I'm looking at the banana, mango, and wild blueberry trifle, which I love that one. Well, let me just read a little bit about it. I just love that. When you put this, when you put this trifle in the fridge for a few hours or more, it firms up and becomes almost like a fruitcake with layers of banana, like a banana bread, sweet mango puree, and a wild blueberry raw honey jam. Love that one. And it's in a glass and it's all layered. That's one of my favorites. Let me just keep on going through here. Ooh, I love the Brain Saver salad. I dig that one. I'll tell you why. I love it because there's peas in the salad. And every time I eat that one with the peas in the salad, there's something that goes really good with peas and then raw cucumber, along with all the other ingredients in there. It also helps create alkalinity within all the body systems. Incredible. I'll read a little bit about it. Tomatoes are often shunned or underrated when really they have so many healing properties to offer you. How many people been tricked by the like tomato games out there? Like tomatoes are bad. They're a nightshade. They're so terrible for you. How many people have been cheated in getting something so good inside of them. And then here's what happens when people have tomatoes the wrong way with all that cheese and all that butter and all that fried cheese or on pizzas and stuff. They'll go, tomatoes make me ache in my joints. It's like, dude, it's not the tomatoes that made you ache in your joints. It's all that other garbage in that pizza from that pizza place or whatever. It's all the wheat and the crust and the oil and the cheese. It's not the tomato. It's not like you eat a fresh ripe tomato and you eat it and all of a sudden your joints are going to ache right away that that doesn't happen it's usually people that like have tomato it's like chicken parmesan with all the cheese and chicken and oil and grease and then the tomato sauce it's like you eat that and then you're just like it was that or like some type of like whatever sausages and tomato sauce you eat the sausages and tomato sauce or whatever it is and you're like or spaghetti with meatballs and sauce. And it's like, I feel kind of achy tonight. It was the gluten in the pasta. It was whatever that was, the eggs thrown in the meatballs. It was all that. It wasn't the tomato. It's crazy how it works, right? We get tricked. This recipe shines when you use the most flavorful tomatoes and produce you could find. I love finding awesome tomatoes. Pick your favorite herb or combination of herbs and enjoy the fragrance and simple flavors of this meal. So the stuffed tomatoes with herb cauliflower rice is just insane. Did you guys see the photograph of that one? So incredible. There's the raw stir fry, which I love. I'm just going through this right now. The mango nori wraps. Are you guys doing noris? The nori rolls? Let me tell you, I have to, I'm just going to be honest about this. I probably make more noris than I do anything else usually. It's like, I'll throw them in a nori roll. No, I'll throw that in a nori roll. I'll throw anything in a nori roll, right? So what I love about this recipe that I came up with, look, look, check it out. Sweet, juicy mango and fresh herbs make these nori wraps stand out. They are simple but full of flavor, especially when you can find high quality mangoes and tomatoes. And these look incredible on the photograph, which is amazing. A leafy green and berry salad. The raw chili. That is epic right there. I love the photograph. The chili looks amazing. I make this one periodically. If you're looking for a satisfying meal that's made only with raw ingredients, you know, because I love raw foods, right? 369, cleanse, advanced cleanse, all raw. It's really insane when you think about it. This one I totally went to town on and I had this like every night for a week pretty recently. It says fresh, light, and tasty. The sesame cucumber noodles are a pleasure to eat. The cucumbers provide deep cellular hydration while the dressing and sesame seeds bring wonderful flavor and a hint of nuttiness to the simple recipe. Well, you guys, there's a healing broth, the medical medium tools, roasted tomato soup with potato croutons. Okay, now we're getting into the dangerous stuff like the crazy stuff like this is amazing right here this is addictive by the way but not in a bad way it doesn't hurt you in an addictive bad way but this right here is an incredible dish i made this for a family member and they were like what just happened they thought like it was like just whatever it was but it was it was incredible pot pie soup No way. Every time I see the pot pie soup, I remember having that a bunch of times and I'm like, yeah, it's incredible, the pot pie soup. All right, you guys, I'm just telling you, we'll do this again because I have to go and start making something and I have changed up what I'm gonna make tonight. I am not gonna make the trifle. It's like an incredible dessert. I am making either the roasted tomato soup with potato croutons, right? Oh, that's insane. richly flavored. I feel like I'm at a restaurant.
