I, Intuitive Eating, is not intuitive. We're also talking about balanced diets. Is there really a balanced diet? Who knows the truth? Is someone on a balanced diet? What makes a balanced diet so balanced, if it's balanced at all? So, we're going to cover those things too. Also going to talk about natural flavoring a little bit more—how it's highly addictive, and it's weaponized now to make you want to rebuy the food. How about that? So, this is fun. I got my seaweed right here, you guys. You're coming on. And got my Nori sheets. There they are. Look, it's like a deck of cards. Nori sheets. Or a pack of paper. So I got my Nori sheets. That's great.
[00:00:44]
I got freshly cooked millet, which is a gluten-free grain. Better for you than oatmeal, if you're into grains. I just want a grain option for some of you guys, because I know you guys, you do your gluten-free breads all the time. You're doing your gluten-free everything. But you're still going to do grains, and you still get gluten in there too. Just wanted you to have another option. But this is going to be fun. Cucumbers. Mango dressing I'm going to make. So here's some mangoes. This one happens to look really pretty. Look at that. Got a nice mango there. Red bell peppers—just showing you some of the stuff. And spinach. Something we need to get more into us. More of this into us to do some healing. This is healing food. Very important to know. Got the spinach there.
[00:01:29]
You guys, just came on. We're live on Facebook. We're live on YouTube. Both right now. Same time. Got some red onions. And look at those tomatoes. Ooh, scary, right? Many of you guys freak out about nightshades. Is this freaking you out? Is this scaring you right here? Those are so good for you, those tomatoes. So we're going to cover that stuff.
[00:01:49]
Sonya says, "My son, who has never eaten veggies or fruit, drank and loved the heavy metal detox smoothie this morning." Thank you. Thanks to you, Anthony. Thanks, Sonya, for posting your comment right now. That's amazing. So let's get into you guys. So your organic millet bag says contains gluten. That's no fun. That means that that millet was processed at a place that had some gluten, some grains that are gluten. So, all right. Or gluten-based. Contains gluten. So, okay, guys. I'm going to make these nori rolls.
[00:02:22]
Let's talk about intuitive eating. Let's talk about balanced diets. Let's talk about intuition. Let's go there. Let's talk about intuition. So I'm sure you guys are intuitive in many ways because I meet some people and they're intuitive and they'll say, "Hey, my specialty is using my intuition for knowing when to cross the street." And then I meet somebody else and be like, "Hey, Anthony, my intuition is best with helping myself go to sleep. I know all the right things I need." And everybody's got their intuition. They're using it in different ways.
[00:02:51]
I talk to moms all the time. They're like, "My intuition is strong for safeguarding my children, making sure they're safe. I use my intuition all the time to try to be careful about things." And then you meet people. They're like, "I intuitively eat. I use my intuition to eat. I pick the foods that are just right for me, the foods that I intuitively like." But here's a couple of very important things to know, all right? Really important. And it's something that makes a lot of sense.
[00:03:20]
You can't eat intuitive when you don't know what's wrong with you. So if you're eating intuitive because you're saying, "Hey, this is the food I need because I'm not feeling well. This is the food I need because I got fibro or RA or Hashimoto's or Lyme or I got depression, anxiety. My intuition tells me this is the food I need if I have anxiety. This is the food I need if I have depression." Well, if you don't know what causes your depression, if you don't know what causes your anxiety, what causes your eczema, your POTS, what causes your renaults, what causes your lupus, what causes your RA, your CFS, whatever it is that's going on in your life, your acne—if you don't know what causes it, then how does that work?
[00:03:59]
So Divine says, "My intuition wants a cup of coffee." Exactly. Exactly. It's a really good point, right? So your intuition wants a cup of coffee. And I'm assuming you're kidding around because intuitively our bodies don't want that caffeine, right? If you weren't introduced to caffeine, it never entered your body—no one introduced it to you, whether it was high school, whether it was college, whether it was family, whether it was friends that introduced you to coffee, introduced you to chocolate, introduced you to tea or whatever it is, right? If you were never introduced to it, intuitively, you would never want it. Your intuition would not want or crave that caffeine. Your intuition would not want that cup of coffee. It just wouldn't.
[00:04:39]
But when we get introduced to it and then we get addicted to it and it becomes part of our life and then it owns our soul. So when caffeine owns our soul, because it really does, the caffeine industry wants caffeine to own women's souls and men's souls too. And so men can teach more women to use more caffeine. Like men podcast doctors and men trainers and stuff telling women do lots of cacao in your smoothies and put chocolate powder in your smoothies and make sure you're doing lots of matcha tea and coffee drinks because it's so good for you, right? That's what everybody says.
[00:05:14]
It goes on as when we get introduced to it in all these different ways, we become addicted to it and then the intuition is gone. Just goes away—like boom, our intuition is gone. And then there's emotional eating. Is your intuitive eating emotional eating? Is your intuitive, Michelle L says, yes, my intuition wants a piece of cheese. Is your intuitive eating emotional eating? That's a whole another thing. How do you know you're not emotional eating, right? Are you emotionally going for that cup of coffee? Are you emotionally going for that chocolate bar because it's intuitive? Are you emotionally going for that chocolate chocolate bar because you're addicted or you want to comfort food? And that's a whole another thing too.
[00:05:54]
And Denise says intuition is not the same as knowing—really interesting, you know, but Denise does that mean you have a knowing that someone has a knowing that, Hey, I need that coffee. I need that comfort food—that's, that's like, I know I need that. Or is it in knowing that, Hey, I know I'm not supposed to have caffeine because everybody knows caffeine is bad for you, even though everybody's trying to pretend it's good for you. And, but this is really interesting because I run into people all the time and it's like, people are like, Hey, I'm more, I'm intuitively eating, you know, and I'm eating balanced too, but I'm intuitively eating. My body knows what it wants. I feel like I, I know what I want. I'm tuned in, totally tuned in. And I could just pick, you know what? I walked down the grocery store. I know somebody it's like I walked down this grocery store aisle and I just intuitively know what I'm supposed to be eating. And I'm like, well, does your intuition pick enough oranges? Does your intuition pick enough onions? Is, does your intuition, is it making you get mangoes? Is your intuition making you get leafy greens, like lots of spinach? Is that happening or are you in the wine and cheese aisle? Are you in the wine and cheese aisle? So, or are you in the coffee aisle saying, Ooh, look at this. Uh, I got this coffee. Whoa. So it's totally sustainable sustainability and fair trade. We roast our coffee grinds in the finest places on earth. Whoa, this is really a good, good box of coffee right here. And it's organic. You know, is your intuition just go in there?
[00:07:19]
Here's what happens, right? Let's first of all, I'm going to start working on this a little bit here. So I got a Dory sheet right here. We've got some millet. We're going to make these millet Nori rolls, which are really good. Yeah. Now I'm going to make also a mango lime dressing, but let's just take a tomato to start with. What I like about the tomato is, um, I could use it to wet the Nori and that's what I, that's why I like the tomato. You can actually wet the Nori, moisten it up.
[00:07:44]
So, you know, I wouldn't probably wouldn't be talking about this so much if I didn't hear out there so many people saying how they intuitively eat and how they know what they're doing with how they're eating. And I'm not trying to like be hard on them or anything. It's just, it's just like, I just don't think you can intuitively eat unless you learn a few things. And my job is to give you guys as much insight as possible so you can use your intuition. Like I want you to intuitively eat. I want you to, I want you to have your intuition totally keyed up and strong.
[00:08:18]
Lorraine L says, "When it came down to food, addictions and emotions were more often in charge despite of intuition or better judgment." It really is. It gets the best of us, right? It does. And I'll tell you right now, look, I know life's not easy. It's not. And I know we do comfort foods. I know we got addictions, we got vices, you know, I know we have all of that, right? So, and hey, rightfully so because everything everybody goes through.
[00:08:43]
And putting some millet in this Nori sheet right here, it's life's not easy. And, and we got vices and we got addictions and all of that. But I know that people want their intuition to be strong. They want it perfected. They want it strengthened. They want that there, right? And I know people do. I'm cutting some red bell pepper right here because I want to put a little of that in here too. But I want people to have that chance. I want them to actually have that chance.
[00:09:09]
So that's the inside of the pepper. I cut the top off. Just going to rip it off right here. Let me get another one too. Going. I think the bottom line, people want to do the right thing for their bodies. They want to do the right thing for their health, you know, and people get duped. They get tricked into things. They get, you know, persuaded and persuaded to get addicted to things. It's easy to get persuaded to get addicted to stuff like caffeine, right?
[00:09:33]
Putting a little bit of red bell pepper in here. So you can make these in a lot of different ways. I'm just, I'm putting a little tomato in here, sliced tomato. This is a millet Nori, putting a red piece of red bell pepper in here like that. I'm going to put a little thin slice of onion in here. So my eyes can get all teary. So. Do not. So I got my onion. I'm going to do a little thin slice of onion here. I'm going to cut it in half.
[00:09:59]
I think I'm seeing it a lot more out there. People are intuitively eating and I want, I want to be supportive. I really do. I want to be supportive. And it's hard to be supportive when next thing you know it, I see them tanking down the coffee drinks at the same time they're being, they're trying to intuitively eat and they're tanking down the coffee drinks and they're eating the comfort foods. So I'm like, well, what part of intuitive eating are you actually doing? I really would like to know. And the chocolate too. Are you, are you intuitively eating 365 chocolate bars a year, chocolate bar a day? Is that like your intuition speaking or is that something else?
[00:10:34]
So I just made a really nice Nori roll right here. There it is. So that's the millet. There's red bell pepper in there. There's tomato in there too. So here's what happens is everybody's chasing adrenaline. They're chasing an adrenaline high. So what they're doing is they're chasing that high. That's what people do. And there's a whole system around caffeine that I didn't even talk about yet.
[00:10:55]
So if you guys just came on here and he's, Hey, is he talking about caffeine again? But check this out. Okay. I never even told you guys about this. You get high before you drink that coffee drink. You get high before you eat that chocolate bar. You get high before you have that caffeine or that matcha tea. You actually get high because there's an excitement that happens when you walk into that coffee shop. Your adrenals are already getting signals from your brain for that excitement. You're already getting high before you even sip that first sip. Just the feeling and the knowing that you're going to get your fix already triggers off your adrenals.
[00:11:31]
So you're all, it's the experience of even if you have your coffee set up at home and you got it all rigged up, you've got a nice machine or you got espresso machine or whatever you have at home and you wake up in the morning and it's part of your ritual before you even drink that coffee, before you even get your fix, you're already getting high. Your adrenals are already getting charged up and starting to release adrenaline because it's the experience of it all.
[00:11:54]
And it's not passion. Don't confuse passion with chasing a high. Then that's what happens. Everybody's confusing passion with chasing a high. That's what they're confusing. So it's like, no, I'm passionate about my coffee. I'm passionate about what I'm doing. You know what? It's passion. It's not, you don't know what you're talking about. AW it's passion. I got passion for life. I got passion for what I'm doing. I got passion for my coffee, you know, and, and I look forward to it and I'm passionate about what I do and everything, you know, and people get that wrapped up, that passion with chasing a high. They don't know it, but it's not passion we're talking about. It's an addiction and then chasing a high.
[00:12:33]
So people chase a high all day long. That's what they want to do. That's what they do. You chase a high where your coffee drinks in the morning, you chase a high with your chocolate bar later on or your chocolate bar and your smoothie. You chase a high then. So that's something, okay. And then another thing that cranks up your adrenals is all that fat. So when you're doing the fats, any kind of fats you have in your diet, cranks up the adrenaline because your adrenaline has to thin it out. It's a blood thinner. So your, but your brain sends a signal to your adrenals.
[00:13:07]
Your adrenals release epinephrine. The epinephrine is a blood thinner so that when your bloodstream is filled up with all the milk, eggs, cheese, butter, nut butters, nuts, seeds, oils, chicken, whatever meat, all that fat that's in your system, your adrenals are pumping. That's another reason why people get high. They get a little bit of high on bone broth too. They're getting high on bone broth because it's so much fat in it. Not to mention I told you guys about all the adrenaline in it because when the animal gets axed, when it gets killed, the adrenals fill, pump all this epinephrine. Epinephrine fills up into the bones. And then when you're doing your bone broth, you're getting high off of all that steroid. Tons of steroids in them, not tons but lots, large amount of steroids.
[00:13:49]
And so there's these highs going on. So you're doing your bone broth. There's a high off of that because of the adrenaline you're eating and the fats. And then there's a high on milk, cheese, butter, or the eggs. There's a high on all of this. There's a high on beef. There's a high you get from the fat and beef. There's a high you get, I'm not ranking on protein eaters. It's not in animal protein eaters. I'm talking about plant-based too. There's a high you get when you're doing the guacamole. There's a high you get with all the oils and the olives. There's a high you get with all the nut butters. And that's all there. You're chasing a high and it's not about intuitive eating anymore. That's out the window. Intuitive eating is no more. There's no such thing right now really for anybody.
[00:14:37]
But I want you guys to grab onto that intuitive eating. I want you to have that ability, be empowered, have that knowledge of how to intuitively eat. I'm putting some tomato slices in here. I've got a little bit of millet in this nori roll. And putting some slices of onion. Going to put a little slice of pepper in here too. And a little bit of spinach as well. Going to get that in here. This is really a great option. It's fat free. There's no fats in here. You know, I don't think your intuition is... No one's going to want to be like, "Hey, I'm going to eat that bowl of fruit." Like that's what I really want really bad. And maybe some of you guys got into that point, that place where your intuitive powers are actually kicking in about food.
[00:15:20]
But no one's like, "I want to eat that banana. I'm going to go with that banana. My body's telling me I need that banana. My body's telling me I need those tomatoes. My body's telling me I need all of that." That's another nori roll. You can see kind of the red bell pepper in there. You can see the tomato in there. You got the millet. You got the spinach. So it's another one I just made. I'm going to cut them in little rounds too as we go along.
[00:15:43]
So, you know, is your intuition telling you that you need to eat this all day, like a whole bunch of this today? Is your intuition telling you that this is what you need on your table tonight for dinner and you just make a nice big salad with it? Right? But no, people's intuition isn't really doing that. Instead, people's intuition, which isn't their intuition, it's their emotional eating or comfort food eating and addictions and vices and chasing a high dictates what they really want. And that's, you know, what they've been taught to do.
[00:16:14]
So what have you been taught to do? Have you been taught to, you know, lots of macaroni and cheese so it's in your database in your brain? Lots of mac and cheese with butter. Have you been taught that your lot your whole life? Have you been taught cheese? Nice, juicy cheeseburger, right? Nice, juicy cheeseburger and all that melted cheese. What about a nice pizza? Have you been taught to eat pizza your whole life? Right?
[00:16:37]
You know, I got a friend's like my friends like my intuition is telling me I need pizza tonight. It's Friday night, whatever. I need pizza. And you've been taught to do like lots of vinegar. Keep that in mind too. You've been taught to do lots of vinegar, oil, lots of oil. So you've been taught that as well. So it's about it's not about our intuition anymore. It's about what you've been taught, which you've been raised on to eat and consume. It's about the comfort foods. It's about what kind of teaching you've had throughout the beginning of your life.
[00:17:09]
So it's at the beginning of your life when you're growing up, and you learn how to eat the mac and cheese and, and the ice cream. Right? So what about the ice cream too? Okay. And then the chocolate, we get introduced to chocolate really young. So we get introduced to chocolate really young because if mom's breast, if mom's, if we're breastfeeding, right. And in mom's breast milk is all that caffeine. It's all that caffeine from chocolate because you know, mom, mom's eating chocolate. So we get introduced right off the running in the womb, utero. We're already caffeine addicted. So if, if someone's pregnant, the woman's pregnant and she's eating chocolate throughout the pregnancy, we now, our baby is now into caffeine. So that means from here on out, there's, it's always going to be in there. It's always going to be in the brain chemistry. It's always going to be, it's always going to be a part of the baby's life and child's life and then adult's life.
[00:18:11]
They can't escape it. So it's chocolate's going to always be there. It's going to be this guaranteed, a neat and not a good way, a guaranteed, a neat addiction to keep the caffeine industry full throttle. Now the think tanks in the caffeine, the think tank, I say think tank because I'm talking about the big board meetings and the big board meetings they have in the caffeine industry where everybody gets around and they actually plan your future life. So they plan your children's life, they plan your baby's life and they know that mommy's going to be eating chocolate and then the baby's going to be addicted to caffeine. They actually have this data.
[00:18:44]
So they want to make sure that your baby is addicted on caffeine for a lifetime and it gets passed on, it gets passed on, it gets passed on. So it's not even about intuition anymore. That's just gone like boom, we just, that gets blown out of here. That's not even in the equation anymore. And I'm not trying to say you guys don't have intuitive abilities. I just want to help you master them. I want to help you actually grab hold of them and utilize them and make them work for you. That's what it is. I'm not saying you guys aren't intuitive. That's not it at all. I'm saying let's get it to work. Let's get that power going. Let's make it happen. Right?
[00:19:22]
And, but the caffeine industry really wants to own your soul and they don't want you having intuitive abilities. Big Pharma doesn't want you having intuitive abilities either. They don't want any of that intuition going on. They don't. So they don't want you intuitive. They don't want you guys having any intuition. They don't want you to be able to actually give your body what it needs. So Big Pharma, they don't want you to give your body what it needs. They just don't.
[00:19:48]
I'm putting a little spinach in this nori roll. You guys, I'm making millet nori rolls. I got red bell pepper in here. I got tomato, red onions. I'm putting a little, this beautiful spinach on top here and I'm rolling these kind of big. Can make them small and put more spinach in it, but I'm kind of like making them pretty big. That's a fat one right there. Little pieces of millet coming out the edges. Right?
[00:20:12]
Little tomato and red bell pepper sticking out. So I'm building a plate here. I already got three of them. I'm going to keep on going. Got more to make. So it's fun. So if you're grain free, you can do mango. So the reason why I have these mangoes here, it's not just because of the mango sauce. I got the mangoes here because if you're grain free, you can do a mango version. I'm going to make one now. So I'm going to cut a mango. So you guys don't, you know what, any grain whatsoever. Cutting a mango right here.
[00:20:44]
Now for this, what I like to do is I like to spoon out the mango and put it on the nori. So look, the bottom line is there's a lot of things controlling you. And do you like being controlled? Do you guys like being controlled? Do you like knowing there's a whole bunch of think tanks working on figuring out how to control you and your children for the rest of your life? You know, they want you on the Kool-Aid and science, you know, cult science because that's what science is. It's a cult and it's a mob and a cult. And science wants to make sure that you just worry about what's in matcha tea and not why your baby's got eczema and is crying in bed and your baby, your two year old skin is falling off and bleeding and cracking and they don't want to look for answers. They don't care about your three year old who can't sleep for days and then you have to drug your baby, your three year old, because your three year old has skin that's literally peeling off because it happens all the time. Actually hundreds of thousands of children going through the worst eczema.
[00:21:41]
Science and research doesn't care about that. They would work on something if they did. What they care about is matcha tea. So what science research will do is hundreds of studies on matcha tea, but they won't even attempt to figure out why mom has to bring their three year old into their emergency room three times a week and just get doused with steroids in hopes to just get by for another night. So, but science research just cares about the study for matcha tea and that new antioxidant they think is in matcha tea maybe. So all that science research goes into that.
[00:22:18]
It goes into that, you know science research wants to figure out why eggs might be good for you, right? So science research just cares about that. Your baby's suffering, children suffering with RA, all their joints are swollen, they can't walk and they're four or five years old. Severe CFS in children that are seven and eight years old. They don't want to do a study on that. They don't want to look for why that's happening. They just want to make sure that matcha tea gets the hundredth and fiftieth study, actually the next thousand studies on it. And so it's kind of crazy when you think about that. They want to make sure that, that, you know, eggs get another study to say they're heart healthy and get a stamp on it, right? They want to make sure that, you know, something else really stupid gets a stamp on it and gets, you know, a new study. Or green tea. Let's study green tea one more time. Why somebody's child, you know, can't even sleep, skin so bad off, bleeding and cracked. We'll just do one more matcha tea study. I mean, think about that, right? I mean, I, you know, this is unbelievable really when you think about it, it's unbelievable.
[00:23:24]
Anthony, please tell us why do they put MSG in food to be addicted to the product? That's one reason. There's some other reasons too, but that's one. I'm making a mango version right here. So I think the addiction MSG is highly addictive, highly addictive, just so you know. And it's, what it does is it crowds neurotransmitters, it crowds your neurons. So then what happens is your body has to overcompensate all the time. So your body's trying to overcompensate for everything going wrong, everything going wrong. If you're on MSG, your body has to overcompensate and try to fight like hell to fix the situation. So when you do MSG, now your body has to send all these reserves right to the brain and figure out how to fix the problem.
[00:24:12]
That alone can be addictive because that alone triggers off adrenaline because it's an invader. So when you get an invader in your body, it's like when you get the flu or something, your heart rate goes up because there's an invader in your body. So your heart rate goes up. If you get a cut, a bad cut and turns into an infection, right? Anything like that. It's an invader situation goes on. If you get poisoned with something, it's an invader. If you get food poisoning, it's an invader. There's this thing that happens where your body just goes into crisis mode because of the invader. So when you're doing MSG, it's similar to that. So the MSG rushes to the brain through the bloodstream. It attaches itself to neurotransmitters and neurons. And then when that happens, there's an addiction that occurs because your body's trying to go to those neurons now. So it's throwing all these reserves to those neurons. And those neurons are the sensory as to like our enjoyment to the things we like, even involved with our taste, all of it. And so there's addictive quality that occurs with it.
[00:25:12]
I'm going to put some red bell pepper in here, finish making this before the snorri sheet gets too, too wet. I'm going to slice some onion in here. That's just one reason why MSG is addictive. There's other reasons too. So when you're doing your natural flavoring, and that's why nutritional yeast is addiction addicting. There's nobody I know that does this, right? There's nobody I know that does this. I'm going to put some nutritional yeast on something here, and I'm just going to get a quarter teaspoon of nutritional yeast. There we go. I'm going to put that on my food. No, it's like that stuff goes on heavy now. Like people are using like, hey, it's a cheese replacement, nutritional yeast, and they're just pouring it on, pouring it on. And that's what people do. Nutritional yeast, the MSG in it is really highly addictive. And so people pour it on, they pour it on their food. I mean, they really do. So you got to think about that right there. It's all about controlling you.
[00:26:08]
It's all about controlling how you live your life. That's what it's about. How can we control you? Like, let's get people addicted to something toxic like MSG. Let's make sure it's in every food. If you guys just got on here, you're wondering how you guys probably don't have any MSG going on in your life, but you do. It's natural flavors, natural flavoring, berry flavor, strawberry flavor, organic flavoring flavors. It's all that. It's why supplement companies are pushed into putting natural flavors in their supplements. That's because it's so you keep on taking their protein powder. It's so you keep on taking their powders and their supplements of all kinds, whether it's pills or liquids, natural flavoring gets put into all of these supplement companies stuff, right? It's all MSG.
[00:26:53]
So even if you see something like organic flavoring or organic berry flavor, that is MSG, 100%. So it's there so you keep on rebuying. You keep on rebuying your supplementation. You keep on rebuying that protein powder. You keep on rebuying that juice powder or whatever it is that you're doing or taking because the natural flavors are kind of like a guarantee that you're going to possibly buy it again or keep on buying it again. It's there to turn you into an addict, even on a mild level.
[00:27:26]
That's a millet one right there. So that's a mango nori roll. There's mango in there. Mango red bell pepper. So I'm going to make another mango one. That's what I'm going to do. The goal really is to make sure that there's power over you as a consumer. And then there's a goal also to make you sick. So I mean, I hate to break that out there right now, but there's the system doesn't want you getting better. Don't get me wrong. A lot of amazing people working in the system, they don't want you sick, but the system itself, it's built for failure and it wants you to stay sick.
[00:28:01]
It wants you to be on caffeine. It wants you to burn out your adrenals. It wants you to lose your hair as a woman. It wants you to age fast, burn out your liver, damage your adrenals. It wants to get you closer to sickness. It wants you to age fast. The system is set up to age you quickly. That's what it's set up to do. I'm putting mango in this nori sheet. So, and part of that is MSG. Part of that is the caffeine industry, the natural flavoring. That's another part of it there. All the natural flavoring I've been talking about. I talked about you guys last time and all that, the whole thing with natural flavors.
[00:28:40]
A couple of things to understand is if a supplement company is defending the natural flavoring in their product, defending their natural flavors in any way, berry flavor, organic flavor, whatever it says. If it says the word flavor, it's MSG. Keep that in mind on your products and your supplements. If they're defending it, either they don't know it's MSG or they're being told by the manufacturer that's putting that in that they're being told there's no MSG in it, but there is. There is. And if they're defending it, they're really being negligent because they should know. I know that all the supplement companies out there putting out, trying to put out good quality stuff, they know the medical medium information, they read the medical medium books, they found out about natural flavoring, being MSG through medical medium, the book one originally. This is the new edition you guys, so check it out. Maybe pick this up when you can or amazon.com. So it's important to know.
[00:29:38]
And then there's the whole science thing. Science is now being so weaponized at this point. They're weaponizing it to such a degree they need you to drink the Kool-Aid. They need you to join the cult, the science cult because that's what it is. It actually turned into a cult. So you gotta be careful about that. So that's a cult where, you know, where's the scientific study to prove something. That means if you get better by taking care of yourself, if it wasn't proven by science and you never got better, so you don't matter. Science is like Hitlerism. Now it turned into that. It actually turned into that because even if you get better, even if you heal, you drink your celery juice, you do the heavy metal detox smoothie, you take care of yourself, you do the healing tools, you do the meditations, medical medium meditations and you heal yourself like millions are around the world and have, right? Unless science, unless it was under the guideline of science or studied by science, you never healed. You never even improved. Your word means nothing. You lied or you're just delusional. You never healed.
[00:30:41]
And that's how this Hitlerism works with science. That's how this mob Kool-Aid thing is really kind of getting out of control. It's like, it's like, unless there's a study that determines Denise healed or a study that determines that, that's, you know, that Jennifer healed or Jessica healed, Bob healed, whatever. It's like, unless there's a study that terms that you guys never healed, you never even improved, never even got better on any level. And because unless they actually did it under their watch, which they're not going to because they don't want to do studies where people are getting better because that's the case. They would take, take a look at the 50 million people that got better on medical information globally. They take a look at those 50 million people that got their lives back and they would want to actually study that and be like, Oh my God, like what is in this celery juice?
[00:31:33]
Like what happened to these people? Like why are they out of wheelchairs? Why are they getting better? What's going on? But they don't want to do that. And because they don't want to do that, they, you know, instead they'll, they got these mobs, these troll mobs now too. And these troll mobs are like, they'll sit there and tell you, Oh, it's anecdotal. You know? Meanwhile, like I said, it's like, there'll be another paid for study to prove caffeine is good for you guys. Another paid for study by the caffeine industry to prove caffeine is good for you. And as a mom, you'll be up all night while your baby's crying with no help because they won't do that study. They won't do this study to make sure that your baby doesn't suffer. Your toddler doesn't suffer. Your seven year old doesn't suffer. They don't want to do a study on that any level. They just want to, yeah, they just want to study one more, you know, why crack heroin, cocaine, caffeine is so great for you because that's what they, that's what they want to study. They want to make sure that as long as mom's high on, high on our, our caffeine, as long as she thinks her matcha tea and coffee and chocolate's good for her, who cares about her baby crying all night and you know, and skin is peeling and cracking as long as mom's high on caffeine and she keeps on going to the store and buying it because she thinks it's good for her. Let's come out with another study. Don't worry about studying why, why the child's sick. Don't, let's not do that. Science doesn't do that.
[00:32:51]
And I, and I love science. I'm a believer in science, but I'm a believer in science when they actually do something right. When they say, Hey, look, here's how we could repair a heart valve. Cause I actually know a lot of cardiologists, heart surgeons. I know a lot of people in the industry and they'll tell you that there's a, there's some science for that, but everything else, they dropped the ball. They dropped the ball, all chronic illness. They dropped the ball, all of it. Just name the illness. They dropped the ball and that's what happened because good science can't come out for any of that. Good science can't, it gets shut down. That's what it does. It gets shot down right away. So there won't be good science to like why someone's really sick with eczema. How come someone has thyroid cancer? How come someone is really sick with CFS and fibromyalgia and can't function? There won't be good science for that stuff. You can't find it. It's not going to happen. They're never going to do it. They just, they just want you to get sick and sick and sick and hopefully do a surgery and then they can do a surgery or give you a drug. So they want you sicker and sicker and sicker. That's what science wants right now. And they want you sicker and sicker and sicker. You know, I talked to scientists that contact me and say their hands are tied. It's political. Their hands are tied. They can't do anything. They can't, they can't put out real stuff.
[00:34:07]
They can't fix real things. They, they're just back to college. They're back to class, their classroom where their professor is telling them what to fill into that beaker and what to write out for a report. They're not allowed to do science. They think they're controlled. Scientists know this. They're controlled. And so, you know, and that's why your child lays there sick while another matcha tea study comes out or a chocolate study comes out. Right? Is chocolate more important than your sick child? Just kind of curious because that's a head scratcher for me because I know the answer to that. But I was just wondering, you know, the next time some like health guru is toting all the benefits to chocolate. Think about, think about that one for a minute. I mean, right. I guess it's more important than all the kids right now that are suffering from auto immune disease. Yeah. It's like you hear it all the time.
[00:34:59]
It's like these health gurus are like, yeah, this chocolate's really good or this mushroom coffee's really good because you know, they're doing studies on coffee. They're showing how coffee is actually whatever. But anyway, so it's not your body attacking itself. You guys know that it's not your body attacking itself. That's not why people are sick. It's not your body. It's not your genes because that's their answers. Because instantly you go to the doctor, you're trying to get some relief through drugs. You're trying even, even alternative medicine, alternative medicine, you know, alternative medicine still believes your body's attacking itself. There's alternative doctors left and right that believe it's your genes. They're just trying to figure out a natural way of helping it. So they're like trying to figure out a natural way of helping out your autoimmune and your condition is what they're doing. But they still believe it's your genes in the end that are actually causing the problem. You know, they still believe your body's attacking itself. Functional medicine doctors left and right believe your body's attacking itself. They believe in autoimmune and your body's actually attacking itself.
[00:36:00]
Think about that one right there. Conventional medicine and alternative medicine have joined forces together and that never happened in the past. They were at war. They were enemies. That's when alternative medicine was free as far as free to be away from conventional beliefs. But what happens is they were forced to merge, right? So now when you go to your alternative doctor, your alternative doctor has the conventional system beliefs that your body's attacking itself and its genes. They're going to check for gene mutations. They're going to check for the ANA, the anti-nuclear antigen, the C-reactive protein test. They're going to look for all those inflammatory markers and then right when they see one, right when they see one of those inflammatory markers, they're going to say, "Ma'am, your body's attacking itself. You have autoimmune." And that's functional medicine doctors. That's alternative doctors. Same thing conventional doctors believe.
[00:36:56]
So there's no like, it's all the same now practically. That's why you can get clinics that are really conventional. Like clinics that were really conventional and now you'll see there's alternative sections in there. They have nutritionists in there. They got alternative doctors in there. Meanwhile, there were clinics that used to keep all that out all these years because they were against alternative medicine. The reason why they joined forces is because you have to have that same dogma. You have to have that same belief system that your body's destroying itself, that it's genes that are why you're sick. You have to have that. And if you don't, you can't work there anymore.
[00:37:30]
I talked to functional medicine doctors. They're like, "I got to tell you, I work at this clinic and it's a famous clinic, Anthony. You know it. There's a whole bunch of them out there." And I work at this clinic and I'm a functional medicine doctor, but I got to be careful because if I go a little too far, if I change my prescription and go a little too natural, or if I tell a patient that it's your body not attacking itself, I'll be booted out of that clinic. So I'll be booted out of there and they'll get a new doctor in there that will just adhere to what they offer and what they do.
[00:37:58]
So that's how it works. And I mean, they're all trying to do good. Doctors are all trying to do good, but what it is is alternative conventional medicine, they joined forces. And so, yeah. So anyway, I'll make one more for you guys right here too. I'm going to cut them. We'll do that. Actually, we'll start cutting them now. But the bottom line is when you're caffeine doubt, is the intuition there? Is the intuition there? Or is it comfort foods? Which one is it?
[00:38:24]
Like, I want you guys to be able to have that intuition strong. I want it working. I want it, hey, I want it like there for you. I want you to be able to access it. I want you to be aware of it. And I think that's really important. There's a big difference between intuitive eating and emotional eating. So there is a difference. So it's almost like you got to just question yourself a little bit. Wait a minute. Do I want this food because my body really wants it? Or do I want this food because I just want it right now because of emotions and emotional wounds and a lot of that.
[00:38:58]
So we go for a lot of the high fat stuff. We go for the ice cream, even vegan ice cream. You got to remember like the vegan ice cream, you guys, that is, the vegan ice cream is still high in fat. It's got all the coconut fat in there and everything else. And canola oil in the vegan ice creams. I mean, I've seen it all in there, right? And, but what your body really wants, it wants glucose. So it wants like high quality glucose. It wants glucose from mangoes, tomatoes, and then it wants mineral salts. It wants lots of mineral salts too. It wants glucose and mineral salts. So if your intuition is picking up that you need that leafy green, you're spot on. You're spot on. Like you did it. You got it there. Okay. But your intuition might see some of that, but get blinded at the same time.
[00:39:45]
So it might be like, well, do I want a little bit of the spinach? Yeah, I do. Right. But no, wait a minute. I want some of that ice cream, that coconut ice cream. I want some of that too. Maybe my body needs that coconut ice cream, you know, but you have to just realize that, Hey, if you're getting tuned into your intuition and knowing how to work it and knowing what's going on is kind of get tuned into like those mineral salts and leafy greens that celery juice every morning that you have that. Right. That's another thing too.
[00:40:14]
Um, is your intuition ever wants you to get a mango? Does it want you to get an orange? Does it want you to get a banana? Does it want you to get watermelon melons? Right. Does it want you to get limes? Does it want you to get things? So that's important to know too. Like what is your intuition telling you or is your emotional frame of mind, your emotional, you know, part of your mind and body and soul is the emotional going to, Hey, the chocolate, Hey, I need the coffee all the time. Hey, I need all this.
[00:40:49]
So, and then when your taste buds, that's another thing too, because we weren't trained really young to eat all the leafy greens and the fruits and the potatoes and the vegetables and all this stuff in a good way. Then we don't have that like history. So we don't have the reference to go back. We can't go back in. We can't reference it too easily. Right. We just reference the macaroni and cheese, the milk, cheese, the butter. We just reference that the ice cream, the cheeseburgers, right? The hot dogs, the hot dogs with cheese and bacon and the eggs and the toast and the waffles and the pancakes.
[00:41:25]
We just in the sausage, we just referenced that is what we're referencing. And then our taste buds are kind of geared to all that food too. And here's the other tricky thing. All that food still sits inside of us. It's still in our cells of our liver for a lifetime unless we cleanse it out. It's important to know.
[00:41:48]
So yeah, so I got, I got to get your new revised first edition book. No, it's a set. Yeah. It's the new edition right here. So that's it right there. I see that Lisa, it's a medical medium secrets book with revised and expanded. Yeah. It's really incredible book.
[00:42:07]
Esther says, Hey Anthony, I noticed you recommend Hawaiian spirulina on your podcast. Vemurji spirulina is not Hawaiian. Yeah. That's a really old podcast, Esther. That's like goes back years. I think that's five years. Pacific spirulina. I did recommend I even put it in the book, the first book. And I did recommend it because at the time it was actually decent enough. There wasn't a lot of options out there, but since then there's better stuff. So it's the Vemurji that's the one right there. So the last, last thing I want now is Pacific spirulina. I don't want specific spirulina because in the last three, four, five years, the West coast, the ocean got so polluted, like historically epically polluted to a point where if you go swimming on the West coast, you just absorbed a lot of metal. You just absorbed a tremendous amount of plastic into your system.
[00:43:08]
So about five, about seven years ago when I was okay with Pacific spirulina at the time, cause there weren't a lot of options out there. I was okay with it. It was a different story with the ocean just in the last five years, the amount of pollution on the West coast in the ocean, because what's happening is the great garbage patch is starting to barf itself on the way in. So it's actually starting to push its way into the West coast and like push it, push its way in. It got too bulbous, it got too big. And now the waters that feed Pacific spirulina and so forth, that water I can't trust anymore. So I've completely just backed out of that, like off of that. It's not my recommendation. My recommendation is the best spirulina there is in the world, which is the Vemurji right here. And it's Colorado spirulina. And I will put, yeah, I'll put my, my health, my family's health, my personal friends up, I'll put them in the hands of Colorado any day, Rocky mountain high baby any day than the West coast waters.
[00:44:08]
Okay. And, and that's why this is the best by far, just hands down. Everything from this company is the best and I'm not sponsored. So really important to know. Okay. But there's a big difference. The ocean on the West coast, I wouldn't surf in it in a million years at this point. Seven years ago I would, but I'm just saying anyway, so you guys, I'm gonna make the dressing real quick. Let's do that. Make a mango dressing.
[00:44:39]
So with intuition, there's a lot of emotional eating and we say it's our intuition. You say it, we're intuitively eating. I see it out there all the time. People are like, no, I'm intuitively eating. There's no question. It's what I want, but you can't intuitively eat when you're addicted to caffeine. It's not really possible because you know, it's like when you smoke weed, you know, and I've talked to people who smoke weed and they're just like, wow, I got this. When I smoke weed, I need something comforting to eat. I need something salty to eat. I need something fun to eat. So it's like, it goes back to that whole munchies thing, right? And, but with caffeine, it's a whole nother game too. With caffeine it's like this. So Grzy says, are brown rice paper good to use instead of nori? I don't have any problems digesting grains. Use collard greens if you don't want to use nori. Use collard greens.
[00:45:39]
Caffeine will make you eat things that you probably shouldn't eat. Caffeine will make you do comfort foods at the end of the day. So if you're somebody that's intermittent fasting, you're jacked up on caffeine all day, you're trying not to eat, you're going to eat more fat at night and things that are less healthy during the week periodically. You're going to eventually binge on stuff. You're going to have those binge days. Caffeine will make it so not only do you not have intuition on what you're eating, but it will actually mess you up where you're going to be eating the wrong things. That's what it does.
[00:46:08]
Putting a mango in the blender and I'm going to squeeze some lime in the blender too, doing that now. You lose any intuition you have for your foods when you're jacked up on caffeine and that's what happens. So I'm going to put some lime juice in here. Keep that in mind because if you want to keep your caffeine still and you want to keep your chocolate bars, you're going to have to fight for it. You're going to have to fight for getting that intuition going with foods that you need to do because the lows, what comes up must come down.
[00:46:39]
When you're high on caffeine and you're up, you got to come down at one point. When you come down, you're going to either need to be sleeping by that time until you get your next caffeine fix in the morning or you're going to have to be like ... So you're going to have to be ready. When you come down off that caffeine high, you're going for comfort foods. That's what you're doing. So what goes up must come down, man. Then you end up staying high on fat at night too because what happens is you don't want to lose that high. You know in your heart and soul, you probably don't want more caffeine and keep on going and going but you end up doing all the high fat stuff at night which will get your adrenals going too. But no one wants to come down. They want to stay up too. That's a whole other thing.
[00:47:24]
Tina says, "So if I'm not on caffeine, is it possible to be better to listen and feel after I intuitively eat?" I mean if you get off the caffeine, your intuition is going to raise. You're going to be able to get in touch with it. You're going to actually be able to utilize it, master it too. It's hard to master intuition when something's controlling you. It's just hard. We have to learn what our body really needs and we have to learn what's wrong with us too and why we're sick. Then we can really kick in that intuition because once you learn why you're sick with fibro or Hashimoto's or celiac or SIBO or acne, once you know the true cause too, like the medical medium information in the books, like you know what the true cause is of why you're sick, then that's a big part of harnessing your intuition. It's a big part because knowing what's wrong really helps and then knowing what foods to use too to help you heal so you can train yourself. Like be like, "Whoa, so I need this spinach every single day. I need to actually learn how to taste the spinach, learn how to get that celery juice in me every single day." That's a big part of developing intuition because you're feeding your body what it really needs, what it really needs to heal and get strong and strengthen. That's a big part too.
[00:48:37]
Lucy says, "I still believe everyone is different and it takes different strategies." The thing is, Lucy, is everybody is different. One person will have two varieties of Epstein-Barr, one person will have one Epstein-Barr and two varieties of shingles inside their liver. One person will have simplex herpes one, the cold sores, and another person will have simplex herpes two. Another person will have toxic heavy metals in their brain. Another person will have more of them in their liver. Another person will have weaker adrenals because they've gone through hell and back emotionally. Another person will get betrayed and backstabbed and their trust broken so their brain gets fried in the emotional center of their brain because they've been so damaged by being beaten down emotionally or betrayed or backstabbed by a family member, a friend. Another person might have a tough job in their life to survive and take care of their family.
[00:49:32]
Another person might have more toxins in their body than someone else. That's why we're all different. But other than that, we're all human beings. The other reason why we're different is our souls. Our souls are all different, but our souls aren't our physical body. You've got a physical body, a human body. I've got a physical human body. Our physical human bodies need glucose and mineral salts to exist. Our physical human bodies are not supposed to be on lots of milk, cheese, butter, and caffeine. It's not about someone's a little different than another person so they have every right to be on caffeine. That's not accurate. It's not. Caffeine's a neurotoxin, neuroantagonist is what it is. It does damage in the brain. It gets you addicted for a lifetime and it ages you. What happens with caffeine is it's not like one person's okay on caffeine and one person's not. No. Everybody's going to age on it. They're going to get the wrinkles faster than they should. They're going to wrinkle up faster. They're going to get the age spots. They're going to burn out their liver, burn out their adrenals. We're not as a human species meant to be on high fat, nothing but high fat and high fat and high fat. We're not. It's not what we're meant to be because we kill our livers and we get our livers. We get fatty livers. We burn out our adrenals and we end up gaining weight because of it down the road. Yeah. Someone can get ulcers because they have E. coli and streptococcus. Someone can get celiac because they got Epstein-Barr. Someone can get ... Yeah. We're different because we have different problems. Someone might have two or three different streps. They have UTIs, bladder infections, chronic sinusitis. Someone else might not have any streptococcus, maybe one variety and they had strep throat 10 years ago and it's not bothering them. What happens, some people might have their intestines cut out because of intestinal disorders and they have two feet of their intestinal tract cut out. Another person might have gastroparesis.
[00:51:09]
What's important to know, Lucy, is that we're human beings and our physical bodies are supposed to be in harmony with fruits, with wild foods, with leafy greens, with herbs and with vegetables. That's what we're supposed to have, right? We're supposed to have that glucose from fruits and potatoes and winter squash. We're supposed to have the mineral salts too, but everybody has different compromises physically and that's what makes us different. Someone might have eczema because they got copper and Epstein-Barr in their liver. Someone might have Hashimoto's thyroiditis because they have Epstein-Barr inside their thyroid. That's what makes us different. The other part is everybody's soul is unique. Everybody's soul, your soul is unique, my soul is unique, every single person's soul is unique, but your soul is not your physical body. That's something to really know right there.
[00:51:54]
Someone might have an ulcer where it makes it really hard for them to eat and it hurts them to eat. Someone else might just have some SIBO and be inflamed and have some inflamed nerves in their gut and their intestinal tract and that's what makes them different. Someone with an ulcer has to be really careful what they eat, right? Someone else has just an inflamed colon and they got some IBS or some nausea or they vomit. That's why we're all different. And MM info is about finding out what's wrong with you. Absolutely, in the books and then knowing what to do, given the tools to heal, but that's why we're different. Our soul is different and what's in our body is different, but we're human, we're humans. That's what we got in common. We're all humans unless you're a Martian, unless you're from outer space, unless you're from another planet and the whole bit, but that's another story.
[00:52:40]
Hey guys, making this dressing real quick. See if we can blend this up. Gotta put some chili flakes in here real quick though, so I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna make it kind of spicy. Here we go.
[00:52:50]
Kaitlyn Michelle says, "What if we don't know what's wrong?" Well, you can know what's wrong. That's not a problem. Millions of others have found out what's wrong and they healed. So, the medical medium books. The first book, Medical Medium, this is the new edition, which is really exciting. I can't wait for you guys to have it by the way. This first book went out and it became the number one. You see that gold symbol there? That gold symbol is, because this is the number one health series of the world, in the world, the whole world for seven years running now, and because people healed. Not because it was propelled by money. I never had any marketing, never had any PR firms, never did any of that that authors have to hire and do. I never had to do that because the books saved lives and it was, and the books, because they saved lives, like really saved lives, and people got their lives back from multiple sclerosis, anxiety and depression and CFS and Lyme disease. Because they got their life back, they told somebody else about the books and the power of that overrode anything else. And so, you do know what's wrong. It's all in the books, the Medical Medium series. And what did you and how to heal? Thank you, Mango Dressing.
[00:54:02]
Medical research and science just believes your body is attacking itself or it's your genes or you made it up and it's all in your head. Medical Medium information tells you the true causes and why you're sick. It's just a fact. So, just made the dressing. Put it in here. I got my nice Mango Dressing right here with lime and some chili pepper flakes and I'm going to cut these up real quick. I'm going to cut two at a time, go right through.
[00:54:27]
So, you can know what's wrong. You can. Once you learn, that's a big part of it. And then you learn what to do for foods to help you heal. That's another big part of it. All this matters. Making some, putting these millet and mango nori's on the plate right here. Knowing the true cause of why you're sick is half the battle one. Knowing what to do, what tools to do, how to do it is the other half battle one. And that's how you heal. Cut some more of these real quick. If anybody doesn't know this but there's tens of thousands of doctors in the US alone that use the Medical Medium book series in their practices. Information published in the Medical Medium books was published before science actually documented some studies. So, Medical Medium published them first. That's the source where a lot of information now that research and science is using, they actually took it after it was published, Medical Medium books. Fact. They just don't like when a medium guy outsmarts them with information. I'm going to cut these up.
[00:55:29]
Medical Medium information has always said there's over 60 varieties of Epstein-Barr virus. Science and research only believe there was one. Three years after the publication of Medical Medium book one, they now say there's two. Is it going to take 100 years for them to find all 60 that I published? They're on number two. And so it's advanced information, of course. Guys, this is coming out really good. You got to take a look at this. Do you see these? Incredible. And there's going to be more and more varieties of Epstein-Barr discovered as the years go on. We hope. And then the information about viruses mutating is Medical Medium information too. So virus is actually mutating. It's also MM info. I mean, it's interesting, right?
[00:56:15]
So you guys, I want your intuition strong. I want you to know also one other thing I got to tell you. If you hear people saying, well, I don't worry about food. I eat when I feel like eating. I just, I'm a life liver. I'm not a, I just live my life and I don't think about food. It doesn't control me. I eat whenever I eat. I eat good when I eat or whatever. Just so you know, that's total BS. If you hear that out there, everybody's obsessed about food. Everybody's obsessed about food, where they're going to get their food, what they're eating, if they're enjoying it or not. Everybody's obsessed about food. So whenever I get fooled by that whole attitude, you'll see it out there too. You'll see people like talking that way and it's like, oh, come on. You're obsessed about food for you to even be talking about that. Everybody is. So I just don't want you guys thinking just because you're worried about your tomatoes, you're worried about your onions, you're worried about your spinach, you're worried about your chicken or whatever it is you eat. You're worried about all your food, where it comes from. You're making food all day because you want to make your lunches. You want to make your breakfast. Just don't get like carried away with thinking that it's too much and you're focused on food too much and that there's people out there you'll see like on the internet or something and they'll just be like, social media will be like, I really don't think about food. I just live my life and eat whenever I eat. No, no way. Chances are they're in a closet eating somewhere, you know, and binging whenever they got a binge.
