  • When to use: Breaking repeated painful thought patterns from difficult situation; chronic OCD or OCD relapse/heightening (covers all forms and varieties); song you don't want playing in head; disturbing repetitive thoughts replaying; repetitive thoughts causing repetitive actions; hearing voices or upsetting/questionable thoughts telling you to do bad things; unhelpful memory of past keeps arising.
  • Recipe: Makes 1-2 shots: 1 radish, ⅛ cup loosely packed fresh sage (~8 leaves), ½-1 apple, 1 stalk celery. Juice in order.
