right here we are 5:25 we are 5:27 here 5:29 all right insomnia let's do this day 19. 5:35 trouble sleeping can sometimes be as 5:39 simple as a racing mind do you guys get 5:42 racing mind at all does that happen to 5:44 you 5:45 like you're in bed you want to sleep 5:49 you wish you can sleep 5:51 but you 5:53 can't sleep because your mind is racing 5:58 right and there's different forms of 6:00 Mind racing that's what's really 6:02 incredible right your mind is racing 6:06 it's what's happening you want to sleep 6:09 but this is happening right here 6:12 your mind just going 6:13 [Music] 6:14 does that happen to you guys 6:17 and you you really do want to sleep 6:19 that's the sad part about it or the hard 6:21 part about it is 6:23 you need to sleep you say to yourself 6:25 but your mind is just racing Erica Malek 6:29 says I take this shot every night before 6:30 bed for the last three months and I 6:33 sleep soundly without waking up 6:34 incredible the shot is so amazing 6:37 and let's see it's helped me it's helped 6:40 with my insomnia so much thank you aw 6:42 SOC incredible 6:44 trouble sleeping can sometimes be as 6:47 simple as a racing mind that's trying to 6:49 solve a problem are you trying to solve 6:52 a problem and your mind takes over do 6:55 you fall asleep for a little while and 6:56 then you wake up a couple hours later 6:58 and now you're trying to solve a problem 7:01 and your mind is just going right 7:05 laughs 7:07 it could even be stress creating the 7:12 mind to race right you're under stress 7:14 it's triggering the mind to race because 7:16 think about that your mind is racing 7:18 because it's being triggered stressed 7:20 you're trying to solve a problem 7:23 or just plain old worry in your life 7:26 plain old worry 7:30 we don't need to stress ourselves out 7:33 over a bad night or two 7:36 right a lot of you guys are like I had 7:38 more than a bad night or two bad nights 7:42 when sleeping problems become chronic 7:45 that's when there's more going on yes 7:49 neurotransmitter chemicals 7:51 are the one critical part of being able 7:54 to sleep 7:56 neurotransmitter chemicals 7:58 what I love about what you're looking in 8:01 front of you right here okay this 8:03 stabilizer that we're going to do the 8:05 sleep and recharging stabilizer 8:08 is it benefits you in the neuro 8:11 transmitter activity area that's where 8:15 it benefits it's targeting that 8:20 that's when there's more going on 8:22 neurotransmitter chemicals are the one 8:24 critical part of being able to sleep 8:28 electricity is running through every 8:30 neuron as we're sleeping 8:34 so I think what people really don't 8:36 realize is when they go to sleep 8:38 their neurons are just as active in many 8:40 ways 8:41 so as we're sleeping electricity is 8:43 still going through all the neurons 8:48 if neurotransmitters are diminished 8:50 here's what's interesting 8:52 if your neurotransmitters are 8:54 diminishing weakened kind of broken down 8:59 anemic not anemic 9:02 not anemic like claridin of whatever 9:04 iron all that stuff no anemic just being 9:08 very low 9:11 I'm on page 354 someone just asked 9:14 of brain saver 9:19 if neurotransmitters are diminished 9:21 electrical impulses have a tough time 9:24 traveling throughout the brain 9:29 what that means is your electricity 9:31 struggles when your neurotransmitters 9:33 are down 9:35 low neurotransmitter chemicals or 9:38 weakened ones can cause the brain to 9:41 have difficulty finding balance so you 9:44 can ease into sleep and stay there stay 9:47 asleep stay there 9:52 so low neurotransmitter chemicals 9:56 or weakened ones 9:58 can cause the brain to have difficulty 10:01 finding balance 10:03 that means that when you're having 10:04 diminished 10:06 neurotransmitter chemicals 10:09 your electricity is trying to swim 10:12 around it 10:14 it's trying to stay charged while you're 10:16 sleeping 10:17 but it's not staying calm and smooth 10:21 instead it's more erratic 10:25 it's more Rogue 10:27 there's a problem 10:29 so you're not able to relax and sleep 10:31 you're not able to stay asleep long 10:36 memory Stubbs says I have no way to make 10:39 them where I currently live but I'm 10:42 watching and learning until I can do 10:43 them it's incredible you don't have to 10:45 make these brain shot therapies you can 10:47 just listen to the information and 10:48 reading out a brain saver some of these 10:51 uh lives that we've done in these 20 10:53 days in this 19 days just phenomenal 10:56 information that's been mind-blowing and 10:57 you don't even have to do the brain 10:59 shots you can just chill out hang out 11:03 someone may also have a sensitive 11:05 nervous system due to a chronic 11:07 low-grade viral infection so this is 11:09 important to know 11:11 a large majority of people's sleep 11:13 issues is because someone has a 11:15 low-grade viral infection 11:17 they don't know it maybe they had an 11:19 autoimmune diagnosis but don't know 11:21 that's what it is whatever's going on 11:23 they're sick with something they're 11:26 struggling with something 11:27 so someone may have a sensitive nervous 11:30 system now why would you have a 11:31 sensitive nervous system if you have a 11:33 low-grade viral infection 11:36 because the Epstein-Barr virus or the 11:38 shingles 11:39 or any of the herpetic virus especially 11:41 I've seen Barn shingles which often goes 11:43 undiagnosed 11:45 releases neurotoxins 11:48 neurotoxins are unfortunately one of the 11:52 big problems with people sleeping good 11:57 I've seen people 11:59 okay 12:00 that have the worst chronic fatigue 12:01 syndrome the worst me chronic fatigue 12:04 syndrome or just severe fatigue and you 12:07 would think they sleep 12:09 they're not sleeping they're not 12:11 sleeping good there are people 12:13 that are diagnosed with me CFS 12:18 they're diagnosed with chronic fatigue 12:19 syndrome 12:21 but they're not sleeping good 12:23 people can't understand it you're tired 12:27 you've got fatigue sleep 12:30 just sleep now there are people that get 12:32 diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome 12:34 and they sleep 12 14 hours 16 hours and 12:37 they can't do anything but sleep but 12:40 that can be just a temporary part of 12:42 their chronic fatigue that could be one 12:45 year and then another year 12:47 they can't sleep and they still have 12:50 chronic fatigue syndrome they're tired 12:52 they're suffering and they can't sleep 12:54 you know anybody that's gone for that 12:56 that's me Jan Antonio says that's me 13:00 that's a big deal and a lot of people go 13:02 through that 13:04 lots of people 13:05 add add me to Anya's okay 13:09 so here you are you're tired you don't 13:12 feel good 13:13 you got chronic fatigue 13:15 or you just feel like your legs feel 13:17 like sandbags you can't get ahead of 13:20 yourself 13:21 you can only do so much kitchen work you 13:24 can only do so much you know vacuuming 13:25 around your house you get wasted easy 13:27 you're on mattress Island 13:29 you're fatigued 13:32 then someone might say to you hey 13:35 why don't you just sleep it off 13:38 and you're like 13:39 I can't 13:40 I go to bed 13:42 I can't get eight hours of sleep I can 13:45 only get four hours or three hours or 13:47 five hours take a long nap I can't take 13:50 a long nap I can't fall asleep during 13:52 the day but you got chronic fatigue 13:54 syndrome you should be able to fall 13:55 asleep during the day I can fall asleep 13:57 during the day though I'm suffering I 13:59 could only take a nap here if I'm lucky 14:01 I could only get five hours of sleep one 14:04 night some nights I'll get seven hours 14:06 and then the next night two hours this 14:08 is what people go through you guys 14:10 probably know this right so you probably 14:11 know somebody that's gone through this 14:14 so there's so many people 14:16 who get CFS or me CFS meaning they get 14:19 the diagnosis they're struggling and 14:21 they're tired all the time they have low 14:23 grade viral infections and neurotoxins 14:26 are getting to their brain and 14:28 preventing them from sleeping a peaceful 14:30 sleep 14:31 their neurotransmitter chemicals are 14:33 struggling they have neurotoxins in the 14:35 brain and they can't sleep good but then 14:38 they get picked on and bullied by people 14:41 they know friends they know family 14:43 members they know they get bullied 14:45 because here you are tired why don't you 14:48 just get a good night's sleep and get 14:50 fixed 14:51 and then one night 14:53 if they're not on benzodiazepines 14:55 because they got they got in trouble and 14:58 they're addicted to benzos to try to 14:59 like get through their anxiety and 15:01 sleeping and their chronic fatigue 15:02 syndrome and then one night they sleep a 15:05 really long night's sleep a good night's 15:08 sleep 15:08 and then everybody says to him well you 15:10 slept eight hours that night you should 15:13 be back to normal you should be fixed 15:15 and it's like no it gave me a little bit 15:18 more energy that day it made it so I can 15:19 function a little bit but I'm not back 15:22 to normal and I'm not better yet I still 15:24 have chronic fatigue syndrome yes I 15:26 slept one night 15:27 but then the next night they only sleep 15:29 like two hours or one hour and I know 15:31 that there's this isn't everybody but so 15:33 many people right Jessica Gail says 15:35 always feel like I'm tired of falling 15:39 asleep and my body jolts back awake this 15:42 makes so much sense wish I could get 15:43 some peaceful sleep I know so many 15:45 people are going through this 15:47 so I'm talking about CFS a little bit 15:49 too where people get blamed they have 15:51 this chronic chronic fatigue syndrome 15:53 and they're getting blamed 15:55 why don't you just sleep it off and get 15:56 better you're so tired it's like no I 15:59 can't sleep and there are people with 16:00 CFS their first few years of CFS all 16:03 they're doing is sleeping and then they 16:05 hit the wall they're not better yet and 16:07 they're not sleeping anymore it's like 16:08 they slept plenty but they're still sick 16:11 and still not functioning and can't 16:12 sleep good anymore there's that too 16:16 talking about viral issues with any kind 16:19 of sleep problems since we're what we're 16:21 dealing with now 16:23 so someone may also have sensitive 16:25 nervous systems due to low-grade viral 16:28 infections like shingles and EBD and the 16:30 neurotoxins that are released from these 16:32 viruses are swimming around their body 16:34 attaching themselves to the vagus nerves 16:36 yes the vagus nerves 16:40 s the vagus nerves 16:45 you know and I'll say I'm guilty of 16:47 saying vagus nerve many times on and off 16:49 that's because people don't they don't 16:51 hear you when you say Vegas nerves a lot 16:53 they'll be like because everybody will 16:54 be like vagus nerve that's nerves 16:57 there's two of them I'm saying that 16:59 because we did a Vegas nerve show right 17:00 where the nerves 17:03 there's two of them coming out of the 17:05 brain stem and they get all saturated 17:07 with neurotoxins and that really stops 17:09 people from sleeping too 17:13 all right let's keep on going 17:16 which page Gabrielle says Gabriella 354. 17:21 neurotoxins breaking out of the liver 17:24 and traveling through the bloodstream 17:27 can reach the brain 17:31 where they saturate pollute and diminish 17:34 neurotransmitter chemicals that's one of 17:36 the key points right there 17:39 a lot of people have diminished 17:41 neurotransmitter chemicals why 17:45 why are they diminished 17:48 some people might diminish them because 17:50 they're smoking too much weed some 17:51 people might diminish them because 17:52 they're doing Ayahuasca some people 17:54 might dim diminish them because they're 17:56 doing too much psilocybin some people 17:58 might diminish them because you're not 18:00 getting any nutrients at all for their 18:02 brain and they're under tremendous 18:03 stress it's a huge trigger some people 18:05 might have them diminished for other 18:07 reasons too some people don't have 18:09 enough glucose in their brain and that's 18:11 diminishing it 18:14 but neurotoxins 18:16 breaking out of the liver 18:20 and traveling through the bloodstream 18:23 can reach the brain where they saturate 18:26 and pollute and diminished 18:28 neurotransmitter chemicals this is 18:30 important neurotoxins from low-grade 18:32 viral infections which everybody who's 18:34 diagnosed with autoimmune has 18:37 they don't know it but that's what they 18:39 have 18:41 everybody diagnosed with autoimmune at 18:44 the doctor's office is struggling with a 18:46 low-grade viral infection whether the 18:48 doctor knows it because they don't know 18:49 medical meme information or they do know 18:51 medical meme information because that's 18:53 mm info I put that out there all these 18:55 years 18:59 even if they don't if that they don't 19:01 test for it or not test for it they got 19:03 a glow grade viral infection and here's 19:05 what happens with autoimmune you might 19:06 not 19:07 see a viral issue in a test but five 19:11 years later it shows up because it was 19:14 the problem the whole time 19:18 hence Kathy says not having the energy 19:21 to make the shots 19:23 I have been alternating alternating 19:25 between the lemon balm and shock therapy 19:28 and the California poppy shock therapy 19:30 helps my sleep and my restless legs 19:33 that's incredible that is incredible I 19:35 got the lemon balm here 19:38 foreign 19:41 but yeah 19:45 incredible education educating myself 19:48 and doctors think these pains are 19:50 autoimmune and genetic unbelievable 19:54 so what happens is people have these 19:55 low-grade viral infections 19:58 there is 20:00 protocols in here 20:02 medical meme shock Therapies 20:05 because that's what we were talking 20:06 about a second ago right medical meme 20:08 shock therapies and protocols first 20:10 sleeping issues and all kinds of other 20:12 problems too it's an Incredible Book 20:15 Incredible Book you can take the book to 20:18 your doctor and ask your doctor what's 20:20 right for you 20:28 neurotoxins breaking out of the liver 20:30 like I said traveling through the 20:31 bloodstream 20:34 saturate the brain and diminish 20:36 neurotransmitter activity 20:38 because someone has a low-grade viral 20:40 infection and if they have a higher 20:42 grade viral infection high grade it can 20:44 even be worse and more difficult there 20:47 are people out there 20:48 that cannot sleep for four straight days 20:52 they get hospitalized or they have to 20:55 induce a coma 20:57 because they can't sleep 21:01 and I've always told people I've ever 21:03 known and run into anything like this 21:06 but you can't see it 21:09 like you're not sleeping 21:11 you have to see it as you're healing and 21:14 resting your central nervous system 21:15 whether you sleep or not 21:17 if you lay there 21:19 know that you're still healing 21:23 with your eyes shut and you're laying 21:25 there there is something called resting 21:28 your nerves 21:31 and if I'm not mistaken because these 21:33 books are two very large Bibles here and 21:37 even I 21:39 forget which book has what in it I have 21:42 to grab these books and read them over 21:43 and over again 21:45 I'm not perfect 21:48 but I'm not a genius 21:50 but the information is profound and 21:53 unfreaking believable 21:57 IG 21:59 Hackberry Tomo says experience this 22:01 tired and can't sleep I was punching my 22:04 wall and yelling begging to fall asleep 22:06 very annoying no more after medical 22:08 leave information okay then I have 22:10 something to say to you 22:12 I want to find resting the nerves in 22:14 here 22:17 I'm hoping it's here 22:24 I think it might be in my other book 22:29 yes it is of course 22:32 I thought that was protocols for a 22:33 second silly me let me just do this 22:37 that's what's incredible about these 22:38 books 22:42 can you keep that straight 22:45 it's like 12 pounds 22:50 all right 22:52 it's in the back of Protocols of course 22:55 do you guys know the medical meeting 22:57 books better than I do I hope you do 23:00 that would be a dream come true to me 23:05 to know that you guys be like no aw I 23:08 know we're resting the nerves is 23:16 resting nurse I want to read this a 23:17 little bit this is really important 23:19 right here so I'm in protocols right 23:21 here 23:22 and resting the nerves 23:25 this is a very powerful centering 23:28 technique that reboots the nervous 23:30 system 23:32 our brains are all susceptible to 23:36 becoming weakened and neurologically 23:37 sick 23:39 if you can't sleep and you're punching 23:41 the wall which guess what I've heard 23:43 that before 23:44 I've heard people Punch walls I've heard 23:46 people punch beds I've heard people 23:49 kick things I've heard people hurt 23:51 themselves in the middle of the night 23:52 because they can't sleep I've heard it 23:54 all right 23:58 and it breaks my heart because that's 24:00 like a hell it I've I've heard people 24:02 say it's an unbelievable hell 24:06 to not be able to sleep in unbelief 24:09 insane unbelievable hell 24:15 there's something to know if you can't 24:16 sleep if you ever run into a problem you 24:18 can't sleep or you're not sleeping the 24:19 hours you want to sleep something very 24:21 critical to know you can still help to 24:24 heal your nervous system 24:28 resting the nerves this is a very 24:30 powerful centering technique that 24:32 reboots the nervous system 24:34 our brains are all susceptible to 24:35 becoming weakened and neurologically 24:37 sick this approach is accessible to all 24:40 of us 24:42 Spirit of compassion 24:45 never never stops to amaze me 24:50 this approach is accessible to all of us 24:52 when we need to give the brain and 24:54 nervous system a quick restorative so we 24:57 can be stronger for the day or night 25:00 you can try it anywhere in an office 25:02 chair lying or sitting on the floor bed 25:05 or couch at home 25:07 sitting at the kitchen table parked in 25:09 your car the options are endless as long 25:12 as it's a spot where you'll be safe 25:14 closing your eyes 25:16 that's part of the power here it's so 25:19 easy to do 25:21 to get started 25:22 you're going to stop whatever else 25:24 you're doing and if it's in the middle 25:25 of the night that's fine you already are 25:28 find a comfortable position 25:31 if you have a choice opt for lying down 25:34 if not sitting up works 25:36 now close your eyes and keep them closed 25:39 for eight to twenty minutes now if 25:40 you're laying there at night in the 25:41 middle of the night you can go way more 25:43 than eight to 20 minutes 25:44 but just know you can help to rejuvenate 25:47 and restore your nervous system even 25:48 when you got insomnia and can't sleep 25:50 I'm on page 540 of protocols Incredible 25:55 Book I mean you've got to get these 25:56 books 26:00 ideally you'll keep them closed for 12 26:02 to 15 minutes 26:06 that's the most effective window this is 26:08 brain saver protocols 26:14 you have less time eight minutes is okay 26:16 so I'm talking about if you're in the 26:17 middle of the day you can do this so you 26:19 can just do eight minutes in the middle 26:20 of the day this is so incredible so if 26:22 you're not sleeping good at night and 26:24 you're wrecked you're wrecked from it 26:27 if you're not sleeping at night you're 26:29 just feel like you're destroyed from it 26:30 you can do this in the middle of the day 26:32 regardless of where you are 26:35 eight minutes is okay if you have even 26:38 less time 26:39 don't not do it 26:41 don't not do it 26:44 even three to four minutes is helpful 26:46 any amount of time spent with this 26:48 technique when you need a nerve recharge 26:50 will serve you 26:54 when you close your eyes and sit or lie 26:56 back you need to remind yourself why 26:58 you're doing it to rest 27:01 your nerves 27:05 to rest your nerves 27:07 so you're doing it at night amazing I 27:09 just saw somebody in the comment went up 27:11 there in IG you're doing this at night 27:12 fantastic 27:16 when you close your eyes and sit or lie 27:18 back you need to remind yourself why 27:19 you're doing it to rest your nerves 27:21 don't forget that I have to read that 27:22 again because I want to tell myself it's 27:25 to rest my nerves 27:29 you can't sleep at night you're 27:30 suffering 27:32 you're about to lose your mind 27:34 you're about to lose your freaking mind 27:37 I've seen people at that stage it's just 27:40 so sad Christina says I feel so 27:43 validated 27:44 eight explanation points I can't count 27:46 it's a lot not sleeping is torture and 27:49 this is what made broke the camel's back 27:52 for me vicious cycle I wish I would have 27:55 found medical medium back then straight 27:57 away 27:59 so happy now problem is Christina 28:02 there's large amounts of people out 28:05 there trying to prevent people from 28:07 finding medical medium now at this point 28:11 there's lots of naysayers and haters 28:14 just telling people don't 28:16 do medical medium don't whatever 28:20 like do you wouldn't believe it the 28:22 vegan people are bad because 28:24 I support people who eat animal protein 28:26 because we're not one size fits all 28:28 medical medium you can come here and 28:30 still heal 28:32 but it's unbelievable really and it's 28:34 sad because I know so many people that 28:36 aren't finding medical medium easy right 28:38 now 28:40 is terrible 28:43 Seeker for compassion energy shifter did 28:46 miracles for me I healing 29:49 communities out there 29:51 it's about punishing people they punish 29:54 the crap out of people 29:55 you're the blame 29:58 it's your body attacking itself your 30:00 thoughts are making you sick you're 30:02 creating it I've seen it all out there 30:03 it's just it's insane 30:07 someone was actually left a comment and 30:09 they were screaming in the comment you 30:11 know how when people but you know how 30:13 when people put large capital letters 30:15 like non-stop like it's all capital 30:16 letters it was something like 30:19 how dare you tell me medical medium that 30:23 genes aren't why I'm sick it's my genes 30:27 and it went across like jeans and then 30:30 it went like something like 30:32 my jeans are bad 30:34 that's what science tells me and I 30:36 believe science 30:38 it's not any kind of viral infection or 30:41 this and this my genes are bad and I was 30:44 like dear Lord okay okay okay okay okay 30:46 okay 30:47 if that's what you want to believe then 30:49 your genes are bad you were born with 30:51 bad genes you're just a bad Gene 30:54 Heather Jenkins says the brain saver 30:56 book is so amazing each chapter just 30:58 blows my its power as long as you 33:51 know the purpose behind it 33:54 the second you shut your eyes and tell 33:57 yourself that you're restoring your 33:59 nervous system any thoughts and worries 34:01 aw the society 36:12 promotes fear I do Hunger for your 36:15 knowledge thank you Monica on YouTube 36:23 it's so powerful that you're going to 36:25 remember what it has done for you 36:28 when Spirit of compassion wrote that 36:31 line 36:33 I was freaking out when Spirit of 36:35 compassion was putting all this in here 36:37 right 36:38 and I wrote 36:40 it's so powerful that you're going to 36:43 remember what it has done for you that's 36:45 it Spirit had me right 36:48 and I knew then 36:52 so many people are going to have 36:53 life-changing results from this exercise 36:55 along 36:56 what page is that on in your book get 36:59 healing says it is Page 541 and what 37:03 book is it pray tell it's brain saver 37:06 protocols 37:13 the technique gets even more helpful 37:16 every time you do it 37:20 it's because your brain learns a routine 37:21 and this restorative exercise your brain 37:24 learns it you do it more you do it a 37:27 second time a third time your brain 37:28 remembers 37:31 your brain doesn't forget this exercise 37:32 it gets more powerful it gets stronger 37:36 it helps you fix your problems more and 37:39 more 37:40 it helps you heal when you can't sleep 37:42 it can help you get some sleep it can 37:44 change your life 37:49 Tom Jensen it had helped me 37:52 to be more healthy celery juice morning 37:55 cleanse incredible on YouTube IG dizzy 37:58 Bliss you allowed me to sleep after 38:00 months of going nuts from insomnia if 38:03 you have trouble please try melatonin 38:05 from Imaging and chamomile and 38:07 peppermint and lemon balm tea with raw 38:09 honey before bed amazing amazing amazing 38:13 November's email atonin is insane 38:19 I do take the Bemidji melatonin I do I 38:23 do I do 38:24 it's incredible 38:26 what I find in my personal experience 38:28 you guys know I endorse these guys 38:32 that it's stronger than the Melatonin I 38:35 used to use from other companies meaning 38:37 it gives me such more of a better 38:39 quality sleep which I love because I 38:43 can't shut down my mind because I have a 38:45 voice talking to me 38:47 so it's not easy 38:49 it's nothing easy about that it's a 38:51 whole other story someday I will go into 38:53 detail about that 38:55 it's more than what people could even 38:58 imagine actually 39:00 I write a little bit about it in the 39:02 brain saver books and medical medium 39:04 Origins but it's way worse than anything 39:06 I've ever said when it comes down to 39:09 hearing the voice I hear and you may 39:12 think well I don't really believe he 39:13 hears a voice then fine I'm a genius I'm 39:16 a freaking genius then with all these 39:18 books and info all original unique info 39:20 I must be genius 39:22 but I you know I've endorsed melatonin 39:26 primergy you know I've endorsed Bemidji 39:28 in all their different products okay 39:29 because companies put hidden ingredients 39:32 in there companies put hidden 39:34 ingredients you're allowed to legally 39:38 place a certain percentage 39:41 of unidentified hidden ingredients in 39:44 the products and not 39:46 put it on the bottle that's the rules 39:49 the regulations Emoji says no we're not 39:52 going to do that we're not going to play 39:53 that game no caking agents no bonding 39:56 agents know nothing hidden 39:58 and that's why they're not only just the 40:01 highest quality they do things no one's 40:02 ever done and there's a reason it costs 40:05 more money for the companies to do those 40:07 things and it's smarter and the other 40:09 companies I don't see them do either 40:10 they're not smarter and they're not 40:12 doing these things 40:13 which is incredible and it's the highest 40:15 quality stuff you can check out the 40:16 medical meme directory 40:19 or just memory.com 40:21 and you know any company I've ever 40:23 supported if they start changing their 40:25 ways and they're going downhill it's 40:27 like see you later whatever 40:29 all right 40:33 thanks for bringing up the Melatonin 40:36 I tell like my friends about it all the 40:38 time and everything triple Leo says 40:40 laugh out loud my ex used to punch me 40:43 when he couldn't sleep 40:45 then would pretend he did it in his 40:49 sleep 40:50 I eventually caught on laugh out loud 40:53 that's just like that's I feel really 40:56 bad for you to go through that I really 40:58 do 41:00 so many people are 41:02 I mean I can tell you that 41:06 when people don't sleep the craziest 41:08 stuff can happen it just can't and the 41:11 most difficult stuff can happen 41:13 for years I've seen people like I said 41:15 there's this thing where if you 41:18 I don't know if you've ever met somebody 41:20 that's gone through this but there are 41:22 people and I've seen people throughout 41:24 the years that can go two days three 41:27 days without sleeping and it's in agony 41:29 it's a hell it's a torture where 41:31 literally their whole body's rattling 41:32 and shaking they're literally pacing 41:34 it's three days later they haven't 41:36 fallen asleep and when they finally fall 41:38 asleep it's like literally a seizure 41:39 sleep it's like you go into like a 41:42 seizure 41:44 foreign 41:50 this technique gets even more helpful 41:53 every time you do it because your brain 41:55 learns the routine of this restorative 41:56 exercise we're talking about resting the 41:58 nerves if you just got on here and then 42:00 I I went on some different directions 42:02 it's all kind of related when your eyes 42:06 are closed 42:07 your neurotransmitters will start 42:09 strengthening 42:11 did you hear that 42:13 if you lay there at night and you close 42:15 your eyes and you're just resting your 42:16 nerves and you're telling yourself 42:17 you're resting your nerves 42:19 you're strengthening your 42:20 neurotransmitters 42:22 your electrical impulses will start 42:24 calming down 42:25 your neurons will start resting from 42:28 less activity even if you're still 42:30 thinking about your day or you're angry 42:33 about not sleeping 42:35 the emotional centers of your brain will 42:37 cease to have full control over you when 42:40 your central nervous system knows you're 42:42 taking care of it and giving it what it 42:44 needs right then errant Rogue thoughts 42:47 can't interfere with your nerve 42:49 strengthening minute by minute this 42:51 technique is like a quick charge for the 42:53 central nervous system the nutrients 42:55 from any Healing Foods you've eaten so 42:58 far that day can be used that much more 43:01 effectively while you rest your nerves 43:02 it's this technique also helps 43:04 strengthen the immune system 43:10 now it's the time you've set aside for 43:12 yourself is coming to an end of this 43:15 exercise try to get in touch with the 43:17 fact that your brain and nerves have now 43:18 strengthened 43:19 resonate with this realization that 43:22 they're stronger than when you started 43:24 and that each time you do this it's more 43:26 effective 43:28 if you're dealing with any okay this is 43:30 an important paragraph coming up right 43:32 here really important okay very 43:34 important 43:37 if you're dealing with any sort of 43:39 neurological symptom or illness 43:41 including mecfs multiple sclerosis 43:44 seizures weakness of the limbs tingles 43:46 and numbness dizziness vertigo floaters 43:49 in the eyes Tremors aches and pains 43:50 ringing in the ears 43:52 headaches migraines jaw pain owl neck 43:56 pain severe fatigue inability to think 43:59 or brain fog 44:01 this is one of the most powerful healing 44:04 techniques for you 44:07 you can use this technique throughout 44:09 your day throughout sleepless nights 44:11 there it is and even throughout your 44:13 healing process 44:16 foreign 44:20 guys we're gonna work on it let's do it 44:23 let's make a shot 44:25 let's get rid of the brain here 44:29 okay 44:32 let's get the juicer over here 44:35 I think I'm ready for a 44:38 incredible shot 44:40 [Music] 44:43 got all my stuff 44:46 multitask 44:48 multitasking I'm hoping Dr Nesbitt shows 44:50 up tomorrow it's the 20th day he 44:52 promised me he would he said that he 44:54 would 44:54 but he's got some surgeries 44:57 and he's doing some psychiatry 45:00 all right so what do we got three 45:02 quarter cup 45:05 fresh or thawed mango nice 45:13 this is frozen mango right here 45:19 Frozen mango 45:25 sleep and recharging 45:36 whoa getting some juice out of that 45:39 Frozen mango 45:42 you know how much Frozen mango you would 45:43 have thrown into one of the other 45:45 juicers it'd be insane I only put a 45:47 little bit in and it's just it's 45:49 squeezing the crap out of it 45:51 you guys if you read thyroid healing 45:55 I gotta get the book over here sometime 45:58 if you read thyroid healing people heal 46:00 through their Dreams and Nightmare 46:02 section you know it's so really cool 46:04 right there 46:09 and I've always talked about this before 46:10 what happens if you have bad dreams if 46:12 you have nightmares you're healing 46:14 through that 46:15 keep that in mind your healing through 46:17 those nightmares and those bad dreams 46:23 all right let's go next one 46:25 eighth of a cup of tightly packed Dill 46:29 get some dill in here 46:33 it's about good 46:37 next quarter cup of chopped cucumber 46:42 can't throw that one right 46:44 not without hitting the juicer so I 46:46 choked on that one 46:49 but I didn't drop it on the floor 46:51 quarter cup chopped cucumber 46:57 let's send the cube through there 47:00 foreign 47:03 nice get you moving there you go 47:10 next after that half cup roughly chopped 47:14 lettuce 47:20 and more than that 47:24 squeeze into tightly packed 47:40 foreign 48:00 so you want to get that in there and 48:02 then a half of teaspoon of pure maple 48:05 syrup and here's what's incredible 48:09 and I asked Spirit of compassion about 48:10 this recipe the spring shot 48:16 why would the maple syrup go in there 48:19 is the maple syrup going in there to 48:21 make it taste good 48:24 if that's the case shouldn't maple syrup 48:26 be in every single brain shot therapy 48:28 you would think so right if the maple 48:31 syrup is there to make it taste good the 48:34 shot 48:35 and maybe the maple syrup should be in 48:36 everything it should be in every single 48:38 brain shot there but no 48:40 it's very compassion told me the maple 48:42 syrup 48:43 was to get glucose to the brain and then 48:45 I said well okay glucose to the brain 48:47 that would be good for everything 48:48 shouldn't we just be a maple syrup all 48:49 day these are the questions I asked 48:51 because it's just you know that I'm the 48:53 messenger I got to ask these questions 48:54 goes down 48:56 it's the trace minerals in the maple 48:58 syrup and glucose combined with that 49:02 form of glucose which is entirely 49:03 different inside the mango combined with 49:06 the trace minerals and the lettuce 49:07 combined with 49:09 phytochemical compounds in the 49:12 um Dill combined with what's in the 49:15 Cucumber it's that combination in the 49:18 amounts that does something to the brain 49:19 because these are literally an entirely 49:22 different situation this isn't about a 49:24 tasty juice shot that's why some of them 49:27 just taste so bad 49:30 it's really really incredible when you 49:32 even think about it 49:38 what 49:41 music 49:43 no way 49:43 [Music] 49:53 love it 49:54 amazing incredible 50:00 foreign 50:05 right away 50:06 [Music] 50:07 now I'm getting that the like fuzzy 50:10 Sensations everywhere right now 50:13 I'm going to read you a little bit more 50:14 by the way of mind-blowing sleep 50:15 information 50:18 I'm going to read a little bit more 50:20 don't go away after this 50:23 we're just going to send this down to 50:25 the number to read 50:29 I'm going to read you the sacred sleep 50:31 window 50:33 hmm and you feel that 50:37 can you feel that 50:41 that's just incredible it's absolutely 50:44 incredible 50:45 [Music] 50:49 so good 50:51 bartender 50:52 [Music] 50:54 give me 10 more 50:57 so good 50:59 seriously 51:02 I'm getting like this funny funny 51:04 Sensation that I haven't had with this 51:06 one 51:07 I feel like 51:10 I'm coming down 51:14 and spirit says I didn't even finish 51:16 this one right he says you still have to 51:18 have a little bit of the maple syrup 51:20 mixed in 51:22 he says if you don't have maple syrup 51:25 the mango might just be enough 51:29 but he said you have to have the maple 51:30 syrup and then it really kicks in harder 51:35 [Music] 51:38 foreign 51:41 to you why dreams are bad which is 51:44 really critical information 51:48 my dreams are good I'm telling you I'm 51:50 actually I'm actually ready to go to 51:53 sleep 51:56 I'm afraid of the second shot right now 51:59 because I'm actually relaxing so much 52:02 [Music] 52:08 oh my God I'm ready to go to bed 52:11 I'm not just saying that 52:13 that just calmed me down like in this 52:16 insane way 52:18 now it's really kicking in because then 52:20 I had a little bit of the maple mixed in 52:22 there oh my God 52:23 but I had maple syrup this morning so I 52:25 had lots of it in my lunch dream 52:30 ugh 52:33 you guys remember when I do the when I 52:35 would do the Amazon lives I feel like 52:37 this is crazy how I feel right now 52:39 remember when it did the Amazon lives 52:42 I feel like all the maple syrup candies 52:43 you have the maple syrup candies the 52:45 pure ones well I had a bunch of those 52:47 this morning 52:49 okay 52:51 and um so I had a lot of maple syrup 52:54 already on my bloodstream but what's 52:56 really funny right what's really funny 52:59 is then I just added a little bit more 53:02 to this shot even though I had it in me 53:06 incredible all right 53:13 I'm ready just to relax 53:15 call it a day 53:17 take a nap I'd like to take a nap 53:21 why bad dreams are good 53:25 night we're healing 53:29 dreams are the ultimate mystery 53:32 they can't be weighed or measured sorry 53:35 science to research I don't care what 53:37 diodes you hook up to somebody's head 53:38 there's no freaking way you're ever 53:41 going to weigh or measure dreams 53:43 sorry A Thousand Years Ago by in science 53:46 you're not going to be able to weigh and 53:47 measure dreams one million years can go 53:49 by 53:51 and you're still not going to be able to 53:52 measure dreams 53:54 or weigh them what are dreams telling us 53:57 we ask ourselves from the time where 53:59 children what do they mean 54:03 that brain shot therapy is so freaking 54:06 incredible 54:08 that like seriously 54:11 now I know why you know when you 54:13 commented somebody commented earlier now 54:16 I know why it's actually helping you 54:18 sleep for how how long you've been 54:19 sleeping now 54:21 foreign 54:24 we question the bad dreams what's behind 54:27 the nightmares my God you take that 54:29 brain shot therapy and you have some 54:31 memory melatonin 54:36 if you do the brain shot therapy that we 54:38 just did just now and you throw in 54:40 memory melatonin 54:42 yeah it's amazing and then the Bemidji 54:45 Gaba 54:47 forget it 54:49 especially we question the bad dreams 54:51 what's behind the nightmares what is 54:53 behind the nightmares sorry guys what is 54:55 behind the nightmares 54:57 the anger dreams do you ever get anger 54:59 dreams do you ever get like Angry in 55:01 your dreams I wanted to ask you guys 55:03 that do you ever get anger like an anger 55:06 fit in your dream like you're in the 55:07 dream you're dreaming and then you're 55:09 angry 55:10 you're in your dream and you're upset in 55:12 your dream 55:14 Infinite Wellness says love the Gaba 55:16 amazing 55:18 go to Cola says I can actually see a 55:20 major shift in your energy after that 55:21 shot it I'm not kidding I gotta tell you 55:23 something go to cola this is so this is 55:26 so messed up 55:28 all the shots throughout these 19 days 55:30 have given me Sensations and have given 55:34 me incredible feelings and everything 55:36 else right this sleep and recharge one I 55:40 mean I don't even know what to say like 55:42 my brain everything about it I just feel 55:45 so 55:46 I'm floating in a good way it's just 55:48 incredible 55:51 kind of ready for a nap 55:53 ER says never had anger in dreams but 55:56 lots of distress okay that's it's good 55:58 to know actually 55:59 it's good to know because a lot of 56:01 people have the stress too so exactly 56:03 and frustration on IG celo says yes I've 56:07 been having a lot of angry sad dreams 56:09 about 56:11 about Dad 56:16 the stress dreams the sweet dreams the 56:18 awakened this night 56:20 the sweat dream sorry about that 56:27 okay the frustration dreams the stress 56:29 streams the sweat dreams the wake in the 56:32 night screaming dreams 56:35 how many people wake up in the middle of 56:37 the night screaming 56:39 got a nightmare 56:42 how can we make them go away 56:45 are they punishment can we have some 56:48 more blissed out dreams of tropical 56:51 island vacations which could be a 56:53 nightmare for some people 56:55 some people tropical nightmares 56:58 vacations 57:00 I mean you hear about it out there like 57:02 yeah some people go on a tropical 57:03 vacation and something terrible happens 57:06 like they could be a nightmare 57:08 once you understand what's behind those 57:10 bad dreams you won't want them to go 57:13 anywhere 57:17 I just said basically you don't want to 57:20 lose your bad dreams once you understand 57:21 what's behind those bad dreams you won't 57:23 want them to go anywhere bad dreams are 57:26 the Soul's way of healing 57:31 bad dreams are the Soul's way of healing 57:34 when we're awake we're not supposed to 57:36 be Breaking Down the Walls of our 57:38 emotional hurt 57:40 when we are wounded a physical component 57:44 in the brain puts up a barrier to 57:46 protect us from constantly processing 57:48 and reprocessing the pain so that we can 57:51 be productive and move forward during 57:53 our waking hours so we're not reliving 57:55 all the pain see how it works all the 57:58 hardships you had in your life the 57:59 struggles you had in your life we're not 58:01 supposed to be reliving it every single 58:03 minute we won't even be able to be 58:04 productive right we won't be able to 58:05 push through 58:09 so there's walls that are up that are 58:11 naturally supposed to be there 58:14 they're not walls of denial 58:18 they're they're walls of divine 58:20 protection 58:23 these walls these emotional walls inside 58:25 of our brain are emotional walls of 58:28 divine protection 58:31 so we're not suffering every minute all 58:34 day long so all of our hardships the 58:36 Betrayal the broken trust all the crap 58:38 that's happened in our lives all the 58:39 losses all the struggles if we live in 58:43 that every single second we won't be 58:45 able to do anything 58:47 so a lot of that gets tucked away it 58:50 gets tucked away the old stuff gets 58:52 tucked away there is a natural wall it's 58:55 not a wall of denial it's a wall of 58:58 divine protection 59:00 while some conscious processing is 59:03 healthy and necessary it's not meant to 59:07 haunt us 59:10 we're not 59:11 supposed to be haunted constantly about 59:15 things we've gone through or we're not 59:18 going to be able to function so good 59:20 there's a Divine protective wall that's 59:22 built inside of our brain it's both 59:25 Supernatural and natural 59:30 the time to process that pain is in our 59:33 sleep by the way 59:35 when we're sleeping 59:37 that's the time to process our pain 59:45 when we're not conscious 59:48 that's when we process that pain that's 59:51 what's incredible this is blowing my 59:53 mind over and over again this is thyroid 59:56 healing Spirit of compassions put put 59:58 this in here years ago this is 1:00:00 mind-blowing information you won't hear 1:00:02 this anywhere else of course but this 1:00:04 book has been out and millions of copies 1:00:06 have gotten around the world so people 1:00:08 could be talking about it now 1:00:11 and not citing it back to thyroid 1:00:13 healing 1:00:16 they're not walls of denial these walls 1:00:18 are Divine protection they're there 1:00:22 so things in our life and in our past 1:00:24 don't haunt us the time to process that 1:00:27 pain is in our sleep your nightmares 1:00:32 your nighttime nightmares your dreams of 1:00:35 sadness your dreams of frustration your 1:00:37 dreams of betrayal your dreams of broken 1:00:39 trust your dreams when you're sleeping 1:00:41 at night a pain and sorrow and loss are 1:00:44 there 1:00:45 for a reason 1:00:49 their time to process those very things 1:00:51 that you have gone through you guys is 1:00:53 in our sleep 1:00:55 when we're not conscious 1:00:57 the emotional walls come down so the 1:01:00 soul can do its cleanup and repair work 1:01:02 when you're sleeping at night the 1:01:05 emotional Wall comes down it's not 1:01:07 supposed to come down during the day 1:01:08 when you're trying to function and drive 1:01:10 a car and live your life and work or do 1:01:12 whatever you're doing 1:01:13 being creative painting whatever it's 1:01:16 supposed to come down the Walls when 1:01:18 you're sleeping so your soul can do its 1:01:21 clean up and repair work 1:01:23 this means that all sorts of difficult 1:01:26 emotions get stirred up and they work 1:01:29 themselves out through our dreams it's 1:01:32 meant to be worked out through our 1:01:34 dreams 1:01:35 we're supposed to heal emotional injury 1:01:39 through our dreams 1:01:45 if this didn't happen frustration anger 1:01:48 fear betrayal guilt experience any of 1:01:50 that I experienced that every day 1:01:54 you ever experienced any of that stuff 1:01:57 yeah I experienced betrayal every day 1:02:01 it's like my being of my existence or 1:02:03 whatever you want to call it 1:02:10 if this didn't happen frustration I 1:02:12 experienced frustration of course anger 1:02:15 sure fear sure betrayal guilt and 1:02:18 humiliation would build up and build up 1:02:20 and build up within us until they 1:02:22 overpower the strength of the walls 1:02:24 holding them in place that means 1:02:26 if you don't heal frustration anger fear 1:02:29 betrayal guilt and humiliation if you 1:02:31 don't heal 1:02:33 the wounds that are behind things and if 1:02:37 you don't heal those in your sleep then 1:02:39 they can come out during the day 1:02:42 that wall comes down during the day you 1:02:44 don't want that you want the wall to 1:02:45 come down when you're sleeping that is 1:02:47 part of the Divine protection aspect of 1:02:50 our design 1:02:52 Spirit of compassion says 1:02:56 if we didn't do this frustration anger 1:02:58 of fear of betrayal guilt and 1:02:59 humiliation would build up and build up 1:03:01 and build up within us until they 1:03:02 overpower the strength of the walls 1:03:04 holding them in place and took over our 1:03:06 waking lives 1:03:07 it doesn't take over my Waking Life life 1:03:10 even though I get betrayed or whatever 1:03:11 it is or whatever's happening out there 1:03:14 there's so much hate on medical medium 1:03:16 and all that it doesn't take over my 1:03:19 life 1:03:22 because it heals through my dreams 1:03:25 that's where the Wall comes down when 1:03:28 you're sleeping 1:03:33 so 1:03:34 during my waking days 1:03:37 people say I'm a pretty happy guy 1:03:42 you know and so what's funny is because 1:03:44 I'm being productive um getting the 1:03:46 information out on working hard whatever 1:03:48 it is 1:03:49 right I don't let those things take over 1:03:52 and dominate my life 1:03:55 I heal those through my dreams at night 1:03:57 like Spirit of compassion is saying we 1:03:59 all do 1:04:02 instead our dreams release them this 1:04:05 nightly house cleaning aided by the 1:04:07 angel of sleep and if you don't believe 1:04:10 in the Angels if you don't believe in 1:04:11 angels 1:04:13 then maybe it's something else a gnome 1:04:15 maybe it's something else of sleep 1:04:19 maybe you just think God helps us sleep 1:04:21 whatever it is that you believe you 1:04:23 don't believe in angels that's okay 1:04:25 but our dreams released this nightly 1:04:28 house cleaning aided by the angel of 1:04:29 sleep and the angel of Dreams many times 1:04:32 when people take melatonin it allows 1:04:34 them to dream when they weren't able to 1:04:36 dream before and that helps people to 1:04:40 heal their emotions in their sleep 1:04:44 by the way 1:04:46 nightmares are not a bad sign 1:04:49 that's a sign that the brain that your 1:04:51 emotional your soul your state is 1:04:53 healing 1:04:56 this nightly house cleaning aided by the 1:04:58 angel of sleep the angel of dreams and 1:05:00 the unknown Angels helps the unknown 1:05:02 angels 1:05:04 the unknown angels 1:05:06 helps us face what's going on in life 1:05:09 without becoming scared by it 1:05:12 sometimes dreams have staying power 1:05:16 a dream can stick to you all day or even 1:05:18 longer even years 1:05:20 can I just ask you guys something 1:05:23 have you been in a situation where a 1:05:25 dream has stayed with you for years a 1:05:28 dream that you had a long time ago a 1:05:30 dream that you might have had and it has 1:05:33 stayed with you for years 1:05:37 these dreams can be confusing we often 1:05:39 dream of family and other loved ones for 1:05:42 example 1:05:43 with the swirl of emotions 1:05:46 even if everything is going fine in a 1:05:49 waking relationship a dream can bring a 1:05:51 feeling of hurt or 1:05:53 loneliness 1:05:55 and it's okay if you don't remember your 1:05:57 dreams either 1:05:58 that's okay too there's nothing wrong 1:06:00 with that 1:06:03 even if everything is going fine in a 1:06:05 waking relationship a dream can bring a 1:06:07 feeling of hurt or uneasiness 1:06:10 or if it's a relationship where there's 1:06:13 been some challenge or distance dreams 1:06:16 can bring up the Old Wounds making us 1:06:18 contemplate what went wrong years ago to 1:06:22 cause the pain 1:06:24 we may wake from a dream feeling like we 1:06:27 did something wrong you were processing 1:06:29 at night so you don't have to do it in 1:06:32 your Waking Life 1:06:40 even if a relationship where there's 1:06:42 been some challenge or some distance 1:06:44 dreams can bring up Old Wounds making us 1:06:46 contemplate what went wrong years ago to 1:06:49 cause the pain we may wake from a dream 1:06:51 feeling like we did something wrong 1:06:55 or like we weren't heard or perceived 1:06:57 right as we painfully try to decode what 1:07:00 it means we can be left feeling empty 1:07:06 all of this is healthy I've heard from 1:07:08 people who told me that a bad dream made 1:07:11 them pick up the phone and call a family 1:07:13 friend 1:07:15 or a friend or a family member they 1:07:18 hadn't talked to in years that's what 1:07:20 bad dreams can do 1:07:21 Juliet says I have bad dreams almost 1:07:24 every night which makes sense since I 1:07:26 have been through trauma and PTSD it 1:07:28 makes a lot of sense 1:07:32 people have bad dreams about an old 1:07:35 family friend or something and they 1:07:36 contact them and it's amazing about how 1:07:38 this works 1:07:40 see 1:07:42 and dash says I did not dream for over 1:07:45 10 years thank you for changing that 1:07:47 incredible 1:07:50 any empty feeling is because toxic 1:07:53 wounds and emotions left us or started 1:07:56 to leave us that's the empty feeling we 1:07:57 can get to in our sleep reducing our 1:08:01 storage of Bank of hurt 1:08:04 even though we think it's the opposite 1:08:07 bad dreams rejuvenate us even when we 1:08:10 think it's the opposite a bad dream 1:08:11 rejuvenates us how insane is that so 1:08:14 cool 1:08:15 they remind us that there are people 1:08:17 places and things in our lives that may 1:08:19 need some attention so we can move on 1:08:22 bad dreams don't close doors they open 1:08:25 doors 1:08:29 I think I'm gonna quote that you guys 1:08:33 think I'm gonna remember that one okay 1:08:37 I'll make a medical medium quota that 1:08:40 bad dreams don't open doors they try if 1:08:43 I'm going to do the quote can I get the 1:08:45 quote right 1:08:48 bad dreams don't close doors they open 1:08:51 doors 1:08:53 I love doing live shows 1:08:57 to create new beginnings 1:09:00 I should add that to the quote too they 1:09:02 create new beginnings 1:09:03 even if you're not aware of what that 1:09:06 new beginning is it's happening 1:09:09 far down the road you can quote all of 1:09:11 medical medium books right like if you 1:09:13 you can turn quotes into like every line 1:09:16 is always but it's mind-blowing 1:09:18 Spirit of compassion did a fantastic job 1:09:23 even if you're not aware of what that 1:09:25 new beginning is it's happening far down 1:09:27 the roads you may have the perspective 1:09:28 to see what opportunity a bad dream 1:09:32 led to you and your way LED 1:09:34 to your life 1:09:36 we wish each other sweet dreams sweet 1:09:39 dreams 1:09:43 sweet dreams 1:09:46 or if you're a mobster or something 1:09:47 sweet dreams right whatever 1:09:51 it's pretty funny 1:09:53 we wish each other sweet dreams 1:09:58 back then all those years ago I put this 1:10:00 in the books but people say I'm just a 1:10:03 fruit and vegetable guy 1:10:07 and the rest of it I've 1:10:09 they have fruit and vegetables man and 1:10:12 then I got it all wrong 1:10:19 but they got it wrong 1:10:22 man do they got it wrong 1:10:25 we wish each other sweet dreams when 1:10:27 really we should wish each other healing 1:10:29 dreams we're not supposed to say sweet 1:10:31 dreams we're supposed to say healing 1:10:33 dreams 1:10:35 I wish you healing dreams 1:10:41 to advance the soul 1:10:43 men the heart and simply 1:10:46 empty yourself or harmful emotions you 1:10:50 don't want every dream to be perfect and 1:10:53 tranquil and Flowery you don't want your 1:10:56 dream 1:11:00 to be a Wonderland 1:11:03 and only that you want your dreams to 1:11:05 have some hardship in them because you 1:11:07 want the good stuff to be happening when 1:11:09 you're awake you want the bad stuff to 1:11:11 happen when you're asleep if our dream 1:11:13 life if our dream lives were total 1:11:16 fantasy sleeping would be the only thing 1:11:19 we'd ever want to do 1:11:24 now there are Sinister people in the 1:11:25 world that have existed throughout 1:11:27 history I love when Spirit of compassion 1:11:29 does stuff like this 1:11:32 or talked about stuff like this and say 1:11:33 things like this these books are 1:11:35 incredible 1:11:37 now there and this is years ago right we 1:11:39 know how the world's getting even more 1:11:40 Sinister I mean 1:11:42 now there are Sinister people in the 1:11:45 world 1:11:45 they have existed throughout history 1:11:49 these cold-hearted people can go through 1:11:51 life without one nightmare 1:11:54 if you look it doesn't mean you're a 1:11:56 Sinister person just because you never 1:11:58 had a bad dream once in your entire life 1:12:00 but there are Sinister people where they 1:12:03 don't have those bad dreams that's an 1:12:06 indication of how cut off they are from 1:12:09 processing negative experiences like 1:12:10 pain and suffering since they don't deal 1:12:13 with their pain while they sleep they 1:12:15 hold on to it in their waking lives and 1:12:17 they want to inflict that opinion on 1:12:19 others which book page is this lag 1:12:21 on YouTube it's page 260 of thyroid 1:12:25 healing 1:12:27 yes on the flip side you can have the 1:12:30 most compassionate generous loving 1:12:32 person who can't go a night without 1:12:34 dreaming something unpleasant 1:12:39 believe it or not this is the healthier 1:12:42 process 1:12:44 because this person is so tuned in she's 1:12:47 a witness to other struggles she 1:12:49 experiences the range of human suffering 1:12:51 and so when she checks out for the night 1:12:53 her brain needs 1:12:55 to protect her from becoming haunted by 1:12:58 it in her Waking Life 1:13:01 this is just I'm trying to re-digest 1:13:03 this information she may dream of 1:13:06 schoolyard bullies and natural disasters 1:13:09 and War zones 1:13:11 and it's all for her benefit so that 1:13:14 rather than waking up bitter that she 1:13:16 has to leave some Fantastical fantasy 1:13:20 dream and face a harsh World instead she 1:13:23 can wake up or leave to leave those 1:13:24 tough dreams behind and ready to 1:13:26 continue Her Sacred work of compassion 1:13:31 here's one of the last paragraphs right 1:13:33 here this is deep this is deep 1:13:36 I was if there's ever a term to use that 1:13:39 would be the term right now 1:13:43 I love this paragraph right here 1:13:46 let me be clear 1:13:50 that having good dreams does not make 1:13:52 you a bad person 1:13:54 let me be clear that's what Spirit of 1:13:56 compassion said that's what I wrote 1:13:59 of course not 1:14:01 it's all about balance in addition to 1:14:04 those memorable bad dreams we're meant 1:14:06 to have beautiful dreams as well the 1:14:09 Angels sometimes grant us dreams of 1:14:12 transcendence and Hope 1:14:14 sometimes our dreams are premonitions or 1:14:18 messages or creative inspiration 1:14:21 some nights some nights we have mild bad 1:14:24 dreams in which we process emotions 1:14:26 though we're spared from remembering 1:14:28 what happened Come Morning other times 1:14:31 we get to visit with we get a visit with 1:14:35 a deceased loved one in our dreams has 1:14:38 that ever happened to you I just want to 1:14:40 ask you guys that 1:14:42 have you ever had 1:14:43 you were sleeping and you had a dream 1:14:46 and a deceased loved one came into the 1:14:48 dream 1:14:51 foreign 1:14:54 just remember to welcome 1:14:58 the dreams that challenge you 1:15:01 they are doing you a great service as 1:15:05 your body heals during slumber 1:15:08 they are not a punishment or judgment 1:15:11 they are helping you become your best 1:15:13 self 1:15:14 what the afterward is your Soul's gold I 1:15:17 don't know if you guys read that 1:15:19 rising out of the ashes says I love that 1:15:21 you say 1:15:23 she in the books 1:15:25 otherwise it's always he and other books 1:15:27 can I say something about that Rising on 1:15:29 the ashes I got a lot of flack from that 1:15:31 one 1:15:33 from what 1:15:35 they say and I can't I can't be quoted 1:15:38 on this because I don't know if someone
