the past away we want 0:09 to forge ahead in the future we want to 0:12 clean up things our relationships and 0:15 problems we have we don't want to take 0:17 them into the next year we try to start 0:20 fresh with it all right that's what 0:22 everybody tries to do and they start 0:24 making different things like what do we 0:26 all talk about we're like we start 0:27 making different claims of I'm going to 0:30 do it right this year I'm going to make 0:32 myself better this year I am going to 0:34 stay committed I'm not going to smoke 0:36 I'm not going to drink I'm not going to 0:38 party I'm not going to do some Dangerous 0:39 Drug I'm not going to do that I'm not 0:40 and everybody's just going like it's a 0:42 whole bunch of noise out there in the 0:44 world right I'm gonna drop my addiction 0:45 I'm going to back off on my addiction 0:47 I'm going to lower less coffee I'm going 0:48 to back off on chocolate I'm not going 0:50 to eat as much I'm not going to eat fast 0:51 food I'm going to stay away with crazy 0:52 fried food I'm stay 0:53 away it's like noise out there of 0:57 all of that and everybody is trying to 0:59 say say no I'm going to start fresh but 1:02 the same time we try to do that we bring 1:05 something into the new year which is all 1:08 the toxins and garbage and crap and 1:11 poisons and crud that are in our body 1:14 from the year previously right so we got 1:18 all that sitting in us from what 1:20 happened last year and we bring it right 1:23 into the new year so we take the past 1:28 with us we take the Christmas past we 1:30 take the Thanksgiving past we take the 1:33 holiday past of whatever we ate during 1:35 that time we take it right into the new 1:37 year we take everything all the poisons 1:40 toxins all the toxic heavy metals we 1:42 gathered all the different cologn and 1:44 perfumes and air freshers we breathe in 1:46 and all the different cans we drink out 1:49 of and all the metals in different areas 1:51 and aluminum foil and everything else 1:52 that we've ever been in touch with from 1:56 deodorants and everything else we use we 1:57 bring it all in to the next year all the 2:02 different pesticide spray herbicide 2:04 spray and all the gardens and all the 2:06 people's properties and yards all the 2:08 different Lawn Care around buildings and 2:10 apartments all the different fragrances 2:12 we breathe in and all the different 2:14 detergents and fabric softeners and 2:16 everything from After Shave to just all 2:19 kinds of stuff and body lotions and 2:22 essential oil products that have 2:24 fragrances in them which is toxic like 2:26 you name it we bring it all into the 2:28 next year that's it we take it with us 2:31 but we can mentally say I'm starting out 2:34 fresh I'm working with this new um you 2:37 know like coach that builds up your 2:39 confidence I'm working with this new 2:41 fitness coach I'm working with this 2:44 person and that person I'm starting out 2:46 fresh but you're bringing in all your 2:48 garbage from the past you're bringing 2:50 all that junk and crud and poisons and 2:52 toxins you're bringing it right into the 2:53 new year and that's what you're doing 2:55 but that's just the reality that's just 2:57 how it works here on planet Earth I 2:59 don't I don't expect anything different 3:01 I don't I don't expect anything 3:03 different we bring in all the stuff into 3:07 the New Year we're doing the morning 3:09 cleanse that's what we're doing we're 3:10 talking about the morning cleanse but 3:11 I'm making a lot of different stuff and 3:13 we're going to talk about all the 3:15 different toxins we have inside of us 3:18 that we take into the next year you name 3:20 it you guys doing the heavy metal detox 3:22 smothie you better believe it heavy 3:25 metal detox smoothie that's what we're 3:28 going to do I'm excited about that heavy 3:30 metals does anybody have heavy metals 3:32 yes we do depersonalization anxiety 3:36 depression eema 3:39 psoriasis all kinds of other things that 3:41 people have 3:42 bipolar ups and downs emotional 3:45 struggles that are 3:47 unidentified mystery sadness mystery 3:50 guilt mystery everything all the 3:52 different emotional struggles we have 3:54 toxic heavy metals OCD does anybody have 3:58 OCD out there at all any kind of OCD do 4:01 you know anybody that has OCD or 4:04 struggling with OCD toxic heavy metals 4:08 that's what they have and so we're going 4:10 to make a lot of different stuff I have 4:12 some Millet in this pot yes Millet I got 4:14 steamed potatoes right here I'm going to 4:16 give you an 4:17 introduction introduction please oranges 4:20 mangoes bananas cilantro lemons wild 4:24 blueberries till this day I see it out 4:27 there I'm making blueberry with ever I 4:30 got a blueberry smoothie I love 4:32 blueberries in my bar I love blueberries 4:35 and they're all regular blueberries 4:36 cultivated blueberries we got wild 4:38 blueberries that takes it to the next 4:40 level we got some raisins over there 4:41 Believe It or Not raspberries 4:44 blackberries which are actually pretty 4:46 close to the wild blueberry to some 4:48 degree pomegranate seeds over there 4:50 apples and pears in the front you can't 4:52 see mangoes am I missing something 4:56 oatmeal watermelon right there 5:00 nothing like a delicious watermelon here 5:02 we go and we got so much more so giving 5:04 you guys The 5:06 Rundown we're giving the liver a chance 5:10 to breathe we're giving the liver a 5:12 chance to heal so I want to bring this 5:17 little guy over 5:18 here so our liver gets filled up with 5:22 all kinds of different junk garbage free 5:25 radicals all kinds of different toxins 5:28 our livers get toy they get filled with 5:31 yellow crud they get swollen they get 5:34 inflamed they go and we don't 5:36 even realize it our livers malfunction 5:39 every single day they become fatty our 5:43 livers become fatty you can see someone 5:46 who's like they look like they're cut 5:48 they don't got a scrap of fat on them 5:50 they're in the gym and they can have a 5:53 liver where it just starts to 5:54 malfunction and it starts to become a 5:56 fatty liver and then they're they go to 5:59 the doctor and their liver enzymes are 6:00 up and the whole bit they got 6:02 cholesterol problems and everything else 6:04 cuz their liver's malfunctioning you 6:05 don't have to be somebody that's 6:07 overweight have a sluger stagnant liver 6:10 you can be someone who's built someone 6:13 who's got muscle someone who's in the 6:15 gym and their livers have problems I 6:18 can't tell you how many workout guys 6:20 lose their liver they still lose they go 6:21 into liver failure happens every time 6:24 you can if you actually did a search 6:25 through all the different hospitals 6:27 around the world you'll find somebody 6:29 getting a liver transplant that was 6:31 bodybuilding and looking good no fat on 6:34 their body and they're getting a liver 6:35 transplant it just happens to people 6:37 that are overweight happens to people 6:38 that are actually you know fine-tuned 6:40 and toned or built so the liver is 6:44 something that gets a break when we do 6:45 the morning cleanse so you guys do have 6:47 the book cleanse to heal it's a great 6:49 book right there to actually to really 6:51 to really work with 6:53 so cleanse the heel cleanse to heel has 6:56 the morning cleanse in it it is an 6:59 incred incredible incredible powerful 7:02 cleanse and it's really really 8:30 time I'm going just get some props out 8:31 here you guys and it's not about 8:34 punishment it's not about guilt it's not 8:37 about we shouldn't be eating something 8:39 and now we need to punish ourselves it's 8:41 not about that at all it's about the 8:42 reality that so many people still eat 8:45 things that are not healthy for them 8:48 still eat things that are not productive 8:50 for them they still eat things that 8:52 actually can even hold them back or set 8:54 them back it just happens every day it's 8:57 a hard world out there and we have 8:59 emotional attachments to food this is an 9:02 ice cream right here that I'm going to 9:03 have after the show I can't wait a 9:05 Triple Decker chocolate espresso ice 9:08 cream I'm excited about this it's so 9:10 high in caffeine I'm going to be 9:12 bouncing off the walls killing my 9:13 adrenals and killing my liver but I 9:14 don't care because I want to indulge and 9:17 have a cheat day so I'm definitely going 9:18 to have this right here you guys going 9:20 into the new year a lot of people don't 9:22 start doing good things for themselves 9:24 on the day one of the new year it 9:26 usually takes to be like January 15th 9:29 everybody's like I'm going to do it on 9:31 the 15th it's January 15th that's what 9:33 I'm going to do it another person is 9:34 like I'm going to do it by the end of 9:35 January I'm going to start February 1st 9:38 and there's this thing that happens 9:39 where people are like know I'm going to 9:41 do it in 3 days 7 Days 10 days next 9:43 thing you know it it's like February 1st 9:45 it's February 15th and then they're just 9:47 like screw it I can't do it and a lot of 9:49 people end up like that but we can start 9:52 January 1st January 2nd we can do that a 9:56 lot of people are just getting over 9:57 their their hangovers and they don't 9:59 want to start anything because they're 10:01 still filled with alcohol and all kinds 10:03 of other stuff and fun Foods in their 10:05 blood streaming 10:07 system so the whole thing with the 10:09 morning cleanse is just so great because 10:11 if you do it every single day you're 10:14 protecting your liver even if you're 10:16 somebody that's just eating whatever 10:18 like if you're having chicken if you're 10:21 somebody that eats animal protein and 10:22 you have chicken every day if you do the 10:24 morning cleanse and then you have 10:26 chicken at the end of the day you're 10:28 still doing incredible powerful things 10:30 for your liver especially if the heavy 10:32 metal detox smoothie is in your morning 10:34 cleanse if that's in there you're really 10:37 working on getting the metals out 10:39 getting the junk out the garbage out 10:40 it's really powerful so so many people 10:43 they'll have like you know grassa beef 10:45 or some kind of animal product have it 10:48 at the end of the day do the morning 10:49 plans in the morning keep the fats out 10:52 in the morning the first half of the day 10:55 that's the key right there so how does 10:58 this work if you like salmon if you like 11:01 fish if you like chicken if you like 11:04 meat if you like avocados if you like 11:07 nuts and seeds whatever it is that's an 11:09 overt fat keep it out until after 12 11:14 then I actually prefer if you keep it 11:16 out even longer than that maybe till 3 11:20 keep overt fats out till 3 if you're 11:23 going to have the over fats you can even 11:25 go later keep them out till 6 if you'd 11:27 like but but I'm going to go into the 11:29 morning cleanse a little bit and what 11:31 that means to start with lemon water 11:32 that's one thing right there so let me 11:34 start getting some things out and then 11:35 we'll talk about what this morning 11:36 cleanse does for the liver what it does 11:39 for the body and we go into that so I'm 11:48 excited all right so I'm going to crack 11:51 open a lemon right here you 11:55 guys this is how easy it 11:57 is the morning cleanse is so hard I 12:00 can't do it it's just too hard I just 12:03 did it just did a piece of it right 12:04 there for you simple is that 16 to 32 oz 12:09 of water squeeze a half a lemon right in 12:13 it and you're 12:16 good 12:18 okay not hot 12:20 water don't do hot water so it's really 12:23 important to know all right cold water 12:26 is fine luk warm water water is fine 12:30 room temperature water is fine don't do 12:33 hot water you just destroyed the lemon's 12:37 ability to give you a liver flush in the 12:40 morning to flush out the toxins and the 12:43 poisons you took the lemon and you 12:45 cooked it once you cook the lemon it 12:48 does something different now you can 12:49 cook lemon you can put it in food you 12:52 can prepare food you can put it in 12:53 dishes and stir fries and cook it down 12:56 it's fine but when you put lemon 12:59 in hot water you destroyed the 13:02 mechanisms phytochemical compounds that 13:04 work in a specific way with the that it has from the 13:27 traes minerals and phytochemical comp 13:28 compounds that have to stay floating in 13:30 this suspension of living water inside 13:32 of the lemon you destroyed it when you 13:34 do hot water keep that in mind so and CU 13:38 I see it every day I'm doing my my hot 13:40 lemon water I'm doing my hot lemon water 13:42 aw I'm like great that's good glad to 13:45 hear that it's not doing what it needs 13:47 to do it's doing something else it's 13:49 good for you it's great for you it might 13:52 help you go to the bathroom a little bit 13:53 that does happen right so if you do that 13:56 it might help you in a different way but 13:59 it's not going to help you with what 14:00 you're trying to do flush out the liver 14:02 flush out the toxins and poisons so the 14:04 first part of the morning cleanse is you 14:07 take water 16 to 32 ounces right there 14:09 you take a lemon cut it in half you 14:11 squeeze it right there if you want to do 14:13 the whole lemon do the whole lemon if 14:15 you want to do half do half if you want 14:18 more fine if you want less fine you can 14:21 be somebody that doesn't like lemon then 14:22 just do this check this out ready 3 and 14:55 toxins it's working for you so that's 14:57 what the liver does 14:59 all night long while you're sleeping 15:01 your liver's awake a lot of times people 15:03 can't sleep good cuz the livers are 15:05 spasming because they're working hard 15:07 they're malfunctioning they're having 15:09 difficult difficult abilities to work 15:12 difficult difficult time functioning so 15:15 what celery 17:06 stick that's still going on out there 17:08 there's also a bunch of rumors out there 17:09 celer is bad for your skin celery's you 17:11 know bad for this bad for that they're 17:15 still doing it out there the truth is 17:16 though they can't keep enough celery in 17:18 the world in stores they can't keep 17:20 enough in stock it is the biggest 17:23 produce crop herb crop there is on the 17:27 planet right now the largest there are 17:31 thousands upon thousands upon thousands 17:34 of celery Farms because of medical medum 17:37 information everywhere on the planet 17:39 growing celery there are trucks that 17:41 deliver it just filled with celery not 17:44 apples and celery not apples and 17:46 cucumbers and C celery that's how insane 17:49 it is it's in every health food store 17:51 worldwide you can go into every hotel 17:54 and order a celery juice right now 17:56 that's how serious it is 17:59 and so there's a reason for that because 18:01 it really does help people heal whether 18:03 they know it or not in in the sense 18:05 where they you know whether they feel it 18:08 or don't feel it it's changing their 18:10 lives it's why they keep on drinking it blueberries so what I love about the 19:43 morning cleanse is that you're not 19:47 fasting fasting taxes the 19:51 adrenals that's what taxes the adrenals 19:54 I hear out there a bunch of 19:56 different rumors that started by 19:59 naysayers and haters and critics and 20:01 they say oh cleansing too hard on 20:03 medical medium cleansing too hard it's 20:06 hard on my adrenals well that's funny 20:09 because it's not hard on your adrenals 20:10 it's impossible to be hard on your 20:12 adrenals unless you stop eating if you 20:15 stop eating for a complete day if you do 20:17 a water fast for seven days if you do a 20:20 water fast if you do intermittent 20:22 fasting if you don't eat all day but you 20:26 drink coffee that's hard on the adrenals 20:29 that is what hurts adrenals right there 20:33 another thing that's hard on the 20:34 adrenals if you're eating too much over 20:36 it fat over it fat takes adrenaline to 20:41 actually help disperse okay so what 20:44 happens is when we eat too much 20:46 overfat the overfat doesn't get broken 20:49 down too easy because the bile reserves 20:51 are low in the liver it's not dispersing 20:54 the fat well enough the fat ends up in 20:57 the bloodstream 20:59 too high in the bloodstream you end up 21:01 getting insulin 21:02 resistance the body then calls for 21:05 adrenaline and your adrenals are now 21:08 pumping out adrenaline the adrenaline is 21:10 to thin out the blood it's kind of like 21:13 gasoline turpentine it's a thinner a 21:16 blood thinner so that's what adrenaline 21:19 is for us it thins out the blood 21:21 adrenaline is used for all kinds of 21:23 things like if you're exercising what 21:25 happens if your blood is too thick and 21:27 you're exercising Ing and your heart 21:29 starts to struggle cuz your blood is so 21:30 thick cuz you're it's all filled your 21:32 bloodstreams filled with fat while 21:33 you're exercising while you're running 21:35 or doing something what happens is that 21:37 after your exercising your adrenals will 21:38 release more and more adrenaline to get 21:40 into your bloodstream to try to thin out 21:42 the blood so you don't die of a heart 21:43 attack while you're 21:45 exercising so our adrenals are always 21:48 that blood thinner for us keeping the 21:50 fats dispersed keeping the blood thinner 21:55 so we don't have a heart attack we don't 21:56 have a stroke and that's what our 21:58 adrenals do but what happens is when 21:59 we're eating over fats in the morning 22:02 now our adrenals are boom all on if you 22:06 have chocolate if you have cream in your 22:07 coffee if you have something like an 22:10 avocado in the morning your adrenals are 22:13 now releasing adrenaline to try to 22:15 disperse it and thin it out I'm not 22:17 saying avocado is bad that's not it 22:18 something you can eat later on in the 22:20 day but people are used to running on 22:23 their own adrenaline they're addicted to 22:25 their own blueberries right 56:36 here there we 56:43 go and I'm going to put a few more 56:46 blueberries in here like 56:48 this this is a simple Millet porridge it 56:52 doesn't take much to make TimeWise 56:55 really not much there you go look at 56:57 this a little bit of maple 57:00 syrup serve it right in a bowl just like 57:04 this 57:10 nice I'm going to put a few blueberries 57:13 right on top look at this you guys it's 57:17 incredible and I'm going to drop just a 57:19 few sprinkle them right on top like 57:23 this all right 57:26 there we 57:28 go what you have right there is a millet 57:31 porridge fat free no oil no 57:35 Crisco no vegetable oil no canola oil no 57:39 soy 57:40 oil right no oat milk which is high in 57:43 fat no almond milk no almond butter no 57:47 peanut 57:48 butter none of that how many of you guys 57:50 you know see that like you put that in 57:52 things right but you don't want to put 57:53 that in things in the morning this is 57:55 the morning Cleanse This is a hearty 57:56 option for a morning cleanse breakfast 57:59 right there there it is 58:02 millet with wild blueberries and a 58:05 little bit of maple syrup incredible 58:08 we're going to I can't wait to try a 58:09 little later let's check out those 58:10 cookies they're 58:12 cooking cookies are just about done I'd 58:15 say a few more minutes okay now we're 58:18 going to make a hardboiled 58:21 egg that's next now what I like about 58:25 these hardboiled 58:27 eggs is they're not like the other 58:30 hard-boiled eggs that we're talking 58:31 about these are much 58:34 different and much more fun to make I 58:37 think I think they're more fun to make 58:40 so you can have somebody that like 58:41 really wants that hearty flavor that 58:43 hearty taste something hearty inside of 58:46 them I recommend this so so let's start 58:49 making these hard-boiled eggs so what 58:50 you see is a rusted potato right there 58:53 now it takes a little creativity 58:55 so in the sense where you're going to 58:57 make these I'm going to cut a piece 58:58 right off that potato just like that 59:00 take a look you guys okay all 59:04 right and I'm going to peel this potato 59:07 in the shape of an egg this is so simple 59:10 and so easy it's ridiculous okay see 59:13 peeling this and I'm even going slow 59:16 instead of fast so I do like to do 59:18 things quicker but I'm taking my time on 59:21 this one there we go I'm going to make a 59:24 few of these right here there's one 59:27 hardboiled egg look at that I'm going to 59:30 grab a little 59:34 bowl what I'm going to 59:37 do okay is I'm going to use that bowl in 59:40 a 59:40 minute it's one hardboiled egg right 59:45 there I'm going to make another 59:46 hardboiled egg out of the same potato like 1:06:31 them when they got a little bit of that 1:06:33 brown when they're browned a little bit 1:06:35 that that look do you see that look you 1:06:36 guys right there you guys see that look 1:06:39 right right how amazing is that look at 1:06:42 these 1:06:43 cookies these are oatmeal banana cookies 1:06:47 there's no ins the resistance going on 1:06:49 with this there's no blood sugar spikes 1:06:51 going on with this because there's no 1:06:53 oil oil in here to battle the sugar so 1:06:56 when you're eating this this isn't this 1:06:57 isn't about having that oil or that fat 1:07:00 in here there's no peanut butter in 1:07:01 these cookies there's no almonds there's 1:07:03 no chocolate chips in these cookies 1:07:05 that's the fat right there that will 1:07:07 stop your morning cleanse so if you make 1:07:08 your oatmeal cookie with chocolate 1:07:11 chocolate chips there's no cleansing 1:07:13 your liver is not going to cleanse it's 1:07:14 not going to happen because the overt 1:07:15 fat is going to make your liver go into 1:07:17 overdrive and it's going to produce a 1:07:19 lot of bile and it's not going to be 1:07:21 able to actually cleanse it's going to 1:07:22 be busy producing B 1:07:24 so the whole point of the medical 1:07:25 meeting morning cleanse is to not have 1:07:28 to have your liver go into production 1:07:32 and start producing too much bile to 1:07:34 break down fats and when you actually 1:07:37 stop that process where you stop your 1:07:39 liver from having to break down for 1:07:41 having to worry about breaking down fats 1:07:43 and producing too much bile once you 1:07:46 stop your liver from having to do that 1:07:48 you give your liver a break where it 1:07:49 could its only focus from there on out 1:07:52 is cleansing out the poisons the toxins 1:07:54 and the junk you want your liver to only 1:07:57 have one Focus every morning and that's 1:08:00 to clean out the 1:08:01 poisons that's the Focus right of chocolate at 10: in the morning done 1:08:42 your liver is not going to 1:08:44 cleanse it's not going to cleanse if any 1:08:47 of that's happening so this is critical 1:08:48 to know you got almond milk in the 1:08:50 morning done your liver is not going to 1:08:53 cleanse you got oat milk in the morning 1:08:55 nope your liver is not going to cleanse 1:08:57 that's how important this is how easy 1:09:00 though is 1:09:01 it if you do this any of this even if 1:09:06 it's just lemon water celery juice and 1:09:10 an 1:09:12 apple that's it lemon water celery juice 1:09:15 watermelon
