Burnout Stabilizer Brain Shot
Protocol- When to use: Feeling pushed past your limit; need a recharge; feel like missing something body needs or running on empty; given so much you have nothing more to give; overworked; running on caffeine for focus and energy; feel you're short-circuiting or falling apart; becoming allergic to work or others around you; feel like losing or missing part of yourself; can't focus because exhausted on all levels.
- Recipe: Makes 1-2 shots: ½-inch piece fresh ginger, ½ cup tightly packed pea shoots, ½ cup tightly packed alfalfa sprouts, ¼ cup fresh/frozen pitaya (red dragon fruit) or ¼ cup peeled chopped grapefruit, 2 raw medium asparagus stalks (¼ cup chopped), ½ stalk celery. Juice in order. Can substitute any sprouts/microgreens (radish/mustard will be very spicy).
