for literally a million 6:06 dollars a bottle five million dollars a 6:08 bottle or something it's like dude it's 6:09 just grapes fermented 6:12 yeah okay so let's talk about what we're 6:15 doing today we're talking about the 6:16 spiritual power of the wild Bluebird we 6:18 talked about the antioxidants too which 6:20 is also something that's really exciting 6:22 to me and 6:25 um you know the thing is is that this is 6:27 a food we are so blessed and lucky to 6:30 have here on Earth 6:32 like this is a resource 6:35 that we are blessed like we should be so 6:40 grateful to have this resource in our 6:44 hands right now okay I talked about 6:47 yesterday how wild blueberries the 6:50 species isn't just one think about that 6:54 right now if you look at a wild 6:56 Blueberry Field it's not one plant 6:59 species like others out there in the 7:02 world it's not one plant species and I'm 7:05 saying that over and over again because 7:07 this is huge 7:09 there are multiple plant species in that 7:12 field of wild blueberries but they all 7:16 kind of look the same right you just see 7:19 a sea of wild blueberries and of course 7:22 the berries are a little bit off in 7:23 guys people are told that all the 24:18 time you got uh you have a fear of 24:20 healing it's internally you just know 24:22 you know you just don't know you have a 24:24 fear of healing I am a psychotherapist 24:27 I'm a psychotherapist and I'm telling my 24:30 patient my client you just have a fear 24:32 of healing that's why you're sick still 24:36 you know you hear that all the time 24:39 maybe you guys have heard that before 24:41 right 24:44 we want to heal we want to live forever 24:47 people want to live forever they do they 24:51 do we want to live at our healthiest for 24:54 as long as we can 24:58 there's also a trusting wire within us 25:01 that's been taken advantage of by 25:03 Industries 25:05 trust we have a trusting liar inside of 25:09 us 25:11 it's a trusting wire inside of the brain 25:15 and that trusting wire has been 25:17 manipulated and conditioned 25:21 for a long time by the industries 25:24 the trusting wire is built into the 25:26 neurons inside 25:29 the emotional centers of the brain and 25:31 that trusting wire is a real thing that 25:34 gets manipulated and the think tanks out 25:36 there in the industries love to actually 25:38 control that trusting wire that's inside 25:41 people's brains 25:47 okay this has created a brainwashing 25:50 within us 25:52 a mechanism inside us that wants 25:54 permission to do harmful things to 25:56 ourselves this is interesting right here 25:58 we want permission to harm ourselves 26:03 because once we get permission to harm 26:04 ourselves then we actually feel good 26:06 about it 26:07 and we can then do that 26:10 that's how it works 26:12 we want permission to eat as much 26:14 chocolate as we've ever wanted to eat 26:16 because oh it's good for us that's what 26:17 we're told we want permission to do what 26:19 we want we want permission to moderately 26:23 smoke we want permission 26:26 to smoke as much weed as we ever dreamed 26:28 we can smoke right I'm not no disrespect 26:31 any weed smokers because that's not what 26:33 this is about but we want permission 26:36 to do whatever we want to do 26:38 we do want that permission 26:41 to heart do harmful things to ourselves 26:43 the desire for health is so strong 26:45 inside of us that we'll try to look for 26:47 answers about why anything that's 26:49 harmful could be good for us 26:52 we have this incredible desire 26:56 to want to find something 27:00 valuable in something that's harming us 27:04 it's really incredible 27:06 we want validation that hurting 27:08 ourselves is actually good for us 27:11 this can make it seem as if 27:14 self-sabotage is part of our innate 27:16 emotional nature that's mind-blowing as 27:19 if we want to harm ourselves when we 27:21 really don't we don't want to harm 27:23 ourselves but we're brainwashed 27:26 into thinking we do 27:29 we don't self-sabotage because we want 27:33 to make ourselves sick 27:35 we self-sabotage because we're taught to 27:37 self-sabotage 27:40 if someone is eating all this fast food 27:43 24 7. there's just there's always fast 27:46 food fast food it's a form of 27:48 self-sabotage to some degree right 27:51 but we're not doing it 27:53 purposely 27:55 right to harm ourselves if somebody 27:58 smokes if somebody smokes weed if 28:00 someone drinks if so I'll have another 28:03 sip right now 28:06 if someone drinks 35:38 for The Not So Sick these self-sabotage 35:40 measures are often a daily part of 35:42 everybody's life get ready for this 35:44 coffee that's a daily part of 35:46 everybody's life who's not so sick 35:48 they could just still do coffee vinegar 35:51 that's another thing in their daily life 35:53 that's a self-sabotage 35:55 weapon right there is vinegar ages you 35:58 fast dissolves your teeth breaks your 36:01 immune system down breaks your nervous 36:03 system down 36:05 wine that's one right there 36:07 as long as you have a couple of glasses 36:09 on the weekend everything should be fine 36:12 yeah moderation 36:15 for that for The Not So Sick somebody 36:16 that just has like a thyroid problem 36:18 that they're managing or something 36:20 or they got some hot flashes or 36:22 something and they're just you know they 36:23 go to their doctors and they're like 36:24 whoa I whatever they can still drink 36:26 their wine on the weekends right they're 36:27 not so sick 36:31 so pizza that's another one The Not So 36:34 Sick can eat pizza all the time they 36:35 could have it on Friday nights they 36:36 could have it on Saturday night fried 36:39 and greasy food they can engage in that 36:41 too whether it's alternative fried and 36:43 greasy food whether it's vegan fried or 36:45 greasy food whether it's vegan pizza 36:47 they can still partake in it because 36:49 they're not so sick if we hear these are 36:51 not good for us we look for someone else 36:54 to say it is good for you in moderation 36:57 as long as it's vegan your pizza should 37:00 be fine in moderation because you're not 37:02 so sick yet so you can handle it as long 37:05 as you've got your wine once on the 37:07 weekend hey fine you can handle it 37:09 you're not so sick yet 37:12 we don't want to face the reality of 37:15 what we're really doing we don't want to 37:17 pay the consequences of osteopenia 37:20 coming from vinegar liver conditions 37:23 coming from alcohol adrenal problems 37:25 coming from caffeine like I was talking 37:26 about you guys so we'll never accept 37:29 that these are the true causes of these 37:31 conditions it's as if in Industry 37:33 conditioning has placed a robot inside 37:36 us that wants validation to slowly 37:38 destroy ourselves even though that's the 37:41 last thing we really want we want 37:43 validation for the industry 37:46 to keep on feeding us these things so we 37:48 can destroy ourselves we want validation 37:50 to destroy ourselves even though that's 37:52 not what we really want we've been 37:53 brainwashed to think that's what we want 37:58 we want to be healthy and strong and 38:01 live forever right I see that all the 38:03 time we want to be healthy and strong 38:05 and live forever under certain 38:07 conditions 38:08 some of these conditions are I'm going 38:10 to have my dark chocolate and coffee and 38:13 vinegar and wine and champagne and salt 38:17 I don't know what all this business is 38:19 about in this book 38:20 hmm I do perfectly fine in my wine 38:25 you can't stop me 38:27 I'm on page 95 you guys you can't stop 38:31 me you can't tell me I can't 38:34 and I'm about to go to page 96. 38:38 because I'll go and find someone who's a 38:41 health authority who says it's fine and 38:43 even good for me to eat all that plus 38:45 raw aged cheese and grass-fed butter and 38:48 green tea and matcha and Kombucha tea 38:50 and eggs and I'll run with that 38:54 we're taught to self-sabotage by the 38:56 industry 38:58 all those things are bad for us and if 39:01 you're not so sick you can play in that 39:02 game and keep on self-sabotaging and 39:04 keep on being taught to self-sabotage 39:06 but you're never free 39:08 you're 39:10 part of what they want 39:13 the industry and why am I saying this 39:16 again because the wild blueberry gets 39:18 into the consciousness of Consciousness 39:19 it gets into the soul it gets into the 39:22 physical brain and it these things 40:09 and my body's fine with it and my body 40:12 needs it this brainwashing and 40:14 conditioning 40:16 becomes woven into the emotional centers 40:18 of our brain it also gets directed 40:21 mostly to women kind on purpose and 40:24 here's how it works 40:25 the systems in the industries brainwash 40:28 women kind 40:30 so that women kind believes they need 40:33 all these things that are actually 40:35 helping to destroy their body and if 40:37 they're not so sick they can keep on 40:39 partaking in it and the minute they get 40:40 too sick too sick no one's there to tell 40:43 them how to get out of it except medical 40:45 medium information which is that alone 40:47 is just crazy because why haven't the 40:51 other alternative 40:52 parts of the industries in the health 40:55 industry figured all this out yet yeah 40:58 they'll poach a little tidbit for 40:59 medical medium here and there and you'll 41:01 see somebody squeak it out once in a 41:03 while the emotional centers of our brain 41:46 can only be pushed so far when you're 41:48 sick or suffering enough physically 41:50 mentally or emotionally a survival 41:52 mechanism kicks into that happen 1:12:30 helping the body to stop oxidizing what 1:12:33 happens when the body's oxidizing or 1:12:35 slowly dying or quickly dying 1:12:38 So the faster somebody's oxidative rate 1:12:41 is inside their body the faster they're 1:12:44 dying 1:12:46 so that's really what it comes down to 1:12:48 yes you can have a lot of things 1:12:52 oxidizing you right so I talk about that 1:12:54 in the
