How Alcohol Destroys The Brain - Day 1 Wild Blueberry Drinks Challenge

📹 Watch on YouTube →

AI Summary

Summary

This transcript focuses on how alcohol destroys the brain by tricking it into mistaking alcohol for glucose, leading to brain starvation and liver dysfunction. It also includes a wild blueberry drinks challenge with recipes for brain-supportive, alcohol-free beverages.

Core Tools to Use

  • Avoid Alcohol Consumption
    • Why: Alcohol tricks the brain into thinking it is glucose, but it is a "ghost" form of sugar that starves the brain by blocking real glucose use, causing brain cells to die. It also poisons and numbs the liver, preventing glucose release to the brain.
    • How: Choose alcohol-free drinks and avoid tinctures or supplements containing alcohol.
  • Support Liver Health
    • Why: The liver stores and releases glucose to the brain. Alcohol saturates and paralyzes the liver, stopping glucose release and increasing brain starvation. A strong liver can better handle glucose storage and release.
    • How: Use liver-supportive protocols like Medical Medium’s Liver Rescue and avoid substances that numb or poison the liver (e.g., alcohol).
  • Consume Natural Glucose-Rich Foods and Drinks
    • Why: The brain requires glucose to survive and function; deprivation leads to rapid brain cell death. Natural glucose from fruits (e.g., oranges, wild blueberries) fuels the brain properly.
    • How: Include wild blueberry juice, fresh orange juice, and other fruit-based drinks to nourish the brain.

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • Alcohol (All Forms: Drinks, Tinctures, Supplements with Alcohol)
    • Why: Alcohol is toxic to the brain and liver, blocks usable glucose, causes brain starvation, and damages liver function. Even small amounts saturate the liver’s protective capacity.
    • How: Eliminate or minimize alcohol intake completely; do not use tinctures or supplements containing alcohol.
  • Low-Carb or No-Carb Diets Without Adequate Glucose
    • Why: Lack of glucose leads to brain deterioration and inability to function properly.
    • How: Ensure sufficient carbohydrate and natural sugar intake to maintain brain glucose levels.

Daily / Supportive Practices

  • Drink Brain Detox Tonic (Recipe Below)
    • Why: Supports brain detoxification and nourishment without alcohol.
    • How: Prepare and consume as directed; follow with a coconut water chaser after 15 minutes.
  • Choose Wild Blueberry-Based Drinks
    • Why: Wild blueberries contain anthocyanins and natural glucose that support brain health and provide a different, positive rush compared to alcohol.
    • How: Incorporate wild blueberry juice in daily drinks or recipes.
  • Hand-Squeeze Fresh Orange Juice
    • Why: Fresh juice provides natural glucose and spiritual connection to food, enhancing nourishment.
    • How: Use fresh oranges, squeeze by hand, and add to drinks or consume directly.

0:02 for day one of the medical medium wild
0:04 blueberry drinks challenge I'm excited
0:06 actually glad you guys are here we're
0:08 going to talk about how alcohol destroys
0:10 the brain so that's going to be one of
0:11 the topics the main topic really it's
0:13 going to be really fun but we're making
0:14 three drinks get ready brain detox tonic
0:18 which is actually really cool we're
0:19 gonna make the wild blueberry apple
0:20 cider we're gonna make the wild
0:22 blueberry sangria I'm pumped up I'm
0:25 excited let's get down to it you guys
0:27 and just so you know we got a lot of
0:29 cool things over here I'm going to tell
0:30 you right now we've got like some killer
0:32 stuff right here I got oranges because
0:34 I'm gonna be squeezing some orange juice
0:35 we've got the wild blueberry juice we
0:38 got everything ready and rigged we got
0:40 some fruit we're gonna need we got it
0:42 all I'm excited I got the burner right
0:44 here
0:45 I got a pot on there so we're doing good
0:47 but I want to talk about alcohol for a
0:49 couple of minutes and by the way day one
0:51 of the medical meanwhile blueberry
0:52 drinks challenge just so you know
0:54 so I'm in the alcohol chapter right here
0:57 in the brain saber book as you guys can
1:00 see
1:01 and I know people are drinking they're
1:03 drinking during the holidays I'm not
1:05 judging anybody okay if they want to
1:08 drink they can drink that's perfectly
1:09 fine but what happens in my house right
1:13 I don't bring out the alcohol I just
1:15 don't I don't bring out all the alcohol
1:17 and everything like that you know go
1:18 somewhere else and you can drink right
1:20 my house it's bringing out the wild
1:23 blueberry drinks that's what I do okay
1:25 it's anything but alcohol all right
1:28 anyway so
1:30 yeah I know total down all right anyway
1:33 brain saver I'm gonna read a little bit
1:35 out of here then we're gonna make some
1:37 drinks three drinks I'm pumped up I'm
1:39 glad you guys are here I'm excited
1:42 let's do it so alcohol right throughout
1:45 the centuries all the way up through
1:47 today we have Associated someone who's
1:49 had too much to drink with slurred
1:51 speech
1:52 I had a lot to drink wood speech right
1:58 the inability to walk in a straight line
2:00 the inability to think or speak clearly
2:02 we call it being drunk
2:05 anyway you guys I'm into brain saver
2:07 books I'm on page 158 if you want to
2:09 read along so got the brain saver book
2:12 right there
2:13 158 the alcohol check have you read the
2:16 alcohol chapter it's sick it's insane
2:18 the information is just mind-blowing
2:20 about what alcohol does to the brain so
2:23 let's get into it a little bit
2:25 we call it being drunk if it becomes
2:28 more severe and that person is vomiting
2:30 or anything right incapacitated we may
2:33 call it alcohol poisoning you've heard
2:35 that right well that person has alcohol
2:37 poisoning yeah that person drank too
2:39 much they're they're holding on to the
2:41 toilet and they're throwing up and
2:42 they're vomiting all night long that
2:45 person has alcohol poison that person
2:46 was hospitalized because of alcohol
2:47 poisoning right
2:49 so that's that's what we call it and
2:52 that's how it works we may call it
2:54 alcohol poisoning do we really know what
2:57 happens when our bloodstream is
3:00 saturated with a high volume of alcohol
3:04 do we really know what's happening we
3:07 don't
3:08 and we never did
3:11 mind-blowing information I'm about to go
3:13 into I'm in the alcohol chapter right
3:15 now out of brain saver you just if you
3:17 just landed here where day one of the
3:19 medical meeting wild blueberry drinks
3:21 challenge we're making three drinks
3:23 without alcohol which is really cool
3:25 we're making a brain detox tonic which
3:28 doesn't have alcohol in it duh we're
3:30 making the wild blueberry apple cider
3:32 we're making the wild blueberry sangria
3:34 which I'm really excited about
3:37 we assumed because medical research and
3:40 science assume
3:42 that more alcohol in the bloodstream
3:44 leads directly to these actions and
3:47 symptoms
3:48 that alcohol itself affects the brain to
3:51 cause these experiences
3:54 here's the truth
3:55 no one knows exactly what happens inside
3:58 the brain with alcohol
4:01 that is the truth they don't know
4:04 medical science and research does not
4:06 know what happens when someone's
4:08 drinking
4:10 and alcohol enters the body they do not
4:13 know what happens to the brain they
4:15 don't have a tool to figure it out they
4:17 don't have a way to measure it they
4:19 don't have a way to understand it they
4:20 don't have some kind of technology that
4:23 actually shows the brain under alcohol
4:25 and what occurs to the brain they don't
4:28 have any of that
4:29 all these centuries up until now modern
4:32 day science right this minute does not
4:34 know what happens when alcohol gets to
4:36 the brain and we're going to talk about
4:39 part of what happens is we got a lot of
4:41 info in here
4:43 foreign
4:44 so
4:46 this is really cool this information
4:48 okay
4:50 and so
4:51 when alcohol goes to the bloodstream and
4:53 leads directly to these actions and
4:55 symptoms they don't know what causes
4:57 that and what that means that alcohol
4:58 itself affects the brain to cause these
5:00 experiences here's the truth no one
5:03 knows exactly what happens inside the
5:04 brain with alcohol
5:06 intoxication is not fully understood
5:09 it's only one aspect of what happens to
5:12 the brain when someone drinks so they'll
5:13 be like that person's intoxicated that
5:16 person has alcohol poisoning that's as
5:18 far as they can go but what happens
5:21 inside our brain another story
5:24 entirely another story
5:26 so medical research in science is not
5:28 going to also put 250 million dollars
5:31 into trying to figure out what happens
5:33 when someone gets alcohol in their
5:35 system and it goes to the brain
5:37 but we're going to talk about it right
5:38 here because it's really interesting
5:40 it's one of the reasons why alcohol in
5:44 tinctures alcohol and supplements of all
5:47 kinds is a bad idea not only does the
5:50 alcohol destroy all the different
5:53 phytochemical compounds in tinctures and
5:56 pill form and anything that alcohol's in
5:58 right
5:59 but alcohol alone is bad for the liver
6:01 bad for the brain
6:05 so
6:07 alcohol's effects start out with what is
6:10 called a little tipsy
6:12 hey that person's just a little tipsy
6:14 I'm feeling kind of Tipsy some say
6:16 alcohol helps them loosen up and speak
6:19 their mind right so when you drink it's
6:21 like no I'm getting looser now now I can
6:23 say what I can say now I can you know
6:26 now I got some confidence back so a lot
6:28 of people be like okay well I have to
6:30 drink to loosen up I'm around some
6:33 people I'm around I'm at a meeting
6:34 whatever with a bunch of people
6:36 um you know I'm at an after-hour party
6:38 it's time to loosen up and be more
6:40 myself and that's what people do they'll
6:43 they'll do alcohol for that some say
6:45 alcohol helps them loosen up and speak
6:46 their mind some say a couple of beers
6:48 helps them relax
6:51 some say wine helps numb them out right
6:54 have a hard day you come home you have a
6:57 glass of wine and then it numbs you out
7:01 yet how does alcohol seem to loosen them
7:04 up relax them or numb them out how does
7:06 it work
7:08 and that's where medical research and
7:09 science is completely unaware they don't
7:11 know how it loosens the person up
7:14 when they say that how it numbs them out
7:17 when they say it numbs them up
7:19 how to help relax them so they don't
7:21 know those answers it's as simple as all
7:25 they have right now on record as you
7:27 drink
7:28 and a person says it helps me loosen up
7:31 that's as scientific as it gets the
7:34 person drinks
7:36 and they're a little tipsy that's all
7:38 they have they don't have anything else
7:40 in medical research and science or the
7:42 person drinks and it numbs them up
7:45 they can have a team of scientists
7:48 all this money right lab technicians and
7:51 they still won't know when someone says
7:52 whoa yeah that drink helps to relax me
7:55 or that drink numbs me up they won't
7:57 have an answer that's scientifically
7:59 proven or accurate or anything else
8:02 because they're completely in the dark
8:03 so you guys if you just got in here
8:06 we're talking about how alcohol destroys
8:07 the brain I thought it was a great topic
8:10 we're in brain saver we're on page 158
8:13 if you guys want to read along with me
8:15 and we're doing three drinks today so
8:17 I'm excited too we're day one of the
8:19 medical medium wild blueberry drinks
8:21 Challenge and we're doing the brain
8:23 detox tonic we're doing the wild
8:25 blueberry sangria okay and we're doing a
8:27 wild blueberry apple cider here we go
8:30 this next section is called brain
8:33 charades
8:34 as we've discussed throughout this book
8:37 your brain survives on glucose that's
8:40 what it runs on
8:41 our brain
8:43 lives off of glucose right that's an
8:46 orange
8:47 right so
8:49 we need sugar for the brain if you take
8:52 sugar away from the brain the brain
8:54 starts to deteriorate it starts to die
8:57 it has to have glucose as fuel it has to
9:00 have sugar blood sugar that's what keeps
9:03 our brain alive and active
9:06 a lack of glucose to your brain can
9:09 slowly starve it over time
9:11 that's why when people literally remove
9:14 everything that's a carbohydrate
9:16 everything that's a sugar whether
9:19 natural not natural whatever everything
9:21 possible that's a glucose or sugar they
9:24 literally hit the wall they can't
9:25 function they can't work and they get in
9:27 big trouble they can't be productive
9:30 and if glucose were eliminated from your
9:32 bloodstream and never entered your brain
9:34 you could go into brain failure within
9:37 moments your brain starts to die within
9:40 five seconds without getting sugar to it
9:43 so without getting glucose to your brain
9:45 it starts to die within seconds think
9:48 about that for a minute
9:50 get ready for this
9:52 alcohol
9:54 is the all-time trick on your brain
9:58 that's because your brain believes
10:00 alcohol is sugar
10:03 sugar it can use so when you drink a
10:05 drink with alcohol in it
10:07 your brain gets tricked out
10:10 it believes it's pure sugar or sugar of
10:14 some kind
10:15 so it's an actual trick on the brain
10:18 it believes it's like the glucose that's
10:21 created by the foods you eat so when you
10:24 drink an alcohol beverage
10:26 your brain believes that the alcohol
10:30 is like a natural sugar like a sugar
10:33 from an orange an apple a sugar from
10:36 anything
10:37 okay
10:38 so it believes it's like the glucose
10:41 that's created by the foods you eat that
10:42 contain carbohydrates and sugar really
10:45 alcohol is methyl sugar this would be
10:49 mind-blowing when you hear this it's a
10:51 hybrid of what sugar
10:53 what was sugar
10:55 so think about that
10:57 so your brain thinks alcohol is actually
11:00 usable sugar
11:01 and instead
11:04 it's not it's methyl sugar it's what
11:07 sugar was
11:09 which is this is incredible it's more of
11:12 a vaporized sugar versus a usable sugar
11:15 so when you drink an alcoholic beverage
11:18 it's a vaporized sugar
11:21 not a usable sugar
11:24 alcohol's Essence is sugar yet it's not
11:29 and this is really cool where it goes
11:31 right here you guys I'm reading out a
11:32 brain saver on page 158 still
11:35 incredible information right here you're
11:37 also here with me right now day one for
11:40 the free medical meeting wild blueberry
11:42 drinks challenge we're making three
11:44 drinks hang in there for the ride it's
11:46 gonna be fun I got the burner on right
11:48 here I got all kinds of stuff around me
11:50 right here stuff over here stuff all
11:52 over here it's gonna be really cool
11:54 actually exciting I love this
11:57 so you guys this is incredible
12:01 information it just blows my mind
12:03 okay
12:05 as a result of this charade that's
12:08 played on your brain that leads it to
12:11 identifying alcohol as critically needed
12:14 glucose several things go wrong
12:18 so when you drink the alcoholic beverage
12:21 and remember medical research designs
12:23 that they don't know this
12:25 they don't have a study they don't know
12:27 what happens when you drink they don't
12:28 know why someone loosens up they don't
12:30 know anything
12:32 so as a result of this charade plate on
12:34 your brain that leads it to identify
12:36 alcohol as critically needed glucose
12:38 several things go wrong
12:41 check this out
12:42 the more alcohol in your bloodstream the
12:47 harder it is for your brain to use any
12:50 real source of glucose in your
12:51 bloodstream
12:52 this is original Advanced information
12:54 from above it's not stuff that you know
12:57 gathered off the internet and thrown in
12:58 a book this is unique information from
13:01 above always proven right or or never
13:05 proven wrong so keep that in mind the
13:08 medical medium book series has never
13:10 been proven Wrong by science research or
13:12 scientists yet instead just poached and
13:15 proven right constantly
13:19 so this is a really important section
13:21 right here probably one of the most
13:24 important parts right here so when you
13:25 think about this I just want to go over
13:27 this with you one more time because it's
13:29 that mind-blowing
13:31 so
13:32 the sugar and alcohol is really not
13:34 there it's the ghost of sugar but your
13:37 brain thinks it's sugar it's glucose
13:40 just like something from a fruit or any
13:43 food
13:45 as a result of this charade play it on
13:48 your brain because it's a trick played
13:50 on your brain so when you have a glass
13:51 of wine when you have a shot when you
13:53 have alcohol when you have a tincture
13:55 with alcohol in it yeah a tincture with
13:58 alcohol in it
14:00 herbal tincture with alcohol in it
14:02 terrible terrible
14:05 your brain identifies alcohol as a
14:09 critically needed glucose so what your
14:10 brain thinks is that it's critical
14:13 so when you take that alcoholic tincture
14:17 when you take that supplement that has
14:19 alcohol in it when you drink a drink
14:21 when you have a glass of wine whatever
14:22 form of alcohol you're doing
14:24 your brain
14:26 thinks it's actual usable critically
14:29 immediate glucose
14:32 but several things go wrong the more
14:34 alcohol in your bloodstream the harder
14:36 it is for your brain to use any real
14:37 source of glucose you know what that
14:39 means
14:41 what that means is without usable
14:45 glucose in your bloodstream you die
14:50 your brain runs on sugar
14:52 it starts dying within five seconds
14:55 without glucose
14:58 so you see where it's going
15:02 the more alcohol in your bloodstream the
15:04 harder it harder it is for your brain to
15:07 use any real source of glucose in your
15:09 bloodstream so what happens next
15:11 if it's hard for your brain to use any
15:15 usable glucose resource in your
15:18 bloodstream your brain starts to starve
15:23 the more alcohol you drink the more the
15:26 brain
15:27 cannot use a glucose to keep it alive
15:31 how crazy is that
15:35 in alcohol dominates over any glucose
15:38 storage left in the brain so here's
15:40 here's how it works your brain has
15:43 glucose storages
15:45 that it pulls from so that if you don't
15:48 get glucose to your brain within five
15:49 seconds you hopefully won't die because
15:52 your brain has enough glucose storage to
15:55 get you by a few more seconds before
15:57 that next round of glucose gets the
15:59 brain to save it
16:03 but what happens is the more alcohol
16:04 inside your bloodstream the less chance
16:07 your brain is going to be able to use
16:10 any usable glucose in even including
16:14 stored usable glucose in the brain it
16:17 won't be usable anymore less and less
16:20 becomes usable you guys just got here
16:23 we're talking about the brain starving
16:24 the starving of glucose because of
16:27 alcohol use
16:28 drinking anything with alcohol that's
16:30 what we're talking about
16:32 we're on page 159 of the brain saver
16:35 book's greatest book of all time books
16:37 of all time if you guys have checked him
16:39 out and read them there's also
16:42 brain saver protocols okay
16:46 and we're day one of the free Wild
16:48 blueberry drinks challenge which is
16:50 really cool
16:52 all right let's get into this a little
16:54 bit more and more because this is really
16:55 incredible
16:57 so alcohol dominates over any glucose
17:00 storage you have left in your brain
17:03 your liver is your main glucose storage
17:05 bin so our liver
17:08 is the main glucose storage bin
17:12 it's supposed to Harbor all this glucose
17:16 that helps to protect us
17:20 its job is to release glucose
17:23 congruently as your brain needs it so
17:26 your liver releases that glucose as your
17:28 brain needs it
17:29 there are moments when we aren't getting
17:31 enough sugar or glucose or fructose or
17:34 any kind of carbohydrate in our diet and
17:37 we go into glucose deficits in the
17:39 bloodstream
17:40 your liver's job in that case is to
17:43 release glucose so your brain doesn't
17:45 completely starve
17:48 so your liver has a job and that's why
17:50 it's critical to keep our livers healthy
17:52 that's why medical medium information
17:53 has advanced liver knowledge like a
17:56 Liver Rescue right and and all the other
17:59 medical medium books
18:02 and so the job of the liver is to Harbor
18:04 and keep healthy glucose storage bins so
18:08 that when you run low
18:11 yeah
18:12 when you run low
18:14 that glucose gets needed and used how
18:18 incredible Lorraine L says this chapter
18:19 put me off
18:21 ever having another drop of alcohol
18:23 incredible
18:26 this includes circumstances where you
18:28 aren't getting you weren't eating for a
18:30 long period of time if you don't eat for
18:33 a long period of time which could happen
18:35 for instance say you get food poisoning
18:38 say you're one of those lucky people
18:40 or unfortunate people however you want
18:42 to look at it that gets food poisoning a
18:45 bad case of food poisoning how about a
18:47 stomach flu too and you can't eat
18:50 anything
18:51 for a while food poisoning especially
18:54 where you can't even drink anything
18:57 you're in the hospital you're hooked up
18:59 to Morphine you have the worst stomach
19:02 pain you ever had in your life because
19:03 you got E coli poisoning or some other
19:06 foodborne illness
19:08 and you're suffering for a day and you
19:10 can't really get any glucose then your
19:13 liver releases glucose Darcy Lee says I
19:17 was drinking vodka because I was low
19:19 carb what a huge mistake
19:21 you're on Facebook that's really
19:23 interesting I know wait to hear the rest
19:25 of what I have to read you guys it's
19:28 like mind-blowing
19:30 so this includes circumstances where you
19:32 aren't eating enough in a long period of
19:34 time remember without glucose your brain
19:36 can't survive your brain
19:39 cannot survive
19:42 without glucose it dies fast and it gets
19:46 us in trouble
19:49 the liver fulfilling this role is why
19:51 someone can do a water fast and their
19:54 brain can survive the experience
20:00 and that's the problem even with water
20:01 fasting
20:03 water fasting so-called experts don't
20:05 even realize it
20:07 the person and how much glucose they
20:09 have in their liver or glycogen storage
20:11 they have in their brain determines if
20:13 they can even water fast but no one
20:15 would ever know that there's no way to
20:16 measure that there's no way to
20:17 understand that that's why some people
20:19 go into a water fast they bottom out
20:21 real fast
20:23 and they hit the wall and they're in bad
20:25 shape and then other people can seem
20:27 like they go longer and longer on a
20:29 water fast because what they don't
20:30 realize is they're living off of glucose
20:33 storage that's sitting inside their
20:35 liver
20:38 so the liver fulfilling this role is why
20:40 someone who can you know can do a water
20:41 fast and their brain can survive the
20:43 experience because the liver is
20:44 releasing ample glucose for the brain
20:47 our liver releases glucose for our brain
20:52 glycogen reserves in the brain and
20:54 glucose reserves in the liver determine
20:56 how long someone can withstand a water
20:58 fast now not everybody's liver functions
21:01 that well and that's another thing too
21:04 I've seen people do a water fast
21:08 and they can do it longer
21:10 because their liver was functioning
21:12 better and they had a large glucose
21:14 storage bin and then I've seen other
21:15 people do water fast
21:17 and they were just boom down for the
21:21 count
21:22 the liver wasn't a healthy liver didn't
21:23 have a large glucose storage they had no
21:26 glucose to feed the brain why they were
21:27 just out of water
21:29 and they just went
21:31 [Music]
21:32 even like into psychosis
21:35 where they just went into psychosis like
21:38 boom
21:40 it's that person you hear about
21:43 through somebody for somebody right that
21:45 was at a fasting clinic and they were
21:47 literally
21:48 in a psychotic episode when they weren't
21:50 ever psychotic before
21:52 it's because
21:54 they didn't have enough glucose storage
21:57 bin inside their liver to get to their
21:59 brain while they were water fasting but
22:01 I'm just using water fasting as an
22:02 example
22:03 I'm talking about everyday living we
22:05 need that glucose and our liver releases
22:07 that glucose to the brain on everyday
22:09 living too
22:11 many people's glucose storage bins can
22:14 be minimally due
22:16 to the liver being sluggish or stagnant
22:18 wrote a whole book about that
22:20 taught about that for years
22:23 so drinking alcohol can affect these
22:25 people more than alcohol affects people
22:27 with strong livers you ever hear that I
22:28 just want to go over this for a second
22:29 because this is really an incredible
22:31 point
22:33 you heard that person where I can handle
22:34 alcohol no I can't handle alcohol
22:37 I can handle more than a few drinks I
22:39 can't handle more than a half a drink
22:41 you hear that right
22:43 so I want to talk about this in a minute
22:45 but first I want to make an announcement
22:47 we are in the medical medium while
22:49 blueberry drinks challenge
22:50 we're day one it's a free challenge you
22:53 still have time to go to
22:54 medicalmedium.com download the
22:57 information you need
22:58 we are live right now this is not a
23:00 pre-recorded episode on any level we're
23:03 live live live and
23:05 we're going to be making three different
23:07 drinks a wild blueberry apple cider
23:10 a brain detox tonic
23:12 and while blueberry sangria sign up to
23:15 the challenge get your free grocery
23:16 shopping list go to medicalmedium.com
23:18 you'll see the link also in the profile
23:21 and description
23:22 all right you guys
23:26 check this out right you heard someone
23:28 say before I could handle alcohol
23:31 right
23:32 my friend Bryce
23:35 my friend Bryce says he can handle
23:37 alcohol
23:38 like it he can handle a few shots easy
23:40 right then I know people they can't
23:43 handle alcohol on any level
23:46 there's a reason for that
23:48 it's Whoever has the stronger liver
23:51 can handle alcohol
23:53 longer or more larger amounts of alcohol
23:57 if someone has a weaker liver stagnant
24:00 sluggish problematic
24:03 that's another story that means we got a
24:06 liver that can't handle alcohol but
24:08 there's a reason for it because that
24:09 liver is dense that liver is hardened
24:11 the liver stagnant sluggish
24:14 it's also why as people age they can't
24:16 handle alcohol as much either well you
24:19 know in my college Years
24:21 I could just totally get shit-faced in
24:23 my college years and just whatever I
24:25 could drink drink drink I could put a
24:27 tube down my throat somebody could be
24:28 standing on the bar and dumping down
24:30 like gallons of alcohol
24:34 but then their liver gets stagnant and
24:36 sluggish over time and when they get
24:37 older they're like I can't handle that
24:39 much no no that's good she can stop
24:41 pouring it from there well I could just
24:43 have one shot you hear that right
24:45 so I'm back to the book I'm on page 159
24:48 a brain saver I'm reading right out of
24:49 the book now this is unique information
24:51 by the way about how alcohol destroys
24:54 the brain how it works science and
24:56 research does not know they don't know
24:57 what happens when you drink where that
25:00 alcohol how it goes to the brain and
25:02 what happens inside the brain they have
25:04 no idea
25:05 but they will now because this
25:08 information is getting out there
25:12 that's why some say I can't handle
25:14 alcohol
25:15 or he can't handle his liquor
25:19 because their livers are weakened
25:21 especially as they age
25:24 regardless if someone's alcohol
25:26 tolerance when enough alcohol is
25:28 consumed the effects are all the same
25:33 that point right there is mind-blowing
25:35 regardless of someone's alcohol
25:36 tolerance
25:39 right besides that when regardless of
25:43 that when enough alcohol is consumed for
25:45 anybody any individual whether they can
25:48 handle their liquor or not
25:50 the effects are all the same as you're
25:53 drinking alcohol it starts to poison and
25:55 numb the liver
25:57 so the first thing is they say right so
25:59 you heard science say this well you
26:02 drink too much you hurt your liver that
26:05 part is known
26:08 so as you're drinking alcohol it starts
26:10 to poison and numb the liver but what
26:12 they don't know is it starts to numb the
26:14 liver
26:15 they don't know what it does to the
26:17 liver they don't understand what happens
26:20 to the liver so science research doesn't
26:22 know what happens to the liver when you
26:24 drink they just guesstimate that a
26:27 person lifelong drinking
26:29 gets cirrhosis of the liver but that's
26:32 not even totally accurate I've known
26:34 people that do lifelong drinking and
26:36 don't have cirrhosis of the liver see
26:38 they don't even know that
26:40 as you're drinking alcohol it starts to
26:42 poison and numb the liver and your liver
26:44 is your defense mechanism to stop
26:46 alcohol from getting to your brain that
26:48 part they don't know
26:51 so science and research does not know
26:53 that your liver is your defense
26:55 mechanism to stop alcohol from getting
26:57 to the brain they don't have that
26:59 information
27:00 it is your line of defense to stop the
27:03 poison from getting here
27:06 that's what your liver is
27:10 by the time you start getting tipsy or
27:13 whatever you personally call the
27:14 beginning stages of feeling alcohol's
27:16 effects because everybody has a
27:17 different term somebody might say I'm
27:19 tipsy someone might say I'm starting to
27:21 loosen up someone might say I'm starting
27:23 to get drunk everybody has a different
27:24 terminology when they're drinking
27:27 no matter how mild your liver is already
27:30 at its saturation level for protecting
27:33 your brain so that is something medical
27:36 research and science has no idea about I
27:38 know this is going to get poached the
27:40 minute you start feeling whatever you
27:43 call that name Tipsy or feeling a little
27:46 drunk or feelings like loosening up
27:49 whatever the term is that you use when
27:51 you're drinking
27:52 that means
27:55 your liver is at its level it's at its
28:00 Tipping Point
28:01 so keep that in mind so it could be
28:03 anybody that's just like oh I'm getting
28:05 a little tipsy
28:07 oh I'm kidding I'm feeling a little kind
28:09 of you know loose now I'm feeling like
28:11 okay I can you know speak my mind
28:14 whatever it is that you feel
28:17 so whatever you personally call the
28:19 beginning stages of feeling alcohol's
28:21 effects no matter how mild your liver is
28:23 already at its saturation level for
28:25 protecting the brain so that means your
28:27 liver
28:29 can't protect your brain anymore you
28:32 bypassed it
28:33 and that right there
28:36 is incredible information from above
28:38 Nobody Knows the minute you feel that
28:41 sensation
28:43 you already bypass
28:47 your liver's defense mechanisms
28:51 that's what occurred
28:54 when we talk about moderation with
28:56 alcohol we miss the crucial point
28:59 I know you guys people are people have
29:01 been slamming moderation at me again I
29:04 noticed some of the haters out there
29:05 they'll use that one they'd be like well
29:07 I think moderation is just a healthy way
29:09 of doing things tell that to a
29:11 chronically ill person
29:13 who literally can't heal because they're
29:16 letting the whole moderation right
29:19 gaslighting the moderation gas lighting
29:21 take over and then they're stuck in the
29:24 moderation game and then they're afraid
29:26 to do the right things to heal because
29:28 they're thinking they have to be in
29:30 moderation like that's a healthier
29:32 Pursuit
29:34 alcohol is toxic in any amount so the
29:37 liver's job is to soak up every last
29:39 drop it can when your liver is being
29:42 poisoned by alcohol it can't release
29:44 glucose anymore
29:47 that's something to know right there
29:49 remember I was telling you guys earlier
29:51 reading out the book here brain saver
29:54 the minute
29:56 your liver
29:58 starts to get that that alcohol
30:01 poisoning it can't release that glucose
30:03 anymore
30:04 because the liver's job a healthy
30:06 liver's job or even a liver that's
30:08 actually stagnant sluggish and
30:10 problematic
30:11 the liver's job is to release glucose to
30:14 your brain so your brain uses glucose
30:17 that comes from your liver
30:19 but the minute your liver is being
30:22 saturated by alcohol and you hit that
30:25 saturation point the liver cannot
30:27 release glucose to your brain anymore so
30:29 when someone's drinking no more glucose
30:32 gets to the brain anymore
30:36 I want to show you the book right here
30:37 guys by the way because someone is
30:39 asking they're saying show the book
30:40 cover
30:42 that's the book cover
30:43 right there it's brain saver and brain
30:46 saver protocol so make sure you get both
30:49 books
30:50 right
30:52 Luke Roger says mm info took me out of
30:55 suffering appreciate you aw appreciate
30:57 you too
31:02 so we're taught you guys let's just
31:04 let's just uh talk about this we're
31:05 making three drinks pretty soon hang in
31:07 there I'm reading straight out of brain
31:09 saver we're talking about the topic how
31:11 alcohol destroys the brain
31:13 we're talking about how it does we're
31:15 going into incredible unique original
31:17 information from above about how alcohol
31:19 has effects on the brain and how it
31:21 works
31:21 so we're doing that we're also making
31:23 three drinks pretty soon so hang in
31:25 there we're making a wild blueberry
31:26 apple cider which is actually really
31:27 cool one of my favorites by the way
31:29 some pumped up about that
31:31 but we're going to read a little bit
31:33 more
31:35 even if someone has a large storage bin
31:37 of glucose eventually the liver becomes
31:40 Paralyzed by the by the alcohol
31:42 in this vitally important function so
31:45 you can be a dude
31:47 you can be somebody it's got a strong
31:50 liver you're young you got a liver
31:52 that's not oversaturated
31:55 and you could be drinking and the minute
31:58 you hit that point where you start
32:00 feeling the effects of the alcohol do
32:02 something for your body that means your
32:04 liver is at its saturation point now for
32:07 one dude that could be like 10 shots of
32:09 whiskey for someone else it could be a
32:11 sip of whiskey but the point is is
32:13 that's when the liver stops
32:16 feeding the brain and releasing glucose
32:18 to the brain
32:20 because the liver's job of releasing
32:22 glucose is halted it stopped its job
32:25 instead becomes soaking up alcohol so
32:27 here's how it goes
32:29 the liver's there to protect your brain
32:31 the more we drink
32:33 the liver is trying to stop that alcohol
32:35 from getting to the brain it can't
32:37 release glucose anymore to your brain
32:38 because it has to quit all its jobs it
32:41 has to stop working and it has to now be
32:43 just a sponge for the alcohol
32:46 here's the question right here I like
32:48 his recipes and some of the stuff he has
32:51 but saying that professionals don't know
32:53 about the liver and alcohol poisoning
32:55 and acting like the frontier of science
32:57 with no scientific findings very
33:00 interesting okay well that's kind of
33:02 funny
33:03 because I published how the cause of
33:06 multiple sclerosis is Epstein-Barr virus
33:08 but I published it also in details so
33:11 listen to this
33:15 almost eight years later Harvard took
33:17 that information and put it out there as
33:20 if they discovered it when it was
33:22 already published
33:23 and in New York Times best-selling book
33:26 and millions of those copies went around
33:28 the world and it became the number one
33:30 health book in the world so I got no
33:34 credibility you're saying when literally
33:36 science is poaching information which is
33:39 illegal
33:40 illegal
33:42 that's what legal tells me
33:45 and they're poaching that information
33:46 for their big universities out of little
33:49 old me a guy who knows nothing
33:52 out of his books that are best-selling
33:54 books New York Times bestselling books
33:57 and how about this one the true cause of
34:00 long covet
34:01 is reactivated Epstein-Barr another one
34:04 two
34:06 and that comes out of all this right
34:08 here
34:09 this book
34:10 so why is science taking all my
34:13 information because I published that
34:15 first
34:16 that long-haul covid is reactivated fcmr
34:19 why is science taking my information if
34:21 I have no credibility
34:22 why are they using all my info and how
34:25 about this why is alternative medicine
34:28 stealing all of the medical media book
34:30 information too those are just a couple
34:32 of examples
34:34 so before you say something like that
34:35 kind of like learn about this and learn
34:38 about the medical medium history right
34:40 read the books learn find out what's out
34:43 there
34:44 so think about that right there so yes
34:46 this is original unique information that
34:48 comes from above it gets published in
34:50 the medical medium books first and then
34:51 poached later and yes I'm sorry but
34:54 medical research and science doesn't
34:56 know what happens to the brain with
34:58 alcohol they still don't know
34:59 doctors even drink and they don't know
35:02 why they get tipsy or drunk and they
35:05 don't know what happens to the brain
35:06 while they're drinking so yeah sorry
35:10 but I really like the question though
35:12 because it it's great because it helps
35:15 me plug the fact that science is always
35:16 stealing all medical meaning books and
35:18 information so that's kind of cool all
35:20 right check this out
35:22 here's a cool part right here and I'm
35:25 glad you love medical medium information
35:26 because that was part of your comment I
35:29 love this info but
35:32 all right that's what people do now too
35:34 it's like I love I love his info uh but
35:38 um yeah that's what they do like you see
35:40 it every day now
35:42 I bet you love the info because heck
35:45 it's saved a lot of lives
35:47 all right let's go into it man because
35:49 we got a little bit more and then we're
35:51 gonna make some drinks okay ready at the
35:53 same time at the same time alcohol
35:55 pushes aside any glucose that is in the
35:58 bloodstream so alcohol becomes the
36:00 brain's number one choice for fuel
36:03 and you can you please tell me where
36:05 that is in science research
36:07 can you find that somewhere that
36:10 alcohol
36:11 actually pushes glucose out of the
36:14 bloodstream and then alcohol itself
36:16 becomes the brain's number one form of
36:18 glucose
36:19 meaning fuel can you tell me where that
36:22 is is that in a research paper somewhere
36:23 no but it will be in five years and I'll
36:26 be proven right
36:28 because alcohol seems like glucose even
36:31 though in the end it isn't so remember I
36:33 was telling you alcohol is the ghost of
36:36 sugar your brain gets tricked out and
36:38 believes that alcohol is actually
36:40 glucose a fuel
36:42 the more alcohol you put in your
36:44 bloodstream the more your brain
36:47 identifies
36:49 the alcohol instead of glucose and
36:52 here's another problem when you get
36:54 alcohol in your bloodstream and this is
36:55 unknown to research in science when you
36:57 get alcohol in your bloodstream it
36:59 pushes glucose out
37:01 it pushes glucose away from the brain
37:04 your brain can only identify that
37:07 alcohol down
37:10 you guys I want to ask you guys a
37:12 question can you just be frank with me
37:14 and can you just be like open with me on
37:17 this okay I'm just sidetracked right now
37:19 completely
37:21 if the information from these incredible
37:26 eight books in the medical medium book
37:28 series is original and unique
37:31 and most of you guys know that because
37:32 you've been there and done that and did
37:34 everything
37:35 am I supposed to hide that and never say
37:37 that
37:39 like am I supposed to pretend that I got
37:42 all this information in these volumes of
37:45 books from some other source like some
37:47 study or something when it doesn't exist
37:49 and there is no study with all this
37:50 information am I supposed to lie and say
37:54 that my information isn't original
37:58 so I can fit in everywhere and not get
38:01 like kicked you know kicked in the back
38:04 I just want you to people okay let me
38:06 just ask you guys this this is just a
38:08 heart to heart I I know what a lot of
38:10 you guys are here for the drinks and I'm
38:11 about to make them but this is a heart
38:12 to heart what would you do please tell
38:15 me
38:15 if you woke up at the age of four one
38:17 morning and you heard a voice and it
38:19 gave you Advanced information
38:21 that has saved
38:23 countless lives you put that information
38:25 in incredible book series
38:28 there's not one eat better book out
38:31 there and this isn't an eat better book
38:32 there's not one healthy book out there
38:34 in the in the alternative genre anywhere
38:37 that has this information and that much
38:39 right
38:40 what would you do would you sit there
38:42 and be afraid to actually say it comes
38:45 from above
38:46 would you be afraid to tell the truth
38:49 that the information is unique and
38:51 original
38:52 and it can't be found anywhere but the
38:54 books
38:55 and you can prove it
38:57 would you lie so you can fit in with
38:59 everybody
39:00 would you lie so you could have
39:02 so-called credibility with everybody I
39:04 want to know what you would do tell me
39:06 what you would do
39:07 because
39:10 because as a humanitarian because that's
39:12 what a humanitarian is someone who saves
39:14 lives right I'm a messenger for Spirit
39:16 of compassion to get the information out
39:18 there and on a humanitarian way
39:21 am I supposed to lie
39:23 I want to know what you would do if you
39:25 had all this original information that's
39:27 never been published anywhere no study
39:30 no science no anything tell me what
39:33 would you do would you lie and say that
39:36 you got it from a research paper when it
39:38 doesn't exist just to make somebody
39:39 happy or would you say it was unique
39:41 original and pure and untouched and it
39:44 comes from above like the truth
39:47 because I still get punished every day
39:50 by somebody saying how dare you say
39:53 that your own information
39:55 is not original or unique and you
39:57 shouldn't be saying that so I would like
39:59 to know what you guys would do would you
40:01 hide it would you live a why would you
40:04 pretend it wasn't coming from above and
40:06 then pretend you got it somewhere where
40:08 you didn't
40:11 all right if you just got here we're day
40:13 one of the medical medium wild blueberry
40:15 drinks challenge we still got something
40:16 to do the amount of hate and attacks I
40:19 get is unreal you guys have no idea
40:22 and a lot of you don't see the amount of
40:24 pushback I get for sharing this
40:26 information so people can heal it's
40:28 unreal
40:30 it's unreal and I could stop tomorrow
40:34 I could literally stop tomorrow
40:37 and just call it quits
40:39 easily and just say I'm done
40:41 but I'm in it for the chronically ill
40:43 and I'm gonna fight fight for The
40:45 Chronic Leo and that's what keeps me
40:46 doing it
40:47 and you know and that's why you guys
40:49 when you share this information and
40:51 everything citing Vector medical means
40:52 important of course all that
40:54 and it's all free I don't charge for it
40:58 am I doing groups and you know and
41:00 charging five thousand dollars for a
41:01 group three thousand dollars for a group
41:02 of people to join in and then give them
41:05 some like packet and a bunch of info and
41:07 right am I doing that no it's free it's
41:10 in the books but I do notice that a lot
41:13 of people don't read the books and they
41:15 did a little celery just for a little
41:16 while
41:17 they tried maybe a little something but
41:19 they didn't read the books and learn and
41:21 then they go join these groups that are
41:23 charging three thousand five thousand
41:25 dollars two thousand dollars they join
41:27 these groups to learn information that's
41:30 not even medical medium it's a hosh posh
41:32 and mishmash of everything else
41:35 it's just so sad
41:37 okay so let's go at the same time
41:39 alcohol pushes aside any glucose that is
41:41 in the bloodstream so alcohol becomes
41:43 the brain's number one choice for fuel
41:45 so this is really important right here
41:47 because alcohol seems like glucose even
41:49 though in the end it isn't so here's how
41:51 it works alcohol when you drink it
41:55 seems like glucose to the brain but it
41:57 isn't but yet the brain only chooses
42:00 that glucose when it's saturated in the
42:03 bloodstream because alcohol pushes all
42:04 glucose away including numbing up the
42:07 liver shutting it down so it can't
42:10 actually release glucose alcohol is a
42:13 byproduct of glucose it's a byproduct of
42:17 sugar it's a ghost of what sugar was
42:21 so the brain becomes a victim of the
42:24 ghost effect of alcohol so when you see
42:27 somebody drinking and they're getting
42:28 tipsy their brain becomes a victim to
42:32 the ghost effect of what was alcohol
42:36 that piece of information when I got
42:38 that from Spirit compassion I was just
42:39 like blown away because how crazy is
42:41 that
42:43 it's a ghost of what sugar was
42:46 it's mind-blowing information
42:51 so the brain becomes a victim of the
42:53 ghost effect of alcohol
42:57 that's what happens as more alcohol
42:59 enters the brain a person exhibits more
43:02 drunken
43:04 that is
43:06 Behavior when someone gets to the point
43:09 of drunken Behavior slurred speech
43:12 inability to function normally that
43:15 means the brain is already starting to
43:17 starve to death
43:18 check this out
43:20 this is how mind-blowing this is
43:23 when you're at the point of slurring
43:25 your speech when drinking
43:28 your brain is already starting to starve
43:31 to death so what you're witnessing from
43:33 the person is a person's brain starving
43:36 to death so if you're hanging out with a
43:38 bunch of friends and people are slurring
43:40 their speech because they're drinking
43:41 what you're witnessing is their brain is
43:44 starving to death
43:45 it's dying
43:48 it's actually dying if you have a party
43:50 filled with people that are drunk or
43:52 getting drunk what you're seeing with
43:55 them walking around and kind of like
43:56 walking around like this and slurring
43:58 your speech what you're seeing is their
44:00 brains are actually dying they're
44:01 starving to death how insane is that
44:07 and here's a key understanding most of
44:10 the symptoms we associate with
44:12 drunkenness and alcohol poisoning are
44:14 only from alcohol itself
44:16 most are symptoms of the brain starting
44:19 to die
44:21 you guys when someone is experiencing a
44:25 symptom of drunkenness
44:27 what it is it's a symptom of the brain
44:30 starting to die
44:35 unbelievable anyway you guys we're day
44:37 one to Medical mean and while
44:38 blueberries challenge we're gonna make
44:40 three drinks
44:41 Deborah says this information is
44:43 mind-blowing the more alcohol you
44:45 consume in an evening or day the less
44:48 glucose the brain absorbs and then fuels
44:50 itself with if we think of the Optimum
44:53 as 100 of glucose entering the brain and
44:56 keeping it alive then drinking alcohol
44:58 brings that glucose performance down to
45:00 five or ten percent
45:02 depending on how drunken someone is
45:07 that means that we're supposed to be
45:09 getting a hundred percent glucose
45:11 Optimum levels of glucose to the brain
45:13 on a daily level when you're drinking
45:15 and getting drunk you're only getting
45:16 five to ten percent levels of glucose to
45:18 the brain as your brain is starving to
45:20 death
45:23 it's like taking a fish out of water
45:25 watching it gasp for air on the beach as
45:28 it takes in oxygen instead of water then
45:31 putting it back in the water to revive
45:33 it and then taking it back out that's
45:35 like putting a fish
45:36 on the land or pulling it out of a tank
45:39 watching it gasp as its brain starts to
45:43 die and then dropping the fish back into
45:45 the water and letting the brain revive
45:48 then pulling the fish back out of the
45:50 water and watching it gasp for air and
45:52 then dropping it back in the tank and
45:54 watching it revive
45:58 the fish will stay alive although it
46:00 pays the price for being thrust into
46:02 survival mode this is what happens when
46:04 someone drinks alcohol regularly just
46:07 enough glucose is getting to the brain
46:09 to keep the person alive yet it's so
46:12 little that the person loses the ability
46:13 to function because they're drunk you
46:16 become a walking talking example of a
46:19 Dying brain
46:24 alcohol dominates our over glucose
46:27 getting to the brain because not only is
46:29 the liver intoxicated paralyzed and
46:32 cannot release enough glucose to get to
46:33 the brain but the brain chooses alcohol
46:35 over glucose
46:37 this is not because the brain needs
46:39 alcohol or because alcohol is good for
46:41 the brain again it's because the brain
46:43 is being tricked into thinking the
46:45 alcohol is the most accessible viable
46:47 form of glucose I want to make some
46:49 drinks you guys
46:51 just blows my mind the information
46:54 I can't even tell you so we're making
46:56 the brain detox challenge so that's
46:59 actually next not challenge brain detox
47:02 is what we're making all right so it's a
47:04 tonic so I'm excited you guys then we're
47:06 making a wild blueberry apple cider and
47:07 we're making also why blueberry sangria
47:10 so I'm excited okay so it's on three
47:12 page 320 on protocols let's do the brain
47:15 detox tonic
47:18 right here so if you got your protocols
47:21 book
47:24 okay page 320 and there's the recipe
47:26 right there
47:27 guys check it out
47:29 really pumped up about this
47:32 to put the book over here for a second
47:33 let's get going
47:35 so
47:37 that's right here
47:38 so in this one we're going to take some
47:41 coconut water and I'm gonna put it in
47:43 here so we're looking at two cups of
47:45 coconut water
47:52 starts with two cups of coconut water
47:55 right
47:57 and then we're going to start adding the
47:59 rest of the stuff in it let's put some
48:00 spirulina in here
48:04 one teaspoon of spirulina
48:08 let's get the teaspoon out
48:10 a little bit
48:13 okay one teaspoon of barley grass juice
48:15 powder
48:16 right that's the Bemidji stuff you guys
48:19 know I endorse these guys the best stuff
48:21 really incredible
48:24 you guys probably know why because I've
48:25 talked about it before
48:28 for the grass juice powder a teaspoon of
48:30 that goes in there as well now two
48:32 teaspoons of wild blueberry juice
48:37 let's crack it open
48:41 I like I'll measure it
48:44 there's one
48:47 there's two
48:50 boom I might need a shot wow blueberry
48:54 juice shots what I'm gonna use in a
48:56 second you all right we got that
48:58 okay now what else is going in here is a
49:01 drop of lemon balm
49:04 dropper
49:07 there we go now non-alcohol
49:11 no alcohol in here keep that in mind so
49:15 someone might say oh I'll put a lemon
49:16 balm in there I'll make that and then
49:18 it's an alcohol version right you don't
49:20 want to do that so that's the Bemidji
49:22 lemon balm that I use all right so
49:24 that's in there now
49:29 cool
49:30 and
49:32 um I'm gonna mix it up
49:36 now listen here's the wild blueberry
49:37 juice you guys Wyman's actually is on
49:40 sale right now 10 off check it out if
49:42 you get a chance this is day one
49:47 mixing it up
49:51 nice
49:53 you guys know I work with Wyman's
49:56 I endorse that incredible product right
49:58 there I want to keep that around forever
50:00 I want people to know about this I want
50:02 people to have this in their life
50:03 because it's that incredible
50:07 this was simple to make
50:10 powerful tonic
50:14 how easy was that one right there
50:19 that's the that's a drink I make when
50:21 family comes over
50:25 and everybody's everybody's doing the
50:26 brain detox Sonic
50:28 okay so here's the thing drink this and
50:31 15 minutes later do a chaser the Chaser
50:34 is eight ounces more of coconut water so
50:37 just letting you know
50:39 I got a chaser right here some coconut
50:41 water here we are that's the chaser
50:44 so you don't you know you don't drink
50:47 this all in one shot it's whenever you
50:49 finish this
50:51 15 minutes later
50:53 you do an eight ounce coconut water
50:55 chaser
50:58 there's a reason for it Spirit of
51:00 compassion with how it works and how it
51:03 works in the bloodstream and the body
51:04 this is a different form a way to do it
51:07 it's a brain detox tonic so you don't
51:10 have to send this all down in one shot
51:16 tastes delicious too which is incredible
51:18 so what you can do you can nurse it
51:21 you can take your time you can you can
51:24 drink it quick if you want to but either
51:26 way
51:28 15 minutes later you want to do the
51:31 eight ounce Chaser which is just eight
51:33 ounces of coconut water
51:35 so that's cool so that one's done
51:38 we got one drink down
51:41 foreign I'm going to turn this on get a
51:44 little hot we got the next one we're
51:46 gonna do
51:48 so one cup of wild blueberry juice
51:51 let's do that
51:58 let's get a cup
52:03 it's going into the pot
52:10 okay and then we're going to do a cup of
52:13 fresh apple juice
52:15 got the apple juice right here
52:20 nice okay
52:22 then we're going to do a little bit of
52:24 Honey or maple syrup I'm gonna do one
52:27 two three tablespoons of maple syrup
52:29 that's the one I want to use
52:35 one to three you can do one you can do
52:38 three
52:39 I'm gonna do
52:40 roughly round two a little bit more
52:48 nice
52:51 I'm gonna throw a cinnamon stick in
52:53 there
52:57 voila
52:59 I'm gonna turn up the temp I had it warm
53:01 it was already kind of like you know
53:02 going a little bit so I just turned up
53:04 temperature more I'm gonna put three
53:06 cardamon
53:08 pods in here
53:11 it's one
53:13 two
53:14 three that's whole cardamom right there
53:16 well you guys I'll show you on the
53:18 close-up too that's awesome Yep
53:21 see these are whole cardamoms right here
53:23 check it out those are strong by the way
53:26 they're really strong I put three right
53:28 in there because believe it or not
53:30 it's got a kick to it
53:33 one star anise
53:36 so there we go
53:38 there's the spiders these are the
53:40 dehydrated spiders right
53:43 they got a kick that's going in and
53:46 let's see four or five cloves
53:49 ah we got some cloves right here
53:53 four or five of them is good
53:58 boom
54:00 half inch piece of Ginger let's actually
54:05 get a paring knife out really quick
54:11 you can peel it
54:12 if you don't want to peel it you don't
54:14 have to if you don't want to I like to
54:16 peel it thinly slice it
54:19 one of the reasons why you want to peel
54:21 it too is just you know because if you
54:23 have company over and everything and
54:24 someone gets a peel in their mouth and
54:26 they're just like I mean some some of
54:28 the ginger skin in their mouth that's
54:30 not as fun
54:31 I've seen that happen so I was like all
54:33 right all right let me just peel this
54:34 back
54:36 thinly slice it
54:40 there we go
54:50 that's going in see these pieces you
54:52 guys
54:54 incredible
54:57 simmer for 10 to 15 minutes let it get
54:59 simmering for a little bit I'm gonna
55:00 move
55:01 some of this around
55:04 nice
55:11 all right so we're gonna make a wild
55:13 blueberry orange sangria if you guys
55:15 just got here this is day one of the
55:17 medical medium wild blueberry drinks
55:19 challenge
55:21 okay
55:22 so we're gonna make the sangria
55:31 looking around for Stuff
55:34 we're going to need this too
55:39 all right I love drinks
55:43 so I got the picture right here so I'm
55:45 going to use this so I'm actually going
55:47 to start out with making simple let's
55:48 let's just start by putting in three
55:50 cups of wild blueberry juice in there
55:52 actually I'll hold off for that for the
55:54 moment let me start with
55:57 no no I'll do that I think it's a good
55:59 idea
56:00 all right so we're gonna do three cups
56:05 you guys we're making these fast this is
56:07 like insane
56:10 like seriously we're making them pretty
56:12 quick right or
56:16 three cups right there
56:21 nice
56:31 I still need a shot
56:36 you guys don't mind right
56:41 bartender give me another
56:45 all right
56:51 if there's a feeling you get it's
56:54 different than like with alcohol
56:55 poisoning right or alcoholic beverage
56:57 beverages right the more I slurring my
57:00 speech because I'm getting glucose to
57:01 the brain instead no it doesn't work
57:03 that way I'm not learning my speech
57:04 here's how it works
57:07 when you get like real glucose like a
57:09 high quality glucose something like this
57:12 to the brain that has all that
57:13 anthocyanin in it it's an entirely
57:16 different experience
57:17 and it's it's incredible you know a
57:19 friend of mine who drank his whole life
57:21 I finally got him to quit right doesn't
57:24 drink anymore he's doing the wild
57:26 blueberry juice and he says it's like he
57:28 feels an entirely different Rush
57:31 but he you know he does it that he gets
57:33 on his treadmill and he's running on his
57:35 treadmill he's running on the wild
57:37 blueberry juice the wild blueberry juice
57:38 is getting to the brain the glucose the
57:40 whole bit I tell him it's anthocyanins
57:42 that are actually in the glucose from
57:43 the wobble regions that are getting to
57:45 the brain it's a really incredible
57:46 feeling all right let's go
57:48 all right I'm going to pour this in here
57:51 if you guys don't mind
57:53 just made a mess
57:56 but that's okay
58:02 AWS Bar and Grill gets a little messy
58:05 you guys we are not closing down AWS Bar
58:07 and Grill no way
58:10 only spilled a little bit
58:12 that's why I like the whole live thing
58:14 too because it's like
58:16 I don't know I don't like all that
58:18 pre-recorded stuff where they edit out
58:21 everything because they want the person
58:23 to look perfect they want everything to
58:24 be perfect I don't like that I think
58:26 there's something wrong with that all
58:27 right
58:28 now I'm going to start doing some
58:30 oranges I want to actually
58:33 um
58:34 we're gonna get some orange juice going
58:36 here so what I'm gonna do is squeeze
58:38 a bunch of oranges here so just give me
58:41 a sec
58:42 I want two and a half cups of orange
58:44 juice that's what I want so I'm going to
58:46 slice a whole bunch of oranges
58:49 if you guys don't mind
58:51 right
58:52 I'm gonna hand squeeze them you can use
58:55 uh you know citrus juicer if you want
58:57 I'm going to do just a little bit of
58:59 squeezing this way
59:01 I'm going to cut a few oranges
59:07 you guys don't mind
59:09 you know when I think about that
59:10 information about what alcohol does to
59:12 the brain
59:14 and it's starving the brain to death so
59:16 that when you actually have
59:20 when you actually have symptoms I call
59:23 them symptoms when someone's feeling
59:26 Tipsy it's a symptom it's not just
59:29 because it's a fun thing and it's
59:31 alcohol sure it might feel fun but it's
59:33 a starting of a symptom because their
59:35 brain is being starved to death when you
59:37 think about that it's incredible really
59:40 I mean
59:47 nothing is
59:49 seems which is
59:52 prime example of that how come research
59:55 in science doesn't know right
59:59 that these are actually symptoms because
1:00:02 the brain is starving
1:00:04 how come like they don't know that when
1:00:05 you think about that
1:00:11 I mean another Century can go by and
1:00:14 they'll never know what happens when
1:00:15 alcohol is go you know is is actually
1:00:18 um
1:00:21 what alcohol is doing in the brain and
1:00:23 the Damage that's being done another
1:00:26 Century could go by and they still won't
1:00:28 know
1:00:29 so I was like having this Advanced
1:00:31 information I like knowing all this
1:00:33 stuff if someone says well I don't drink
1:00:35 that's not really important to me that
1:00:38 piece of information aw because I don't
1:00:40 drink anything well then get other
1:00:42 important pieces of information from the
1:00:43 medical medium book series
1:00:45 get all the the anti-viral information
1:00:48 get the symptoms and conditions and the
1:00:51 causes information
1:00:52 get the different get the like
1:00:54 information on like how to get medals
1:00:56 out how to protect yourself get all that
1:00:59 information that's in there
1:01:01 if alcohol is not like your important
1:01:03 thing because you don't drink or you
1:01:05 don't care think about all the other
1:01:07 information that's in the books
1:01:14 so I mean that's important to know
1:01:18 Brenda says they call it sedating but
1:01:20 don't make the connection with the
1:01:22 glucose
1:01:24 foreign
1:01:32 they still don't know why it's sedating
1:01:37 they don't make the connection with any
1:01:39 of it
1:01:42 and they don't know that the brain is
1:01:44 actually being injured
1:01:46 they just observe things they don't
1:01:47 actually see inside they don't know
1:01:50 what's happening inside your bloodstream
1:01:51 in your brain they're sitting there
1:01:53 observing someone's reaction as they
1:01:55 drink alcohol like anybody can do that a
1:01:57 five-year-old can do that does that make
1:01:58 the five-year-old scientist
1:02:02 think about that right
1:02:05 I mean when you think like a
1:02:07 five-year-old can observe
1:02:09 a parent drinking
1:02:12 right
1:02:14 think about that for a second and still
1:02:17 have the same observation
1:02:19 as a 40 year old scientist
1:02:22 observing someone who's drinking
1:02:25 think about that one right there
1:02:28 is that five-year-old now a scientist
1:02:34 foreign
1:02:36 because they're still not going to know
1:02:38 what happens in your brain when you're
1:02:39 actually consuming alcohol if you guys
1:02:42 if you guys are doing like
1:02:44 keep in mind when you like see things
1:02:46 like the lemon balm I put in right
1:02:50 in the drink and stuff and all that keep
1:02:53 in mind you don't want alcohol in your
1:02:56 tinctures it's something I see every day
1:02:59 someone would be like I I I've done this
1:03:02 protocol from this guy or I've done this
1:03:05 this method or this you know protocol
1:03:07 and there's alcohol in all of the herbal
1:03:10 tinctures
1:03:11 and it just proves that alone is such a
1:03:15 huge mistake it's incredible
1:03:21 you guys I know I'm I'm wasting juice
1:03:23 out of some of these right here what
1:03:25 we're trying to do you know what
1:03:26 happened
1:03:27 these aren't juicy do you ever have an
1:03:30 orange that's actually not juicy so I'm
1:03:32 actually squeezing
1:03:34 like the heck out of these more so than
1:03:36 normal which is actually really funny
1:03:44 foreign
1:03:47 you can actually really squeeze like a
1:03:50 lot of juice out of it really easy
1:03:52 yeah Envy Doom says oh no not juicy yeah
1:03:55 that's your Bane
1:03:58 so you you actually experience that not
1:04:00 juicy oranges
1:04:04 yeah I know sometimes oranges are dry
1:04:06 you know totally
1:04:10 all right
1:04:15 we're gonna do obviously some more so
1:04:17 hang on you guys
1:04:19 driest set of oranges
1:04:27 yeah but that's okay because you know
1:04:29 because I got this drink right now
1:04:31 that's heating up
1:04:34 it's getting warm so that's cool
1:04:44 all right there we go now we're cranking
1:04:46 out the juice
1:04:49 I I squeeze my hand for a reason because
1:04:52 I when I do it for myself and everything
1:04:55 the reason why I like to squeeze by hand
1:04:57 is because it's the connection to the
1:04:59 food it's connection to the fruit on the
1:05:01 tree it's all of that it's connecting to
1:05:03 the food that's going to enter into my
1:05:05 body so there's I don't talk about it
1:05:07 much but there's all these spiritual
1:05:09 connections that I actually have with
1:05:10 the food and I talk about a little bit
1:05:13 of that in life-changing Foods right if
1:05:15 you've ever had that book or or read
1:05:17 that book
1:05:18 there's always these spiritual
1:05:21 connections with our food
1:05:27 and I never have time to talk about that
1:05:29 I never have time to go into that or
1:05:31 into a lot of details of that because
1:05:33 I'm really busy making sure that
1:05:36 everybody has the information they need
1:05:38 to get out of chronic illness and then
1:05:40 the spiritual stuff is you know is is
1:05:42 fun about food for sure the connections
1:05:44 and everything and we can talk about
1:05:45 that but there's a lot of people
1:05:47 suffering
1:05:49 they're in so much body pain physically
1:05:53 they're suffering mentally
1:05:56 and I just try to get out that
1:05:58 information because I want to save lives
1:06:00 I want people to heal I want their lives
1:06:02 to be saved right it's a lot of juice
1:06:04 coming out of these big ones right here
1:06:05 so this is great
1:06:08 so I do it by hand because I want that
1:06:10 connection
1:06:15 rise of Melton says I love to eat with
1:06:17 my hands as well
1:06:20 yeah so definitely
1:06:26 all right you guys
1:06:29 we're in AWS kitchen right here
1:06:33 making a mess like we always do
1:06:38 lupus free with celery 333 someone just
1:06:41 said to me you don't believe
1:06:45 my antidotes why should I believe yours
1:06:48 meaning me curing my lupus with mm and
1:06:50 him losing weight on intermittent
1:06:53 fasting like it's equivalent
1:06:56 yeah
1:06:59 totally get it I totally get it
1:07:01 I do
1:07:06 Michelle L says impressive hand strength
1:07:14 thank you
1:07:22 here we go
1:07:23 we're almost done that's it
1:07:31 you know what
1:07:33 foreign
1:07:35 here we are
1:07:45 cool you guys
1:07:47 we got it
1:07:56 coming together
1:08:00 I will eat these oranges later
1:08:06 foreign we got our orange juice in there
1:08:10 okay we're gonna put uh some maple syrup
1:08:14 in this one
1:08:21 I'm gonna put a little bit of this in
1:08:24 two to three tablespoons of maple syrup
1:08:32 now you can do honey keep that in mind
1:08:35 I was just doing maple syrup today but
1:08:37 there's nothing wrong with honey
1:08:39 absolutely that's a great way to do it I
1:08:41 do it all the time with honey so that
1:08:43 works
1:08:45 not a problem at all
1:08:47 okay
1:08:48 and then I'm going to add some sparkling
1:08:50 water that's next actually
1:08:53 so I'm going to put one cup of sparkling
1:08:55 water in here
1:09:07 nice
1:09:14 I'm gonna give it a little stir
1:09:24 okay now I'm gonna chop up an apple
1:09:27 you guys thanks for hanging out with me
1:09:29 during all this I really appreciate it
1:09:33 without your support
1:09:39 I don't think I could have gotten
1:09:40 through that without your support
1:09:43 all right so I'm gonna pop some apple in
1:09:45 here okay
1:09:49 so here's what I'm going to do with this
1:09:50 apple
1:09:52 you guys see that right there
1:09:54 I'm gonna do these thin slices like this
1:10:02 I can put a decent amount of Apple in
1:10:04 there if you want
1:10:06 I don't care about the core in this I'm
1:10:09 totally fine with that so I'm just gonna
1:10:11 do this seeds pop out on their own if
1:10:13 you guys take a look
1:10:15 nice thin slices right there
1:10:21 [Music]
1:10:24 so one apple chopped
1:10:27 you can chop them any way you want to
1:10:29 chop them
1:10:30 I put them in like this these
1:10:33 nice half slices right
1:10:36 and the seeds just come out perfectly
1:10:38 take a look at that if you guys want to
1:10:40 see
1:10:44 there we go
1:10:46 all right I got that
1:10:50 so now I'm going to do a pair
1:10:54 nice got two different kind of pairs
1:10:56 here
1:11:03 so I'm going to do the same thing same
1:11:05 chopping method I'm going to do these
1:11:07 slices
1:11:17 all right if I get this in focus
1:11:21 nice
1:11:29 so I'm doing the same kind of style this
1:11:31 is the way I like to do it but you can
1:11:32 do it the way you want to do you can
1:11:34 chop up your pair anyway and put it in
1:11:36 there
1:11:42 there we go
1:11:46 that's the way I like to do it so I'm
1:11:48 going to pop these in
1:11:59 credible all right we're gonna do some
1:12:02 strawberries next
1:12:05 foreign
1:12:10 just going to cut off these green tops
1:12:12 right here
1:12:14 I'm gonna eat those later
1:12:16 and so I'm going to give this a nice
1:12:18 slice
1:12:21 in this way
1:12:24 okay
1:12:34 cool
1:12:38 it's a nice strawberry right there
1:12:40 check that out
1:12:46 I'm gonna do a couple more
1:12:50 nice
1:12:57 let's get these in
1:13:02 maybe I'll do a couple more too just
1:13:04 maybe
1:13:06 slip for this one here nice big one
1:13:08 right there huh
1:13:14 these are incredible drinks because when
1:13:16 you're consuming them think about what
1:13:18 you're doing what you're putting in your
1:13:20 body that's a whole nother thing too
1:13:22 it's not just about enjoying them and
1:13:24 enjoying the flavor
1:13:27 it's about what you're doing for
1:13:29 yourself
1:13:31 that's the whole point so good for the
1:13:33 brain
1:13:34 okay and then I'm gonna do some orange
1:13:37 slices next I'm going to take this
1:13:39 Orange right here and cut off the bottom
1:13:42 of it
1:13:43 and then I'm gonna
1:13:45 pull these nice orange slices right here
1:13:47 you guys can take a look
1:13:52 okay
1:13:54 there we go
1:14:07 he's going here too
1:14:10 this is
1:14:12 guys what do you think
1:14:15 are you doing this recipe with me some
1:14:18 of you guys doing it right now
1:14:21 as well
1:14:22 and I'm going to mix it around right
1:14:24 here
1:14:30 this is actually almost to a
1:14:33 boil it's been lightly
1:14:36 cooking there
1:14:40 you mix up the flavors when you move it
1:14:43 around a little bit I'm just separating
1:14:45 some of these apple slices there we go
1:14:47 pear slices are all coming together
1:14:50 just incredible this is
1:14:54 right here
1:14:57 now I'm going to put a whole cup of
1:14:59 vodka in it
1:15:01 no I'm not of course not this is really
1:15:04 an amazing drink I'm gonna tell you
1:15:06 right now
1:15:08 all right now I'm going to serve it
1:15:11 would you guys like some
1:15:15 um
1:15:20 it's like a bowl
1:15:23 you can see
1:15:32 all right hang in there we are serving
1:15:35 you guys right now
1:15:39 I got a lot of serving to do because aw
1:15:41 bars Bar and Grill is actually opening
1:15:43 any minute so you guys just a wild
1:15:46 blueberry
1:15:47 sangria is what this is that's what I'm
1:15:49 serving
1:15:51 an aw Bar and Grill is going to open
1:15:54 soon so let me just
1:15:57 foreign
1:16:10 look I do make messes
1:16:12 if there's something you want to learn
1:16:16 you guys we just opened crap
1:16:20 I thought it would get done in time
