out of brain 0:11 saver 0:14 protocols what you'll see out there in 0:16 the world is everybody in the dental 0:18 chairs they're in the dentist offices 0:20 they're getting their teeth drilled 0:22 they're getting root canals cavities 0:24 filled they gum disease they're getting 0:27 that plaque ripped out right all that 0:30 plaque ripped out they're doing all that 0:33 too it's another thing 0:36 happening everybody's going in there and 0:38 they dread it they dread getting the 0:41 under the gum plaque ripped up it's 0:45 awful scrape scrape scrape scrape we're 0:48 going to numb you up here we'll do a 0:50 whole bunch of numbing agents scrape 0:52 scrape scrape scrape scrape that's a 0:54 painful process so many people are up 0:55 against that and then of course they get 0:56 root canals they get all kinds of 0:59 different things 1:01 see they have problems with their nerves 1:03 and their teeth they have pain that's 1:05 not even Dental caused but either way 1:09 people get a lot of root canals they 1:10 have a lot of problems with their Dentin 1:12 we're going to cover a little bit about 1:13 that all on its own we're also making a 1:15 sparga sushi but we're going into the 1:17 teeth big time and I'm proud to say I'm 1:20 going to say it right here every single 1:23 one of my teeth are mine they are not 1:26 implants every single one of 1:30 them that's key to know because people 1:33 are going to be probably wondering what 1:34 about his deep what about his deep it's 1:36 one thing the other thing right I don't 1:39 have one root canal not one root canal 1:44 important right there another thing too 1:47 aw doesn't have any gum disease on any 1:50 level not even the basic gum disease 1:53 that people have not one gum 1:56 disease and number three not one 2:00 organic cavity which is critical for 2:03 people to know how come how come aw 2:06 doesn't have all of that like what's 2:08 going on wonder wonder because I stay 2:12 away from teeth damaging diets it's one 2:16 thing too so we're going to talk about 2:17 also when you come into this world as a 2:19 child and you're severely Trace mineral 2:22 deficient and filled with a lot of heavy 2:24 metals because it's passed down from the 2:27 parents how teeth can become a problem 2:30 very early on with so many kids all the 2:33 way going into teenager and and young 2:35 adult and so forth how many teeth 2:37 problems so many people can have and 2:39 we're also going to cover how our teeth 2:42 just start to fall apart we don't see it 2:45 yet we don't know what's happening but 2:47 deep inside our teeth are starting to 2:50 fall apart we don't know and our acidic 2:53 diets are actually draining the calcium 2:56 from our teeth and then out of nowhere 3:01 they fall apart when they fall apart 3:03 they are time capsules that means you 3:06 want to start a new diet that's really 3:07 special and great and your teeth start 3:09 falling apart right away within the 3:11 first week or month or the first few 3:13 months your teeth were going to fall 3:16 apart anyway because it took years for 3:18 them to fall apart and this is Inc 3:20 incredible information we're covering 3:22 3:45 ingredients at your house right now 3:48 maybe you do maybe you can make a Nori 3:49 roll that maybe you don't have 3:51 everything here but quick rundown we got 3:52 the cauliflower that's going to be the 3:53 cauliflower rice we got the 3:56 scallions onion scallions from my Garden 4:00 I'm I'm actually proud of those those 4:01 are really good they're sharp though 4:03 they got an edge to them they really 4:04 they got the garlic ginger right there 4:08 hot cayenne peppers for my garden we're 4:10 going to use that in some of the dipping 4:12 sauce we got the radishes I love the 4:15 radishes whoa that one almost got away 4:16 from me and we have the asparagus which 4:19 is lightly steamed asparagus is lightly 4:22 steamed it's not steamed to death but 4:24 yet it's actually a little softer I like 4:27 it that way for rolling up so it doesn't 4:29 tear apart the Nory sheet the Nory roll 4:31 right that's there I got my limes you 4:34 might not be able to see in the bowl 4:36 right here and of course I have my 4:37 oranges as well so I got those as well 4:40 so I'm excited I might even have 4:41 something else that I'm using here I got 4:42 some honey over here whole bunch of 4:44 other stuff so let's get into some teeth 4:46 talk and then we're going to do some 4:48 cooking we're going to make the 4:50 asparagus sushi 4:52 roll right here and I want to show you got to 5:38 worry about right here probably one of 5:41 the number one things there's a bunch of 5:43 them what you see right here is vinegar 5:46 okay different vinegars I got the white 5:49 vinegar I got the vinegar that has a 5:52 darker color I don't care if it's apple 5:54 cider vinegar I don't care if it's 5:55 vinegar from planet Mars I don't care if 5:57 it's vinegar from planet Pluto I I don't 5:59 care if it's vinegar from somebody's own 6:01 backyard I don't care if it's red wine 6:03 balsamic I don't care what it is where 6:06 it comes from I don't care if a monkey 6:10 in a tree in Costa Rica made the vinegar 6:12 I don't care if someone pressed the 6:15 apples themselves in their basement 6:18 somewhere in the bush and made the 6:20 vinegar and I don't care if it's the 6:22 finest vinegar in Italy on a trip to 6:25 Europe I always feel better when I go to 6:27 Europe I'm always feeling better when I 6:29 go there how come everybody in Europe 6:30 though are sick sick sick sick and 6:34 they're eating the food too reason why I 6:36 must be feeling better when I go to 6:37 Europe is because it's a vacation I'm 6:39 not so stressed out and I'm happy to get 6:42 out of the states for a little while and 6:44 I could go on my little tour and I could 6:45 be yeah exactly anyway we're going to 6:48 cover that another day that's a big 6:49 topic the point is I don't care if the 6:50 vinegar comes from Grease it comes from 6:53 Italy I don't care what kind it's going 6:56 to slowly destroy your teeth I can say 7:00 it over and over and over again until 7:03 I'm blue in the face like blue in the 7:05 face because people don't realize is 7:08 vinegar not just wears away the enamel 7:11 so you can stick a straw in something 7:14 and drink it thinking it's not going to 7:16 hit the enamel but that's not the 7:18 problem the vinegar goes in deep and 7:20 causes a Calcium deficiency meaning it 7:23 draws calcium every time you use vinegar 7:25 anywhere anyhow you're pulling calcium 7:28 from your teeth 7:30 yes and over time this gets worse and 7:33 worse meaning the effects happen each 7:36 year you don't even know it you might 7:38 not be aware of it and then and the 7:40 dentist doesn't even see it too doesn't 7:42 even see deep down in the tooth deep 7:45 down in the Dentin what's happening cuz 7:49 that's important right there so let's go 7:51 and let's talk about that a little bit 7:54 down into the Dentin of the 7:56 tooth it starts there 8:00 that's where it starts in the Dentin 8:03 critical to know you do the vinegar and 8:07 then the vinegar eats away the inside 8:10 out not just from the outside the inside 8:15 out probably one of the most important 8:18 things to learn if you're trying to 8:20 protect your teeth now I don't have root 8:22 canals I don't have teeth problems I 8:24 don't have gum disease and I have all my 8:27 original teeth I don't have in plants 8:30 and I've never gotten veneers I don't go 8:33 and get professional whitenings okay I'm 8:36 not a supermodel supermodels get 8:38 professional whitenings like once a 8:40 month I get it that's what they do 8:43 they're getting veneers they're getting 8:45 dental work left and right they're 8:46 getting implants they're getting 8:48 whitenings I understand that's what 8:49 people do and people in the public eye 8:51 do that too I don't do anything for my 8:54 teeth to be in the public eye I just 8:56 want to make that clear to anybody 8:58 that's here here I protect my Dentin and 9:02 protect my teeth by not 9:06 doing one of the things that people do 9:10 every single day every salsa they have 9:12 every condiment every relish every 9:14 pickled this pickled that every little 9:17 thing that has vinegar in it from 9:19 mayonnaise to you name it they're doing 9:21 vinegar every single day you might be 9:24 one of the people that I don't want any 9:27 restrictions I can't have restriction I 9:29 want to eat what I want forget medical 9:32 meat restrictions I'm going to have all 9:34 the vinegar I want oh my teeth are 9:36 falling apart 2 years later 3 years 9:38 later my teeth are falling apart during 9:40 that medical medium but I don't want to 9:42 let go of my vinegars no way I'm going 9:44 to make sure it's in all my condiments 9:46 and all my Salsas and all my dishes and 9:48 all my salads and people pay the price 9:51 so vinegar is one thing right there so 9:53 let's go a little deeper into it how 9:54 does it work the minute that vinegar 9:56 touches your mouth inside goes right 9:58 inside 10:00 there's a call for calcium your body 10:02 goes into freakout mode it's like 10:03 calcium where are you calcium where are 10:06 you instantly because it's acetic acid 10:11 send me the red wine vinegar the Apple 10:13 Ceta vinegar whatever kind you want the 10:15 minute it goes into your mouth your body 10:18 screaming an alarm Bell that alarm Bell 10:21 is calcium calcium the vinegar is acetic 10:24 acid it's going to create it's going to 10:26 create a problem it's going to burn the 10:29 body internally I'm not talking about 10:32 outside use there's there's uses for 10:35 vinegar on the outside of the body 10:37 periodically I'm talking about 10:39 internally so there's a call for calcium 10:43 it's kind of like when a fire starts in 10:45 a building and the fire department's 10:47 called and the fire department comes out 10:50 and they're freaking out and they're 10:51 bringing out their hoses and they're 10:52 trying to save lives and they're trying 10:53 to die out the fire what's happening is 10:55 your body is freaking out the minute 10:57 that acetic acid that vinegar enters 10:59 into your 11:00 mouth your body's calling for the fire 11:03 hose it's calling for the calcium fire 11:06 hose is what it's calling 11:08 for and that calcium fire hose is your 11:11 calcium storage bins so any kind of 11:14 calcium you got in your bloodstream 11:15 instantly gone instantly gone so what 11:18 happens with people don't 11:20 realize and this is an important thing 11:22 to know right off right off the start 11:27 here okay we have calcium floating 11:31 around the 11:32 bloodstream we have calcium that's 11:34 circulating around the bloodstream just 11:36 from the things you eat on a daily basis 11:38 cuz a little bit of calcium in almost 11:40 everything if you're a meat eater 11:43 there's a little touch of calcium in the 11:44 meat chicken eater there a little touch 11:46 of calcium in the chicken it's not much 11:48 but it's there if you eat a vegetable 11:50 there some calcium in there if you eat 11:52 an orange lots of calcium there's 11:54 calcium in the foods you're eating that 11:57 calcium is floating around your 11:59 bloodstream you might be somebody that 12:01 takes a calcium supplement maybe you got 12:03 some of that floating around your 12:04 bloodstream that's not exactly the same 12:06 but the point is is we have calcium from 12:08 the foods we eat that are floating 12:10 around our bloodstream and guess what 12:12 happens the minute you drop in that 12:13 acetic acid right off the running that 12:16 calcium is used up fast it's used up 12:19 that hour that hour I'm going to take my 12:23 apple cider vinegar shots because I 12:25 heard on Tik Tock it's a great thing to 12:27 do let me go keep doing it there and 12:30 then you're losing all of your calcium 12:32 that's in your bloodstream in that 12:34 moment and not only do you lose the 12:35 calcium that's in the bloodstream in 12:37 that moment but you start losing calcium 12:40 out of the bones and teeth you guys in 12:43 that 12:45 moment not next 12:47 year in that moment you're losing 12:51 calcium out of your bones and 12:54 teeth calcium is there to neutralize the 12:58 AC IC acid it doesn't do a great 13:01 job but the calcium's there to 13:03 neutralize the acetic acid so your bones 13:07 and teeth don't fall apart too quick but 13:10 they still fall apart over time let's go 13:12 into drum 13:18 roll we 13:20 got 13:24 chocolate we 13:26 got 13:27 caffeine 13:30 caffeina we got 13:32 chocolate Okay caffeine that's a big one 13:37 that hurts the teeth too teeth 13:39 destroying diets well I'm on this great 13:41 diet it's really good it's this keto 13:43 diet it's really cool it's a keto diet 13:45 it's got some it's got a little bit of 13:47 fruit and some lots of vegetables in 13:49 there it's good yeah know I have my 13:51 cacao I do have my cow I really like it 13:54 and that's good there I do have my 13:56 chocolate that's in my diet you know you 13:59 got to have balance you got to have 14:00 moderation and 14:02 balance but your teeth are going to 14:05 suffer they just are I'm not trying to 14:10 just be like you guys look I want to 14:12 make your lives miserable today I want 14:13 to tell you about caffeine and chocolate 14:15 cuz you guys are most most everybody's 14:17 on it I'm sure some of you guys aren't 14:19 right but I just think it's this if you 14:24 know what causes teeth problems and you 14:27 learn and you still do it I don't know 14:30 what to say just when the teeth are 14:32 falling apart and you're getting more 14:33 root canals and you're getting more 14:35 teeth work and more cavities filled and 14:38 your gums are getting that plaque 14:39 underneath the 14:41 teeth just 14:43 know some of the causes to begin with 14:46 okay so a lot of people think 14:48 chocolate's healthy chocolate's good for 14:51 you because we're taught that we're high 14:53 on chocolate we're high in the caffeine 14:55 life's hard we need that rush we need 14:57 that coffee we need that CA c in there 14:59 coffee is so acidic it's another teeth 15:02 destroyer from the inside out so when it 15:05 comes down to coffee it's a little 15:07 different than acetic acid coffee 15:10 happens to be extremely acidic what it 15:12 does is it kills those those um adrenal 15:16 glands it kills your stomach glands it 15:19 starts to actually cause problems 15:22 deficits in those glands your adrenal 15:25 glands and your stomach glands both 15:27 those believe it or not do help and 15:29 protect your teeth over time but what we 15:32 do is we drink coffee every single day 15:33 not only is the cdic nature of coffee 15:36 really harsh on enamel do you ever hear 15:40 about coffee stains right coffee stains 15:42 coffee stains are different than if you 15:44 eat a whole thing of 15:46 blueberries blueberries that's a pigment 15:49 that's anthocyan in that gets into the 15:51 teeth sometimes you're eating a hole 15:52 you're eating all these blueberries 15:54 right blueberries blueberries 15:55 blueberries that's different than coffee 15:58 stains coffee stains coffee stains what 16:01 you'll notice today in today's world is 16:03 a lot different than back in the 80s in 16:06 the 70s and '90s where everybody's teeth 16:10 were just 16:11 yellow just yellow you see people on 16:15 talk shows in the 1980s their teeth were 16:17 all 16:19 yellow even they they're using white 16:21 strips everybody had white strips in 16:23 their mouth everybody in the 16:24 professional you know public figure 16:27 Arena all had white stripss their mouth 16:29 every single day they did they were 16:31 living on White Strips on their teeth 16:33 but their teeth were all yellow you see 16:35 a 16:37 concert even like you see a you you see 16:40 a theater or concert program and you see 16:44 people in the front in the 1980s and you 16:46 see them all their teeth are just 16:48 doesn't matter what age they were 25 16:50 years old 28 years old 32 years old 16:52 their teeth were just all 16:53 yellow right so we're in a place where 16:56 there's so many cosmetic approaches es 16:58 on teeth between veneers and whitening 17:02 strategies that people have and getting 17:04 you know implants and so forth and 17:06 Replacements and everything else so all 17:08 of that is kind of like putting that old 17:11 Decor of what happened years ago and 17:13 yester year with 17:14 teeth okay but if you go back and you 17:16 see some old footage and you're just 17:18 like everybody's smiling laughing you go 17:21 back to an old Oscars back in the 1979 17:25 and you see footage of like the Oscars 17:27 in 79 17:28 84 17:30 1985 all the celebrities her teeth are 17:33 all 17:34 yellow that's what it was like back then 17:37 right before what we have now out 17:40 there but it doesn't change what's 17:43 happening inside of the teeth it doesn't 17:45 change what's happening inside the 17:48 Denton it does not change what's 17:51 happening inside the 17:53 enamel so right now we're in the world 17:57 just like the world of the past we're in 17:58 the teeth destroying world the only 18:00 difference is we're probably doing even 18:02 more vinegar cuz we're doing more apple 18:04 cider vinegar probably doing more 18:05 caffeine than we ever did 20 30 40 years 18:08 ago and decaf coffee is in the same 18:11 league it just has a little less 18:14 caffeine a little less caffeine and 18:16 guess what the crazy things most decaf 18:18 drinkers maybe not you but most decaf 18:21 drinkers drink more of 18:23 it they drink more of it they supersede 18:26 someone else who has a little bit higher 18:29 caffeine in a cup of coffee a decaf 18:31 Drinker would be like I'm going to drink 18:32 four 18:33 today because I can because it's less 18:36 caffeine so they drink four cups of 18:38 coffee when someone else is drinking one 18:40 to two cups a day with the higher amount 18:42 person drinks four or five of the 18:44 decaffinated is like surpassing the 18:47 person with the not decaffinated right 18:50 caffeinated right so here we go people 18:52 drink matcha they drink tea they drink 18:55 soda they drink energy drinks they they 18:58 drink all those things too getting all 19:00 the caffeine with that but 19:01 decaf still is a problem very important 19:04 to know I want to go into like root 19:07 canals a little bit too in this episode 19:10 I'm going to cook for us in a little bit 19:11 if you guys just got here we're doing 19:13 asparagus Sushi is what we're doing I'm 19:15 excited about this Claudia Draper yep my 19:18 teeth were all yellow and same with 19:22 everyone else I knew that was the world 19:26 of yester year 19:29 so Amanda says that's amazing my dad is 19:32 losing his teeth they're just falling 19:34 apart it's like a time capsule is what 19:37 it is it's time capsule a time capsule 19:42 that just starts to ring the bell it's 19:45 kind of like on the ranch everybody's 19:48 working out there right everybody gets 19:50 hungry it's lunchtime ding ding ding 19:53 ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding 19:55 ding time to eat lunch ding ding ding 19:57 ding 19:59 the alarm goes off and what happens over 20:02 time the alarm goes off and the teeth 20:05 just start falling apart different areas 20:08 of the mouth too sometimes it's a 20:10 certain area of the mouth versus 20:12 another and sometimes it's everywhere in 20:16 the mouth starts you just falling apart 20:19 like 20:19 crazy 20:21 everywhere important to know so let's go 20:24 into bacteria a little bit so that's the 20:27 next thing we want to do 20:29 it's okay 20:31 bacteria you have to have bacteria to 20:35 have a 20:37 cavity you have to have 20:40 bacteria to have gum 20:43 disease you got to have 20:46 bacteria to have you guessed it root 20:49 canals well infected abscess 20:54 Roots 20:56 bacteria and at leads us to the next 20:59 place how does bacteria somehow get down 21:02 in there deep when there isn't cavities 21:06 and then where when there are cavities 21:07 and so forth but how do we get bacteria 21:09 down there deep in the roots because of 21:12 our immune system our immune system is 21:14 struggling we got zinc deficiencies 21:17 Galore zinc deficiencies are rampant all 21:21 around the world everywhere and that's a 21:24 problem all on its 21:26 own our immune systems are 21:29 compromised therefore we get in trouble 21:31 with teeth problems the more viruses we 21:34 have in our 21:36 life the more 21:39 bacteria the weaker the immune 21:42 system autoimmune so forth neurological 21:46 problems usually people with multiple 21:48 sceris suffer with their teeth the most 21:50 usually not every exact person there 21:53 reasons why there's different situations 21:55 versus how many heavy metals somebody 21:56 has how many toxic heavy metals and so 21:58 forth and different toxins with 22:01 viruses but the point is compromised 22:04 immune system leads to the bacteria 22:06 frenzy in the 22:09 mouth that's why the medical medium 22:11 information which I proudly 22:15 follow which at my age I have all my 22:20 teeth and no 22:22 problems which no implants no veneers no 22:26 root canals you name 22:29 it 22:31 right the goal is like when I take care 22:35 of myself the best I can because 22:36 honestly I'm not perfect at taking care 22:38 of myself at 22:39 all but I try my best in the sense where 22:42 I work myself to the Bone I burn the 22:45 candle at four ends I drive myself into 22:48 the ground I wouldn't recommend that for 22:52 anybody it's a bad 22:54 habit s and I started from the beginning 22:57 so so here's the thing okay when we get 23:00 a compromised immune system and our 23:02 immune system gets weakened we get more 23:03 teeth problems because we have an immune 23:06 system that's struggling it's trying to 23:07 fight and battle different things like 23:09 viruses and bacteria a lot of people 23:11 have multiple varieties of strep and 23:13 they have viruses like hhv6 and shingles 23:17 and Epstein bar even if they just have 23:19 an Epstein bar that's causing problems 23:22 their immune system cannot keep a tight 23:25 watch on the teeth and the gum so the 23:28 immune system cannot keep a really close 23:31 tight watch on the gums your immune 23:34 cells want to capture viruses and 23:38 bacteria on the gum line inside the gums 23:42 and behind the teeth in the 23:45 jaw our immune system wants to capture 23:50 Invaders pathogens viruses bacteria but 23:54 our immune systems are usually dealing 23:56 with other problems 23:58 other things that we're actually having 24:00 inside our body our immune systems 24:02 dealing with a lot of different viruses 24:04 and 24:04 bacteria people who have simplex one 24:07 Simplex 2 different varieties of epine 24:10 bar cyega virus is a pain in the butt 24:12 and a lot of shingles viruses these are 24:15 the autoimmune plague that's the 24:19 autoimmune plague aroni is all those 24:22 different bugs and 24:24 pathogens and so our immune system is 24:27 really busy on trying to protect us with 24:28 all that and at the same time our immune 24:30 system can't go and then take care of 24:32 the teeth and gums it can't go and take 24:35 care of everything here it just can't 24:37 our immune system wants to help it wants 24:40 to take care of things but it just can't 24:42 cover every single tooth in every part 24:45 of your gum there's no way it can only 24:49 get some of it at different times some 24:51 of it at different times so taking care 24:54 of our immune system is critical 24:55 learning why we're sick is critical it 24:57 protects our teeth and then if you got 25:00 somebody who's compromised and they're 25:02 chronically sick you guys they're also 25:05 doing chocolate they got the caffeine 25:08 cranking in their system chocolate wears 25:11 away your calcium reserves chocolate's 25:13 another thing that breaks down your 25:14 calcium 25:15 reserves it breaks down your immune 25:17 system I can't tell you how many time 25:19 over how many times over the years 25:22 helping out people all these decades did 25:25 I see when someone went on a chocolate 25:27 bin they broke out a week later with a 25:31 Simplex cold sore fever blister 25:34 chocolate binge fever blister if they 25:37 didn't have herpy simplex one chocolate 25:40 binge Simplex 2 if if that's what they 25:43 had 25:44 PS in the genitals area right if they 25:47 didn't have that chocolate binge okay so 25:52 chocolate binge and 25:55 then a a flare for Epstein bar chocolate 25:59 binge and then a new bout of mono 26:01 chocolate 26:03 binge and then an abscess in the tooth 26:07 jaw starts to 26:09 hurt chocolate 26:11 binge and then catching an STD 26:15 easily when they probably wouldn't have 26:18 really caught it cuz their immune system 26:20 would have pulverized Gara would have 26:23 pulverized the clap would have 26:25 pulverized it there means system didn't 26:28 pulverize 26:29 it so now they got 26:32 chlamidia they got chlamydia and their 26:34 immune system can't keep up with the 26:36 chlamydia they just contracted in a 26:38 relationship because their immune 26:40 systems bombarded by chocolate binge and 26:43 stuff like that and other 26:46 things the point is about teeth no matter what is because 1:51:26 they're time capsules they're like a 1:51:28 ticking Time Bomb what happens is 1:51:30 because they're like that ticking Time 1:51:32 Bomb people don't realize when they fall 1:51:34 apart like what's happening in their 1:51:36 life in that moment they'll be like wait 1:51:38 a minute I'm taking care of myself I'm 1:51:41 eating better I'm doing good things and 1:51:44 then why are my teeth acting like 1:51:47 this and they just don't know that 1:51:50 that's because of the past that's 1:51:52 because they're like little you know 1:51:53 little ticking 1:51:57 grenades in somebody's in somebody's 1:51:59 mouth where they just start falling 1:52:01 apart from Gears of all these different 1:52:03 things we 1:52:05 covered I don't want anybody feeling bad 1:52:07 about a root canal getting a root canal 1:52:10 in the 1:52:11 past I completely understand when people 1:52:14 have to get R canals 1:52:18 um 1:52:21 all 1:52:24 right another thing too is finding a 1:52:28 dentist that you trust and you're happy 1:52:31 with that's something I want to kind of 1:52:33 cover while we're doing this I I tend to 1:52:36 actually not talk about that too much 1:52:40 because there's so many other different 1:52:41 things to talk about but finding a 1:52:45 dentist you're comfortable with there's 1:52:46 a lot of people that they feel really 1:52:49 uncomfortable with with their 1:52:51 dentist they don't trust their 1:52:54 dentist but yet they have to go to 1:53:00 them sometimes it takes shopping around 1:53:02 to a few different 1:53:05 dentists don't be afraid of a 1:53:07 conventional D dentist you can say yay 1:53:09 or nay you can be the one that says hey 1:53:13 I don't want to do that but I want to do 1:53:17 this to Don't Be Afraid like PE there's 1:53:20 some people they're just afraid of 1:53:22 conventional 1:53:23 dentists they go to a holistic dentist 1:53:26 that's fine there's some good holistic 1:53:28 dentist out there but there's some bad 1:53:29 ones there's some good um conventional 1:53:32 dentists out there and there's some bad 1:53:36 ones you might find a conventional 1:53:38 dentist that's amazing really good 1:53:42 drills like no other handles your mouth 1:53:45 with care but yet they don't really know 1:53:49 anything about holistic but yet they do 1:53:51 the job they're doing that you hire them 1:53:53 for they do it right and you you can go 1:53:56 to a holistic dentist that has 1:53:57 everything to all the bells and wh 1:53:58 whistles they do the ozone they do the 1:54:00 ozone therapy they do this they do that 1:54:03 all the bells and whistle they tell you 1:54:04 to stay away from lemon it's going to 1:54:06 dissolve your teeth whatever which is 1:54:08 wrong but they'll do all these bells and 1:54:10 whistles they have all the equipment 1:54:12 there and and but yet they're not really 1:54:15 good as a driller they're not good when 1:54:18 they when they're working on your mouth 1:54:20 they're not changing out gloves when you 1:54:22 ask them to change out 1:54:25 gloves you want a dentist that you can 1:54:27 feel free to say look change your gloves 1:54:29 if you can I saw you touch this this and 1:54:32 this 1:54:33 yeah 1:54:35 and it's a way and to learn about how to 1:54:37 be careful at the dentist office read 1:54:39 the brainsaver books all the coffee and 1:59:10 all the chocolate and the the vinegar 1:59:12 the acetic acid and they burned out 1:59:14 their stomach glands it's the last one 1:59:17 you 1:59:18 guys 1:59:19 and what happened was their food's 1:59:21 rotting in their gut it's rotting 1:59:23 they're getting gut rot right food gut 1:59:26 rot and then all this ammonia is Ghostly 1:59:29 and it's traveling through
