Sleep and Recharging Stabilizer Brain Shot

Protocol
  • When to use: Before a nap; want quick recharge; feel like battery constantly low; easily awakened during night's sleep; don't feel rejuvenated when waking up (drink either after waking or before sleep); tremendous output wanting to regain strength. Healing technique: drink shot, place in resting position, close eyes - shot delivers benefits even if you don't fall asleep.
  • Recipe: Makes 1-2 shots: ¾ cup fresh/frozen mango, ⅛ cup tightly packed fresh dill, ¼ cup chopped cucumber, ½ cup roughly chopped butter lettuce (tightly packed), ½ tsp pure maple syrup (optional - must be 100% maple syrup, not maple-flavored). Juice in order; stir in maple syrup if using.
