https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZXq5RJZIok 0:00 first month anniversary on Tick Tock 0:03 since I've been a dietitian 0:05 uh-huh you know I do it Rd here 0:09 you saw that I know 0:12 I know thank you for paying for my 0:14 registered dietitian School you and 0:17 Daddy have been really so helpful 0:20 I know my Tick Tock page is growing I 0:22 talk about protein 0:24 uh-huh 0:26 yeah I know Mommy I know Mom I know 0:29 protein is like the most important thing 0:31 ever it's why I became a dietitian 0:34 uh-huh 0:36 yeah 0:38 okay I have to go to work I think I'm 0:40 going live on Tick Tock right now 0:44 okay bye 0:46 love you 0:47 okay so as I was saying before 0:50 this has protein in it and this is this 0:53 is meat and it has protein in it are 0:56 these here I have to say that Rd here 1:00 because it's really important when I 1:02 graduated from registered dietitian 1:04 school they gave us all this for our 1:06 class 1:07 and they said that you have to learn how 1:10 to identify when someone's protein 1:13 deficient or they're not protein 1:15 deficient and you can do that by looking 1:17 at this scientific measuring tool that 1:21 they gave us 1:22 at dietitian school and they got like 1:26 I think my dietitian stuff is really 1:28 paying off on tick tock and I okay 1:32 come down 1:34 Okay so 1:36 this is a measuring tool to show how 1:39 much protein one is getting and and 1:41 dietitian School were taught that it all 1:44 depends like your facial structure and 1:47 everything 1:48 determines how much protein you actually 1:51 receive 1:52 and how much B12 1:55 I can't believe how much I learned about 1:57 B12 and registered dietitian school they 1:59 said that only the meat eaters can have 2:02 B12 and get B12 2:05 B12 2:06 okay 2:09 um 2:09 this is really important that I want 2:11 everybody to know on my Tick Tock page I 2:13 can't wait to make small videos out of 2:15 this on my Tick Tock page 2:16 oh my God like cheese 2:20 I want you to know that it's so 2:22 important it's a staple that every girl 2:25 should be on yes 2:28 um how old am I I just saw a comment I'm 2:31 24 years old and yes I just graduated 2:34 from registered dietitian school I want 2:37 to go into how cheese is so important I 2:39 have I have four ounces of cheese per 2:43 day and in The dietitian handbook guide 2:47 where is it 2:49 I've been doing this now for I guess a 2:52 couple of months I just graduate 2:53 graduate Grant I think 2:56 I have my handbook guide right here that 3:00 they gave us at The dietitian School 3:03 Rd here I know right 3:06 and they say that cheese is 3:08 fundamentally one of the most important 3:11 things that you can actually get in you 3:14 exactly a whole bunch of us graduated 3:17 and we're killing it on Tick Tock now 3:20 so cheese is probably one of the better 3:22 things sorry I got a phone call coming 3:24 in 3:25 you see 3:27 hold on 3:28 hi 3:30 yeah now I I know I'm in alive I know 3:34 Todd 3:36 Todd 3:38 I know I thank you for being so 3:40 supportive okay I'll see you later okay 3:43 that's just my boyfriend just don't 3:45 worry 3:46 his family had celiac 3:49 and they're all like Celiac people his 3:51 whole family his mother has Celiac is 3:54 Dad has Celiac and he says he has Celiac 3:57 and I told him that you have to get as 3:59 many eggs in you as possible and as much 4:02 cheese and he's on an 100 egg diet an 4:06 egg white diet right now and so I've 4:08 been really helping my boyfriend and his 4:10 family with their Celiac now I what I 4:13 really like is chicken 4:15 I eat chicken three times a day every 4:18 day for the protein chicken's the most 4:20 important and I just want to say one 4:22 more thing 4:23 that's really really important is that I 4:26 don't want anyone to think that they 4:28 can't indulge because I've noticed that 4:31 there's Eating Disorders out there being 4:32 started by people who have like they 4:35 think they've run the gamut in social 4:37 media and they actually they actually 4:41 like tell people to stay away from so 4:43 many things but you have to treat 4:45 yourself because it's called moderation 4:47 and balance and so what I recommend is 4:51 some chocolate cake once in a while or 4:55 you have an eating disorder and so I'm 4:58 just telling you I learned a lot from my 5:00 dietitian school and I have a lot of 5:02 experience too because you know when I 5:04 put in my resume now that I've been 5:06 doing this since I was like 11 years old 5:08 I was telling my mom what she should eat 5:11 or not eat I have so much experience and 5:14 what I did was on my website now in my 5:16 Tick Tock handle I talk about how I've 5:18 been doing this for like 10 years 5:21 even though I'm 24 years old I've been 5:23 doing this for 10 years and I'm so 5:26 accomplished and I went to school and 5:28 dietitian school I just want to show you 5:30 what happens with this tool here this is 5:33 a tool you when you graduate they give 5:36 every single Rd there this very tool it 5:40 determines how much protein how many 5:42 carbs if you have too many carbs it 5:46 changes the structure of your face if 5:48 you have two not enough protein it 5:51 changes the structure of your face and 5:54 you can get really sick and protein 5:56 deficient 5:57 I think that's it for this 6:00 episode of Samantha Samantha's Rd 6:05 channel on Tick Tock 6:08 um there's so many of us out there 6:09 fighting for people and getting benefits 6:12 to them I think um anyway thank you so 6:15 much I have to take a phone call now I'm 6:17 so busy I'm a busy Rd and I have to go 6:54 foreign 7:10 anyway we're talking about neurological 7:12 symptoms today you guys we're going to 7:14 cover tingles numbness aches pains 7:18 different kind of neuro symptoms even 7:21 touch upon migraines neurological 7:23 migraines we're going to touch upon a 7:26 lot of the different Tremors shakes 7:27 ticks spasms cranial nerves which is 7:32 really important too you got cranial 7:33 nerves that really affect everybody in 7:35 so many ways try geminal neuralgia 7:38 all kinds of different problems people 7:40 are up against 7:41 and so I think it's really smart to 7:43 touch upon neurological symptoms I want 7:46 to do a little q a stuff too so I want 7:48 to be open to that as well 7:50 and so I want to begin with is what 7:52 happens is that 7:54 practitioners 7:56 and doctors people in the health 7:58 movement 7:59 never ever connected the dots between a 8:03 symptom being neurological if you're 8:06 somebody that's experienced enough in 8:08 the last 10 years 15 years maybe you've 8:10 been sick 20 years in your life 8:12 and you've been sick with different 8:14 neurological symptoms you probably went 8:16 through the whole guessing games Channel 8:18 seeing a lot of different professionals 8:20 and health professionals a lot of 8:21 different doctors and as it's happening 8:24 none of them knew that your symptom was 8:26 actually neurological not even believe 8:29 it or not like panic attacks back then 8:32 10 years ago or more a panic attack was 8:35 never considered to be neuro or 8:38 Neurological on any level and this is 8:40 important to know because now that the 8:43 time is changing things are changing now 8:45 and what's happening is people are 8:47 realizing through medical medium books 8:48 and medical meme information because it 8:51 was being put out there through these 8:53 books about how neurological symptoms 8:57 like give you all of these different 8:59 things like we feel these different 9:01 things from cranial symptoms cranial 9:03 nerves to vagus nerves to all kinds of 9:07 different things so I want to cover that 9:08 right now a little q a how many people 9:10 go through tightness of the chest 9:13 and it's unexplainable they have this 9:15 tightness of the chest going on kindness 9:17 of the throat kindness of the chest how 9:20 many people have ever gone through that 9:21 they feel like they can't get a deep 9:23 breath and they're having a problem 9:25 getting a deep breath right so that's 9:27 actually Vegas nerve related stuff if 9:30 your doctor rules out everything that 9:33 they are looking for if they're looking 9:34 for something and they rule it out and 9:36 they're like look you got anxiety let's 9:37 put you on some benzos let's send you 9:40 home with a benzo you can take an Ativan 9:44 a Xanax whatever it is and they send you 9:47 home with that and they're like do this 9:48 for a while see how your anxiety gets 9:51 see how your Panic gets see how your 9:54 tightness of your chest is in the whole 9:55 bit right and they rule out pretty much 9:57 everything else they do blood work they 9:59 look at you but they can't release 10:00 everybody's saying yes right there 10:02 exactly that's what you have lately too 10:04 I'm seeing all that 10:07 so what is missed in the health world 10:10 it's a big deal 10:14 vagus nerve issues now you'll hear more 10:17 about vagus nerve issues now a day right 10:19 you'll hear more about it but what 10:22 people don't realize is why do we get 10:24 symptoms that are vagus nerve related 10:27 why and how how does it even happen so 10:31 what medical mean information brought 10:34 into town years ago was that nerves 10:37 swell nerves actually swell they become 10:41 inflamed there's a reason why they 10:43 become mysteriously inflamed when you 10:46 haven't had an accident or an actual 10:48 physical injury or anything like that 10:51 there's a reason why nerves get 10:54 mysteriously inflamed and that's viruses 10:58 viruses such as Epstein-Barr being one 11:03 of the leaders everybody's got 11:05 Epstein-Barr at this point in the world 11:07 spreading fast but it's not just about 11:09 everybody's got Epstein-Barr you know 11:12 everybody's got Epstein-Barr 80 in just 11:14 about that it's everybody's getting more 11:17 than one variety of Epstein-Barr and 11:19 that's what's happening out there so 11:21 it's like there isn't just one 11:23 Epstein-Barr that means if you have 11:25 Epstein-Barr you can't get Epstein-Barr 11:28 again that's not true you can have one 11:31 Epstein-Barr and get another 11:33 Epstein-Barr and get another 11:35 Epstein-Barr and get another and another 11:37 and another all different varieties some 11:41 Milder 11:42 some more annoying some more aggressive 11:45 but you can get a lot of different 11:47 varieties of these viruses and these 11:51 viruses release something I call a 11:54 neurotoxin it's when the virus eats 11:57 something it really likes 12:00 like an egg 12:02 and then peas and poos 12:06 waste out of the virus 12:10 that floats around your body and is 12:12 highly highly allergenic to the vagus 12:15 nerves 12:16 right there 12:18 one of the most important things you can 12:20 learn to empower yourself 12:22 is vagus nerves swelling getting 12:26 inflamed 12:27 because there's something toxic a 12:31 neurotoxic compound that's saturating 12:34 the nerve 12:36 that's touching the nerves creating them 12:39 to spasm 12:40 creating them to twist a little creating 12:45 them to swell and get more inflamed and 12:48 this leads 12:50 to a lot of different symptoms and 12:52 conditions people are suffering with 12:53 okay from intestinal tract pain 12:58 stomach problems intestinal tract pain 13:01 okay that alone because the vagus nerves 13:05 are inflamed to tremors 13:08 to spasms and ticks 13:11 to tingles and numbness on the body 13:14 and not just the Vegas there was getting 13:16 inflamed but the phrenic nerves that run 13:18 down each side of the chest here 13:21 the the phrenic nerves can get inflamed 13:24 and swell too which give people a lot of 13:26 different issues as well both the 13:28 phrenic nerves and vagus nerves can 13:29 inflame Korean tightness of the chest 13:31 that's unexplainable by any physician or 13:34 any doctor out there mystery symptoms 13:37 that are plaguing people out there all 13:39 the time 13:42 and so what is critical to know is that 13:46 people walk around with lots of 13:47 different bugs in them different viruses 13:49 now the thing is here is that the health 13:51 movement years ago you could even hear a 13:54 word like nobody even knew virus what do 13:56 you mean what does that even mean no one 13:58 talked about it didn't exist 14:01 in the Natural Health move it it was 14:03 just about eat better stuff eat better 14:04 books eat better this it was about how 14:07 wheat was genetically altered 14:09 that wheat was hybridized that wheat has 14:13 changed in this world that was pretty 14:14 much all you can actually get back years 14:17 just more a little over 10 years ago was 14:20 just wheat's genetically altered Wheats 14:22 hybridized wheat's causing our problems 14:26 gluten is causing our problems no no 14:30 information on how gluten is causing our 14:32 problems on any level 14:33 but that's what you would get you would 14:35 get eat better books to stay away from 14:37 processed foods 14:38 to stay away from fried greasy foods and 14:41 that's what was given to us pretty much 14:43 all around that's all you can do it's 14:46 like years ago you got sick 14:48 it was like well maybe it was that fast 14:51 food diet doing it maybe it's just 14:53 hybridized wheat I've been eating every 14:55 day 14:56 in this gluten 14:57 but that's pretty much as far as it went 14:59 and then you had millions of people on 15:02 the planet suffering with all kinds of 15:05 symptoms conditions including thyroid 15:07 conditions many of you guys got thyroid 15:08 problems right doctors checking out your 15:10 thyroid your numbers don't look good 15:13 and they're like Hashimoto's all of it 15:16 and then there's the mystery symptoms 15:18 the fatigue so I want to go into that a 15:21 little bit too when someone has a viral 15:23 load and that viral load is feeding on 15:27 what it wants like say eggs and cheese 15:29 and dairy I'm just showing you a little 15:31 bit here in that viral load 15:33 is getting high because 15:37 a virus is feeding off of eggs 15:39 and devouring the eggs 15:43 and then releasing neurotoxins 15:44 neurotoxins are flooding the entire body 15:47 and then the vagus nerves swell up 15:51 and now we're in fatigue where we feel 15:53 like we have sandbags for arms we feel 15:55 like we have sandbags for legs we have a 15:58 hard time getting out of bed we have 16:01 what medical mean information States as 16:03 neurological fatigue 16:06 so I know that so many of you guys have 16:08 dealt with neurological fatigue out 16:09 there where it doesn't make sense why 16:12 are you tired someone will be like 16:14 you're lazy and back years ago it was 16:16 like you're lazy 16:17 you're you're bored you just want to be 16:20 on the couch you don't want to get out 16:23 of bed 16:24 you're just this is just who you are and 16:26 people took the hit every day day in and 16:28 day out for their neurological fatigue 16:31 but what's really happening is you got 16:34 the viral infections the viral 16:35 infections are releasing all of these 16:39 different neurotoxins including some 16:41 neurotoxins the neurotoxins are landing 16:43 on the nerves 16:45 in the body and when they land on the 16:48 nerves 16:49 they swell and inflame the nerve very 16:53 important to know because if you don't 16:55 have answers you're lost you're in the 16:58 dark you're searching the web 17:00 you're checking through social and 17:03 you're trying this and trying that and 17:04 doing this and doing that when the 17:07 answers aren't even clear to why you're 17:09 even struggling or suffering on any 17:11 level 17:12 so I want to get into the brain a little 17:13 bit the brain stem 17:15 the vagus nerves come out of your brain 17:17 stem 17:18 so do other nerves too like trigeminal 17:21 nerves many people you guys might be 17:23 dealing with this is nerve problems in 17:26 the neck in the jaw in the face facial 17:31 nerves 17:32 nerves 17:34 right around the temple 17:37 nerves around the eyes 17:39 nerves in the back of the neck back of 17:41 the head 17:43 so you're dealing with cranial nerves 17:45 facial nerves that are inflamed 17:47 trigeminal nerves that are inflamed all 17:49 from different viruses and viral 17:52 infections so I want to get into that a 17:53 little deeper we'll leave Epstein-Barr 17:55 for the moment we'll pop back into it 17:57 let's head into the shingles virus 17:59 the shingles virus 18:01 is growing fast out there more and more 18:04 people are getting different varieties 18:05 of shingles they're wreaking havoc and 18:08 one of the things the shingles virus 18:09 does is create trigeminal neuralgia 18:12 facial nerve problems and different 18:15 symptoms people get where your teeth 18:17 hurt really bad your teeth hurt really 18:19 bad your jaw hurts really bad you're 18:22 going to the dentist over and over again 18:23 you can't really get answers they're 18:26 drilling your teeth they're doing root 18:28 canals or maybe they're just pulling 18:30 teeth because it gets so bad you're on 18:32 medications you're struggling you're on 18:34 gabapentin 18:35 because that's what they put everybody 18:37 on when you have jaw pain neck pain and 18:40 it's unexplainable and you're struggling 18:41 so much they throw you on gabapentin 18:45 right so many people have been on that 18:48 and I'm not saying don't be on it or be 18:49 on it and just do what your doctor you 18:51 know what's right by you and your doctor 18:52 of course your doctor's guidance 18:55 but so many people are giving so many 18:57 medications like gabapentin and benzos 19:01 to try to help them with the 19:02 neurological pain 19:04 and their neurological symptoms but yet 19:06 the answers aren't there 19:09 the answers are not there the well is 19:11 dry 19:12 and it's we're we're not getting an 19:15 answer and so people have to understand 19:16 something shingles can rash out 19:19 and shingles can also not rash out 19:22 you can have two just separate accounts 19:25 of shingles one can rash out and they 19:29 see push tools and then you have the 19:31 nerve pain another never shows its face 19:35 never Peaks its ugly head 19:37 it just stays there on the nerves and 19:40 you're walking around looking to try to 19:43 get botox injections both Botox 19:46 injections in your neck in the side of 19:49 your neck right and the nerves near your 19:52 brain stem nerves in your spine the 19:55 nerves in your neck like you name it and 19:58 people have to go and they have to seek 20:00 this and look for this Botox in their 20:02 facial nerves because they're in that 20:04 much Agony and that much pain and 20:06 they're walking around but what they 20:08 don't get are answers to What's 20:10 happening and how it's happening so 20:14 in the medical medium book I don't know 20:16 if you guys have the medical medium 20:17 books on here many of you guys do right 20:19 but that's cleanse the heel this is 20:22 brain saver okay they're on sale at 20:25 Amazon right now these books are 20:28 incredible for giving people answers 20:30 turning people's lives around it'd be 20:32 one thing if I said that when it did not 20:35 happen but it did there are hundreds of 20:39 thousands of people going into the 20:41 millions just on brain saver alone 20:42 around the world getting answers and 20:45 cleanse the heel is one of the most 20:47 famous books in health worldwide right 20:50 now because of what it's done for people 20:52 bringing people's life and health back 20:54 and so I'm just showing you this so I so 20:57 you know that there's actual protocols 21:00 that you can look into to actually get 21:02 some help with so let's cut into this a 21:04 little bit more I want to talk about the 21:05 shingles virus here's a question right 21:07 here 21:08 Nanny news right there on IG no more 21:10 gastric acid after celery juice 21:12 explanation points after 25 years every 21:15 day so amazing when I think about that 21:16 right now you're going 25 years 21:19 with acid attacks gastric wise 25 years 21:22 you're doing celery juice now and it's 21:25 gone think about the power of that and 21:27 how incredible that is right there The 21:29 Ballad says on IG medical medium has 21:32 healed my chronic constipation 21:35 nothing makes me happier than to hear 21:38 that because chronic constipation is not 21:40 a joke it is brutal it really really can 21:44 bogs somebody down it can really set 21:47 them back it can torture them in many 21:49 ways and I'm so happy to hear that I 21:51 can't tell you how how that makes me 21:52 feel let's say 21:55 um goodbye 21:57 Guinness says thank you for this live aw 22:00 you have made my day so much lighter 22:03 with the laughter sending blessings your 22:05 way you liked our Rd that's our 22:07 residential Rd 22:09 that we actually have now we have an RD 22:12 that actually you know comes on here 22:16 before I come on so that's great it's 22:18 great she's amazing 22:20 um see Mary just said knowing this info 22:24 has changed everything for me and all 22:26 the tools we have so thank you so 22:28 thankful so you guys 22:31 I want to cut a little bit more deeper 22:33 into the soul a lot of people have the 22:34 shingles virus wreaking havoc creating 22:36 inflammation in their trigeminal nerves 22:39 and their facial nerves 22:41 causing untold amounts of pain and 22:46 sorrow for people they have to be on 22:48 gabapentin they have to be on benzos 22:51 they got to be on Xanax they got to be 22:53 on antidepressants doctors recommend a 22:56 cocktail of like antidepressants plus 22:58 Gabapentin plus this plus that I'm not 23:01 saying take those no I'm not saying 23:02 don't take those I'm saying listen to 23:04 your doctor whatever your doctor does 23:06 for you and whatever guidance you want 23:08 by your doctor I'm just saying the 23:11 reality of The Facts of what people are 23:13 on and what they go through and how 23:16 difficult it is and that's not even the 23:19 amount of people that are actually going 23:21 and looking around for answers and 23:23 they're trying this like they'll go and 23:25 try ionized water like alkaline ionized 23:27 water that stuff just makes things worse 23:29 because of the metal plates leech metal 23:31 I tell people stay 23:34 a million years 23:37 I would never touch in a natural water 23:39 machine and a million freaking years I 23:43 would never let that stuff poison me and 23:44 poison my brain leeching off those metal 23:46 plates at a million freaking years never 23:49 and so I'm saying that people are then 23:51 searching for answers and they're 23:52 looking for all these different things 23:53 if you're trying that they're trying 23:55 this meanwhile they're suffering they're 23:57 struggling it's really hard and they 23:59 don't have answers so I want to go a 24:03 little deeper now 24:05 there are people out there suffering 24:07 from so many different low-grade viral 24:09 viruses and viral infections that 24:11 they're dealing with a combination of 24:12 different varieties 24:15 and 24:16 some varieties are the Epstein Barr some 24:18 of the shingles some are hhv6 some are 24:20 simplex one some are six plus Simplex 2 24:22 and they're dealing with multiple 24:25 problems in multiple viruses 24:27 they'll have an Epstein-Barr and a 24:29 shingles they'll have an Epstein-Barr 24:31 and they'll have set of megalovirus 24:33 they'll have that plus they'll have 24:36 something like strep and that strip 24:39 will work along with the Epstein-Barr 24:41 virus so they'll have a combination of a 24:43 few different things bacteria plus 24:45 viruses 24:46 and then these things are what gives 24:48 people all these different crazy 24:50 neurological symptoms as they live their 24:52 life 24:53 so they wake up in the morning and their 24:55 problems not gone it's still there and 24:57 then the next day they wake up in the 24:58 morning they still have ticks and spasms 25:01 they still have aches and pains they 25:02 still have fatigue 25:04 because until you get the answers to why 25:06 these nerves are inflamed and learn that 25:08 these nerves are inflamed from these 25:09 viral infections can you actually 25:11 address them and do something about it 25:14 and so 25:16 it's important to know the medical 25:18 medium info was just about like taking 25:20 away everybody's food far from it it's 25:23 about giving you options you never 25:24 thought you could use or do and then 25:28 having those options to help heal the 25:30 body 25:31 everybody has a choice to make they can 25:34 eat the things they want they have their 25:36 own free will but if they're really sick 25:37 it's good to know why it's okay to 25:42 remove something let's take eggs for an 25:44 example 25:46 viruses love eggs it's their favorite 25:48 food 25:49 out of everything if someone was to say 25:52 aw I'm gonna 25:54 I'm gonna take all your food away from 25:57 you but I'm just gonna leave you a few 26:00 options I'm Gonna Leave You this roasted 26:02 chicken I'm Gonna Leave You this 26:04 chocolate cake I'm Gonna Leave You this 26:06 cheese and I'm Gonna Leave You these 26:08 eggs 26:09 and they said that's all you're gonna 26:11 have you're gonna starve to death unless 26:14 you choose one of these unless you 26:16 choose eggs or cheese or chicken 26:21 or chocolate cake 26:23 and weeks go by and I haven't eaten any 26:26 of those and I have to make a choice and 26:28 I know I have to make a choice I'm going 26:31 to tell you right now I'm not going to 26:33 choose 26:34 the egg 26:36 the last thing I would ever choose is 26:39 the egg 26:40 and you'll see out there people saying 26:41 eggs are so good for you eggs are 26:43 important eggs are filled with protein 26:45 you should have all the eggs you want 26:47 you should never not eat eggs the egg 26:50 yolks are good though egg whites are 26:52 good 26:53 you should be on eggs you'll hear that 26:55 all day long out there everywhere 26:59 but that's the last thing I would choose 27:01 because 27:02 if there's ever a bacteria or a pathogen 27:06 or anything in the body the egg will 27:09 feed it if there's anything in there the 27:13 egg will feed it and that's important to 27:16 know 27:17 cheese and dairy will feed viruses and 27:19 pathogens 27:21 and that's another thing too that feeds 27:22 viruses and pathogens the chickens not 27:25 my favorite go-to because it's so high 27:28 in fat people don't realize that it's at 27:31 the highest in fat but it's actually 27:32 something that's not my go-to right and 27:35 chocolate Cake's not my go-to because I 27:37 don't want to destroy my adrenal glands 27:39 I want to protect my adrenal glands I 27:40 want to keep my adrenal glands happy and 27:43 I don't want my adrenal glands jacked up 27:45 on all that caffeine and then I don't 27:48 want to be addicted either so that 27:50 wouldn't be my go-to either but 27:51 regardless I wouldn't choose the eggs 27:54 so I want to go into some more symptoms 27:56 conditions how many of you guys are 27:57 dealing with ticks spasms 28:00 where you have them on your body all the 28:02 time you feel them in your arms you feel 28:04 them in your chest you feel them in your 28:06 your eyes you feel them around your eyes 28:09 you feel them on the sides of your face 28:12 okay 28:13 so many people are dealing with a lot of 28:16 the different ticks and spasms 28:18 so ticks and spasms can be a combination 28:20 where you're dealing with low grade 28:22 viral infections but you're also dealing 28:24 with toxic heavy metals and that's the 28:25 next thing I want to go into a little 28:27 bit 28:28 it's one thing to have viruses inside of 28:31 us creating neurological symptoms 28:32 through inflammation caused by 28:34 neurotoxins being released from the 28:36 viral infections so viruses eating foods 28:39 that it likes such as eggs and then 28:42 releasing neurotoxins that get onto the 28:45 nerves and inflame them it's one thing 28:46 to have that it's another to also be 28:48 high in toxic heavy metals without 28:50 realizing it and a blood test does not 28:53 determine how high you are in toxic 28:55 heavy metals nor do a hair analysis or a 28:58 urine analysis will not determine how 29:01 high you are in toxic heavy metals that 29:04 is an important understanding if you 29:07 want to heal because you can be thrown 29:09 off your game 29:10 you go and you get a test or a hair 29:12 analysis for toxic heavy metals doesn't 29:14 look like it's a big problem but you're 29:16 struggling with symptoms and conditions 29:18 you don't think you need to do anything 29:19 about it but here's how it works toxic 29:21 heavy metals burrow themselves deep 29:23 within organs 29:26 deep inside the brain 29:28 deep inside the liver 29:30 they sit in there and they're not 29:32 available 29:33 to be drawn out of the blood they're not 29:36 easily available to be taken out of the 29:39 blood for an analysis 29:41 for a viewing 29:44 they hide and they stay dormant and 29:48 that's what metals do they can stay in 29:50 your bones and never show up in the 29:52 bloodstream when someone's getting 29:53 tested on any level 29:57 biggest reason behind autoimmune 30:00 and chronic health conditions like 30:01 neurological symptoms 30:05 is toxic heavy metals 30:08 and viruses and pathogens 30:11 toxic heavy metals and viruses and 30:13 pathogens 30:14 it's the biggest combination 30:17 viruses tend to like to feed off of 30:19 toxic heavy metals the more toxic heavy 30:21 metals somebody has the more neurotoxins 30:23 the virus can produce making somebody 30:24 feel like that got chronic inflammation 30:26 brain inflammation they feel like they 30:29 got sandbags on their feet their arms 30:31 they can't function and the brain fog is 30:34 out of control 30:38 and you guys know you guys have dealt 30:40 with brain fog you've dealt with all 30:42 kinds of different issues different 30:43 symptoms different problems someone just 30:46 said on IG I'm literally loving this 30:49 with a laughing face I'm loving being 30:51 here you guys and talking to you guys 30:54 I'm trying to do a presentation for you 30:55 guys here today as you can notice I have 30:57 the props out and I have the anatomy 31:00 and I'm just trying to present the best 31:04 I can 31:05 I want to cover different symptoms and 31:07 conditions while we're still here 31:10 Helene says so happy to attend this live 31:13 so happy you're here 31:14 you're over there on YouTube amazing and 31:17 then someone just said f u 31:19 C I won't say the last letter okay let's 31:23 get back to it 31:25 on IG 31:27 how can you detox from heavy metals good 31:30 question heavy metals don't just leave 31:33 heavy metals don't just get up and leave 31:35 hey I'm gonna get up now I'm a toxic 31:38 heavy metal and I'm going to get up and 31:40 I'm going to walk on out of that 31:42 person's body maybe that person can Will 31:44 me out with their mind maybe that person 31:47 hey that person's willing me out I'm 31:49 going to be a toxic heavy metal and 31:51 leave the person's body and that person 31:52 is going to manifest me right out of the 31:54 body just like that and hey if I try all 31:57 these different things maybe that'll 31:59 help too maybe some zeolite will help 32:01 maybe something else will help maybe 32:03 something but it's not it's not 32:06 Metals don't go and they don't go with a 32:09 lot of the trendy crap that's out there 32:11 they don't remove metals 32:13 it's not how it works 32:15 in order to truly get Metals out of the 32:18 body you need five ingredients that I've 32:22 talked about check out the heavy metal 32:23 detox smoothie 32:25 check it out when you get the chance 32:28 if you look here at brain saver 32:29 protocols 32:32 heavy metal detox cleanses in here 32:34 Advanced heavy metal detox cleanses 32:37 there's a heavy metal detox smoothie in 32:39 here too 32:40 so you'll see the ways to get Metals out 32:44 and guess what 32:45 this heavy metal detox smoothie and 32:49 cleanse is the most known and popular in 32:53 the world of Health for getting Metals 32:55 out because it works so much so that so 32:57 many people have ripped off 33:00 ripped off 33:01 the ideas 33:03 right they'll take one ingredient two 33:05 ingredients from the heavy metal detox 33:07 smoothie and then they'll add something 33:09 they want to sell or something to it 33:11 but this is by far hands down the way to 33:14 get Metals out I've said it so many 33:15 times over the years and so many people 33:17 got their lives back after they got rid 33:19 of their metals 33:21 Ian Lampson said what about emotionally 33:24 charged shakes okay that's really a good 33:27 point 33:28 okay let's hit it 33:31 if your nerves are inflamed like your 33:34 vagus nerves 33:35 endophrenic nerves and they're inflamed 33:39 an adrenaline surge occurs 33:45 them nerves are gonna light that up 33:48 did you hear that bleep 33:50 them nerves are gonna light the freak up 33:54 that's what they're gonna do that's what 33:56 they're gonna do that's emotionally 33:58 charged shakes emotionally charged 34:01 nervous system conditions 34:04 when you get jacked up because you're 34:06 getting emotionally triggered you're 34:08 getting triggered by something happening 34:09 something that's out of your control 34:10 someone said some stuff about you maybe 34:13 it's family maybe it's friends maybe 34:16 it's co-workers whatever it is maybe 34:18 someone's just talking crap and talking 34:21 smack and you had enough and you're just 34:24 finally pissed and it hits you and 34:26 you're just charged up and now you're 34:28 just shaking you feel it internally you 34:31 feel it in your hands and your knees you 34:34 just feel it and you're getting those 34:35 emotionally charged shakes 34:38 you have to have sensitive nerves for 34:41 the most part for those emotionally 34:43 charged shakes 34:45 sensitive nerves 34:46 but 34:47 you could be somebody pretty solid 34:49 pretty tough 34:51 and still get them 34:53 but if you're somebody who's really 34:55 sensitive you've been through a lot 34:57 you're been chronically sick you have 34:59 neurological symptoms already you're 35:01 dealing with a lot and then you get a 35:02 jab at you then you get a trigger at you 35:06 oh man you can be going through ticks 35:08 and spasms you could be spasming 35:10 everywhere you can be shaking you can be 35:13 sick your stomach can be flipping you 35:15 can be a really really feeling it when 35:18 you get an emotional jab an emotional 35:20 hit you can really feel it and it could 35:22 be a really hard 35:24 really hard 35:26 and I've seen people go through that 35:27 it's really difficult for a lot of 35:29 people you can be somebody that's more 35:31 solid meaning you're not that sick 35:33 you're not that chronically sick you 35:35 haven't had enough problems with that 35:36 you haven't had that much go on and then 35:39 someone gives you a jab someone triggers 35:41 you and you got the you got the 35:42 emotional shakes you got the emotional 35:44 shakes 35:45 it's not tanking you it's not taking you 35:47 down to the ground 35:49 depends on what the news is depends on 35:51 what it is that's triggering you what 35:53 I'm trying to say is if you're sensitive 35:54 and you're hypersensitive and your vagus 35:56 nerves are inflamed and your phrenic 35:57 nerves are inflamed and you're going 35:59 through a lot you're gonna feel it 36:00 you're gonna get jacked up from it your 36:03 nerves are going to move a little bit 36:04 more and they're going to shake a little 36:05 bit more they're going to Spas them a 36:06 little bit more and you're going to 36:08 struggle 36:10 reason why 36:11 because the adrenaline is going to flood 36:13 your system and it's going to touch 36:15 those inflamed nerves and those inflamed 36:16 nerves are going to go on fire and 36:18 they're going to light up they're going 36:19 to just light right up 36:21 because that adrenaline's just going to 36:23 go someone pisses you off 36:26 adrenaline just do that like out of the 36:29 adrenal 36:30 adrenaline just 36:31 and then you've got this blend of 36:33 adrenaline and I talk about the medical 36:34 meaning books it comes out and it's like 36:36 it could be a fear-based adrenaline it 36:38 could be an anger-based adrenaline it 36:40 could be a sad based adrenaline and as 36:42 it's coming up coming out it's corrosive 36:44 and that corrosive adrenaline lands on 36:46 the nerves and if your nerves are 36:48 sensitive you're going to be feeling it 36:49 and damn that trigger is going to feel 36:51 like it's taken you down and taken you 36:53 out 36:57 cold white spring nobody knew anything 37:00 about Metals before the first medical 37:01 medium book I have to agree in fact I 37:03 was talking to a practitioner the other 37:05 day 37:06 a well-known practitioner 37:08 who's been around who saw everything 37:10 before the first medical medium book 37:12 came out and that well-known 37:14 practitioner told me ain't nobody knew 37:16 anything about Metals aw that's what 37:18 they said nobody knew anything about 37:20 Metals before the first medical medium 37:22 book came out in 2015 I concur greatly I 37:26 agree and I will even say in 37:29 in British English 37:31 indeed 37:34 anyway 37:38 okay 37:44 indeed indeed 37:48 yes 37:50 us Royals we're talking really good 37:52 English 37:54 language the proper kind 37:57 indeed 37:59 okay 38:03 I just want to say this 38:07 nerves can heal 38:09 your central nervous system can heal 38:11 your vagus nerves can heal your phrenic 38:14 nerves can heal your trigeminal nerves 38:15 can heal your nerves 38:17 can heal 38:19 they just need the things they need and 38:22 they need time they need some patience 38:24 but I understand because when you've 38:26 been sick for a long time 38:28 and you've been down and out for a long 38:29 time patience this grows weary and grows 38:33 weary and patience Thins and it Thins 38:36 and it Thins 38:38 and I understand 38:40 I totally get that I do 38:43 so even when you've been given an answer 38:46 and you've got a direction if your 38:48 patience has been out and you've 38:50 struggled long enough it's hard to just 38:53 say you know what I'm gonna do this you 38:54 know what I'm going to commit and I'm 38:55 gonna make this happen but I'm promising 38:57 this that your nerves want to heal every 39:00 single one of your cranial nerves it 39:02 causes all the different symptoms 39:04 conditions and problems wants to heal so 39:07 many people have hearing conditions 39:10 they're dealing with like cochlear 39:11 nerves so many people are dealing with 39:13 so many different nerve problems have a 39:15 glossal nerves with taste and tongue 39:17 problems and mouth problems you're 39:19 dealing with facial nerves facial ticks 39:21 and spasms trigeminal nerves 39:24 optic nerves too so many people 39:28 have uh optic neuritis and they're 39:31 dealing with inflamed swollen optic 39:34 nerves deep inside their head and 39:37 they're suffering from double vision and 39:39 all kinds of other issues that are not 39:41 explained 39:43 and they got lesions on their optic 39:45 nerves from all kinds of neurotoxins 39:47 from viruses 39:49 Emily harridan says could you please 39:51 talk about working out while trying to 39:54 heal your nerves I feel well enough to 39:56 work out and Miss cardio and strength 39:58 but need to heal post 40:01 plaque tight chest in Tim Okay so 40:05 first of all walking if you can walk is 40:09 critical anybody 40:11 anybody walking is miraculous 40:14 it is powerful don't underestimate it on 40:18 any level if you're somebody that 40:21 wasn't sick at one time in your life and 40:23 you're a runner 40:25 your Avid exerciser 40:27 you do weights whatever you do you might 40:30 think that walking is chump change but 40:32 it's not 40:33 walking 40:35 is one of the most powerful ways to 40:38 exercise while you're healing with 40:40 chronic illness and you're dealing with 40:42 sensitivities and chronic issues and 40:44 neurological problems 40:46 chronic fatigue syndrome and 40:48 fibromyalgia walking's a big one that 40:51 alone is incredible swimming's another 40:53 one too 40:54 I know that a lot of pools are hemmed 40:57 out big time 40:58 they're coming out 41:00 they got a lot of anti you know 41:02 fungicides in there 41:04 for fungus like you know they got a lot 41:06 of different you know chlorine High 41:08 chlorine levels So It's Tricky but any 41:11 kind of swimming in any kind of 41:12 situation that's cleaner than that 41:15 without the high chem is also really 41:18 powerful too walking 41:21 swimming 41:23 these are two options right there that I 41:26 always tell people they should be doing 41:27 depending on each person you might be 41:28 somebody that's able to start doing some 41:30 resistance training 41:31 you might be somebody that's doing just 41:33 baby steps with resistance 41:37 rebounding another great one 41:40 it's another thing too cold wide spring 41:41 no one is talking about rebounding back 41:43 in 2015 and before very few it was one 41:47 of those niches that was tucked away and 41:49 it wasn't for chronically ill it wasn't 41:51 for the chronically ill was it for 41:52 anybody it was just one of those things 41:54 the mini trampoline they called it 41:58 and I talked about it in the medical 42:00 medium Book 2015 42:04 I talked about rebounding that's another 42:06 one for The Chronic chronically ill it's 42:08 a great one it could be rebounding for 42:11 one minute a day 42:13 with counting it you're watching the 42:15 minute and you're rebounding for one 42:16 minute they gotta understand something 42:18 if you're somebody that you're not sick 42:19 you're not struggling you might think 42:21 this is a joke when I say one minute a 42:22 day of rebounding but when you're 42:23 struggling you just got off a mattress 42:25 Island walking to the bathroom is an 42:27 exercise 42:30 keeping a pedometer on you is actually 42:32 not a bad idea if you're somebody coming 42:34 back from chronic illness just seeing 42:36 how many steps you take in the house as 42:38 you're recovering 42:39 you're like okay you know what I took 42:41 500 steps today sounds like a joke it's 42:44 not a joke for somebody with chronic 42:45 illness you could barely take a shower 42:46 500 steps is a miracle so I'm saying I'm 42:49 taking it Taking us down to that area 42:51 and moving us up maybe there's somebody 42:53 that just deals with a little fatigue 42:55 and you're fighting for it you want to 42:56 do your run and you want to do your 42:57 cardio you want to do your weights 42:59 incredible if you can do that incredible 43:02 rehab Takes Time coming back from a 43:05 chronic illness it takes time and 43:06 patience 43:07 so rehabbing from that takes time any 43:10 steps you take any walking you do 43:12 standing upright so I want to say this 43:14 for people who are really sick and 43:15 chronically chronically ill they've been 43:17 on mattress Island Medical medium term 43:19 mattress style and now I hear people 43:21 saying it out there 43:23 mattress Island 43:26 it's okay if walking around your house 43:29 and in your kitchen and standing upright 43:31 is your exercise because you're laying 43:34 flat so much so many people they're sick 43:36 for a long term they lay flat all the 43:38 time or they lay flat they lay sitting 43:41 up right they lay sitting up in their 43:42 bed like this 43:45 so 43:46 standing that alone is an exercise for 43:50 somebody who's been bedridden somebody 43:52 that's been on mattress Island standing 43:55 walking in their house keeping a 43:58 pedometer counting the steps all that 44:00 matters nothing is small time 44:05 50 steps for somebody could be big time 44:07 500 steps could be big time keep that in 44:10 mind now let's go a little bit more say 44:12 somebody they just have some aches and 44:14 pains here and there they're trying to 44:16 control it with whatever they're doing 44:17 out there 44:19 right 44:20 they can run 44:22 they can do some resistance training 44:24 they can do some workouts they can get a 44:25 trainer whatever it is fine that's great 44:28 if you're somebody coming back and 44:30 rehabbing some rebounding swimming if 44:33 it's possible if you have the resources 44:34 the option 44:37 riding a bicycle stationary bicycle 44:41 walking on a treadmill walking outside 44:45 all of that can count all of that is 44:47 helpful 44:49 and that's the start 44:51 it's hard to go just from being in 44:53 mattress Island straight to an advanced 44:55 yoga class 44:58 it's hard to be on mattress Island and 45:01 move to an advanced boom a 10 mile run 45:06 really really hard gotta have patience 45:08 and you get to take one day at a time 45:10 and you gotta baby step it for your 45:12 recovery 45:16 Steph says you say don't let your feet 45:20 leave the trampoline when rebounding why 45:25 you have much more gravity occur when it 45:28 doesn't leave you're utilizing 45:32 and manipulating gravity 45:35 when you keep your feet still on the 45:37 rebounder 45:39 you would think it's the opposite you 45:41 jump off the rebounder you're gonna have 45:43 more gravities you're coming down not 45:44 true 45:45 because you're you you have lost control 45:48 the minute you jump on the rebounder and 45:50 this is this is SOC information 45:54 okay giving it to you right here 45:57 the minute you purposely try to leave 46:00 your rebounder you're not in control 46:01 anymore 46:05 you're not in control anymore 46:07 you can do it if you want 46:10 that means you can't manipulate gravity 46:13 with your own body's Force 46:16 you're getting less of a workout when 46:18 you leave the trampoline when you leave 46:20 the rebounder and you leave the mini 46:22 trampoline and you're going up and 46:24 you're doing the jump up you want to go 46:26 up high off there you just lost control 46:28 and you're not now you're you can't 46:30 manipulate gravity anymore with your own 46:32 Force 46:34 with your own body's Force 46:38 you've lost control 46:40 you get less action happening within the 46:43 body less results 46:45 less blood flow less lymphatic drainage 46:50 less everything 46:52 so if you're somebody and you're leaving 46:54 your rebounder and you're going up up 46:56 down up down like this your lymphatic 46:59 system isn't going to be benefited as 47:01 much hardly 47:03 but when you keep your feet on that 47:04 rebounder and you're going down and 47:06 you're still stay on that rebounder just 47:08 about and you're not really going off of 47:10 it you're now controlling and 47:12 manipulating gravity itself you're using 47:15 your body's Force to do it you're 47:17 focused you're concentrating your brain 47:19 is actually wired to what you're doing 47:21 you want to jump up off that trampoline 47:23 and be off the ground your brain all of 47:25 a sudden stops
