17:44 wanted to do but i wouldn't recommend

17:47 using it internally is is the whole

17:54 right you know you can bake without it
17:58 too you can bake without sodium
17:59 bicarbonate but you don't need
18:00 sodium bicarbonate so replacing sodium
18:03 bicarbonate isn't so

18:08 well it's almost like arsenic right you
18:11 you're not supposed to be drinking
18:13 arsenic
18:15 so if someone says hey don't drink
18:16 arsenic what can you replace it with

19:01 stages of the er
19:02 they're waiting there waiting to see a

19:08 they've already been diagnosed with
19:10 crohn's and doctors like well crohn's
19:11 will whatever
19:12 we'll you know have you you know maybe
19:14 we can give you a medication tonight and
19:16 send you home with and
19:18 this person's suffering and they got and
19:20 they did the whole sodium bicarbonate
19:22 i've seen this over and over again
19:23 let's head to another one iron
19:25 supplements gotta be careful with iron
19:26 supplements because when people are low
19:28 in iron you have to keep this in mind
19:30 if the iron supplements aren't really
19:32 natural like really
19:34 clean like really like derived from a
19:37 good source
19:38 like with me with iron supplements with
19:40 me
19:41 is that i like to recommend foods that
19:44 are always high in iron right
19:46 with the leafy greens right um
19:49 the i like some raisins you know i like
19:52 wild blueberries i like things that have
19:55 the iron in it
19:57 which are important right the herbs it's
20:00 another thing too the cilantro
20:01 parsley i love i love the foods that
20:04 have the iron in there right
20:06 that's a whole thing too it's it's the
20:08 reason why we go
20:10 low in iron is because we're also
20:12 low-grade viral infections so
20:14 we got the viruses right so that's
20:16 another thing all in its own
20:18 you got the viruses and viruses like
20:21 epstein-barr
20:22 feed off of iron so that's why the iron
20:25 drops
20:26 because the viruses feed off of iron so
20:28 we have to be cautious right
20:30 so you keep if you're if you know if the
20:32 doctor is giving you all these iron
20:35 supplements and stuff care and churchill
20:36 iron supplements help
20:38 keep me anemic right helped keep me

20:42 so you got to be cautious with iron
20:44 supplements because iron supplements
20:46 cause a lot of trouble with a lot of
20:48 people what it does is
20:50 the symptoms can get worse when you're
20:52 dumping in a lot of iron supplements
20:53 because
20:54 it's fuel for certain varieties of
20:56 epstein-barr virus they love to feed off
20:58 of iron so then
20:59 you're dumping more iron in and then the
21:01 virus are eating more and how you're
21:03 getting more body aches and pains you're
21:04 getting a little bit more fatigue and
21:06 the doctor's just like well you're
21:07 getting more fatigue because you're
21:08 anemic meanwhile the doctor is supposed
21:10 to be saying
21:10 you're getting more fatigue because of
21:12 low-grade viral infections
21:15 and and and but they don't say that and
21:17 that's the whole thing on it's all on
21:18 its own
21:19 dolly says i take a tiny bit of sodium
21:21 bicarbonate occasionally it eases my
21:24 acid burn
21:25 i use apples too however i notice less
21:29 reflux with iodine as prescribed by dr
21:32 brownstein
21:32 iodine protocol so what i like to do for
21:36 reflux is i like to fix the problem
21:39 so that's what i like to do because acid
21:41 reflux is
21:43 streptococcus bacteria staph bacteria
21:46 it's e coli bacteria it's a lot of

21:49 acid reflux is also a stagnant sluggish
21:51 liver
21:52 so what i like to do with acid reflux so
