28:04 that it's
28:08 incredible so we're going to make also a
28:10 millet porridge that's something you do
28:12 and we're going to make hardboiled eggs
28:16 so you guys want to stick around for the

28:22 eggs all right I feel so bad for eating
28:25 chocolate for the past 10 days it's okay
28:28 we can do the morning cleanse we can do

30:04 too put some cinnamon in here and I'm
30:07 going to put some raisins in here all
30:11 right don't feel bad that you're eating
30:15 chocolate instead what we're going to do
30:19 is we're going to change some things
30:21 we're going to bring in something like
30:24 the morning cleanse and then it's going
30:25 to help us and it's going to empow and
30:27 then we're going to be able to let go of
30:28 the RS of the chocolate demon because
30:31 the chocolate demon is brutal it's a
30:34 brutal demon a chocolate demon it's got
30:37 the world trapped putting cinnamon in
