25:37 doing bad things though for that to
25:39 happen so that's important to know there
25:41 are bad people in the world where
25:43 they'll never be resolution for anyone
25:47 but you can also be so injured where you
25:49 don't feel guilty about something
25:53 because you're so injured and your soul
25:56 is pushed away from the brain for
25:58 another there's usually been some sort
26:00 of toxic exposure in the emotional
26:01 centers of the brain causing a
26:03 disconnect and electrical signal so that
26:04 can happen we can get sick we can

33:54 would completely understand can make
33:55 someone feel terribly guilty like you
33:57 got so busy you can't call back that
33:59 friend or call back that family member
34:01 and you just feel the guilt it's just
34:02 hanging over you
34:04 to the point where it hurts
34:06 and they're saddened and depressed like
34:08 they get depressed over it like the day
34:09 ended and you couldn't get back to
34:11 someone
34:13 then when something happens where guilt
34:14 is is the appropriate response if that
34:18 person makes a particular mistake their
34:20 attempts to learn from it can be
34:21 heightened to the point of obsession or
34:23 danger where you make a mistake and you
34:25 hate yourself you hate your guts over it
34:29 which is really horrible
34:31 that someone feels that way where you
34:32 make a mistake and you hate your own
34:34 guts like you hate yourself over it
34:36 that's brutal so many people go through
34:39 that
34:41 that's really hard
34:46 even approaching harming themselves in
34:48 some cases where you want to harm
34:49 yourself because you feel so guilty
34:51 about some things that's when the guilt
34:53 and shame shifter have to come in we
34:55 need that relief fast because there's
34:57 people out there and I feel so bad for

35:01 things too they'll hate themselves so

51:53 insecurity or loss of confidence due to
51:56 chronic illness like you experience
51:58 insecurity like you feel insecure for
52:01 being chronically sick that's a time to

52:05 hits you like waves of it so here you
52:07 are you've been sick for a while for a
52:08 couple years and all of a sudden you get
52:09 a wave of it like I feel like insecure
52:11 about being sick I feel like I don't
52:14 feel good about it I don't feel
