0:00 questions, symptoms, mystery conditions,
0:04 mystery illnesses, any, you know, all
0:07 kinds of different things you could be
0:08 struggling from. Make sure you post your
0:10 question or write your comment, get your
0:14 question in there because I want to
0:15 answer questions. I do here. Here's this
0:18 is something I want to tell you right
0:19 now. Making an announcement right here.
0:21 Medical podcast.
0:23 >> Medical Medium podcast at Spotify and
0:25 Apple Podcast, right? Well, I think it's
0:28 coming out either today or it's coming
0:30 out tomorrow. I'm not sure which day,
0:33 but it's going to be an interview with
0:36 my dad. So, my dad and I are on the
0:41 Medical Medium podcast having a good
0:43 time. We're talking about all kinds of
0:45 stuff. So, you might want to listen. So,
0:47 make sure you tell everybody that AW's
0:50 going to be on the Medical Me podcast
0:51 with his father. He is. So, I'm actually
0:54 really excited. I'm nervous. a little
0:57 nervous about it, you know, because
0:58 whatever. But it's the first time I've
1:00 ever done anything like this where I've
1:02 had somebody in my family come on to the
1:05 Medical Medium podcast and talk and I'm
1:09 excited. I'm actually so excited. We
1:12 just recorded it. So, it's going to be
1:15 released today on the Medical Podcast.
1:17 I'm going to say it again and again and
1:18 again or tomorrow. I think tonight, I
1:22 think so. So anyway, but I just wanted
1:24 to tell you that it's a very special
1:26 moment for me. It's me and my dad.
1:30 This is going to be really cool. That's
1:32 all I could say. I am excited for you
1:34 guys because it's a lot of wisdom in
1:37 there. There's a lot of things to glean.
1:39 There's just a lot there. And uh and
1:42 most importantly, I mean, come on,
1:44 having a good time having my dad on
1:45 there. So medical podcast at Apple
1:47 Podcast. Make sure you know you may not
1:49 get the notification because most people
1:51 don't get the notifications at the the
1:53 you know Apple podcast and stuff they
1:55 just the notifications don't seem to go
1:57 out. It's not something that's happened.
1:59 So you may have to just keep on looking.
2:01 So keep on checking and go to the
2:03 medical media YouTube channel too. Check
2:05 there whatever. Check wherever you can.
2:07 Um check Instagram the whole bit and and
2:10 either way you're going to know. So
2:12 check Spotify. So I'm excited. Are you
2:14 guys leaving your questions now? We're
2:16 talking about symptoms, conditions. It's
2:18 serious stuff. Very serious stuff
2:20 because this is how it rolls. You got a
2:22 symptom, you got a condition, the doctor
2:25 has a name for it. Most of the time that
2:29 name does not ever explain what the real
2:33 condition or symptom is. Do you know
2:35 what I mean? The real Hey, I'm not
2:37 wearing my shades today. What is going
2:40 on here? That's because I just healed
2:42 from my plastic surgery and my fox eyee
2:44 job. So, being that I just got my
2:46 plastic surgery job, I had plastic
2:49 surgery done and I had fox eyes done.
2:51 You know fox eyes, right? You know fox
2:53 eyes. They just whittleled all that wire
2:55 in there and they pulled my eyes up. Now
2:57 that it healed, I could wear glasses now
3:00 that are clear. You know, I'm kidding.
3:01 I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I
3:03 didn't have anything done to my face. No
3:05 way. No way. All right. So when it comes
3:09 down to symptoms and conditions, keep in
3:12 mind, yes, there are names. There are
3:16 names and there's inflammation
3:20 and there's the body attacking itself,
3:23 autoimmune, but nobody gets real answers
3:26 and that's why I'm doing these Q&As's.
3:28 It's very important. Plus, I can give
3:30 you all kinds of tips and information in
3:31 and around it that you may not have
3:33 heard anywhere else because it stems
3:35 from medical meme information.
3:38 Um, hi. Is there something for a
3:40 six-year-old who has trouble sleeping?
3:42 And is there a cure for diverticulitis?
3:47 So, it not sure if the diverticulitis
3:50 six-year-old or not. It sounds like
3:52 that's for somebody else or I'm just
3:53 saying cuz I know you were just looking
3:54 at one comment. Um, but I will tell you
3:57 this that when it comes down to trouble
4:01 sleeping, there's a lot of like tricks
4:03 you can do. Some honey before bed.
4:05 That's a big one right there for
4:06 children. Uh like a teaspoon of honey
4:09 before bed, two teaspoons of honey
4:11 before bed. Make sure you ask your
4:13 pediatrician if that's okay. But that's
4:15 that's something that can glucose to the
4:18 brain can create a type of sleepiness,
4:21 especially at the end of the day or at
4:23 night and so forth. So So that's a good
4:26 trick all in its own. you can start
4:28 something small like that to start with
4:31 is obviously if there's trouble sleeping
4:34 and it's a child then you know what's
4:36 going on there. You know what's
4:38 happening. Okay. If there's no reason
4:41 like loud noises like all kinds of
4:43 different problems in the house. Um if
4:46 there isn't any such thing or your
4:49 child's not under serious duress,
4:52 serious stress, if all that is ruled
4:55 out, you're at the doctors. Hey, my
4:57 six-year-old can't sleep. My
4:59 six-year-old can't get the rest, you
5:01 know, not able to sleep in the whole
5:03 bit. Then
5:05 what we got going on? We got going on
5:08 something in here. You see right there
5:10 in the brain. There it is. And what we
5:13 have going on is midline canal. Midline
5:16 canal right there. So neurotransmitter
5:20 chemicals, electrical impulses,
5:23 toxic heavy metals, toxic metals. So
5:28 that is a big deal with children. It
5:31 creates sleeping problems, sleep
5:34 disturbance, disturbances. It creates
5:37 neurotransmitter
5:39 situations where weak neurotransmitters,
5:41 electrical impulse activity, and the
5:44 midline canal right here. So maybe maybe
5:47 I can get a shot right there in the
5:48 camera a different angle of the of the
5:50 brain right here going this way.
5:53 But what happens is there you go. That's
5:54 the top that's the top one there. Maybe
5:56 I can get a side one too. So there you
5:59 go. You got the top one there. See guys?
6:01 Right there. Okay. And then the midline
6:04 canal right here. So in this area metals
6:07 settle. That's where they settle in
6:09 children. That's where they settle in
6:12 the womb. So when the baby's in the in
6:14 in the womb. Aha.
6:18 Here we are.
6:21 So, the baby's in the womb right there.
6:23 Mommy gets exposed to a lot of toxic
6:25 heavy metals. Yes, indeed she does. Lots
6:29 of them. One reason for toxic heavy
6:32 metals is of course mommy's favorite
6:37 food. Yes, mommy's favorite food right
6:41 there. What is that? Sushi.
6:44 Sushi. Sushi.
6:46 All the 20 year olds eating sushi.
6:49 Sushi. Sushi. Sushi. Then they turn 31.
6:52 I better quickly have a baby. I better
6:53 have a baby. Baby gets loaded with sushi
6:57 metal. Lots of it in the womb.
6:59 Reproductive system. The metal gets into
7:02 the midline canal of the brain. It
7:07 settles there. Baby's got ADHD. Baby's
7:10 got autism. Baby, I'm not saying your
7:13 six-year-old has that. Baby has sleep
7:15 disturbances. Baby has all kinds of
7:18 problems. It could be anything. Motor
7:22 skill problems, focus concentration
7:25 problems, all of it because of toxic
7:29 heavy metal exposure. I think one of the
7:32 most ridiculous ridiculous things that
7:35 are still going on and and I'm not
7:37 trying to be uh you know just mean about
7:41 it or anything, but the sushi thing just
7:44 goes too far. You want sushi once in a
7:47 blue moon and you're in your 20s, you're
7:50 a female,
7:52 you have sushi once in a blue moon, so
7:55 be it. You want to have it twice a week.
7:57 You have it want to have it once a week.
7:59 Baby is going to have problems.
8:03 Period. That's it. It's just gonna
8:05 happen. And I think I think there's not
8:08 enough in the health realm, enough gurus
8:11 and experts and health experts and the
8:15 health realm has been taken over by
8:16 nothing but ad campaigns and
8:18 money-making schemes and financial
8:20 money-making schemes and everything. The
8:21 whole thing is just a storm. the
8:23 the whole entire health industry has
8:26 been taken over by a bunch of crap. It's
8:28 crazy how it is. And it's not about the
8:30 person really healing. It's not about
8:32 knowing why you're sick. It's not about
8:34 that. It's not about that. It's not.
8:36 It's about just trendy crap, selling
8:39 crap, uh, you know, and just all of
8:41 that. And then, you know, and people
8:43 rising up as influencers. That's what
8:45 it's all about. But if we want to take
8:48 life seriously and chronic illness
8:50 seriously and children's health
8:52 seriously, we have to go deeper, we have
8:56 to really take a look at things. We have
8:57 to take it seriously. And this is a
9:00 problem right here. So if a six-year-old
9:03 is not sleeping good and there's no
9:06 reason for it to be happening, no
9:09 obvious reason that's going on, then we
9:12 might have something going on in the
9:13 brain. toxic heavy metals in the midline
9:16 canal. What else do women love to eat?
9:19 They love to eat chocolate. They love
9:21 chocolate. Chocolate's in the diet every
9:23 week. Uh, you know, raw cacao, cacao
9:27 products, powdered cacao, chocolate,
9:30 chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, heavy
9:31 metals, heavy metals, heavy metals,
9:32 heavy metals, metals, toxic metals,
9:34 toxic metals, toxic metals, sushi, toxic
9:37 metals, chocolate, toxic metals, and
9:40 then there it is right there. So those
9:42 are just some really high exposure areas
9:46 and then it all gets into the
9:48 reproductive system. It gets into the
9:50 ovaries. The metals get into deep into
9:53 the uterus. The metals get in there and
9:56 the metals are in the husband, the
9:59 partner, the companion, whoever it is.
10:01 The metals are in the guy. The metals
10:04 are in the girl. And then the metals are
10:06 in the sperm. The metals are in the
10:08 eggs, the follicles, the metals
10:11 everywhere. And then we have problems
10:15 which could lead sleeping, focus,
10:17 concentration, ADHD, autism, this is to
10:20 name a few. Ready for this? Ticks,
10:22 spasms, twitches, all of it. Tremors,
10:26 uh, all of it combined. Anyway, so
10:32 you want to really get down to things.
10:36 HMD, the HMD or HMDS, medical medium
10:40 heavy metal detox. Take that information
10:43 to your pediatrician.
10:46 That's what you need to do. We can go
10:48 here into brainsaver right there. All
10:50 the different brain saver books do you
10:52 have that brain saver? That one right
10:53 there and this one. Both those. There
10:56 you go. There's the protocols one.
10:59 So much information about metals and how
11:01 it works. real information, not just
11:04 some little clip on social so people can
11:07 rise up as influencers or whatever it
11:10 is. Real information to get your life
11:14 better, to turn it around. Critical
11:16 information about toxic heavy metals.
11:18 Really, really important. So, I'll put
11:20 these books right here for now.
11:25 But for a quick, quick remedy, you got
11:28 to start where glucose is needed. If you
11:30 have disturbances, electrical impulse
11:33 issues, neurotransmitter issues with
11:35 your child,
11:37 then you bring in a little bit of honey.
11:40 You start with that, maybe a teaspoon
11:42 before bed every night. Ask your
11:43 pediatrician if it's right for your
11:45 child. I'm going to put this back over
11:48 here.
11:50 Little baby there, of course. And I'm
11:53 going to I'll leave the sushi there for
11:55 now. It might come up again.
11:58 So, let's go. Let's talk about different
12:00 um information. Oh, I see a uh reflux.
12:04 Must be acid reflux. How to fix forever
12:08 reflux. 9 years now. Please advise.
12:12 Okay. Let's talk about this. Oh. Oh. Oh.
12:15 Oh. Just bear with me a second here.
12:18 I do need a
12:21 I need a micro dose right now of lemon
12:24 balm tea.
12:26 Micro dose.
12:28 Such a trendy term.
12:31 It's ridiculous.
12:34 Okay. And people love that term, you
12:36 know? They love it. They love it. It's
12:39 amazing how the human mind works, right?
12:41 Say, "Well, you just take a little bit
12:43 of something." The human mind just
12:45 doesn't give a about that. Doesn't
12:46 even care. Like, take a little bit of
12:48 something, right? No one wants to hear
12:49 that. What people want to hear is micro
12:51 dose. And all of a sudden, they're like
12:52 zombies. Like, micro dose? Micro dose?
12:55 That's scientific. That must be
12:57 something important. That must be, oh,
12:58 micro dose the shrooms, micro dose this,
13:00 micro dose that. And then now the micro
13:02 doing went into like the health realm on
13:04 different things like micro dose this,
13:07 micro dose peptides, whatever. The same
13:09 old crap going around and around and
13:11 around. Okay,
13:15 what has gotten into me? What? Take my
13:19 shades off and this is happening. What
13:22 has gotten into me? I just want to get a
13:24 little sip here of limb bomb tape.
13:27 So good. All right, let's go.
13:34 Acid reflux.
13:36 You went to the doctor. You don't have
13:39 really bad scar tissue. You went to the
13:42 doctor.
13:43 Your esophagus isn't doing anything
13:45 crazy. You went to the doctor. You don't
13:48 have a big tumor in your esophagus. You
13:50 know, you went to the doctor, you don't
13:52 have stomach cancer. You went to the
13:54 doctor and they're looking around. They
13:56 just see you have acid reflux and that's
13:58 what you have.
14:00 If that's the case, it is now classified
14:03 mystery.
14:05 100% mystery. Like I said before, it has
14:08 a name, but that name don't mean Jack.
14:12 You can name that thing anything. You
14:14 could name stuff coming up and bothering
14:17 your stomach and asset ser. You can call
14:19 it asset something else. Doesn't matter
14:21 because if they don't know what it is,
14:23 you can give it any old name, you know.
14:26 like heartburn.
14:28 Heartburn. Your heart's not really
14:29 burning, but they gave it the name
14:31 heartburn. They don't know what it is.
14:33 They really don't have an idea. So,
14:35 let's go into it. Let's cut into it a
14:36 little bit. Chronic acid reflux.
14:39 Something's going on. It could start
14:40 from the basics. Let's hit there now.
14:42 Okay. Weak stomach glands. Let's start
14:46 there right off the running. Are you
14:48 doing enough celery juice? Have you done
14:51 celery juice every day for years? Have
14:55 you done celery juice every day for a
14:57 week? Do you even do celery juice? Did
15:00 you try it? Okay, first things first.
15:03 You got acid reflux. There's the celery
15:06 juice book right there. First things
15:09 first, let's get some celery juice in
15:11 you. Why? Because you want to build up
15:14 your gastric glands. I just opened up
15:16 the stomach right here. I just did
15:18 surgery on the stomach. You want to o
15:21 you want to you want to look at this
15:23 opened stomach for a second. Inside are
15:25 gastric glands. Gastric glands make up
15:29 your HCL. It makes up your hydrochloric
15:31 acid. Weakened hydrochloric acid happens
15:34 with stress.
15:36 Highfat diets because everybody's
15:39 fatting themselves to death in their
15:41 diet. This is all highfat diet
15:42 everywhere. Everywhere. It's just
15:45 nothing but highfat. They try to they
15:48 try to shift it like into a place. They
15:50 try to like mask it with high protein,
15:53 protein, protein, protein. Uh, dude,
15:56 highfat, highfat, highfat, highfat,
15:59 that's what it is. But highfat diets
16:01 right there cause a problem where they
16:04 start to destroy your gastric glands
16:06 over time. But it's not just that. How
16:08 much coffee have you done? Coffee
16:11 destroys the gastric glands. Did you do
16:13 it for 10 years when you were younger?
16:15 Did you do it for 20 years if you were
16:16 younger? Right. How much vinegar?
16:19 Where's the vinegar? How much? Apple
16:22 cider vinegar. I don't want to hear it
16:24 about apple cider vinegar. Apple cider
16:25 vinegar, yes, is the better vinegar. If
16:28 you have to have vinegar, acetic acid,
16:31 then yes, have apple cider vinegar. Does
16:33 it destroy your gastric glands? All the
16:36 same. All the same it does. Acetic acid
16:40 destroys the gastric glands in your
16:43 stomach. And when they get weak and
16:45 destroyed, no HCL gets produced or very
16:48 little HCL gets produced and then you're
16:51 in trouble. Now you're going to be up
16:54 against acid reflux one way or another.
16:56 So let's go a little deeper now. Okay.
17:00 Liver. Your liver. How beat up is the
17:02 liver. Is it a fatty liver? Maybe the
17:05 doctors don't know it's a fatty liver
17:07 yet. Maybe they just don't know the it's
17:10 on the edge. It's a prefatty liver.
17:12 We're just trying to do some surgery
17:14 right here. Here we go.
17:18 A liver problem guarantees the potential
17:21 for acid reflux. Letting you know. So,
17:25 keep that in mind, too. Stagnant,
17:27 sluggish, overburdened, overworked liver
17:29 can lead to acid reflux and get you in
17:32 trouble. Here we go. Low hydrochloric
17:35 acid because your gastric glands are
17:37 wasted. They're beat up. Too much maybe
17:39 adrenaline in your life for a lot of
17:41 reasons. Maybe you're into adrenaline
17:43 foods like coffee. Yep. Maybe chocolate.
17:46 Too much chocolate in your day. You got
17:49 your adrenaline pumping out of your
17:50 adrenals. All that adrenaline burned out
17:52 your gastric glands. You got acetic acid
17:55 coming from apple cider vinegar if you
17:57 want or white wine vinegar or red
17:59 vinegar or balsamic vine vinegar,
18:02 whatever it is. You got it in all those
18:03 dressings that you eat all the time out
18:05 there. It's in all the different
18:07 products you have in your refrigerator.
18:09 You're burning out your gastric glands.
18:11 Boom. Boom, boom, boom. And when they
18:12 burn out and your liver gets stagnant,
18:15 sluggish, prefatty, it gets overworked,
18:17 overburdened, you're going to have acid
18:19 reflux. That's a problem all in its own.
18:22 Let's keep on going. Let's go.
18:26 You want the information?
18:30 bacteria,
18:32 acid re acid reflux, mucus and acid
18:36 produced by bad bacteria because bad
18:39 bacteria is rising up and rising up in
18:42 your intestinal tract and in your dadum
18:45 h pylori
18:47 bad bacteria ecoli strep rising up
18:52 rising up cadiff staff rising up rising
18:55 up all the mucus produced all the acids
18:58 produced by it all it's feeding off of
19:00 all these foods you're eating.
19:04 So, when you're going, you're eating all
19:05 kinds of different stuff. Maybe you
19:07 actually eat good. Maybe you think
19:09 you're eating really good. Like this
19:10 fried egg right here. You got a
19:12 freerange chicken in your backyard. You
19:15 got a freerange chicken in your backyard
19:17 and you just cracked open a nice
19:19 freerange natural egg. You fed the
19:22 chicken yourself. That's what you did.
19:25 But in the end, you don't know it. All
19:26 that bacteria that sits down in your gut
19:28 that's giving you acid reflux will feed
19:30 off that egg.
19:32 More acids produced two days later. More
19:35 acid reflux is occurring. Bad bacteria
19:39 can do that.
19:42 Okay?
19:43 There's other things that can create
19:45 acid reflux, but what you have to do is
19:47 you have to restore your HCL to begin
19:49 with. Has to be done. You got to start
19:51 somewhere. Get the medical medium celery
19:53 juice book. Did you know on Amazon.com
19:55 right now, this thing is so cheap, so
19:59 inexpensive on Amazon.com. The celery
20:01 juice book, it's insane when I think
20:03 about it. I mean, I I really it's it's a
20:06 blessing. Really, it's a blessing. You
20:08 can get it that cheap. Go to the
20:10 library. I don't care. Go to the
20:12 library. Get it for free at the library.
20:14 Take it out. But get yourself together.
20:18 Get get that celery juice going in you.
20:22 If you can't make it yourself, go and
20:25 purchase it. If you don't have a juicer,
20:27 do it in a blender like it's described
20:30 in that book right there. But bring it
20:33 into your life and start rebuilding your
20:35 HCl and your hydrochloric acid as soon
20:37 as you can so someday you are free. And
20:41 another thing too, lower those fats.
20:42 Learn about that information in the
20:44 medical medium books. Get your liver
20:46 better. Get it to work and function so
20:49 that you're not spewing acid everywhere.
20:51 Very important. There's liver rescue
20:53 right there. There it is. Drum roll.
20:57 Liver rescue right there.
21:00 But let's get the acid reflux better.
21:03 All right.
21:05 Uhoh. Is everything just coming out of
21:07 here?
21:09 Yeah. Let's go. Let's do some questions.
21:12 Come on. You guys, if you just got on
21:14 here, check out the Medical Medium
21:16 podcast. like keep an eye on it because
21:18 I'm releasing an episode of an interview
21:21 that I just did this week with my dad.
21:25 Yeah. My father. So, he has the medical
21:27 medium's father. The medical medium's
21:30 father has sat there with me and I mean
21:35 the guy is just unbelievable.
21:39 You think you like me? even know there's
21:41 so many people that hate me. But if
21:43 you're somebody that likes me, you think
21:46 you like me, you'll see where I get it
21:49 from because my dad is way cooler than
21:52 me.
21:54 He's way more awesome than me. All All
21:57 of the above. So then when you hear my
21:59 dad on the medical meme podcast, then
22:01 you're going to be like, "Okay, now I
22:03 see now I see why I like that guy AW,
22:06 but now I don't like AW as much
22:08 anymore." because you could see his dad
22:11 is way cooler and his dad is way better
22:14 and so yeah. Anyway,
22:16 so make sure medical medium podcast,
22:19 Spotify, Apple Podcast, wherever. Don't
22:22 wait for a notification because I highly
22:24 doubt you're going to get it. I highly
22:27 doubt it. Um Apple, you know, took away
22:30 the notification thing from my people.
22:33 Guess they don't want my people to know
22:34 my podcast is up. All right. So, and
22:36 once in a while you might get one, but I
22:38 don't get one. I don't get a
22:39 notification. All right, let's answer
22:41 some questions right here.
22:43 I had histamine buildup. Any suggestions
22:47 to clear this?
22:50 Okay, it's getting back to a couple of
22:52 things.
22:55 All right,
22:59 number one,
23:01 do you have histamine buildup? You say
23:04 you do.
23:08 But here's the problem with histamine.
23:09 Can't get a good reading. Can't get a
23:11 good physician to figure it out. If they
23:14 do figure it out, what scale is it on?
23:16 How did they figure it out? Is it faulty
23:18 blood testing? Is it trendy creations,
23:23 trendy creations, the histamine trend
23:27 that happened where then all of a sudden
23:29 they're testing for histamines, but they
23:31 really can't. But they kind of can, but
23:33 they can't. But they can't. They can't
23:35 because really it could be a scam. I'm
23:38 just letting you know, right? So, let's
23:39 just say histamines are real. You got a
23:42 histamine problem. It's really
23:45 happening. Let's go into it now.
23:48 Okay. I'm not saying I'm anti-histamine.
23:52 That's not it. Don't get the wrong idea.
23:54 I'm just trying to get you to think.
23:56 Trying to get you guys to think. That's
23:58 all. You know, medical medium
24:00 information has blown the the hood off
24:02 of so much stuff out there and and it is
24:06 always right. Yes, it's proven right all
24:09 the time. Right down to Harvard saying
24:12 Epstein bar creates, you know, multiple
24:14 scerosis medical meme information. It's
24:16 proven right all the time. All the way
24:18 down to all the heavy metal information
24:20 that's out there now. All taken from MM
24:22 Info. Point is, I'm just trying to get
24:25 you to think a little bit. And the
24:28 histamine thing is something to think
24:29 about. So, okay, you got histamines.
24:31 They're building up. Any suggestions to
24:33 clear this?
24:36 Got to do this right here. You're not
24:38 going to get a You're not going to get
24:39 rid of histamines through lymphatic
24:41 drainage or lymphatic massage. Okay?
24:44 Which was another big trend about five
24:47 or six or seven years ago. And it
24:49 flatlined. I'm sure a bunch of you guys
24:50 still get them, but I'm just saying it
24:52 flatlined. It's like dead turkey. You
24:54 know that, right? Just like just like
24:57 stem cell therapy is dead turkey. Now
24:59 peptides is better than stem cell
25:01 therapy. I thought stem cell therapy was
25:03 the end all be all cure of all time on
25:05 the planet and now it's like
25:09 just like bone broth
25:12 just like the next trend but now pep
25:14 peptides because everybody's put putting
25:16 them in front of your face, right?
25:18 That's how it is. It's all about money
25:19 and trend and how to make money as fast
25:21 as you can while the trend's alive and
25:23 then the trend dies. they they come up
25:25 with something else and then it goes
25:26 into the stem cell basket, goes into the
25:28 bone broth basket, it goes into whatever
25:30 basket. Histamines is about getting your
25:33 liver corrected. Critical you get the
25:37 liver corrected then your bloodstream
25:40 doesn't become dirty blood syndrome.
25:44 Medical medium term
25:47 dirty blood syndrome.
25:50 Dirty blood means that anything collects
25:53 in it. Means that whatever they test you
25:56 for is going to ring. Ring ring ring.
26:00 Histamines rings rings. I mean
26:04 everything's going to ring when you're
26:05 when you got dirty blood. It just is. So
26:09 keep in mind that's what it means.
26:11 Histamine issues, histamines being built
26:14 up in your system. They can, you know,
26:16 they they're detecting histamines in one
26:19 way or another. It means dirty blood
26:22 syndrome. It means liver has to be
26:25 corrected or your histamines will stay
26:27 high. But there's one more trick to it.
26:29 You ready for this?
26:35 Pathogens.
26:36 Pathogens.
26:41 A lot of times dirty blood gets filled
26:43 with all kinds of pathogen debris.
26:45 That's a virus in my hands. Can I get a
26:48 camera over here in some way? It's a
26:50 virus in my hand, right? Yep, there it
26:52 is. See the virus? And get ready for
26:54 this. You see the bacteria? Dirty blood
26:57 syndrome also means could have a lot of
27:00 pathogenic material in your bloodstream.
27:03 That pathogenic material does not get
27:06 detected by current medical tests.
27:10 Okay, get ready for this.
27:14 Instead,
27:16 alarm bells ring. C reactive protein.
27:19 Get ready for this.
27:21 ANA, anti-uclear antigen. Get ready for
27:24 this histamine.
27:28 Huh?
27:30 H.
27:32 Get ready for this
27:34 gene mutation.
27:36 Get ready for this. spyroets in the in
27:39 the bloodstream.
27:41 Get ready for this. See what I'm going
27:43 at? See what I'm get ready for this
27:45 biofilm. Get ready for this. What
27:47 happens is when your blood is dirty and
27:50 your blood is filled with so much
27:53 pathogen byproduct, it triggers off
27:56 everything. It'll trigger off an HIV
27:59 test.
28:00 It'll trigger off an HIV test. The one
28:03 thing about HIV that really, really
28:05 sucks.
28:07 Okay, the one thing cuz HIV wasn't
28:10 killing anybody. Keep in mind, it wasn't
28:12 killing anybody. It was a whole bunch of
28:15 other stuff.
28:17 Keep that in mind right there. But the
28:18 one really crappy thing about HIV
28:23 is
28:25 you can get a false reading, you can get
28:27 a false test. So, if you're somebody
28:29 with three or four viruses, they're
28:31 wreaking havoc. You're somebody with
28:33 dirty blood syndrome and you're somebody
28:35 with a really stagnant, sluggish liver
28:37 right here
28:40 and you go and you purposely ask for an
28:43 HIV test,
28:45 there is a chance you are going to ring
28:49 the bell with that faulty ass test
28:53 system that they have. It's going to
28:55 ring the bell and now you got HIV when
28:59 you don't even have HIV.
29:02 That's how it works.
29:04 So, keep in mind that
29:08 it falls under so many different things.
29:10 Pathogens
29:11 ring off histamine bells, they pathogen
29:15 debris because they're not looking for
29:16 pathogen debris. They don't know
29:18 anything about pathogen debris.
29:22 And the sad part is when C came to town
29:25 in 2020,
29:28 when C came to town, right? When CEO
29:31 came to town, there were a couple of
29:34 doctors. It seemed like they were on the
29:36 forefront. They seemed like they were
29:38 like really trying to get the answers
29:40 out out to people about CO in 2020.
29:44 And then now they just sell their own
29:46 supplement brands and they don't even
29:47 talk about it anymore. They're just out
29:49 there like big influencers now. It's
29:51 actually the saddest, stupidest thing.
29:52 They're not out there trying to find
29:54 like pathogenic debris, things like that
29:57 to understand like histamines rising to
29:59 understand, you know, why your C
30:01 reactive protein test is off the chart,
30:03 why this is off the chart, why this is
30:05 off the chart. They they don't even
30:06 care. Nobody cares. Everybody right now
30:09 is just like, screw the chronically ill.
30:11 Who cares what they're suffering or
30:12 dealing with? Just take our products.
30:15 That's what they do now. That's what the
30:16 podcast doctors do, too. It's just
30:18 really sad. Anyway, when it comes down
30:19 to histamines, you got some dirty blood
30:21 syndrome going on there. Probably got
30:23 some pathogenic debris in there. Could
30:24 be an Epstein bar. Could be a shingles.
30:26 Could be an ASV. It could be like a
30:28 herpes simplex one. Could be a herpes
30:31 simplex virus. Could be any of those.
30:34 HHV6, HHV7. You got some different
30:36 bacteras in you too. Maybe a cyto. You
30:39 got a cyto. And all of it together
30:42 producing material all in here. stuff is
30:46 pissing out of your liver into your
30:48 bloodstream day in and day out in the
30:50 morning at night. You're on a highfat
30:52 diet. So, it's just all staying in
30:53 there. And you go and the doctor, the
30:56 health care provider, the naturopathic
30:58 guy, the chiropractor guy who thinks he
31:00 knows everything, the, you know,
31:02 whatever doctor that thinks they know
31:03 everything, they're going to say you're
31:04 high in histamine. That must be your
31:06 problem and that's why you're sick.
31:09 Anyway, bring this information to your
31:11 doctor and you know and and do
31:14 whatever's right by you with you and
31:15 your doctor. But it's a good it's a good
31:17 talk. It's really good information.
31:19 Let's go into some more. There's liver
31:20 rescue right there. Do you guys have
31:22 these books? I mean, do you guys you
31:24 guys have these books? You got the Brain
31:26 Saver book? Did you ever read that book?
31:28 I know a bunch of you guys have it, but
31:30 I mean these are miracles right here.
31:32 These books are miracles. This isn't AI
31:35 crap. Oh. Oh, man. Don't get me freaking
31:39 started about the AI Don't get
31:41 me started about that. Okay. Okay.
31:45 If AI is so all knowing and it is God,
31:49 then how come it spits out when you type
31:51 in something? Friend of mine said, you
31:53 know, I typed in this. What does this
31:55 mean? I said, well, it means that AI is
31:58 just gathering theories and trends and
32:01 then shoving it in as if it's something
32:03 real. So people think because they
32:06 looked it up and AI said this and this
32:07 and this. They think that it must be
32:09 real. It must be that's what you do. Let
32:11 me take this, let me do this, let me do
32:12 this. Meanwhile, it's just governed by
32:14 trends. AI is just a hodgepodge of
32:17 crappy m AI is what? Wikipedia. That's
32:20 AI now. It's Wikipedia. Wikipedia was a
32:22 bunch of crap all hodge podgeed
32:25 together. Bunch of people's opinions
32:27 thrown in and everything else. No real
32:29 facts. That's that's that's Wikipedia.
32:31 It's it's a it's the of all
32:33 right? And AI is becoming the upgraded
32:36 Wikipedia where you can look up stuff
32:38 and still get the wrong information
32:40 because it's gathering just a bunch of
32:41 misinformation and putting it together
32:43 as if it's something that's good for
32:44 you. That's a whole another thing going
32:46 on. All right, let's keep on moving
32:47 along.
32:51 I'm going to have some lemon balm tea.
32:55 I'm not saying all AI. I'm just saying
32:58 that part.
33:01 All right.
33:07 How can I get rid of whatever is
33:09 blocking me from going allin on mm style
33:14 eating? It's a lot of subliminal crap
33:17 going on out there. Just going to be
33:18 straight up. Maybe I'll talk about it at
33:20 the round table over here, but there's a
33:24 lot of subliminal stuff that could be a
33:26 thing all in its own. So much is being
33:29 thrown at each person. You can't watch
33:31 something without ads being thrown at
33:34 you like left and right. By the way, I'm
33:36 gonna clear this up. I did not authorize
33:39 any ads on my YouTube. I did not
33:42 authorize any advertisers that are in
33:44 the way of the videos for you to get
33:46 free listening, free and clear
33:48 listening. I did not authorize any of
33:51 that, just so you know. But they seem to
33:53 have hijacked my YouTube channel and
33:55 they're shoving ads in front of my
33:57 videos right now. I haven't collected a
34:00 penny, not one penny ever from YouTube.
34:04 Not one penny from YouTube in my life
34:07 has ever gone to me. And I refuse to
34:10 collect a penny from YouTube from all
34:12 those shitty ads that are running. I'm
34:15 just letting you know that is not
34:16 because somebody left a comment I saw on
34:18 YouTube. It's like, "Oh, AW must be
34:21 looking for the money or something, so
34:23 he's got ads running." Are you kidding?
34:24 I never received a penny from YouTube.
34:27 and those they hijacked my channel and
34:29 they're putting ads in front of my
34:31 videos right now without my permission,
34:33 without my consent, without anything,
34:35 without my authorization. I'm letting
34:37 you know that's what that is.
34:41 Yeah. Okay, let's go into it a little
34:42 bit. So, what kind of subliminal stuff
34:45 are you seeing all the time? Number one,
34:47 what's being thrown at you left and
34:48 right on social, on the internet, on,
34:51 you know, on streaming services, you
34:53 know, whatever, Netflix, Hulu, whatever,
34:56 you know, Amazon, whatever it is, what's
34:58 being thrown at you? Because there's so
35:00 much that's blocking prog like movement
35:04 forward. It's blocking like movement
35:08 forward into healing because your brain
35:12 is part of not going in all in on
35:15 medical medium. That's part of it is
35:17 your brain is part of that. Of course,
35:20 it's a big piece of it. And if your
35:22 brain is getting filled up with all
35:23 these different things like nutritional
35:26 yeast, you know what I mean? mushroom
35:29 coffee, you know, um colostrum, um your
35:32 brain's being filled up with ever
35:34 whatever is being said out there. Um
35:35 Mediterranean diet is now proven to help
35:38 people. Um you know what I mean? Like,
35:40 oh, you should be doing this, you should
35:42 be eating meat all the time and only
35:44 meat. Um you should be doing this, you
35:46 should be doing that. Whatever it is
35:47 that's getting filled in.
35:49 neurotransmitters, electrical impulses,
35:51 neurons are taking all that in that it
35:53 becomes like this this conditioning and
35:57 this brainwashing aspect that's
36:00 happening. And right now, that's going
36:01 to get in the way of a lot of people.
36:02 They're going to get brainwashed and
36:05 kept from moving forward further in
36:08 their healing process because they're so
36:10 brainwashed by so much subliminal crap,
36:14 so much messaging, so much conditioning
36:17 that could be a part of it all on its
36:19 own. Just letting you know right there.
36:22 Okay. What else could be blocking you
36:24 from going allin on MM eating? Well,
36:27 what's all in on MM eating? Are you a
36:29 dabbler? Are you just dabbling? That's
36:30 fine. Just be a dabbler. You can be a
36:32 dabbler. That's okay. It's just that if
36:35 you get like sick or something or
36:37 something isn't getting better, just
36:39 don't kick me in the ass. Don't kick me
36:42 in the ass later. That's all. Don't say
36:46 I did medical medium and that guy. Boom.
36:49 You know, I'm going to go on social. I
36:52 did medical medium. I did everything
36:54 medical medium. Meanwhile, I'm not
36:56 looking at your grocery receipts, your
36:58 bank records, your credit card
37:00 statements, your the restaurants you're
37:01 choosing, the different foods you're
37:03 choosing, what your what you're ordering
37:05 at the grocery store, what you're buying
37:07 in the grocery store, what your doctor
37:08 appointments are. Did you get different
37:10 medical treatments, what's going on
37:12 here, all these things in your life that
37:14 are going on, right? That I don't know
37:17 how much chocolate you've eaten, how
37:18 much this you've eaten. I don't know
37:20 anything. you're doing all this stuff
37:22 and then you're like, "Oh, medical
37:24 medium isn't helping me, you know, just
37:26 don't do that." And I know you're not.
37:27 You're you're asking a really good
37:29 comment. This is for other people, not
37:30 for you. That was for other people is
37:33 people do that. But let's talk about
37:36 some things that can block you. One is
37:38 like I was saying, conditioning and
37:39 brainwashing can block you from not
37:41 doing medical medium altogether. The
37:43 other thing was what what medical medium
37:45 we talking about? Are you talking about
37:47 like can you stay on celery juice? Can
37:49 you stay systematically on celery juice
37:52 for a while every day? Can you get the
37:54 medical medium morning cleanse in? Start
37:57 there. Hold strong.
38:00 Start there and hold strong. Okay. Lemon
38:03 water first thing in the morning.
38:05 Squeeze some lemon. Boom. In some water.
38:07 You're drinking that down. Flush your
38:08 liver. Boom. Right. Moving on. Celery
38:12 juice. Next. You're doing 16 ounces, 20
38:15 ounces, 30 ounces, 32 ounces. Celery
38:18 juice. Good, good, good, good, good,
38:19 good. That's sex. Wait a while. Heavy
38:22 metal detox smoothie. Get that down. And
38:25 no fats before noon. No fats before
38:29 noon. One of the things that could be
38:30 getting in your way of why you're not
38:32 going all in on medical medium is, are
38:35 you on highfat diets of some kind? Are
38:39 you vegan on highfat? Are you animal
38:41 protein and on high fat? Are you
38:43 vegetarian and on high fat? Are you
38:46 doing a lot of fat in there but don't
38:48 know it? Because here's what happens.
38:50 Fat ignites the adrenals.
38:55 The adrenals explode
38:58 because fat like causes them to gush and
39:01 pour out. Adrenaline goes in through
39:05 your brain in in and out of every organ,
39:07 goes through your whole body and it
39:09 creates problems and it weakens your
39:13 train of thought. It weakens your
39:15 commitment. It weakens your focus. It
39:18 weakens your dedication.
39:21 It weakens your allin, you know. So, you
39:25 might not just be able to get allin with
39:27 medical medium because you're doing
39:28 highfat still. Maybe you're doing some
39:30 ad other adrenaline
39:33 uh spiking things like chocolate,
39:35 coffee, green tea, some kind of like tea
39:39 drink, black tea,
39:42 energy drink, whatever it is, and your
39:44 your adrenals are just they're popping
39:46 off. It's hard to just go all in on
39:48 medical medium when you're an adrenal
39:51 adrenaline junkie. And that's another
39:53 thing, too. And I'm not calling you
39:54 adrenaline junkie to get you like upset
39:58 or anything like that. No disrespect,
40:00 but most people are adrenaline junkies.
40:04 That's what they are. They're living and
40:06 breathing and like they're functioning
40:11 on large amounts of adrenaline. That's
40:14 what they're doing. And large amounts of
40:16 adrenaline run and rule their life. Run
40:20 and rule their life. You know what's
40:23 funny? They're starting to talk
40:26 about intermittent fasting. Did you know
40:28 that? This is separate from all this at
40:30 all. They're starting to talk about
40:31 intermittent fasting. I talked crap
40:34 about it. Meaning all the facts, all the
40:37 information of why it was bad. Like you
40:40 name it, intermittent fasting. Remember
40:42 when intermittent fasting took over it
40:43 and it was the biggest thing since
40:45 sliced bread. Everybody was doing it.
40:48 Now you don't hear a squeak. There were
40:50 hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of
40:51 intermittent fasting books published out
40:54 there, self-published out there. It's
40:56 crazy, right?
40:58 And there's so many self-published
41:00 intermittent fasting books. They're like
41:02 pamphlets. They're putting thousands of
41:05 them all over the place out there for
41:07 sale, you know. And what's crazy about
41:11 all of that is it's gone. It's gone.
41:15 Gone. And now they're starting to
41:17 actually write about it out there like
41:19 intermittent fasting is actually bad for
41:21 you. Really? Because I published
41:22 information long time ago why it was bad
41:24 for you. Another trend here. And then
41:31 bottom line.
41:34 Okay.
41:38 All right.
41:44 What I recommend if you're not all in on
41:46 medical medium, just do a little bit at
41:49 a time.
41:51 Little bit at a time.
41:54 That's it.
41:57 Okay, let's move on to the uh next
41:59 question right there. Get the books,
42:01 read them, learn, bring in something.
42:04 What ailments are you suffering and
42:05 struggling from? What are you faced
42:07 with? What are you dealing with?
42:11 Learn in the medical medium literature.
42:13 Get the information that came from
42:15 above. Fix your problems. Fix them. You
42:18 can do it. You can do it.
42:22 Cleansy heel is an amazing book right
42:23 there all on its own.
42:26 Um, I'm going to eat this sushi after
42:28 this. After this, uh, No, I'm not. Don't
42:31 worry. I'm not eating the sushi.
42:34 Okay, get ready for this one. Here we
42:36 go.
42:38 Next question. How do you get enough
42:42 protein?
42:50 Protein doesn't heal you. Protein
42:52 doesn't kill off viruses that got you
42:55 sick. Protein doesn't fix your thyroid.
42:58 Protein doesn't fix multiple scerosis.
43:00 Protein doesn't fix reproductive
43:03 diseases, eczema, psoriasis, for skin
43:06 diseases. Protein doesn't fix UTI. It
43:11 doesn't fix deficiencies. It doesn't fix
43:15 really anything. Protein is easily
43:18 gathered. There's tons of it everywhere.
43:21 It's in everything and anything you eat.
43:24 Unless unless you're eating like table
43:28 sugar that was completely stripped of
43:31 everything and it's not say raw sugar,
43:34 which actually has some protein in it
43:36 and it's just table sugar that was like
43:38 bleached and stripped. Yeah, you're not
43:41 going to probably get any protein from
43:43 that. Duh.
43:46 The point is is you get protein from
43:48 everything. Protein doesn't have
43:50 anything to do with anything. It doesn't
43:53 have anything to do with living long,
43:55 dying short, living, you know, this way,
43:58 living that way. It's something that
44:01 people still don't realize. The protein
44:03 myth is painstaking. Even me talking
44:06 about this now, I can guarantee you
44:08 there's some people going, "Okay, I'm
44:09 done with that guy.
44:12 I'm out of here.
44:14 I'm going to leave him bad comment
44:15 later. He doesn't know what the hell
44:17 he's talking about because there's all
44:18 these, you know, longevity people.
44:19 They're all just about protein. Like, he
44:21 doesn't know Or some some trainer
44:23 some trainer is going to be like, it's
44:25 not like and and that's another thing,
44:27 too. Okay.
44:29 Over the years, I've helped some of the
44:33 would say is
44:35 most influential people on the planet,
44:39 blah blah blah. And that includes, you
44:42 know, people who are like Olympics even
44:46 now, even now.
44:49 Um, you name it. And they're not like
44:52 freaking out about protein. They just
44:54 want their pain to go away. They want
44:56 their struggle to go away. They want
44:58 their symptom to subside so they can
45:00 keep moving forward. And they're getting
45:03 so much protein and it ain't doing it.
45:05 Protein is not the answer to fixing
45:07 chronic illness or any kind of symptom
45:09 and condition. I'm telling you now, you
45:11 got to get rid of that brainwashing. You
45:13 were brainwashed about protein. And
45:15 guess what? Unfortunately, it's
45:18 happening all over again now in the
45:21 industry of health. Back to the same old
45:23 protein talk. All over again.
45:26 It's so sad. It really is because what
45:29 it does is it does this.
45:31 It makes it so you can easily get
45:33 thwarted and never find out why you're
45:35 sick, never know how to heal, never get
45:37 any answers, never know how to move
45:39 forward because someone's just going to
45:41 be like, "It's protein that's your
45:43 problem. You got a protein deficiency.
45:46 You got you, you know, you're lacking
45:47 protein. You need high quality proteins.
45:50 You need your grass-fed beef. This isn't
45:52 an anti-animal protein an animalbased
45:56 diet um talk because the same crap goes
46:00 to the vegans. They're so so brainwashed
46:04 to wanting protein. It's ridiculous.
46:09 People who became plant-based
46:12 or just vegan, whatever you want to call
46:15 it. I get why it's vegan and
46:16 plant-based. Okay, I know. Try not to
46:18 punish me. People who went that way into
46:22 plants only,
46:25 they went that way thinking, "I'm gonna
46:27 go this way because I can still get
46:30 protein. Oh, the plant-based doctors
46:32 know better. All the plant-based people
46:34 know better. I can get my protein
46:35 through beans, legumes. I can get my
46:38 protein through this, through that,
46:39 through nuts and seeds, lots of nuts and
46:42 seeds. That's where I can get my
46:43 protein." But they can still get
46:45 themselves sick. They're still on
46:46 highfat diets, vegan, plant-based
46:48 highfat diets. They're still doing too
46:51 much of the wrong thing. They're still
46:54 doing nutritional yeast thinking they're
46:55 getting their protein. And they're still
46:58 brain screwed. Totally brain screwed on
47:01 the conditioning of a protein. And it's
47:03 the saddest thing ever because it's
47:04 going to get in the way because
47:06 somebody's going to say as the trends
47:08 shift and move and eb and flow,
47:10 somebody's going to say, "You're vegan.
47:12 Oh, you're stupid. you need to get on
47:15 animal protein fast. You're sick because
47:17 you're lacking protein. And then that
47:19 vegan person goes, "Oh my god. Oh my
47:21 god. What have I done? What have I done
47:23 to my kids and my children? What have I
47:25 done to myself? You're right. That's why
47:27 my ministration isn't right. You're
47:29 right. That's why I'm this and this."
47:31 They don't realize they got bugs. They
47:32 got pathogens. They got Epstein bar.
47:34 They got, you know, adrenal problems.
47:36 They got all kinds of pancreas problems.
47:38 They got all these kinds of problems.
47:39 Has nothing to do with protein or not.
47:41 And they get thwarted. It's it's a big
47:44 part of why veganism is dead. It's dead.
47:48 There's a microcosmic bit of it left out
47:52 there. Tiny microcosmic level left of
47:57 veganism out there and plant-based. It's
48:01 so freaking small.
48:04 It's ridiculous. It was destroyed
48:07 by money pushing ads and meat eating
48:11 influencers. They annihilated the
48:14 veganism movement. It's like the only
48:16 thing you get the only people turning
48:17 vegan now
48:19 the the only
48:23 I might be getting carried away here.
48:25 The only people the only people eating
48:28 vegan now are people that go like to say
48:30 like progressive schools maybe like
48:32 progressive um private schools and
48:36 they're like they don't want to hurt an
48:37 animal. So they they have the human
48:40 right the animal rights thing. The human
48:42 they have the animal rights thing down
48:44 and they go vegan earlier on in their
48:47 life as they're going through their
48:48 private high school, you know, their
48:50 private boarding school. Then they go
48:52 into whatever their, you know, their the
48:54 university that they go into and they're
48:56 going in vegan,
48:59 the progressive university, and they go
49:00 in vegan, right? And because it's about
49:03 animal rights. So, become animal
49:06 activists. That's pretty much where
49:07 we're going to end up left with. I mean,
49:10 there's some vegans and plant-based
49:11 people in the medical medium community.
49:13 Thank God. Keep it alive. Keep it alive.
49:16 Okay. I'm a huge supporter of
49:19 plant-based. huge supporter. Like me,
49:22 hate me, don't like the way I look,
49:24 don't like the way I talk, I don't care.
49:26 I'm a huge supporter of the plant-based
49:28 movement. But the plant-based movement
49:30 is is still highfat. They still do
49:33 things wrong. They still eat all the
49:34 wrong crap. And they still get
49:35 themselves sick. So, what I'm a fan of
49:38 is Spirit of Compassion's plant-based
49:41 information so you can heal and be
49:44 plant-based because you're going to want
49:46 to be plant-based to heal. Yes, you are.
49:48 Because how do you heal debilitating
49:51 neurological problems when you're
49:53 eating, you know, a pound of meat every
49:55 day and you're eating drinking milk, raw
49:58 milk, and you're eating a stick of
50:00 butter and you're eating like three eggs
50:03 a day. How are you going to fix a
50:04 neurological problem? You're not. You're
50:06 not. You're not. You're not. You're not.
50:08 But you can heal doing animalbased just
50:11 right. But you've got to bring in all
50:13 the medical medium information and
50:15 understand how to break that down. So
50:17 you can still be animal-based and still
50:19 work on your healing.
50:21 It's important
50:24 if you're plant-based, stay plant-based,
50:27 okay? But this isn't a propaganda talk
50:32 one side or the other. It's just a
50:34 reality perspective information like
50:38 hardcore on healing on moving forward
50:42 and stuff. You look today, you can look
50:44 at all the different gurus out there and
50:45 crap and influenc influencers and stuff.
50:48 They don't know anything now about
50:49 what's what anybody ultrarocessed foods.
50:52 That's their answer. Big answer. First
50:54 of all, you can be sick for 20 years and
50:56 you never even touch an ultrarocessed
50:57 food. You're literally you've been
50:59 beyond that. You were eating sprouts and
51:01 stuff 20 years ago and you know growing
51:04 your own whatever and you're not even
51:06 near growing your own have your own hens
51:08 chickens in in a shack in the backyard.
51:11 You're not even near an ultrarocessed
51:13 food and you're sick for 20 years.
51:15 Thyroid problems, Graves disease,
51:17 hypothyroidism, Hashimoto thyroiditis,
51:19 you know, restless leg syndrome,
51:21 neuropathy, you name it. And you're
51:24 suffering and you're not even near an
51:26 ultra freaking processed food because
51:29 that's what it is. It's about, you know,
51:31 the real information about how to heal.
51:34 If someone's still in ultrarocessed
51:36 food, they say, "Yeah, this is
51:37 ridiculous. It's ridiculous."
51:40 If they're sick, yeah, if they just get
51:41 off of that, sure. But you can stay sick
51:43 for 20 years eating what you think is
51:46 vegan, really good stuff. Eating what
51:48 you think is animal-based, really good
51:49 thing, good stuff. And you can be sick
51:51 and stay sick forever if you don't know
51:54 what happened. You don't know about the
51:56 metals in your brain, where they're
51:57 located. You don't know about the
51:59 pathogens and how to kill them. You
52:00 don't know how to detoxify detoxify your
52:03 your body properly, get the deto, you
52:05 know, get the detoxing going properly.
52:07 There's people even in the medical
52:09 medium community,
52:11 they talk about detoxing. They're out
52:14 there like trying to get like people
52:16 support and stuff towards their
52:18 philosophy and they're talking about
52:20 detoxing and what they're offering isn't
52:23 even like they're not even like
52:25 struggling from real detox symptoms on
52:27 any level. like they don't even realize
52:30 it, but what they're struggling with
52:32 isn't even detoxing. And what they're
52:34 eating isn't even really a medical
52:37 medium. And they're out there like an
52:39 authority in the medical medium
52:40 community. Like, I've seen so many
52:42 things out there. I'm just like, my
52:44 head's just like, "What the hell?" But I
52:46 can't keep track of it all. I got to
52:48 make sure the next book comes out so you
52:50 got answers so you can move yourself
52:52 forward and read the book and learn.
52:55 Okay. So, let's keep on going here.
52:57 Anyway, the protein thing, just be very,
52:59 very careful with that one. That's a
53:01 mind screw. It was a trap set many, many
53:03 years ago. There were deals brokered
53:05 that were grandfathered in to make like
53:07 autoimmune, autoimmune, and protein,
53:10 protein. There were reasons for that.
53:12 And so, everybody, everybody who gets
53:14 sick, they're going to think, do I have
53:15 enough protein? And then you see like
53:18 you see out there, you see that 0.00001%
53:21 0000
53:24 1% of of thin Instagram models,
53:30 both whatever men, women, you know, on
53:33 Instagram or wherever it is, you know,
53:36 and they're worried about their
53:37 calories. They're worried about how much
53:39 protein they're eating. They look like
53:41 they got it all down.
53:44 You'll see. They just collect bugs,
53:47 collect metals, burn out their liver,
53:50 and now they're doing GLP1,
53:54 and then that's not working. Then
53:55 they're 39 years old, and shit's falling
53:58 apart, and they're getting sick, and
53:59 they're remembering their old days. You
54:01 know, I was an Instagram model back in,
54:04 you know, back 10 years ago and thought
54:06 I had it all down and I was doing like,
54:08 "Ask me anything. Ask me anything,
54:10 everybody." Yeah. This is what I eat for
54:12 breakfast here. I put peanut butter on
54:14 my oatmeal. You remember that one? You
54:16 know, you know what I'm saying?
54:18 Point I'm trying to say is it all
54:20 changes and everybody gets sick in the
54:23 end. Everybody leaves here and dies in
54:26 the end
54:30 and they get sick all through the
54:32 process and their 30s, their 40s, or
54:35 50s. Protein is not the answer. All
54:39 right,
54:42 wait till we hit the round table.
54:45 All right. Okay. Let's let's let's
54:48 answer another question.
55:01 Okay. So, all right. So, I see there's a
55:04 question.
55:06 So, let's look let's look at this
55:07 question.
55:14 All right,
55:18 this question. What's the cause of Haley
55:20 Haley disease?
55:23 Let's go into that a little bit. Okay,
55:25 so what's the cause of Haley Haley
55:27 disease? Right. So the Haley Haley
55:30 disease basically is from the Haley
55:31 brothers. What that means is you got the
55:33 Haley brothers. The Haley brothers
55:36 decided this is the disease. Let's use
55:38 our name happens in every single disease
55:41 corner of the world. Every single
55:44 university, every single medical clinic,
55:46 everybody wants their name on a disease.
55:49 Everybody, period. What's the disease?
55:52 Nobody knows. And here's the thing. But
55:55 what is it really? Pathogens. Keep that
55:58 in mind. It's all about pathogens. So,
56:01 that's important to know. Pathogens
56:02 inside the liver. You got remember there
56:04 isn't just Epstein bar. Have to remember
56:06 this, okay? Not only do you have hundred
56:09 plus varieties of Epcar at this point
56:12 because of the mutations growing and
56:14 growing, but you got that many shingles
56:17 growing and growing. You got that many
56:19 HSV ones and twos growing and growing.
56:21 You got that many HHV6s.
56:23 You got that many HHV7s.
56:26 And then you got a lot of other HH's
56:29 that they don't even have their fingers
56:30 on all the way down the line. They're
56:32 mutating. They're spreading. They're
56:34 traveling. They create rashes, blisters,
56:37 all kinds of different, you know,
56:39 deformationations on the body. It's just
56:42 how it works. The key is is how do you
56:45 clean up and heal and use
56:48 anti-pathanogenic
56:50 foods and antipathogenic supplements to
56:53 knock back those pathogens so you can
56:56 get rid of or get out of any disease
56:58 name because that's what you want to get
57:01 off of the disease name list. And that's
57:04 important. So the key is
57:07 it's about cleaning up the liver,
57:09 cleaning up the body, restoring the
57:12 central nervous system, getting
57:14 deficiencies fixed. Medical meme
57:16 information
57:18 fixes more deficiencies pe in people
57:20 than anything else on the planet.
57:23 Anything else on the planet, any diet
57:25 system, anything, whatever that's out
57:27 there, any trend. The medical meme
57:29 information fixes deficiencies. It is
57:32 the anti-deficiency.
57:34 It is the deficiency fixer. That's what
57:37 it is. You know, people, it's sad that
57:40 they don't know how much is here in
57:43 these books. It's here for people. So,
57:46 let's get some more questions.
57:53 Okay. So, we got some alipcia. A lot of
57:56 people have alipcia. A lot of people
57:58 have it. So many people have this. Okay.
58:00 But remember this, keep this in mind
58:02 right now. So many people who have
58:03 healed from alipcia,
58:07 they have healed their alipcia
58:10 using medical medium medical medium
58:12 information. Very important. I did I did
58:15 a video was it like a video a live? It
58:18 was a live because I I like doing mostly
58:20 lives. That's what it really is.
58:22 It's rare I ever do a video of any kind.
58:25 like lives is is, you know, I just want
58:27 to be here present for you guys in the
58:31 moment. I don't care if I, you know,
58:33 step on a nail and it goes through my
58:35 shoe while I'm live or I spill my tea
58:38 across the board or I drop my book on my
58:41 foot. I don't care. You know, I know
58:43 that people care about that stuff, so
58:45 they won't go live. They don't want to
58:46 say something stupid. They don't want to
58:48 do something stupid. I don't care. I'm
58:51 live for a reason. Okay, so talk about
58:53 alopecia. I did this live a uh a while
58:56 back. I think it was in November, don't
58:59 quote me on that. And it was about peas.
59:03 It was right out of life-changing foods.
59:04 So, let's get the Life-Changing Foods
59:06 book right here.
59:10 There's the Life Changing Foods expanded
59:13 edition. Make sure you have it. Little
59:16 side note right here. You guys don't
59:18 mind if I like talk up my book for a
59:20 second? I hope that's okay. I mean, is
59:23 it against the rules? Okay, I opened it.
59:27 This means I'm going to be searching for
59:28 a pimmen.
59:31 I opened it to pimmen.
59:33 This is a very spiritual book right
59:36 here. Where you open it,
59:40 there's something there for you. Even if
59:42 you don't eat the fruit or you eat the
59:44 vegetable or you eat the the herb or you
59:46 eat the wild food, even if you don't do
59:48 that, there's something in here. So,
59:51 make sure you know that. But in here, I
59:53 talk about peas. A whole thing about
59:55 peas in here. Peas help with alipcia.
59:59 They're very helpful with hair loss in
1:00:01 women, eyelashes, eyebrows, just all of
1:00:06 it. So, bring in some peas. So, some
1:00:09 green peas. You could steam them. You
1:00:12 can incorporate them into your meals.
1:00:14 You might even be able to do like a mono
1:00:17 medical medium mono cleanse with green
1:00:19 peas
1:00:23 like with the cleanse do heal book.
1:00:28 Cleanse a heal and brain saver. It's
1:00:30 another book but cleanse a heal.
1:00:34 Let's get into alipcia for a minute.
1:00:42 Keep in mind I may not pronounce every
1:00:45 single illness or disease properly. I
1:00:48 did not go to medical school. I am not a
1:00:51 doctor. Okay, let's go. Although I have
1:00:54 a doctor friend who doesn't pronounce
1:00:56 anything right either, so it can happen.
1:00:59 Okay, here we go. Alipcia, we got
1:01:01 adrenals. Adrenals have a certain amount
1:01:04 of hormones undiscovered by medical
1:01:05 research and science. Medical research
1:01:07 and science is not looking at every
1:01:10 single hormone produced by your adrenal
1:01:11 glands. But there is a subset of
1:01:14 hormones, a hormone that's responsible
1:01:17 for women for women
1:01:20 to keep hair follicles strong and to
1:01:24 hold hair within that hair follicle.
1:01:29 If you've gone through say difficult
1:01:31 relationships, bad relationship
1:01:32 breakups, betrayal, hardships,
1:01:36 struggles, stress, financial stress,
1:01:39 anything, adrenals have a problem. And
1:01:43 what that problem is, they get pressure
1:01:45 on them and they have to perform and
1:01:47 they have to release adrenaline. And
1:01:49 that adrenaline is there to battle the
1:01:51 stress, protect you from a stroke,
1:01:53 protect your brain, but yet it kind of
1:01:55 backfires over time because your
1:01:57 adrenaline becomes toxic as you go along
1:02:00 as well. It's corrosive and toxic. But
1:02:03 in the process of stress and women
1:02:06 endure in so many ways for so many
1:02:08 reasons,
1:02:10 adrenals can weaken to the degree where
1:02:13 it's not detected by their physician.
1:02:16 Adrenal fatigue is not protect by not
1:02:19 detected by their natural doctor,
1:02:21 holistic doctor, DO, functional medicine
1:02:24 doctor, whatever that doctor is, their
1:02:27 MD, their GP, their internist. It's not
1:02:29 detected because science isn't looking
1:02:33 for every hormone that the adrenals
1:02:35 produce. But there is one hormone
1:02:39 that's produced that's responsible for
1:02:42 keeping hair on the head of a woman
1:02:46 including eyebrows and eyelashes.
1:02:51 Okay. So in the medical medium books you
1:02:54 can look into alipcia and you can see
1:02:57 the different supplements for bringing
1:03:00 back hair for women and part of that is
1:03:03 restoring the adrenals. So the
1:03:05 supplements are geared to adrenals
1:03:07 restoring. So therefore that hormone
1:03:11 that's missing now in the adrenals can
1:03:14 restore and come back. And that hormone
1:03:17 is responsible for hair growing back on
1:03:19 the heads of women that are missing it
1:03:23 with the diagnosis of alipcia.
1:03:32 Got some footnotes for you though. Get
1:03:33 ready for the footnotes. Stay away from
1:03:36 coffee. You got alopecia.
1:03:40 Not going to really get that hair back.
1:03:43 Stay away from green tea. Got alopecia.
1:03:46 Not going to get that hair back. It's
1:03:48 not coming back easy. Stay away from
1:03:51 chocolate.
1:03:52 Got alopecia.
1:03:54 Chocolate will keep hair from coming
1:03:57 back. Adrenaline producing chocolate.
1:04:02 Okay.
1:04:04 You guys know what it's like to eat
1:04:05 chocolate? You guys know what's h like
1:04:08 what happens? You eat it and you're
1:04:11 like, "Holy crap." You're like on fleek.
1:04:15 You're on like speed. You're like flying
1:04:20 ch. You can't eat a big old, you know,
1:04:23 chocolate bar every single day. You'll
1:04:26 literally fall apart. You'll fall apart.
1:04:31 Too much chocolate will kill a person.
1:04:35 Give them a slow death. It is a drug.
1:04:40 Sparingly.
1:04:42 Sparingly.
1:04:45 Chocolate. Caffeine. Chocolate.
1:04:48 Coffee. Caffeine.
1:04:51 You name it. All supports alipcia in a
1:04:56 negative way. not allowing the hormone
1:04:58 to be reproduced by the adrenals.
1:05:00 Medical research and science doesn't
1:05:02 even know about the hormone. So, if
1:05:04 you're here like where's the where's the
1:05:05 stud? Just so you know, anytime they
1:05:06 even put studies into anything anymore.
1:05:09 What the study is isn't even what the
1:05:11 other thing is. It's crazy. It's just
1:05:12 such a sham out there. You guys seeing
1:05:15 that out there? It's been happening for
1:05:16 a decade.
1:05:18 Point is is yeah, there's things you can
1:05:20 do to heal. Okay.
1:05:23 All right. Here's a question right here.
1:05:24 How to lose weight? been on medical
1:05:26 medium for years.
1:05:34 Okay.
1:05:36 Okay. So, who's Okay. Okay. I've been on
1:05:40 Medical Medium. I'm going to say this. I
1:05:43 don't know how I'm going to describe how
1:05:46 I'm going to say this, but get ready for
1:05:49 this.
1:05:51 I do not sell programs.
1:05:55 I do not sell classes.
1:05:58 I do not sell.
1:06:01 Okay.
1:06:03 Programs.
1:06:04 Classes.
1:06:07 All right. Keep that in mind. All right.
1:06:12 When someone signs up to like a program
1:06:14 or they sign up to a class,
1:06:17 they're kind of like more they hold
1:06:18 themselves more responsible because
1:06:20 they're paying like $3,000, $5,000 and
1:06:23 so forth. So, they end up doing what the
1:06:26 person they bought the, you know,
1:06:28 program or the class or whatever it is
1:06:31 they bought from them.
1:06:33 their the course, they do pretty much
1:06:36 what the course
1:06:38 tells them to do because they don't want
1:06:40 to lose. They don't want to piss away
1:06:42 their $3,000 even though they already
1:06:43 pissed it away. Any of those programs,
1:06:45 all of that stuff, it's just like
1:06:46 pissing away your money. Whatever it is
1:06:48 that you bought into,
1:06:52 you're going to most likely probably
1:06:54 follow it, maybe even close to the
1:06:56 letter because you don't want to throw
1:06:58 away your $5,000 or your $3,000.
1:07:02 Medical Medium doesn't sell courses,
1:07:04 classes, or programs. So, when you say
1:07:07 you're all in on Medical Medium or
1:07:09 you're doing Medical Medium,
1:07:13 there's not like 20 coaches hired by
1:07:15 Medical Medium to make sure they're like
1:07:17 going through your whole day. Make sure
1:07:19 like what are you cheating on? What are
1:07:21 you eating? What did you eat yesterday?
1:07:23 Oh, sorry. You know, hey, hey, you know,
1:07:26 ma'am, I'm a coach for the, you know,
1:07:28 the medical medium. I'm part of the
1:07:30 medical medium coaching program course
1:07:33 department like they do in all like all
1:07:35 these people are doing right now.
1:07:36 They're that's all they're doing out
1:07:37 there and I'm you know and I'm here to
1:07:39 help kind of coach you, guide you, go
1:07:41 through your foods, go through what
1:07:42 you're doing, what you're eating so you
1:07:43 get a result and that's what I'm here
1:07:45 for. There's none of that with medical
1:07:47 medium. So you have to be your own
1:07:50 expert, your own person. You have to be
1:07:53 doing like what you choose to do. You
1:07:56 have to really know what you're doing.
1:07:58 So, if you say, "I'm gaining weight. I
1:08:00 can't lose weight. I've been doing
1:08:01 medical meeting for a long time. I can't
1:08:03 like get this weight off." It's not like
1:08:05 I sold you a $5,000
1:08:08 weight loss package class and course and
1:08:11 and you know, and program and I have
1:08:14 three coaches that are going to watch
1:08:15 your ass all day long to make sure you
1:08:18 didn't go off one day here or eat at a
1:08:20 restaurant here or buy something here,
1:08:23 you know, like that kind of thing
1:08:24 because you're on your own. You know
1:08:26 what I mean? like it's not happening
1:08:28 like that. So w with that like you have
1:08:30 to really like hunker down and look at
1:08:32 what you're doing. You have to because
1:08:34 you're not going to have all that
1:08:35 support of 10 coaches because you paid
1:08:37 some big $5,000 course. Instead you can
1:08:40 go to the library, get this for free,
1:08:41 but then you got to come home and you
1:08:43 got to really be committed and you got
1:08:45 to say, "What do I need to do to lose
1:08:47 this weight? Let me go in here. Have I
1:08:49 tried the mono cleanse? Have I tried
1:08:52 that? Have I done the healing broth
1:08:54 soup? Have I done no fat till 12:00 in
1:08:58 the afternoon? What am I eating in the
1:09:00 morning? What am I eating in at for
1:09:02 dinner? You know, too many overt fats.
1:09:05 Am I having nuts? Am I having seeds? Am
1:09:07 I having way too many legumes? Like,
1:09:10 these are these are things that you got
1:09:11 to look into. You have to study the
1:09:13 information. Are you doing your 32
1:09:16 ounces of celery juice every single
1:09:18 morning? Are you keeping fats away? Are
1:09:20 you fat free for 30 days? Are you fat
1:09:23 free? meaning like overt fats are gone.
1:09:25 Are you doing the 28 day cleanse? Are
1:09:28 you doing like are you doing these
1:09:30 different things? Because I I can't like
1:09:32 be there in your house and I don't sell
1:09:36 $5,000 courses so that we assign you a
1:09:38 whole bunch of coaches.
1:09:42 You know what I mean? I can't be there
1:09:43 for that and like and do that. So, I
1:09:47 need you to like hunker down. And so, I
1:09:49 totally understand. And here's the other
1:09:50 thing. You may be doing everything
1:09:52 right. You may be doing the whole thing
1:09:54 you got down. You got my highest
1:09:56 respect. You got my respect if you're
1:09:57 just abling. You got my most highest
1:09:59 respect if you're just abling. And to be
1:10:02 honest, you got my highest respect if
1:10:04 you're even here right now watching this
1:10:06 live and on this live with me right now
1:10:08 and you're asking the question. It's a
1:10:10 very good question. And let's explore it
1:10:13 a little bit. Okay. I just had to get
1:10:15 like the monkey out of the way because
1:10:19 you know if that monkeyy's in the room
1:10:21 it just it it trouble happens. There's a
1:10:24 lot of people and I've seen it out there
1:10:26 before. A lot of people are like I'm
1:10:27 gaining weight. I'm doing medical
1:10:29 medium. How do I fix this? And it turns
1:10:31 out they're not doing 32 ounces of
1:10:33 celery juice. They're eating overt fats
1:10:35 like three times, four times a week.
1:10:37 They're putting in things like chocolate
1:10:39 and stuff that that's happening and
1:10:41 they're not really doing medical medium.
1:10:43 I just have to clear that up. Let's go.
1:10:45 Now, you want to get your liver fixed.
1:10:47 If you're somebody that you're gaining
1:10:48 weight and that weight's coming on, you
1:10:50 want to be fat free. No over fat. You
1:10:53 want it gone. You want it out the
1:10:54 pasture. It's over. That's what you
1:10:57 want. You got to bring in more leafy
1:10:59 greens. So, if you have some steamed
1:11:01 potatoes, have it with some chopped up
1:11:03 parsley, chopped up cilantro, have
1:11:05 steamed potatoes with some asparagus,
1:11:07 with some broccoli. You can do that,
1:11:09 too. That's your dinner. I'm just giving
1:11:12 you some examples, okay? And you're not
1:11:14 trying to eat five pounds of potatoes in
1:11:16 one night. You're trying to be cautious
1:11:20 also with a little bit of of how many,
1:11:23 you know, how much food you're actually
1:11:25 eating because I, you know, I know
1:11:27 people they can do five, seven pounds of
1:11:29 potatoes, but they're also exercising.
1:11:31 And that's another thing. Are you doing
1:11:33 body movement? Are you exercising? Are
1:11:35 you taking walks? Are you swimming? Are
1:11:38 you doing 20 minutes of exercise a day?
1:11:40 What's happening there?
1:11:42 Are you eating too much overt fat? So,
1:11:44 my advice is you bring in more leafy
1:11:46 greens. I would do this. I would do the
1:11:49 medical medium spinach soup. I would
1:11:51 bring that baby in. Okay. I would make
1:11:54 sure your breakfast is your lemon water,
1:11:57 your celery juice, maybe an HMDS because
1:12:00 your liver stagnant and sluggish and the
1:12:01 weight's coming on because your liver is
1:12:03 all stagnant and sluggish and all messed
1:12:05 up and it's overburdened, overworked.
1:12:08 It's not functioning properly. it can't
1:12:09 even do its thing and it's sitting in
1:12:10 your body going, "Help, help me. Help
1:12:12 me, help me. I'm a liver that's in bad
1:12:15 trouble." And you want to fix that
1:12:17 liver. So, you want to get that heavy
1:12:18 metal detox smoothie in there or that
1:12:21 medical meme heavy metal detox, which
1:12:23 you bring in the five key ingredients
1:12:25 and you bring it in through the course
1:12:26 of the day, cilantro, and you got your
1:12:28 doul, and you got your barley grass
1:12:30 cheese powder, and you got your
1:12:31 spirulina, and you got your wild
1:12:32 blueberries, and you bring it in
1:12:34 throughout the day. But I would stay off
1:12:36 of overt fat. gone. No nuts and seeds
1:12:40 gone. No seed oils gone. Right? That
1:12:43 means like no olive oil gone. Okay? It's
1:12:47 an olive. Get the olives out. You get
1:12:50 the avocados out. Get the fat out so
1:12:52 your liver can get a break. So if you're
1:12:54 somebody doing medical medium and you
1:12:56 can't lose your weight, get rid of the
1:12:58 overt fats. Get rid of the avocado. Get
1:13:00 rid of the olives. Get rid of the olive
1:13:01 oil. Get rid of the sunflower seeds, the
1:13:04 hemp seeds, the sesame seeds, the sesame
1:13:06 nut butter, the tahini, the the you get
1:13:09 rid of everything. Almonds, get rid of
1:13:11 walnuts,
1:13:13 all bye-bye.
1:13:15 Right.
1:13:17 And then it's about getting the liver
1:13:19 corrected, the weights coming on,
1:13:22 getting the liver corrected. Now it's
1:13:24 about the celery juice, the lemon water,
1:13:25 the celery juice. Get the HMDS.
1:13:28 Do that so you can get rid of all those
1:13:30 toxins inside the liver. Important. You
1:13:33 ready for this?
1:13:35 Do the spinach soup as your lunch. Do it
1:13:38 as your dinner. The medical spinach
1:13:39 soup. Bring that in. Make yourself some
1:13:42 cucumber noodles. Make noodles out of
1:13:45 cucumbers. You can do that. Okay? And
1:13:49 you can put that in your spinach soup if
1:13:51 you want. Snack on apples. Snack on
1:13:54 oranges. Eat a banana or two. Maybe
1:13:57 bring in some asparagus on a daily level
1:14:00 and up your cilantro, up your parsley,
1:14:03 up your spinach, up your lettuce if you
1:14:06 want. And by golly, your liver will
1:14:09 start getting corrected. You'll start
1:14:10 getting those poisons out from the
1:14:12 celery juice and the heavy metal detox
1:14:14 and you'll start moving forward. Your
1:14:16 weight will start to drop
1:14:20 and you start getting to where you need
1:14:22 to go. That's one way of doing it.
1:14:24 There's also couple of other different
1:14:26 ways, but that's the whole point. Read
1:14:27 the medical books and you can figure it
1:14:29 out because it's all there. Spirit of
1:14:32 compassion put it all there.
1:14:37 I didn't put it there.
1:14:39 I'm not a genius. I've had doctors read
1:14:42 these medical textbooks and say, "Dear
1:14:45 Lord, this is so advanced. It's
1:14:47 unbelievable the information in here. I
1:14:50 just listen to spirit." And by the way,
1:14:55 uh I'm hoping you listen to the medical
1:14:57 meme podcast with me and my dad. So it's
1:15:01 coming out tonight or tomorrow. So just
1:15:03 keep an eye on it. Medical meme podcast
1:15:05 at Apple podcast, medical podcast at uh
1:15:09 Spotify.
1:15:14 It's a lot of talking I'm doing today.
1:15:21 Make sure you listen to the episode
1:15:23 because it's my dad and I my dad kindly
1:15:28 kindly
1:15:31 you know cuz he's shy kindly uh did an
1:15:34 interview with me, man. It was like the
1:15:35 greatest thing ever. Listen, and if you
1:15:37 like if you like my dad, you let him
1:15:41 know, okay? Because then we can get him
1:15:43 on more because, you know, if you don't
1:15:45 like the interview, he's not going to
1:15:47 come on. I mean, so if you like them,
1:15:50 you like having them on, just let us
1:15:52 know. If you can make comments or
1:15:54 whatever, you know, and just let us know
1:15:56 because I want to be like, "Dad, dad,
1:15:59 listen. I mean, they like you. So, let's
1:16:03 do another Let's do another episode."
1:16:06 Cuz there's so much ground to cover in
1:16:07 my childhood. There's so much ground to
1:16:09 cover like in my personal life, in my
1:16:13 life going back since I was a baby. It's
1:16:16 a lot of ground to cover. So, I want to
1:16:17 get them on there, but if you guys don't
1:16:19 like it.
1:16:22 So, anyway. All right, let's go to the
1:16:25 round table.
1:16:28 Oh, actually, we'll do one more
1:16:29 question.
1:16:32 All right, my gallbladder was just taken
1:16:34 out. They didn't really give me an
1:16:37 option because the gallstones had masked
1:16:39 together and caused a blockage.
1:16:43 What do I eat going forward? First of
1:16:45 all, in that situ situation, um I
1:16:49 understand getting your go look, they
1:16:50 they pluck them like apples. They they
1:16:53 pluck gallbladders
1:16:55 out of people like apples off a tree.
1:16:58 And they a lot of times, you know,
1:17:00 people's gallbladders,
1:17:02 they get right here. You see this
1:17:04 gallbladder right here? This green
1:17:05 gallbladder. They get so packed and so
1:17:08 filled with
1:17:11 um sand
1:17:14 grit byproduct discharge that it turns
1:17:18 into a like a cake mud in a mud flat on
1:17:22 a beach, right?
1:17:24 So, and and they can't, you know,
1:17:25 eventually makes it so, you know, when
1:17:27 when the
1:17:30 when the bile comes up comes up the
1:17:32 chute, it hits that gallbladder and it's
1:17:35 like boom, it's just like it's
1:17:37 ricocheting off that pile of mud that
1:17:40 got into the gallbladder and if you
1:17:42 can't clear it out and didn't get to it
1:17:44 in time and you couldn't do anything
1:17:46 about it, it might have to come out and
1:17:49 yours came out. So, let's talk about
1:17:50 that a little bit.
1:17:54 Okay.
1:17:56 They don't really give you proper
1:17:58 protocols after you have a gallbladder
1:17:59 surgery. I see this out there. I've seen
1:18:02 it my whole life. I've watched this.
1:18:06 It's common fair for
1:18:09 um for the medical industry to never
1:18:12 give guidance post gallbladder surgery.
1:18:16 Most of the time people get their their
1:18:18 gallbladders taken out and they lay in
1:18:20 the hospital bed in absolute agony. Just
1:18:24 agony. And there's no like what do you
1:18:27 eat? What whatever. I mean, you know,
1:18:30 there's really not much of that. So,
1:18:31 what do you do on the future for to
1:18:34 begin with? You're going to have to get
1:18:35 used to the ejection
1:18:38 of bile
1:18:41 um dropping into your gut. So, keep that
1:18:44 in mind. And that's going to be an
1:18:46 experience you haven't experienced
1:18:48 before in your life. You haven't been
1:18:49 there. It hasn't happened. This is your
1:18:51 first time this has ever happened
1:18:52 because it only can happen once. And
1:18:55 when it does, you're not used to
1:18:58 uh you're not used to that bile
1:19:01 dripping. The bile drip, the bile drip
1:19:04 can be agonizing at first. It burns.
1:19:09 It hurts.
1:19:11 The suture still hurts.
1:19:13 Regardless of what what they used or
1:19:16 what they did to get rid of your
1:19:17 gallbladder to pull it out, it all still
1:19:20 hurts. And then there's a space. Now,
1:19:23 the space alone causes nausea, you know,
1:19:27 digestive disruption,
1:19:29 pain,
1:19:30 emotional,
1:19:32 mental sorrow because there's now
1:19:34 something missing. So, there's an empty
1:19:37 space. Physical pain happens more
1:19:40 because of that empty space.
1:19:43 A lot of people would say do castor oil
1:19:45 packs, castor oil, castor oil, castor
1:19:47 oil packs. That's the answer. I don't
1:19:50 think that's the answer.
1:19:52 What I would would would say really a
1:19:54 moist hot cloth getting a tea kettle. I
1:19:58 don't have one in front of me right now,
1:19:59 but that's okay. Or maybe I got one back
1:20:01 here. Maybe an electric one or something
1:20:04 if you want. And having hot water in
1:20:06 there. And then what you're doing is I
1:20:08 know you asked me about foods and all
1:20:10 that, but before we even go into foods,
1:20:12 gallbladder
1:20:14 information is is very important either
1:20:17 way cuz somebody might be getting theirs
1:20:19 out next week.
1:20:22 So, here we go. So, what you're doing is
1:20:26 you're dropping
1:20:31 you're dropping really hot water without
1:20:33 burning your hand off. You're dropping
1:20:35 really hot water right on this cloth
1:20:39 here. And you don't want to burn your
1:20:41 skin.
1:20:43 Still want to wait a little bit. By the
1:20:44 way, this technique is great for
1:20:46 gastritis,
1:20:47 gastric uh cramps, gastric pain, you
1:20:51 know, all kinds of different stuff like
1:20:53 that. Food poisoning. This is really
1:20:55 important right here. This is very hot,
1:20:57 steamy, hot, steamy water in here. Okay?
1:21:00 And you could even fold the towel over
1:21:02 and do this and it's going to be really
1:21:04 hot, right?
1:21:06 So, I'm just just showing you right here
1:21:08 how it works. And then you can place it.
1:21:12 And here's what happens with gallbladder
1:21:14 surgeries. You may not even hurt where
1:21:16 the gallbladder was removed. Now, you're
1:21:19 just in agony everywhere. Like
1:21:20 everywhere you're in agony all over the
1:21:22 place. So, just keep that in mind. And
1:21:25 here's what you do. You're you're you're
1:21:26 placing it, you know, placing it here
1:21:29 and you're keeping it there. You know,
1:21:31 you're placing it in spots. You'll get
1:21:33 pain everywhere when you get the
1:21:35 gallbladder removed. I like this better
1:21:37 than castor oil packs. I think they're
1:21:39 overhyped, overrated for a million one
1:21:42 reasons. It's been an old staple, but
1:21:46 keep in mind castor oil was easier to
1:21:48 get in the very old old days versus hot
1:21:51 hot clean water.
1:21:53 Hot clean water and hot and clean towels
1:21:57 was much harder to get a 100 years ago.
1:21:59 I can promise you that,
1:22:02 believe it or not, than castor oil. So,
1:22:04 rubbing castor oil on, you know, on the
1:22:07 body for any reason and so forth, it was
1:22:10 much easier. But I'm just telling you
1:22:11 right now, and if you like castor oil,
1:22:13 fine. Just use it and it's fine. I'm not
1:22:15 saying don't. I like actually doing
1:22:17 olive oil
1:22:19 better than castor oil. So, I like that
1:22:22 even better.
1:22:24 You can do if you if you say, "Well, you
1:22:26 I got to do the castor oil. It's the
1:22:27 only thing I like." Try olive oil, but
1:22:30 do a moist hot cloth. Then put some
1:22:35 olive oil in the on there and then do
1:22:38 it. Okay? Like this. I'm just saying in
1:22:41 bed, the whole bit. And then you once
1:22:44 after a little while, maybe have another
1:22:45 one ready and you can flip. You know,
1:22:47 you can put the pour it in and have the
1:22:50 other one ready.
1:22:52 That's very important for post
1:22:55 gallbladder surgery, gallbladder
1:22:57 problems, gallblad gallblad gallbladder
1:23:00 pain,
1:23:02 blah blah blah blah blah. So anyway, um
1:23:06 but the key is you want to keep fats
1:23:09 out. If you just had a gallbladder
1:23:12 surgery, you don't want to be bombarding
1:23:14 your system with animal protein fat
1:23:18 because you're thinking it's animal
1:23:19 protein, but it's all fat because it's
1:23:21 fat. You don't want to be drinking
1:23:22 glasses of milk. You don't want to be
1:23:25 eating cheese if you just had your
1:23:27 gallbladder removed. Ask your doctor
1:23:29 what's right for you. I'm just saying,
1:23:31 okay, this is what I would do if I had
1:23:33 my gallbladder.
1:23:35 If I didn't have my gallbladder, uh,
1:23:38 wouldever be a different story, but I
1:23:40 got mine. And what I'm saying is, if I
1:23:42 had to get mine out,
1:23:45 this is what I would do. No milk, no
1:23:47 cheese, no dairy, no eggs, no meat. It's
1:23:52 all fat. I don't care what anybody says.
1:23:53 The leanest cut, still fat. And you get
1:23:56 all this stuff. I would keep all of that
1:23:58 out while you're recovering. And I would
1:24:00 be doing like bananas. Yes, bananas.
1:24:03 Steam fluffy russet potatoes. Steamed
1:24:08 fluffy red potatoes. Not sweet potatoes.
1:24:11 I mean, you can do sweet potatoes. You
1:24:13 can do like, you know, Japanese sweet
1:24:15 potatoes and so forth, but I'm talking
1:24:17 about like just russetss. Just maybe
1:24:20 even without the skin. You're you're
1:24:22 recovering from surgery and you just get
1:24:24 this steamed
1:24:26 russet potato. Uh, move the skin aside.
1:24:31 Just eat the potato inside. Nice and
1:24:33 warm, nice and comforting. Don't put
1:24:36 cottage cheese on there and weird stuff
1:24:38 and yogurt and whatever else. Don't do
1:24:40 any of that. Don't do the Don't do the
1:24:42 dairy. And then you're just doing plain
1:24:45 old potato and you're doing that. And
1:24:47 then you're doing things like bananas,
1:24:49 steamed potato, a little bit of winter
1:24:51 squash. All these are good. I'm just
1:24:54 giving you kind of some options right
1:24:55 there. A little bit of honey. Honey on
1:24:58 your food is okay for that too. And um
1:25:01 but I would honestly
1:25:05 make sure you get life-changing foods
1:25:07 expanded. Get that. I mean I talk about
1:25:09 gallbladders. It's in different foods
1:25:11 and stuff like that. You'll see. Look
1:25:13 into that too. Um even if your
1:25:15 gallbladder is removed, it's still it's
1:25:17 important. But you don't want to be
1:25:18 bombarding your liver with so much fat
1:25:22 because what's going to happen is your
1:25:24 liver is going to produce so much bile
1:25:27 that it's going to want to burn a hole
1:25:28 through your your brand new the brand
1:25:31 new spot where it's dripping.
1:25:34 The brand new spot where it's dripping.
1:25:36 Okay. Brand new spot.
1:25:39 that brand new drip of your your bile,
1:25:44 you know, and you're going to be
1:25:46 hurting. You keep on you you eat all the
1:25:49 fats after a gall gallbladder surgery
1:25:51 and you're not used to that drip. What's
1:25:54 going to happen is your liver is going
1:25:55 to be like, "Get ready." It's going to
1:25:59 be like, "Get ready." Because you just
1:26:01 had a glass of milk, which is fat,
1:26:05 and we're going to produce a whole bunch
1:26:06 of bile, and that bile is going to rip
1:26:08 up and it's going to head up there to
1:26:10 that chute. It's going to drip right in
1:26:13 that gut, and you're going to be like,
1:26:14 "Ow, what am I doing?" You're not even
1:26:17 going to know. Keep the fats away.
1:26:19 Anyway, there we go. Let's hit the round
1:26:21 table.
1:26:28 I'm going to take my lemon mom tea. I
1:26:31 may take a book.
1:26:35 Maybe life-ch changing foods. You guys,
1:26:37 did you get this yet? By the way, what
1:26:39 else? Do I take the sushi? No. Um, yeah.
1:26:43 There we are.
1:26:45 I got a steak over here. I could take a
1:26:47 steak. Come on. Let's head over there.
1:26:50 You know what I was thinking? You know
1:26:52 what I was thinking, you guys? The other
1:26:54 day I was thinking this check like tell
1:26:57 me if I'm wrong. Tell me if I'm wrong.
1:27:00 Okay. All right. I can handle it.
1:27:05 I got a skin on me. I can handle it. I
1:27:09 mean, just hearing Spirit of Compassion
1:27:11 since age four has given me a very
1:27:14 strong skin because
1:27:17 it really sucked. So, you know, and I
1:27:20 had to really develop a skin. But tell
1:27:22 me if I'm wrong here, okay?
1:27:26 You know, like when
1:27:28 the medical meme community I feel is
1:27:31 like one of probably the safest
1:27:33 communities in the world when it comes
1:27:35 down to robberies.
1:27:38 Robberies.
1:27:40 Isn't that odd? Why do I think that?
1:27:44 Because
1:27:46 what happens is that the medical man
1:27:49 community is very anti-scented
1:27:52 candles, anti-
1:27:57 plug-in air fresheners, anti-erosols,
1:28:01 anti-p perfume and cologne,
1:28:05 anti- fabric softeners,
1:28:07 anti-detergents that are conventional.
1:28:11 Medical meme community is really about
1:28:13 keeping all that toxic scent, toxic
1:28:16 chemical away because keeping it away
1:28:20 gives you a better life. Vaping
1:28:23 chemicals, right? Vaping chemicals, all
1:28:25 of it gives you a better life. It
1:28:27 protects you. You don't get toxic. You
1:28:30 don't get super toxic. You don't feed
1:28:32 pathogens. You stay healthier. You live
1:28:35 longer. Everything else, all of it. And
1:28:38 the medical meme community
1:28:41 is about making sure that their house,
1:28:45 the home where they live, their
1:28:48 apartment, wherever they they're
1:28:50 dwelling, wherever they reside, where
1:28:52 they live with family or not, live
1:28:54 alone, whatever it is, they don't want
1:28:57 the smell of those scented candles, the
1:28:58 smell. Unless you guys want that you
1:29:02 you guys want that, you I don't know
1:29:04 what to say. I support you. I support
1:29:06 you either way, but you know you guys,
1:29:09 the medical medium community doesn't
1:29:10 want all that and it's something that
1:29:12 they don't they don't want their their
1:29:15 personal close quarters stinking of all
1:29:19 that dangerous chem. But
1:29:24 what happens is a friend of mine who I
1:29:27 got
1:29:29 I got away from I got them away from the
1:29:32 plugins. I got them away from the
1:29:33 scented candles. I got them away from
1:29:36 all the detergents
1:29:38 because, you know, people think that I
1:29:40 will only be friends with someone who,
1:29:43 you know, does everything medical
1:29:44 medium, everything else. That's not how
1:29:46 it works. Like, I'll be friends with
1:29:48 someone and and it's it doesn't mean I
1:29:51 got friends that like don't even do
1:29:52 medical medium until they're they're on
1:29:54 their deathbed in in a hospital and and
1:29:58 then they're asking me while they're
1:29:59 there saying, "Oh my god, I think I just
1:30:01 got the worst food poisoning. What do I
1:30:02 do?
1:30:05 And I'd be like, "Well, where were you
1:30:06 eating?" And they're like, "Well, I was
1:30:07 eating here. I was eating there. I was
1:30:08 eating them." I'm like, "What are you
1:30:09 doing?" Like, "What are you eating?"
1:30:11 Doesn't mean I'm not going to be their
1:30:12 friend. Point is, I got this friend who
1:30:15 had a breakin
1:30:18 and the person who broke in was still in
1:30:22 the house hiding.
1:30:25 But before that happened, are you guys
1:30:27 with me on this or no? Before that
1:30:30 happened, I was able to convince my
1:30:34 friend, no plugins, no scented candles.
1:30:38 Clean up the house. Get rid of all that
1:30:40 stinking smell. Get rid of the clones.
1:30:42 Get rid of the perfumes. Get get rid of
1:30:45 your clothes if it can't wash out all
1:30:48 that stink washes out. You know, replace
1:30:50 the carpet. You know, they you know,
1:30:52 they had some area carpets. Replace
1:30:54 them. Put new carpets down if that's
1:30:56 what you want, an area carpet. then
1:30:58 you're going to, you know, whatever.
1:30:59 That's what they want. So, put new
1:31:00 carpets down, everything like that, you
1:31:02 name it. And they've been clear, they've
1:31:04 been clean of all that, clear of all
1:31:06 that for a long time, quite a while. And
1:31:09 then
1:31:11 they they were they they live in LA and
1:31:14 they had a breakin and a perpetrator got
1:31:17 into their house and the perpetrator was
1:31:20 hiding in their house,
1:31:23 this perpetrator.
1:31:25 And I think it's like is that the only
1:31:27 time I've used that word? I can't
1:31:29 remember. I haven't used that word I
1:31:30 think in like a hundred years or maybe
1:31:32 not. Don't quote me on that.
1:31:36 So he comes home and he walks in and he
1:31:39 smells cologne
1:31:41 and he's like, "What the heck is going
1:31:44 on? Why am I smelling cologne in my
1:31:46 house? I got rid of that a long time
1:31:48 ago. Is that coming from the air
1:31:50 conditioning vent? Where's that coming
1:31:51 from? You know, there's cologne in this
1:31:54 house. what is going on? So, he's get
1:31:56 he's getting really upset. So, then he's
1:31:58 smelling like detergent, like
1:32:01 conventional fabric softener, like you
1:32:04 know, like bounce, you know, like
1:32:06 bounce. He's smelling bounce. That's
1:32:08 what he told me. He said he smelt
1:32:10 bounce.
1:32:11 And so
1:32:14 he calls. So, he's in his house and he's
1:32:16 in his living room and he's perplexed,
1:32:18 totally perplexed, confused as heck. And
1:32:21 he's like, "I don't know what I I don't
1:32:24 know why my house stinks so bad. Like so
1:32:28 terribly bad. It is just unbelievable
1:32:30 how bad it stinks." And so he called me.
1:32:35 So I saw his number come up and I was
1:32:37 like, "Ah, what's going on?" You know,
1:32:39 cuz I got a lot going on trying to write
1:32:40 a book, everything. Calls me. I answer.
1:32:43 I'm like, "Go, what's up?" Talk to me.
1:32:45 What's up? goes, you know, all the
1:32:48 advice you gave me to get rid of my
1:32:49 scented candles, to get rid of my
1:32:51 plugins, to get rid of the aerosols, to
1:32:52 get rid of the clone, to get rid of the
1:32:54 perfume, to get rid of everything. It
1:32:56 it's it's like it was working, but now
1:32:58 it's not working anymore. It was it
1:33:01 worked, but now it's not working
1:33:02 anymore. And I said, "What are you
1:33:04 talking about?" And he goes, "It stinks
1:33:07 like crap in my house, and I don't know
1:33:10 why, and I I it's so bad I have to air
1:33:14 out this house." And I said, "Wait a
1:33:16 minute.
1:33:20 Spirit says, "Somebody's in your house."
1:33:23 And he goes, "What do you mean
1:33:26 somebody's in your house? Get out of
1:33:30 your house now."
1:33:33 And he was like, "I'm going to grab my
1:33:35 wallet." I said, "Get out of your house
1:33:36 now. Forget your wallet. You just put
1:33:39 your wallet down. Move." He runs out of
1:33:41 the house. He calls the cops, hangs up
1:33:43 with me, calls the cops. They get there,
1:33:46 there's a guy in his bedroom in the
1:33:50 closet.
1:33:55 Anyway,
1:33:58 maybe I can answer another question
1:33:59 here. Um,
1:34:03 hopefully that hopefully that wasn't too
1:34:05 long.
1:34:08 Yeah, it was just it's this is
1:34:10 mind-blowing. That's mind-blowing. So,
1:34:12 back to this medical meeting community,
1:34:16 they keep the smells out with the best
1:34:19 of their ability. And so, if anything
1:34:21 ever happened or someone came in, came
1:34:24 out, you know, stole something, came
1:34:26 back out, you're going to know and
1:34:27 you're going to smell it. And then you
1:34:28 can check your house. You'll probably
1:34:29 find a missing this or a missing that, a
1:34:31 missing computer, whatever it is, but
1:34:33 you'll know. All right. So, let's let's
1:34:37 answer some questions here. So, what do
1:34:39 you got? Um,
1:34:43 why does caffeine make my nervous system
1:34:45 fire up hours later at night?
1:34:49 Because what it does is it damages the
1:34:51 central nervous system. So, if you're
1:34:53 sensitive, caffeine damages the central
1:34:56 nervous system because it's igniting
1:34:58 adrenaline. If your adrenals are weak,
1:35:01 it means they become unstable. They they
1:35:04 actually become destabilized. So then
1:35:07 they also may just release adrenaline at
1:35:10 weird times because the caffeine's
1:35:12 floating around. Your liver sucking up
1:35:14 the caffeine. Then your liver releases
1:35:16 the caffeine and and anything can shift.
1:35:19 Maybe you'll get another caffeine spurts
1:35:21 coming out of your liver. Maybe you'll
1:35:23 get another adrenaline spurt coming out
1:35:24 of your adrenals. Or maybe your nervous
1:35:26 system is just like I am done with
1:35:29 caffeine. Like get it out. It is it is
1:35:32 screwing up my nervous system. It could
1:35:34 be any of those things. Here's a
1:35:35 question right here.
1:35:38 Can I ask you, what angels do we call
1:35:40 upon to help loved ones pass on to the
1:35:43 right place?
1:35:49 Me personally, I'm just saying what I
1:35:51 would do is unknown angels.
1:35:54 I would I would call upon the unknown
1:35:56 angels. That's what I would do. The
1:35:59 unknown angels are most likely going to
1:36:03 be there upon calling them because
1:36:08 they're they're not called upon.
1:36:11 They're not called upon. And I talked
1:36:13 about this in the medical medium books.
1:36:15 Do you have the medical medium books
1:36:16 with the angel information? There it is
1:36:18 right there. There it is. Check it out.
1:36:20 Medical medium book one and new edition.
1:36:23 If you have the original book one, you
1:36:24 need the new edition cuz it's another
1:36:26 book with the other book. It's like two
1:36:29 books in one. It's packed. Anyway, I'd
1:36:33 call upon the unknown angels because
1:36:35 there's a good chance they're there at
1:36:38 they're there at your beck and call.
1:36:41 They're there
1:36:43 because they're not busy because not
1:36:47 enough people call upon it. Might be no
1:36:49 one calling upon them. I mean I mean
1:36:51 people read the medical books and people
1:36:53 call upon them but maybe they don't call
1:36:55 upon them all the time once in a while.
1:36:57 You got all these you got all these
1:36:58 unknown angels. They don't have egos.
1:37:01 Yes. An angel can have ego. You don't
1:37:04 believe me?
1:37:06 You don't believe me that angels don't
1:37:08 have egos?
1:37:10 Yeah. I mean, if you believe in Satan,
1:37:13 if you believe in the devil, if you
1:37:15 believe that, you know, Lucifer was one
1:37:18 of God's highest prized angels. If you
1:37:21 believe in Lucifer, then you're looking
1:37:22 at the biggest ego.
1:37:25 The archangels have egos.
1:37:29 They just do. Angels have free will.
1:37:31 They can have an ego. And so, the
1:37:33 unknown angels don't have egos. I mean,
1:37:36 it's possible they can develop one along
1:37:39 the way. They got their own free will,
1:37:40 but they really don't they they don't
1:37:43 care. Their name is unknown. They don't
1:37:45 even want their name known. They don't
1:37:48 even they're not even talk. They're not
1:37:50 out there talking to prophets so
1:37:51 prophets can get their name.
1:37:56 Unknown angels, they lack that ego.
1:37:58 There's a good chance you're going to be
1:37:59 able to get one, two, three of them
1:38:01 there on a snap of a finger.
1:38:05 So, yeah, that's what I would do. All
1:38:06 right. So, I can talk about angels all
1:38:09 day and all night long. All night long.
1:38:13 All day long.
1:38:16 Okay. Here's the question.
1:38:20 You did you guys know the medical meme
1:38:22 community uses 144 more than any any
1:38:25 walk of life on the planet? more than
1:38:28 any
1:38:30 culture, any religion, every, you know,
1:38:33 medical meme community uses 144. And you
1:38:37 guys, you guys like exploded that out
1:38:40 there. You know that, right? Because now
1:38:41 mainstream mainstream people, mainstream
1:38:44 Christians, mainstream, they're all now
1:38:46 they're like trying to jump on the 144
1:38:48 um train.
1:38:50 But you guys, you know, you got it from
1:38:52 medical medium information, right? SOC
1:38:55 with the 144 information. I know. I know
1:38:57 144. I get it. I I know. But people
1:38:59 don't bring it up just because biblical
1:39:01 or not, they don't bring it up. But you
1:39:03 guys really took that information really
1:39:07 seriously. It's amazing. Powerful
1:39:09 numbers. 144777 and 144. Really powerful
1:39:13 numbers. You know, like people are just
1:39:15 like, I saw the clock. It's 1111. It
1:39:17 must mean something. I'm like,
1:39:20 I remember like it was like 12 years
1:39:22 ago. It was huge. the the the 111 12
1:39:26 years ago, every newager on the planet,
1:39:29 every single Reiki person, every single
1:39:32 like psychic medium, it's like 11 111 11
1:39:36 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11
1:39:36 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11
1:39:37 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11
1:39:37 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11
1:39:37 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11
1:39:37 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11
1:39:37 11 11 11 11 11. You see the clock? It's
1:39:39 111. Look for 144. Look for 144. I'm
1:39:43 saying if you want something that has
1:39:46 like
1:39:49 that holds some serious clout above like
1:39:54 if you want a number a set of numbers
1:39:57 that has a profound deep meaning more
1:40:00 than anybody even knows out there
1:40:02 profound deep meaning.
1:40:05 144 that's the number right there. So
1:40:09 look for that number.
1:40:11 1:00 in the afternoon,
1:40:14 44 minutes in before two. 144. Look at
1:40:18 your digital. 144. All right, let's get
1:40:20 the question. Struggling with racing
1:40:22 thoughts and anxiety when dealing with
1:40:24 an aggressive neighbor.
1:40:27 I need help calming my nervous system.
1:40:31 Okay, so
1:40:34 no one understands what that means.
1:40:37 Nobody understands what that means
1:40:38 unless they've had an aggressive
1:40:39 neighbor. They will not know what it
1:40:42 means. I promise they won't. It is an
1:40:46 experience that is
1:40:48 next to none, if that's even the way to
1:40:51 say that phrase. It is uh quite an
1:40:54 experience to have an aggressive
1:40:56 neighbor. I think there, you know, a lot
1:40:58 of people run into this. They run into
1:41:00 this and they just love thy neighbor and
1:41:01 it's and they try to have forgiveness
1:41:03 for their neighbor and they try to go
1:41:05 into that forgiveness place and call
1:41:07 upon Jesus Christ and they pray and they
1:41:09 they're like I need to into the
1:41:12 commandments and I need to make this
1:41:14 right with my neighbor. But then turns
1:41:16 out that neighbor is just, you know,
1:41:19 difficult. It's just really difficult
1:41:21 and it doesn't seem to remedy on any
1:41:23 spiritual aspect,
1:41:25 you know, on that level. It doesn't feel
1:41:27 that way anyway, even though it it can.
1:41:30 But, uh, an aggressive neighbor is
1:41:32 something that unless you experience it,
1:41:36 it's it's a whole another thing. Okay.
1:41:39 So, on that note, so you get jacked from
1:41:42 it. So, you're jacked from it. Okay. So,
1:41:44 you get you're dealing with racing
1:41:45 thoughts, which is PTSD. So, you're
1:41:47 saying you got racing thoughts with
1:41:49 anxiety because of an aggressive
1:41:52 neighbor, but really you're you're
1:41:54 dealing with PTSD
1:41:57 from an aggressive neighbor. That's why
1:42:00 you get the racing thoughts because
1:42:02 you're in PTSD land from this neighbor.
1:42:06 Okay. Okay. So,
1:42:08 you can do a lot of things. for example,
1:42:12 um I would
1:42:15 I would create a light barrier around
1:42:18 your dwelling, around your house. I
1:42:22 would create a light barrier. So, what I
1:42:24 would do is I would lay there because
1:42:26 you know that neighbor has demons.
1:42:29 Hands down, the neighbor has demons. If
1:42:32 that neighbor is aggressive,
1:42:34 that neighbor is filled with demons.
1:42:37 Period. Can um did did you guys ever
1:42:40 listen to angels demons spiritual tools
1:42:42 medical medium angels demons? There it
1:42:44 is right there. If you haven't listened,
1:42:46 I'm going to forewarn you though, not
1:42:48 for the faint of heart. You're going to
1:42:50 find truth and wisdom. And it's not
1:42:53 going to be like it's not always
1:42:55 satisfying to know how it works.
1:42:57 Especially with there's demons around
1:42:59 families. There's demons like family
1:43:01 derms. It's called derms. You'll you'll
1:43:02 understand when you when you listen to
1:43:05 that, but listen to that when you get a
1:43:06 chance if you can. Okay. After you
1:43:09 listen to the podcast of me and my dad
1:43:11 coming out soon.
1:43:14 Okay.
1:43:16 I would I would create a light beam, a
1:43:21 light wall, a light circle is what I
1:43:23 would do. I would lay there in bed or I
1:43:26 would lay on the couch, lay on the floor
1:43:28 in your living room. I would lay there
1:43:30 and I would focus and envision light
1:43:35 coming from above.
1:43:37 coming down
1:43:39 surrounding your dwelling.
1:43:43 And if your neighbor is pinned against
1:43:45 the wall on the other side of the wall,
1:43:46 you know, your neighbors on the other
1:43:48 side of the wall and you're like in an
1:43:49 apartment building and your neighbor's
1:43:50 right there, they're banging on the
1:43:52 walls or whatever, you're still getting
1:43:55 that light to go down that wall. You
1:43:58 want that light to drop down that wall,
1:44:00 and you're creating a light barrier.
1:44:02 Now, keep in mind, you got to live your
1:44:03 life and you're not going to be able to
1:44:04 keep that light barrier there every
1:44:06 minute, but you have to create it first
1:44:08 and then you have to say light. You're
1:44:11 in the kitchen, you're working, you
1:44:13 can't focus on the light barrier that
1:44:15 you created, you're you're chopping
1:44:16 food, you're eating. All of a sudden,
1:44:18 just say light.
1:44:21 So, that light barrier comes back
1:44:23 because it's already you created it. You
1:44:25 set yourself up with that light barrier.
1:44:28 You put that light barrier there and you
1:44:31 can't keep after that. You can't mine
1:44:34 and keep after that light barrier that
1:44:37 you created every second. You got to
1:44:38 function. You got to live your life. You
1:44:40 got to do things. You got to work. But
1:44:42 every now and then be like light and
1:44:44 envision that light barrier and let that
1:44:46 light barrier come back. All it takes is
1:44:47 just the word light to a light barrier
1:44:49 you already created to recharge it and
1:44:51 bring it back. Do you know what I'm
1:44:52 saying? It brings it right back. All you
1:44:54 got to do is say light.
1:44:58 do that to keep that neighbor's demons
1:45:00 from affecting you, from upping your
1:45:03 PTSD, from stressing you out, all of it.
1:45:10 Anyway, you guys, I think we covered a
1:45:12 lot of stuff here. I think we're uh are
1:45:15 you guys going to look, I'll try to do
1:45:16 another live next Thursday. Can't
1:45:18 promise anything, but I'm going to try.
1:45:20 Will you be there? Will you look out for
1:45:22 notifications?
1:45:26 Next Thursday, let's do another Q&A.
1:45:28 Let's get down to the nitty-gritty.
1:45:30 Let's get down to all the information.
1:45:32 Let's talk about spiritual topics like
1:45:33 we do. Let's talk about all of it. I
1:45:35 want to provide answers. I'm sorry if I
1:45:38 seem a little bit rough around the edges
1:45:39 on a couple of different topics. I'm all
1:45:42 It's not It's not to the person I'm
1:45:43 talking to. It's to people out there who
1:45:47 take for granted the information, take
1:45:50 for granted of what this really is. You
1:45:52 know, they don't take it seriously. And
1:45:54 it's just like wakeup call. There's like
1:45:57 real miracles within this information.
1:46:01 And what's going on here?
1:46:03 Got a question right here. I'm addicted
1:46:05 to chocolate. Can you provide any
1:46:07 information I can do? Life-changing
1:46:09 foods. Life-changing foods. Chocolate
1:46:12 addiction. Brain saver protocols has a
1:46:14 chocolate withdrawal protocol.
1:46:17 And then life-changing foods there. It
1:46:20 tells you what foods are good for
1:46:21 chocolate withdrawal.
1:46:23 I mean, brain, get brains saver because
1:46:26 you got the protocol, too. Like, get
1:46:28 them both. There's a lot of withdrawals
1:46:30 in here. I mean, honestly, for
1:46:32 chocolate, any kind of withdrawal you do
1:46:34 choose that you find in this book are
1:46:36 helpful for chocolate, too. It's a drug.
1:46:39 It's a drug.
1:46:42 Hey, man. I've been doing a lot of
1:46:44 chocolate lately and really good. This
1:46:48 longevity doctor told me to do it. He's
1:46:50 like, he's everywhere. He's got 20
1:46:52 million followers on YouTube.
1:46:55 He just sold me like a five $5,000
1:46:58 program. His chocolate's good for you.
1:47:04 Where's Bryce? I got to find out where
1:47:06 he is. He's got to come to to do a live
1:47:09 with us. I got to get Bryce here.
1:47:12 Problem is though, Bryce likes hummus.
1:47:13 So, I have to make a hummus for Bryce to
1:47:16 come because then he's he's all like,
1:47:20 you know, he's he's coming off a
1:47:22 withdrawal.
1:47:25 Um, let me just say this.
1:47:33 I talk about the information about the
1:47:35 symptoms and the conditions. Keep in
1:47:37 mind though, I understand the suffering.
1:47:39 I try my best to understand the
1:47:41 suffering.
1:47:43 I can't find that. Every time I try to
1:47:45 look someplace out there to see if I
1:47:47 could find another bumblebee, I can't.
1:47:50 You know, it's no one really cares
1:47:54 unless they've they're going through it
1:47:55 themselves in the moment. And I think
1:47:57 that has to change out there in the
1:47:59 health realm. I want you to know that
1:48:02 you are a very important person. You
1:48:06 have a very old soul. If you're
1:48:08 suffering from a symptom condition, if
1:48:10 you're struggling from some kind of like
1:48:12 label disease, whatever it is, realize
1:48:15 that you are a good person. You didn't
1:48:17 create it. You didn't cause it. It's not
1:48:19 because you didn't hop on a trend or
1:48:20 whatever it is.
1:48:23 And you don't deserve to be sick by any
1:48:25 means. You're a spiritually powerful
1:48:29 person.
1:48:31 And keep in mind that you will heal. You
1:48:35 will heal.
1:48:37 Do not lose focus on that just because
1:48:40 people don't understand out there and
1:48:41 they don't understand you and they don't
1:48:42 understand what you're suffering from or
1:48:44 your condition or your symptom. Just
1:48:45 because people can't connect to that.
1:48:50 Just know
1:48:53 that you are
1:48:57 truly a profound
1:49:01 profound amazing soul and a wise soul
1:49:04 and an old soul. Don't lose track of
1:49:06 that. And never lose track that you will
1:49:09 heal. Don't lose that.
1:49:13 Don't lose those words. Don't lose that
1:49:14 phrase. Don't lose that meaning. Okay?
1:49:18 You keep moving forward each day. Pat
1:49:21 yourself on the back. And you be easy on
1:49:23 yourself. Don't be hard on yourself.
1:49:26 Don't beat yourself up. Whatever you do,
1:49:29 okay? Anyway, you guys, you know I love
1:49:31 you. All right. catch the podcasts of me
1:49:33 and my dad. I think if anything you
1:49:35 might get a laugh. I don't know. There's
1:49:38 a lot of wisdom in there, though.
1:49:40 There's a lot of wisdom in there. I'm
1:49:42 hoping he'll do another. I'm going to
1:49:44 try to get him to do another. But let's
1:49:46 hope you guys like it because if you
1:49:48 guys don't like it, he's not going to
1:49:49 want to do another one.
1:49:52 Anyway, but he wanted to do the uh
1:49:54 podcast episode.
1:49:57 He wanted to uh talk and u Anyway, check
1:50:00 it out. Okay. All right. Love you guys.
1:50:02 >> We're talking about the super flu. Now,
1:50:05 there's more than just a super flu going
1:50:07 around. There's the neurovirus, and of
1:50:11 course, a random RSV here and there. But
1:50:14 what you won't find anymore ever are
1:50:17 colds. Sure, people call it a cold if
1:50:20 they have a mild flu, but there are no
1:50:23 colds. They don't exist. It's just flu
1:50:26 being released and let out of the gate
1:50:29 in the labs private classified labs. And
1:50:33 none of these flu would exist anymore if
1:50:36 they weren't continually manufacturing
1:50:39 and creating them. Why would they do
1:50:42 that? For many reasons. Because it
1:50:45 injures people. It kills people. It
1:50:47 allows them to experiment so they can
1:50:50 create a more deadlier and deadlier and
1:50:52 deadlier flu strain. And of course,
1:50:55 because of the political atmosphere, the
1:50:58 evildoers in the classified labs love to
1:51:01 release bad flu and to shake up the
1:51:05 political environment. And as the years
1:51:07 go on, these super flu and these flu and
1:51:11 these bugs are going to get worse and
1:51:13 worse and worse. So what we have to do
1:51:16 is arm ourselves.
