Anthony William, the medical medium. One of the things that I have found so soothing is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, the 1995 version. That's my favorite all time. I have watched it probably well over 100 times throughout the years. In 1995, things were done differently. with TV series and movies. And back then, there was a different way things were filmed, a different vibe, a different frequency. And I'm not saying everything was like this. This is just such a rarity. Pride and Prejudice, 1995, with Colin Firth, Jennifer Ely, some people pronounce her name Jennifer L when it comes down to being chronically sick having something that's soothing to watch or see you know like sitting out in nature sitting by a pond watching ducks watching birds seeing a hawk fly by hearing the wind rustle on a beautiful fall day all of that is so soothing and healing when you're chronically sick but then watching a movie or watching tv or anything like that could be jarring and not as soothing could be stressful could get the adrenaline going and the thing is with this version of pride and prejudice and not all of the versions of pride and prejudice but the 1995 version was done so epically perfect and incredible there's something about it that is so soothing on the brainstem so soothing on the neurons and i know that look you might be somebody like oh let me watch it oh it's not that soothing but you also might be somebody that watches it and goes oh my god he's right it really is i really think that there is a frequency in that series that was done back then a very special moment in time something you can't weigh or measure something with the filming process something with the producers the actors in that moment it was like it all came together it came together in a very special time in history i see it as a healing tool that's how I see it it's that easy and soothing on the central nervous system especially if you're not feeling good especially if you're not well but you want to watch something it's fun to watch it's fun to see but it's way more than that and I just thought I would share that with everyone. So if you get a chance, maybe take a moment and see if you can find it out there and watch it. It's one of those incredible filmed series that doesn't excite the brain and overload it. But it doesn't bore the brain either. It doesn't ignite the adrenals, cause them to flood. It doesn't raise the heart rate. It doesn't cause the palms to sweat. Instead, it's easy on the optic nerves. it's easy on the trigeminal nerve it's easy on the vagus nerves and you might be somebody that's not interested but you might be somebody that is so I just thought I would share that with you guys tonight if you can get a chance check it out I see it as a healing tool and we need every healing tool we can get when we're chronically sick and not feeling well and we're struggling or under a lot of stress or hardships i know that ptsd can really get to people when they're struggling they've been through a lot i know we've talked about that I've written about it SOC's information I've put in the medical medium books this 1995 Pride and Prejudice is incredible for PTSD extremely helpful for OCD especially OCD and PTSD so helpful for that a lot of people with OCD can't watch anything. A lot of people with OCD have a hard time watching any kind of movie, any kind of TV series, any kind of show, any kind of film. And the same thing with PTSD because you can get triggered easily when you're watching something. And if something's jarring or the brain is taking in all this information, it can set off PTSD, create an episode. And a lot of people who are chronically sick, they can't go there, they can't do that. They can't just turn anything on or entertain themselves with anything because it's too much of an overload, the information coming through, and they can be triggered. This Pride and Prejudice version is so benign of things that create PTSD. I mean, there could be something for someone. Everybody's struggling with different things, but for the most part, it shouldn't because it's extremely soothing for the nervous system. When people are chronically sick and they're struggling, it's hard to take in a lot of information so when you have a nervous system condition or chronic fatigue syndrome which is a nervous system condition too caused by viral issues but the nervous system is having a difficult time there's the brain fog there's a neuro fatigue it's hard to really see anything that's amped up too excitable too intense too gory and so a lot of people who are struggling they just can't really go there and so and they can't even read books you guys know so many of you have been through that or seen someone that's gone through that we can't even read a book it's hard to focus but this TV series back the BBC did it back almost 30 years ago is really gentle and it's my favorite truly my favorite I just wanted to share that with you guys and hope all is going good in your lives you take one day at a time I know it's not easy just put your best foot forward take one step at a time forward with your healing process be good to yourself don't forget to have compassion for yourself we beat ourselves up when we're not doing good and feeling good we be we tend to beat ourselves up so make sure you have compassion for yourself because you deserve it and you're a good person please keep that in mind as you're moving forward each day and when you think you're not moving forward you'd be surprised because you really are healing isn't so clear every moment and every day we're moving forward our bodies healing things internally. And in that moment, sometimes we can't tell or we can't see or feel it, but it's happening. And so later on over time, the results all show and it starts to happen. So be easier on yourself while you're going through that process. Anyway, love you guys very much. Many blessings over and out.
