Anthony William, The Medical Medium. These brain saver books are just unbelievable. When I just look anywhere in these books, the information is so profound, it's just unreal. Check this out, right? So I'm in the brain saver protocols book right now, page 144, and it's called salt, right? The kind of thing you shake on your food or put on your food. So check this out. in the health world we're under the impression that every time we consume salt it all leaves our body i'm stopping right there for a second because think about that that's all we hear science and research says oh no it all leaves your body everybody's like oh it just leaves your body even if you have like a whole bunch of salt one night or a whole bunch of salty foods it'll just leave your body right that's what we're told so let me keep on reading so if someone is indulging one night for dinner by eating a lot of salty foods, eventually, whether that night or the next day, they'll just urinate all that salt out. In reality, you only urinate out most of the salt, not all of it. So that's interesting. So you only read most of the salt, but not all of it. So where does the rest go? I'll keep reading. There's still a substantial percentage of salt that accumulates inside the body. So it's accumulating. It's actually building up. Interesting. The next part goes, the first place where salt accumulates is in the liver. That's our first line of defense. so the liver is where salt deposits start to build whoa first line of defense why does our body need to defend us from something like salt eventually salt deposits can accumulate in the brain that's interesting right there so i'll keep reading you guys when we eat even the highest quality salt because i know some of you might be like i eat the best salt i'm having the best salt out there aw it's the best rock salt it's the best sea salt so i'll keep reading here when we eat even the highest quality salt our body has a different reaction than it does to sodium that naturally occurs in fruits leafy greens herbs wild foods and vegetables salt that we add to food has a concentration level that sends us into salt shock so what that means is our body goes into salt shock it's much different than the sodium that's naturally occurring in herbs like celery leafy greens like spinach, fruits like lemon. So you don't get the benefits of salt that you're told within health communities you're getting. So that's another thing. People will be like, well, salt's healthy. So in the health communities out there, the information is you need salt. Put a pinch of the best, highest quality salt in your water before you drink it. put salt here, put salt there, but you go into salt shock. So when you go into salt shock, you're not utilizing the sodium. Your body's trying to rid it, but there's so much salt shock, it can't rid all of it. So check this out. The benefits don't really become bioavailable because your body sees over-salting as a threat. so our body sees over salting as a threat so here you are you're working out you're trying to get your life together you're trying to get stronger you're into health you got a trainer and the trainer's like you need salt sodium put this good salt in your water in the morning make sure you drink it it hydrates you little do they know your body sees it as a threat salt draws moisture out of cell tissue. When salt squeezes water out of a healthy cell, the salt disperses along with the fluid in the cell. That cell can rehydrate and restore itself shortly afterward, even hours afterward. Yet when cells inside organs are damaged by other toxins and pathogens, and there's excessive salt consumption in a person's diet, the salt can crystallize and accumulate in areas that have damaged tissue. So in our organs, if we have tissue that's intoxicated, poisons, toxins, toxic heavy metals, pathogens, the tissue is more injured. So salt reacts differently. so this is interesting too coming up that's because when salt enters damaged tissue broken cells scar tissue injured blood vessels which everybody has the water that the salt squeezes out of these damaged areas isn't enough to disperse and wash away the salt that's light years ahead of science and research so we all have these damaged cells inside of us for one reason or another pathogens metals toxins poisons old injuries whatever what have you and that means that the salt squeezes out the water out of these damaged areas but at the same time the salt clings to these damaged areas and starts to crystallize i'm going to keep reading this means injuries in the body including injuries in the brain start to accumulate salt deposits so then salt deposits start to build up salt deposits can lead to mysterious white spots on the brain MRIs. And I've seen that over the years. So many people get the mysterious white spots on the brain. The salt deposits reflect the magnetic resonance imaging. So what science and research doesn't know is a lot of the white spots in people's brains when they're getting MRIs is the magnetic resonance imaging reflecting off of the actual crystallized salt deposits. Tiny micro strokes and tiny micro blood clots in the brain, which people often live with, are vulnerable areas where salt deposits accumulate quickly when people are consuming excess salt. So this is why it's not a great idea to keep on pounding the salt like people do. or if someone has dehydrated weakened neurotransmitter chemicals sodium can accumulate around the weakened neurotransmitters if someone has damaged weakened neurons in the brain salt deposits can accumulate around the weakened neurons and it just keeps on going After 20 to 30 years of consuming larger quantities of salt than we're supposed to, we can gather salt deposits all through the body, including our brain. We can become one big salt lick. Salt accelerates the aging process. Read more in the Brain Saver and Brain Saver protocols. But it blows my mind. It just blows my mind when I think about it. I'm not trying to get you scared about salt. that's not it but how much salt do we really do and how much salt do we really need and when you think about this information when i was getting this information from soc it was just blowing my mind because there's there's nothing like it out there everybody is just guessing throwing darts at the side of a barn pissing in the wind and that's what's happening out there in health everybody has big ideas like yeah you should be putting salt in your water every morning it'll hydrate you you should be putting salt in your water after you do a workout all these great grandioso ideas and at the same time they don't understand how it works with sodium and salt and inside the body it's different than celery juice and spinach and lemon and tomato and other fruits vegetables herbs wild foods and the natural sodium levels in there and if you're somebody that loves salt and you can't live without it, then just do a tiny bit.
