Why Eggs Are Bad For You & Cooking Millet Sushi

Summary Anthony William explains why eggs are the #1 food that feeds viruses, bacteria, mold, yeast, and fungus — and how classified medical research over 100 years ago discovered this when they used eggs to mass-produce pathogens in labs. He also demonstrates how to make millet sushi rolls from Brain Saver Protocols.

Core Tools to Use

  • Millet (as a Grain)

    • Why: The safest grain there is. It's the only alkaline grain (high pH). Least inflammatory, least mucus-forming grain. Great alternative to rice, especially for people sensitive to rice.
    • How: Cook 2 cups millet in 4 cups water. Bring to a boil, then simmer with lid on until done. Use in place of rice for sushi, bowls, or any grain dish. Keep lid on after cooking to prevent hardening.
  • Lemon Balm

    • Why: A nervine — supports the nervous system. AW's books started the entire lemon balm trend now seen everywhere in health. It's now in every green powder and supplement because medical medium information taught people how powerful it is.
    • How: Take as a supplement (Vimergy recommended for quality — 10:1 concentration ratio).

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • Eggs

    • Why: Eggs contain underdeveloped protein that viruses, bacteria, mold, yeast, and fungus can easily conquer and feed off of. Over 100 years ago, classified medical research discovered that when they placed pathogens inside eggs, an explosion of growth occurred — pathogens mass-produced rapidly. They did NOT thrive on pork, beef, or vegetables the same way. Every single bug (EBV, shingles, herpes simplex, strep, MRSA) was raised on eggs in labs at some point. These pathogens were released into our environment and now live inside us. When we eat eggs, the viruses and bacteria inside our bodies feed on those egg particles — in the stomach, intestinal tract, liver, and bloodstream. Eggs feed the very pathogens causing chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, RA, MS, Lyme disease, thyroid conditions, UTIs, eczema, psoriasis, Crohn's, colitis, IBS, trigeminal neuralgia, and more.
    • Why eggs "feel good" in the stomach: Eggs turn into a liquefied glue that does NOT massage or rub against the intestinal lining. Unlike vegetables, fruit, or grains that create healthy peristaltic action (which can trigger discomfort if you have inflamed hot spots from pathogens), eggs slide through as goop without touching the lining. This tricks people into thinking eggs are easy to digest — but while they "feel" comfortable, they're feeding the very bugs causing the inflammation in the first place.
    • Why you can't leave egg salad in the sun: Eggs explode with bacteria and pathogens at room temperature. You can leave an orange, cucumber salad, or even a steak sandwich out — but egg salad left out too long causes food poisoning because bugs proliferate rapidly on eggs.
    • How: Remove eggs completely if you're dealing with any chronic symptom or condition. This includes all forms: fried, scrambled, poached, over easy, omelets, eggs benedict, mayonnaise, egg salad. Farm-raised, backyard, free-range — the bug-feeding problem applies to ALL eggs regardless of source. The omega-3s, minerals, or amino acids in eggs do not protect against pathogen feeding.
  • Alcohol

    • Why: Destroys the brain and body.
    • How: Avoid completely.

Recipes / Protocols

Millet Sushi Rolls (from Brain Saver Protocols)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups millet
  • 4 cups water
  • Nori sheets
  • Carrots — peeled, cut into thin rectangular sticks
  • Cucumber — peeled, cut into thin rectangular sticks
  • Red cabbage — cut into thin ribbons (not too thick or they'll puncture the nori)
  • Fresh ginger — peeled, sliced thin
  • Orange juice — freshly squeezed (for ginger marinade)
  • Raw honey — small amount (for ginger marinade)
  • Wasabi powder
  • Water (for wasabi)

Instructions:

  1. Cook millet: 2 cups millet + 4 cups water, bring to boil, then simmer with lid on until done. Keep lid on to prevent hardening.

  2. Marinate ginger: Peel and slice ginger thin. Place in bowl with freshly squeezed orange juice and a little honey. Mix and let soak.

  3. Prep vegetables: Peel and cut carrots into thin sticks. Peel cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, then into thin rectangular sticks. Cut red cabbage into thin ribbons (too big = they'll puncture the nori).

  4. Make wasabi: Mix wasabi powder with water only (1-2 tablespoons water). Do NOT mix with tamari, coconut aminos, or anything else — it destroys the wasabi flavor. Aim for a paste consistency, not too wet or dry.

  5. Assemble rolls:

    • Lay nori sheet flat (don't use a sushi mat — hands work better)
    • If nori is fresh from package, add a tiny bit of moisture so it doesn't crack. If package has been open, sheets are more flexible.
    • Dab a little of the ginger marinade liquid on the nori for flavor
    • Spread a thin layer of millet (just a couple tablespoons — not too much)
    • Add 2-3 carrot sticks, cucumber pieces, and cabbage ribbons
    • Roll tightly by hand — expect some cracks, that's normal
  6. Slice: Use a sharp knife with a sawing action (don't push straight down or it will crush). Cut into bite-size pieces. Don't make end pieces too small or they fall apart.

  7. Serve: Arrange pieces on plate. Serve with marinated ginger slices and wasabi on the side. Be careful with wasabi — it will blow out your sinuses.

Tips:

  • Brand new nori sheets are crumbly and crack. Let the package sit open so moisture softens them.
  • Don't add too much water to nori or it tears apart.
  • Crunchy vegetables (cabbage) can puncture nori — roll carefully.
  • Cauliflower rice can substitute for millet if grain-free.

Situations to Use These Tools

  • When someone says "eggs don't bother my stomach": The eggs feel comfortable because they become a liquefied glue that doesn't touch inflamed intestinal lining. They're not fixing anything — they're feeding the bugs causing the inflammation.
  • When someone says "my farm eggs are fine": The bug-feeding problem applies to ALL eggs regardless of source — farm-raised, backyard, organic, free-range. The underdeveloped protein in eggs feeds pathogens no matter where the egg came from.
  • When someone is bedridden or severely chronically ill: Removing eggs removes a primary fuel source for the pathogens keeping them sick. This applies to MS, fibromyalgia, Lyme, chronic fatigue, and all conditions driven by viruses and bacteria.
  • When someone needs a grain option: Millet is the safest, most alkaline, least inflammatory, least mucus-forming grain. Use it instead of rice.

Personal Information

  • AW says he's been making millet for over three decades
  • AW mentions Harvard took information from the Medical Medium books that EBV causes multiple sclerosis — it was published in the MM books first
  • AW had his TikTok account (nearly 1 million followers, verified) removed and has now gotten it back and been verified again
  • AW jokes about his age ("I'm 28 years old... I'm 32 years old")
  • AW mentions a friend who got an eye tattoo that he advised against
  • AW says he never had a facial in his life until recently (seaweed wrap + exfoliation)
  • AW does not drink alcohol and does not recommend it
  • AW mentions Bryce as a friend/colleague
  • AW references Chelsea Field (actress) and Scott Bakula watching his content

0:26 but when you hear what I have to say you
0:30 might take some consideration you might
0:32 think about it and it might play a role
0:35 in your health one way or another
0:37 whether you think the information is not
0:40 true or eggs can't be bad or I raise my
0:44 own eggs in the backyard and I have a
0:46 chicken shed or I've been getting fresh
0:49 eggs from my neighbor for 20 years and
0:52 nothing ever happened to me so how can
0:55 this be whatever it is that you think or
0:57 you have stored away in the memory bank
1:00 I still would like you to hear what I
1:02 have to say today of why eggs are bad
1:06 for you and we're going to make a recipe
1:08 and have some fun a little later on
1:11 first I got to get the Millet cooking
1:12 before we go into the egg
1:15 show all right what I'm doing here is
1:18 I'm going to do two cups of millet I got
1:20 a pot the pot's hot we're going to get
1:23 some water in here I'm going to go with
1:25 four cups of water into this hot pot
1:28 right here good to see you guys I hope
1:30 you watch the beginning of this show so
1:32 you get caught up on what's happening
1:34 this show is going to be shocking
1:35 actually kind of scary
1:38 shocking I hope we all can handle
1:42 it all right two cups of millet is what
1:46 I'm going to do for four cups
1:49 of water there's one cup of
1:52 millet let's go into two cups of millet
1:55 so what I'm going to do is try to scoop
1:58 this nice big one right there there and
2:00 I'm going to add a little bit more just
2:02 to make sure we're up to par two cups of
2:05 millet right there incredible what's the
2:07 Millet for the Millet is for the sushi
2:09 it takes place of rice in the sushi as
2:12 you can see right here in the Brain saer
2:15 book if you guys just got on here I just
2:17 want to forewarn you this is a show
2:20 about why eggs are bad for you and I
2:22 don't want you getting upset I don't
2:24 want you getting mad and some people are
2:27 just going to be like talking all kinds
2:29 of crazy like how dare you my
2:31 grandmother's 103 years old and she ate
2:34 eggs her whole life so there's no reason
2:36 why we should be able to eat them I get
2:38 it I know what you guys are thinking but
2:40 we're going to cover it and cover how
2:42 things
2:43 work I'm even nervous how about that I'm
2:47 even nervous who would have thought
2:50 right out of all the things I'm just
2:53 going to mix this Mill it in here a
2:54 little bit then I'm going to get a lid
2:56 on it I want it to simmer and I want to
2:59 keep a very small mild simmering going
3:02 on once it hits a
3:05 boil so I've been making Millet for
3:08 years more than three decades I like
3:11 Millet for a lot of just a lot of
3:13 different recipes it's grain I realize
3:16 that a lot of people they don't want a
3:18 grain in their diet I completely
3:21 understand but like medical medium
3:22 information goes you can go as far as
3:25 you
3:26 want far as you want you can be
3:28 grainfree
3:29 you can be on meat you can be on
3:31 something else but you you can use
3:34 whatever cauliflower rice the point is
3:36 medical meme information is about going
3:38 as far as you need to go when you want
3:40 to and when you're ready but also
3:42 certain ingredients like Millet when we
3:45 can use it if we would like to and so
3:47 forth I feel it's one of the best grains
3:49 from the information I've received from
3:51 my source if you're going to ever have a
3:53 grain or you can just do cauliflour Rice
3:56 as well that's an option too and I've
3:58 done that many times you guys are coming
4:00 on here we're getting ready for why eggs
4:02 are bad for you so you got to get ready
4:05 but I just want to get this Millet to a
4:08 simmer I want it cooking and we're going
4:10 to make the Millet Sushi a little later
4:12 on bring the temp down a little cuz it's
4:15 about to take a boil I got my Wasabi
4:18 right here I got my Nori sheets right
4:20 here do you have yours I want to make
4:22 sure everybody has their ingredients
4:24 with you all right swimming in the green
4:26 says I don't eat eggs should I still
4:29 wash
4:30 indeed you should indeed you shall for
4:33 sure Rebecca Leaf says I couldn't walk
4:36 two years ago I found your info on eggs
4:38 and immediately stopped eating them and
4:40 was able to walk again I was 49 years
4:44 old I'm going to read that one more time
4:45 I couldn't walk for 2 years two years
4:47 ago I couldn't walk found your info on
4:50 eggs immediately stopped eating them and
4:52 now I can walk I was able to walk again
4:55 Rebecca Leaf Becca Le that is incredible
4:58 thank you for leaving that comment
5:00 that's inspirational and
5:03 Powerful my God my God all
5:08 right wait do you have the rest of your
5:10 stuff do you have your carrots do you
5:11 have your cucumbers I am asking if you
5:15 have your cucumbers do you have your
5:16 carrots do you have your Ginger do you
5:20 have your carrots do you have your
5:23 oranges I want to make sure you guys are
5:25 paying attention here all right let's go
5:26 into it the eggs let's talk about
5:31 it why are they a problem before we go
5:34 into it I want to read you a little
5:36 something really quick
5:39 okay something that's very
5:43 interesting living hungry viruses did
5:46 you know viruses eat did you know all
5:50 viruses eat did you know viruses have to
5:52 eat in order to stay alive do you know
5:56 that when viruses eat they get strong
5:59 did you know they can
6:01 multiply you don't believe in viruses no
6:06 h you know when someone has Simplex
6:08 herpes one it's on their lip it's the
6:10 fever blister it's the cold
6:13 sore right you go and you kiss somebody
6:16 else or share a glass with somebody and
6:19 you have that fresh fever blister some
6:22 people's fever blisters gets pretty
6:25 gnarly that fever blister can spread to
6:28 the other person and then a couple of
6:30 months later or 3 days later depending
6:32 on the variety of the simplex one or 2
6:34 years later depending on the variety of
6:36 simplex one in the person's immune
6:38 system they will break out with a fever
6:40 blister and they will have their first
6:42 cold sore because there are viruses they
6:46 do exist I want people to heed that
6:51 understanding and actually realize that
6:53 when you hear out there viruses don't
6:55 exist it's all just parasites viruses
6:58 and bacteria don't exist it's all all
6:59 just parasites want people to understand
7:02 it's actually the opposite in the sense
7:05 where viruses exist hardcore baby it's
7:08 hardcore they're out there yes you guys
7:11 probably know that by now before the
7:13 whole sea thing that happened 3 years
7:15 ago before before that whole thing that
7:17 occurred right you know the crazy flu
7:20 stuff before it all occurred there were
7:22 a lot of people in health that didn't
7:24 even believe viruses even existed
7:26 anywhere and then that whole thing
7:27 happened in 2020
7:30 and then boom now even people in the
7:32 health realm and Alternative Health
7:33 believe that viruses do exist now
7:35 there's still a lot of people that don't
7:38 but they do just like you can catch
7:39 herpes simplex one just from a glass
7:43 just from bodily fluids just from
7:45 kissing someone and they have it too
7:48 just like you can catch that yes they do
7:51 exist and they're catchy for the record
7:53 viruses are
7:54 living in the publicly known Arena of
7:57 Science Now I want to just say this this
7:59 real quick publicly known Arena of
8:03 science what does that mean it means
8:07 what public publicly known like a doctor
8:11 down the road in a practice what he is
8:13 allowed to
8:14 know publicly known scientists what
8:17 they're allowed to know publicly known
8:21 medical research and science it's just
8:23 whoever is in the arena of Health what
8:26 they're allowed to know just so you know
8:29 there's a battle about whether viruses
8:31 are dead or alive viruses are alive and
8:35 viruses are hungry hungry hungry hippos
8:38 they
8:39 are no one can agree and neither side
8:42 has proven facts here's a pillar of
8:44 Truth viruses are alive viruses are
8:48 cells viruses eat now if you're
8:50 wondering where I'm going this is going
8:52 to be really interesting
8:54 here I'm going to a place of viruses eat
8:58 now what does that matter what does that
9:02 mean and why is he talking about eggs
9:05 being bad for us give you a quick window
9:07 really quick into it right now you got
9:10 an egg right here and you got a virus
9:12 right
9:14 here you eat the egg the virus eats the
9:19 egg you eat the egg the virus inside
9:23 your body starts to thrive and eat the
9:27 egg you might be somebody that
9:29 hey eats eggs for a lot of years I got
9:31 nothing wrong with me meanwhile you got
9:33 like ra rheumatoid arthritis meanwhile
9:37 you have other things too and you get a
9:39 fever blister once every six months
9:41 whatever it is what people don't realize
9:44 is the virus is helping to
9:48 feed off of the eggs the egg is helping
9:52 to feed the virus they work together
9:56 that's what it is they become one the
9:59 egg helps to feed the virus the virus
10:02 gets help from the egg and they work
10:04 together and they work with each other
10:07 that's how it works so you got to
10:09 remember that so when we eat eggs it's
10:12 good to know viruses are involved sure
10:15 viruses are not on the egg viruses may
10:19 not be inside the egg but as we eat the
10:23 egg viruses inside of us we'll start
10:26 feeding and eating the egg egg that's a
10:30 simple explanation in the moment but
10:33 we're going deeper we're going to talk
10:35 more about it so let's roll a little bit
10:37 for a virus to live long enough inside
10:39 the human body to create a chronic
10:41 symptom or condition it has to be able
10:43 to find food and sustain itself viruses
10:46 sustain themselves by fi finding
10:49 food by consuming things that it likes
10:52 to
10:53 eat and eggs are on the top of the
10:57 list now
10:59 now eggs are fun to eat they taste good
11:03 some people swear by them some people
11:05 say hey they don't hurt my stomach they
11:07 feel good inside of me we're going to
11:09 cover that too in a little while of why
11:11 eggs feel good in people's stomachs and
11:13 intestinal
11:14 tracts and how it doesn't seem like a
11:17 problem when someone eats an egg and
11:21 we're going to cover the whole chickens
11:22 behind the house on the farm the Chicken
11:25 Shack chicken right the p raised eggs
11:29 the farm raised eggs the backyard raised
11:31 eggs we'll cover that a little bit too a
11:34 virus does not have a
11:36 mouth it's not an
11:39 animal it's not like a human eating so
11:42 even though this little virus right here
11:44 has a mouth for fun viruses do not have
11:47 mouths they absorb the food through
11:49 their membrane that's what they do so
11:52 when Foods available it's inside your
11:55 liver it's inside your bloodstream it's
11:58 inside your organs
11:59 any viruses inside your body inside your
12:02 liver bloodstream your organs will find
12:06 that
12:07 food so we eat the food we eat the egg
12:10 the egg goes down inside of us it's in
12:13 our
12:14 stomach it's there starts to break apart
12:18 our hydrochloric acid starts to break
12:19 apart the protein and eggs
12:23 protein and with that the egg starts to
12:27 break apart and go through the
12:33 body just want to let everybody know if
12:35 you just got here we're making Millet
12:37 Sushi hang out it's going to be fun
12:40 we're talking about why eggs are bad for
12:42 you and truly I hope you don't get too
12:46 upset and too bummed out if you want to
12:49 eat eggs you can eat all the eggs you
12:52 want that's perfectly fine with me I'm
12:57 just saying hey I want to talk about why
13:00 maybe it's not a great
13:01 idea and show you in a presentation why
13:05 they're not good for you this is going
13:07 to be fun I know that this is a heated
13:09 topic people get charged they get jacked
13:12 up people get the pitchforks out the
13:14 Torches the shovels they want to beat my
13:17 head in man they want to just take me
13:19 out they do not like going like they
13:23 don't even like hearing
13:25 egg if it's going to be something bad
13:29 you eat the egg you chew the egg you
13:33 swallow the egg the egg gets down into
13:36 the
13:38 stomach what's left of your hydrochloric
13:40 acid because most people have low
13:42 HCL what's left of the HCL starts to
13:45 work on it and breaks down the proteins
13:47 of the
13:49 egg the fat from the egg by passes the
13:55 stomach and ends up in the dadna
14:02 your liver has to produce
14:05 bile and the bile has to come up and
14:09 into the intestinal tract to break down
14:12 the fats from the egg a normal
14:17 digestive
14:19 process but as this is happening signals
14:23 are
14:25 occurring and if you have bugs in you
14:28 which most likely you do do you have
14:30 chronic fatigue syndrome did you have
14:33 fatigue do you have brain fog do you
14:36 have tingles and numbness aches and
14:38 pains do you have ra
14:41 fibromyalgia did you have Lyme disease
14:43 were you somebody that was diagnosed
14:45 with Lyme disease years
14:46 ago what kind of symptom condition do
14:49 you have do you have
14:50 UTI do you get lung infections kidney
14:53 infections badder
14:55 infections
14:57 conjunctivitis
14:59 sty what do you have that's going on
15:04 what kind of symptom condition do you
15:06 have eczema do you have
15:07 psoriasis do you have
15:09 Vitiligo what else is happening inside
15:12 the body because people have symptoms
15:15 and
15:16 conditions much of which is caused by
15:19 pathogens which are
15:21 bugs and those bugs start seeking and
15:25 searching for particles of eggs
15:31 for instance strep a bacteria everybody
15:34 has many people have multiple varieties
15:37 of strep inside their intestinal
15:39 tract many people have multiple
15:41 varieties of strep inside their
15:43 lymphatic
15:44 vessels they have them in their ears and
15:47 around the inside of their ears they
15:50 have strep varieties on their
15:55 anus many people have strep sitting
15:59 on their
16:02 anus and when they go to the bathroom
16:05 strep pops off their anus and ends up in
16:08 the
16:09 toilet and sits there why more strep is
16:12 produced inside their
16:14 colon people are loaded with strep they
16:17 get the diverticulosis
16:20 diverticulitis they get different
16:22 problems in their intestinal tract they
16:24 get
16:25 IBS whatever kind of bugs you have those
16:29 bugs enjoy an
16:32 egg they enjoy
16:36 eggs something important to
16:39 know now we have these comforting
16:42 feelings around eggs I understand
16:45 completely we find them the ultimate
16:48 comfort food indeed we do we find them
16:52 the ultimate comfort
16:54 food so it's really hard to let go of
16:57 our eggs
16:59 because hey maybe your grandpa when you
17:01 were a kid made you eggs it was really
17:04 healing and really soothing maybe your
17:07 mom packed you up an egg salad sandwich
17:11 when you went to school elementary
17:13 school maybe Sunday brunches with family
17:17 there were different kinds of eggs
17:20 scrambled poach
17:22 omelets maybe have a loved one that made
17:26 you eggs every day of your life
17:29 maybe you remember as a kid just walk
17:31 into the chicken shed the coupe the
17:34 chicken Coupe and you harvested fresh
17:36 eggs yourself and it was just it's
17:39 ingrained in you and it's a beautiful
17:43 experience and you harvested your own
17:45 eggs for years and your family had them
17:48 I don't doubt any of that isn't good and
17:50 I don't doubt that any of that isn't
17:53 special or
17:54 beautiful that's not the problem the
17:56 world has changed
17:59 which leads to this next thing I want to
18:01 talk
18:02 about eggs would be fine and dandy they
18:05 would be fine and
18:08 dandy if what happened by the medical
18:11 industry didn't
18:13 happen don't blame me for being the
18:15 messenger and bringing you the
18:17 information about eggs about why they
18:19 are bad for you blame the industries the
18:24 medical industry yes that's why eggs are
18:27 bad for you
18:29 and I know that you're thinking hey look
18:32 okay I'm listening I'm
18:35 listening but it's not enough I want to
18:38 know how it works why people get sick
18:41 how come they can eat an egg and we'll
18:43 go into that as well so but let's hit
18:45 the medical industry first of all
18:47 classified medical industry let's start
18:48 with that for a little
18:50 bit back over 100 years ago they were
18:54 playing with their food they were trying
18:57 to feed virus uses and pathogens and
18:59 keep them alive in the
19:03 labs and what they found classified
19:06 medical research in science was that if
19:09 they cut open the top of the
19:14 egg and they
19:17 Place
19:19 pathogens
19:22 bacteria
19:24 viruses inside the egg they would would
19:30 duplicate they would Mass
19:33 produce inside the
19:36 egg now when they took those viruses and
19:39 those pathogens and that
19:41 bacteria and they put it
19:47 beside some bacon
19:51 pork it didn't Mass produce like
19:55 that so over a hundred years ago they
19:58 took bacteria and viruses in the lab and
20:02 they put it beside pork they put it
20:05 beside meat beef they put it beside
20:09 different vegetables and they
20:13 noticed that none of the pathogens would
20:17 Thrive they wouldn't explode they
20:21 wouldn't duplicate
20:24 multiply but what they did notice is
20:27 when they took took the
20:29 egg and just the outside of the egg and
20:33 they put pathogens on the outside of the
20:35 eggshell they noticed the pathogens
20:37 would stay
20:39 alive
20:40 interesting and then when they cut the
20:43 egg open and they cut the top of the egg
20:45 open and they had it in their little
20:47 dish
20:52 thing they notice when they cut the tops
20:54 of the eggs and they put pathogens
20:57 within it back bacteria they already
20:59 identified they noticed that an
21:01 explosion
21:03 occurred for some
21:06 reason pathogens viruses
21:09 bacteria
21:11 mold
21:13 yeast
21:15 fungus grew
21:17 rapidly and exploded inside those
21:22 eggs and they knew they can use the eggs
21:25 as a tool now this is over 100 years
21:29 ago keep that in mind this is over a 100
21:33 years
21:36 ago but classified medical research and
21:39 science learned that they can manipulate
21:41 bugs sound
21:44 familiar sound familiar doesn't
21:49 it because bugs have been raised in labs
21:52 for well over a 100 years and that very
21:56 bug on your lip when you get the simp
21:58 Lex one was raised in a lab
22:00 originally and it was fed
22:05 eggs so that cold sore that you
22:07 developed a long time ago in your life
22:10 or just developed yesterday because you
22:12 picked up the cold sore the fever
22:13 blister from somebody else the simplex
22:15 one that bug is an old bug been around a
22:21 long time was raised in Labs off of
22:26 eggs very important to know let's take
22:30 it a little
22:31 further every single bug was raised on
22:36 eggs at one point early varieties of
22:38 Epstein bar virus were raised on eggs in
22:41 Labs Epstein bar anybody fibromyalgia
22:44 thyroid thyroiditis
22:47 Hashimoto
22:48 hypothyroidism ra psoriatic
22:53 arthritis lime disease yeah lime
22:56 disease ring a bell anybody the Epstein
23:00 bar virus long C long
23:05 Co the epin bar virus was raised early
23:09 on by medical research and Science in
23:12 Labs knowing knowing that the eggs was
23:16 an amazing fuel source for those
23:18 pathogens and those pathogens fed and
23:21 fed and fed on that egg material why now
23:25 let's go to that point real quick how
23:28 come viruses and bacteria and pathogens
23:32 thrive on egg how is it possible because
23:36 it's an underdeveloped
23:39 protein the egg has an
23:43 underdeveloped
23:45 protein a protein that's not fully
23:48 developed it's easy to conquer easy to
23:51 feed off
23:53 of pathogens and viruses devoured the
23:57 underdeveloped velop protein inside of
23:59 raw
24:00 eggs the baby chick never had a chance
24:04 never had a
24:05 chance for
24:08 survival not that it would have survived
24:11 the eggs were already cracked open and
24:13 used in the lab
24:14 anyway the chicken would have never made
24:16 it no matter
24:18 what but the underdeveloped proteins
24:21 that that baby chick had was a fuel
24:24 source for viruses to easily conquer and
24:27 invade
24:28 it was a quick fuel source whether
24:31 anybody likes it or
24:33 not what whether anybody likes it or not
24:37 I don't believe him that can't be true
24:40 he's evil what does he know he's not a
24:44 doctor I eat eggs every day and feed
24:47 them to my kids eggs are good staple for
24:50 me I got strong fingernails and I got
24:53 good skin my grandmother ate eggs for
24:56 150 years she never had a single problem
25:00 I get it everybody's going to be
25:02 freaking the Freak Out totally and they
25:06 do and they do I'm an athlete and I eat
25:09 eight eggs a day this is
25:12 BS go listen to blah blah blah this link
25:16 right here this guy will tell you how
25:18 good eggs are heard it all seen it all
25:22 it doesn't change one powerful fact the
25:25 industry used eggs to create more
25:29 viruses and
25:30 pathogens those were released in our
25:35 environment through certain
25:37 means and
25:40 exposures and those viruses have thrived
25:43 and that's why nursing homes have 30
25:45 year olds in them and that's why nursing
25:49 homes are loaded with 30y
25:53 olds uh-huh who can't use their arms and
25:57 legs any anymore who are literally
25:59 trapped in bed neurologically sick being
26:03 spoonfed IVs food being drawn up through
26:07 their stomach through a j
26:09 tube because of pathogens from
26:13 classified medical research and science
26:15 going all the way back over a hundred
26:17 years ago but eggs make me feel good but
26:20 eggs go really easy in my stomach he's
26:23 full of it eggs are great for you eggs
26:25 are high in
26:26 protein
26:31 but the viruses and the pathogens the
26:34 bacteria that are here and the super
26:36 fungus the super
26:39 fungus and the crazy bugs Mera and
26:44 crap they love eggs they love
26:49 eggs you're sitting in the hospital
26:51 you're battling a Mera infection from
26:54 hell and yeah can I have two eggs over
26:57 easy
26:59 please um can I ring the buzzer nurse
27:03 yeah nurse can can I have two eggs can I
27:05 have two scrambled eggs please can I
27:08 have two fried eggs is that okay coming
27:11 right up merca patient well make
27:15 sure it's not the people in the
27:17 hospital's fault it's nothing like that
27:20 it's just a hardcore truth whether
27:24 anybody likes it or not
27:28 and guess what my feelings don't get
27:30 hurt when people talk crap about the
27:33 medical medium egg information that's
27:35 out
27:37 there I just always have this gleam of
27:39 hope that somebody who's really sick and
27:41 suffering and struggling who's eating
27:43 eggs in that moment might be able to
27:44 switch gears not eat eggs and get a
27:46 fighting chance so at least the
27:49 pathogens are keep that are keeping them
27:51 bedridden are not feeding on something
27:53 that in the end will keep them bogged
27:56 down
28:00 lot to talk about we're still going man
28:02 wild blueberry dreams on IG says a w my
28:05 functional medicine doctor had me
28:07 reintroduce eggs back into my diet and
28:09 soon after ended up in the hospital
28:12 diagnosed with multiple sorosis multiple
28:14 sclerosis I wrote in the medical medium
28:16 books from above Ms caused by Epstein
28:21 bar virus and lo and
28:24 behold Harvard took that information
28:27 from the books because guess what it was
28:29 published here first that Epstein bar is
28:31 the cause of multiple
28:34 sclerosis Queenie says over there in IG
28:37 funny how Fitness influencers I follow
28:40 that are in a strict diet with eggs Etc
28:43 are ending up in the hospital with
28:45 stomach problems funnier than that which
28:48 is not so funny can't tell you how many
28:50 Fitness instruct structors die of heart
28:53 attacks on their treadmills I can't tell
28:56 you how many train ERS die of heart
28:59 attacks at age 42 43 39 45 47 and I'm
29:04 not saying the eggs are doing it I'm
29:06 just saying whatever bugs and pathogens
29:09 and stuff inside of them it's having a
29:11 smorgasborg is having a Feeding Frenzy
29:14 man that's what's happening right there
29:16 Jenny Mack over there What on YouTube
29:18 great I was if BB Pro figure Fitness
29:24 bodybuilder eggs almost killed me
29:28 totally
29:32 understand wondering wishing says on
29:34 YouTube a doctor didn't get rid of my
29:36 migraines but medical medium information
29:39 did so happy to hear that by the way so
29:43 let's go into the body a little bit you
29:46 guys we're making Millet Sushi if you
29:49 just got on here before I go any further
29:51 of why eggs are
29:52 bad I'm letting you know I got some
29:55 Millet cooking right here do you have
29:56 Millet cooking did you cook yours
29:58 already maybe you don't do Millet and
29:59 that's fine are you doing cauliflower
30:01 rice cuz we're making sushi rolls do you
30:03 have that that's totally cool if you're
30:06 somebody that's into rice is it rice but
30:08 whatever it is we're making sushi I got
30:10 my ingredients here I'm pumped it's
30:12 minus the Mercury minus the Mercury man
30:16 which is the tuna fish right Erica over
30:18 there on YouTube says oh my God I have
30:20 cold Source all the
30:23 time cold sores all the
30:26 time Jolene says no such thing a
30:30 viruses it's terrain Theory clean up the
30:35 environment okay so if I'm laying in bed
30:39 and I'm
30:40 bedridden and I'm stuck in bed sick as a
30:43 goat I can't even use my arms and I got
30:46 tingles and numbness I got all kinds of
30:48 problems I got body pain that's killing
30:50 me my jaw is on fire my tongue
30:54 Burns I've been to 30 doctors I've tried
30:58 every drug
31:00 practically okay I'm going to take that
31:03 advice viruses don't exist that person's
31:06 right terrain Theory screw that Anthony
31:10 what does he
31:14 know instead it's like I'm sick I need
31:18 to get better what was that about the
31:20 eggs I need to know all right let's go a
31:24 little
31:26 deeper
31:34 here we
31:38 are got this little hardboiled egg right
31:42 here okay I don't care if it's over easy
31:46 fried poached I don't care if it's an
31:48 omelette I don't care if it's eggs
31:51 benedict I don't care if it's just in
31:53 your Mayo which is kind of funny because
31:57 how come we're told not to leave the
31:59 mayonnaise out in the sun because you
32:02 can
32:03 die how about
32:09 that how
32:11 about why would we
32:13 die if you leave that tuna salad
32:19 sandwich that tuna fish sandwich that
32:21 has mayo
32:23 outside too long you got to keep it
32:26 refrigerated
32:27 or you can
32:30 die are we allowed to leave egg salad in
32:33 the Sun how come we can't leave egg
32:35 salad in the sun all day because chances
32:38 are someone's going to say dear lord
32:41 lord throw that egg salad out you're
32:43 going to
32:46 die yeah interesting because I'm still
32:50 trying I'm like scratching my head and
32:52 I'm thinking how come how come if you
32:55 leave some cucumber salad in the outside
32:58 on the table and in the sun you're not
33:00 going to
33:02 die how about if you leave something
33:04 else out there too whatever some fruit
33:07 you're not going to die how
33:09 come you can even you can even leave a
33:13 steak sandwich out there you can leave a
33:16 freaking steak sandwich out there on the
33:19 table at a picnic for hours come to it
33:23 and be like whoo this is a good steak
33:24 sandwich I'm just going to eat this now
33:28 but the minute you leave an egg salad
33:30 out there on the table and you went out
33:33 there playing frisbee for a couple of
33:35 hours and that egg salad sitting on the
33:37 table someone's going to say oh my God
33:40 don't eat that smack it out of your hand
33:43 slam you in the face while you spit out
33:46 that egg salad and they're going to say
33:48 what do you want to
33:49 die how
33:51 come because
33:53 eggs can explode with bacteria and
33:58 pathogens that's why because too many
34:00 people have gotten sick from eggs
34:03 sitting out too long or at a picnic or a
34:06 mayonnaise they've gotten sick food
34:10 poisoning W how is that possible is it
34:14 okay what about an orange sitting out on
34:15 the table half the day are you going to
34:18 die if your orange is sitting on the
34:19 picnic table for half the day are you
34:21 going to die then you can go up there
34:23 and eat that orange right but how is it
34:27 possible you leave that egg salad out
34:30 there too long or how about this potato
34:31 salad with the mayonnaise you leave that
34:33 out there too
34:34 long you're playing Russian roulette
34:37 man crazy next thing you know you're
34:41 barfing your brains out you're
34:43 your brains out you're in the hospital
34:45 you're on IVs you're totally your system
34:48 is crashed your your immune systems
34:50 crashed your adrenals are crashed
34:52 because that Mayo that egg can PL riate
34:57 man it can explode in bugs because bugs
35:02 feed off of eggs I'm sorry to tell you
35:05 but it's more than that bugs inside of
35:07 our body feed on the eggs we
35:12 eat important to
35:17 know I'm going to check my
35:24 Millet want to give him a little Quick
35:31 Check
35:38 nice want to make sure it's good I think
35:41 it
35:46 is let's
35:51 go excuse me I hope you're okay with
35:55 this hold
35:57 on don't want to burn my mouth it's done
36:00 it's cooked I just would like to taste
36:04 it m so good
36:09 perfect
36:12 wow all right c a little bit
36:24 more yep guys we're going to make Millet
36:28 sushi in a couple minutes just want to
36:29 give you a little bit more insight on
36:33 eggs you eat the egg the egg ends up in
36:36 the stomach if you're somebody with acid
36:38 reflux and you got bacteria creating
36:41 that acid reflux if you're somebody with
36:43 ulcers and you got bacteria creating
36:45 those ulcers guess what the bacteria is
36:47 going to feed off of it's going to feed
36:49 off of egg particles underdeveloped
36:54 proteins the minute that egg drops drops
36:56 down into your intestinal tra and you're
36:58 dealing with crohn's colitis
37:01 IBS any kind of inflammation in your
37:03 intestinal tract corners of your colon
37:06 corners of your small intestinal tract
37:09 ilium anything you got in there bacteria
37:12 strep staff
37:15 SEI it's going to have a bonanza it's
37:19 going to be eating off the
37:20 underdeveloped egg proteins it's going
37:22 to feed off of it I hate to bring this
37:25 news
37:28 once that egg gets down and it's now
37:30 down there to the alium it comes back up
37:33 it's it's asending then it's going
37:36 across then it's descending and we got a
37:39 whole bunch of different kinds of strep
37:41 and other things in this bacteria yeast
37:44 bad yeast fungus that's not the good
37:46 fungus all of it mold whatever we got in
37:49 US guess what it's going to thrive and
37:51 it's going to be happy and it's going to
37:53 feed off those particles but more than
37:55 that when that that egg is sitting
37:57 inside the intestinal
38:00 tract it's going to start going through
38:04 the intestinal tract lining as it's
38:07 being broken down and digested and
38:10 particles of that egg is going to ride
38:11 up into the liver up the hepatic portal
38:16 Highway when it gets to the
38:18 liver people have a lot of sick livers
38:21 they're loaded with things that create
38:23 things like hepatitis C which is Epstein
38:25 bar
38:27 they have all kinds of pathogens and
38:28 bugs inside their
38:30 liver it's going to feed off of the egg
38:33 inside the liver people walking around
38:36 with sick livers I couldn't believe it I
38:38 saw an ad the other day an ad out there
38:42 on
38:43 social of some
38:46 drinking and I say this with
38:48 respect some doctor or somebody
38:52 out of respect was drinking a whole big
38:56 thing of olive oil telling people this
38:59 is really good for
39:06 you a ni nice way to kill your liver
39:10 just kill your liver drink let's just
39:11 drink a whole thing of olive oil why am
39:13 I saying this
39:15 because those same practitioners and
39:17 doctors believe in eggs they believe in
39:19 them like nobody's business they believe
39:22 eggs are good they're filled with
39:23 nutrients I get it there's nutrients in
39:25 eggs there's some minerals and eggs of
39:28 course because the baby chick needed
39:30 those
39:31 minerals there's protein and eggs under
39:34 under develop proteins but they're there
39:37 there's amino acids and eggs of course
39:38 the baby chicken needed those amino
39:41 acids there's a lot of different
39:43 nutrients inside the eggs too to provide
39:46 that baby chick steam to actually
39:48 develop and
39:50 grow and I think a lot of people are
39:53 hanging their hat on that my eggs have
39:55 you know a mega 3es in them our eggs at
39:59 our farm have lots of Omega-3s in them
40:03 our farm fresh eggs are loaded with
40:07 Omega-3s and many
40:12 nutrients that doesn't determine what's
40:15 going to happen with bugs inside of us
40:17 that are keeping us sick it's not going
40:19 to
40:20 determine what bugs in us do just
40:22 because there is a little bit of Omega-3
40:24 in somebody's farm fresh eggs doesn't
40:26 mean that's going to protect you for
40:28 when the pathogens viruses yeast and
40:30 mold have a Feeding Frenzy on particles
40:33 of egg that it wants there ain't no
40:36 omega-3 that's going to stop that and
40:38 there ain't no mineral and there ain't
40:40 no Trace mineral and there ain't no
40:41 nutrient or amino acid throwing nothing
40:44 like that inside that egg that's going
40:45 to stop that pathogen from eating and
40:47 eating and here's the other thing you
40:48 can be healthy seemingly healthy and you
40:51 can have eggs every single day you can
40:53 be eating them and lo and behold you
40:55 finally get sick because guess what one
40:58 egg too much pushed you over the edge
40:59 your immune system was low Death By A
41:01 Thousand Cuts you already had other
41:03 exposures and problems maybe you picked
41:05 up a new bug in a relationship or
41:07 something and finally that omelette
41:10 you're eating or that poached egg or
41:12 that fried egg or over easy or sunny
41:15 side up got to you finally because it
41:17 fed the pathogens and maybe that
41:20 UTI that you got that you had to take
41:22 antibiotics for wouldn't have happened
41:25 if eggs weren't in your system all these
41:26 years and you weren't eating eggs on a
41:28 regular basis you would have been
41:30 protected from that UTI because those
41:32 eggs just push things over the edge just
41:36 enough for pathogens and bacteria to
41:38 feed on those eggs and then double in in
41:43 amounts per ounce of
41:47 blood when we eat the egg goes into our
41:50 liver it goes up the hepatic portal vein
41:53 it goes into our bloodstream and if
41:56 you're you're dealing with infections
41:57 all through your body like trigeminal
41:59 neuralgia because you got simplex one or
42:01 the shingles you dealing with the
42:02 shingles and the shingles is giving you
42:04 all this jaw pain all this ear pain and
42:07 facial pain and your nerves are inflamed
42:10 your vagus nerves are inflamed all
42:12 through your body and you're
42:13 struggling and you're panicking and you
42:15 got problems with your nervous system
42:18 eggs will help and feed the problem they
42:20 won't help fix the problem they help
42:23 worsen the problem now I don't tell
42:24 people never eat an egg if you don't
42:26 want an egg I tell them if you're sick
42:28 and you're struggling it would be a good
42:30 idea if you refrain from eggs and keep
42:33 them back and not have them in your life
42:35 because they're
42:36 trouble because they feed the bugs all
42:39 right you guys I'm going to make some
42:41 Millet
42:45 Sushi let's roll let's have some
42:49 fun and on a note okay I know the
42:52 emotional attachment to eggs I know the
42:55 Comfort the comfort food I know that
42:58 some people say it's the one thing that
42:59 doesn't bother my stomach because if I
43:01 eat a raw vegetable my intestinal track
43:04 if I eat a lettuce my intestinal tra
43:06 hurts and doesn't feel good I know
43:08 there's a whole bunch of people and they
43:09 say when they eat an egg it feels good
43:11 let me tell you why real quick before we
43:13 get
43:14 rolling when you have eggs they don't
43:19 rub against your intestinal lining when
43:23 you eat an
43:25 egg they don't massage your intestinal
43:28 lining this is so important to know
43:30 probably one of the most important
43:32 things to know because I know so many
43:33 people are going to be like no eggs make
43:36 my stomach feel
43:38 good but what you have to
43:41 know is that the eggs turn into a
43:44 liquefied glue that doesn't massage or
43:48 create peristaltic action it doesn't rub
43:52 your Linings when you eat a piece of
43:54 lettuce it must massages the Linings as
43:58 it's going through you when you eat a
44:01 little piece of red cabbage when you eat
44:04 some
44:05 Millet when you eat a piece of fruit an
44:10 orange it's going to massage it's going
44:13 to go through your intestinal tract and
44:15 you might be one of those people where
44:17 you've got hot spots inside your
44:18 intestinal tract pockets of inflammation
44:22 because of pathogens bacteria likee
44:24 strep and different viruses and those
44:27 Pockets that have the strep and the
44:29 different viruses and yeast and mold and
44:31 fungus that's not the good fungus when
44:33 you have pockets of this you get
44:35 inflammation in the pockets expansions
44:38 and narrowings your small intestinal
44:40 tract will expand in areas and it'll
44:43 also narrow and tighten up and lose its
44:46 elasticity in areas and
44:49 then you eat something like a vegetable
44:51 you eat a steamed vegetable you eat a
44:53 raw vegetable you eat a piece of lettuce
44:55 you eat it orange you eat a piece of
44:57 fruit you eat a cucumber and you're like
44:59 I'm not digesting this food good I can't
45:01 eat salads I can't digest good but what
45:03 you don't know is it's digesting it's
45:06 just that you're feeling it rub and
45:08 you're feeling it roll and when it rubs
45:11 and rolls you got hot spots you're going
45:13 to be like I better go back to eating
45:16 eggs because those eggs felt good and
45:19 the reason why they may feel good is
45:22 because they become a glue they become a
45:26 liquefied goop and that liquefied goop
45:30 doesn't rub it doesn't touch the
45:32 intestinal lining too much it goes
45:34 through and it sits there like a goo and
45:37 it's not creating peristaltic action
45:39 it's not going into corners and cleaning
45:42 them out instead it's feeding what's
45:44 ever there to begin with that's giving
45:47 you the sensations of I got problems
45:50 with my intestinal tract and guts to
45:52 begin with and that's why people find
45:55 eggs soothing they find them easy on the
45:58 system they find that they're not
45:59 creating a problem in the moment they
46:01 could eat the eggs they feel soft
46:04 they're cuddly they feel like a warm
46:06 comfortable blanket and that's how it
46:09 feels inside of
46:10 us and we get tricked and we think we're
46:14 good and we're
46:18 fine all
46:22 right now I'm hoping to actually
46:25 replicate this right here but if you've
46:28 ever been to Medical medum lives and
46:29 recipes and stuff like that occasionally
46:31 it just goes a little different but I'm
46:33 going to try to make it look like this
46:35 I'm going to marinate the
46:38 ginger in some squeezed orange juice let
46:41 me get rid of
46:43 these you
46:47 know let me get rid of
46:52 these just hold
46:54 on hold hold
47:02 on just hold out a bit this don't worry
47:06 I'm closet eating the eggs you guys
47:09 didn't see that right all right I'm
47:12 going to
47:15 marinate you know I wake in the morning
47:17 and I'm like am I going to create a
47:20 situation where someone's not going to
47:21 be happy I'm going to slice the ginger
47:24 and I'm going to get the orange juice
47:25 going first of all let's get some orange
47:26 juice
47:33 going
47:35 nice all right let's get a little juice
47:37 from the orange squeezed in
47:41 here no disrespect to egg lovers no
47:45 disrespect to
47:46 chickens you
47:48 know no disrespect to animal protein
47:52 eaters this isn't propaganda because the
47:55 vegans don't know this information they
47:57 never did this is not like a vegan
48:00 Channel where it's all about vegan vegan
48:03 you're evil if you eat meat you're evil
48:06 if you eat an animal protein this isn't
48:08 what this is this is for all this is for
48:11 vegans plant-based people cuz they end
48:13 up eating eggs anyway they go back to
48:15 eating eggs the minute they get a
48:16 symptom because they're eating you know
48:18 a vegan diet they get exposed exposure
48:21 problems expose to something they're not
48:23 eating um their vegan diet right right
48:25 for what they
48:28 need and so they end up getting sick
48:30 they get their first symptom and what
48:32 happens lo and behold they're freaking
48:34 out and they go back to eggs
48:36 anyway how many people do that there's
48:38 some people I think just in the medical
48:39 medium community that are that are like
48:42 telling people you need to eat meat
48:44 every day and eggs and
48:47 cheese because I'm telling you eating
48:50 medical medium is going to hurt you
48:51 meanwhile they weren't even eating
48:52 medical medium they were eating just fat
48:54 vegan overt fats just vegan food they
48:59 were eating like cupcakes with canola
49:01 oil throughout the years they were just
49:02 eating whatever but it was vegan
49:04 meanwhile they'll be like don't eat
49:06 medical medium you should be on eggs and
49:09 cheese and butter I give my kids eggs
49:12 and cheese and butter and lots of it
49:14 right now you you'll hear that once in a
49:16 while and it's like dude i' love to i'
49:20 love love to see what you were eaing all
49:22 these
49:24 years all right
49:29 so what I'm doing is I'm just squeezing
49:31 some
49:33 oranges I'm just going to marinate some
49:35 ginger in
49:38 here
49:43 great okay all
49:46 right now I want to kind of slice them
49:49 in slices just bear with me here and I'm
49:52 going to take off the Skins you can keep
49:54 the skins of your Ging Ginger maybe
49:55 we'll get some close-ups too today whoo
49:58 you can keep the
50:01 skins on your Ginger I'm taking them
50:06 off simple as that and I'm going to
50:08 slice them like this you can slice them
50:11 in different ways I'm going to slice
50:13 them this way hold on here there we
50:16 go nice I'm doing thin slices of Ginger
50:20 here not thick
50:24 ones
50:26 and I'm just being slow and a little bit
50:28 more
50:30 careful
50:35 great as you can see we have some orange
50:42 juice I'm going to put these slices in
50:44 here and I'm going to marinate them get
50:46 them
50:47 going look you can eat eggs if that's
50:50 what you want to do I'm still going to
50:52 love you I'm still going to like you I'm
50:54 not going to hate you I'm not going to
50:56 think you're a bad
51:00 person nothing of the sort just going to
51:03 get some more Ginger going
51:08 here eat what you
51:10 want
51:12 right and and that's fine but I'm going
51:15 to give you the
51:16 four warning the
51:20 messages that I can message to you about
51:23 how it works with eggs
51:26 and we're going to we're not even done I
51:27 have to tell you why it even got to this
51:29 degree eggs were a great survival food
51:32 years ago before 100 years ago they were
51:36 an important
51:38 staple and everybody needed to eat them
51:42 everybody they needed to eat them for
51:47 survival okay so I'm marinating let's go
51:51 there we go take a look you guys and see
51:52 what you think how's yours coming along
51:55 cuz I know that we're doing this
51:56 together today do you have everything
51:59 you need if you don't have everything
52:01 just make one without something how
52:03 about that like if you don't have the
52:04 Cabbage then make it without cabbage if
52:06 you don't have the ginger then that's
52:08 okay now I just need a little honey in
52:10 here and I'm going to mix it
52:16 up eggs were a really powerful survival
52:23 food people need needed
52:27 them they were a
52:31 lifesaver famine it stopped families
52:35 from starvation in the Dead
52:38 Winter chicken coups were
52:42 everything everybody had a chicken cpop
52:46 everybody had one if they
52:49 could I'm just mixing this up this is a
52:52 little marinade
52:53 here but the the world has
52:56 changed they manipulated the eggs and
52:59 they ruined eggs on people of course you
53:01 can still enjoy them and have them but
53:03 if you get sick someday you're feeding
53:05 whatever pathogens are creating your
53:09 sickness it's not your fault they ruin
53:12 the eggs they just they do diabolical
53:15 things that's how the industry Works
53:16 they do diabolical stuff you must know
53:19 this by now who doesn't know this by
53:22 now let's make some
53:26 nice little fixings
53:28 here for our Millet sushi so I'm just
53:32 going to cut this down back here little
53:34 like
53:35 that we
53:38 go couple of ways you can slice a
53:40 cabbage for
53:42 this you can you can cut it in half this
53:48 way
53:53 okay and then I'm going to make
53:56 these nice pieces like this there we go
54:00 you don't want them so big if you do
54:03 them too
54:04 big what's going to happen is it they
54:07 could pop through they can break through
54:09 your Nori if if you make them too
54:14 big so I'm doing these slices these
54:18 ribbons right out of
54:21 here I don't want them too thick I don't
54:23 want them too thin
54:25 I just don't want big hunky pieces
54:28 that's just not going to work all
54:32 right here we
54:34 go
54:35 nice
54:37 nice I'm going to put this aside if
54:39 you're okay with
54:46 that okay let's
54:49 roll and then we're going to stick some
54:51 eggs in this gory
54:54 roll no we're not yeah we are no we're
54:57 not yeah we are okay let's get a
54:58 cucumber going I'm gonna peel this
55:01 cucumber if you guys don't mind got a
55:16 peeler we're peeling our cucumber
55:21 here
55:23 yes okay
55:28 I like getting the skin off the the
55:30 Cucumber because this is not a garden
55:33 cucumber you do a garden cucumber man I
55:36 love leaving the skin on because it's
55:38 not a garden cucumber uh I don't want to
55:40 keep the skin
55:43 on they put waxes on the skin of the
55:47 organic cucumbers they put waxes on
55:50 everything they put all kinds of MSG
55:52 there's nicotine on produce all of that
55:55 stuff I'm just not kind of in the mood
55:57 for that right
56:01 here and I washed that cucumber just so
56:05 you know now I am going to cut this
56:08 cucumber in
56:11 half so what I'm going to do like this
56:15 for a moment can you guys see
56:19 that boom
56:21 right okay and then I'm going to cut
56:24 this cucumber this way
56:26 right we
56:31 go all right then I'm going to make
56:33 these nice
56:36 rectangle
56:39 sections like
56:44 this there you go you don't want them
56:48 like huge you want them just
56:53 right
56:55 there we
56:59 go being
57:01 cautious you guys see that how does that
57:03 look does it look
57:06 good I hope you guys are making it with
57:08 me if you're not still great it's
57:14 okay look at that
57:17 huh perfect Siz Jennifer says over there
57:20 on YouTube my daughter has a bad cold
57:23 making her vitamin C shock therapy as I
57:26 watch
57:29 you wo
57:32 boom you see the
57:34 powder and this insane deal by the way
57:39 vimergy has that powder and they're
57:41 giving away a
57:44 free lemon balm take a look you guys up
57:47 close look at that and it's the best
57:50 quality stuff there is I did a lemon
57:52 bomm presentation one day with you guys
57:54 remember and I had all those different
57:55 lemon bombs and I showed you the
57:57 differences in why so crazy you get a
58:00 free bottle right here of this lemon
58:04 bomb which is actually incredible stuff
58:07 I know you probably can't see it I just
58:09 don't want to spill it but there you
58:14 go
58:15 nice look at
58:18 that it's just it's just incredible
58:20 stuff really is look at
58:23 that
58:26 amazing you guys know I work with these
58:28 guys mem is an amazing company that's
58:31 the micro SE powder um when you purchase
58:34 the micro SE powder they give you the
58:37 free lemon balm that's how it works just
58:39 want to tell you why we're making the

58:42 up
58:44 amazing collagen building skin you guys
58:48 like my skin you like my skin it's
58:51 glowing my skin is glowing I just just
58:54 had a facial never had a facial in my
58:56 life I just had a facial I got my facial
59:00 appointment I was wrapped up in seaweed
59:03 had my whole body wrapped up my face
59:05 wrapped in seaweed and they stuck me in
59:07 some kind of thing and they heated it up
59:10 and then they gave me this facial and
59:12 scrubbed my face and exfoliated they
59:14 didn't never did one of those in my life
59:18 never not saying it's bad or good I'm
59:20 just saying I never did anyway for the
59:23 skin for the skin and the immune system
59:27 with all the colds going around when you
59:29 purchase the micro C the link is in the

59:47 it out there I just want to ask you do
59:49 you hear it out there you hear it lemon
59:52 bomb use lemon bomb I'm Dr ston so use
59:56 lemon bomb hear it it's everywhere
1:00:00 everywhere I'm an influencer and I
1:00:03 recommend lemon bomb I'm a trainer on IG
1:00:05 and you should be on lemon bomb every
1:00:08 single person in health is squealing
1:00:11 lemon bomb because of medical medium
1:00:14 information and medical medium books
1:00:16 teaching people how powerful lemon bomb
1:00:18 is and what it does and because of that
1:00:21 it literally started an entirely new
1:00:23 trend which is the lemon bomb Trend it's
1:00:26 in everybody's green powder everybody's
1:00:28 whatever it's in everything it's just
1:00:30 used everywhere because of medical meum
1:00:33 information in books and that's why the
1:00:35 lemon bomb thing is crazy right now out
1:00:37 there but that's the best lemon bomb out
1:00:39 there it goes comes free with the
1:00:44 micro all right all right I'm getting
1:00:46 hungry let's just make sure we do this
1:00:47 here cut a few more of
1:00:50 these I like these nice squares
1:00:53 triangles
1:00:56 it should look good all right we got our
1:00:59 cabbage we got our Millet cabbage we got
1:01:01 our Ginger soaking in here take a look
1:01:05 let's keep it going we need carrots
1:01:08 now we need
1:01:15 carrots let's get some carrot action
1:01:17 going real quick can you guys see this
1:01:20 let's do a little peeling of the carrot
1:01:22 of course I I can hear it now I hear
1:01:25 someone yeah I hear someone talking
1:01:28 someone talking in the crowd there I
1:01:30 hear them out there they're saying keep
1:01:31 the skins on they have nutrients why are
1:01:34 you doing that there's dirt in the
1:01:36 carrot skin they got nutrients
1:01:46 man and I agree they do but these
1:01:49 carrots I'm skinning them I want them to
1:01:52 pop inside
1:01:57 yeah so let me just get a couple more of
1:01:59 these real
1:02:00 quick take a look you guys peeling
1:02:09 them I'm I'm getting this these aren't
1:02:12 from the garden I'm getting the skins
1:02:14 off of these carrots they're not from
1:02:17 the garden they're from the
1:02:20 store they had a little bit of a smell
1:02:24 to like you know stuff that's just in
1:02:26 the store they were just a little bit
1:02:29 more of that so I want to take the skin
1:02:30 off they're fine they're good but they
1:02:34 had a little something going on like you
1:02:37 know what I mean like maybe someone
1:02:39 handled them with
1:02:42 cologne you you know you people walk
1:02:44 through the store they're hand you know
1:02:46 they're handling stuff they got fresh
1:02:48 cologne it's like let me put fresh
1:02:50 cologne all over my hands and all over
1:02:52 my face and put it all over my body and
1:02:54 then let me go into the store and then
1:02:56 wipe that cologne on everybody's fruit
1:02:58 and
1:03:07 vegetable all
1:03:11 right okay so let's let's get these
1:03:14 carrots going here all
1:03:18 right going to cut this carrot in
1:03:21 [Music]
1:03:23 half
1:03:25 just ranting a little bit about produce
1:03:27 in the
1:03:31 store all
1:03:35 right going to cut these a little
1:03:37 differently
1:03:46 here
1:03:48 okay and I'm going to cut these a little
1:03:51 differently
1:03:52 here there we go go can you guys see
1:03:55 this I'm making it a certain way I have
1:03:57 company coming over
1:04:00 later and I'm making these just a little
1:04:02 differently I want them to have a look
1:04:04 to them a little presentation to
1:04:10 them you don't want to stick big hunky
1:04:14 carrots in
1:04:16 there you don't want your nor roll to
1:04:18 have that you want it just just right I
1:04:21 mean you could do anything you want but
1:04:23 I'm I'm looking for something here I'm
1:04:25 searching for something searching for
1:04:28 certain
1:04:31 appeal there we
1:04:35 go so you
1:04:40 guys
1:04:42 um got a hankering for eggs right
1:04:47 now just kidding all
1:04:52 right boom
1:04:57 the thing is what people don't
1:05:00 realize is that everything does
1:05:05 count when when you're really sick it
1:05:07 all
1:05:09 counts and so I like
1:05:12 to get as much information as I can out
1:05:15 to people so they can make a decision
1:05:17 themselves conscious Choice how can you
1:05:20 make a choice if you don't know the
1:05:21 truth about something how can you make a
1:05:23 choice if you don't know what's really
1:05:25 happening out there how you might have
1:05:27 been tricked or duped in life
1:05:30 right can't make a choice if you don't
1:05:33 know what's going down if you don't know
1:05:34 what
1:05:37 happened keep that in
1:05:40 mind you can make your own decisions you
1:05:42 can say sure I can have an egg I'll just
1:05:45 grant myself permission I feel pretty
1:05:48 good these
1:05:50 days but I want people to know what's up
1:05:55 all right we got our carrots going I
1:05:58 might take these
1:06:00 CES slice them a little different real
1:06:03 quick add a different uh look to them
1:06:07 and we're almost there this is going to
1:06:09 be really good really
1:06:11 good
1:06:13 boom those are actually there we
1:06:21 go all
1:06:23 right
1:06:35 so okay can you guys see this
1:06:38 still all right just about there and
1:06:41 we're going to make these Millet sushi
1:06:43 rolls which are one of my favorites how
1:06:46 many of you guys have tried these
1:06:51 before it's like crack
1:06:55 it's like literally
1:06:58 kidding did you love when people say
1:07:00 literally I was actually making a joke
1:07:02 about that the other day someone told
1:07:05 they said literally is this I'm like
1:07:07 really literally like
1:07:13 what all
1:07:16 right literally that fish was so fresh
1:07:19 on the table it it was flapping around
1:07:22 literally it's a fresh as fish fish they
1:07:24 use all right let's
1:07:31 go I'm moving this
1:07:35 over let's make some
1:07:40 rolls all right so I don't use a sushi
1:07:42 mat I hope you guys are okay with that
1:07:46 like I don't use one I never did I find
1:07:50 it's harder for some reason so I see a
1:07:53 lot of beginners when when they make
1:07:54 Nori they make a Nori roll I see a lot
1:07:57 of
1:07:58 beginners they have to have the sushi
1:08:01 mat and it comes out disastrous or it
1:08:05 takes them
1:08:06 forever like rolling them up T like
1:08:09 takes
1:08:11 forever I don't do that you can learn
1:08:14 the trick with your hands really easily
1:08:16 and you don't need to use a sushi mat
1:08:18 you just don't have to now if you get
1:08:21 brand new sheets this is to it Nori
1:08:24 right here if you get brand new sheets
1:08:26 fresh out of the package they're going
1:08:28 to be crumbly when you actually roll
1:08:31 they're going to break apart and just
1:08:33 explode on you you're just going to get
1:08:35 gy everywhere they're going to crack
1:08:37 they're going to break so I want you
1:08:38 guys to know that that's going to happen
1:08:40 the minute you take it fresh out of the
1:08:42 package like that when it's fresh
1:08:44 toasted and you open up the vacuum
1:08:46 sealed pack they're going to just
1:08:48 explode on you this package was open for
1:08:51 a while moisture kind of got in here
1:08:54 and so what you see now is they're not
1:08:56 breaking apart look at this it's not
1:08:58 like falling apart on me check that out
1:09:01 I don't even have to use a lot of liquid
1:09:04 on here here's another thing a lot of
1:09:06 people they'll use a lot of water on
1:09:07 their Nory sheet they'll tear it apart
1:09:11 so they'll actually get a lot of water
1:09:13 like this right
1:09:16 here or more water than that and then as
1:09:19 they're rolling it up and putting it
1:09:21 together it's ripping it's tearing apart
1:09:26 so you don't have to do that when it's
1:09:28 in this in this phase right here I
1:09:30 probably put too much water on that one
1:09:32 so let's go there we go all right now
1:09:36 this is the marinade what I like to do
1:09:38 is take a little bit of that marinade
1:09:39 and I like to dab it on here a little
1:09:43 bit like
1:09:48 this gives it
1:09:50 flavor major flavor
1:09:54 okay let's get some
1:09:58 Millet now what I'm going to do is if
1:10:02 you keep the lid on the Millet won't
1:10:05 harden up
1:10:07 yet if you take the lid off it starts to
1:10:09 harden up a little bit in the in there
1:10:12 so it's just about right though where we
1:10:14 got now you want your Millet to the
1:10:17 edges you don't want a ton of
1:10:20 millet just a couple of tablespoons you
1:10:22 don't want too much
1:10:24 you won't be able to kind of put
1:10:25 everything else in but you want just
1:10:35 enough there we
1:10:43 go you want it to look good when you
1:10:45 roll this
1:10:48 up
1:10:52 okay recipes for from the brain saver
1:10:54 book protocols all right let's pop in a
1:10:58 couple of pieces of
1:10:59 carrot two pieces I allow myself two
1:11:03 pieces of carrot I'm going to put a
1:11:05 couple of
1:11:07 pieces there of
1:11:09 that
1:11:11 cucumber I'm going to put a couple of
1:11:13 these in now this one might be bigger
1:11:15 than I wanted but it's going to still be
1:11:18 good and you can choose how you want to
1:11:21 do it doesn't matter if anything sticks
1:11:22 out the side
1:11:24 don't
1:11:25 worry okay all right here you go now you
1:11:31 got your Ginger marinade right here I'm
1:11:33 not going to put it inside the rollup
1:11:35 but it's still like that I still have to
1:11:37 make the Wasabi but let's just do this
1:11:39 first okay by
1:11:42 hand you're going to get some little bit
1:11:45 cracks and sometimes whatever but that
1:11:46 is it right
1:11:48 there
1:11:51 okay now I can slice that now and give
1:11:54 you just a real quick show of it I'll
1:11:56 put it over
1:11:59 here one of the tricks is when you
1:12:06 slice you don't want to push down you
1:12:09 want to like slice you're going like the
1:12:12 saw action see what I'm doing letting
1:12:15 you guys know so so it's not going to
1:12:17 get destroyed on you I don't like the
1:12:19 ends too small because they'll just fall
1:12:22 apart so I like it
1:12:24 big enough now I'm doing a
1:12:27 saw there we go and I cut right down to
1:12:31 the
1:12:33 bone take a look you can make them
1:12:36 smaller if you really want but I'm
1:12:39 making a pretty good bite size look at
1:12:46 this remember you got to do the sawing
1:12:48 action make sure your knife is pretty
1:12:49 sharp make sure it's not too dull now I
1:12:52 got a problem here at the end you can
1:12:53 use this as one big end just like that
1:12:55 or you can cut it and get one more out
1:12:57 of it I'm going to try to cut and get
1:12:59 one more out of it who knows what we get
1:13:02 okay
1:13:04 yep all right I just want to get this
1:13:07 first
1:13:11 one on
1:13:17 here you know I've made them so many
1:13:20 times meaning different Nori rolls for
1:13:22 so many years
1:13:27 right so you got a couple little pieces
1:13:29 of Mill it around but there you go
1:13:30 that's the start let's make some
1:13:35 more kind of clean off your board a
1:13:37 little bit so you don't have Millet on
1:13:40 everything let's get another
1:13:46 sheet now the reason why I'm choosing
1:13:49 Millet and not rice a lot of people
1:13:51 sensitive to Rice
1:13:54 people need an option
1:13:57 Millet has the
1:13:59 potential of being the least
1:14:03 inflammatory it's the safest grain there
1:14:06 is hands down if you're a grain person
1:14:09 and you're eating a ton of rice I would
1:14:12 flip to Millet if you guys are okay with
1:14:16 that so let's get some Millet on
1:14:20 here did I say
1:14:22 millet
1:14:24 okay let's move this best we can
1:14:29 over there we
1:14:33 go
1:14:35 okay it's the least irritating for
1:14:38 people it's the least mucus
1:14:42 forming okay a lot of people have mucus
1:14:45 they have a lot of
1:14:47 mucus because they're dealing with all
1:14:49 kinds of different stuff that I've
1:14:50 talked about the medical medium
1:14:52 information but it's the least mucus
1:14:55 forming in the
1:14:57 body it's an what I call an alkaline
1:15:00 grain that's a big deal all on its
1:15:02 own it's one of the only
1:15:06 grains that isn't that that's an what I
1:15:10 call an alkaline it's high on its pH
1:15:13 it's High baby it's high all right let's
1:15:16 get some of this here carrots get a
1:15:20 couple of them in
1:15:22 here
1:15:24 nice I'm putting three carrots in here
1:15:26 this time let's get some of the cucumber
1:15:29 in
1:15:30 here so if you're somebody that's doing
1:15:32 grains anyway like your big thing like
1:15:34 you're like look I'm I'm macrobiotic I'm
1:15:38 all grains there's some dinosaurs left
1:15:41 maybe that are like macrobiotic people
1:15:44 like I'm pretty sure there there's
1:15:45 there's not too many out there anymore
1:15:47 they've been just beat they've had so
1:15:49 many beatdowns about grains being so bad
1:15:52 right all right so we got all that in
1:15:54 there let's roll this baby roll this
1:15:57 puppy like I said I don't like the sushi
1:16:00 mat I like it by
1:16:04 hand got a little tear on that one on
1:16:07 the back end and that will happen I
1:16:09 might not put any more moisture on these
1:16:13 but there we
1:16:14 go may cut this one
1:16:18 here do some sawing
1:16:21 action now it's inab
1:16:23 you're going to get braks no matter what
1:16:26 in your Nory
1:16:28 Sheets if you're like not used to doing
1:16:31 these on any level roll two and I'll
1:16:35 show you doing two at a
1:16:38 time you can go to Medical medium.com at
1:16:41 the supplement directory in the section
1:16:43 you can that has the kitchen tools and
1:16:45 you can see that section there and you
1:16:47 can find what I'm using today I'm going
1:16:49 to be using a Wasabi which I still have
1:16:52 to make the you know the the
1:16:56 Wasabi go to the food
1:16:59 section now some of these are just like
1:17:02 you can do the best you can but you're
1:17:04 always going to get a Nory sheet that's
1:17:06 not going to
1:17:09 cooperate it's like you you know you do
1:17:11 the best you can with what you have so
1:17:18 far all right I'm liking these now what
1:17:20 I'm going to do with this one is I'm not
1:17:21 going to add any moisture to this one
1:17:26 okay I'm going to leave this one just
1:17:28 like
1:17:29 this the moisture will actually cause a
1:17:33 break let's get some Millet on here I'm
1:17:36 sorry am I boring
1:17:41 you so told me that someone said oh my
1:17:44 God I'm bored because I just want to eat
1:17:48 them but how come you're not making them
1:17:51 then how how are you going to eat them
1:17:53 if you're not making them you got to
1:17:55 make them to eat
1:17:59 them all
1:18:01 right now I put a decent amount of
1:18:04 millet in this
1:18:06 one you can go less you could go more I
1:18:09 decided to put a little bit more Millet
1:18:11 in this one I'm going to make this one a
1:18:13 little bit more fatter let's get these
1:18:15 cucumber slices in
1:18:21 here I'm going to do one carrot in this
1:18:23 one I'm going to do some more
1:18:27 cabbage all right David says this is
1:18:30 like watching PMP it's
1:18:42 soothing all right let's roll it
1:18:48 up now like what I did this time was I
1:18:51 made it a little bigger it's a little
1:18:53 bit more plump was that a bad idea not
1:18:56 sure I'm going to put a little bit of
1:18:57 moisture on the
1:19:03 edge boom that's a nice one right there
1:19:07 that's what I'm talking
1:19:10 about that's what I'm talking about okay
1:19:13 slice this up you know what I'm saying
1:19:16 you ever run into somebody like you know
1:19:17 what I'm saying you see what I'm saying
1:19:18 I'm like yeah I see what you're saying
1:19:20 no you see what I'm saying man I go yeah
1:19:22 I see see what you're
1:19:25 saying I'm just saying I know you're
1:19:28 just saying it's okay I do that a lot I
1:19:32 do that a
1:19:34 lot all
1:19:38 right okay some of these are going to be
1:19:40 a little crazy let's just get this going
1:19:43 let's kind of do a little close-up on
1:19:45 here like
1:19:46 this where'd you go remember when you're
1:19:49 slicing make sure you slice all the way
1:19:52 to the bottom and they're not
1:19:54 connected multitasking man
1:20:01 multitasking you know what I love about
1:20:04 this this isn't going to feed any
1:20:07 pathogens this isn't going to feed any
1:20:10 bugs yeast mold fungus it's not going to
1:20:13 feed any of that over there on IG o aw
1:20:16 you always put a smile on my face even
1:20:18 when I'm struggling with symptoms every
1:20:21 day that means a lot to me that means a
1:20:24 great deal to
1:20:27 me thank you for being here
1:20:30 and bless your heart let's get some more
1:20:32 Millet going
1:20:35 on I'm trying to be careful with these I
1:20:38 don't want to butcher
1:20:41 these
1:20:44 okay if you just got here you're in aw's
1:20:47 kitchen we annihilated eggs I hope
1:20:50 everybody's
1:20:51 okay
1:20:53 all right and then we're going to try to
1:20:54 move this over
1:20:58 here there we
1:21:00 go we're using Millet Millet an alkaline
1:21:04 grain it's the only grain that's
1:21:07 actually
1:21:09 alkaline if that like matters to you
1:21:12 guys or not some people that matters
1:21:14 greatly that's a big deal to some people
1:21:16 out there like is it alkaline like is it
1:21:19 alkaline what's the pH is it up there
1:21:22 this one is this grain is so for grains
1:21:25 that's what this
1:21:28 is let's put a couple of pieces of
1:21:31 cucumber let's not be a nemic about it
1:21:34 and then we'll do couple of carrots we
1:21:38 will get some cabbage in there now too
1:21:42 let's roll this puppy
1:21:45 up all
1:21:46 right thing is with
1:21:50 people you know I told totally
1:21:53 understand it's like you get programmed
1:21:54 on the food you eat and you can't break
1:21:57 it and then even if you've healed you go
1:22:02 back to that food you know you go back
1:22:04 to that food there's a break in that one
1:22:06 it's a little bit more
1:22:08 difficult that Nory sheet let's make
1:22:12 another let's get this one up
1:22:16 here let's go there we
1:22:21 go
1:22:23 a lot of people will use medical medium
1:22:25 information and they'll start
1:22:27 healing they'll spend 2 years 3 years on
1:22:30 it they've gotten rid of 10 out of their
1:22:32 20 symptoms that no doctor could get rid
1:22:35 of they've gotten rid of 15 symptoms out
1:22:38 of their 20 symptoms that no doctor can
1:22:40 get rid of no practitioner can get rid
1:22:43 of no self-help course can get rid
1:22:46 of they started recovering started
1:22:49 getting better and better started
1:22:50 talking about the medical medium
1:22:52 information supporting the medical
1:22:53 medium information talking about how
1:22:55 great it
1:22:57 is they get to a point they're just sick
1:23:00 of doing
1:23:01 it or you know they want to do something
1:23:11 else meanwhile without that medical meme
1:23:13 information they wouldn't be in the
1:23:15 place they
1:23:21 are
1:23:24 all right we got some cucumber in here
1:23:26 I'm doing four pieces of cucumber I'm
1:23:28 going to do
1:23:29 two carrot sticks right there let's get
1:23:32 some more cabbage I really like
1:23:34 these and then we're going to do some
1:23:36 Wasabi we're almost there all right now
1:23:39 keep in mind the Cabbage will tear into
1:23:41 this these norish sheets you know hard
1:23:44 like crunchy vegetables will actually
1:23:46 rip and tear in so you you when you're
1:23:49 rolling it up this is when you can tear
1:23:51 you know but yet you want it tight
1:23:53 enough because you don't want it Loose
1:23:56 there you go that's actually a really
1:23:58 good
1:24:00 one
1:24:02 okay py Ren says I always feel better
1:24:05 after watching aw live just like with
1:24:08 PNP Pride and Prejudice Pride and
1:24:11 Prejudice 1995 version critical to know
1:24:16 more light-hearted and even symptoms
1:24:18 pull back so your nervous system is
1:24:21 relaxing when you're watching medical
1:24:24 medium and so so your nervous system is
1:24:26 calming down your mind
1:24:29 calms y listen to my audio on telegram I
1:24:33 just talked about P&P Pride and
1:24:35 Prejudice the 1995 version can you catch
1:24:38 up on those go to my telegram when you
1:24:40 guys get a chance after this and check
1:24:43 out the the last four I think four three
1:24:46 or four um audio clips that I did about
1:24:50 Pride and Prejudice how how important it
1:24:53 is how how like healing it is why
1:24:56 because Darkness wasn't in the film
1:24:57 production on that you know because the
1:25:01 problem people don't realize that in a
1:25:03 lot of documentaries and a lot of movies
1:25:06 a lot of TV there's Darkness
1:25:08 involved on all kinds of levels and
1:25:11 there there wasn't any in that it just
1:25:13 really incredible process that happened
1:25:16 it's one of those Miracles and when you
1:25:18 watch Pride and
1:25:20 Prejudice you'll you'll feel it you'll
1:25:22 see even if you don't like the story
1:25:24 line if you don't like Jane Austin
1:25:26 originally whatever it is it's really
1:25:29 something
1:25:30 special something to
1:25:33 experience it's easy on the system it's
1:25:37 healing it's a healing tool is really
1:25:40 what it
1:25:41 is all
1:25:45 right see right there it's a little
1:25:47 connected you want to cut really good
1:25:49 right
1:25:51 there sure a little crumbly but but good
1:25:54 so far and then I'm going to make uh I'm
1:25:57 going to try to salvage this one this
1:25:59 one was a little beaten up here there we
1:26:03 go you want to do a sawing action like I
1:26:06 said you guys or you're just going to
1:26:08 just it's going to tear apart look at
1:26:11 that there you go little sawing action
1:26:14 now this one broke at one part of it so
1:26:17 I'm going to just kind of take this
1:26:18 piece out the middle there you go that
1:26:21 will happen happen from time to time
1:26:24 there's nothing you can do about that
1:26:26 there you go let's get these in here
1:26:29 nice nice look at that look at that it's
1:26:34 coming together so good scoot that
1:26:37 over and let's get one more
1:26:40 actually
1:26:44 interesting oh yes
1:26:49 nice going to have some fun here let me
1:26:51 move this
1:26:55 over okay guys I need a couple little
1:26:58 different glass
1:27:01 bowls I'm going to get the ginger in one
1:27:03 of them right
1:27:08 here
1:27:10 okay let's take a look these are the
1:27:12 marinated Ginger
1:27:15 pieces you want to know it tastes good
1:27:18 these tastes good so good it's insane
1:27:21 you got your nice little Ginger pieces
1:27:22 in there look at
1:27:25 that so
1:27:27 [Music]
1:27:31 good oh my God these are so
1:27:37 good okay let's get that on
1:27:42 here let's get a Wasabi going freaking
1:27:46 Gourmet W sa Su
1:27:50 says all right got some Wasabi right
1:27:53 here it's
1:27:55 fresh fresh out of the right out of the
1:27:59 bottle
1:28:00 here nice let's get this
1:28:03 going now I don't know if you guys ever
1:28:05 do the Wasabi but man be careful the
1:28:09 rush you can get is insane you do too
1:28:12 much Wasabi that horseradish that Rush
1:28:14 it's just like it like blows your mind
1:28:17 it blows your sinuses out so if you've
1:28:20 never done it just kind of be
1:28:29 cautious okay need a little bit of water
1:28:32 in
1:28:33 this so I'm going to drop a
1:28:43 touch go a little bit at a time you
1:28:45 don't want it sloppy you don't want it
1:28:47 like sloppy
1:28:49 wet you want to make sure it's it's got
1:28:52 some consistency you don't want it dry
1:28:55 to the Bone either so I'm going to go
1:28:57 one
1:29:00 tablespoon I'm going to go with another
1:29:02 tablespoon right
1:29:04 here of some water a lot of people use
1:29:08 Namo you they use
1:29:11 tamari they use coconut aminos keep in
1:29:14 mind you don't want to put that in your
1:29:17 Wasabi together in the mix you'll ruin
1:29:20 the flavor of the wasabi you'll destroy
1:29:22 it I see people I've seen them out there
1:29:25 this is a perfect consistency of Wasabi
1:29:27 right here and then I'm going to put it
1:29:29 in a smaller little glass
1:29:33 bowl I
1:29:37 think you don't want to destroy your
1:29:39 Wasabi and you don't want to put
1:29:40 something else in there you just want
1:29:42 water in there you have to trust me on
1:29:46 that you have to believe me on
1:29:50 that
1:29:54 we're in the ew kitchen right here I am
1:29:57 going to put this
1:29:59 Wasabi right in this little glass bowl
1:30:03 you see
1:30:08 it this stuff is hot I already can tell
1:30:12 it's already getting to my sinuses right
1:30:14 now it's already got that like blowout
1:30:16 feeling like you're going to be blowing
