56:53 nightmare for some people

57:02 yeah some people go on a tropical
57:03 vacation and something terrible happens
57:06 like they could be a nightmare
57:08 once you understand what's behind those
57:10 bad dreams you won't want them to go

57:20 lose your bad dreams once you understand
57:21 what's behind those bad dreams you won't
57:23 want them to go anywhere bad dreams are
57:26 the Soul's way of healing
57:31 bad dreams are the Soul's way of healing
57:34 when we're awake we're not supposed to
57:36 be Breaking Down the Walls of our
57:38 emotional hurt
57:40 when we are wounded a physical component
57:44 in the brain puts up a barrier to
57:46 protect us from constantly processing
57:48 and reprocessing the pain so that we can
57:51 be productive and move forward during
57:53 our waking hours so we're not reliving
57:55 all the pain see how it works all the
57:58 hardships you had in your life the
57:59 struggles you had in your life we're not
58:01 supposed to be reliving it every single
58:03 minute we won't even be able to be
58:04 productive right we won't be able to
58:05 push through
58:09 so there's walls that are up that are
58:11 naturally supposed to be there
58:14 they're not walls of denial
58:18 they're they're walls of divine
58:20 protection
58:23 these walls these emotional walls inside
58:25 of our brain are emotional walls of
58:28 divine protection
58:31 so we're not suffering every minute all
58:34 day long so all of our hardships the
58:36 Betrayal the broken trust all the crap
58:38 that's happened in our lives all the
58:39 losses all the struggles if we live in
58:43 that every single second we won't be
58:45 able to do anything
58:47 so a lot of that gets tucked away it
58:50 gets tucked away the old stuff gets
58:52 tucked away there is a natural wall it's
58:55 not a wall of denial it's a wall of
58:58 divine protection
59:00 while some conscious processing is
59:03 healthy and necessary it's not meant to
59:07 haunt us
59:10 we're not
59:11 supposed to be haunted constantly about
59:15 things we've gone through or we're not
59:18 going to be able to function so good
59:20 there's a Divine protective wall that's
59:22 built inside of our brain it's both
59:25 Supernatural and natural
59:30 the time to process that pain is in our
59:33 sleep by the way
59:35 when we're sleeping
59:37 that's the time to process our pain
59:45 when we're not conscious
59:48 that's when we process that pain that's
59:51 what's incredible this is blowing my
59:53 mind over and over again this is thyroid
59:56 healing Spirit of compassions put put
59:58 this in here years ago this is
1:00:00 mind-blowing information you won't hear

1:00:45 for a reason
1:00:49 their time to process those very things
1:00:51 that you have gone through you guys is
1:00:53 in our sleep
1:00:55 when we're not conscious
1:00:57 the emotional walls come down so the
1:01:00 soul can do its cleanup and repair work
1:01:02 when you're sleeping at night the
1:01:05 emotional Wall comes down it's not
1:01:07 supposed to come down during the day
1:01:08 when you're trying to function and drive
1:01:10 a car and live your life and work or do
1:01:12 whatever you're doing
1:01:13 being creative painting whatever it's
1:01:16 supposed to come down the Walls when
1:01:18 you're sleeping so your soul can do its
1:01:21 clean up and repair work
1:01:23 this means that all sorts of difficult
1:01:26 emotions get stirred up and they work
1:01:29 themselves out through our dreams it's
1:01:32 meant to be worked out through our
1:01:34 dreams
1:01:35 we're supposed to heal emotional injury
1:01:39 through our dreams
1:01:45 if this didn't happen frustration anger
1:01:48 fear betrayal guilt experience any of
1:01:50 that I experienced that every day
1:01:54 you ever experienced any of that stuff
1:01:57 yeah I experienced betrayal every day
1:02:01 it's like my being of my existence or
1:02:03 whatever you want to call it
1:02:10 if this didn't happen frustration I
1:02:12 experienced frustration of course anger
1:02:15 sure fear sure betrayal guilt and
1:02:18 humiliation would build up and build up
1:02:20 and build up within us until they
1:02:22 overpower the strength of the walls
1:02:24 holding them in place that means
1:02:26 if you don't heal frustration anger fear
1:02:29 betrayal guilt and humiliation if you
1:02:31 don't heal
1:02:33 the wounds that are behind things and if
1:02:37 you don't heal those in your sleep then
1:02:39 they can come out during the day
1:02:42 that wall comes down during the day you
1:02:44 don't want that you want the wall to
1:02:45 come down when you're sleeping that is
1:02:47 part of the Divine protection aspect of
1:02:50 our design
1:02:52 Spirit of compassion says
1:02:56 if we didn't do this frustration anger
1:02:58 of fear of betrayal guilt and
1:02:59 humiliation would build up and build up

1:03:49 right I don't let those things take over

1:03:55 I heal those through my dreams at night

1:04:02 instead our dreams release them this

1:04:07 angel of sleep and if you don't believe
1:04:10 in the Angels if you don't believe in

1:04:19 maybe you just think God helps us sleep
1:04:21 whatever it is that you believe you
1:04:23 don't believe in angels that's okay
1:04:25 but our dreams released this nightly

1:04:32 when people take melatonin it allows
1:04:34 them to dream when they weren't able to
1:04:36 dream before and that helps people to

1:04:49 that's a sign that the brain that your
1:04:51 emotional your soul your state is

1:06:13 been some challenge or distance dreams
1:06:16 can bring up the Old Wounds making us
1:06:18 contemplate what went wrong years ago to

1:06:24 we may wake from a dream feeling like we
1:06:27 did something wrong you were processing
1:06:29 at night so you don't have to do it in
1:06:32 your Waking Life
1:06:40 even if a relationship where there's

1:07:18 hadn't talked to in years that's what

1:07:24 every night which makes sense since I
1:07:26 have been through trauma and PTSD it
1:07:28 makes a lot of sense
1:07:32 people have bad dreams about an old
1:07:35 family friend or something and they
1:07:36 contact them and it's amazing about how
1:07:38 this works

1:07:42 and dash says I did not dream for over
1:07:45 10 years thank you for changing that

1:07:50 any empty feeling is because toxic
1:07:53 wounds and emotions left us or started
1:07:56 to leave us that's the empty feeling we
1:07:57 can get to in our sleep reducing our
1:08:01 storage of Bank of hurt
1:08:04 even though we think it's the opposite
1:08:07 bad dreams rejuvenate us even when we
1:08:10 think it's the opposite a bad dream
1:08:11 rejuvenates us how insane is that so
1:08:14 cool
1:08:15 they remind us that there are people
1:08:17 places and things in our lives that may
1:08:19 need some attention so we can move on
1:08:22 bad dreams don't close doors they open
1:08:25 doors

1:11:16 fantasy sleeping would be the only thing
1:11:19 we'd ever want to do
1:11:24 now there are Sinister people in the
1:11:25 world that have existed throughout
1:11:27 history I love when Spirit of compassion

1:11:32 or talked about stuff like this and say
1:11:33 things like this these books are
1:11:35 incredible
1:11:37 now there and this is years ago right we
1:11:39 know how the world's getting even more

1:11:45 they have existed throughout history
1:11:49 these cold-hearted people can go through
1:11:51 life without one nightmare
1:11:54 if you look it doesn't mean you're a

1:11:58 had a bad dream once in your entire life
1:12:00 but there are Sinister people where they
1:12:03 don't have those bad dreams that's an
1:12:06 indication of how cut off they are from
1:12:09 processing negative experiences like
1:12:10 pain and suffering since they don't deal
1:12:13 with their pain while they sleep they
1:12:15 hold on to it in their waking lives and
1:12:17 they want to inflict that opinion on
1:12:19 others which book page is this lag

1:12:27 yes on the flip side you can have the
1:12:30 most compassionate generous loving
1:12:32 person who can't go a night without
1:12:34 dreaming something unpleasant

1:12:44 because this person is so tuned in she's
1:12:47 a witness to other struggles she
1:12:49 experiences the range of human suffering
1:12:51 and so when she checks out for the night
1:12:53 her brain needs
1:12:55 to protect her from becoming haunted by
1:12:58 it in her Waking Life
1:13:01 this is just I'm trying to re-digest
1:13:03 this information she may dream of
1:13:06 schoolyard bullies and natural disasters
1:13:09 and War zones
1:13:11 and it's all for her benefit so that
1:13:14 rather than waking up bitter that she
1:13:16 has to leave some Fantastical fantasy
1:13:20 dream and face a harsh World instead she
1:13:23 can wake up or leave to leave those
1:13:24 tough dreams behind and ready to
1:13:26 continue Her Sacred work of compassion

1:14:35 a deceased loved one in our dreams has
1:14:38 that ever happened to you I just want to

1:14:46 and a deceased loved one came into the
1:14:48 dream
