Protocol
  • When to use: Feeling shaky or anxious; random spasms, twitches, tics, shifting/moving pain throughout body; any neurological onset or episode; breaking nervous feeling about present/future/past; help calm restless legs syndrome; before flying or taking a trip; before weddings and meaningful events.
  • Recipe: Makes 1-2 shots: ¼ lime peeled, ¼ cup tightly packed spinach, ¼ cup roughly chopped kale (tightly packed), ¼ cup roughly chopped lettuce (green leaf or butter leaf, tightly packed), ¼ cup tightly packed fresh cilantro, ¼ cup tightly packed fresh parsley, 2 raw medium asparagus stalks (¼ cup chopped), ½ stalk celery. Juice in order.
