Finding Your Purpose Stabilizer Brain Shot
Protocol- Recipe: Makes 1-2 shots: ¼ cup fresh/frozen blackberries, ¼ cup fresh/frozen raspberries, ¼ cup fresh/frozen strawberries (remove greens if fresh), 1 tbsp fresh/frozen wild blueberries (or 1 tsp juice or powder, or add 3-4 more blackberries if unavailable), ¼ cup tightly packed fresh parsley. Juice in order; mix in wild blueberry juice/powder last if using.
- When to use: Sense that you're missing out on something and don't know what; feeling lost or out of place; sense of sadness; never feeling satisfied; feel you're not living life meant to live or not fulfilling destiny; feel you've lost free will or want to access free will; feeling unproductive; don't know where you're going in life; lost meaning with anything or everything you're doing.
