Summary Anthony William explains that bloating, constipation, and IBS are rooted in a stagnant, sluggish liver that can't produce adequate bile or support HCL production, combined with pathogens living in the intestinal tract lining that create inflamed hot spots trapping gas and blocking movement.

Core Tools to Use

  • Celery Juice

    • Why: Restores stomach glands that produce HCL (hydrochloric acid), gives the liver a daily flush pushing out poisons and toxins, and lowers pathogen proliferation over time
    • How: 16 oz fresh celery juice on an empty stomach every morning
  • Medical Medium Morning Cleanse

    • Why: One of the best starting points for bloating, IBS, intestinal tract issues, liver problems, and blood sugar issues — begins the process of cleansing and restoring the liver
    • How: Follow the morning cleanse protocol in Cleanse to Heal book. Customize based on your condition
  • Liver Cleansing and Restoration

    • Why: The liver performs over 2,000 chemical functions. When stagnant and sluggish, it may only run on 300-500 functions — leading to bloating, blood sugar problems, skin issues, constipation, weak digestion, and high cholesterol
    • How: Follow protocols in Liver Rescue and Cleanse to Heal. Reduce fat intake so the liver can produce adequate bile. Remove foods that feed pathogens living inside the liver
  • Fruits, Leafy Greens, and Vegetables

    • Why: These foods provide the nutrients, fiber, and water content needed for healing. Feeling roughage move through inflamed areas does NOT mean the food isn't digesting — it means the healing foods are revealing inflamed hot spots caused by pathogens
    • How: Continue eating raw and cooked vegetables, fruits, and leafy greens. Don't stop because you feel them moving through your gut — that sensitivity is from pathogen-caused inflammation, not poor digestion

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • Caffeine (Coffee, Matcha, Cacao)

    • Why: Forces adrenals to flood adrenaline, which gets absorbed into the liver and makes it more stagnant and sluggish. Creates a false "high" while worsening the root problem
    • How: Remove caffeine and replace with celery juice, lemon water, and healing beverages
  • High Fat Diets

    • Why: Excess fat in the bloodstream triggers an emergency adrenaline response to thin the blood and prevent heart attack. This constant adrenaline flood further exhausts the liver. Additionally, a weak liver can't produce enough bile to break down the fat — undigested fat goes rancid in the gut, joining with weak bile to putrefy
    • How: Lower fat intake regardless of diet style (plant-based, vegan, or animal protein). Give the liver less fat to process
  • Eggs and Cheese

    • Why: Feed pathogens (viruses and bacteria) living in the liver and intestinal tract. Switching to eggs-only or eggs-and-cheese diets to avoid roughage discomfort doesn't fix the root problem — it feeds the bugs causing the inflammation
    • How: Remove eggs and dairy. Replace with healing foods
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

    • Why: Does not fix bloating or gut issues despite popular claims
    • How: Stop using ACV as a gut remedy
  • Charcoal

    • Why: Does not address the root causes of bloating, constipation, or IBS
    • How: Stop using activated charcoal for gut issues
  • Sodium Bicarbonate

    • Why: Not a safe remedy for gut problems
    • How: Avoid using sodium bicarbonate for bloating or digestion
  • Toxic Water Trends

    • Why: Many new water trends are harmful rather than helpful
    • How: Be cautious about trendy water products — stick to clean, plain water
  • Intermittent Fasting (as a solution)

    • Why: Temporarily reduces bloating by withholding food, but does not fix the root cause. The moment you eat again, bloating returns. The 5-20 lbs people lose is not fat — it's swelling, fluid retention, old putrefied food, and trapped gas that comes right back
    • How: Instead of fasting to manage symptoms, address the stagnant liver and intestinal inflammation with proper protocols
  • Lymphatic Drainage / Abdominal Machines (as a cure)

    • Why: Temporarily pushes out fluid and reduces visible bloating, but it returns within hours or by the next day because the root cause (liver, pathogens, trapped gas) hasn't been addressed
    • How: Use these for comfort if desired, but pair with root-cause healing — liver cleansing, pathogen reduction, and proper nutrition

Key Health Information

  • Liver and Blood Sugar: The liver stores glucose and releases it into the bloodstream to keep blood sugar balanced. A stagnant liver loses its glucose storage capacity, causing hypoglycemia, blood sugar spikes, and crashes. This is a liver problem, not a pancreas problem
  • HCL (Hydrochloric Acid): A seven-blend acid produced by stomach glands. A strong liver keeps these glands strong. Weak HCL = protein doesn't break down = protein rots and putrefies in the gut = ammonia gas, flatulence, and bloating
  • Bile Production: The liver produces bile to break down fat. A weak liver produces weak bile that can't disperse fat — the fat sits on intestinal walls, goes rancid, and the bile itself loses its shelf life and putrefies alongside the fat
  • Ammonia Gas: Produced from putrefied protein, rancid fats, and bad bacteria feeding on undigested food. This toxic gas causes stitches, cramps, gastritis, and can leech through the entire body causing body odor
  • Inflamed Hot Spots: Pathogens (viruses and bacteria) nest in the linings of the intestinal tract, creating inflamed areas. Gas gets trapped at these spots and builds up, causing bloating and distension. These inflamed areas also make you feel roughage passing through
  • Constipation Causes: Three main factors: 1) Inflamed areas in intestinal tract blocking fecal matter. 2) Vagus nerve inflammation stopping peristaltic action (neurological constipation). 3) Bad bacteria creating expansions and narrowings that trap fecal matter
  • Pathogens in the Liver: EBV, HHV-6, cytomegalovirus, HHV-7, herpes simplex 1 and 2, strep, staph, and H. pylori can all inhabit the liver, making it more stagnant and sluggish
  • Bloating Weight: Many people carry 5-20 lbs of bloating that is not fat — it's swelling, fluid retention, old putrefied food, stagnant liver fluid, and trapped gas
  • Adrenaline and the Liver: Emotional stress, caffeine, and high-fat diets all trigger adrenaline release. This adrenaline gets absorbed into the liver, making it more stagnant and sluggish — which worsens bloating

0:45 intermittent fasting whoa it's back now
0:47 I ate it's back and and over and over
0:51 and over it goes because that's what
0:52 happens with a lot of people is they're
0:55 battling bloating constipation other
0:58 things too loose St not loose dos then
1:01 it's constipation then it's back or it's
1:03 just straight straight plain old
1:06 bloating and that's what it is so we're
1:09 talking about some cool stuff right here
1:12 now I know a lot of people they fight to
1:14 get their bloating down they get the
1:16 lymphatic drainage lymphatic massage
1:19 they get their stomachs worked on so
1:20 that's a big thing right now everybody
1:22 goes in and someone's working on their
1:23 stomach now they're using machines on
1:26 their stomachs right to try to get the
1:28 bloating down and then right when it's
1:29 it's like getting a new haircut okay you
1:32 get a brand new haircut it's perfect you
1:35 love what you're seeing you walk out of
1:38 the the salon and then some wind hits
1:42 you hop in your car you're like it's
1:43 still looking good I still got my
1:45 haircut I still got my style it's all
1:47 good by the end of the day it's getting
1:49 worse worse worse by morning you wake up
1:52 and your hair is not what you wanted it
1:55 to be it's not where it was when you
1:57 just walked out of that Salon the same
1:59 thing you you go get your stomach worked
2:01 on you get your lymphatic drainage
2:02 worked on you're getting your stomach
2:03 just right then you walk out of there
2:06 and you're like okay my stomach's down
2:08 and then you sip some water or you drink
2:11 something whatever that is and then boom
2:14 it's back for a lot of people or you
2:16 just start seeing it slowly coming back
2:18 then next day it's slowly coming back
2:21 Third Day fourth day you're bloated
2:23 again you got the distension you're
2:25 stuck you're back to where you were so
2:27 let's talk about like true true causes
2:29 if you're fighting any kind of bloating
2:31 at all any kind of bloating at all you
2:35 got to go to your liver liver that's
2:38 right doesn't mean eat liver you don't
2:40 want to eat liver to fix your bloating
2:43 because that's not going to fix it
2:44 because people talk about that stuff too
2:46 they'll try anything it's all about
2:48 biohacks out there non-stop but your
2:50 liver something's going on stagnant
2:53 sluggish
2:55 liver stagnant sluggish liver why is it
2:58 stagnant why is it slug sluggish from a
3:01 lot of different things you guys I'm in
3:02 Liver Rescue right now I'm just looking
3:05 through here and talking about some cool
3:07 stuff we're going to talk about this so
3:09 what happens with people is their liver
3:12 gets filled up and that filters stuffed
3:15 and clogged and then it starts to become
3:19 dysfunctional and then it doesn't
3:21 produce the bile it needs to produce to
3:23 break down your
3:25 fats and then it starts to weaken and
3:30 it's over 2,000 chemical functions start
3:34 to become
3:35 dysfunctional and so now your liver is
3:37 only running on 700 chemical functions
3:41 now your liver is only running on 900
3:44 chemical
3:45 functions now your liver is only running
3:47 on 300 chemical functions because your
3:51 liver is stagnant and sluggish and it's
3:54 stuck and it's overburdened and over
3:58 tired and the the 2,000 plus chemical
4:01 functions that your liver does to keep
4:04 you healthy keep you alive keep your
4:06 skin looking good keep you doing good
4:10 all that's
4:11 diminishing and then over time you get a
4:14 fatty liver without even realizing it
4:17 people will get a fatty liver and then
4:18 your A1C goes up and then your blood
4:22 sugar is all over the place so if you're
4:25 somebody that's dealing with blood sugar
4:27 problems and that's what you're living
4:28 with and you're always trying to like
4:30 balance your blood sugar you're always
4:33 trying to figure out that magic
4:35 combination well let me this let me eat
4:38 that I'm going to have salmon with a
4:41 grapefruit I'm going to have a piece of
4:43 meat with a celery stick I'm going to
4:46 have something with something I'm going
4:48 to have sushi with an orange I'm going
4:51 to do whatever it is that you're I'm
4:53 going to have nuts and seeds with
4:56 raisins whatever you're trying to do to
4:58 balance that that blood sugar problem a
5:01 lot of people are like I eat hummus to
5:03 try to balance it I eat beans I eat
5:05 grains I eat fruit I eat vegetables
5:08 everybody's just fighting to balance
5:10 their blood sugar out there what they
5:11 don't
5:12 realize is they're battling a problem
5:16 much bigger than what it seems it's not
5:19 just about
5:20 glucose it's about a liver becoming
5:23 dysfunctional so one of the things that
5:25 happens when your liver becomes
5:27 dysfunctional is your glucose storage
5:30 diminishes and starts to disappear your
5:33 glucose storage so right here in your
5:36 liver okay every time you eat something
5:40 that has any kind of carbohydrate any
5:42 kind of
5:43 glucose say fructose and fruit it goes
5:45 into the liver and it helps to restore
5:47 the storage bin down in there so every
5:50 time you're eating something with a
5:51 carbohydrate because if you don't have a
5:53 carbohydrate if you don't have a sugar
5:55 if you don't have that fructose or
5:57 glucose you don't have that starch from
6:00 something what happens is you don't
6:03 refill all of your cells with needed
6:06 energy because our energy derives from
6:09 sugar our brain thrives and lives off of
6:12 sugar that's what our brain lives off of
6:15 you take sugar away from our brain it
6:18 dies in 10 seconds you take sugar away
6:22 from the brain cells start to die in 5
6:27 seconds and it just goes from there like
6:29 as the seconds are counting down the
6:31 brain starts to die so sugar and glucose
6:35 needs to store into the liver so that
6:37 your liver is releasing little bits of
6:40 it keeping your blood sugar balanced you
6:43 hear what I'm going right here how
6:44 important this is keeping your blood
6:47 sugar balanced your liver is like your
6:50 blood sugar balancer right there people
6:54 don't know that instead they're just
6:56 they're trying to master a food they go
6:58 and buy a hack foods and they're trying
7:01 like I'm trying to eat this and this and
7:03 at 12:00 I'm eating this and this and at
7:05 1:00 I'm eating this and this and
7:07 they're trying to figure out how to keep
7:09 their blood sugar their hypoglycemia
7:11 their hypoglycemia blood sugar spikes
7:13 they're keeping monitors on themselves
7:15 they're all freaked out about their
7:17 blood sugar they don't know what's going
7:18 on and what's really happening deep down
7:20 inside is you got a tired liver that
7:24 that doesn't have a glucose storage bin
7:27 anymore or the delivers overburdened
7:30 stagnant sluggish and it's not
7:33 functioning good enough to release
7:37 glucose properly it's not functioning
7:40 good enough to be able to release spurts
7:42 of that glucose to keep you strong so
7:45 you're not hitting the ground so you're
7:48 not you know hitting the wall so you can
7:51 function and live your life so your
7:53 liver needs to actually control that
7:56 glucose release and it sends out glucose
7:59 ose right into the bloodstream so that
8:01 you're stable so what happens is people
8:04 walk around they think they have the
8:05 worst blood sugar problems because it's
8:07 a blood sugar problem they're like it's
8:08 my pancreas what's going on am I
8:10 pre-diabetic what do I have going on
8:13 meanwhile it's the liver it's tired it's
8:16 beaten down it's problematic it's
8:18 stagnant it's
8:20 sluggish and that's what's going on so I
8:23 want everybody to know that the liver
8:26 plays a role in so much of your health
8:28 over 2,000 in chemical functions and
8:30 when it get stagnant and sluggish
8:32 everything starts going wrong you start
8:35 bloating you might get some
8:38 constipation you might get all kinds of
8:40 other issues along with it and then
8:42 there's the adrenaline so let's get the
8:44 adrenals out for a little bit that's
8:47 another thing that happens we run on a
8:49 high all the time we're always trying to
8:51 get high everybody's out there trying to
8:53 get high they're living off of
8:55 adrenaline they're running on adrenaline
8:57 every day and then they're burning out
9:00 their adrenals every day adrenaline's
9:03 being released and that adrenaline gets
9:05 absorbed into the liver and starts to
9:07 absorb into the liver and it tires the
9:09 liver out another reason why people have
9:12 stagnant sluggish liver that leads to
9:15 bloating is because their adrenals have
9:18 released so much adrenaline so so many
9:21 people are on caffeine every day they're
9:22 on their coffee and their adrenals are
9:24 just flooding everywhere
9:26 like more caffeine the adrenals are just
9:30 releasing it out right more matcha tea
9:32 more coffee more cacao more caffeine and
9:36 it's just like stimulant stimulant and
9:38 the adrenals are just flooding and
9:39 flooding and
9:41 flooding that's not the only time the
9:43 adrenals are flooding when we're on a
9:44 really high fat diet all the time we're
9:46 eating fats everywhere whether you're
9:48 plant-based you're vegan whether you're
9:51 you know vegetarian whether you're just
9:54 animal protein a lot of people they're
9:56 on such high fat diets there's so much
9:58 fat in their diet that they're on an
10:00 adrenaline High because the fats get
10:02 into the bloodstream then your body does
10:04 this emergency situation where it
10:06 releases adrenaline to thin out the fats
10:09 inside the bloodstream so you don't have
10:11 a heart
10:12 attack and so all that adrenaline high
10:15 is happening with people they're walking
10:17 around stimulated all the time and so
10:20 it's important it's important to heal
10:23 the liver work on healing the liver
10:25 restoring the liver so many people's
10:28 problems are are the liver okay eczema
10:32 psoriasis
10:33 dermatitis the liver plays a role in
10:36 that right there any skin problems you
10:38 don't
10:39 like any kind of different dark spots on
10:42 your skin all kinds of different skin
10:44 issues the liver plays a role right
10:46 there
10:47 bloating yes even constipation other
10:51 digestive trouble the liver plays a role
10:54 right there so let's move into it a
10:55 little deeper okay one of your liver's
10:58 most important jobs is to disperse bile
11:03 and break down fat and if it doesn't
11:06 disperse enough bile guess what the fat
11:09 goes ran it ran it it sits in your gut
11:14 and it goes bad and it goes rancid and
11:16 it starts to harden up and it sits on
11:18 the walls of your intestinal tract and
11:20 your
11:22 gut the other role the liver
11:25 does is it actually makes it so your
11:29 stomach glands in your stomach stay
11:31 stronger so that they can create
11:34 hydrochloric acid and the hydrochloric
11:37 acid breaks down protein the weaker your
11:39 liver gets the less protein you break
11:42 down and then your protein ends up
11:45 rotting and putrifying and then you can
11:47 be stuck with all kinds of flatulent and
11:50 gas additionally tacked on to your
11:54 bloating so quick rundown stagnant
11:57 sluggish liver that's dysfunctional
11:59 that's not doing its 2,000 chemical
12:01 functions but instead it's doing 500
12:04 chemical functions or 400 chemical
12:06 functions it gets tired it can't
12:09 function as good as it needs to function
12:11 it gets hot it starts to heat up and
12:14 then it loses its ability to store
12:16 glucose so your blood sugar is all over
12:19 the map like this so when you got that
12:21 stagnant sluggish liver you guys your
12:24 glucose is all over the map and you're
12:27 just like everywhere it's like my A1C my
12:30 A1C where's my glucose I'm spiking I'm
12:33 lowering I'm spiking I'm crashing the
12:36 liver plays a huge role in all of that
12:39 the other thing hydrochloric acid the
12:42 liver keeps your stomach glands and
12:44 stomach stronger if the liver's strong
12:46 it keeps your stomach stronger your
12:48 glands in your stomach stronger
12:50 producing higher quality quantities of
12:54 HCL which really helps someone actually
12:58 break down proteins you guys I see a lot
13:00 of people asking me what I'm talking
13:01 about talking about bloing constipation
13:04 and IBS in Liver Rescue I don't know if
13:06 you have this book right
13:07 here and then I also have cleanse the
13:10 heal with me right here if you guys
13:11 don't have this book this book has saved
13:14 countless lives already around the world
13:16 check it out when you can it's an
13:18 Incredible Book cleanse the
13:21 heel cleanse the heel is an important
13:23 book for cleansing the liver
13:27 Okay so let's go into a little deeper
13:30 into it we're going to cover some other
13:31 stuff all around this so it's critical
13:34 to know what's going on inside your body
13:36 if you don't know what's happening
13:38 inside your body you're going to be
13:39 running around like a chicken with your
13:42 head cut off trying to biohack always
13:45 looking for an answer being stuck in the
13:48 mud but when you know what's going on
13:51 and why you're feeling like you do why
13:53 you're struggling like you do and you
13:54 know why things can change you can turn
13:58 things around you you can heal you can
14:00 move forward and that's critical to know
14:02 so back to the liver a little bit
14:05 keeping a strong liver makes it so your
14:08 HCL is produced and stays strong and
14:11 breaks down your protein critical or
14:14 your protein will sit there and rot in
14:16 your gut and you'll have protein gut rot
14:18 inside your gut where it'll purify and
14:22 release ammonia and
14:25 gases and then you want your liver to be
14:28 strong to produce strong ample bile so
14:32 the bile can break down and disperse the
14:35 fats that you're eating when you do eat
14:37 fat in your food a weak liver means the
14:41 bile will actually go
14:43 rancid with the fats your own bile and
14:47 the fats together will actually join
14:50 together and purify and all go ran it
14:53 because your bile wasn't even strong
14:55 enough to break down the fat so your
14:58 bile even lost its shelf life people
15:02 with weak livers they end up getting a
15:04 fatty liver liver starts to get toxic
15:07 and fat and when the liver is in that
15:10 condition all these things can go wrong
15:12 as
15:13 well another thing with the liver is
15:16 cholesterol readings when you go and get
15:18 your blood test liver problems mean
15:22 cholesterol
15:24 problems right there on its own high
15:27 blood pressure liver problems unless
15:30 there's a blockage somewhere and even
15:32 then if there's a blockage somewhere
15:34 with high blood pressure or heart
15:36 problems it starts originally from the
15:38 liver all the way back in years before
15:41 it starts with the liver keep that in
15:43 mind so I don't talk about it enough
15:46 lately but in order to stay healthy we
15:49 have to keep our livers healthy and
15:52 strong so we can stay healthy so
15:55 cleansing the liver strengthening it and
15:58 bringing it back is key it's critical
16:02 for
16:03 healing back to the high that
16:05 everybody's on everybody's chasing a
16:07 high said this before people love to
16:11 chase highs and when we Chase highs and
16:13 we're stimulated or jacked up on our own
16:15 adrenaline we weaken our liver even more
16:19 Liver Rescue is a legendary it has
16:21 changed the health of people worldwide
16:25 it's changed the medical system it's
16:27 changed the health system system
16:29 influencers every day all around the
16:30 world including on podcasts or talking
16:33 about information in Liver Rescue It is
16:36 it this is the book that brought liver
16:38 information to the world no one's ever
16:40 even heard
16:41 before this book right here is worth a
16:44 read to gain control and empowerment on
16:47 your health let's go into it a little
16:52 deeper all
16:56 right so you're eating whatever you
17:00 choose to
17:01 eat you're bloating from
17:04 it so you might be somebody that's
17:06 intermittent fasting maybe you're
17:08 holding back food maybe you did a water
17:11 fast and your water fast was like seven
17:14 days or 10 days or 14 days or 21 days
17:18 and you did it water fast and your
17:20 bloating went down and you're proud of
17:22 yourself cuz your bloating went
17:24 down and maybe you just you're somebody
17:26 who's intermittent fasting you're
17:28 probably yourself cuz you're bloating
17:29 went down or maybe you're somebody that
17:31 just didn't eat much for a few days and
17:33 you're getting lymphatic drainage and
17:35 you're getting your stomach worked on
17:36 and they're working on you and they're
17:38 even using machines on your abdomen
17:40 abdominal machines to try to push all
17:43 the fluid out of your
17:46 skin and then the next day it's back you
17:49 end your water cleanse it's back you end
17:53 your intermittent fasting moments it's
17:56 back you end you know you're done with
17:59 your lymphatic drainage after a little
18:00 while it's back there it is your
18:04 bloating is back what the heck is going
18:08 on that's what has to be addressed or
18:12 it's just a
18:13 game it's a charade it's about managing
18:17 now it's important to manage you that's
18:20 what you have to do if you know those
18:23 inner secrets about yourself where you
18:26 can manage just right to try to keep
18:29 balance to keep the bloating down to
18:31 keep the constipation at Bay if that's
18:33 something you have or even the IBS or
18:35 anything else around it if you have a
18:38 secret
18:39 recipe and you're using that secret
18:41 recipe then then that's great but you're
18:44 also managing and
18:47 micromanaging but you're not getting
18:49 down to the root to the root which is
18:52 critical and that's a big deal we want
18:55 to get down to the root so let's hit
18:57 ammonia gas what happens with everybody
19:00 okay people get stitches they get cramps
19:03 they get all kinds of problems with that
19:05 they get gastritis they can get cramps
19:07 and stitches that run all the way up to
19:10 their neck all the way up to their neck
19:13 and even the top of their throat their
19:15 shoulder people can have gastric cramps
19:18 and gastric problems where they're
19:19 bellowed over they're hanging on a couch
19:22 they're in their bed they're on the
19:24 floor they're trying to move around
19:25 they're trying to do yoga positions
19:27 they're trying to let gas out that's
19:29 trapped and they're trying to get that
19:31 trapped gas out right but in that gas is
19:35 ammonia and ammonia is something that's
19:39 produced from a lot of things being
19:42 stagnant and sluggish in here ammonia is
19:45 produced
19:47 from foods that are actually putrifying
19:50 and not breaking down proteins that are
19:52 putrifying and not breaking down fats
19:54 that are rancid and pathogens that want
19:57 to feed
20:00 on what's going on that isn't being
20:02 digested that's starting to rot
20:05 pathogens bacteria that's not good
20:08 bacteria and when that bacteria that's
20:11 not good bacteria is sitting here
20:13 swimming inside your small intestinal
20:15 tract and inside your colon your
20:18 Elum it's feeding on ranet
20:23 undigested ammonia gas filled putrified
20:27 protein
20:28 and rancid
20:30 fats so the bacteria is feeding and then
20:35 the gas in the
20:37 flatulence produced by that bacteria
20:40 along with the ammonia gas that's
20:43 actually cycling
20:46 through that gas becomes toxic where
20:49 you're getting a stitch now so you're
20:51 feeling a stitch like oh man or oh I got
20:55 to let that gas out I'm feeling a stitch
20:59 or I don't feel good or my stomach's
21:01 kind of blowing up
21:03 again and what it is it's toxic painful
21:07 gas you might be somebody that doesn't
21:09 have the painful gas because the
21:12 bacteria might be a different kind of
21:14 bacteria or you don't have a lot of bad
21:17 bacteria feeding off of things but you
21:19 still have rotting putrified protein and
21:22 rancid
21:24 fats all inside the intestinal tract and
21:27 the gut that's leeching out ammonia gas
21:30 and putrifying
21:32 and that's creating flatulence
21:34 flatulence and gases well so you have to
21:38 just you have to roll around on the
21:39 ground on the floor you have to move and
21:41 shift your body to try to release that
21:43 gas to get it out and you might be
21:46 somebody where the gas just streams out
21:48 every day like that and you might be
21:50 somebody where it's trapped and you have
21:53 inflammation inside the the intestinal
21:55 tract from pathogens from pathogens
21:59 inside the intestinal tract and that
22:01 those pathogens have little spots in
22:03 here that are
22:04 inflamed and that inflammation makes it
22:07 so the gas gets stuck so let's go into
22:10 that a little bit I want to talk about
22:11 stuck gas because that's a big deal for
22:13 a lot of people right
22:15 there so when you're in small intestinal
22:17 tract you can have narrowings and you
22:19 can have distension and swellings so a
22:24 lot of people they small intestinal
22:26 tract okay has
22:29 inconsistencies where they're expanding
22:32 in some areas it's kind of like the
22:34 pipeline is expanding in certain
22:36 areas or Contracting in certain areas so
22:40 the gas isn't moving through properly so
22:43 it builds up in one area until it builds
22:46 up and then you move and then boom it
22:49 starts pushing through and pushing
22:52 through and that's what happens and
22:54 there's other people that have different
22:56 areas like their elium
22:58 so right here you know their Elum
23:01 problematic the gas is stuck there it's
23:04 inflamed the gas won't move through and
23:07 it's just stuck and it's in the right
23:10 area the right lower region and they're
23:12 always like this or they're in the
23:14 bathroom and they're trying to go to the
23:15 bathroom and they're always holding this
23:17 spot they feel that discomfort and
23:20 there's that kind of person too and what
23:23 these little in inflamed areas in this
23:26 in the small intestinal tract from from
23:29 bacteria in the lining in the wall or
23:32 even viruses in the lining in the wall
23:35 they get trapped in
23:37 there and when they're trapped in there
23:39 and they're in that lining you get a
23:42 swelling and an inflammation and then
23:44 the gas heads down the pike and when it
23:48 hits that spot it gets stuck and it
23:50 blows up and now you're bloating so
23:53 you're somebody that's actually bloating
23:55 so what you got your lymphatic drainage
23:56 your lymphatic massage M they might have
23:58 done like an abdom abdominal roller on
24:01 you you're getting work done you're
24:04 getting that out you walk away 6 hours
24:07 later you're starting to build gas up
24:10 the gas is building up in pockets and
24:12 now you're bloating all over
24:15 again happens every day to people you
24:17 guys just want to say real quick before

25:21 look out all right okay we're in here a
25:24 little bit how many of you guys are
25:26 dealing with g that feels like it's
25:29 trapped how many of you guys are dealing
25:31 with a little bit of
25:34 constipation how many guys are dealing
25:37 with you guys feeling like your blood
25:39 sugar is up and down and you're drained
25:41 or when you go to the bathroom you're
25:43 drained after you go to the
25:46 bathroom how many of you guys are
25:48 dealing with with distension and
25:51 bloating or you're really distended how
25:54 many you guys are dealing with that
25:55 bloating right there okay
25:58 okay so we're just going into this a
26:00 little bit a little deeper and deeper
26:03 it's important to know what's going on
26:04 inside your body it's critical okay Tera
26:08 says why can emotional stress trigger
26:10 bloating for some people emotional
26:13 stress for some people can trigger off
26:18 adrenaline okay and when the
26:21 adrenals start flooding because it's
26:24 emotional stress in the adrenals and
26:25 that adrenaline it can then fil are
26:28 right into the liver and the liver gets
26:30 stuck very stagnant in the moment if
26:32 it's already stagnant and that can kind
26:34 of short circuit the liver a little bit
26:36 a lot of people deal with that that's
26:38 one thing there's a bunch of things that
26:40 can happen though when we're under
26:41 emotional
26:43 stress so so many people
26:47 have five or 10 pounds on them of
26:52 bloating but yet it's not
26:56 fat so this is is interesting really
27:00 interesting that's why when someone does
27:02 something like they'll go and they'll do
27:04 say a water fast they go do a juice fast
27:06 or they'll go do
27:08 something well what happens is they have
27:11 like 10 to 15 PBS 5 lbs 20
27:16 lb 20 lbs of swelling of
27:20 fluid in their intestinal tract swelling
27:24 in their liver stagnant sluggish right
27:27 food F in their intestinal tract that
27:29 hasn't moved in a long
27:31 time gas and all kinds of different
27:34 fluid throughout their
27:36 system and they're bloating and what
27:38 happens is they're bloating from all of
27:40 that and then when they go and they do
27:42 any kind of cleanse or they stop eating
27:46 it starts to go down and they start
27:49 releasing it they release the some of
27:52 the old putrified stuff some of the food
27:55 out of their system some of the fluid
27:57 retention goes
27:59 down and then they notice that wait I'm
28:02 5 lb lighter I'm 10 lb
28:05 lighter but it wasn't 5 lbs of fat that
28:09 they just lost and it wasn't 10 lbs of
28:12 fat that they just lost they're now 5
28:15 PBS lighter 10 pounds lighter of
28:18 putrified stuff that's in their system
28:20 fluid retention
28:23 pus stagnant sluggish fluid filled liver
28:27 and they stopped eating and it went
28:30 down or they didn't eat much that went
28:33 down a lot of people who are
28:34 intermittent fasting they go without
28:36 food and they're just on coffee all day
28:38 they're on stimulants all day they go
28:39 without food and they're noticing they
28:41 slim down a little bit but it doesn't
28:43 mean they're losing fat really quickly
28:46 or anything they're losing swelling and
28:51 bloting but we can't just do that we
28:54 have to do things where we take care of
28:56 ourselves and we eat every day and we're
28:57 doing things that are cleaning it up on
28:59 a daily basis and healing the stagnant
29:02 sluggish liver to begin with so we're
29:05 not all over the place like up and down
29:07 and all that a lot of people feel a
29:09 little better in the morning after
29:11 sleeping when they drink
29:14 water afterwards they bloat right back
29:16 up so you go to bed at night you're
29:18 bloated you're out to hear you go to bed
29:21 you wake up in the morning and it's down
29:23 your liver got a chance throughout the
29:25 night to pack up some toxins and sh chip
29:27 it out and your bloating is down now and
29:31 then you drink water all of a sudden or
29:32 something else and you're starting up in
29:34 the morning and the bloating comes back
29:35 fast and it comes back fast and now it's
29:38 building up all day long so your
29:41 bloating is building up a lot of people
29:44 try not to drink much during the day or
29:47 eat much during the day because they
29:49 don't want to be bloated so they're
29:51 withholding food all day long they're
29:53 withholding fluid all day long and
29:56 you'll notice like a lot of times times
29:57 influencers tend to go really
30:01 dehydrated really dehydrated they're
30:04 drinking their coffee only all morning
30:07 all afternoon and they're literally
30:10 dehydrating their themselves then they
30:12 go and they get a lymphatic drainage
30:13 while they're dehydrated and their
30:16 lymphatic uh therapist says make sure
30:19 you drink a lot of water when you're
30:20 done with this and they don't even want
30:22 to drink water they get done with their
30:24 lymphatic massage and they have a little
30:27 Sip and it starts to come back a few
30:29 sips and it starts to come back so a lot
30:32 of people right now that fit into their
30:34 swim suit and so forth they're like
30:37 going dehydrated and that's not the way
30:39 to do it either that's not healthy
30:40 either it's not the way to battle
30:43 this so Nicole over there on IG says why
30:46 does green juice bloat
30:49 me well if my my thoughts here with that
30:54 question are what happens with a lot of
30:56 people
30:57 so nothing else bloats you it's only
31:00 green juice so you're just somebody
31:02 that's never bloated or you're not
31:04 bloated and then it's green juice that
31:06 only bloats you like you're not bloated
31:08 ever you live your life you eat your
31:10 dinner you eat your breakfast you eat
31:11 your lunch you're living your life
31:14 you're drinking what you want eating
31:16 what you want doing what you want and
31:17 all of a sudden you have a sip of green
31:18 juice and you're bloated now or is it
31:22 you already have a bloating problem
31:24 you're fighting bloating all the time it
31:26 just so happens when you're drink green
31:27 juice too you get bloated from that as
31:29 well because that's probably what's
31:32 happening I think
31:34 right so it's not like you go through
31:36 life and you're never bloated ever and
31:39 then all of a sudden green juice makes
31:41 you bloated but soda doesn't coffee
31:44 doesn't nothing else makes you bloated a
31:47 bagel or plant-based eating or vegan
31:51 eating or animal protein eating whatever
31:53 it is nothing gets you bloated it's just
31:54 green
31:56 juice it's just something to think about
31:58 or you get bloated all the time you're
32:00 struggling with bloat but when you have
32:01 grain juice it seems to come on a little
32:03 bit more if you're somebody you're
32:06 really toxic a lot of stuff is sluggish
32:07 your liver's sluggish and you put some
32:10 pretty healthy stuff in you there's a
32:12 good chance it's going to start
32:14 detoxifying you right away and you could
32:17 get a little bit of bloat from stuff
32:18 being pushed out starting to get pushed
32:20 out people will eat only a little piece
32:23 of meat or an
32:25 egg or a piece of chicken
32:28 just a little piece with like two leaves
32:31 of lettuce and a little piece of chicken
32:33 because they don't want too much in
32:34 their stomach they don't want to feel
32:36 that bloating because if they eat too
32:39 much they're bloated and people go on
32:41 dates and people go on dates they never
32:45 tank if it's a brand new date somebody
32:48 and someone goes on a date and they're
32:50 sitting at the table in the
32:51 restaurant no one's tanking no one's
32:54 like I'm going to eat this big stack of
32:56 panc pakes in front of you right here
32:59 I'm stuffed and then and then you leave
33:02 the table just stuffed right I'm going
33:04 to eat this 12 oce steak right now on
33:06 the on this first date right here people
33:09 go on dates they usually hold back food
33:12 all day long you know anybody that's
33:14 ever done
33:16 this when women go on dates they hold
33:18 back food all day long all day long for
33:21 the date cuz they don't want to blo out
33:23 they don't want to be bloated on any
33:25 level they want to be able to fit into
33:27 to whatever they want to fit into they
33:28 want to look good for their date same
33:30 thing with guys guys will just all of a
33:32 sudden they'll be intermittent fasting
33:33 the whole day so that when the date when
33:36 the date happens everybody's holding
33:38 their stomachs in no one wants to be
33:40 like bloated and then when they order
33:43 dinner they're eating a little something
33:45 that's how you can always tell if it's a
33:46 first aid out there like no one's eating
33:49 anything and then you know that's what
33:51 happens because if they did no one's
33:54 going to just tank and then be bloated
33:55 and that's how it works people people
33:57 eat very little a lot of times during
33:58 the day to keep their bloting down so
34:01 they can feel like they're like flat
34:04 right and then they eat a vegetable and
34:06 fruit with fiber and water and lots of
34:10 just water
34:12 rich and they eat all these vegetables
34:15 and all these fruits and all that all
34:17 that pulp and that pecting and that
34:20 fiber and that water Rich right those
34:24 nutrients are all going down and it it's
34:27 feeling kind of like bulk and all of a
34:30 sudden they're feeling it in their
34:32 intestinal tract let's talk about that
34:33 let's head into that direction a little
34:35 bit that's that deserves a little bit a
34:37 few
34:38 minutes if you guys got a few minutes
34:41 why is it that a lot of people who are
34:43 eating like leafy greens and fruits and
34:47 vegetables and they can feel that
34:50 roughage so much and they say I can't do
34:53 that I have to be carnivore I can only
34:55 eat meat only I can only eat eggs only
35:00 because every time I eat a vegetable or
35:02 a fruit or something anytime I even and
35:05 eat any of that I feel it in my gut and
35:07 it doesn't digest and it doesn't break
35:09 down I can't eat raw because if I eat
35:12 raw I can feel it it it kind of hurts it
35:15 makes me feel uncomfortable all that
35:18 roughage is moving through me and then
35:21 they go to somebody they go to a health
35:23 coach or whatever the health coach is
35:24 don't have all that roughage you can't
35:26 have all that roughage just eat eggs
35:28 only do just eggs every day like have
35:31 six eggs a day how many people seen
35:33 people do that a lot they like six eggs
35:35 a day eat eggs and cheese this way you
35:39 know you're not like dealing with all
35:40 that roughage of all the vegetables and
35:42 all the
35:43 fruits but that doesn't fix it the eggs
35:46 and the
35:47 cheese that doesn't fix it so what
35:49 happens is the reason why people can
35:51 feel all that roughage sometimes like
35:54 raw lettuces and raw kale
35:57 and raw collared greens and raw zucchini
36:01 and raw redbell peppers and raw Tomatoes
36:04 they feel it because they're inflamed in
36:08 the intestinal tract so when that's
36:10 moving through you you feel it more and
36:13 the nerve endings on the intestinal
36:15 tract Linings are sending signals to you
36:18 that it's not digesting it's not
36:20 breaking down but it is breaking down it
36:22 is digesting you just don't know it so a
36:25 lot of people they go into panic they go
36:27 into fear and they think they're not
36:29 breaking down their food and they can't
36:32 eat lettuce and they can't eat a tomato
36:34 and they can't eat a red bell pepper and
36:37 they can't eat an apple because they
36:39 feel it and it's just too much roughage
36:42 and it's moving through them and they're
36:44 better off just eating like eggs every
36:46 single
36:48 day something soft like ice cream and
36:51 eggs and
36:53 cheese and maybe chicken or something or
36:56 some meat and that's all they feel like
36:58 they can do but they don't realize it
37:01 that what happens is that the fruits and
37:05 the leafy greens and vegetables are
37:07 actually letting people know there's hot
37:09 spots in their intestinal tract those
37:12 hot spots are inflamed areas where the
37:15 nerves are sensitive because of
37:18 pathogens viruses and bacteria that are
37:21 in the Linings of the intestinal tract
37:23 nesting in there and when they're in
37:25 there NES
37:27 they're creating inflammation which are
37:30 hot spots so as you're eating the
37:32 roughage and the roughage is going down
37:34 there and the lettuces and the greens
37:36 are moving through they're hitting those
37:38 hot spots and that's when people are
37:40 feeling it like I can't digest I'm not
37:42 digesting something's wrong I can't
37:44 break down the food I need to be on just
37:47 like four eggs a day and and some kind
37:50 of like mono you know carnivore thing or
37:53 something and they don't realize it is
37:55 they got sensitive nerves in sensitive
37:58 Linings and they're just feeling it it
38:02 doesn't mean it's not breaking down or
38:05 digesting so let's get to the liver a
38:07 little bit more okay rejuvenating the
38:09 liver bringing the liver
38:11 back that is one of the big keys if you
38:15 want to take control over your health
38:17 it's bringing back the liver and so many
38:19 people are you know eating better and
38:21 they're doing better things now out
38:24 there and so their liers improve
38:26 improving just from the good things
38:27 they're doing doesn't mean it's getting
38:29 them out of the woods
38:32 entirely so bringing back the liver
38:35 getting it out of stagnancy and
38:38 sluggishness getting it out of
38:41 overburden bringing it back key right
38:45 there to IBS to bloating to
38:50 constipation getting your stomach strong
38:53 so let's go into the stomach a little
38:55 bit you guys important
39:00 okay inside your stomach are glands
39:04 those glands produce your HCL that HCL
39:08 is
39:09 everything
39:10 everything that hydrochloric acid which
39:14 is a seven blend seven blend of acids
39:19 that HCL is critical to breaking down
39:22 your food but also breaking down
39:26 different aspects of the food so that we
39:28 get the nutrients we need and we get
39:30 what we need to get out of it right
39:33 there okay so the stomach stomach glands
39:37 HCL big part of recovery big part of
39:40 recovery for the liver
39:43 too so if you're somebody that's out
39:45 there and you're like I got hypoglycemia
39:47 my blood sugar's all over the place I'm
39:49 struggling with that I got bloating I
39:52 got problems constipation I got IBS or I
39:55 had IBS or I got gas where I got all
39:57 kinds of stitches and
40:00 cramps
40:01 gastritis
40:04 diagnosis maybe some of your Crohn's
40:06 colitis maybe somebody dealing with
40:09 that ammonia gas leeching through the
40:12 body maybe you
40:14 smell maybe you're somebody and you
40:17 stink so you just got smell coming out
40:20 of your pits and you got smell coming
40:23 off of you and people somebody or
40:25 somebody in your family or somebody your
40:27 friend is just like man you
40:28 smell you go what's going on are you
40:31 okay you got a strong smell what is
40:33 going on with you maybe you're somebody
40:35 that just they
40:37 stink that's another thing too it's from
40:40 getting toxic and getting the liver
40:42 toxic and everything being all hung up
40:44 and stuck and sluggish stagnant so it's
40:47 critical to get these things better so
40:50 another thing too let's go into it a lot
40:52 of people's livers are inhabited they're
40:55 inhabited
40:57 from pathogens and pathogens you're
40:59 sitting inside the liver viruses
41:01 bacteria sitting inside the liver ebvs
41:05 hhv 6s cyto megl viruses hhv7 simplex
41:11 one 2 all these different bugs
41:14 strep staff H
41:18 pylori all sitting inside the liver
41:21 making it more stagnant and more
41:25 sluggish so eating foods that don't feed
41:29 those bugs is critical to recovery so
41:32 knowing what foods to eat it's critical
41:34 to have the information right there like
41:37 deliver rescue and cleanse the
41:41 heel right there important
41:46 information one of the reasons why so
41:48 many people heal from celery juice
41:50 drinking their celery juice every day is
41:53 because it's restoring the stomach
41:54 glands inside of the stomach the ones
41:58 that produce your gastric acid which is
42:00 your HCL and the celery juice every
42:03 single day gives you a liver flush you
42:07 have it in the morning especially gives
42:09 you a liver flush helps to push the
42:12 poisons and the toxins out and another
42:15 thing the celery juice does too is it
42:16 lowers
42:18 pathogen
42:20 proliferation breaks down bugs and
42:23 pathogens bringing them down to a lower
42:26 level over time it's just one of the
42:29 medical medium tools if there's any
42:31 reason to do just that tool alone it's

44:11 check out my telegram get on there I'm
44:13 leaving messages on
44:15 Telegram and also get on my medical
44:19 medium newsletter let's talk about
44:21 constipation a little
44:23 bit
44:25 constipation most constipation issues
44:27 are from inflamed areas inside the
44:30 intestinal tract somebody might have an
44:33 inflamed area in the elen somebody might
44:36 have an inflamed area the descending
44:39 colon the ascending colon and what
44:42 happens is because it's inflamed poop
44:45 can't move through okay another reason
44:48 why people have constipation issues this
44:50 peristaltic action has stopped because
44:54 their vagus nerve is causing a problem
44:56 where the vegus nerve is inflamed not
44:59 getting the right signals to the
45:00 intestinal tract so it's neurological
45:04 constipation is what I call it so it's
45:06 another reason so many people get
45:08 constipation and another reason why it's
45:10 because when they're inflamed they're
45:11 inflamed with a lot of bad bacteria in
45:13 certain pockets of the intestinal tract
45:15 and expansions and narrowings have have
45:18 occurred and so the fecal matter gets
45:20 hung up and stuck in different areas
45:22 between that and the peristaltic action
45:24 not being there plus areas that are
45:26 inflamed all these things can heal so
45:30 many people on MM info have gotten their
45:32 inflammation down in their gut restored
45:34 their
45:35 livers and they're going to bathroom
45:37 great better than they ever did their

48:05 infections how many UTI how many you
48:08 know different gastritis attacks how how
48:12 much antibiotics you used all these
48:14 things matter determine how fast you're
