We're live streaming, holding up a pomegranate. We're gonna talk about the five best meditations to bring back that emotional stamina that everybody seems to be losing these days. Anyway, we're gonna cover that a little bit too. Pomegranate's a food that I eat, but what I really love about it, it helps to rebuild the immune system, does a lot of incredible things for you, so I love the pomegranates. Everybody's always saying, "What do you eat? What do you eat?" Well, pomegranate's one of them. I got some other foods here too I wanna show you guys.
[00:00:27]
But I wanna talk about these meditations. Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcast, that's where they are. So it's the brain meditation, the moon meditation, free as a bird meditation, the stargazing meditation, the fruit picking meditation, okay? And how powerful they are for healing. Hey, you guys, just holding up a pomegranate, so you guys come on and just wanna show you, you guys got the pomegranates, right? I was just wondering, have you been eating them lately? 'Cause it's a powerful food to help heal. It's incredible, really.
[00:01:01]
And Alexandra's on right now, incredible. You have five pomegranates in your fridge, Lisa? That's the best news I ever heard, really, because that's really good for you, incredible. Whoa, I just saw a comment go up, pomegranate healed, I think Elizabeth's breast calcifications. Whoa, Sundy says she loves them too. Tricia Marie's here, she likes pomegranates. That's incredible. So I got some other foods here too. I got Brussels sprouts for the liver, 'cause that's a food that I eat too, and I've really helped a lot of people with this information using Brussels sprouts for the liver, going all the way back for 35 years, that's powerful.
[00:01:37]
Of course I got the celery juice, 'cause you have to have that. I'll talk about that a little bit, the power of what that does and how it helps us heal. And guys, I'm glad everybody's coming on here. I wanna talk about some cool stuff, all of that. Alexandra said, "I did the Star meditation six times yesterday." What do you suggest? Oh, that's incredible, six times? You've done the meditation six times yesterday? That is amazing, that is mind blowing, so I'm pumped about that.
[00:02:05]
You can do the meditations for free. These are guided meditations, you guys know, right? But anybody new coming on, the guided meditations, and they're for free, okay? Medical Meeting Podcast, Apple Podcast, the link is in the description. And you can do these meditations for free and do some healing, anxiety, depersonalization, depression, okay? Just hypertension, like anxiety-based hypertension, it's when the vagus nerve and the phrenic nerves are getting all whacked out because everybody's up against some of the emotional bullets and emotional stress and emotional hardships. So I mean, really powerful meditations to help with anything, OCD, that's another thing too.
[00:02:45]
So many planted Brussels sprouts in the garden, amazing. Incredible, Brussels sprouts for the liver, that's a powerful food to help you heal and the liver's critical, it's important. So if you're somebody dealing with all kinds of different symptoms and conditions, which I could talk about in a little bit too for a minute. And so I wanna cover a lot of stuff.
[00:03:09]
First of all, look, episode 17, okay? The star gazing episode, so it's a star gazing meditation. You have to try it, you have to try this meditation, okay? So the Medical Meeting Podcast at Apple Podcast link is in the description, you have to try it. Alexandra, six times, still can't believe it. Six times you did the meditation yesterday, so powerful.
[00:03:32]
And I'm talking about a couple different healing foods because everybody's like, show us what you eat, show us what you eat, and it's like, okay, fine. Fine, you know? But Brussels sprouts, steam 'em really soft, that's how it's really good right there, one popped out. You steam 'em really, really soft, it's an incredible food, helps heal the liver, and that's what I love about it because our livers need so much work. They're stagnant, they're sluggish because of, you know, if you ever have issues where you're gaining weight or weight is coming on and you're like, wait a minute, how come my friend can eat what they want but I can't? Or I'm gaining weight and they aren't or whatever. Well, their liver's not quite maxed out yet and it takes time. Everybody's liver just get beaten down, they get stagnant, sluggish, they get maxed out, and then what happens is the weight comes on. So it's like, okay, well, what can I do for that? Well, one thing is Brussels sprouts right there, healing the liver, that's a big deal right there.
[00:04:19]
Aisling says, hey Anthony, I listened to the potato podcast today, I wish I had a potato on me right now. Amazing, I've always said potatoes are my favorite food. I love your voice in the Free as a Bird and Stargazing, so gentle and soothing. Incredible, I'm so glad you're doing the meditations. That is so great to know.
[00:04:39]
So the Star Gazing meditation, let's cover that for a minute too. By the way, I got a mango in front of me. I'll talk about mango in a little bit as well. The Stargazing meditation is about connecting with the essence of your soul, and that's something people don't know about that even exists. So what happens is down here, when you go through like a broken relationship, a divorce, a broken friendship, betrayal, broken trust, maybe somebody stabs you in the back and they twist the knife a little too hard, maybe anything like that, or emotional abuse, or just any kind of hardship or losses, anything like that. When you go through that, what happens is we kind of lose ourselves down here a little bit, chips away at our soul. It's like death by a thousand cuts to our soul as we get beaten down here. And of course we push through, we push through, but a lot of times we end up getting a little lost.
[00:05:40]
And the Stargazing meditation is about connecting to an essence of your soul that's far beyond the star. So I take you on a journey to connect with that so you can reestablish who you are, like finding yourself truly. So that's a really great meditation and you have to try that out. So got pomegranate if you just came on. It's a powerful healing food, good for the immune system, really good for the liver too. Good for the intestinal tract for a lot of reasons. I could cover a little bit more about that. So that's that score right there.
[00:06:14]
So yeah, so you guys, I want you guys to have every chance to heal and move forward and push past any symptoms and conditions. So like the Medical Medium information has always been, it's always been about spiritually helping people since the book one and even long before that, since Medical Medium book one, all the way to healing the physical body, would cleanse the heal, so that's right there. So with the meditations, these are an incredible source of healing power inside these meditations 'cause what it does, like the moon meditation, that's a big deal all on its own.
[00:06:47]
Keep in mind that we're gonna have this half moon happen around the 21st of November. And I'm pretty sure from when I was talking to somebody who was like, look, I'm up on the moon, I'm up on the moon to where things are at. And they're like, you gotta tell everybody 'cause that's the half moon. A friend of mine was like, the half moon is when it really hits, you know, when you do that moon meditation. So keep in mind when you're doing the moon meditation right when you're coming up on that half moon and then once again on the full moon. But I'll give you a rundown on these meditations about the power they have. And if you want to experience them yourself, just like many of you guys are doing, the link is in the description. Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcast. Make sure you check these out, okay?
[00:07:30]
So here's how it works. The Brain Meditation, let's start with that one right off the running. The Brain Meditation rids fear because what happens is when we go through a lot of hardships, it knocks our soul out of us. So when you get delivered that bad news, whatever that is, it could even be not even the worst news to someone else, but it's really bad to you. And you get delivered that bad news and your soul gets kicked out of you for a moment. It literally goes out of body, boom. It stays with you, but it's out of body and it kind of floats around side of you and stuff like that. And when that happens, fear fills in the gap.
[00:08:06]
So all of a sudden fear comes in and then we live our life like fearful. It's what happens, we go through our life, we live it fearful and we're afraid of things. We're afraid to trust again. Our decisions that we make, you know, it's not easy as far as our decisions. They may not be the best decisions 'cause we're making them out of fear, right? And so the Brain Meditation bridges that gap. That's what it does. It pushes the fear out. It brings your soul closer to you, to the emotional center of the brain. A connection is made and you make the bridge. That's a powerful one right there. It does a lot more than that. That's just one little inkling of the brain, what the Brain Meditation does.
[00:08:45]
So if you guys want to experience it, it's a free guided meditation. And all of it, so really important. And here's another meditation I'm gonna talk about that now is the Moon Meditation. So what that one does when you're doing the Moon Meditation, okay? And you don't have to be doing, you don't have to look at the moon when you're doing it. You could just, the whole point is you're in your house or in your apartment or your home or wherever you are and or your building and you're laying there on the floor comfortable or on the bed comfortable or on a couch and you're listening to the Moon Meditation. And what that does is the magnetic pull of the moon is used in that meditation.
[00:09:17]
So when you really connect, that magnetic pull pulls the poison out of the soul. What's the poison? Broken trust, relationships that have been broken throughout the years, betrayal, hardship, losses, all of it that we go through. And this is all to rid anxiety, depression, help to move it out of your life, help to get relief, anything from OCD, depersonalization, all of it. And so that's the Moon Meditation where it starts to pull that poison out, that venom that happens when we get, when we're up against things in our life and we're dealing with any kind of issues or anything, anything that could be there from 10 years ago, 20 years ago, all of it.
[00:09:51]
So it's the Moon Meditation. Free as a Bird Meditation, that's when you feel confined, when you feel stagnant, when you feel stuck, that's the Free as a Bird Meditation. It's to free you up from that. Do you feel like confined, stagnant, stuck, you know, like not being able to kind of move forward in some way? Did you ever have that feeling where you're not able to move forward in some way? Because if you have that feeling, the Free as a Bird Meditation is really something to really work with that, really work with that.
[00:10:20]
So I'm seeing a comment right now, Jade says, "I wish I could stop anxiety, I'm doing everything. Are you doing the meditations?" It's number one. "Are you doing them every single day, Jade?" That's one thing. And also what I would do is combine it, go to the library, get the book out for free, okay? Even though it's on sale on Amazon, you could get the book out for free if you wanted the library. But what you can do is you'll see and hear anxiety, what the true cause of anxiety is physically, physically happening. And what you can do is you can take a look in here and you can, if you actually use the tools in this book, you can find your way out of that anxiety, like thousands have, and then couple that with the meditations, really powerful. So I mean, it could be really helpful. I want to help. That's the whole point of why I'm doing this.
[00:11:06]
Wyla Green says, "The meditations feel like it's putting puzzle pieces together, like everything is coming together so healing." That's incredible. Incredible, Wyla, really is. And so, you know, what happens is, people go through a lot in their life. They feel like they're lost. They feel like they're disconnected from their soul. They feel like they're disconnected from themselves. And that's what happens in people's lives. You guys know, I mean, many of you guys have gone through so much.
[00:11:33]
Ava says, "Love the moon meditation. I look at the moon in a whole different way now. Incredible, the half moon's gonna come up on the 21st." What I like to do with the meditation is do the meditation for seven days around the half moon. So I'll start like three days before the half moon is at its 50% mode, and then three days after that. So that's a powerful way to use the magnetic pull. Now, what's the difference with the moon meditation when you do that? The difference is, there's a difference between the magnetic pull on the half moon to the magnetic pull on the whole moon, okay? Versus the half moon and the whole moon. There's a difference. And it does something different with moving that yellow, that dull yellow color I talk about in the meditation, moving it around and extracting that venom out. And so it's best to do it both times of the month, for sure, if you can. It's definitely best to do that. It's really a good idea, for sure. And so that's that meditation right there.
[00:12:30]
But back to the Free as a Bird Meditation. You guys, these are guided meditations you can get for free. Medical Meeting Podcast at Apple Podcasts. Link is in the description, okay? And I'm talking about these meditations. I also have foods here, 'cause I'm gonna talk about the healing powers of pomegranate. Couple of minutes, I'm gonna talk about a little bit of the healing power of mango, 'cause I've always said, with information I get from the source, you know, SOC, everybody says, right? Spirit of Compassion. I've always said, these help you sleep. So if you got insomnia, sleeping issues of all kinds, if you can't sleep good, the mangoes really help. We'll have a mango at night. That's something I'm gonna talk about, the Brussels sprouts healing power on the liver.
[00:13:13]
People hate these. It's funny, man. I have a friend who's just like, I hate 'em. I hate Brussels sprouts. You can't give me a Brussels sprout. I'm like, okay, okay, fine, but you know, your liver loves 'em. Your liver loves 'em. So, you know, and so the bottom line is, I'll say this right now, is that when you're dealing with the power of these meditations, and you couple it with the power of knowing what to do with your foods, then like I've always said, you move forward, you move forward, you move forward. And it's something to think about, for sure.
[00:13:48]
And so let's cover a little bit more about the meditations. The Free as a Bird Meditation, okay, that's when the cage is around the soul, and that's what people feel like when they're confined, when they're held back, when they're not moving forward. All that.
[00:14:05]
Ruby says, mm, I need meditation for relationship stress or times we're not getting on with a loved one. You know, I mean, with that, okay, sure. Which meditation out of the meditations for that one? I would probably do two meditations, maybe three of 'em. I would do three because it hits a different note internally to help heal that. I would do the moon meditation for sure with that one. I would do, I would even probably do the fruit picking meditation. I would probably even do that one because of what it can do internally in the soul. I'd do the stargazing one, I would do that one too. I mean, I would try, and look, definitely try which ones you feel like doing. But yeah, yeah, I mean, here's how it would, look at the meditations and be like, well, what can I do here? And I would probably say the moon meditation, definitely right there. Free as a Bird, Stargazing, try those three right there. And because depending on what's happening in any old wounds that you have inside, that's the other problem that could be there. So to help heal.
[00:14:58]
Wilma says, again, moon meditation has me asleep within a minute. Is that a good thing? I'll tell you right now, if it puts you asleep, then you're—because I'm doing all the work in the meditation—it's a guided meditation and you're able to relax to that degree and stay that calm and heal, then that's a healing sleep. And subconsciously you're still doing the meditation, so it's really incredible. Honestly, that is really incredible, it really is.
[00:15:18]
So back to the meditations, you guys. I want you to be able to use these as powerful tools to move you forward. And then we'll talk about some other stuff too, but I'm just covering that the Stargazing Meditation just released episode 17, link is in the description. You gotta try it, you gotta try it.
[00:15:36]
Yeah, and Hadid said, yes, love the fruit meditation too. Yeah, that's a great one, it really is, it really is. Anyway, you guys, look, I don't know if you're what you're eating these days, hopefully you're doing some good foods. Got the pomegranate right here. This is an incredible food for the lymphatic system, okay, because you're healing the liver with this food, you're working on cleaning the liver, which then helps the lymphatic system. That's a really good thing too. This is incredible food, it's got vitamin C in it, which is good for the immune system. And that color is really special. It's color, that's antioxidants, that's really anthocyanins, really great color right there.
[00:16:17]
And then the Brussels sprouts for the liver. Think about trying them. Hey, I would, you could stir fry them if you want, you could do whatever you want with them. I would steam them, best for the liver that way, and throw them on a salad, that's what I would do. That's how I would clean up a stagnant, sluggish liver. This is one thing you can use.
[00:16:36]
Sarah says, since the meditations, I have been able to fall asleep for five to 10 minutes, oh, for five to 10 minutes, I haven't been able to take a nap for years. Incredible, incredible. Amit says, difference between Stargazing and Moon Meditation? Okay, so the Moon Meditation, you could still, here's the difference. A Stargazing Meditation is when we really get lost, we're really disconnected from our soul. We've really been beaten down and tattered down here, a little too hard where we feel like we're lost. So that's what the Stargazing Meditation is good for. It's about connecting to the essence of your soul that's way beyond the stars and reconnecting. And then to get, so that you're not in that kind of sense of like being lost.
[00:17:19]
The Moon Meditation is about extracting poison, this yellow dull poison out of the soul, which is wounds from years and years ago that sits in there and it interferes with decisions we make and anxiety could creep up and fear could creep up. So that's one right there. So this is kind of the differences right there.
[00:17:38]
So anyway, you guys, are you doing your celery juice? 'Cause I'm gonna drink this in a little bit too. And I don't know, I haven't talked to you guys recently about the power of the celery juice with the sodium cluster salts, what it does for cleaning up the liver, how it diffuses toxins inside the body. These are just the basics, really the basics. The vitamin C in here does not have to be converted by the liver, goes directly to your lymphocytes, monocytes, basophils, neutrophils, all of it. Just so powerful.
[00:18:05]
Anyway, love you guys. Keep up the good work. Remember, try everything that you can, all the good tools when you can, one at a time. Know that I care and I got your back. Love you guys.
