Summary

This transcript focuses on the powerful healing benefits of celery juice as a medicinal tool, how to properly use it, and cautions about common pitfalls and external factors that can hinder health progress.

Core Tools to Use

  • Celery Juice (16+ ounces daily on empty stomach)
    • Why: Raises stomach acid (HCl), cleanses liver, charges bile reserve, kills harmful bacteria (e.g., strep, H. pylori), clears toxins, and strengthens digestion.
    • How: Juice celery alone (no additives), strain through a fine mesh strainer, drink fresh immediately on an empty stomach.
  • Medical Medium Supplement Protocols (e.g., for Lyme disease, thyroid issues)
    • Why: Supports deeper healing beyond celery juice alone, targets underlying causes like Epstein-Barr virus and bacterial infections.
    • How: Use supplements like Vimergy Cat’s Claw, Zinc, Vitamin C, Lysine, and Goldenseal as recommended in Medical Medium books.
  • High-Quality Juicer (e.g., Omega MM-900 HDS)
    • Why: Extracts maximum juice with very dry pulp, saving money and maximizing medicinal value.
    • How: Use a slow cold-press juicer designed for celery; strain juice well.

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • Adding anything to celery juice (lemon, water, ice, other fruits/vegetables)
    • Why: Dilutes sodium cluster salts and medicinal potency, reducing effectiveness.
    • How: Drink celery juice pure, no additives.
  • High Pressure Pasteurized (HPP) celery juice products
    • Why: HPP damages healing properties and is not truly fresh juice despite shelf life claims.
    • How: Avoid store-bought HPP celery juice; make fresh juice yourself or buy freshly pressed from a trusted source.
  • Excessive blood draws
    • Why: Frequent blood draws weaken the immune system and can cause setbacks in healing.
    • How: Limit unnecessary blood tests and monitor immune health.
  • Exposure to toxins and triggers (toxic household cleaners, bug bites, radiation from airports, scented products, fluoride treatments, aluminum deodorants)
    • Why: These exposures can knock the immune system down and cause health setbacks.
    • How: Minimize exposure to toxic chemicals, radiation, and irritating substances.
  • Celery powder supplements
    • Why: Ineffective compared to fresh celery juice.
    • How: Use fresh celery juice only.
  • Relying solely on food sensitivity/allergy tests for dietary decisions
    • Why: Tests often show false positives or misinterpret foods that help as allergens.
    • How: Use personal experience and symptom tracking to guide diet; be cautious about test results.

Daily / Supportive Practices

  • Drink celery juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
    • Why: Maximizes absorption and healing effects.
    • How: Juice celery fresh daily; drink 16-32 ounces or more depending on tolerance.
  • Start with small amounts if sensitive (2-4 ounces), then gradually increase
    • Why: To avoid diarrhea or detox reactions caused by killing off bacteria.
    • How: Begin with small doses and increase as tolerated.
  • Wash celery well (warm water, gentle dish soap if needed), avoid sodium bicarbonate residue
    • Why: To remove pesticides and residues without ingesting sodium bicarbonate.
    • How: Rinse thoroughly after washing with any cleaning agents.
  • Be your own health detective
    • Why: To identify triggers, setbacks, and progress accurately.
    • How: Track symptoms, treatments, exposures, medications, and lifestyle factors.
  • Use Medical Medium books and resources for guidance on protocols and supplements
    • Why: Provides detailed healing protocols for specific conditions.
    • How: Read and apply recommendations from the Medical Medium New Edition.

Situations to Use These Tools

  • Chronic illness with bizarre symptoms (aches, tingles, dizziness, eye issues, bladder problems, sinusitis)
  • Digestive issues including SIBO, bloating, H. pylori, diverticulitis
  • Thyroid conditions (e.g., Hashimoto’s)
  • Lyme disease and related neurological symptoms
  • Detoxification and liver support
  • When experiencing setbacks from medical treatments or environmental exposures

Recipe / Protocol

Fresh Celery Juice

Ingredients:

  • 16 to 32 ounces of fresh celery stalks (organic preferred)

Instructions:

  1. Wash celery thoroughly with warm water; optionally use gentle dish soap and rinse well to remove any residues.
  2. Chop celery into pieces suitable for your juicer.
  3. Juice celery alone using a slow cold-press juicer (e.g., Omega MM-900 HDS).
  4. Strain juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove all pulp.
  5. Drink immediately on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning.
  6. Do not add water, ice, lemon, or any other ingredients.
  7. If sensitive, start with 2-4 ounces and gradually increase to 16-32 ounces daily.

Additional Notes

  • Celery juice works by cleansing the stomach glands, knocking down harmful bacteria and viruses in the gut, and detoxifying the liver via the hepatic portal vein.
  • The pulp leftover from juicing is fiber that would be excreted anyway; juicing extracts medicinal compounds without taxing digestion.
  • Avoid mixing celery juice with other fruits or vegetables if the goal is therapeutic healing.
  • Monitor for reactions and adjust intake accordingly; diarrhea or detox symptoms indicate bacterial die-off.
  • Combine celery juice with Medical Medium supplement protocols for enhanced healing in complex conditions.

0:15 about the benefits of celery juice is
0:16 what we're talking about so this is a
0:18 very expensive there's a very
0:19 like unexpected moment happening when
0:22 we're live like that
0:23 look um i'm going to talk about why
0:25 celery juice is so powerful what it's
0:27 done for people
0:28 what has happened with people's lives as
0:30 they're drinking celery juice why it's
0:32 so important
0:33 why it's not just juice it's not just
0:36 it's not just
0:36 vegetable juice it's not vegetable juice
0:39 good to see you guys
0:40 uh lisa says pink phone and
0:43 so um you know the one thing you guys
0:45 have to know is that the track record
0:48 the street cred
0:50 is unbelievable like never before
0:53 unbelievable okay uh sunday's in good
0:56 see you
0:56 um so it's it's a time period
1:00 in history where we have such a tool
1:02 like we do
1:03 and this wasn't there before yeah unless
1:07 somebody knew me in the past and they
1:08 knew me
1:09 over the years and they came to me when
1:12 they were sick like when i used to see
1:13 people one-on-one by the thousands right
1:15 and
1:16 then i could be like celery juice celery
1:18 juice celery juice right
1:20 shannon you finally caught the live
1:22 margaret good to see you um
1:24 tomato shirt exactly so the the whole
1:27 thing is with celery juice is that
1:29 it's moved the needle for people right
1:32 in that matter so when you're sick for
1:34 12 i've
1:35 seen people sick for 20 years that would
1:37 come to me they sick for 20 years
1:39 and they would knock on my door because
1:41 i was known as the bizarre
1:43 symptoms guy right the doctor would say
1:46 you know what i heard of this guy that
1:49 another doctor i heard
1:51 you know use this guy right me right and
1:53 i heard of this guy
1:55 and he handles all the bizarre symptoms
1:57 he knows why
1:58 people are sick courtney m a good to see
2:01 you he knows why we're
2:02 people are actually struggling aches and
2:04 pains tingles and numbness kind of
2:05 strange buzzing popping in the ears
2:08 got the vertigo and the dizziness got
2:10 the eye headaches the eye flashes got
2:12 the
2:12 flutters the flutters in the ears right
2:15 got the
2:15 the flashing in the eye right like i
2:17 said before they got
2:19 uh the uh like the floaters in the eye
2:21 the black spots in the eye right good to
2:23 see you guys so glad you're coming on
2:25 and basically the bottom line is all
2:28 these strange symptoms burning skin
2:30 right bladder issues that are
2:32 unexplainable that just get a diagnosis
2:34 that really doesn't help
2:36 all these things people have gone
2:38 through along with like chronic
2:40 sinusitis and all kinds of other stuff
2:42 and good to see you guys and so i was
2:45 known as this bizarre symptoms guy and
2:47 one of the tools
2:49 powerful tools for spirit of compassion
2:52 was
2:52 juicing a minimum of 16 ounces of celery
2:56 right on an empty stomach on an empty
2:59 stomach
3:00 okay and you know once a day
3:04 and that was we're talking game
3:08 changer man game changer
3:12 like a whole another level
3:15 and so look if you're not juicing celery
3:17 if you haven't tried it that's okay
3:19 right that's all right i haven't had
3:21 celery juice today so i figured i'd get
3:23 the juicer out
3:24 and run some celery through it because i
3:27 haven't had any
3:29 amy tang said yay glad you're doing a
3:31 live on my birthday happy birthday amy
3:34 that's so special i'm honored you're
3:37 here
3:38 on your birthday okay and you're a
3:40 monitor here
3:41 incredible so good to see you guys so
3:43 this is a really
3:45 a special live because i'm going to be
3:48 talking about
3:49 what this does what this herbal
3:52 medicine does you might heard some of
3:54 the stuff before i've talked about it
3:56 raises your hcl cleans up your liver
3:59 charges up your bile reserve right
4:02 you know jennifer says how do i adjust
4:04 to the taste of celery juice i'm sorry i
4:06 hate the taste look i don't blame you
4:08 there's sometimes i don't like the taste
4:11 some batches of celery you guys i don't
4:14 like the
4:14 taste i'm just telling you right now and
4:17 this batch of celery juice isn't the
4:19 tastiest i've had okay
4:21 sometimes the big crisp stalks are so
4:24 good
4:25 okay jenny says celery juice totally
4:28 moved the needle for me
4:29 especially when i got up to 56
4:33 ounces per day incredible
4:37 jenny 56 ounces per day that's amazing
4:41 you got me beat today because i'm
4:43 probably doing like 40 ounces or
4:44 something like you got me beat
4:47 um so yeah so this is really an
4:49 important time
4:50 really is so some batches are some
4:53 batches you guys i want to give you
4:55 all the tidbits okay some batches
4:58 are astringent right they're more
5:01 spindly and green
5:03 check this out have you seen this kind
5:05 of batch
5:06 this is what i call like the paper thin
5:08 batch
5:09 the stocks look big right the stocks
5:12 look big
5:13 but guess what it's a trick they're not
5:16 they're paper thin and they're kind of
5:18 like strange in a way like when i get
5:21 this kind
5:22 and i know i've known this kind for so
5:24 many years it's like a
5:25 paper thin stalk you see that kind right
5:29 there
5:29 and interesting and it's it's okay it
5:32 tastes alright right it's not my
5:33 favorite one
5:35 and sometimes you'll get in in this this
5:38 batch of celery i have now
5:40 right this batch of celery i have now
5:43 it's got this
5:44 thick cord in the center you know and
5:46 you can
5:47 chop that up and use it so let me take
5:49 this knife right here right it's got the
5:51 thick
5:52 cord so you can you can cut that in half
5:54 right
5:55 and you can put it through the juicer
5:57 like that too so that's something you
5:58 can do
5:59 so that's that's one kind right there
6:01 that i'm talking about
6:02 um okay yatro mckay
6:05 i can't tolerate even a small amount i
6:08 get
6:09 full on diarrhea wondering what to do
6:11 one teaspoon
6:13 help would be appreciated first of all
6:15 you might be straining it
6:17 right meaning you might be straining it
6:19 or you might
6:20 not be straining it which one is because
6:22 you have to strain it
6:24 it's one thing that's important you guys
6:26 you can juice your celery
6:27 but you still have to strain it through
6:29 a fine mesh strainer
6:30 right so that's one thing
6:34 because the little the little the little
6:36 tiny
6:37 the pulp left over can be a
6:40 like sometimes promote that kind of
6:42 peristaltic
6:43 action it's one thing the other thing is
6:46 if
6:46 cell like for okay here's the other
6:48 thing be your own detective
6:50 so that means there's nothing else
6:52 that's giving you diarrhea
6:53 like you have never never had diarrhea
6:55 before
6:57 just a question right so i ask everybody
7:00 that okay
7:01 if celery juice gives you diarrhea just
7:04 a little bit of it
7:05 is your stomach upset on a normal basis
7:08 so everything's perfect your stomach's
7:09 fine
7:10 nothing's ever happened with your
7:12 stomach like nothing goes wrong with it
7:14 you don't have bloating you know
7:15 cramping diarrhea no stomach digestive
7:18 issues whatsoever
7:18 everything's completely perfect until
7:21 you have a little celery juice
7:23 and then diarrhea comes or did you have
7:25 diarrhea last week
7:27 um did you have diarrhea three days ago
7:28 did you have diarrhea two months ago a
7:30 week ago two weeks ago
7:32 or do you have a little bit of it on and
7:33 off every other day
7:35 and it's hit or miss it's like whoa got
7:37 the runs now i don't know what i ate
7:39 i got the runs now something's irritated
7:41 oh i've been to the doctor i got ibs
7:43 like
7:43 so be your own detective that's one
7:44 thing there so
7:46 then you can distinguish how you know
7:48 you got the tummy
7:50 the tummy stuff going on right you know
7:52 or
7:53 is everything perfect and you drink a
7:55 little celery juice because if
7:56 everything's perfect
7:58 and you drink a little celery juice
8:00 right that celery juice
8:02 is doing some cleansing so it's killing
8:04 off some bugs
8:05 if everything's not perfect and you have
8:07 stomach problems anyway
8:09 and stomach issues anyway it's killing
8:12 off some bugs too right so we'll go into
8:15 that a little bit here's a close here's
8:16 a sodium cluster salt right here
8:18 it's an orange it's an orange eva lopez
8:22 i've been drinking celery juice for the
8:23 last four months
8:24 every morning went
8:28 went and had a wellness check it came
8:30 back with no issues
8:31 my doctor was amazed because i'm 49
8:34 years old
8:34 and i'm not on any pharmaceutical the
8:37 doctor said keep drinking
8:39 that celery juice amazing and you know
8:42 look you guys got to look out to you for
8:44 triggers i
8:45 call them new medical treatments you
8:48 gotta always question them
8:50 look out for triggers be careful because
8:52 you could have some good health and then
8:54 a new medical treatment could set some
8:56 people back
8:58 if they're not checking into stuff you
8:59 know what i mean kind of give you kind
9:01 of heads up
9:02 and then not only that um
9:05 other triggers like are you going to
9:07 your doctor and getting blood tests
9:08 regularly
9:09 and are they drawing a lot of blood they
9:11 drawing 70 milliliters 50 milliliters
9:14 100 milliliters 140 milliliters 200 ml
9:16 are they taking blood because then you
9:17 lose your immune system and eventually
9:19 you go backwards that way too keep in
9:21 mind that there's always a couple of
9:23 triggers
9:23 that we have to keep you know always
9:25 look out for because yeah
9:27 the celery juice can help us help us
9:29 help us and then we do things
9:31 then knock us down knock us down knock
9:33 us down
9:34 right that's how it works you're going
9:37 up you're going up with your celery
9:38 i'm getting better whoa moving the
9:40 needle moving the needle this is great
9:42 moving the needle this is amazing i'm
9:44 going to put these celery sticks in here
9:45 moving the needle drinking my celery
9:47 juice getting better
9:49 and what just had a whole bunch of blood
9:51 taken for me just had a whole bunch of
9:52 blood taken from me
9:53 said going backwards don't know why
9:56 maybe it's the celery just no
9:57 it's the blood taken out right or you're
10:00 moving forward you're moving up
10:02 you're drinking your celery juice you're
10:03 moving the needle you're moving the
10:05 needle
10:06 and then boom new medical treatment that
10:08 was offered or something
10:10 something you didn't do enough research
10:12 on something you know that
10:14 maybe you got peer pressured into
10:17 right something you might have been peer
10:20 pressured into
10:21 right and boom back going back
10:25 going back going back going back you
10:27 know and
10:28 so i mean keep that in mind too i forgot
10:30 to do my blood extraction you guys
10:33 i got some bio nature tomato paste let
10:35 me use that this time
10:37 um by the way we're live on youtube
10:39 we're live on facebook
10:40 so i got some bio nature tomato paste
10:42 which actually is really good
10:43 tomato base is clean it's it's really
10:47 good stuff all right and i got my little
10:50 needle here so so let's see
10:54 here this is such a big syringe i can't
10:56 get it in here
10:58 so i might have to get a smaller syringe
11:00 we're live
11:01 i don't know what i'm saying if anything
11:05 can go wrong
11:06 it will right um
11:09 i'll go look for another syringe but so
11:12 we
11:12 we do these things that we don't realize
11:15 right
11:16 that could set us back when we move the
11:19 needle
11:19 and we're moving the needle forward and
11:21 then there's this war
11:22 right this war that's happening
11:26 this war of you're doing something good
11:29 and then you're getting hit backwards
11:32 with something that you don't know might
11:34 not be so good like i always tell
11:36 people yeah i want people to go to their
11:38 doctor absolutely okay i talk to doctors
11:41 all the time
11:42 and i want people to see their doctors i
11:44 want people to get blood tested
11:46 i want people to take advice
11:50 recommendations prescriptions from their
11:52 doctors right
11:54 but at the same time doctors are in this
11:56 playing field where they don't know
11:58 what's wrong with people right they
11:59 don't know what causes chronic illness a
12:01 doctor
12:01 doesn't know what causes fibromyalgia
12:03 doesn't know what causes ra
12:05 they don't know what causes lyme disease
12:07 because they were wrong about the
12:08 bacteria
12:09 so when when they don't know what's
12:11 going on with people but they also
12:13 here's how it works with big pharma and
12:15 doctors i'm going to give you this
12:16 little tidbit right here and this is
12:17 really important to know right
12:19 is big pharma puts pressure on doctors
12:22 because i talk to doctors all the time
12:24 been talking to doctors forever about
12:26 this stuff right and big pharma
12:28 they put pressure on doctors
12:32 pushing out the pharmaceuticals that big
12:34 pharma wants
12:35 see and you guys don't know that you
12:38 guys go make an appointment to doctor
12:40 doctors there and but well you don't
12:42 know that the doctors all had to have a
12:43 meeting
12:44 with the uh with the uh big pharma
12:48 dealer right the dealer that comes to
12:50 the clinics the dealer that comes to
12:53 they come to the they fly around they
12:55 get off the plane
12:56 they got their black bag they go into
12:59 the clinic
13:00 they go and they're in the clinic now
13:02 right
13:03 and all the doctors get around for a
13:05 minute and they they take out the black
13:07 black bag and they go we got this new
13:09 anti-anxiety medication right here yep
13:11 right we got that one we got this is big
13:13 pharma this is somebody working for big
13:15 pharma
13:15 we got this new treatment here you guys
13:18 want here's the pamphlet
13:20 the doctors know nothing about the
13:22 treatment they know nothing about the
13:24 drug
13:24 they know nothing about anything they
13:26 can hand it a pamphlet
13:28 the doctor doesn't know any history
13:30 behind it
13:31 doesn't know what happened really in the
13:33 studies on the drug
13:34 doesn't know anything big pharma comes
13:36 with their bag
13:37 their bag of goodies they come to the
13:40 doctor
13:40 the chick this is really important
13:42 information i actually never told you
13:43 guys this i don't think maybe i did
13:45 years ago
13:46 they go to the doctor's office right and
13:49 then they sell
13:50 their bag of goods that's how it's done
13:54 so your doctor sits there and or group a
13:56 doctor sits there and he's sitting here
13:57 like this and he's like okay what else
13:58 you got
13:59 like well we got we got uh this we got
14:02 this new drug coming out for anxiety
14:05 this is for women that are
14:06 suffering from anxiety it's a new
14:08 variety of anti
14:09 okay what else you got we got this here
14:13 this other drug here for inflammation
14:16 you can put it in a needle put in
14:18 syringe and inject it if you need to
14:20 into them here's another drug we have
14:22 here here's a new painkiller we have
14:24 right
14:25 and but the doctors don't know anything
14:28 about if these drugs work or not because
14:29 the doctors are the experiment
14:32 part of the experiment okay they're part
14:35 of the experiment
14:36 the doctor's like well i got all these
14:38 patients walking through the door
14:40 and all these patients are hurting with
14:41 something um
14:43 the drug dealer came here
14:46 and with his bag of tricks his bag of
14:48 goods he told me
14:50 that try this new drug for this woman's
14:52 depression
14:54 try this new anti-anxiety for this
14:56 woman's depression
14:57 try this new prostate medication for
14:59 this for this man's prostate problem
15:02 try this new whatever right so they have
15:05 and then they just they're just part of
15:06 the experiment
15:08 see how it works so now you come in well
15:11 i got an appointment of doctors
15:13 met the doctor said uh time anthony
15:16 time to time to come okay let me get up
15:18 let me go see the doctor right i guess
15:19 i'll go in there right
15:21 and you go in there and the doctor looks
15:22 at your you know whatever looks at your
15:24 tests or
15:25 makes his conclusions and says okay well
15:28 and
15:28 he goes and he goes well let me give you
15:30 a prescription for this drug
15:32 he was only told just recently
15:36 by a representative of a big pharma to
15:39 try these drugs so now you become the
15:41 experiment
15:42 you're the experiment now right doesn't
15:44 this make celery juice so much nicer
15:46 when i think about it
15:47 does this make celery juice like what
15:50 you know
15:51 you can take celery juice and work on
15:53 getting better
15:54 millions are healing around the world i
15:56 mean doesn't this other process sound
15:57 horrifying in a way
15:59 so we become an experiment to every
16:02 single drug that comes out
16:03 so every single drug the big pharma
16:05 peddles
16:06 that had they have their drug dealers
16:09 right
16:10 bring their black bag to all the clinics
16:12 if you just got on here i'm talking
16:13 about big pharma's drug dealers they go
16:15 to all the clinics and all the doctors
16:16 in all the hospitals and all doctors
16:18 offices
16:19 and they take their black bag out and
16:20 they show the doctors the new drugs
16:22 coming out and then you become the
16:23 experiment
16:24 and if that drug's been out already for
16:26 two months you're now part of the
16:27 experiment for two months if the drug's
16:29 been out for two years probably
16:30 experiment for two years
16:31 christine k did the doctors make money
16:33 off each prescription
16:34 yes i talked to one doctor and every
16:36 single prescription that the doctor
16:38 prescribes he gets five dollars
16:41 um off that prescription
16:44 for a lifetime like a stipend kind of
16:47 thing
16:48 now i don't know of all doctors they
16:49 don't know all around the world
16:51 i talked to a lot of doctors i talked to
16:53 one doctor and he says he gets five
16:54 dollars
16:55 for every single bottle or prescription
17:00 that's sold so that means that then this
17:03 doctor told me it's going to give him a
17:04 lifetime of playing golf right
17:06 so you're going to be able to play golf
17:07 not every doctor is signed on to this
17:08 program i don't think i don't know how
17:10 it works really i mean i should find out
17:12 bet more about it but he told me that
17:13 it's like okay well
17:15 so now you know that means he said when
17:17 he retires
17:19 if people are still using those
17:21 prescriptions because they're sick for
17:23 their whole lifetime and he's still
17:24 getting five dollars for every bottle
17:25 that's filled right
17:27 but that was him i don't know if it's
17:28 like that for but he said don't don't
17:30 don't quote me on that for everybody
17:31 every doctor every country
17:33 this country that country don't quote me
17:35 on that but i did hear that um
17:37 and i'm gonna look into it more too but
17:40 the bottom line is
17:41 the bottom line is we become an
17:43 experiment right so the drug dealer from
17:46 big pharma ashley kevin i saw
17:47 the drug dealer from big pharma comes to
17:50 the doctor's office
17:52 shows him what he's got whether it's
17:54 five years ago four years ago three
17:56 years ago today tomorrow
17:58 and then everybody's now an experiment
18:00 on that drug right
18:02 so everybody your experiment right so
18:04 with that in mind
18:07 right there could be some new medical
18:09 treatments that are really really
18:12 peer pressure peer pressure
18:16 you know
18:19 [Music]
18:20 right under pressure people go like
18:23 under pressure
18:25 and to actually partake
18:30 and so here you are moving forward
18:31 moving forward moving forward moving
18:32 forward moving forward moving forward
18:34 moving forward
18:35 you're healing you're healing you're
18:36 healing what
18:38 going back so that's you know and then
18:41 there's
18:42 so many different there's so many
18:44 different potholes and
18:45 and trouble spots out there and
18:47 everything else that could happen
18:49 um so i just want you to know
18:52 that we have to we have to be
18:56 also our own caretakers right
18:59 we gotta be we gotta just we gotta know
19:01 discernment
19:03 right the funniest thing i've seen
19:05 people out there say i don't know about
19:07 celery juice
19:08 i don't know about it i don't trust it i
19:10 don't
19:11 know i heard it's okay um i'd rather
19:14 keep on taking all my drugs
19:16 and trust the newest medical treatment
19:18 that comes out you know meanwhile
19:20 meanwhile it's like all right
19:24 that's fine with me dr phone
19:27 hey you thought it was isis baby i think
19:30 it's david bowie under pressure right
19:32 yeah but exactly so the bottom line is
19:35 be open-hearted good to see you today so
19:37 glad you're here today
19:38 aw thanks soc good to see you
19:41 open-hearted
19:42 awesome cool cool um so yeah
19:45 i just so the bottom line is you guys is
19:48 when we're healing
19:50 there's there's ways we can go backwards
19:53 and we have to be careful we have to
19:56 look out right
19:57 the blood draw is one of them that's one
19:59 right there all on its own
20:01 um there's a lot of reasons
20:04 that we have to be careful not just one
20:06 right there
20:07 i'm not talking about getting your
20:08 carpets cleaned right there that can
20:11 set somebody back can't tell you how
20:12 many people they get their carpets
20:13 cleaned by toxic chemicals boom
20:15 uh household cleaners that aren't
20:18 natural
20:19 boom right msg and natural flavors uh
20:22 bug bites bug bites can set people back
20:24 i've seen bug bites set
20:25 people back right so you know they're
20:29 it's swimming in the ocean as beautiful
20:31 as it seems did
20:32 everything cold white spring um hearing
20:34 about odd reactions from people living
20:37 with those that
20:38 had certain things going on huh out
20:40 there so yeah i mean the bottom line is
20:42 you know it's it's there's a lot of
20:45 things happening
20:46 that we get stuck in right so we get a
20:49 lot of radiation
20:50 you go through the airport that's a big
20:52 one i can't even tell you right
20:54 like i tell family and friends like
20:57 hey be careful in the airport you know
21:00 be careful opt
21:02 out for certain things and stuff because
21:05 you go into the airport
21:06 and the radiation you can get whacked
21:08 with when you're traveling is
21:10 unbelievable right and then your luggage
21:13 too
21:13 i tell people you gotta throw out your
21:15 luggage every now and then you got to
21:16 throw your luggage out
21:18 keep that in mind you know it's it's
21:20 like because
21:22 the luggage is a radiation collector
21:26 right when you go through the airport
21:27 you got a knapsack
21:28 what i do is i throw that knapsack out
21:30 every time yeah it gets expensive and
21:32 it's annoying but i try to balance my
21:35 own personal life budget to that
21:38 you know so when i travel and i have to
21:40 stick that
21:41 that knapsack that on through that
21:44 radiation little spot right there right
21:49 if i do that i know that that thing's
21:51 gonna collect so much radiation
21:52 that if i have it in my house or
21:54 whatever it is or wherever i am and i
21:56 have it it's going to constantly be
21:57 radiating that radiation right so
21:59 it's these things that matter all these
22:01 little things add up so what can we do
22:03 for ourselves celery juice is one of
22:04 those things that can also help us
22:06 um yeah susan gross is a harmful
22:10 fly choice of years twice a year isn't
22:11 bad but just look out for those very
22:13 things right
22:15 so um here's the thing about celery
22:17 juice if you're gonna buy celery juice
22:20 don't do hpp don't buy it with
22:23 hpp that is a bad
22:27 trick going down right now and i know
22:29 i'm not going to make any friends
22:30 once again every time i look out for you
22:33 guys
22:34 i don't make friends and
22:38 that's another one right there high
22:39 pressure pasteurization
22:41 right and you know high pressure
22:44 pasteurization just
22:45 isn't gonna work uh cat conte celery
22:48 juice daily for six months i am healing
22:50 and had an excellent checkup new book is
22:52 god send two the new
22:54 book you guys i didn't even show you my
22:55 book right
22:57 revise and expand it new edition the
22:59 medical medium
23:00 new edition it's gotta be the new
23:01 edition definitely
23:03 definitely gonna be a new edition right
23:05 so
23:06 hpp is something that's a new uh
23:08 pasteurization process that's fairly new
23:10 in the last decade right
23:12 and it allows juices
23:15 on the store shelf to look like they're
23:18 raw
23:19 and to look like they're fresh just
23:21 letting you know
23:22 so and and they don't use heat
23:25 to pasteurize so they're allowed to say
23:30 hey this stuff is fresh this stuff is
23:32 raw right
23:33 and it's got a shelf life on there for a
23:35 month or to have a shelf life on there
23:37 for three
23:38 three weeks or a shelf life on there for
23:40 you know two weeks you'll see it right
23:42 but if it was really fresh juice
23:45 it only has a few days a shelf life for
23:48 two days
23:50 right so what happens people don't
23:52 realize that they go in the health food
23:53 store
23:55 they walk in here i'm gonna grab
23:56 something after my yoga class here let
23:58 me grab
23:58 whoa celery juice hey it says fresh whoa
24:00 it says raw let me grab it it's in the
24:02 cold
24:02 section let me just grab that celery
24:04 juice and they grab it
24:06 okay and they think they got some fresh
24:09 raw celery juice they go that
24:11 you know they cash out and drink in it
24:13 like okay
24:14 it's not gonna work it's not gonna work
24:16 it's not
24:17 it's been injured so it's been injured
24:19 through high
24:20 pressure pasteurization
24:24 high pressure pasteurization right it's
24:26 not
24:27 fresh it's only fresh if you saw a dude
24:31 there at the health food store running
24:34 that celery through that juicer or
24:36 if a dude or whoever right or if
24:39 somebody working there
24:41 right um was was running that juicer
24:44 and running juice through it right
24:47 meaning creating juice
24:48 and then putting that on the shelf for a
24:51 day or two
24:52 for a day or two you know so that that
24:54 right there
24:55 that's fresh right and that that is not
24:57 going to have a shelf life it's not
24:59 going to have a long-term shelf life
25:01 i'm just telling you right now
25:08 so the juice a little bit
25:13 don't add anything to your celery juice
25:15 i said it before i'll say it again
25:17 don't add anything to your celery juice
25:21 what you'll see out there too is those
25:23 high pressure pasteurization celery
25:25 juices
25:26 hpp which don't work
25:30 what you'll see is they'll have lemon in
25:32 it
25:35 it's a bad idea that's strike number two
25:38 and
25:39 strike number two you add something to
25:41 your celery juice it's not gonna work
25:43 the way it's supposed to
25:45 you dilute the sodium cluster salts
25:49 it's what you do right you dilute the
25:52 sodium cluster salts
25:55 you don't want to add anything to it no
25:58 ice
25:59 no water no ice and no water
26:02 very important to know okay you don't
26:04 want to add
26:06 ice or water right by the way this is
26:08 the mm-900
26:10 hds um
26:19 i'm working with omega on this juicer
26:21 you guys know that
26:27 so one of the things that happened that
26:30 happens all the time is
26:31 people will say they did celery juice
26:33 and i've been doing this for so many
26:35 years and
26:36 people say they i i tried celery juice
26:39 no they didn't
26:40 i can't tell you how many people in the
26:41 health scene no they tried carrot
26:44 celery apple and beets together is what
26:46 they tried
26:47 no one was juicing celery by itself
26:50 therapeutically
26:52 therapeutically right it would be this
26:55 if if it ever happened it would be
26:57 because someone just for some reason
26:59 happenstance had only celery in their
27:02 fridge and not one other vegetable or
27:04 fruit and decided to juice right
27:06 but nobody ever did it therapeutically
27:08 right as as
27:10 as a medicine an herbal medicine and
27:13 what i love about
27:15 like a good juicer like this one right
27:17 here and you can use any juicer if you
27:18 have a juicer use any juicer you can use
27:20 a blender and strain it through a
27:21 cheesecloth
27:22 and nut milk bag right what i love about
27:25 this juicer is
27:26 is this pulp comes out so ridiculously
27:30 dry so i'm saving money
27:32 that's what i love about this one
27:35 so the tr that so where people get
27:38 fooled
27:38 is they put ice in their celery juice
27:41 they add water to their celery juice
27:43 if you're gonna blend it don't add water
27:45 to your blender
27:46 you're just gonna have to keep on
27:48 blending it pushing it down and blending
27:49 it not adding water
27:51 ichota good to see you you're here too
27:57 so why is celery juice helping people
28:02 heal i'm going to talk about that in a
28:03 minute like the power
28:05 it has why it's helping people and
28:08 bringing their lives back and moving the
28:10 needle
28:10 to cover that in a couple of minutes
28:15 you're someone sensitive to celery juice
28:19 there's a lot of bugs in your system a
28:21 lot of people got bad bacteria in their
28:23 intestinal lining
28:25 right right on their intestinal lining
28:27 bad
28:29 streptococcus that's one of them right
28:32 there a lot of people have that strep
28:35 right that's a bacteria right there they
28:37 got the strep
28:38 in there that's what gives you your sibo
28:40 your bloating
28:42 all kinds of other issues it's that
28:44 strep
28:45 and when you put the celery juice in you
28:49 you're actually killing off that strep
28:53 you're killing off those bugs and you
28:56 may only have you may be somebody that
28:57 could only do a little bit to start with
28:59 you start with a small amount
29:01 for somebody that can only do a little
29:03 bit of celery juice and that's that's
29:05 what you do then you start with a little
29:07 bit
29:08 um
29:11 and don't go like oh don't do a ton of
29:15 it
29:15 well a ton of it don't do 16 ounces
29:17 don't do 32 ounces then start small
29:19 do four ounces do two ounces start at
29:22 that level
29:23 joy and sago says are you doing celery
29:25 juice
29:27 after doing celery juice for about nine
29:30 months my endocrinologist lowered my
29:33 daily synthroid intake
29:36 that's incredible that's incredible
29:40 are you doing other tools medical medium
29:42 tools too
29:43 are you doing medical medium
29:44 supplementation protocols as well
29:49 because that's there too people can go
29:51 as far as they want with their thyroid
29:53 problems
29:54 when you have the right tools
29:57 peggy says don't add water to blended
29:59 celery juice peggy you're so right peggy
30:01 o'connor thanks for being here
30:02 today debbie manning how long is it good
30:05 for
30:06 in the fridge um
30:09 celery juice is good in the fridge
30:13 for a couple of days but honestly
30:16 i don't like i don't like keeping it in
30:18 there that long
30:19 i don't i like to drink it right after i
30:21 made it that's when it's best and the
30:22 most powerful
30:23 so celery juice is the most powerful and
30:26 and at its best
30:29 right when it's made fresh yeah
30:33 tara appleman tara good to see you uh
30:36 audrey antler pretty sure that they they
30:39 are being misleading
30:41 in saying that it's cold pressed
30:44 maybe but then hpp terry you're
30:47 spot on incredible actually because
30:49 people don't understand
30:50 hpp out there so that that's amazing you
30:52 know but then again you know a lot of
30:54 stuff
30:55 you're really knowledgeable um high
30:57 pressure pasteurized hpp which lengthens
30:59 the shelf life
31:00 but destroys the healing power of it
31:03 that was said
31:04 so perfectly tara appleman like that was
31:06 so perfectly said
31:08 it's actually said way better than what
31:10 what i was talking about
31:11 you know about it i don't even think i
31:12 was clear that was really to the point
31:16 um incredible really
31:19 so i'm gonna strain
31:22 some right here and put some in here
31:24 through the strainer
31:25 so i have
31:28 a glass here i think i'm gonna have
31:30 plenty left over
31:32 in this big tall glass
31:39 there you go put that right there for
31:42 now
31:43 um you know what's incredible about
31:46 this juicer is this pulp is dry to the
31:49 bone
31:50 bone just dry that's it i mean when i
31:53 think about it it still blows my
31:55 blows my mind really um daniel
31:58 anthony i wash i wash my conventional
32:01 celery with sodium bicarbonate is that
32:03 okay
32:04 this week you said you would not consume
32:06 sodium i would not eat it no
32:08 i i wouldn't i wouldn't take it i
32:10 wouldn't consume it
32:11 if you're gonna wash with it just wash
32:14 the sodium bicarbonate off
32:16 make sure that that's washed off good
32:18 okay and you can even use a little bit
32:20 of natural
32:21 dish soap if you wanted to like in like
32:23 a little gentle studs in a
32:25 big bowl of water but if you want to do
32:28 the sodium bicarbonate just make sure
32:30 that sodium bicarbonate is
32:32 is washed off that's all if it's washed
32:34 off then
32:35 you know you're looking better
32:40 but it could have some residue so make
32:42 sure you wash it off carefully
32:44 that's all like really good um
32:47 i mean honestly with celery you don't
32:49 even have if you're using warm water
32:52 that's an option right there a lot of
32:53 times i'll just use warm water in the
32:55 bowl
32:55 and i'll massage the celery and rinse it
32:58 massage it rinse it
33:00 and get the inside of the stalks like
33:02 this right here with my thumb
33:03 and i'm using just warm water and i'm
33:05 not using anything else right
33:07 with conventional too but yeah if you
33:10 want to use sodium bicarbonate
33:11 you can but just make sure you're
33:14 washing off
33:15 as much as you can of that too and
33:16 there's no residue left over
33:18 try to be cautious on that level because
33:20 you don't want to ingest sodium
33:21 bicarbonate i mean it's you know
33:24 but there's a question on the juicer
33:26 it's uh
33:27 mm-900 hds so mm-900 hds
33:31 um i mean honestly it saved me so much
33:34 money it's
33:35 ridiculous at this point i can't tell
33:37 you how much celery i would buy
33:39 and any juicer i've tried i don't care
33:41 what kind of juicer it was and i've
33:42 tried them all
33:43 it would just be like you're you've got
33:46 the wet pulp
33:47 right because you're not getting enough
33:49 juice out of it so you're literally
33:50 losing money while
33:52 you're trying to do it and that's why i
33:53 like the mm-900 it's an affordable
33:55 really compared to so many models out
33:57 there
33:57 and then it's dry to the bone and that's
34:00 the
34:01 that's that's incredible it's like my
34:03 favorite
34:04 um yeah julie
34:07 jewel julie says that juicer is the best
34:10 my pulp is very dry thanks anthony it's
34:13 incredible right
34:14 i've given the the company my full
34:16 endorsement this is omega juicers.com
34:20 you get it there um this is the mm-900
34:23 hds salary juicer i'm working with the
34:26 company
34:27 as far as like to try to really like
34:29 benefit people's lives with this
34:31 adriana adi i don't have any reaction to
34:34 celery juice does that mean i don't have
34:36 bad bacteria
34:37 a couple of things it means is that
34:39 there's a good chance
34:40 that you don't have um
34:44 there's different kinds of bacteria some
34:46 bacteria is more toxic so that when it
34:47 dies
34:49 you you feel it you feel it when it dies
34:52 so that could be some runs that could be
34:54 some extra bloating it could be anything
34:56 like that right so
34:57 you feel it okay then you can have
34:59 different varieties of bad bacteria like
35:01 low-grade strep that's
35:03 not aggressive doesn't it's not as it
35:05 it's not as
35:06 toxic and that's one thing or you don't
35:09 have
35:10 a heck of a lot of toxins in you so that
35:13 the bacteria
35:14 in you isn't loaded they're not like
35:16 loaded guns
35:17 so you know it's it's like or bombs
35:19 right the more toxic stuff you have in
35:22 you
35:23 the more the bad bacteria that you have
35:26 in you gets
35:27 extra toxic so when you kill off that
35:29 bacteria
35:31 there's a splash right there's an
35:33 aftermath awake
35:34 right so there's a good chance maybe you
35:37 don't have a lot of toxins in your
35:38 intestinal tract
35:40 maybe you have more toxins in your liver
35:43 see and when they're in your liver you
35:45 may not feel it like that
35:46 some people they got a ton of stuff in
35:48 their gut a lot of it a lot of toxins a
35:51 lot of bacteria that's eating the toxins
35:53 the minute that celery juice goes down
35:54 in there it's like a bomb blows off
35:57 right these bugs they'll just you know
35:59 we can weaken
36:00 and explode the sodium cluster salt i'll
36:02 just use this orange as a sodium cluster
36:04 salt
36:04 that sodium cluster salt sticks to the
36:07 bug
36:08 that's what happens stay stuck to it
36:11 and stay stuck to it and eats away at
36:13 the bug
36:14 until the bug just falls apart kind of
36:17 kind of concaves in right and when that
36:20 does that
36:22 boom all the poison in that bug comes
36:24 out so
36:25 your bugs might not have a lot of
36:27 different poisons in them that are more
36:29 aggressive some people have bugs and
36:30 they're they're
36:31 filled chalk full of poisons right so
36:34 there's all these different variables
36:36 that's one thing right there um you
36:38 might have more stuff going on in your
36:39 liver
36:40 you might have some more stuff going on
36:42 in your nervous system might have stuff
36:43 more stuff going on in these other
36:44 places
36:45 but in somebody else to just have a
36:48 trail of
36:49 bad stuff inside their gut right their
36:52 intestinal lining bugs of all
36:54 kinds dehydrated proteins stuck to the
36:57 walls
36:58 with bugs behind them e coli c diff
37:01 streptococcus staph all in their gut
37:04 you know maybe throw a couple of worms
37:06 in there too which aren't parasites
37:08 they're worms
37:09 it's very important to know two
37:11 different distinct distinct
37:12 distinctions really important
37:16 heidi hey what if what if diagnosed with
37:19 celery allergy well okay okay so be your
37:22 own detective right
37:24 and i talk to doctors about this one all
37:26 the time like what if you're diagnosed
37:27 with a celery allergy and i've been
37:29 asked that by doctors okay it's like
37:31 wait a minute does that mean something
37:33 happens when you eat the celery like
37:35 is something happening is it where
37:39 is it where your um
37:42 is it where something happens in the
37:45 sense where you eat it and your throat
37:46 closes up
37:48 is that that kind of allergy or you eat
37:50 it and your mouth does something weird
37:52 and swells
37:53 is it that kind of allergy like what's
37:56 going on there is it something like that
37:59 because these are things to consider or
38:02 nothing happens
38:04 nothing happens okay you're just
38:07 just living your life and nothing
38:09 happens is it that
38:13 and and but yet you had
38:17 a practitioner do you know an all cat or
38:21 or a food sensitivity test and they
38:24 listed the celery on your test
38:27 now here's the first question i'll i'll
38:29 ask you right
38:31 what do you think about this okay what
38:33 do you think about this
38:36 all of our doctors and practitioners
38:38 don't know why we have chronic illness
38:40 and they don't know what causes
38:40 autoimmune okay
38:42 they're trying their best to help in any
38:44 way they possibly can
38:45 so we have our practitioners
38:49 they might be good at looking and
38:51 reading at a test
38:53 say a test like a food allergy
38:55 sensitivity test right
38:57 but it is is it even right like it is it
39:00 even
39:01 on is it even spot on is it even like
39:05 is it right is it correct because what
39:08 i've learned
39:08 is there are foods that help you that
39:11 show up as an allergen on your test
39:13 because that food that's helping you is
39:15 battling the bad stuff
39:17 okay i've seen that in tests too
39:21 i've also seen foods that don't help you
39:23 show up on a food allergy test but
39:24 more more occasions i see foods that are
39:28 actually
39:28 helping people show up on the allergy
39:30 test they'll be like oh
39:32 strawberries strawberries are really
39:33 good for us they're incredible right oh
39:35 figs you're allergic to figs right
39:37 oh no you're allergic to cilantro too
39:38 we're reading your test right here
39:41 and it looks like we're allergic to
39:42 cilantro looks like we're allergic to
39:44 parsley
39:45 you know the whole bit and and um and
39:48 then we'll we'll think
39:49 that okay wait a minute there's
39:51 something here you're allergic to rag
39:53 rad wheat ragweed
39:55 you're allergic to cilantro parsley
39:57 you're allergic to star and nice
40:00 allergic to ginger allergic to
40:02 strawberries allergic to a blackberry
40:04 allergic to rutabaga you're allergic to
40:08 you know you'll see the weirdest thing
40:10 radish you're allergic to you'll see
40:12 and celery you'll see all of a sudden
40:14 then they'll say oh you're allergic to
40:16 gluten too
40:17 right they'll throw the gluten in there
40:19 you're allergic to
40:20 you're allergic to uh sheep's milk and
40:23 they come out with this
40:24 random random stuff like on the test
40:27 right
40:28 you're allergic to caseopod
40:31 you're allergic to chamomile you're
40:33 allergic too and they got this
40:35 whole thing going down where it's like
40:37 now you're like allergic to all this
40:39 right you're just allergic to all
40:41 this stuff
40:42 okay and meanwhile
40:46 the the guy right he or she
40:49 doesn't even know why anybody's sick out
40:51 there that's what's amazing
40:52 they don't know why everybody's dealing
40:54 with fibro and hashimoto's they don't
40:56 know it causes anything they don't know
40:57 why people are sick with exomus rises
40:59 they don't know why people have all
41:00 these symptoms they don't know why
41:01 people have anxiety depression but it's
41:02 like but yeah they're spot on about
41:04 reading a test
41:06 which is a whole other thing all on its
41:07 own so um
41:10 so what happens is with the food
41:11 sensitivity test if if a
41:13 food is killing off pathogens
41:16 it might show up on that food
41:18 sensitivity test
41:20 if it's killing off bugs and then
41:23 if a food is feeding bugs
41:27 it may show up on that food sensitivity
41:28 test too but are you really allergic to
41:31 it
41:32 see what i talked to this this other
41:34 doctor friend of mine
41:35 many years ago it's like 25 years ago
41:38 right
41:38 and um i talked to him recently and he's
41:41 like 94 years old now you know and i've
41:43 been helping him with his health his
41:44 whole life right all these years and his
41:46 whole life but
41:47 for as long as i've known him i mean his
41:49 his his
41:50 elder life i've been helping him with
41:51 right and not the beginning in his life
41:54 i wasn't born yet but the point is is
41:56 that what i've learned
41:58 from him is that he said an allergic
42:01 reaction to a fruit or a vegetable
42:04 right or anything like that okay or an
42:08 herb
42:09 you have to experience it where your
42:12 throat's doing something like closing
42:13 off you know
42:15 your mouth swells and you can't breathe
42:18 your lips swell up right and then
42:21 that's how the old-school way to
42:23 determine if you're really allergic
42:24 because the new school
42:26 which he's seen too out there with all
42:28 the food sensitivity tests
42:29 the new school doesn't add up unless
42:32 you're experiencing
42:33 like every time you bite onto a celery
42:36 stick
42:37 do you break out in a rash every time
42:39 you bite out mine in a celery stick your
42:40 throat swallows up
42:41 like that's the allergy like that's the
42:44 same thing with any food right
42:48 mirrorless um aw with the cj and
42:52 hmds cause an ear and headache
42:55 from detoxing the brain have been in a
42:57 screeching pain for 10 days
43:00 i've never seen it cause any of that um
43:03 but
43:03 if that was me i'd be glad i was doing
43:07 cj
43:08 if that was me do what your doctor tells
43:09 you to do if he doesn't watch on cj or
43:10 not you do what your doctor tells you
43:12 but if it was me
43:13 um i'm i would be happy i'm on cj
43:16 because i'm
43:17 i would be hoping the cj could be
43:19 helping
43:20 so that's not worse than it would be and
43:23 then i always backtrack what else did i
43:25 do what else did i do
43:26 is it a is it a new medical treatment i
43:28 might have gotten involved in
43:30 is it is it um exposure
43:33 without realizing it is it um
43:36 exposure to air fresheners exposure to
43:39 cologne perfume is it exposure to
43:41 scented candles
43:42 is it was my immune system down did i
43:44 get a blood draw a month ago and
43:46 i didn't know it but my immune system
43:48 dropped down did i get a blood draw two
43:50 months ago and now i'm on this road of
43:52 now getting sicker because i had
43:54 all this blood drawn from me right i
43:56 would do all the like
43:57 the spot checking like what else is
43:58 happening am i under a lot of stress
44:00 you know how's my relationships going
44:02 did i have a hard time did it
44:04 trigger me into something um anything
44:06 like that i would go through
44:08 all the paces all the paces right and
44:10 then i would look into i would even look
44:12 into look get this free at the library
44:13 if you don't want to buy it this is the
44:15 new edition medical medium new edition i
44:16 got a migraine chapter in here and then
44:18 you can really look into all the
44:19 migraines and see
44:20 what's happening all the migraine stuff
44:22 so that's important to know right there
44:24 juicing a little bit more celery
44:32 so these are all things to consider
44:36 so we covered a little food sensitivity
44:38 stuff is really cool
44:39 i love talking about that because people
44:41 really don't know a lot about it you
44:43 know
44:44 so it's so important to have that
44:45 information it really is
44:53 monica l smith says i don't have a
44:55 juicer but i cut up my celery into small
44:57 pieces
44:58 add to my blender add a banana blueberry
45:02 spinach and cilantro love it i don't add
45:04 no water rice
45:05 well first of all i just love that
45:07 you're doing that monica
45:08 i love it okay you want to make a
45:10 smoothie
45:12 you want to make a smoothie and you want
45:14 celery in your smoothie
45:15 it's healthy right it's not going to do
45:19 the same
45:19 thing it's not going to be the same
45:21 thing
45:22 as celery juice on its own okay because
45:25 you're mixing it with something you're
45:27 mixing it with fruits and vegetables
45:28 right
45:28 so you're mixing it with all this other
45:30 stuff so it can't
45:32 do the same thing it's supposed to do
45:35 right
45:36 and but you made a really healthy
45:39 smoothie
45:41 totally now if that was me you do what
45:43 your doctors tells you of course but if
45:44 it was me
45:45 i would add you know bemergey spirulina
45:49 i would add some barley grass juice
45:52 powder
45:52 it wouldn't be the medical medium heavy
45:54 metal detox movie but it would be
45:56 getting closer to it and then
45:59 and then i would i would you know amp it
46:01 up if you're gonna makeshift a smoothie
46:03 of some kind wanting it to help
46:05 but it's not gonna do what celery
46:08 celery does on its own when you juice
46:10 celery by itself okay
46:12 so keep that in mind too that's
46:14 important to keep in mind
46:17 um so
46:20 why does celery help us so much i'll
46:23 give you a little
46:24 give you a little show in a second too
46:28 to see you guys today i'm really happy
46:30 about this
46:34 i'm just juicing a little extra i used
46:36 to be glass a couple seconds ago and i'm
46:38 gonna i'm gonna juice a little bit more
46:40 real quick right now
46:41 i'm gonna pour some as we speak um a
46:44 little extra
46:45 is what i'm doing
46:50 what i like to do is any pulp left over
46:53 i like to press it with my fingers on
46:56 top of it too
46:57 there's so it's just so great
47:03 maria says common sense when i do the
47:05 food sensitivity test
47:07 and they told me i am
47:10 all w-r-g-i
47:14 gender to spinach oh you're allergic to
47:18 spinach and such
47:19 i instinctively knew it was complete
47:22 common sense
47:27 yeah yeah and that's that's incredible
47:29 you know
47:31 um so
47:37 it makes a lot of sense exactly honestly
47:39 they'll tell you you're allergic to
47:40 spinach right they'll say you're
47:42 allergic to spinach or something
47:44 and but you're not allergic to spinach
47:46 right
47:47 food sensitivity test i think was one of
47:48 the biggest scams
47:50 of our like alternative medicine days it
47:55 was could still at half conventional
47:56 it really hit the alternative market
47:58 more a lot of functional medicine
47:59 doctors do it doesn't mean the
48:00 functional medicine doctor isn't smart
48:02 doesn't mean the
48:03 functional medicine doctor isn't it
48:05 isn't up on some other stuff
48:07 it just means the functional medicine
48:08 doctor doesn't realize that the food
48:09 sensitivity test really has holes in it
48:11 everywhere
48:12 um i don't even trust the labs on any
48:14 level really
48:16 [Music]
48:18 so red says what brand of juice
48:22 press that so this is a cold pressed
48:24 juicer this is
48:25 a mega juicers.com but
48:28 it they have a lot of juicers there
48:30 don't get them confused this is the
48:32 mm-900
48:33 hds mm-900hds
48:37 this is their celery juicer model but
48:39 you can juice anything in it it's
48:40 incredible
48:41 the pulp comes out so dry it's
48:43 ridiculous
48:44 and i'm saving so much money every every
48:46 year with this now i mean
48:48 it's my end to my second year of saving
48:50 money because i
48:51 get so much so so much celery and i you
48:54 know i juice so much of it it's such a
48:55 great machine
48:57 so what do you do with all the pulp
49:00 it goes to my garden valerie yeah goes
49:03 in my garden
49:04 it does don't get thrown by the whole
49:07 thing where
49:08 you juice and you're wasting all this
49:11 pulp right even if you threw the pulp
49:14 away
49:15 in the garbage bin and didn't use it for
49:17 your garden you're not wasting it
49:19 there's a reason for that first of all
49:21 you're extracting medicine out of the
49:22 celery so you're using it as a medicine
49:24 you're extracting herbal medicine right
49:25 you're doing herbal medicine so you're
49:26 getting all the
49:27 what you need out of it to turn it into
49:29 something just like a tea
49:31 right just like a tea where you throw
49:32 the tea grounds away the other thing is
49:35 and keep this in mind this is an
49:36 important one too is when we
49:38 eat something it all gets thrown away
49:42 the fiber right all the pulp and fiber
49:45 we poop it out in the toilet right so is
49:48 everybody like saving their poop
49:50 because i'm confused about that one i
49:52 had i had some like an r
49:54 an rn registered sorry are not an rn
49:57 nurse an rd
49:58 right registered dietitian confront me
50:00 one time right when i was doing a
50:01 lecture years ago
50:03 and she said okay well that's really
50:05 great so you're just gonna have
50:07 everybody
50:08 throw away and waste all of that fiber
50:10 and pulp and
50:12 that's what you're doing with the
50:13 juicing it's such a bad idea i don't
50:15 believe in juicing i don't believe
50:16 you're doing anything right and i'd be
50:18 like listen listen i said
50:20 everybody who eats she was like you eat
50:22 it you eat it i go okay well you eat it
50:25 and then all the pulp and fiber that you
50:26 can't use
50:27 just like this pulp and fiber here
50:29 because you squeezed everything out of
50:30 it you can't use there's nothing
50:32 in here anymore like this here there's
50:34 nothing you can do with this
50:36 this if you ate the celery this would
50:39 still come out of your back end
50:41 this would still come out of you right
50:43 your bottom end would still
50:45 this would come out right here this this
50:48 this would not get utilized
50:50 every single like the pith from the
50:52 orange
50:53 and the the pulp from the orange is
50:55 going to come out of you
50:56 you're not going to utilize all that
50:58 fiber
50:59 it's going to come out into the toilet
51:02 and
51:02 anything you extract with a good juicer
51:05 especially this juicer right
51:06 because there's nothing left right
51:09 anything you extract with a good juicer
51:11 um it you would be doing the same if you
51:15 ate it
51:15 right but the difference is you can't
51:18 get you
51:18 so the question would be we'll just eat
51:20 it then why juice
51:22 it no that's not how you can actually
51:24 create herbal medicine
51:26 a large extraction of an herbal medicine
51:29 that takes
51:30 no digestion no digestion
51:34 that right there you don't weaken your
51:36 digestive process you strengthen it you
51:38 strengthen your hcl you strengthen your
51:40 stomach glands that's a whole other
51:41 thing there
51:42 okay so you're strengthening your gut
51:45 your digestion you're strengthening your
51:47 hcl
51:48 um your gastric juice production
51:52 from your stomach glands you're
51:54 strengthening your liver
51:56 that's the difference durable medicine
51:57 you can't strengthen so much
52:00 when you're eating all the fiber and
52:02 pull so the argument is this
52:04 is they're like well let's just eat it
52:06 because you're just wasting it anyway
52:07 what are you kidding
52:09 um this is going to come out of you
52:11 everything you eat apples
52:12 meat whatever is coming whatever's left
52:15 of what you're eating that can't be
52:16 broken down
52:18 is going out the toi into the toilet
52:20 right so what are you gonna do i mean
52:22 you may as well
52:23 juice a medicine throw this in your
52:25 garden
52:26 so you're actually being able to use the
52:28 fiber much
52:29 better than if you just ate the stuff
52:31 went to the bathroom and it went
52:33 out to the septic right so and that
52:35 that's important to know
52:38 it looks like this model juicer is just
52:40 for celery it's it's not just for celery
52:42 it's for
52:43 everything not recommended for any other
52:45 fruits but actually it is
52:47 am i understanding this right no beverly
52:49 i'm glad you asked it's a really good
52:50 question no it's a juicer for everything
52:52 it just has a celery juice attachment
52:54 and you can use that attachment and
52:56 still juice everything and squeeze a lot
52:57 more out of everything
52:59 be open heart it says i needed this
53:01 today thank you awb open art good to see
53:03 you i saw your comments and
53:04 uh on the youtube that you the last
53:07 youtube i think it's the last one
53:08 i think you left a couple of comments or
53:09 it was the one before that um
53:11 lorraine i did the same show that my
53:13 budget's really low but i'm still
53:15 healing lorraine good to see you
53:17 today auburn i'm so grateful for the
53:20 work you do
53:20 thank you for the info it's healing you
53:23 incredible
53:24 lorraine the disaster we think it's the
53:27 greatest
53:28 thing i've heard that's why i repeat it
53:30 over and over again
53:31 it's made me laugh for weeks um it
53:34 really has by the way
53:35 okay so you know that's why i say it all
53:37 the time
53:38 i see it all the time because it's
53:40 actually perfect it really works with it
53:42 it does because every time i burn
53:43 something
53:44 every time i remember the ginger he told
53:46 me the ginge like the ginger flew off
53:48 the counter
53:48 disappeared went off down the floor
53:50 somewhere it's hilarious you know and
53:52 then i try to pick up the pace
53:53 at the beginning this youtube my phone
53:55 in my back pocket was going off i didn't
53:56 have it on silent it's disaster relief i
53:58 don't want
53:59 it's just hilarious dr phan allergy
54:01 tests are bogus
54:03 that's coming from medical doctor an
54:04 amazing medical doctor right there
54:07 incredible really is um so
54:11 because i mean really we can't go by
54:12 that
54:14 mishi madness that's a cool handle
54:16 celery juice is a game changer it really
54:18 is it's such a game changer it really is
54:22 having some right now um
54:25 so okay so the whole thing what do you
54:27 want to do with your fiber
54:29 it's not going to break down anyway in
54:31 your gut okay
54:32 you're going to get plenty of fiber
54:33 anyway i'm not telling you to live off
54:35 juice only
54:36 you're going to eat and you're going to
54:38 get tons of fiber your berries your
54:39 apples your melons
54:41 your your grapefruits anything you eat
54:43 right any vegetable you eat
54:45 cucumbers that's a fruit tomatoes that's
54:47 a fruit right zucchini
54:48 you know that's a fruit hey i'm hitting
54:50 all the fruits right now but vegetables
54:52 like the
54:52 crucifix cruciferous right you got your
54:55 kale you got your
54:56 broccoli you got your cauliflower you
54:57 got your cabbage right all that fiber is
54:59 just
55:00 gonna come out of you right you're gonna
55:01 get plenty of fiber plenty of fiber
55:04 so so when someone says oh you're you
55:07 know you're juicing the celery
55:08 what a waste it's like okay well that's
55:11 really funny because
55:12 we're going to poop out all the stuff
55:15 we're not going to use and it's going
55:17 down in the toilet at least with this i
55:19 could throw it in my garden
55:20 some you know
55:23 but anyway it the whole thing about
55:26 let's talk about this part too
55:28 right so um so as far as
55:31 intestinal tract goes let me grab an
55:34 intestinal tract really quick
55:39 i'm going to grab a liver too i'm going
55:41 to show you guys
55:45 all right so what i like to do is i like
55:49 to think about what the celery juice is
55:50 doing when it's going through my gut the
55:52 beginning
55:52 to begin with when it starts at the
55:54 stomach which i don't have a stomach
55:55 right now but that's okay
55:56 meaning i don't have a stomach here but
55:59 what it does is it already charges up
56:02 those stomach glands
56:04 it's bringing back the stomach gland so
56:05 the trace mineral salts the sodium
56:07 cluster salts are bringing back
56:09 the the stomach glands it's the one
56:10 thing right there off you know
56:12 right off the start with your stomach
56:14 when it leaves your stomach starts
56:15 heading down into the
56:16 the duodenum right and when it heads
56:19 down to your wad a lot of people have h
56:20 pylori
56:22 you don't know it but just almost
56:23 everybody has h pylori
56:25 and and they'll have the h pylori at
56:28 different levels some people have it
56:30 where they ca
56:30 it can't be detected it's not at this
56:33 raging level
56:35 so and that's what most people have at
56:36 but it's there so as it starts heading
56:38 down to the duodenum it's
56:40 knocking down some h pylori left and
56:42 right so the celery juice
56:44 is going through and just boom right
56:46 then it hits
56:48 the the top of your small intestinal
56:50 tract okay
56:51 where there's always some bacteria
56:53 sitting right there all on its own
56:54 sometimes viruses too
56:56 viruses and bacteria right some some
56:59 unproductive
57:00 fungus bad fungus right fungus
57:04 mold right and even though mold doesn't
57:06 cause
57:07 a big problem when it's in us the
57:09 viruses and bacteria cause the most
57:10 problem
57:11 you'll still have some mold in there why
57:13 have that in there
57:14 everybody has it in there but celery
57:15 juice can start to clean that up
57:17 so it starts to go down to small
57:19 intestinal tract and now it's heading
57:20 down and it's hitting different pockets
57:22 what happens with everybody is our small
57:24 intestinal tract
57:25 is pocketing it's it's expanding in some
57:29 areas
57:30 shrinking in some areas expanding in
57:32 some areas
57:33 shrinking in some areas right or it's
57:36 the same size but internally
57:40 it's shrinking because it's inflamed
57:43 that's the other thing too
57:44 you could have narrowing some people
57:46 have a lot of narrowing some people have
57:48 a little bit of neurons some people have
57:49 expansion some people have
57:50 mega colon colon
57:54 and that's with you know the large
57:56 intestinal tract mostly with mega colon
57:58 right
57:59 where it just keeps on it keeps on
58:00 expanding it loses its elasticity it's
58:03 losing that it's starting to expand
58:05 right diverticulitis but diverticulitis
58:08 is all that e coli
58:10 streptococcus right c death
58:13 and mostly strep and e coli with
58:15 diverticulitis right diverticulosis
58:18 so as the celery is going down it's got
58:20 a lot of work to do
58:21 it's heading on down and it's starting
58:23 to just get into those pockets and nooks
58:25 and crannies right
58:26 you know what happens when you guys
58:27 vacuum your house what are you doing
58:29 you're like vacuuming in the bathroom
58:30 then you vacuum in the corner and
58:32 vacuum here you're vacuuming this corner
58:34 and trying to get all the different
58:35 corners right
58:36 the celery juice is trying to hit every
58:37 corner as it's going on down and running
58:39 on through you
58:40 and and that's what's happening you guys
58:42 and it's
58:43 it'll run into a pocket of e coal like e
58:45 coli festers these little pockets
58:48 they fester and here's the other thing
58:50 inside your small intestinal tract right
58:52 you got you got caked caked on
58:56 um um putrified proteins
59:00 they're kicked down the walls of your
59:01 small intestinal tract you got rancid
59:03 fat that hardened you got actual
59:06 fat that hardened all in the small
59:09 intestinal tract right i've talked to a
59:10 lot of colon surgeons over the years
59:12 intestinal surgeons you know
59:13 gastrointestinal
59:14 surgeries that that people have had that
59:16 i would talk to the surgeons
59:18 and and so forth right and and
59:21 they would talk about how the inside of
59:24 the intestinal tract when they really
59:26 took a good look the inside
59:28 from the eye not from the scope
59:32 the eye sees things that the scope can't
59:34 see and the scope sees things that the
59:35 eye can't see
59:36 the scope sees things when your
59:39 intestinal tract is sitting inside of
59:41 you
59:42 right so the scope goes up you right you
59:44 know you know endoscopy
59:46 colonoscopy right but what happens is
59:49 that
59:49 from the surgeon's eye is a whole other
59:52 story when they have a piece of small
59:54 intestinal tract that they cut out
59:56 so they cut out two feet of your colon
59:58 or small intestinal tract combined or
1:00:00 they cut your ilium out and part of your
1:00:01 small intestinal tract and part of your
1:00:03 colon out right
1:00:05 and they slice it open and look inside
1:00:09 a good gastrointestinal surgeon right a
1:00:11 good surgeon
1:00:12 colon surgeon will see you know things
1:00:16 differently in a lot of people and a lot
1:00:17 of times the higher you go up
1:00:20 into the small intestinal tract the more
1:00:22 caked on rancid fats built up in the
1:00:24 testosterone lining the more um the more
1:00:28 uh putrified proteins hardened on the
1:00:31 lining
1:00:31 up higher right celery juice starts to
1:00:35 work all the way down right the top
1:00:37 the the bottom of your stomach there's a
1:00:39 little divot that starts to occur
1:00:42 and sitting in it is all this junk and
1:00:44 sludge
1:00:45 celery just starts to knock that down it
1:00:48 gets down your dwadding starts to knock
1:00:49 off each pylori boom boom boom
1:00:52 starts to get down the small intestinal
1:00:53 tract starts to hit pockets of e coli
1:00:56 streptococcus starts to go through there
1:00:58 heading on down head down down
1:01:00 it's it's wham it's hitting things and
1:01:02 then
1:01:04 it gets absorbed and starts heading up
1:01:07 the hepatic portal highway
1:01:10 veins and that are
1:01:13 driving up to your
1:01:16 liver right okay and you know veins
1:01:20 arteries that are running in and out of
1:01:22 the liver right so all of a sudden now
1:01:23 you've got it going up the paddock
1:01:24 portal highway
1:01:26 heading to the liver and that's where
1:01:27 the solar just has to go and when it
1:01:28 goes there
1:01:29 we do some shock treatment you got a
1:01:31 liver full of all kinds of poisons and
1:01:33 toxins
1:01:33 stagnant sluggish liver giving you
1:01:35 gaining weight the reason why you're
1:01:37 gaining weight
1:01:38 all of it why does celery juice start
1:01:40 fixing things where we start losing
1:01:41 weight start getting our lives back
1:01:43 because it's getting into that liver
1:01:45 it's cleaning up that stagnant sluggish
1:01:46 liver you got viruses inside that liver
1:01:49 right here you got viruses inside that
1:01:50 liver
1:01:51 you know and all of a sudden boom
1:01:54 the celery juice is hitting it so this
1:01:56 is this isn't
1:01:58 be open-hearted you said best medical
1:02:00 medium community
1:02:01 medical mean community is the best
1:02:02 community ever in health uh
1:02:06 raquel jane i've been doing it for two
1:02:08 years doesn't help me at all
1:02:10 have lime now mold h by laurie sibo i
1:02:14 was praying it worked it would help
1:02:16 um so here's what you have to think
1:02:20 about what would happen if you weren't
1:02:23 doing celery juice for the last two
1:02:25 years
1:02:25 with your h pylori and everything else
1:02:28 would it be
1:02:29 the same or do you think it would be
1:02:33 worse
1:02:34 so and what else is happening so
1:02:38 i want you to do everything your doctor
1:02:39 tells you to do but if i
1:02:41 was doing that i'd be like well what
1:02:44 else am i doing
1:02:45 right am i getting rid of the eggs the
1:02:47 milk cheese the butter
1:02:49 am i getting rid of all of that am i
1:02:52 mixing medical medium information with
1:02:54 other information out there
1:02:56 am i doing apple cider vinegar am i
1:02:57 doing nutritional yeast am i on caffeine
1:02:59 and chocolate
1:03:01 am i doing those things am i doing the
1:03:03 eggs like i was saying
1:03:05 am i doing too much pork did i have pork
1:03:08 at all
1:03:09 how much fat am i on two right
1:03:12 how much blood is being taken from me so
1:03:15 what about my blood draws right
1:03:17 so how much blood is being taken from me
1:03:19 two how much medication am i on
1:03:22 right so what meds are what meds am i
1:03:24 taking
1:03:25 too you know was i on a lot of
1:03:27 antibiotics for my lime
1:03:30 was i mean all these things add up right
1:03:34 so was i on antibiotics for my lime two
1:03:36 years ago three years ago four years ago
1:03:39 how much damage did the antibiotic do
1:03:41 how much repair do i really have to do
1:03:44 am i doing a lime protocol
1:03:47 right so that's the next thing too am i
1:03:50 exposed to other things am i exposed to
1:03:52 clones and perfumes
1:03:54 does somebody i live with have a lot of
1:03:55 cologne going on maybe they don't am i
1:03:58 doing scented candles am i doing air
1:03:59 fresheners right
1:04:01 am i doing this so i'm giving you the
1:04:02 run down right here am i getting
1:04:04 dental work and i'm getting my immune
1:04:07 system knocked down with dental work did
1:04:09 i get hit with some fluoride
1:04:11 fluoride treatments right so all these
1:04:13 things
1:04:14 matter like what else am i eating am i
1:04:16 still eating tuna fish
1:04:18 what what else is going on am i still
1:04:20 using deodorant with aluminum in it
1:04:22 right
1:04:24 so all these things matter and or am i
1:04:26 just doing celery juice
1:04:28 have i looked in the lime chapter so if
1:04:30 that was me
1:04:31 i'd be in the lyme disease chapter right
1:04:33 here and i would be looking at like
1:04:35 the lyme protocol take it to your doctor
1:04:37 if it's you take it to your doctor
1:04:40 do what your doctor tells you but take
1:04:41 it to your doctor see what he thinks
1:04:43 but what i would be doing is the medical
1:04:45 medium protocols i'd start to read the
1:04:46 supplement chapter
1:04:48 learning what's happening in here that's
1:04:50 important what kind of
1:04:51 supplements are you taking right like
1:04:53 what kind what kind of supplements
1:04:55 now for i want you to do what your
1:04:58 doctor says but what i recommend a
1:05:00 family member when when they get lyme
1:05:02 disease right
1:05:03 i recommend like the vimergy cats claw
1:05:05 the vimersy zinc
1:05:06 the vimergy vitamin c these are just a
1:05:08 few things right there
1:05:10 so that's a critical aspect all on its
1:05:12 own the vimergy lysine
1:05:14 no msg no alcohol no added
1:05:17 no added natural flavors which is the
1:05:19 msg that's important too
1:05:21 am i taking goldenseal for my h pylori
1:05:26 see so if it was me or a family member
1:05:29 i'd be like you got to be on the golden
1:05:31 seal and you got to be on the right one
1:05:33 you got to be on some cat's claw don't
1:05:35 do what i what i'm
1:05:36 what i recommend for a family member you
1:05:38 do what your doctor tells you to do but
1:05:40 this is what i would do
1:05:41 with my family i'd be like are you on
1:05:44 the golden seal
1:05:45 you know are you on the micro sea are
1:05:47 you on the cat's claw because that lyme
1:05:49 disease we gotta get to that epstein bar
1:05:51 we gotta get to the cause of what you're
1:05:53 really going through
1:05:54 and then what kind of how much celery
1:05:56 juice are you doing i tell my family
1:05:57 member are you doing 32 ounces of celery
1:05:59 juice
1:06:00 what is it you're doing 32 ounces so
1:06:02 that's another thing all in its own
1:06:04 right
1:06:05 and then you know i would be another
1:06:07 thing i would learn from medical medium
1:06:09 information
1:06:10 lyme disease then i would say wait a
1:06:12 minute that's neurological
1:06:13 so a lot of neurological symptoms with
1:06:15 lyme disease how much b12
1:06:18 am i do i need how much b12 should i be
1:06:20 on am i doing the right b12 the right
1:06:23 kind
1:06:23 that's the vimergy so you guys know
1:06:25 bemidji it's v is in victor i am as mary
1:06:27 e r g
1:06:28 y uh bemergee.com and i'm not sponsored
1:06:32 but if there's lots of traps out there
1:06:35 so what are the traps what's going on
1:06:39 right there's a lot of different
1:06:40 supplements out there with msg and
1:06:42 alcohol
1:06:43 and casey of gum and citric acid what
1:06:47 would you know what's going on like and
1:06:50 i would be my own detective and saying
1:06:51 you know i need to look into the medical
1:06:53 media books
1:06:54 i need to know where i'm stepping into
1:06:55 those potholes i need to know where i'm
1:06:57 tripping up i need to know
1:06:58 why am i not getting better how many
1:07:01 blood draws have i had
1:07:02 now i know as is being in this in this
1:07:06 for so many years
1:07:07 that people with lyme disease have the
1:07:08 blood sucked out of them
1:07:10 they have the blood sucked out of them
1:07:13 three years ago
1:07:14 someone could be getting 40 vials 30
1:07:17 vials
1:07:17 10 vials regularly and then they get
1:07:20 sicker two years
1:07:21 later because they've had so much blood
1:07:24 taken from them before that
1:07:26 so so it's not just hey celery just
1:07:29 isn't working for me
1:07:31 celery juice is trying to save save you
1:07:34 while there's all these other things
1:07:36 going on dr fong celery powder isn't
1:07:38 effective at all oh it's terrible
1:07:40 save your money on that real salary your
1:07:42 celery powder is awful
1:07:44 it's terrible terrible it's the worst
1:07:46 worst stuff
1:07:48 it's just this so all these things
1:07:51 matter you guys
1:07:52 all these things are critical
1:07:56 esther what if someone doesn't want to
1:07:59 do mono cleanse to give digestion a
1:08:01 break
1:08:02 can we do a juice cleanse all juices
1:08:05 look i'm not a big fan of the juice
1:08:07 cleanses because what happens is you go
1:08:09 under calorie
1:08:10 well do what your doctor says your
1:08:11 doctor wants energy just let's do it
1:08:13 but esther what happens is juice
1:08:15 cleanses you go
1:08:16 under calorie then you go under calorie
1:08:19 too long right so i don't mind a juice
1:08:22 cleanse for two days but is it a juice
1:08:24 cleanse that that's actually like
1:08:26 efficient enough is it does it have
1:08:28 enough glucose the reason why people are
1:08:30 sick is because
1:08:31 they're missing the mineral salts and
1:08:33 the glucose so when you go on these
1:08:34 juice cleanses it doesn't mean it's the
1:08:36 right even the right combinations it
1:08:37 doesn't mean it's enough calories to
1:08:39 give you the glucose and then
1:08:40 you can tank right and in juice cleanses
1:08:44 if they're not done right can lower your
1:08:46 immune system
1:08:47 versus help your immune system so keep
1:08:49 that in mind too
1:08:50 um but yeah incredible you guys i'm
1:08:54 heading off to ig and tiktok
1:08:56 i didn't even get a chance because the
1:08:58 pink phone didn't even ring

1:09:32 tonight that would be incredible
1:09:34 um and i'm going over to ig now it's
1:09:37 going to be a different show probably
1:09:38 it's not going to be the
1:09:39 same show here i think we're going to do
1:09:41 something a little different on there
1:09:42 i love you guys and i'll see you guys
1:09:45 soon if you come over to ig
1:09:46 and tick tock with me alright
