consumed by what we're 4:27 eating is that true 4:29 can we all become consumed about what 4:31 we're eating if you ever hear someone 4:33 say I don't think about food ever 4:36 I don't think about food it's not even 4:38 on my radar I eat when I want to eat 4:41 I'm not you know what I'm not really I'm 4:44 not 4:46 I'm not like stuck with the whole food 4:48 thing I could eat when I want eat what I 4:51 want whatever right no they're thinking 4:53 about food all the time that's the whole 4:54 point if you're a human being on this 4:56 planet do not get tricked by that if 4:59 you're a human being on this planet 5:00 you're thinking about food 5:02 you are no matter what kind of situation 5:05 is going on I'm reading a little bit of 5:07 the eating disorder chapter right here 5:08 and this chapter is huge and there's a 5:10 lot of information in it but I'm 5:12 scratching the surface a little bit 5:15 are we eating too much 5:17 has anybody been concerned about are we 5:19 eating too much 5:20 that's something I think a lot of people 5:22 are concerned about 5:24 are we eating too little have you ever 5:26 heard that before where there's people 5:28 that are concerned they're eating too 5:30 little 5:31 it's either you're eating too much or 5:33 you're eating too little what is it 5:35 right 5:37 I mean are we eating when we're not 5:39 hungry have you heard that one before 5:43 have you felt that like I'm eating when 5:45 I'm really not even hungry and I'm 5:47 eating right you hear that one a lot out 5:48 there do we eat so much we make 5:51 ourselves sick 5:53 has that happened to you do you know 5:54 somebody where it's like they eat so 5:56 much they make themselves sick 5:58 Phyllis said absolutely 6:02 are we into portion control have you 6:05 seen that before have you been in that 6:07 world where you're worried about portion 6:10 control this book is so incredible when 6:12 I just read when I just start reading a 6:15 paragraph in this brain saver book my 6:17 mind is blown like 6:20 so are we into portion control have you 6:24 done that whole thing like the portion 6:25 control thing 6:27 are we micromanaging our eating on a 6:30 daily basis it's another thing people 6:32 are worried about micromanaging 6:34 our food on a daily basis 6:36 do we convince ourselves that we're 6:39 eating in moderation or eating balanced 6:41 have you heard that one where people 6:43 they convince themselves I'm eating in 6:45 moderation is what I'm doing or I'm 6:47 eating balanced 6:49 I'm doing balance eating medical mediums 6:51 not balanced eating I'm going to do I 6:53 like balanced eating well what is that 6:55 balance eating then 6:58 do we tell ourselves we don't need much 7:01 food 7:02 are we eating the wrong things 7:04 I don't know are we eating the wrong 7:06 things 7:07 what are we eating 7:09 we could be eating the wrong things have 7:11 you read the medical medium book series 7:14 maybe you're eating the wrong things 7:17 do we punish ourselves for eating the 7:20 wrong things how many people punish 7:22 themselves for eating that chocolate 7:24 cake 7:26 and then they want permission to eat the 7:27 chocolate cake and I totally get it like 7:29 people want permission to eat that 7:30 chocolate cake right do you want 7:32 permission 7:33 it's like yeah no I only had a slice of 7:35 that chocolate cake don't worry about it 7:37 cacao's good for you you can have a 7:39 slice of the chocolate cake okay I feel 7:41 I feel I feel better about it now 7:44 permission to have a chocolate cake now 7:47 I feel better about it all 7:50 do we eat the wrong things to reward 7:53 ourselves I'm gonna get a reward I'm 7:55 gonna reward myself right now I'm gonna 7:57 eat that chocolate cake because I want 7:59 to reward myself that's what it is I 8:01 need a reward 8:03 what constitutes the wrong things 8:06 who's right who's wrong 8:09 this is incredible I'm reading out a 8:11 brain saver right now do you food saying you don't 9:02 need to eat that or you know what to do 9:05 to lose weight I've always had a bad 9:10 relationship with food since I was 9:12 younger 9:13 let's keep on reading a little bit 9:16 Eating Disorders are rampant 9:20 yeah someone's like no they're not yeah 9:23 they are eating disorders are rampant 9:25 they can exist in every one of us yes 9:29 it wouldn't make sense okay here check 9:31 this out 9:33 we're all consumed about food if we 9:35 weren't it wouldn't make sense because 9:37 we have to be concerned about food when 9:40 people say I'm not concerned about food 9:41 that's not me I have no concerns about 9:44 food b s 9:47 capital b capital s 9:50 everybody's concerned about food or 9:54 they're an alien and they're not you 9:56 know aliens are concerned about food 10:01 everybody's concerned about food 10:04 or you cease to exist it's just an uh 10:07 you know on our radar 10:10 if we weren't it wouldn't make sense 10:12 because we have to be concerned about 10:14 food it's how we live work play function 10:17 you want to function you got to be 10:19 concerned about food 10:21 loving healing says I used to be I used 10:24 to stress so much about food always so 10:26 much Obsession and guilt two years on 10:28 medical medium protocols and I feel so 10:30 free food makes me happy now no more 10:33 guilt that's what I love about the 10:35 medical medium 10:36 food protocols in the medical medium 10:39 cleanses in the medical medium words of 10:42 wisdom from above because it frees us 10:45 from that 10:48 it really does 10:50 that's always been a part of our history 10:52 as humans we are focused on food right 10:57 what makes it a food disorder in today's 11:00 modern world is the amount of unhealthy 11:03 conditioning all around us combined with 11:05 contaminants in our brains so 11:10 food disorders can happen from our 11:13 brains being saturated with all kinds of 11:15 contaminations and all kinds of 11:17 different stuff that I talk about in the 11:20 medical medium book series our brains 11:22 get filled with it and that could make 11:24 things a lot more difficult 11:27 and so what we have to do is learn how 11:29 to eat in order and not have an eating 11:31 disorder it's more of like what can I 11:34 eat to heal myself what can I eat that's 11:37 going to change my life and turn my life 11:40 around there's nothing wrong with having 11:42 that sense of understanding and that 11:45 sense of knowing there's nothing wrong 11:47 with being like what can I eat to get 11:49 myself better what can I eat to heal 11:51 what can I eat to turn my life around 11:54 what's wrong with that nothing nothing's 11:58 wrong with that that's eating in order 12:00 that's putting things in perspective 12:01 that's putting things in order that's 12:02 putting things in the right situation 12:04 for your body it's like no I want to eat 12:07 to heal right 12:09 thank you 12:10 eating in order can have a few meanings 12:13 eating in order to heal 12:17 in order to heal 12:19 I gotta eat a certain way right now 12:22 in order to heal 12:25 okay eating in order to live 12:29 if I want to live 12:31 I'm gonna be eating eating in order to 12:33 survive if I want to survive eating in 12:36 order to thrive I want to thrive 12:39 these brain shot therapies after 20 days 12:42 of these brains out there after today 12:45 it just starts to happen the the power 12:48 of these brain shot therapies just blows 12:51 me away eating in order to function I 12:53 want to eat to function 12:56 eating in order to succeed I want to 12:58 succeed I want to be productive I want 13:01 to heal I want to 13:05 I want to be successful in anything I do 13:07 doesn't matter what it is even if it's 13:08 just cleaning my kitchen I want to be 13:10 successful at it 13:14 by the way I clean the kitchen yes I do 13:18 someone said to me the other day you 13:19 don't clean up stuff you don't do that 13:21 you don't vacuum clean yeah I do 13:23 I do all that stuff why those are 13:27 beneath me no they're not 13:29 you better believe 13:32 so yeah 13:33 so why Colin says I need to download 13:36 that Mantra in my brain what can I eat 13:38 to heal what can I eat to heal 13:43 a focus on food is not on its own 13:46 unhealthy 13:47 do not let anybody convince you that 13:50 focusing on food is unhealthy don't let 13:52 someone convince you of that that's a 13:54 bad convincing I'm serious that is not a 13:58 good thing 14:00 often when we're trying to take care of 14:02 ourselves holistically and heal from 14:04 symptoms and conditions buying the right 14:07 Foods consuming fruits vegetables eating 14:09 less processed foods looking after 14:11 ourselves in general we can feel like 14:14 we're trapped and we're alone and 14:16 worried about food in a bubble of our 14:19 own world unless we find our others like 14:23 us right so that's another thing once 14:24 you have to start healing and start 14:26 eating better we can feel like lonely 14:28 and lost and we're like stuck in this 14:30 bubble 14:32 foreign 14:34 alone and worried about food in a bubble 14:37 of our own world unless we find others 14:39 like us even when we're doing it right 14:42 life becomes all about what to eat how 14:45 healthy it is where to find it we can 14:48 get lost wondering does anyone else have 14:50 to worry about this so here's what I'm 14:52 talking about right here okay as you 14:54 Embark in healing and you're using food 14:57 to fix your brain and you're using food 14:59 to fix yourself and heal 15:02 physically emotionally right mentally 15:05 spiritually you're you're using food to 15:07 heal 15:08 it's gonna feel weird because it's going 15:10 to look like nobody else is you guys 15:13 it's going to look like no one else out 15:15 there is using food to heal no one else 15:18 is out there is focused on food you see 15:20 people in the streets you see people 15:22 driving by you see people whatever and 15:24 you're gonna think they're not like you 15:26 they don't have to worry about anything 15:27 but they're still worried to some degree 15:30 even if they're not eating healthy 15:32 they're still worried about what they're 15:33 eating everybody is worried about what 15:36 they're eating whether they say it or 15:39 not or tell you or not 15:43 yes every single person on this planet 15:45 has to worry about food it's natural 15:51 when you're trying to heal particular 15:52 illnesses and diseases and conditions 15:55 and symptoms it's especially natural to 15:57 worry about what you're eating if you're 15:59 trying to heal something if you're 16:01 trying to fix something in here if 16:02 you're trying to fix something in here 16:04 something's wrong you got those 16:06 autoimmune diagnoses you got all kinds 16:08 of anxiety and depression you guys got 16:10 all kinds of problems people have right 16:12 that everybody has you guys if any 16:14 things like that is happening you're 16:16 working on trying to heal it that's what 16:18 you're doing 16:22 you do have to be extra mindful about 16:24 what you eat if that mindfulness about 16:27 food is done the wrong way it can 16:30 contribute to an eating disorder 16:32 if it's done the right way 16:35 this is important this is when the 16:37 details matter right here it's one of 16:38 the places it matters it can correct an 16:41 eating disorder and teach you how to eat 16:42 properly 16:44 the traps out there and the potholes out 16:46 there make it so if you're trying to eat 16:49 to heal 16:50 it can create an eating disorder in a 16:53 lot of people if it's not done the right 16:54 way 16:56 I've seen this over and over again 16:59 what I love about the information from 17:02 above right SOC and the info from above 17:05 about how to heal it's not about 17:09 creating Eating Disorders it's about 17:11 reversing them and healing the brain and to it right now 18:59 okay 19:02 eating the right items at the right time 19:05 can still feel as if you have an eating 19:08 disorder because of how others view it 19:11 others view it 19:13 one of the problems when you're trying 19:15 to heal is what others are viewing of 19:17 what you're doing 19:20 that's one of the problems 19:22 when you're trying to heal is what 19:24 others are viewing 19:25 other people are judging other people 19:28 got their eyes on you right how many 19:31 people have their eyes there's eyes on 19:33 them 19:34 keep that in mind because that can then 19:36 Propel someone to feel like they're 19:38 doing it wrong that they're in an eating 19:40 disorder 19:41 when you're trying to eat healthy others 19:44 often see it as too rigid 19:46 what do you do in your celery juice 19:48 again you're doing your celery juice one 19:51 more time what do you do in your brain 19:53 shot therapy one more time is it a 19:55 little too much 19:59 they may even even label it orthorexia 20:03 orthorexic right 20:06 when someone scoffs down a cheese pizza 20:12 right 20:14 in a Coca-Cola 20:16 and they're calling you orthorexic 20:18 because you're trying to heal yourself 20:23 let's just insane 20:24 Erica Alex says and that mm protocols 20:27 healed my worsening bulimia whoa that I 20:30 suffered with for years 20:32 oh God said I'm just happier here and 20:35 healing so many people have been through 20:37 that and it's it's just so hard I tried 20:40 doctors and therapists and nothing 20:42 worked when all hope was lost the 20:44 medical medium orthorexia which 21:13 you'll read about later this chapter you 21:15 can get blamed for too much fruit 21:18 how many of you been blamed for too much 21:20 fruit first of all fruit wasn't allowed 21:22 in any of the eat better diets out there 21:24 medical medium 21:27 spent the last 30 plus years bringing 21:30 fruit into the health world because it 21:33 wasn't allowed 21:36 the only place fruit was allowed was 21:39 believe it or not the the food pyramid 21:43 where they said you still should have 21:45 some servings of fruit meanwhile in all 21:47 of the health realm Alternative Health 21:50 fruit was never allowed it was demonized 21:54 and I spent decades trying to bring it 21:57 in right and then medical medium info 21:59 with the millions of books around the 22:01 world and all of the people seeing that 22:03 fruit and the wild blueberries now all 22:05 the eat better guys that were like 22:07 they're chameleons they're lizards man 22:09 because they change their colors every 22:12 second they're lizards and now like yes 22:14 we let in wild blueberries yes we let in 22:16 fruit fruits good for you and our eat 22:18 better diet it's like unbelievable it's 22:20 like 22:21 foreign 22:22 but fruit is is critical but how many 22:25 people were blamed for eating fruit 22:27 Laura Robinson says mm has healed me and 22:30 my hair is thicker and stronger amazing 22:34 hey have you heard this before not 22:36 enough protein 22:39 you're not eating enough protein where's 22:41 your protein protein robot we'll do that 22:45 half time 22:46 too many carbs whoa that's too many 22:49 carbs don't eat that banana first of all 22:51 it's a fruit and it's way too many carbs 22:53 how about that one how many people are 22:55 said to that lizards is right I saw that 22:57 on IG you like that one lizards it's 22:59 endless bringing your own food to 23:01 holidays is difficult not eating at 23:04 events where the menu doesn't work for 23:06 you always packing snacks orientating 23:09 your life around the farmers markets or 23:12 making special requests at restaurants 23:14 none of this should be considered an 23:17 eating disorder when what you're doing 23:19 is eating in order to truly heal did you 23:22 guys hear that how many people get 23:24 punished for actually picking and 23:26 choosing at the restaurant packing 23:28 snacks making sure you're taking care of 23:31 yourself having like your fruit with you 23:33 okay all of that how many people are 23:36 punished for making special requests in 23:38 restaurants or punished for like 23:41 bringing their food to an event or not 23:44 so many people are punished in that way 23:48 now don't we want to feel normal 23:52 to go out and eat a pizza or some fried 23:55 food or cheesy pasta or a grass-fed 23:57 burger or maybe some sushi 23:59 to go over to a friend's house and eat 24:01 whatever they're serving have ice cream 24:04 afterwards 24:05 to eat whatever's on the table at a 24:07 family holiday without worrying about 24:08 how it's going to affect your bloating 24:11 your stomach your cramps your gastritis 24:14 your diarrhea your constipation your 24:16 heartburn your acid reflux your 24:17 indigestion and acne 24:19 we all want to feel normal right we all 24:24 want to scoff down that cheese pizza no 24:26 problem and eat whatever we want to do 24:29 the irony is that all the people who 24:31 seem normal 24:33 actually 24:35 normalize dysfunctional eating and have 24:38 Eating Disorders themselves 24:44 I mean seriously 24:47 so that's what's happening out there 24:49 right everybody wants to be normal but 24:52 the whole thing is that normal our 24:54 Eating Disorders that's the whole point 24:57 let's see rolanki says yes the 25:00 functional doctors did all cat good 25:03 sensitivity Foods food sensitivity tests 25:06 and I couldn't eat this and many veggies 25:10 were out too it was horrible that's 25:11 another thing the food sensitivity test 25:13 that I've watched people go through hell 25:15 with for years 25:17 and what happened to their food eating 25:20 I always say this okay 25:23 so functional doctors said don't eat 25:25 fruits and certain vegetables and that 25:28 whole thing right so then you you're 25:29 stuck with this food sensitivity test 25:31 where you were just eating what meat and 25:33 meat only right red Rosia says or eat 25:36 this burger and eat this pork rib you 25:39 need to gain weight as if that's the 25:41 only way to gain weight I could eat 25:43 clean and Gain 25:46 I think what people don't realize 25:48 really is that how many people are 25:51 ostracized and made fun of for trying to 25:53 eat 25:54 healthy for real healthy right 25:58 Hillary said 26:00 my eating disorder was completely 26:02 obliterated when I learned and applied 26:05 these protocols and I don't apply it as 26:08 often as I want but I am still healed 26:11 from that incredible 26:13 look you know you can always come back 26:15 as well come back to the medical medium 26:18 information too you can always come back 26:22 and then here's what I've noticed some 26:25 people in their life when they get a 26:27 medical medium book and they read it 26:29 they're at a different point in their 26:30 life and they need to come back to it 26:33 years later and then they read it and 26:35 they see it in a whole different light 26:36 they're like why didn't I see it that 26:38 way what happened why did I just lose 26:41 two more years 26:46 all right so we all want to feel normal 26:49 the irony is that with all the people 26:51 who seem normal actually normalize 26:53 dysfunctional eating and have Eating 26:55 Disorders themselves they don't eat 26:57 correctly no one has ever been taught 27:00 what our brain and body need what foods 27:05 our organs need what foods to eat for a 27:08 physical spiritual emotional and mental 27:10 health 27:12 were left to our own demise here on 27:15 planet Earth no one has taught the right 27:18 things it's painstaking and here's a 27:21 point I just want to be clear about you 27:24 tell me if this point is or not 27:26 you tell me go ahead judge me I need you 27:30 guys to judge me on this point right 27:33 you got all these eat betters you know 27:36 things out there books and programs you 27:39 got all these exactly all cat tests and 27:41 food sensitivity tests 27:43 but what do you think about this 27:45 all those professionals don't know why 27:47 we're sick science and research doesn't 27:49 know why we're sick they don't they 27:51 don't have the answers but yet they're 27:54 right about what you should be eating I 27:56 guess 27:58 am I wrong to say that 28:01 so they're right about what you should 28:03 be eating when they don't know why 28:05 you're even sick the true cause 28:09 and what's bringing you down in your 28:12 life 28:13 and why you're suffering if they don't 28:15 know why why why then why are they right struggling from 58:18 a symptom related to not being able to 58:21 swallow correctly choking nausea pain in 58:22 the stomach or feeling of tightness in 58:24 the throat or chest right and instead of smell 58:41 this is where someone is living their 58:43 life and they're eating just as anybody 58:45 else would be eating and then these 58:48 symptoms start to develop you're going 58:51 through life you feel like you're just 58:53 normally doing what you're doing 58:55 you're eating what you're eating you're 58:57 eating what everybody else is eating 58:58 everything seems fine and dandy and then 59:01 the symptoms happen 59:04 and now an eating disorder starts 59:08 in some cases if it's a chronic nausea 59:11 for example then Foods become pick and 59:13 choose 59:14 chronic nausea that's a huge one right 59:17 there 59:19 that's a big one actually 59:23 so many people have gone through that 59:25 where it's like you got the chronic 59:27 nausea and then you're in trouble it's a yesterday how come 1:00:51 it's not working for me today 1:00:55 what's not helping with this nausea do 1:00:58 any of these Foods I'm eating contribute 1:00:59 to it how come when I'm not eating I 1:01:02 still have the nausea then that's 1:01:03 another thing too 1:01:04 then our mind Consciousness starts to 1:01:06 pick up patterns and habits because of 1:01:08 small bursts of PTSD developing how many 1:01:11 guys 1:01:12 how many people you know 1:01:16 have PTSD around food 1:01:19 post-traumatic stress around food and 1:01:22 eating right 1:01:25 because at PTSD around food and eating 1:01:28 can be like in tens 1:01:31 you eat something and you're nauseous so 1:01:34 you identify that food is being the 1:01:36 problem 1:01:37 she learned to avoid that food 1:01:39 just as you get comfortable eating 1:01:41 another food thinking you're safe and 1:01:42 good you get nauseous again 1:01:45 so then that's another food you're 1:01:46 uncomfortable eating suspecting it's 1:01:48 contributing to your problem this can 1:01:50 carry on into other Foods as well nausea 1:01:53 doesn't usually receive a diagnosis 1:01:54 besides nausea but then we end up with 1:01:57 an eating disorder 1:02:00 nausea doesn't usually receive a 1:02:02 diagnosis besides nausea or maybe 1:02:04 nervousness or anxiety if everything 1:02:05 checks out okay in the abdomen it's 1:02:07 usually passed off as someone being too 1:02:10 sensitive but then we get the PTSD 1:02:13 and with that PTSD we end up getting the 1:02:15 Eating Disorders with that PTSD 1:02:19 happens to so many people
