their hips hurt 0:11 everywhere hurts and a lot of people 0:13 they have nerve inflammation throughout 0:15 their body they have chronic fatigue 0:16 syndrome they have fibromyalgia they got 0:18 ra they have psoriatic arthritis they 0:21 have all kinds of different conditions 0:23 and everything is hurting and they don't 0:24 feel good and then there's a whole bunch 0:26 of people that haven't been diagnosed 0:28 with a condition by their doctor and 0:30 they're looking at them like we don't 0:31 really know and your blood work shows 0:32 this but you might have inflammation and 0:34 these people have all kinds of different 0:36 nerve issues they have problems with the 0:38 vagus nerves tightness of the chest 0:40 frenic nerves going down through here 0:43 and they're having difficulties they're 0:44 having aches and pains everywhere 0:46 twitches and spasms and what we're 0:47 talking about today is hot packs cold 0:51 packs okay this is a really important 0:54 episode right here we're going to talk 0:55 about using water bottles how to use hot 0:58 water bottles we're going to talk about 0:59 even been using heating pads too so this 1:02 is an episode you don't want to miss and 1:05 we're going to cover cold packs as well 1:07 a freezer pack which I have it in the 1:09 freezer right now because I want it nice 1:10 and icy cold for a demo I want to show 1:13 you guys how to use icy cold um cold 1:17 packs and use them correctly so you 1:19 don't freeze yourself in a really bad 1:21 situation we're also making loaded 1:23 crinkle fries crinkle cut fries which is 1:26 a recipe right here out of brains saver 1:27 protocols which I'm very excited it to 1:30 do because this is going to be delicious 1:32 can't wait to eat it I'm looking forward 1:34 to it loaded crinkle cut fries are we 1:37 allowed french fries anybody are we 1:39 allowed french fries medical medium 1:41 allows french fries oh my God so 1:44 restricted everybody but yes we are 1:47 having french fries because you can eat 1:50 some killer kickass food that's really 1:53 tasty really yummy you don't want to 1:55 miss that as well now what you see in 1:58 front of me right here is is a 2:00 demonstration of different food items 2:03 it's for the crinkle cut fries you got 2:05 these scallions from the garden 2:07 beautiful you got black beans right here 2:10 wow that's going to be really fun you 2:12 got Tomatoes nice fresh tomatoes got 2:15 Cayenne hot peppers limes lemons look at 2:19 those Peppers right there wo those are 2:22 going in there too and what you see 2:24 right here very interesting is bacon yes 2:28 bacon pork fat pork rinds the whole bit 2:33 no kidding joking this is not Pig 2:36 materials right here this is actually 2:39 eggplant bacon which is another recipe I 2:42 already made before all this so check it 2:44 out right here you guys look boom nice 2:48 eggplant bacon that's the other recipe 2:50 now I made that recipe beforehand 2:52 because I wanted to have it done I'm 2:55 going to get to these nice crispy pieces 2:57 of bacon right here maybe do a close-up 2:59 too that'd be really really cool look at 3:00 that these are delicious bacon strips 3:04 they're seasoned just right they're so 3:07 good and this is going to be fun because 3:10 I'm using this in the crinkle cut fries 3:12 all right the loaded crinkle cut fries 3:13 this this is going to be the bacon on 3:16 top which is so Savory and spicy and 3:20 yummy it's like barbecue beef ribs the 3:24 things everybody loves to eat and 3:25 remembers eating sucking on those ribs 3:27 in those restaurants where at a cookout 3:29 right all that fat around the rib and 3:31 they're just devouring it and they got 3:33 all that kind of like what is that sauce 3:35 on top that rib sauce all over it and 3:38 their face it's all sweet and hot and 3:40 syrupy and they're like tearing into 3:42 those ribs and pull the meat off those 3:44 pork ribs those cow ribs we're not doing 3:46 that we're using eggplant which is so 3:49 much better for you you don't need pork 3:52 fat in your bloodstream people don't 3:54 really need that but eggplant really 3:57 exciting great food to work with 4:00 all right so let's get into it a little 4:01 bit and just so you know I hear a noise 4:04 in the distance it is my steamer and my 4:07 steamer is bubbling up 4:09 going and what it's doing is it's got 4:12 carrots in there because we're making 4:13 the nacho cheese correct we're using 4:16 cheese that's not the fake garbage vegan 4:19 cheese that's out there in the store 4:21 that's got natural flavors in it citric 4:23 acid and all this junk and all this 4:25 hidden stuff in there cuz they're 4:26 allowed to put up up to 10% ingredients 4:29 in into those vegan cheeses that are not 4:31 listed on the label so you're sitting 4:33 with those vegan cheeses at the store 4:34 and you're like this is great a vegan 4:36 cheese and it's loaded with all kinds of 4:38 different garbage and junk and 4:40 everything we're going to make our own 4:42 nacho cheese baby we're going to make 4:44 our own cheese and it's got carrots in 4:47 there and so forth so I'm excited about 4:48 that so don't worry about the steamer 4:49 you hear in the distance cuz I hear it 4:51 and I love hearing that sound when I 4:53 hear that sound it's like a beautiful 4:56 sound in the distance saying healthy 4:58 food is in inside that steamer and it's 5:01 sitting there percolating just right 5:05 anyway um I think we should get down to 5:08 it is what I think we should 5:10 do see guys if you just rolled in we're 5:13 going to talk about hot packs cold packs 5:15 you name it and I'm going to make a be 5:17 line really quick to the freezer and I'm 5:19 going to get an icy icy cold cold pack 5:23 out which is really important for this 5:26 demonstration so over here in my freezer 5:28 I'm opening it up right now I got two in 5:30 my 5:31 freezer because if you ever get an 5:34 injury or you need a cold pack for 5:36 somebody in the family or a friend or 5:39 anything it's good to have two because 5:41 one will eventually not be cold anymore 5:45 so when you're using it for a knee 5:46 injury or you're twist your ankle or you 5:48 sprain your ankle or you're somebody 5:50 with chronic illness that's just having 5:52 that unknown chronic inflammation and 5:55 aches and pains in the body that is 5:57 mysterious where you just feel like 6:00 you're 100 years old you wake up in the 6:02 morning you get out of bed and you feel 6:04 like you're 80 years old and you're like 6:07 why do I feel this way everything hurts 6:09 and aches and you're somebody like that 6:11 and you rely on cold 6:14 packs okay and when you rely on them you 6:17 usually need two so that's one tip all 6:19 on its own one doesn't really cut it 6:21 especially if you want to get a good 6:23 half an hour or 40 minutes into cooling 6:26 something down getting inflammation down 6:29 now I know some of you guys do ice baths 6:31 and stuff like that it's a trendy thing 6:33 but it I'm going to talk about how that 6:35 doesn't cut the mustard because it's 6:37 your entire body going into the cold so 6:39 it can't localize the area and get the 6:42 inflammation down that's important to 6:44 know athletes athletes actually can do 6:47 ice baths and stuff like that to cool 6:49 the body temp down if they're really 6:51 revved up and heated up like seriously 6:53 they were on the field and they go 6:56 straight from there or straight from a 6:58 workout practice and they go right into 7:00 a cold bath I mean that that's what 7:02 people do and of course there's other 7:04 therapies that require cold but when 7:06 you're chronically sick or you got an 7:08 injury that's in a certain area you 7:11 can't do the ice bath and medical mem 7:14 information I don't recommend the ice 7:16 baths because what happens is it drives 7:18 your adrenals into chaos so that's 7:20 something to know right there now I do 7:23 see un social a lot of people they're 7:26 trying out like ice baths and they do 7:27 the D they dip into it and they get 7:29 ready they get their suit on or they go 7:31 in their tub is filled with ice and what 7:33 they're doing is they're trashing their 7:35 adrenals and they don't know this I want 7:37 to go into that a little bit before we 7:38 go into localizing with cold packs and 7:41 so forth Uma says I hope you have these 7:43 listed on your website you can find a 7:45 link in the description and profile okay 7:48 at medicalmedium.com that's where you go 7:50 and you'll find the link that takes you 7:52 right to the directory area where you'll 7:54 see things like the the heating pad the 7:57 hot water bottle and the cold pack of 7:59 and all that so first all I just want to 8:02 just go into right away about the ice 8:04 baths that people are doing okay one 8:07 thing I don't like about the ice bats is 8:09 the body thinks it's in danger when you 8:12 submerge yourself in icy cold water so 8:15 your body goes into the chaos moment 8:17 fight or flight and as it goes into 8:20 fight ORF flight your adrenals are 8:21 totally just blowing out adrenaline 8:23 epinephrine everywhere because the 8:25 adrenaline is rushing through your veins 8:28 to try to stop you from going into 8:31 hypothermia keep that in mind so when we 8:34 do ice bath dips and we do them for 8:37 quite some time our body goes into 8:41 urgent urgent emergency 8:44 emergency something's wrong you have to 8:47 protect the brain the brain has to be 8:49 protected so then your adrenals flood 8:53 literally a big portion of your 8:55 adrenaline out at once a big portion 85 9:00 to 90% of adrenaline gets released and 9:04 spewed out of your adrenals that 9:06 adrenaline is circulating through your 9:07 body because it's there to try to keep 9:10 your blood circulating to try to 9:13 increase your heart rate so that your 9:15 heart rate doesn't go down as you go 9:18 into hypothermia so keep that in mind 9:20 when we do ice baths this is not an ice 9:22 bath demonstration or talk but I'm going 9:25 into that because so many people are 9:27 going to say whoa if cold p are really 9:29 good for me if localizing cold packs are 9:33 really good for me and they're good for 9:34 my AES and pains let me go do what 9:36 people are doing out there and let me go 9:37 hop into a tub with ice and water in 9:39 there but no that actually lowers the 9:42 immune system with someone with chronic 9:44 illness so anyone who's struggling with 9:46 any kind of condition the Deep ice bath 9:49 time you know that 5 minutes in the ice 9:51 bath that 3 minutes that's 10 minutes 9:53 that 15 minutes people do in the ice 9:55 bath is actually the worst thing they 9:57 can do with chronic illness because it 9:59 it hinders the immune system because 10:01 when all that adrenaline is released for 10:03 that figh ORF flate Mo moment when all 10:06 that adrenaline and epinephrine is just 10:07 coursing through the veins that wears 10:10 down your white blood count your killer 10:11 cells it wears down your lymphocytes it 10:14 breaks down your immune system and 10:16 that's what occurs when you do those ice 10:18 baths so I just want everybody to know 10:20 that there's a white blood cell right 10:22 there so when we go and do those ice 10:24 baths okay it's different when you're 10:27 someone and you got a raging fever 10:30 you're somebody that you have a raging 10:32 fever you can't get it under control 10:36 you're cooking at a 1004 10:38 105 and yes you get into the tub for a 10:41 little bit to try to drive that 10:42 temperature down but I'm talking about 10:45 therape you're talking to your doctor 10:47 and the whole bit about it I'm talking 10:48 about 10:49 therapeutically the ice baths create a 10:52 lot of Chaos in the body jack up the 10:54 adrenaline lower the white blood cell 10:57 count if you're somebody with chronic 10:58 illness that that is not going to fix a 11:00 problem it's going to set somebody back 11:03 it'll if they do it regularly it's going 11:05 to give them adrenal fatigue over time 11:08 so you know it's interesting you'll see 11:10 people out there you're like yeah my 11:11 adrenals aren't good and I got to do 11:13 things that protect my adrenals and 11:15 they'll jump into a cold bath they'll 11:17 sit there in icy water and they're going 11:20 to be hindering and damaging their 11:22 adrenals and they're going to set 11:23 themselves up for adrenal fatigue over 11:25 time so it's number one right there to 11:27 talk about when you're chronic sick and 11:29 chronically ill very important to know 11:32 so back to now cold packs and so 11:35 forth all right B vova says but how are 11:39 so many folks healing themselves with 11:41 the ice baths really they're healing 11:43 themselves with the ice baths I mean 11:45 that's not really what I've seen out 11:47 there so much and I've seen the ice 11:49 baths out there for many years that's 11:51 been going on like cold baths and and 11:53 Ice baths have been going on for decades 11:56 and people with chronic illness their 11:58 thyroid disorder order isn't healed so 11:59 you mean they do an ice bath and their 12:01 thyroid disorder goes away their 12:03 hashimotos thy thyroiditis goes away 12:05 their ra that they're suffering with and 12:07 they're on drugs for goes away when they 12:09 hop in an ice bath um their Lyme disease 12:11 goes away cuz I'm trying to figure this 12:12 out no disrespect seriously so when 12:15 someone's got lime disease and they've 12:17 they're pounding the antibiotics and 12:19 they're going to their 10th lime doctor 12:21 you mean an ice bath fixes it they're 12:23 all done boom you know and so what 12:26 you're hearing from people like that 12:27 you're hearing people who aren't sick 12:29 they haven't been sick sick they're 12:31 called not so sick very little things 12:34 going on with them maybe they got a 12:35 sinus infection they get periodically 12:37 maybe they don't feel good in other ways 12:39 but it's the they're The Not So Sick and 12:42 some of them with with a strong 12:44 Constitution because they've never 12:45 gotten sick yet hasn't broken down their 12:47 constitution they can hop into an ice 12:49 bath and they can get quick relief for 12:50 the moment but they get quick relief for 12:53 the moment cuz they're high on 12:54 adrenaline and that's what's happening 12:56 so here's what's going on when you're 12:58 not that sick of a person or not sick at 13:00 all and you want to do the ice bath okay 13:03 you're going to be on an adrenaline High 13:05 because your body is going to be 13:07 coursing coursing through adrenaline 13:09 when a plane 13:11 crashes in the Alps all right and 13:15 everybody's on that plane and the snow 13:17 is just coming down and they're their 13:20 way up in the mountains and the snow is 13:23 blowing and the wind is blowing and 13:25 they're in that plane and that plane is 13:28 crashed but they're still alive and 13:31 there's no heaters and they're not 13:33 dressed warm enough and they can't start 13:36 a fire and they start getting cold 13:39 that's fight ORF flight the body goes 13:41 into that crazy land of coldness right 13:44 adrenaline starts coursing through them 13:46 to keep them alive well when you hop 13:48 into an ice tub a tub filled with ice 13:51 and you hop right in your body thinks 13:53 it's the same thing it thinks that 13:55 something's wrong you've been left out 13:57 in the cold and you're in trouble and so 14:01 the body then supersedes and tries to 14:04 supersede by by launching and releasing 14:07 a tremendous amount of adrenaline that 14:09 adrenaline is to try to keep your 14:11 heartbeat going to try to keep you 14:13 moving it's the fight or flight 14:15 adrenaline so when you hop in the icy 14:17 cold bathtub and you submerge yourself 14:19 in you're like your adrenals are just 14:22 like flooding when you come out of there 14:25 you're high you like oh my God I can't 14:27 believe woo I can't believe I came out 14:29 of that oh my God that was an 14:32 experience oh my God I feel it I feel 14:34 really good I came out of the ice bath 14:36 oh my God right that's the adrenaline 14:39 surge that's what that is and when 14:41 you're not so sick and you don't have 14:42 chronic illness and you don't have Lyme 14:44 disease and every other condition out 14:46 there and you don't have Epstein bar 14:48 related conditions and cause conditions 14:50 you don't have all these other problems 14:51 and you come out of that ice bath you 14:53 like I'll do that again you know I'll 14:54 get working out next week or the other 14:56 day I'll do another ice bath it's 14:58 feeling good 14:59 The Not So Sick will swear by it you 15:02 stick somebody sick in those ice baths 15:04 and they're screwed they are screwed 15:08 it's going to tank them over time it's 15:10 going to waste what what adrenal like 15:13 adrenal strength they have left it's 15:14 going to waste it it's going to throw 15:17 away whatever adrenaline they have left 15:20 in reserves adrenal reserves right is 15:23 going to throw that away and over time 15:25 you're chronically sick that is going to 15:27 break you down knock you down and your 15:30 immune system is going to lower and 15:32 weaken because of it so your white blood 15:35 cells are going to start falling apart 15:37 because of it that's what's going to 15:38 happen they're going to explode and open 15:40 up so keep that in 15:44 mind Christen Burton says are cold packs 15:46 bad for adrenals no they aren't and I'll 15:49 talk about ways of using them they're 15:51 not because they're not putting your 15:53 body into hypothermic state if you're 15:57 being careful you're localizing with 16:00 cold packs you're not doing the ice bath 16:04 dip and you got to be careful there's a 16:07 huge difference between someone who is 16:09 struggling and sick with chronic 16:11 sickness and illness versus someone 16:13 who's not so sick or not sick at all you 16:15 see someone on social saying I'm doing 16:17 the ice bath again wow it's making me 16:19 feel good and you're somebody that's 16:22 sick and you've had fibro chronic 16:24 fatigue Lyme disease multiple sclerosis 16:27 you don't know what you got going going 16:28 on maybe you don't have any diagnosis 16:30 you're just fatigued really bad you got 16:32 aches and pains everywhere you don't 16:33 feel good you got brain fog that's 16:35 totally messing you up and making you 16:38 take a whole bunch of Aderall like crazy 16:40 because you got so much brain fog you're 16:42 trying to survive you're trying to get 16:43 back by you're on coffee you're on 16:46 chocolate you're trying to just keep 16:47 yourself going and push through the day 16:49 you go into the ice baths and do them 16:52 regularly it's a shock to the body 16:56 systems all of them because your body 16:58 says fight or flight Red Alert fight or 17:01 flight something's wrong something's 17:04 going wrong because your brain is 17:06 starting to get cold your whole body is 17:09 starting to get cold the adrenals are 17:12 just like fight our flight we're in 17:13 trouble oh my God your adrenals are just 17:15 going nuts like that's what they're 17:18 doing because they're saying don't go 17:21 into hypothermia something's wrong are 17:23 you in a plane did you crash in the Alps 17:26 what's going on is there a wind blowing 17:28 and you don't have a fire keeping you 17:30 warm you're not indoors you're not by a 17:32 fireplace you're where are you trapped 17:35 in Z degree weather out somewhere and 17:37 that's what your adrenals are telling 17:40 your brain your adrenals are telling 17:43 your brain your brain is communicating 17:45 with your adrenals saying I don't know 17:48 what this fool is doing your brain is 17:50 saying I don't know what this person's 17:52 doing I don't know what this person 17:54 who's got misinformation wrong 17:56 information is doing but I'm starting to 17:58 get cold in here and I need some 18:00 adrenaline fast and you better send that 18:02 stuff up and pile that stuff in because 18:05 guess what if we stay in this tub a 18:07 little too long that person's in trouble 18:10 you come out and you have a high now 18:12 you're jacked up instead of on chocolate 18:14 and coffee and caffeine and espressos 18:16 and green tea and matcha tea and energy 18:19 drinks instead of that you're jacked up 18:21 on 18:21 adrenaline that's how it 18:24 works big difference between not so sick 18:27 and chronically sick 18:28 big difference don't forget that one 18:31 very important critical I talk about it 18:34 in the books you should have the medical 18:35 medium books learn about the difference 18:37 between the not so sick and the sick 18:41 okay the rules change but what happens 18:44 is that not so sick they don't know what 18:46 it's like to be really sick they have no 18:48 idea so they'll tell you to jump into an 18:50 ice bath that's how it 18:53 works all right let's get into cold 18:56 packs right here woohoo these are are 18:58 getting nice and cold right now okay 19:01 different size cold packs I like this 19:04 size but you may have look at it Frosty 19:07 Frosty cold I like this size you may 19:09 like smaller sizes okay here's how it 19:13 works when you 19:16 localize cold to an area in the body 19:20 healing 19:22 stimulates the healing process kicks in 19:26 inflammation starts to go down if you 19:30 have somebody and you have knee problems 19:33 or a shoulder problem and it's 19:36 inflamed and you do say the ice bath 19:39 where it's whole body cold it's not 19:42 localized anymore so your body is not 19:44 going to look for the 19:46 problem critical piece of information 19:49 right there so let's go to it a little 19:51 bit my shoulders killing me right here 19:54 it's really hurting 19:56 bad I got a badge shoulder you know 20:00 something's really hurting in there been 20:03 to a lot of doctors he's saying maybe I 20:06 got tennis shoulder 20:08 whatever right what do I do right here 20:12 well let me do an ice pack and localize 20:15 it on the shoulder or around the 20:17 shoulder when you do that your immune 20:20 system does something 20:23 interesting it senses the cold in a 20:27 certain area of the body 20:29 it senses it it heads to that 20:32 area interesting it seeks it out it 20:37 seeks out the area you're identifying 20:40 your injury or your spasm or your 20:44 chronic mystery inflammation you're 20:46 identifying it you're helping your body 20:49 even locate it isn't that crazy and 20:54 that's what's 20:55 amazing when you do full body cold from 20:57 head to down to your toe there ain't no 20:59 finding nothing there ain't no 21:01 localizing there's no looking for 21:03 anything it's chaos adrenaline flooding 21:06 your bloodstream trying to stop you from 21:08 going to hypothermic your immune system 21:11 is lowering because it's dying off from 21:14 the adrenaline surge keep that in mind 21:16 adrenaline is 21:18 purging immune cells are dying that's 21:22 how it works adrenaline is surging 21:24 immune cells are dying when you localize 21:29 right cold pack on the shoulder say cuz 21:32 you got a shoulder 21:33 injury immune system is not 21:37 dying you have localized the area your 21:41 body isn't under a threat it's not under 21:43 a fight or flight 21:45 threat this means your brain is not 21:48 sending messages to your adrenals saying 21:51 save me I'm getting too cold too fast 21:54 something is wrong help help help send 21:57 adrenaline out out that's not happening 22:01 as you're getting your therapy your cold 22:03 therapy on your shoulder 22:05 area inflammation will drop 22:09 quickly 22:11 inflammation will reduce your body will 22:14 respond the cold will really help with 22:18 the area that you're localizing it to 22:21 and your immune system will find its way 22:23 to that area 22:25 after you remove the cold pack as 22:28 well keep in mind that when the cold 22:32 pack is off of you after you used it for 22:34 10 minutes 15 minutes 20 minutes your 22:37 immune 22:38 system goes rapidly to the area that the 22:43 cold pack was on your immune cells run 22:47 to the area the cold pack was 22:50 on That's The Power of healing with cold 22:54 packs and hot packs we'll talk about 22:57 that in a minute as well 23:00 okay let's talk about durations you guys 23:03 by the way if you just got here I'm 23:04 making loaded crinkle cut fries I got 23:07 eggplant bacon right there I got a whole 23:09 bunch of stuff I'm just preparing you 23:10 because we're going to make those right 23:12 after this I got some nice carrots in 23:15 the steamer I'm going to make some nacho 23:17 cheese without all the garbage just 23:18 wanted to give you guys a little just 23:20 rundown of what's 23:23 coming so let's head into this area now 23:26 durations you might be a sensitive 23:29 person one 23:31 size fits all no one size doesn't fit 23:36 all you're somebody that might only need 23:39 5 minutes on an area somebody that might 23:41 need a smaller ice 23:44 pack somebody can handle because the com 23:48 how comfortable it is or not they can 23:50 handle a really cold ice pack on an 23:52 injury or a problem their elbow is 23:55 swollen they have an elbow problem a and 23:58 payes they may only need a few minutes 24:01 of the ice pack on the 24:04 elbow they may only need 5 minutes on 24:08 the 24:09 knee this is where you become the expert 24:12 to what you're doing for 24:14 yourself here's another thing you have 24:16 to understand whenever using cold packs 24:19 you want to make sure you're 24:21 warm you don't want your teeth to be 24:26 rattling 24:29 [Music] 24:33 you don't want to have that happening 24:35 you want to keep yourself warm when you 24:37 use an ice pack somewhere on the body 24:39 you want to take a blanket and you want 24:41 to place it over you you want to have a 24:43 nice cozy warm blanket somehow on you 24:46 while you're doing your cold pack 24:48 something like 24:49 this so right now I'm looking for a 24:52 blanket I happen to have one here it 24:56 is 25:00 and what you do is you have a blanket on 25:02 you right let's try to get this blanket 25:05 on me it's a new dance it's called the 25:09 blanket 25:11 dance kind of like this all right you 25:15 take the coal back and you have it 25:17 somewhere do you have it on your lower 25:19 back de are you dealing with some kind 25:21 of back pain do you have it on your hip 25:24 do you have it on your upper back do you 25:26 have it on your side do you have it on 25:27 your rib cage are you putting a cold 25:30 pack gently on the chest for a few 25:32 minutes at a time I want to go into that 25:34 too with nerve inflammation Vegas nerves 25:38 problems when we have swelling nerves 25:40 frenic nerves vegus nerves and so 25:42 forth but you want to keep 25:45 warm when you're doing your cold packs 25:48 maybe you hurt yourself on a very hot 25:52 day and you really don't need it 25:53 possibly it's really warm outside and 25:56 you're not worried and you got ni nice 25:58 pack on your rib you got a nice pack on 26:00 your elbow your wrist and so forth but 26:04 if you're somebody that's using them to 26:06 just calm nerves down you want to keep 26:09 warm you want to make sure you have a 26:12 blanket and if you have to use cold 26:15 packs for even a bigger length of time 26:18 you may even want a heating pad involved 26:21 so right here I got a heating 26:23 pad okay here's 26:26 one 26:28 so I'm going to go into some different 26:30 tips and some different things and ways 26:32 to use heating pads that are important 26:35 so if you're doing cold packs on you you 26:37 can always lay a heating pad over 26:40 you you don't have to be laying on the 26:43 heating pad you can even have your 26:45 heating pad over the blanket that's over 26:49 you just keeping warm down into you as 26:53 you're using ice packs what this does is 26:56 it ensures that your body is 26:59 warm while the area that you're trying 27:03 to ice is cool and 27:06 cold okay and why is that important once 27:10 again you're 27:11 localizing if you're warm everywhere 27:14 else in your body and the cold is in an 27:17 area you're trying to really Precision 27:20 wise 27:22 get like on a Precision level then more 27:26 healing occurs 27:28 it's different if you're 27:30 freezing totally freezing you got the 27:34 shakes your jaws like quivering you're 27:38 cold and you have the ice pack on you 27:41 that doesn't help as much cuz now your 27:43 body is just 27:45 cold and now your body is going into a 27:47 different situation you want to keep 27:49 your body warm you want to be 27:51 comfortable and then you want to take 27:53 the cold pack and use it in the 27:54 locations you need to use it in 27:58 got a comment right here does it work 28:00 for nerve pain let's head into there 28:01 yeah it does work for nerve pain for a 28:03 lot of people it can put the heating pad 28:06 over here for a 28:09 second well I do want before I answer 28:11 that I do want to actually talk about 28:13 one 28:14 thing I never put heating pads High I 28:19 never click the button and put them 28:21 really really high something to know 28:24 it's an important tip keep in mind 28:27 I never fall asleep on heating pads you 28:31 never want to fall asleep on a heating 28:32 pad that's jacked up really 28:35 high I like heating pads being down 28:39 low I've talked to a lot of people over 28:41 the years a lot of doctors and 28:43 practitioners giving advice to doctors 28:46 and practitioners and healers when it 28:48 comes down to heating pads and one of 28:51 the pieces of advice one of the 28:53 important factors is you don't ever need 28:55 to have it so high you don't want to 28:58 cook or bake yourself you don't want it 29:01 cranking in an area too 29:03 long you don't want to do that you want 29:06 to keep it low you can drape it over you 29:10 you can drape it over you under a 29:11 blanket on low you can drape it on top 29:15 of the blanket un low the goal is to 29:18 send some warmth 29:20 in while you're actually using any kind 29:23 of cold or ice pack unless you're in a 29:26 situation where you feel comfortable you 29:28 feel warm and you don't need to right 29:31 now if you want to go a little higher on 29:32 your heating pad you can't many people 29:35 do that and that's what they like they 29:37 put it up a little bit higher and they 29:39 get a little bit of warmth and heat into 29:41 the area like a strained muscle or some 29:43 body aches and pains and the heat feels 29:47 good so people may do that but I'm just 29:50 giving some tips on heating pads now if 29:52 you're somebody that just won't go near 29:53 a heating pad you don't like heating 29:55 pads you don't like the electricity 29:58 factor I find that the electricity 30:00 Factor does not affect people it does 30:04 more good than bad for people when they 30:08 need that warmth it actually does more 30:10 good when you're chronically sick than 30:12 bad because I know people like heating 30:14 pads what's he talk what is he talking 30:16 about now you can use different hot 30:17 packs that you might like I'm not saying 30:19 you can't look for the hot packs you 30:21 want or anything of the sort so let's go 30:23 into the next thing right 30:25 here what's this 30:28 hot water bottle right here so somebody 30:32 who doesn't like heating pads can find 30:34 warmth with the hot water bottle so 30:38 that's an option all on its own now I'm 30:40 going to fill this hot water bottle 30:41 right here with my sink I want to give 30:43 you some different tips on 30:45 that one 30:47 is I don't like filling a tea kettle 30:52 with boiling scolding hot water and then 30:56 filling my hot water water bottle with 30:58 that this is something I don't like to 31:03 do okay got your tea kettle filled it's 31:07 scolding scolding hot water and you're 31:11 pouring it into your hot water bottle 31:13 reason why I don't like that is there's 31:14 a good chance you're going to burn 31:16 yourself and you're going to get thir 31:17 Dee burns on your hands your thumb your 31:20 fingers and even your arm okay so if 31:24 you're going to heat up your water to 31:26 put in inside the water bottle don't let 31:29 it get to that crazy hot temperature 31:32 where it's boiling and bubbling over and 31:34 it's at that crazy scolding level don't 31:37 let it get to that you can do it where 31:40 it's just you know it's hot like hot 31:43 where if you did it did hit you it's not 31:45 going to be a tragic burn it might be 31:48 you know hot too hot to touch but you 31:50 know what I mean that is what I would 31:53 recommend now what I like to do is take 31:55 sink water and put sink water that's hot 31:59 into my hot water bottle so I'm going to 32:01 do that now some of you guys might not 32:02 be able to see me over there on IG and 32:05 Tick Tock so I kind of put my hand over 32:07 here see okay so what I'm doing is I'm 32:10 running my tap over here so you guys on 32:13 YouTube probably see that and Rumble but 32:17 you guys probably just see my hand over 32:19 here hello I'm here not going anywhere 32:23 all 32:23 right okay I got my hot water bottle 32:26 right here tap water's 32:28 hot okay so I'm going to take this hot 32:31 water bottle I'm going to put it just 32:33 like this I am filling it right off the 32:36 to just want everybody to 32:40 know and it's coming out really hot but 32:44 it's not coming out so hot where this is 32:46 going to really burn me or any levels 32:48 okay there we go it's filled up could 32:51 probably use a little bit more but I 32:53 just want to get back to you guys I'm 32:54 going to screw on the top 32:58 okay feels good nice warm hot water 33:04 bottle okay put that 33:06 there here's a bigger one with a little 33:09 pad around it maybe you have one of 33:11 these already I will open it up there we 33:13 are that's a big one right there I will 33:17 take it 33:18 out big one okay you can put as much 33:22 water as you want in here as it will 33:24 hold you can also put just just half the 33:27 amount of water or a third of the 33:31 amount and then you can actually rest on 33:34 this on the couch you can put this 33:36 behind you on the couch you can get heat 33:38 to your lower back the hot water bottle 33:41 so you can do heat and cold 33:44 therapy by localizing areas so you got a 33:47 back issue or back problem or you got 33:49 some kind of nerve pain or just 33:51 chronically sick with aches and pains no 33:53 one can figure out why or what maybe you 33:56 don't know the medium information yet 33:58 and you're just watching this now these 33:59 are great you can put a little bit of 34:02 hot water in there you can set it up at 34:03 the couch put it behind you lean back 34:06 and be like okay this is nice you can 34:08 also do this where if you got a back 34:10 problem and you need a cold pack for 34:11 your back back 34:13 problem you can take the cold pack and 34:15 you can put this behind you like this 34:18 and you can lean back right on the 34:21 couch and then you can take the hot 34:23 water bottle over you like this and stay 34:26 nice and warm 34:27 especially if you're going to do a half 34:29 an hour or more with a cold pack link is 34:32 in the bio on some of the stuff you guys 34:34 take a look medical medium.com the link 34:37 is in the 34:38 bio and in the description if you're 34:41 interested on any of this maybe you 34:44 already have this stuff go to Personal 34:46 Care directory and medical me.com you 34:50 can do that 34:53 it all 34:55 right let's go into nerve pain 34:57 neurological symptoms and so forth a lot 34:59 of people have chest 35:01 pain a lot of people have abdomen 35:05 pain people don't know why maybe they do 35:08 know why but either way any kind of 35:11 nerve related pain throughout the body a 35:14 little bit of cold on it can do wonders 35:18 calms things down now you might be 35:21 really sensitive and you're sensitive 35:22 with your nerves you got a lot of 35:24 neurological symptoms and put in hold 35:27 this too 35:28 much that's why you can do 35:32 this okay just see is a 35:35 towel I'm going to open this hollow 35:38 up going to do a magic trick for you 35:40 right 35:42 now no I'm 35:45 not 35:47 and I have a cold pack right here in 35:50 this towel now what I recommend is not 35:54 going from cold pack out of the freezer 35:57 to 36:00 skin I do not recommend going from cold 36:04 pack to 36:07 skin no no no no no 36:10 no not a good idea way too cold it's 36:14 going to hit the skin really 36:17 cold you might feel even like a little 36:19 freezer burn touch not good so when you 36:23 pull your cold packs out of the 36:24 freezer I like to put put them in a 36:28 towel now you can do a thinner towel you 36:30 can do a thicker 36:32 towel maybe you're somebody that does 36:35 the thinner one but I like one that's 36:37 got a little meat to it it's a little 36:39 thick you can even go thicker than this 36:42 and then if you got the Vegas nerve 36:45 issues the frenic nerve issues if you 36:47 got all the different nerve pain 36:49 throughout your body your neck your 36:50 trigeminal nerve that's another thing 36:53 right here okay a lot of people have 36:56 that jaw pain they have that pain on the 36:59 side of their face their teeth 37:03 hurt what maybe it's a maybe it's a 37:06 Dentistry issue maybe it's actually a 37:08 problem with the tooth maybe it's an 37:09 abscess can put a cold pack on an 37:12 abscess not inside your mouth but you 37:16 can take the cold pack and you can put 37:18 it on the side of your 37:20 jaw that's a great place for relief for 37:24 so many people that have trigeminal 37:26 neuralgia 37:27 they have different pain in their neck 37:29 and face Facial Pain facial nerves 37:32 actually calm down when you put a little 37:33 cold to them now here's the thing you 37:35 want to be careful if you're somebody 37:36 who's chronically sick and you got a lot 37:38 of different pain throughout the body 37:40 I'm talking about just lightly touching 37:44 and not for a long time nice towel on it 37:48 and it's just getting some cold in here 37:51 you don't have to be on there for more 37:52 than sometimes 30 37:55 seconds 30 seconds 37:57 seconds so you're dealing with some kind 37:59 of trigeminal neuralgia jaw pain nerve 38:01 pain maybe you're somebody that just 38:03 grinds your 38:05 teethed real like stiff jaw maybe you're 38:09 somebody that has different pain in 38:11 different areas of the neck I'm just 38:13 talking about a little bit even if it's 38:15 30 seconds so when you're chronically 38:18 sick and you do 30 seconds of this it 38:21 can actually assist in healing and help 38:24 to drive down some of that mystery 38:26 chronic 38:29 inflammation same thing with headaches 38:30 and migraines just touching the forehead 38:34 with a cold pack with the towel on it 38:36 you don't want to sit there with a 38:37 freezer pack right out of the freezer 38:39 and you just shove it on your head and 38:40 you're like okay I'm going to leave this 38:41 on here don't don't do that but you can 38:44 just do little bits at a time in areas 38:46 that are hypers sensitive like the 38:48 cranial nerve areas so I want to get my 38:50 little thing 38:52 here okay so cranial nerves 38:57 do a little demo so many people have 39:00 cranial nerve issues all the different 39:02 nerves coming out of their brain stem 39:05 are inflamed so they're having facial 39:08 problems they're having teeth problems 39:11 and jaw problems and a little bit of 39:14 coldness to it can be wonderful just in 39:17 those areas the back of the head cranial 39:21 nerves in the back of the head cranial 39:22 nerves on the face with a towel over it 39:26 I'm just you Gentle quick ways you can 39:29 do this someone said there gerbon said 39:32 for me the ice baths made me sicker and 39:34 sicker glad mm told me the truth about 39:37 this so I finally started healing I've 39:40 seen this before in the past when 39:42 someone's sick and they're chronically 39:44 sick chronically 39:46 ill the ice baths aren't the answer and 39:50 either is a sweat tent that's not the 39:54 answer either either is hot yoga that's 39:58 not the answer extreme 40:01 temperatures that engulf the 40:04 body is something you want to stay away 40:07 from when you're chronically sick 40:09 chronically ill or you're just out of 40:12 the category of just being little bit 40:14 sick or something like 40:16 that the hot and cold 40:19 packs assist healing while you work on 40:22 the medical medium tools and you work on 40:25 the medical medium information so you 40:27 know what's wrong you know how to heal 40:30 and you have all those other tools but 40:31 this is a great way it's like a gateway 40:35 to healing for so many people right 40:37 there on IG how does this compare to 40:41 infrared sauna I like infrared SAA but 40:43 if you're chronically sick you don't 40:44 want to sit in there with the 40:45 temperature jacked up really 40:48 high you don't want to do that I give 40:52 direction about things like this in the 40:53 medical medium 40:55 books Medical medium new addition check 40:57 it 40:58 out you don't want to be in 41:02 there and just doing that way now I like 41:05 infrared saas but remember it doesn't 41:08 isolate so it's not like you want to use 41:11 it where you sit in there you bake 41:12 yourself all the time you got it really 41:14 high when someone's chronically sick 41:15 that's too 41:18 much and the same thing with a cold 41:20 shower I want to talk about like a cold 41:22 shower some people would say well take a 41:24 really cold shower that's going to help 41:25 me you can take a cold shower but 41:27 remember it's not isolating or it's not 41:29 localizing the area it's full body when 41:33 you do infrared sauna it's full body I 41:36 don't mind cool showers for some people 41:37 that's different than an ice ice bath if 41:39 someone wants to turn it cold and just 41:42 get a rush of cold water right out of 41:44 the tab and then shake it off I'm not 41:47 against that at all that's hydrotherapy 41:49 I'm not against 41:51 hydrotherapy someone wants to get into 41:53 an infrared sauna and they want to warm 41:55 up and they have that temp on just right 41:58 for their needs and they're not in it 41:59 for 45 minutes an hour or 2 hours you 42:02 can get in there for 5 minutes 10 42:03 minutes because if you're chronically 42:04 sick that may be all you need to do you 42:06 don't want to push yourself you want to 42:09 keep it very low for 20 minutes no more 42:11 than 20 42:12 minutes but you want to also brace 42:16 yourself be cautious and mindful that 42:18 you're not baking yourself like a 42:20 cupcake in the oven for like an hour 42:23 with a really high heat when you're 42:25 chronically sick and so forth and 42:26 honestly for just 42:29 anyone so cranial nerves get inflamed 42:32 and it gives everybody with cranial 42:34 nerve inflammation issues lots of 42:36 different symptoms ticks and spasms 42:38 aches and pains all kinds of different 42:40 problems why are the nerves inflamed 42:42 viruses toxic heavy metals it's medical 42:45 medum inflamation talked about that for 42:47 years and years so all the different 42:50 viruses and bugs along with toxic heavy 42:52 metals inflame the brain stem people get 42:54 all the different problems every 42:56 everywhere they get the Vegas nerve 42:57 problems going through their body they 42:59 have all this different like they feel 43:00 like they're vibrating they feel like 43:02 their frequency is off they feel tired 43:05 when they're not supposed to be tired 43:06 that's the neurological fatigue and they 43:08 have all the ticks and spasms and 43:10 twitches and then with that they might 43:12 even get some OCD and some other things 43:14 involved which are all neurological they 43:16 might get some blurry vision for no 43:18 reason whatsoever which is the optic 43:20 neuritis or optic nerve inflammation and 43:23 all of this 43:24 combined I talk about in all the books 43:26 so people have answers I'm just bringing 43:28 in though something that's really 43:30 powerful which is hot cold packs 43:32 different tips about 43:35 it and there we are all right you guys 43:38 I'm going to start making some 43:43 fries all right so first of all I'm 43:45 going to make some crinkle fries and I'm 43:46 going get rid of this hot water bottle 43:47 right here feels so good feels like a 43:50 nice warm cuddly just feels 43:53 good you 43:55 know 43:57 all 43:58 right so what you want to do is I have 44:00 steamed potatoes here now you can make 44:02 crinkle fries with potatoes that are raw 44:05 put them in the oven you can do it that 44:07 way I have them steamed right here so 44:11 I'm making my crinkle fries steamed so 44:14 I'm going to make a whole bunch of them 44:16 so let's see got a little window into 44:19 what we're doing here so let's start 44:22 here now these might crumble a little 44:24 bit these potatoes 44:28 you can make them as thick as you want 44:29 you can make them as thin as you want 44:32 it's up to 44:34 you some potatoes 44:36 might work a little better this one was 44:39 really flaky and dry but we might get 44:42 some nice fries out of that one there 44:45 there we go you guys see that I'm going 44:47 to move these over I'm going to make a 44:49 whole 44:51 bunch of fries here those are some nice 44:55 fries here's a another thing to know 44:56 which is really fun if your 44:59 fries come from a large potato you get 45:01 these large crinkle fries which are so 45:03 great if it comes from a small potato 45:06 like this you get small crinkle fries 45:10 how do you like that then I'm going to 45:12 do this maybe try to get one more out of 45:14 this we'll 45:16 see yep some of them are going to break 45:19 apart some of them will be just fine but 45:22 that's all right let's just do it here 45:24 we go 45:26 now I want them a little thick I want 45:28 some 45:32 thickness here we 45:35 are if you make them too small too 45:38 skinny there we go you might run into 45:42 problems now remember these are steamed 45:44 already these aren't the raw 45:49 potato I chose to steam them to make it 45:51 nice just so we can actually bake them 45:54 and make them nice and crunchy 45:58 I also chose to steam them so they don't 46:00 have as much cooking time in the oven 46:02 that's a big deal and I also like the 46:05 inside of the potato 46:07 soft I like the inside of the potato 46:10 soft so here we go let's get some good 46:13 ones here this a very large 46:16 potato and the inside has like a little 46:19 bit of space in there so these might 46:21 fall apart a little 46:24 bit there we go 46:28 there we 46:30 go they're coming out good I might have 46:33 more than my pan can hold but we are 46:35 doing it let's go there's another 46:41 one there a lot of information when it 46:44 comes down to hot and cold 46:50 packs information people don't realize 46:52 you can really get cold with a cold pack 46:55 where your whole body just gets really 46:57 cold and you want to keep yourself 47:02 warm another thing too if you're 47:04 somebody that has back problems hip 47:07 problems and you know you pushed it too 47:10 far you had a big day like say you 47:13 exercised and worked out a little bit 47:15 more than normal say you took a walk 47:17 that's longer than normal say something 47:19 else happened where you were you know 47:21 doing something and loading some garbage 47:23 out of the house say you were lifting 47:25 things bending down more than normal and 47:27 you're in your recovery and you know 47:29 you're not quite there yet but you're 47:30 getting better you might want to get 47:32 that cold pack on 47:35 there and you can C you can totally 47:38 Stave off an 47:40 issue you can actually save off an issue 47:44 from becoming something give yourself a 47:47 break the next day get that cold pack on 47:50 and you can save off an actual problem 47:53 that would have developed that's what I 47:55 like about about cold 48:02 packs okay this one's a little crumbly 48:04 and a little weird might not use much 48:06 out of that one and you could still eat 48:09 it it's all great all right let's get a 48:11 pan going let's see what we can 48:18 do all right I got a parchment paper 48:22 sheet laying it in the pan right here 48:24 now I'm going to start taking my my 48:25 crinkle fries and I'm going to be 48:27 dropping them in let's go let's pack 48:29 them in there really 48:31 good some are a little bigger than 48:33 others I just like that you don't want 48:35 them all exactly the same size it's no 48:37 fun when you start going when you start 48:39 you know how you like choose the fry you 48:41 want you're kind of going through your 48:44 dish you're looking for the French fry 48:46 it's like when someone goes to the fast 48:48 food restaurant and they get a box of 48:51 fries they start eating certain ones 48:53 they'll grab the little ones right 48:56 or they'll go for just the big ones and 48:58 they'll wait for all those little ones 48:59 to sit on the bottom of the 49:03 package some of these are just going to 49:05 be kind of crunchy pieces which I really 49:07 like here we go coming 49:11 together come 49:14 together right 49:20 [Music] 49:24 now 49:26 beetles all 49:29 right let's get some more of 49:35 these okay you guys don't like the 49:39 beetles all 49:41 right that's a really big fry right 49:43 there that's like a steak fry these are 49:46 like steak fries crinkle cut steak 49:51 fries can I get a steak please can I get 49:54 a steak Yeah yeah uh medium well done is 49:57 that okay can I get the the crinkle cut 49:59 fries the the steak fries is that okay 50:03 okay great great is it a steak at 12 oz 50:06 good good all right awesome thank you 50:08 thank you very much can I get a water 50:09 another water yeah all 50:13 right better yet can I get a beer sorry 50:16 about that can I get a 50:17 beer what do you 50:20 have all 50:23 right let put these crinkles cut fries 50:26 in 50:27 here wa look at that wait a minute here 50:30 take a look at this I want to get close 50:31 up on this check out this crinkle cut 50:33 fry is this 50:36 insane that's insane am I just so am I 50:40 the only one that's excited about this 50:41 crinkle cut fry am I just am I 50:43 entertaining myself here on this one I 50:45 mean this is like really cool right no 50:48 it's really good that's really 50:51 cool that's the one I'm going to 50:53 eat whoa 50:57 okay that's just sick look at that 50:58 crinkle cut fry right there look at that 51:00 it's got like the skin on it which will 51:02 toast up really 51:03 nice all right great song you liked it 51:06 Wendy says I have just listened to today 51:09 again your old podcast recovering from 51:12 the physical injury so helpful will do 51:15 the cold packs for my 51:18 mother-in-law incredible all right you 51:21 guys see I want this kind of like evenly 51:23 done but I'm going to stick a few more 51:24 of these in some strange places like in 51:27 the corners here you know just kind of 51:31 off the beaten path if that's okay I 51:34 just want to get as many of these babies 51:35 in here as I can toast them 51:45 up all 51:49 right maybe a couple 51:53 more all right let's season these these 51:55 I'm going to push these to the side I'm 51:58 still going to cook these later you 52:00 better believe it those are 52:03 definitely going be cooked 52:05 later all 52:08 right so what do we have let's get some 52:11 seasoning on here let's go a little 52:12 onion 52:13 powder let's go going to pop some onion 52:17 powder in here oh this is going to be so 52:20 good you can be 52:22 generous if you like onion powder be 52:25 generous 52:29 there you go you don't like it don't use 52:31 it that's fine but it really brings that 52:35 flavor up into these fries really good 52:38 onion powder go up 52:40 AA no actually no we're going to go with 52:43 some oregano let's find that oregano 52:46 let's do garlic powder I have to find 52:48 the oregano 52:51 powder my bad I think I forgot that one 52:55 let's get some garlic powder on here you 52:56 don't have to do so much garlic powder 52:58 you don't want that exactly like so 53:01 crazy all right now I'm going to season 53:04 both 53:05 sides I'll probably do that by just 53:08 moving these around a little 53:11 bit I could take it out of the oven flip 53:14 them around then too but I'm going to 53:15 move some of these 53:17 around here we 53:19 go going to flip them over 53:24 nice 53:26 let's get both sides of many of these as 53:28 many as we can there we go 53:35 nice when you steam the potatoes and you 53:38 throw them in a bowl see I have to 53:39 season them on the plate right here 53:41 because they're steamed potatoes cuz 53:43 what happens is if you just throw them 53:44 in a big old bowl and you toss it around 53:46 with all the with all the seasonings 53:48 you're just going to bust them 53:50 up but when you cook them raw you just 53:53 don't end up into that kind of situation 53:56 so that's why I'm just playing with it 53:57 right here I'm going to do some more 53:58 onion powder on the other side 54:03 nice I think I'm going to sneeze I'm 54:06 going to 54:09 sneeze hold on I'm trying to hold in the 54:12 sneeze 54:17 on just kidding I'm kidding kidding let 54:20 me just get some oregano um it's nice we 54:24 have oregano 54:34 all 54:35 right little bit of oregano in here too 54:37 you 54:41 guys now I have fresh oregano in the 54:43 garden you can go as far as 54:46 that little bit of oregano on there it's 54:48 hard to come out all 54:52 right putting them in the oven 54:57 going to pop them in here I got the oven 54:59 at 55:00 400 let's get them 55:02 in 55:04 boom looking pretty 55:07 good crinkle fries are in the oven so 55:09 let's start making some of the fixings 55:11 let's go I'm going to chop up some 55:13 Tomatoes that's going to go into this 55:16 all 55:17 right clear out the deck let's go 55:22 here now now when it comes down heat 55:25 packs and stuff like that I want to go 55:26 into that a little bit um and talk about 55:29 the timing and and the order and 55:31 everything about hot packs cold packs 55:33 how to use them so we're going to go 55:35 head into there as well so let's do that 55:37 before we start chopping some stuff up 55:39 okay so let's get the hot and cold packs 55:41 out again you might have a different hot 55:44 pack I'm using a hot water ptle that's 55:46 what I'm using for this I'm also using a 55:48 heating pad too also now you can 55:52 localize areas with a heating pad if you 55:54 really want want just be careful and 55:55 don't have it on full blast like I said 55:57 earlier you want it on a lower 55:59 temperature so if you're going to use a 56:01 heating pad to localize an injury 56:03 localize just body pain and aches to 56:05 localize nerve problems whatever you're 56:07 dealing with just don't have it on full 56:10 blast and don't keep it on too too long 56:13 you don't want to cook yourself you 56:15 don't want to cook your organs you don't 56:17 want to cook yourself you don't want to 56:19 go into that hypothermic place so you 56:22 just want to be careful to I've seen 56:23 people where boom they have heating 56:25 blankets they got them on full blast you 56:27 know sometimes it's just way too much 56:29 all right so let me get a cold pack out 56:36 here okay what I like is warmth in the 56:41 morning if you're somebody dealing with 56:42 chronic illness on in any way shape or 56:45 form where you're having chronic aches 56:47 and pains you feel like you need 56:49 something you feel like you need warmth 56:52 if you want to therapeutically use it 56:54 the right way it would be heat in the 56:57 morning warmth in the morning now that 57:00 doesn't mean it's warmth in the morning 57:02 and then you have to wait all day long 57:04 to do cold at 57:06 night it's just that first thing first 57:10 like right away warmth in the morning 57:13 very helpful very healing the body 57:15 responds to it differently so that means 57:19 if you're dealing with some aches and 57:20 pains you got a sore back you got a sore 57:22 shoulder you're feeling problems all 57:25 over the place your neck and so forth 57:26 you bring warmth to it in the morning 57:29 that's what you 57:30 do okay now TimeWise totally up to you 5 57:34 minutes 10 minutes 15 minutes 20 minutes 57:37 anything like that an hour so you can 57:39 have a hot water bottle and leave it on 57:41 an area in the morning where you're 57:43 leaned up against a couch or you're in 57:45 bed with it and it eventually gets cool 57:49 because you've had it for an 57:51 hour and so you've been using it for an 57:53 hour and that's fine you can do that 57:55 if it's the same spot you want to use 57:59 other things therapeutically on like 58:01 cold for instance if it's the same 58:04 spot the cold can come after after 58:08 you've done warmth and you done warmth 58:09 in the area it can come directly after 58:13 if you really wanted to or you can give 58:14 it some time you let the warmth in that 58:17 area kind of seep in and then over time 58:21 whether it's an hour later half an hour 58:23 later 20 minutes later ler 3 hours later 58:25 you bring the cold pack into that area 58:27 and that's fine too and you can do it 58:29 even right after if you really wanted to 58:31 but you want to start with warmth in the 58:33 morning when you're dealing with hip 58:34 pain back pain leg pain leg spasms 58:38 cramps whatever it is that you're 58:40 dealing with nerve pain different ticks 58:44 and spasms and issues knee 58:46 pain am I missing anything arm pain 58:50 elbow pain right you do the warmth for 58:55 in the 58:55 morning cold can come later late morning 58:59 is fine midday later in the afternoon at 59:03 night and so forth now here's the thing 59:05 it doesn't mean you can't do warmth 59:07 again if you want to go to cold and you 59:10 go to cold an hour later and you're 59:12 doing a 20 minute half an hour cold 59:16 pack right here in this towel and you're 59:19 doing this in your back or any of that 59:20 other place places talking about hip leg 59:23 knee shoulder you can do that and 59:27 then afterwards you can do warmth again 59:30 you can switch off on and off all day 59:32 you can go one and the other one and the 59:34 other all day long if you'd like but you 59:36 want to start out with the warmth in the 59:38 morning if you 59:40 can and then you bring in the cold layer 59:43 now a lot of people get knee swelling 59:44 their knees swell up they get ankle 59:47 swelling knee swelling and that's what's 59:50 great about the cold packs localizing on 59:52 the areas much different than if if you 59:55 cool down the entire body like I was 59:57 talking about 59:59 earlier much different when you localize 1:00:01 it and you hit those areas so if you're 1:00:03 dealing with some kind of knee 1:00:05 pain and you 1:00:07 got the cold pack right there on there 1:00:10 if you're somebody that's walking around 1:00:12 you start out in the morning you're not 1:00:13 swollen you're not that swelled swelled 1:00:15 up on the knee and Ankle wherever it is 1:00:19 and you're doing you're you're doing 1:00:21 your business throughout the day you're 1:00:22 functioning you're being as productive 1:00:24 as you can and then by the end of the 1:00:26 day you're swelling knee leg something 1:00:29 swelling you bring the cold pack out can 1:00:33 wrap it in a towel get it icy cold out 1:00:35 of the freezer put it in that area if 1:00:38 your body's starting to get too cool you 1:00:41 bring in your hot water bottle or 1:00:43 heating pad like I was talking about 1:00:44 before a lot of people can get back pain 1:00:47 and pain in the lower abdomen during 1:00:48 their cycle this is all great options 1:00:51 for that too you can put heat on the 1:00:53 abdomen ice on the the lower back so 1:00:55 when menstration happens and there's a 1:00:57 lot of discomfort you can be doing cool 1:01:01 packs anywhere you'd like like in the 1:01:03 back area you can even do cool packs in 1:01:06 the abdominal area and then warmth on 1:01:09 your back you can switch it and that's 1:01:11 an option too for so many 1:01:14 people so much to talk about so much 1:01:18 information all of these tips are 1:01:21 important and then you become an expert 1:01:23 on how 1:01:25 to help manage some of your pain and 1:01:27 your aches and your swelling and while 1:01:30 you're doing other tools you're doing 1:01:31 your celery juice you're doing your 1:01:33 heavy metal detox maybe you're doing a 1:01:35 monoc cleanse medical Med monoc cleanse 1:01:37 maybe you're doing something else maybe 1:01:38 you're just doing like like boom the 28 1:01:41 day cleanse and you got the spinach soup 1:01:42 in there every single day which is 1:01:44 really healing and really powerful and 1:01:46 maybe you're doing a supplemental 1:01:47 protocol that I talk about in the 1:01:49 medical medium books you're doing your 1:01:50 B12 you're doing your zinc you're doing 1:01:53 your vitamin C right and you're doing 1:01:55 these things but you can also bring in 1:01:57 all these different therapies this is 1:01:59 one of them right here that really helps 1:02:00 now I want to go into like the mental 1:02:02 health aspect of hot and cold let's head 1:02:04 into there now for a couple minutes why 1:02:06 are crinkle fries are 1:02:09 cooking all right I'm going to cut up 1:02:12 some fixings in just a little bit this 1:02:14 is an important piece I don't want 1:02:15 anybody to miss 1:02:18 okay so when we're doing hot and cold 1:02:22 therapies we're braak 1:02:25 a cycle we might be in Han cold 1:02:28 Therapies in the way I'm addressing it 1:02:31 the way I'm showing you is really 1:02:32 helpful for 1:02:34 OCD really helpful for 1:02:38 bipolar really helpful for a lot of 1:02:41 different emotional and mental 1:02:45 PTSD occurrences a lot of people are 1:02:48 suffering from post-traumatic stress 1:02:50 syndrome they're dealing with it 1:02:52 post-traumatic stress issues they got 1:02:54 the the PTSD they're suffering they're 1:02:57 struggling and cold and hot like meaning 1:03:00 a hot warm bottle a hot water bottle a 1:03:03 hot 1:03:04 pack a cold pad like this where you got 1:03:08 that right the cold pack out of the 1:03:09 freezer it can break Cycles it can even 1:03:14 temporarily shift 1:03:17 depression temporally shift 1:03:20 sadness and temporally shift anxiety 1:03:25 that's how powerful the simple little 1:03:29 therapeutic option is that's so helpful 1:03:33 that people who are dealing with I've 1:03:34 seen people in the past totally manic 1:03:38 they're they have they're actually 1:03:39 engulfed in 1:03:41 Mania where they're about to just hop in 1:03:45 a car and just drive off a bridge 1:03:48 somewhere and you put a cold pack on 1:03:51 their neck and what happens is the 1:03:53 neurons 1:03:55 start to shift the electricity through 1:03:58 the brain starts to 1:04:01 shift and literally I've seen people 1:04:04 come out of manic 1:04:06 moments I've seen people that were just 1:04:09 like so up so up where they were losing 1:04:15 it I've talked to a lot of doctors and 1:04:17 practitioners and heers over the years 1:04:19 and I've had a lot of 1:04:21 doctors ask me questions about this 1:04:23 about patients that had mental health 1:04:25 issues emotional 1:04:27 struggles and I would say do hot and 1:04:32 cold have it on hand make sure they have 1:04:35 it on hand since someone's dealing with 1:04:38 any kind of like struggle emotionally 1:04:41 and mentally if you bring in a cold pack 1:04:43 and you just rest it on the abdomen 1:04:46 something starts to 1:04:47 shift you rest it in the lower back 1:04:50 something starts to shift you put it on 1:04:52 your thighs a cold back on your thighs 1:04:55 and something starts to 1:04:57 shift because what happens 1:05:00 is your neurons start to 1:05:04 reroute electricity that's going to 1:05:06 neurons to neurons start to redirect and 1:05:09 it heads into different parts of the 1:05:10 brain that it wasn't heading 1:05:13 into and so it's shifting that pathway 1:05:17 that electrical grid sending it into 1:05:19 different neurons it's not normally 1:05:22 headed for 1:05:26 and so when we're dealing with things 1:05:27 emotionally emotional struggles we're 1:05:29 dealing with mental 1:05:31 stress you come home from a really bad 1:05:34 day or you've been home and you got some 1:05:36 bad news or you've had a struggle and 1:05:38 you bring out a cold 1:05:40 pack it can help alleviate and even 1:05:43 shift that of how you're feeling in that 1:05:45 moment so things calm down or maybe 1:05:47 you're like a hot head and you get some 1:05:49 bad news and you just want to explode on 1:05:51 someone a friend or something and you 1:05:53 want to hit them with all kinds of texts 1:05:55 and tell them how they did you wrong if 1:05:57 you stop for a moment and you get a cold 1:06:01 pack out of the 1:06:02 freezer and you start putting a cold 1:06:05 pack on the top of your head on the side 1:06:08 of your neck for a little bit on your 1:06:10 chest for a little bit watch the 1:06:12 difference 10 minutes 15 minutes later 1:06:14 you're going to take your phone and 1:06:16 you're not going to fire out like what 1:06:18 you were going to fire out to that 1:06:20 friend to that loved 1:06:22 one so maybe maybe a sibling did 1:06:24 something to you and they took your 1:06:27 car maybe you know a parent told you you 1:06:31 couldn't do this or that you got really 1:06:32 upset maybe a coworker this so maybe a 1:06:35 spouse maybe a loved one maybe a friend 1:06:37 maybe a friend totally backstabbed you 1:06:40 and started dating your 1:06:42 ex-girlfriend maybe something happened 1:06:45 or your ex-boyfriend and you're 1:06:47 literally going to go bananas you feel 1:06:49 totally betrayed you feel totally 1:06:51 wronged or you feel like something 1:06:54 coming on you can't explain it you're 1:06:56 about to have like an episode where 1:06:58 you're going to have some anger develop 1:06:59 like anger is starting to steam you 1:07:01 don't know why you're so pissed off 1:07:03 maybe you maybe it's been just stirring 1:07:04 up inside of you because you've been 1:07:06 chronically sick for a long time and 1:07:08 struggling and maybe you're just like 1:07:10 getting triggered by something on social 1:07:12 media and anger's actually getting fired 1:07:15 up you take a cold pack and you put that 1:07:19 to a spot in your body your chest for a 1:07:21 minute your abdomen the back of your 1:07:23 neck and all of a sudden it starts to 1:07:25 shift and that anger spell you can 1:07:28 actually 1:07:29 avoid and the anger is not like tearing 1:07:32 into you and tearing you apart you can 1:07:34 actually avoid it that cold pack can 1:07:36 shift you into a different direction 1:07:39 think about how powerful that 1:07:41 is really 1:07:43 powerful J says thank you aw for this 1:07:47 healing tool I am a psychotherapist and 1:07:49 this tool will be a game changer thank 1:07:52 you for being here truly 1:07:56 catac says this is so unbelievably 1:07:58 helpful right 1:08:01 now I've seen people where they're on a 1:08:03 verge of on on the verge of anger and 1:08:07 depression and a cold pack rerouted 1:08:11 things and shut it down I've seen people 1:08:13 betrayed like cheated on and they were 1:08:16 going to go bananas they're they were 1:08:18 calling their friend 20 30 40 times 1:08:21 within an hour saying you call me back 1:08:24 calling calling calling because somebody 1:08:26 betrayed them or something happened and 1:08:28 instead of that happening they brought 1:08:30 the cold packs out and they started 1:08:32 putting another body and it shifted him 1:08:34 and they said wait a minute I have to 1:08:35 rethink this I have to rethink this and 1:08:37 I have to calm down Lis free accelerate 1:08:39 333 this information is incredible I 1:08:41 never heard of this for anger or bad 1:08:44 moods wow it's from Spirit of 1:08:46 compassion I certainly didn't come up 1:08:49 with 1:08:50 it it's from s 1:08:52 so like all the other medical M 1:08:55 information educating myself says or 1:08:57 your wife invited the in-laws that's a 1:09:00 really good one educating myself that's 1:09:04 a really good one and so true and just 1:09:08 I've seen cold packs where you're about 1:09:11 to get heated up emotionally say say 1:09:14 it's family or friends you feel like 1:09:16 you've been wronged or you're 1:09:17 misunderstood 1:12:23 medical me Med information on produce 1:12:25 that's grown in your backyard in your 1:12:28 garden in a pot somewhere on your stoop 1:12:31 or your window 1:12:33 sill there's billions of bacteria like 1:12:37 little tiny microorganisms all on here 1:12:40 if you eat this raw piece right here 1:12:42 right from the garden just like 1:12:45 this that elevated that elevated biotic 1:12:48 that's covered and coated all over here 1:12:51 goes down and it doesn't die off in your 1:12:55 stomach acid it finds its way down 1:12:59 here in this region of the intestinal 1:13:01 tract it camps out and it produces 1:13:04 vitamin 1:13:07 B12 it's a really good piece of 1:13:12 information I wish I could be here all 1:13:14 day and just sit on here all 1:13:16 day and just talk about everything and 1:13:19 anything let's not use the crinkle knife 1:13:20 on 1:13:22 this let's see Dr car 1:13:25 Dr Caravan says totally using this as a 1:13:31 psychologist boom just mind-blowing slow let's see how quick I can chop them 1:14:24 up do not play around in the kitchen 1:14:26 with knives whatever you do it's a 1:14:29 stupid 1:14:30 idea it's a stupid idea don't try to 1:14:34 we're 1:24:17 cooking let's answer some questions here 1:24:19 Sophie wow looks incredible yummy 1:24:22 it's it's going to be Beyond yummy I 1:24:25 think I got things in check here what 1:24:27 I'm going to do is just make sure this 1:24:29 is 1:24:33 warm a little of that going on 1:24:36 there using my head I'm using my head 1:24:40 you guys I 1:24:44 am can't eat Frosty if you name it if 1:24:47 you name your crinkle 1:24:51 fries 1:24:53 can name your crinkle 1:24:55 fries 1:25:00 crusty yeah you guys all right so 1:25:03 listen 1:25:05 so I want to I want to talk about a 1:25:07 couple different things one is I want to 1:25:09 let everybody know I I have a feeling 1:25:11 some of you don't think I read your 1:25:14 comments but I do I do so I want people 1:25:18 to know it's important like on YouTube a 1:25:21 lot of people leave comments on there 1:25:22 you know I read 1:25:25 them so that that I mean I want you to 1:25:28 know I can't read every comment in the 1:25:30 world on all the platforms I'm just 1:25:32 letting you know but on YouTube for sure 1:25:34 I've I read every single one of 1:25:36 them so if you want to say something 1:25:39 terrible to me that's a great place to 1:25:41 do 1:25:43 it e 1:25:48 w why do you do this why do you do that 1:25:52 I'll read it I'll have my cold packs 1:25:55 ready all right so my crinkle fries are 1:25:59 cooking once they're cooked making the 1:26:01 cheese sauce putting on the fixings and 1:26:04 we're going nacho crazy 1:26:07 um now I want to bring out one of the 1:26:10 books 1:26:11 here do you have brain saver protocols 1:26:15 the amount of symptoms and conditions in 1:26:18 here really really incredible and 1:26:20 helpful and the Protocols are in here 1:26:23 too I see a lot of 1:26:26 people they look at a protocol and 1:26:29 they're like what do I do and there's a 1:26:30 chapter in here that covers that where 1:26:32 you can start out with just one thing or 1:26:35 two 1:26:36 things or three things and you can start 1:26:39 out small and just keep it to that you 1:26:42 can also go as far as you need to go and 1:26:45 that's in here too sometimes some people 1:26:48 be like whoa wait a minute he's got a 1:26:49 protocol in there there's a lot going 1:26:52 going on how do I do that what do I do 1:26:54 and what people don't realize is if you 1:26:56 read the instructions in the book If you 1:26:58 read the chapter about supplementation 1:27:01 and protocols for symptoms and 1:27:03 conditions what you'll find is that you 1:27:05 can start just with some of the key 1:27:08 foundational 1:27:10 tools key foundational supplements and 1:27:14 you can start there and see how you feel 1:27:16 along the way but you know you can go 1:27:18 further and further the thing about 1:27:20 medical medium information is you can 1:27:22 take it as far as you need to go but a 1:27:24 lot of people don't do that so a lot of 1:27:27 people will do some celery juice for 1:27:29 like two weeks and then they'll claim 1:27:31 they did medical medium especially if 1:27:33 they're a hater so you got to keep in 1:27:35 mind is you'll see out there people 1:27:38 scream I did medical medium and this 1:27:40 terrible thing happened to me it's like 1:27:42 you did do med you did medical medium 1:27:45 really or did you do a whole bunch of 1:27:48 other stuff you mean you weren't eating 1:27:50 chocolate you you mean you weren't doing 1:27:53 this you weren't doing that and so 1:27:55 people just they will just scream at if 1:27:58 they're a hater like if they if for some 1:28:01 reason someone convinces them I'm a bad 1:28:03 guy or something they like okay and they 1:28:05 did celery juice for like a week or 1:28:08 every other day for a month and they're 1:28:10 doing all this other stuff right and 1:28:12 they just like I did medical medium and 1:28:14 it doesn't work he did this he did this 1:28:17 it did this look out for that because 1:28:19 it's ridiculous and people don't realize 1:28:22 that there's a lot of exposures people 1:28:24 are up against 1:28:25 too so every day we have all these 1:28:28 exposures that we're up against and 1:28:31 every day we also have things inside of 1:28:32 our body that have been sitting there 1:28:34 for like 20 30 40 years wreaking havoc 1:28:37 on our body that people haven't gotten 1:28:39 out of their body because they're not 1:28:41 doing the right stuff to get the junk 1:28:43 and garbage out so they have a drain on 1:28:45 them of what's inside their body that's 1:28:47 toxic and then they're getting outside 1:28:49 exposures on a regular basis 1:28:53 I've seen over the years like doctors 1:28:56 tell me I thought my patient was doing 1:28:59 medical medium and it turns out they 1:29:01 were drinking on the weekends every 1:29:03 single 1:29:04 weekend I 1:29:07 had a feather for every time I heard 1:29:09 that I'd be like flying 1:29:12 away to a tropical 1:29:15 island and never coming back again like 1:29:19 seriously and I mean this like I can't 1:29:21 tell you how many practitioners I've 1:29:23 talked to where they're like I thought 1:29:25 they were doing medical medium but when 1:29:26 I really asked them and I really went 1:29:28 into it cuz I thought they were doing 1:29:31 what they were supposed to do that the 1:29:33 doctor was guiding them on and they 1:29:36 weren't they were doing so many other 1:29:38 different 1:29:39 things and it was affecting 1:29:42 them so what you'll see is a bunch of 1:29:45 situations that are occurring in the 1:29:46 medical M community and one of them is 1:29:52 like I tried medical medium and it 1:29:54 didn't work but yet the person didn't 1:29:57 try they didn't do the monoc cleanse for 1:29:59 their digestive problems they didn't do 1:30:01 the 28 day cleanse and they just stay 1:30:03 off all the heavy fats they were eating 1:30:05 they were on fat all the time and 1:30:07 there's nothing wrong with that there's 1:30:09 nothing wrong with trying something and 1:30:11 not doing all of it there's nothing 1:30:14 wrong with trying one or two medical 1:30:16 medium tools and then keeping the others 1:30:19 out what's wrong is screaming 1:30:22 that I did medical medium when you 1:30:25 didn't that's wrong and I see that a lot 1:30:29 out there and it's sad because you might 1:30:32 be this other person that's like a new 1:30:33 person that just came in like I heard a 1:30:36 whole bunch of people healed on medical 1:30:38 medium they got the most healing stories 1:30:40 in the world out of any 1:30:42 single you know whatever out there in 1:30:44 the health world so let me try something 1:30:47 and then all of a sudden they get 1:30:48 bombarded with someone that's like 1:30:50 trolling 1:30:52 I tried medical medium it didn't work 1:30:53 for me my whatever got worse than I 1:30:56 would ever I go and try this and this 1:30:58 helped me over here and then they're 1:31:01 screwed they're like they don't try 1:31:03 medical medium they're off to doing the 1:31:05 same old stuff that everybody's ever 1:31:07 done and whatnot hopefully they find 1:31:09 their way back but that doesn't always 1:31:12 happen so there's nothing wrong with 1:31:14 trying one thing and there's nothing 1:31:17 wrong with also dabbling and other 1:31:19 things out there but when it's not 1:31:20 working for you don't blame what you're 1:31:23 dabbling in on medical medium so if 1:31:26 you're doing bad zeyt cuz they're all 1:31:28 bad now don't blame medical medium when 1:31:31 something's not working for you if 1:31:33 you're doing the Pearl powder the bad 1:31:34 zeits the charcoal ingesting it the 1:31:37 Bentonite Clays you're doing all that 1:31:39 plus 100 sodium 1:31:41 bicarbonate don't blame medical medium a 1:31:45 year later after you did all the stuff 1:31:47 that damaged your health that medical 1:31:49 medum doesn't doesn't recommend that's 1:31:52 wrong and that's what people are doing 1:31:54 if you're eating a chocolate bar every 1:31:56 week and another chocolate bar every 1:31:57 week don't say you did medical medium 1:31:59 when you're sick and the chocolate bar 1:32:01 got you more viral cuz it just blew up 1:32:04 your immune system and nervous 1:32:06 system don't then say it was medical 1:32:09 medium that did it that's what's wrong 1:32:12 same thing with Medical Treatments if 1:32:14 you go and try a medical treatment cuz 1:32:16 that's up to you I believe in doctors I 1:32:18 recommend doctors all the time I love 1:32:21 doctors 1:32:22 everybody should have one but what 1:32:24 happens is if you're doing a medical 1:32:26 treatment that went wrong don't blame 1:32:28 medical medium and the celery juice 1:32:31 that's where that's just and 1:32:33 the same thing if you got into a new 1:32:35 relationship and you caught 10 new bugs 1:32:38 and now you have a new bat of chronic 1:32:39 fatigue syndrome and a new UTI don't 1:32:43 blame medical medium that's just 1:32:45 just keep that in mind I know 1:32:47 you guys don't do it I know you guys 1:32:49 aren't doing that I'm just saying that 1:32:51 and then it's not you guys but it's 1:32:53 people out there that are that are you 1:32:55 know that do that okay they'll get into 1:32:58 a new relationship but they won't be 1:32:59 honest about it you know and which is 1:33:04 fine we we should be able to get into 1:33:05 relationships if we want to get into 1:33:07 relationships but if you do if you do 1:33:10 get two or three more viruses and three 1:33:12 varieties of strep and you all of a 1:33:14 sudden got UTI and sinus infections 1:33:16 again don't blame medical 1:33:19 media if you're somebody that's doing 1:33:21 ice baths all the time then 6 months 1:33:23 later you get into adrenal fatigue 1:33:25 because your adrenals just got drained 1:33:27 from the ice baths don't blame medical 1:33:30 medium if you're using the alkaline 1:33:32 ionizer water machines the ones that 1:33:34 sound like 1:33:36 kangaroo the ones that sound like 1:33:40 kangaroo if you do those and you're 1:33:43 getting metals and metals and more 1:33:45 metals and more Metals in your system 1:33:47 because it's rotting off the plate 1:33:48 inside the ionizer machine if you got 1:33:50 suckered into buying a three $1,000 1:33:52 alkaline ionizer water 1:33:54 machine and you're contaminating your 1:33:57 system with all that toxic water and you 1:34:00 get sick in two years like everybody 1:34:01 else did 20 years ago with that water 1:34:04 don't blame medical medium that's just 1:34:06 icha is saying therea is 1:34:10 healing they always say I did it 1:34:12 perfectly which odd a huge tell to me 1:34:16 and they 1:34:18 didn't so I'm checking the crinkle fries 1:34:21 yeah we're still 1:34:24 cooking if you're doing Bentonite Clays 1:34:26 and you're doing all these scratchy 1:34:28 detox like powders and you're doing all 1:34:33 these probiotics with all this garbage 1:34:35 and junk in 1:34:38 them and you're 1:34:41 doing the ionizer water and the zeolites 1:34:45 and everything 1:34:46 else and you get 1:34:49 sick don't play Medical medum 1:34:52 is it too much to ask I know you guys 1:34:54 don't but I see it out there I see it 1:34:57 out there yeah yeah rhymes with 1:35:03 kangaroo kangaroo all 1:35:07 right um I just want to take this thing 1:35:10 get this ready I might make this soon 1:35:13 possibly all 1:35:15 right double check this whoa couple more 1:35:20 minutes fries are almost ready I'm going 1:35:22 to make the cheese right now 1:35:30 though Demmer some 1:35:34 hot some hot potatoes 1:35:39 here I'm going to bring this over a 1:35:42 little 1:35:45 bit going bring this 1:35:49 here okay what is see in the steamer is 1:35:52 some 1:35:53 potatoes and you're seeing some 1:35:59 carrots I'm going to take the skin off 1:36:01 the potatoes because I want that cheesy 1:36:03 cheese I don't want the potato skin 1:36:07 involved in 1:36:10 here that's some hot stuff that is hot 1:36:13 so what I'm doing is scraping off the 1:36:14 skin you're not going to be able to see 1:36:16 it too easy so I'm going just push this 1:36:18 up so I'm getting the skin off this 1:36:20 potato 1:36:22 that's really a hot 1:36:26 one and what you'll find is the people 1:36:28 that actually get involved with trying 1:36:31 to sell something tend to be 1:36:34 interestingly enough like oh yeah I know 1:36:36 medical medium medical medium caused 1:36:38 that problem it causes that problem 1:36:39 don't do it it caused my problem but hey 1:36:42 buy 1:36:43 this but hey go buy this El hey go buy 1:36:45 this go buy this water machine hey go 1:36:47 buy 1:36:49 this by the way I'm selling this 1:36:52 this yeah but don't do medical 1:36:59 media all 1:37:02 right it's a dog eat dog world is what 1:37:06 it is I'm making sure all the skin comes 1:37:08 off this potato I don't want pieces of 1:37:10 the potato skin yes potato skin is 1:37:12 healthy for you it's really good for you 1:37:15 you should leave your skins on the 1:37:16 potatoes if you if you desire but um 1:37:19 actually for this cheese sauce I'm 1:37:21 trying to avoid having the skin in there 1:37:25 keep that in 1:37:26 mind all right so I'm going to do this 1:37:29 I'm going to put this baby in I'm going 1:37:31 to cut it in pieces like 1:37:35 this and it goes in that's 1:37:40 hot it's about 1 and 1/2 cups of diced 1:37:44 potato I can measure 1:37:50 it and those crinkle fries are almost 1:37:53 done I was making a bigger 1:37:57 batch 1:38:14 okay okay I just put that in there now 1:38:17 I'm going to make a little bigger of a 1:38:19 batch so I'm going to add add another 1:38:21 one cuz I want a decent amount of cheese 1:38:24 if that's okay here we go we're going to 1:38:26 peel the skin 1:38:34 back it's awfully quiet in 1:38:37 here all right let's get this in 1:38:43 here have you guys made this yet just 1:38:50 curious 1:38:53 all right we got some 1:38:55 cheese let's get the carrots in 1:38:58 here carrots are going to be about one 1:39:01 cup of diced 1:39:06 carrot 1:39:08 so these are really steamed nice you got 1:39:11 to make sure your carrots are soft you 1:39:13 don't want to put like carrots that are 1:39:15 like half cooked in here you can't make 1:39:17 a cheese sauce with a carrot that isn't 1:39:19 cooked well 1:39:21 I'm just letting you 1:39:23 know that right there is an important 1:39:25 tip very 1:39:28 important let's grab a few more of these 1:39:33 carrots throw that in nice and soft and 1:39:36 good it's about one cup but I'm going 1:39:37 with two cups I'm trying to make it a 1:39:39 little 1:39:40 bigger and that should do 1:39:43 it 1:39:45 y I think I have three cups of potato in 1:39:49 there cuz I'm trying to make double the 1:39:50 size 1:39:51 okay I'm going to get a little bit of 1:39:52 garlic powder in there 1:39:56 now just follow 1:39:58 me so half a teaspoon garlic powder 1:40:01 there we 1:40:04 go what else onion powder half a 1:40:07 teaspoon onion powder this is going to 1:40:09 taste so 1:40:11 good it's going to be so good little bit 1:40:15 of cayenne I'm going to put a fresh one 1:40:16 in please if you don't 1:40:19 mind I'm going to put put a fresh 1:40:21 cayenne in here because I have them so I 1:40:24 don't okay keep in mind when you use the 1:40:26 cayenne 1:40:27 powder or you put Cayenne in 1:40:30 there sometimes a pepper can be really 1:40:33 hot so I'm going to pop a little bit in 1:40:36 here but not go too 1:40:38 crazy there we go push that to the side 1:40:42 don't rub your eyes don't rub your face 1:40:46 after you have all that hot pepper on 1:40:48 there let's go with a tablespoon of some 1:40:50 squeezed lime 1:40:52 lime nice it's 1:40:55 easy these limes are 1:41:06 ripe and need one more I want to make 1:41:08 sure we get a tablespoon 1:41:13 there 1:41:18 cool 1:41:19 yep 1:41:22 one tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime 1:41:23 or 1:41:24 lemon but we're going to do two cuz I'm 1:41:27 making a bigger batch of 1:41:31 course that's what it 1:41:39 is yeah nothing like a good lime maxwood 1:41:42 good job it's true so 1:41:46 true now listen I like my fries a little 1:41:49 extra crunchy I I like them like a 1:41:51 little bit you know browned nice right 1:41:54 okay there we 1:41:55 go that's how I like my 1:41:57 fries all right what else is in here 1:42:01 little bit of water if we need it so I'm 1:42:03 going to I'm going to be careful with 1:42:06 this 1:42:07 because you put too much water in there 1:42:10 then you got a cheese that you may not 1:42:13 want boom 1:42:19 boom 1:42:21 we're going to add some water in 1:42:23 now guess what we're not using 1:42:25 nutritional 1:42:26 yeast you know many people do 1:42:28 nutritional yeast and they mess up their 1:42:30 health because of 1:42:32 it I'm doing medical medium but they're 1:42:35 taking down all that nutritional yeast 1:42:37 it's on everything they're buying stuff 1:42:38 with nutritional yeast in it but I'm 1:42:40 doing medical medium and it hurt me but 1:42:42 they're doing all this nutritional 1:42:47 yeast it's okay to actually do one 1:42:50 medical medium thing and only one 1:42:52 medical medium thing there's nothing 1:42:54 wrong with 1:42:58 that you can do one or two medical 1:43:01 medium 1:43:07 things like I challenge people to do one 1:43:10 medical medium thing it's 1:43:14 fine but if something's not working for 1:43:17 you look at everything else you're doing 1:43:19 or you did look at everything before you 1:43:22 start screaming from the roof 1:43:25 rooftop about like celery juice giving 1:43:28 you the 1:43:32 runs anyway it's just something to think 1:43:35 about I keep on for forgetting to bring 1:43:37 it 1:43:41 up let's take a look at this I want to 1:43:43 see the 1:43:45 consistency it's actually a good 1:43:47 consistency right there I actually 1:43:48 really like that let's give it another 1:43:54 run 1:43:58 okay and what I'm going to do is is sprp 1:44:01 the 1:44:17 sides and I might put a little bit more 1:44:19 potato in this one which I like I think 1:44:22 it's a good idea I put a little extra 1:44:24 carrot in there versus 1:44:25 potato look you can have the cheddar 1:44:28 cheese look right there where it's that 1:44:31 like but what I'm going to do is just 1:44:33 lighten it up a little 1:44:35 bit with another 1:44:41 potato and I hear my crinkle fries are 1:44:47 calling well there we go 1:44:54 that should do 1:44:57 it bigger 1:45:02 batch a little bit 1:45:13 water I'm so 1:45:16 hungry I am excited I am like psyched 1:45:20 and pumped about eating 1:45:33 this let's see the consistency that I 1:45:36 want for 1:45:40 cheese I don't want 1:45:42 it 1:45:45 that's all 1:45:49 right 1:45:54 you want to do is put the cheese on 1:45:55 First on top of the crinkle fries before 1:45:58 you put your 1:46:03 fixings and let's clean things up a 1:46:06 little bit and make some 1:46:11 room yep yep yep yep if you guys don't 1:46:15 mind I'm going to do a little clean up 1:46:16 right 1:46:19 here I am the kitchen cleaner by the 1:46:22 way I just want people to know that 1:46:25 there isn't a service or something that 1:46:28 comes in after this is done it's not the 1:46:31 medical medium team that comes in and 1:46:33 has to clean this mess I make this crazy 1:46:35 mess it's actually me I sit here right 1:46:39 when we shut down right when we shut 1:46:40 down everything I sit here like putting 1:46:43 everything away cleaning it up scrubbing 1:46:45 everything down vacuuming the floor 1:46:47 washing the floor cleaning everything up 1:46:51 running the dishes and that's what I 1:46:55 do all 1:47:04 right 1:47:17 okay all right take a look at these when 1:47:19 you close up real 1:47:21 quick I'm going to put the fries 1:47:25 in this right 1:47:28 here this pan is freaking hot you got to 1:47:31 be real careful with this 1:47:36 pan real 1:47:38 careful 1:47:39 okay we're going to get these 1:47:43 in there's that big fry right there can 1:47:46 you guys see I'll give a closeup 1:47:49 too 1:47:54 here look at this huge 1:47:56 fry don't worry though there's small 1:47:58 fries here too but there look at that 1:48:02 right there oh man is that not 1:48:06 sick dude that's 1:48:08 sick look at 1:48:12 that seriously right look at I love when 1:48:15 it's like that check that out 1:48:19 right 1:48:22 right or what whoa crunchy not look at 1:48:25 that that's going to be like insane 1:48:27 don't worry I got some small fries here 1:48:30 you know like the little 1:48:32 ones crunchy little ones right there oh 1:48:35 yeah look at that look 1:48:38 at do I right did I do it right 1:48:44 today cuz usually I'm just 1:48:48 multitasking I'm trying to um entertain 1:48:51 you guys give you guys really good info 1:48:53 groundbreaking information at the same 1:48:55 time I'm trying to like you know trying 1:48:58 to 1:49:01 cook this is this is just coming out so 1:49:04 good I don't even know what to say and I 1:49:07 made so many good ones here
