Stones 0:16 meditation Journey 0:17 I'm making gluten-free 0:20 breakfast cookies 0:23 gluten-free oatmeal breakfast cookies 0:25 with bananas I'm excited so that's what 0:27 I have in front of me right here you 0:29 know what I wanted tonight I wanted 0:31 something like this this is what I felt 0:33 like eating for dinner tonight okay 0:36 hopefully that doesn't offend anybody 0:38 hopefully that doesn't get anybody upset 0:40 like why is he eating oatmeal cookies 0:42 tonight for his dinner 0:44 is that bad what's the medical medium 0:47 eating what's he doing 0:49 maybe he's not doing good he's eating 0:52 this this is great though I got some 0:54 raisins right here I'll show you guys 0:59 some oatmeal 1:02 I'm gonna move this out of the way if 1:03 you guys are okay with that I'm gonna 1:05 let this steep a little bit 1:08 some nice tea with honey in it okay and 1:12 I have the gluten-free banana oat 1:15 breakfast cookies right here 1:17 there we go it's right out of cleanse 1:19 the heel that's what I'm doing how is it 1:22 going with your Stones The Journey 1:27 today did you walk with your Stones 1:29 walking meditation with your Stones 1:31 where are my Stones right here took a 1:33 walk today with my stones 1:36 right are you putting them on the 1:38 windowsill are you letting your Stones 1:41 get some light on them through the 1:43 window are you looking through the 1:44 window while you have your Stones when 1:46 we look through the window 1:49 regardless of what scenery is on the 1:52 outside of that window if we look 1:55 through the window 1:56 something happens here with our neurons 1:58 something happens with the emotional 2:00 centers of our brain 2:01 all kinds of Memories We don't even pick 2:05 up on that are circulating through old 2:08 memories that are in there that we're 2:09 not grabbing onto 2:11 all kinds of connections occur there's 2:14 something when 2:16 a human being looks through a window 2:21 something happens 2:23 something we can't measure something 2:25 people cannot understand out there 2:27 science doesn't understand and when we 2:30 look through a window and we see things 2:32 we see birds we see trees we see grass 2:35 we see buildings we see sidewalks 2:38 whatever it is we see cars when we look 2:40 through a window something happens a 2:42 connection is made and then the 2:43 emotional centers of the brain 2:45 starts to tick and starts to tick and 2:49 information starts to pour out of your 2:52 being and into the stones if it 2:55 shouldn't be there 2:57 a lot of people have experiences where 2:59 they look out windows because they were 3:00 depressed they had something happen in 3:02 their life maybe they had some kind of 3:03 disturbance maybe they had some kind of 3:06 abuse maybe they went through a hard 3:07 time maybe they had losses and it takes 3:10 us to the window and we look out the 3:13 window it takes us to the window in our 3:15 life how many times have we looked out 3:18 the window when the relationship breaks 3:21 at breakups with all kinds of 3:22 confrontations in life being bullied 3:24 whatever it is that's happened in our 3:26 life 3:27 we get kind of taken to the window 3:30 and we look out 3:32 and there's a reason for this lots of 3:34 reasons for that so the emotional 3:36 centers of the brain has all this 3:37 information 3:38 regarding when we actually look out 3:41 windows 3:43 it's important is important to know so 3:46 when you put the stones there by the 3:48 windowsill and you look out the window 3:49 the emotion centers of the brain are 3:51 connecting to our soul and so forth and 3:53 all that I'll talk about that more and 3:54 other things I'm making these banana oat 3:57 breakfast cookies as I showed you before 4:00 I got my raisins I got everything right 4:02 here two bananas first that's what we're 4:04 gonna do two bananas first 4:07 so 4:09 here we are let's get my little Mixing 4:12 Bowl here 4:14 this is what I felt like eating for 4:16 dinner tonight it was these have you 4:20 ever tried these have you ever made 4:21 these these that are out of cleanse to 4:22 heal 4:23 they're so good it's insane 4:27 Alfreda is not 5:26 it's dinner time 5:28 but it's it's perfect though feels good 5:31 right now processing a lot of emotions a 5:35 lot of emotions leaving the body 5:38 lots of Old Wounds 5:42 leaving the body leaving the soul 5:44 leaving 5:45 are being lots of wounds 5:49 felt like making a breakfast 5:53 you know what I like about this 5:54 breakfast it's a baked good we're baking 6:00 the funny thing about medical medium 6:01 information there's more baked goods and 6:04 medical medium information 6:06 it's insane it's like a whole website 6:08 you filled with them 6:12 crazy how much 6:15 anyway okay 6:18 all right 6:20 we're making these cookies really 6:21 excited about this 6:23 what I like about these cookies can I 6:25 just add this I know what's at the end 6:27 of the day it's evening for many of us 6:31 so it's a different kind of vibe a more 6:34 relaxed it's not that afternoon Vibe 6:36 right 6:37 so let me get two cups 6:40 of 6:43 some gluten-free oats let's get two cups 6:46 rolled oats 6:49 instant oats whatever you want to do 6:52 it's one cup let me get another cup what 6:55 I like about this there's no lard in 6:57 here 6:59 isn't that nice no lard 7:02 there's no pork fat 7:05 there's no bad oil in here there's no 7:08 corn oil there's no bad vegetable oil in 7:11 here either 7:13 all right 7:14 let's get some cinnamon in here 7:20 looking for my cinnamon hold on 7:25 we're live 7:28 we're actually live let's go with two 7:30 teaspoons 7:34 two teaspoons 7:37 boom right there 7:39 half cup of raisins skip that in there 7:41 let's get these baking 7:43 and then we can talk 7:46 how are my Stones doing are you guys 7:48 eating with your Stones I'm doing all my 7:50 meals with the stones I'm eating with my 7:52 stones 7:55 we got the 8:34 there's no pig fat in here 8:40 friend of mine makes 8:42 some baked goods and 8:45 puts anything in there 8:48 imagine he's still a friend of mine 8:51 I think the medical medium would say 8:52 you're not a friend of mine anymore 8:53 because of what you eat 8:58 but that's not how it rolls 9:05 that doesn't depict 9:07 if you're 9:09 a good Soul or not 9:15 so I'm just mixing this up we're pretty 9:18 much almost there I'm gonna make these 9:20 cookies 9:23 there we go 9:25 let's make sure these are moist enough 9:27 and I think it's the recipe was just 9:29 perfect right there 9:31 sometimes your bananas they might not be 9:33 as soft 9:35 or as ripe 9:37 these happen to be that perfect ripeness 9:40 when you're doing some baking 9:44 I just want to make sure these oats get 9:46 is the first that ever put 12:14 out that eggs feed pathogens 12:19 it was not known in the Health world or 12:23 medical world the pathogens ate anything 12:27 at all 12:29 but then you see people now saying it 12:31 even though science hasn't even proved 12:32 it yet or anything but you see people 12:34 saying it 12:37 where they get that info from oh 12:40 medical medium information 12:44 all right you guys we're day five 12:50 anyway I like doing baked goods without 12:54 eggs in them I'm not saying look I'm not 12:57 saying if you like eggs and that's what 12:58 you do it's fine but if you got chronic 12:59 illness if you're struggling in with 13:01 anything if you're dealing with anything 13:03 health-wise it's good to keep them out 13:08 and this is a great recipe 13:10 a great 16:54 gluten-free banana oat breakfast cookies 16:56 you can add dried wild blueberries or 17:00 chopped dates or cranberries those are 17:02 options cranberries make sure though the 17:05 cranberries have no added oils because 17:07 it might not be a good oil at all and 17:09 you don't need to have that 17:12 might be a canola oil or something which 17:14 we don't want to use so these are going that where you're looking out 19:09 the window because you're having a hard 19:10 day 19:11 how many people look out the window 19:13 because they want to see what's going on 19:15 outside no matter what and it's a part 19:16 of their routine so it's part of their 19:19 routine to look out the window look at 19:21 hummingbirds look at birds look at just 19:24 anything going on out there 19:28 look at the trees 19:31 how many people look out the window when 19:33 it rains you have a rainy day and 19:35 something kind of comes over you and you 19:37 feel 19:39 a little sad you just 19:42 you are accessed 20:09 that we don't normally have access to 20:13 so 20:14 basically a channel opens up 20:16 automatically emotional centers of the 20:18 brain connect to other areas of the 20:20 brain meaning the non-emotional areas 20:24 information is trans transferred 20:28 sometimes we get Nostalgia when we're 20:30 looking out windows sometimes we get big 20:32 ideas 20:33 great ideas sometimes we get 20:37 memories 20:39 but either way Windows play a big part 20:41 that's part of the whole windowsill 20:43 stones on the windowsill with you while 20:45 you're looking out the window 30:53 it wouldn't it's a hard World we're 30:56 raised on certain foods a lot of us 30:58 don't know we don't have the education 31:00 and when we do it's still hard 31:02 Trisha Marie says my real leafy greens nor did they treat 31:55 herbs like leafy greens 32:02 and medical medium 32:04 me 32:05 never ever shame someone for eating meat 32:09 quite the contrary I always said you can 32:12
