 keep that in mind all right let's keep 42:49 on working this let's get some lemon in 42:51 here 42:53 quarter cup of lemon juice goes in this 42:55 dressing let me get a strainer 43:00 somebody said the other i don't know if 43:02 it was what was it it was recently or 43:04 something he said 43:04 you got a metal strainer mr heavy metal 43:08 guy 43:08 [Music] 43:10 mr heavy metal guy worry about your 43:12 metals 43:13 and you got a metal strainer true 43:18 i do and i'm not worried 43:21 because i've been doing that heavy metal 43:22 detox movie for a long time 43:26 and it gets more metal out of you than 43:29 you can put in you 43:36 it's all about getting more metal out of 43:39 you than you can 43:40 put in you right 43:43 okay so what else do we need here we 43:46 need some raw honey 43:48 let's go with a little bit of raw honey 43:51 okay 43:52 three tablespoons of raw honey 43:58 we put a really big amount here 44:05 nice nice get the raw honey going 44:09 okay and um i think that's it i'm going 44:12 to blend this up let's just 44:13 get get it out the honey off the spoon a 44:15 little bit 44:19 so i'm making the 44:22 the sauce the hot sauce which i'm 44:26 actually really excited about 44:30 give this a little whirl you guys with 44:32 me let's talk about some other stuff and 44:34 i want to answer some questions too 44:37 hold on a second here 44:40 make sure this is together there you go 44:47 do a little pulsing here 44:52 nice i'm gonna put this in a bowl 44:56 [Music] 45:03 let's spin that 45:07 i'm gonna spin it a little bit more i'm 45:10 gonna put in a jar 45:14 you guys okay with that i put this in 45:17 the jar 45:26 doing some food process processor action 45:38 nice i can already tell that this is 45:41 going to be hot 45:44 you know it it look put a little cayenne 45:47 there you can do that you can do it you 45:49 don't have to make it super hot but i 45:50 actually 45:51 i actually made this one super hot okay 45:53 sorry 45:55 all right let me just put this in you 45:57 guys see if i can do this without making 45:59 a mess 46:04 so i'm just getting the hot sauce in 46:06 this jar right here 46:08 all right um now 46:11 you can put a little bit of this i'm 46:12 going to take a tablespoon i'll take the 46:14 tablespoon that the honey 46:16 right with the honey not great um 46:20 and i was going to put a little 46:21 tablespoon on here drizzle it on right 46:24 you don't have to use a ton of it put it 46:27 in the fridge for a little bit 46:30 and then i'm going to cut up some green 46:32 onion 46:33 put on top too okay so i'm putting a 46:35 little this hot sauce on here 46:38 i'm pumped up about this this is 46:40 actually really exciting 46:43 i'm i'm actually really excited about 46:45 this let me chop up a few green onions 46:46 you guys okay if i do that 46:49 [Music] 46:51 you know i woke up this morning and i 46:53 was thinking about all you guys 46:56 and i was talking a spirit of compassion 46:58 right 47:01 talking to spirit of compassion and 47:05 i said i said most high 47:10 since i was a child that's one of my 47:11 nicknames there right 47:13 i said what more can i do and he said to 47:17 me 47:20 people are in need of this information 47:24 and it's about saving lives protecting 47:27 lives too 47:28 right 47:33 don't take your eye off the ball 47:38 all these years 35 years you haven't 47:40 contradicted yourself 47:42 you've been true to the information 47:45 you've been fighting for the chronicle 47:47 spirit said 47:50 and we got to keep the mission strong 47:53 putting a little bit more of these green 47:54 onions on there i can't help it i love 47:56 it 48:02 as i said after that i 48:08 getting myself ready this morning it was 48:09 about 5 30 this morning and i said 48:11 god give me strength 48:15 a lot of people are gonna get sick in 48:16 the coming years 48:20 we're gonna see autoimmune like we've 48:22 never seen before 48:25 and so i was chopping up a little bit of 48:28 parsley you don't need a lot of parsley 48:30 here 48:31 put a little on top okay a little bit of 48:33 parsley 48:37 that's a dish and i'm pumped about 48:39 eating it i really am 48:41 okay all right i'm gonna get a lemon 48:44 slice here 48:45 you guys okay with that 48:48 get a little lemon slice on the side 48:53 you can do a lemon slice in different 48:55 ways um 48:56 i'm going to do it this way here here we 49:00 go 49:04 sometimes i like doing the lemon slice 49:06 like that look at that i don't know if 49:07 you guys can see it so easy i'm gonna 49:08 put it on the side 49:10 like this put it right on the side in 49:11 here when i got that 49:14 so it's incredible the potatoes here i 49:16 got the mushrooms red bell peppers all 49:18 of it 49:18 the sauce on top i'm so excited about 49:21 this 49:22 diane i just have to say i am a chronic 49:25 migraine sufferer and i spent years 49:28 trying various different meds 49:30 but since i've started the celery juice 49:32 i've had an incredible 49:33 improvement in overall health the needle 49:36 moved 49:37 you moved diane you moved the needle 49:41 you did it you moved the needle 49:45 right right that's what that is and 49:48 the disrespect out there towards celery 49:50 juice the disrespect 49:52 out there towards the chronically ill 49:54 right 49:55 and it's kind they're constantly 49:56 insulting chronically ill 24 7 out there 49:59 but yet you've got the health scene 50:00 pretending they actually care about the 50:02 chronicle when 50:03 i've seen leaders in the health scene 50:05 they don't really care they care about 50:06 their pocket their dollars 50:08 they care about their fame they care 50:10 about their empires they're all building 50:11 on their podcast they care about 50:13 their empires right and then they dangle 50:16 carrots in front of everybody 50:17 you know like as if they're doing like 50:19 enough right 50:21 and then they tear apart celery juice at 50:23 the same time seen that over and over 50:25 right because 50:26 why build celery juice up and make it 50:29 into something big when no one can make 50:30 money off of it and 50:31 all it's going to do is get anthony 50:33 william the medical media more 50:34 well-known so let's keep the down low on 50:36 the celery juice but make sure 50:38 we're drinking it and the meanwhile the 50:40 sad thing is 50:41 if we cared about the chronically ill 50:42 and we cared about people suffering like 50:44 diane 50:44 you with your migraines then we would be 50:47 we would be really really making sure 50:50 everybody knew about how this needle 50:51 could be moved and 50:53 and we'd have uh two billion people 50:56 drinking celery juice right 50:58 got a migraine chapter in the book 51:02 and new edition migraine chapter so 51:04 everybody knows okay 51:06 there it is and um it's the revised 51:09 expanded new edition 51:11 so i made this incredible dish right 51:12 here i'm heading to ig 51:15 and tic toc fasten your seat belts i 51:17 don't know what kind of mood i'm in 51:19 tonight 51:20 but um we'll see 51:24 because we're going to be doing ig in a 51:26 little while i don't know if it's going 51:27 to be 10 minutes or something like that 51:29 i'll probably clean up a little bit 51:31 straighten out just for a couple of 51:33 minutes i might take a quick jab at this 51:35 dish right here but the suffering has 51:38 just begun 51:40 chronically ill or as far as what's 51:42 coming 51:43 with autoimmune diagnoses and where 51:46 we're heading in the next year 51:47 and two years and three years and next 51:49 six months and 51:51 yeah even if no one sees the numbers yet 51:56 right because everything gets suppressed 51:59 you know yep ryan lau hello 52:02 we'll see you there amazing kailyn 52:04 mitchell 52:05 um see you there anthony awesome i'm 52:08 honored 52:09 michelle constantine celery juice cured 52:11 my acid reflux i've been drinking it 52:13 every day i had reflux 52:15 for a lifetime even as a little kid 52:17 thanks so much just incredible 52:19 incredible you guys gonna come to me 52:21 with to ig 52:24 um i think a lot of people don't come to 52:26 ig with me because they think it's the 52:28 same show 52:31 it's not the same show i mean i do a 52:32 different show each time by the way you 52:34 guys
