Anthony William, The Medical Medium. You guys, before I get into today's message, I just wanna tell you that I'm gonna be live tomorrow on Amazon Live, and it's gonna be fun because I'm gonna be cooking a bunch of dishes, so I can't wait. Anybody who hasn't been there, you know, just you might wanna check it out because I cover all these cool cooking tips, and we have a lot of fun, so I'm excited, so I'm gonna make some great meals. So that's tomorrow at three o'clock Eastern, and 12 o'clock Pacific. That's when I'll be on there on Amazon Live. And, you know, if you get a chance, check out the video about the whole thing with fillers because people are confused about fillers. They think that it's about fillers in a supplement or fillers in processed food or fillers in packaged food. Like, hey, is there any fillers in there? Is there any fillers? And I did a whole video, you might want to watch it, fillers versus healing foods. And I'll just give you a quick rundown on it now, if you guys don't know, or if you haven't watched it yet. But there's a big difference between healing foods and filler foods. There's a big difference. And I think that's what happens to a lot of people. They just don't know. And so they're using all the filler foods. So, and the filler foods aren't bad foods. Like say you're an animal protein person. Like say you're somebody that loves animal protein and you love salmon or you're somebody that eats chicken. I'm not saying those foods are bad, but they're a filler food. They're not a healing food. So it's about where do you get your medicine? Like where's the foods that are there to heal you? Where's the foods that are there to give you the antioxidants and the anthocyanins and the resveratrol and all of that. Like, where's those foods and the antivirals and antibacterials and antifungals and anti-yeast and the anti-mold, right? Like, what foods are in your diet that take care of that? The thing that, you know, makes you sick. And so that's the thing about the filler foods and the healing foods versus each one. It's the filler food may not be a bad food. Like look at oatmeal, right? I mean, how many of you guys do oatmeal, right? Oatmeal is fine to do. It's not a bad food, but it's not that antiviral, antibacterial, anti-mold, anti-yeast. It's not that anti all the bad stuff. It becomes a filler and sure it's okay to eat it, right? And so say you're somebody that's like a vegan, you're plant-based, right? Plant-based and you're doing the vegan cheese. Well, the vegan cheese is a filler. That's what it is. It's not, and I'm not talking about the fillers inside the vegan cheese. Like when you look at the package of the vegan cheese and there's fillers in there, I'm talking about the vegan cheese is a filler. And if somebody gets plant-based and you're eating too many nut butters and too much oil, that's a filler. It's like, well, where's all your apples? Get more apples in you. Where's all your bananas? where's all your papayas you know where's your leafy greens where's your cilantro where's your parsley where's your arugula which you're practically wild because those are herbs they're almost wild foods then where's your wild blueberries and where's your dulse so it's what it is is what foods are we using to actually heal us to move the needle we can get into such a habit to do fillers. Like I talked to friends and they're on animal proteins. They're on that, you know, road where they're doing animal proteins and medical medium information together. And I'm like, wait a minute, you're eating a lot of chicken these days and you're eating a lot of fish and salmon these days. And I'd say to my friend, look, you're eating all that, but where's all the leafy greens? I had a salad. I'm like, wait a minute. No. Like, are you doing more cilantro in your salad? Are you doing more oranges? Are you doing more lemons? Are you doing more of the healing foods? And my friend will just be like, no, well, kind of, kind of not really. I've been doing a big pile oatmeal in the morning. And then for lunch, I'll have chicken on some lettuce. And I'm like, okay, that's good lettuce. Lettuce is your healing food. And chicken is your filler. Because chicken doesn't have antivirals, antibacterials, antifungus, anti-yeast, anti-mold it doesn't have all of that and it doesn't have all those nutrients the kind that are called phytochemical compounds right that come from your plant foods and same thing when i talk to somebody who's plant-based it's like yeah no i'm eating good and they're eating all these cookies they're all they're eating all these plant-based food cookies vegan cookies and everything and and they're doing all the oatmeal and they're doing all the different grains and rice. So you only have so much food in your day, so much room in your stomach in a day. So we got to pick like, okay, what food is it going to be? So I just want to give you a couple cool tips now, if that's all right, because I want to help in any way I can. Cause I noticed that this whole filler thing kind of really blew up and everybody's like, oh my God, thank you. I'm hearing out there, people are like, this resonates. Like, oh my God, this resonates. This resonates. And I'm like, whoa, I want to help in any way I can. So here's a good filler that isn't a filler, meaning here's something that isn't a filler, but it could seem or feel like one. Kabocha squash, butternut squash, sweet dumpling squash, right? Spaghetti squash too. they're not as dense delicata squash you could get all these incredible squashes right now acorn squash that is a healing food feels like a filler you know it feels like a filler i just had it feels like you had a turkey dinner when you eat one of those squashes it feels like feels like you know you pat yourself like after a turkey dinner and you sit on the couch it feels like a filler, but it's not. And that's a way to heal. Here's another one. Regular potatoes, regular potatoes, russet potatoes, red skin potatoes. I'm not talking about yams or sweet potatoes, red skin, russet potatoes, gold potatoes, right? Potatoes, they're antiviral, they're anti-everything. They stop pathogens. They help the body heal. They're easy on the intestinal tract and it's not a filler, but it feels like it would be, right? Rice is a filler because rice is an antiviral, antibacterial, anti-yield, mold yeast, anthocyanins, all these things in there. It's not there. The phytochemical compounds. So rice is a filler. I'm not saying you can't have rice if you're somebody that wants rice. Maybe you're doing medical medium protocol. one of them are the 369 and and you're not doing rice right now or whatever it is but the point is is that's a filler so like oatmeal and rice there's nothing bad about it but it's a filler so the whole point is is like these other options do so much and then you can bring in these special little healing foods you bring in your thyme tea where's that you bring in your heavy metal detox smoothie where's that you have your celery juice you have your leafy greens your cilantro you have your bananas right not just half a banana not just one banana but you've got a bunch of them a bunch of them your papayas your apples so and when you bring these in and they start to take over your diet more and you're eating less chicken as a as an animal protein person that's doing medical medium, you're eating less fish, less meat, grass-fed beef. Or if you're vegan or plant-based and you're doing medical medium, you're eating less nut butters and nuts and less oils and less vegan cheese and less gluten-free grains and less grains in general. So once you drop those fillers down, you start bringing in more healing foods, your life will change. It'll start to change. People are like, oh my God, because it's so easy. Look, I can even do it. Like I get so busy and everything and I'm finishing up the book and all this other stuff that's going on that, you know, it's easy to grab something just to fill up for that moment. It's easy. But when you bring in these healing foods and you know which ones are the fillers and not to be afraid of the fillers, you could still, if that's you do you could still eat the fillers it's not about fear it's about whoa i didn't know that now i caught that now i'm adding a little bit more of this because i know people right they're afraid of fruit they're so afraid of fruit they completely excluded an entire food group gone an entire food group completely gone out of their diet they excluded fruit 100 percent and now they're really stuck with fillers they're just on a filler diet and with some lettuce and a few vegetables and it's not enough so to have the opportunity to be like no i'm going to bring in more of these fruits because i got more room now i'm going to bring more asparagus because i got more room now i'm going to bring more winter squash and even sweet potatoes bringing more sweet sweet potatoes because that's not a filler. It feels like a filler, but it's not. I call them critical clean carbohydrate, CCC, critical clean carbohydrates, right? But the point is, is this is really helpful. I know so many of you guys, it's like resonating. So I just want to do like, just a little recap about it. And check out the video on Rumble I posted too. And the one I posted on Telegram as well. I'm not sick or anything, but I wake up in the morning and I'm like I got to fight the good fight for people who are sick. That's the point. And like I've always told you, you're not allowed to get people better, by the way. You're not allowed to get people better. You're allowed to get one person better, like a year or something. You're allowed to get one person better. You're not allowed to get millions of people better around the world. You're not. When you get too many people better, people get very angry. You know, when you get tens of thousands and thousands and thousands of healing stories around the world and just so many people healing that have never had a chance they've gone to specialist after specialist and doctor after doctor and they've had every cat scan and mri and they've had they've been prescribed all these medications and they just never could get there and then they heal and it's not just one person but it's thousands and thousands it just it's it just creates an entirely it creates a lot of flack and a lot of friction out there that's what it does and it gets bees angry out there because they don't like that they don't like that so the sabotage you know is out there because they just don't like it i'm proud of you guys you guys are doing your healing you're you know sticking to it you're getting up in the morning you're fighting for it and i do the same thing i get up in the morning and i fight for it and i say you know what i don't care i don't care you know how many people i piss off as far as the apple cider vinegar people kombucha tea people the bone broth people the water machine people the alkaline ionizer water machine people, which is the ultimate cult ever. You guys wouldn't even believe how much a cult that is. The chocolate caffeine people, right? And I'm not shaming anybody for doing any of these. I'm just saying, I talk about the truth about all these things and it pisses off everybody because it interferes with their money, interferes with the hundreds of millions of dollars in making off of those ionizer water machines. It interferes with hundreds of millions of dollars made off of apple cider vinegar interferes with all the different shareholders to all these big companies and and then they put their hit guys out you know whatever and be like sabotage because you're not allowed to give everything away for free because that's what medical medium does my cooking shows for free everything's for free it's always been free there's no subscription charges on the website, volumes of information, free information everywhere. You're not allowed to give all this free information out and get people healed, get people better, podcast free, advertising free podcasts, advertising free YouTubes. It's everything is free and millions are healing and you can get the book at the library for free, which guess what? thousands and thousands of people do. And so I wake up in the morning and I think about you guys and I'm like, okay, you guys are waking up in the morning. You're struggling. You're fighting to heal. You're getting your lemon water going. You're getting your lemons. You're getting your celery juice going. You're beating your symptoms. You're getting rid of your symptoms. You're using your free will. You're using the power of your free will. you're making the choices to heal you're taking the free information you don't have to buy the information you're taking it you're using it and you're fighting the good fight and I wake up the morning and think about that I say you know what I'm going to keep on providing the free information and I'm going to fight the good fight is what I'm going to do I'm going to do all I can do all I can do to get that information out there before I'm gone, before I'm gone someday. I have to make sure it gets out there. And I'm sure there's going to be some people that are going to be dancing on my grave. And I'm sure there's going to be people out there that could be pissing on my grave and dancing on it. But you know what? That's not going to change the fact. Millions and millions of people have healed around the world. And this information is out there. and going to be out there long after I'm gone. And I don't care if the industries are dancing on my grave because I hurt them in the pocket with their apple cider vinegar sales. I hurt them in their pocket with their charcoal sales. And I hurt them in their pocket with their water ionizer machine sales. I hurt them in their pocket in all these different things. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. As long as in this lifetime right now, you got that chance, You got that moment to heal. You got that ability to heal. No one can take that away from you. So, you guys, I love you guys.
