Blood sugar spikes

Symptom
  • High fat diet: Blood sugar jumping 70 points from one banana is caused by high fat diet creating insulin resistance - nuts, seeds, nut milks, oils, avocado, chocolate, chicken, meat, eggs, dairy all create fatty liver and pre-diabetic state
  • Liver dysfunction: Blood sugar spikes occur when the liver becomes dysfunctional, overburdened, stagnant and sluggish, losing its glucose storage capacity and ability to properly release glucose to keep blood sugar balanced
  • Oil/fat interference: Oil or fat in food battles with sugar causing blood sugar spikes
  • Loss of glucose storage: When the liver becomes dysfunctional, glucose storage diminishes and starts to disappear, preventing proper blood sugar regulation
