Diarrhea

Symptom
Chronic diarrhea per MM is caused by unproductive bacteria (primarily strep strains and E. coli varieties), viruses, yeast, mold, and fungus creating inflammation in the small or large intestinal tract. A sluggish liver releasing sludge and pathogenic waste into the intestines exacerbates the condition. Foods like eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, and corn feed these pathogens, triggering reactive episodes. Acute diarrhea from a genuine parasite or food-borne pathogen is distinct from chronic diarrhea — acute cases are violent, short-lived, and can require hospital IV support for dehydration; chronic cases require sustained gut and liver healing.
  • Canola oil and processed food oils: Canola oil and other processed vegetable/seed oils are documented by MM as direct triggers for diarrhea and chronic loose stools. They irritate the intestinal lining, damage the liver, and feed unproductive microorganisms. MM lists 'chronic loose stools, constipation, diarrhea' as symptoms of canola oil consumption. These oils are ubiquitous in restaurant food, packaged goods, and most processed products.
  • Corn and natural flavors: Corn (including corn syrup, corn starch, popcorn) and so-called 'natural flavors' are listed as causes of diarrhea. MM identifies corn as feeding viruses and unproductive bacteria in the digestive system, creating intestinal inflammation. Natural flavors are hidden toxins that irritate the gut lining.
  • Gut filled with unproductive bacteria (strep), funguses, viruses, mucus, mold, yeast
  • Celery juice die-off reaction (temporary): Initial diarrhea or loose stools after starting celery juice is a healing (die-off) reaction, not a reason to stop. The sodium cluster salts in celery juice kill Streptococcus, Staph, C. diff, E. coli, Shingles, EBV, and other pathogens. When even one small pathogen dies, the body reacts with a flushing response. This is a sign the person has significant pathogenic load. The solution is to lower the amount of celery juice temporarily — not to stop — and build up slowly as the body adjusts.
  • Liver full of sludge from bugs and troublemakers
  • Negative reactions to eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, corn - these feed pathogens in gut
  • Sodium bicarbonate and fad gut remedies: Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) taken internally can cause diarrhea, vomiting, and severe bloating. It disrupts the gut's beneficial bacteria and worsens bacterial and fungal infections. MM has documented cases where people struggle significantly after using sodium bicarbonate as a 'remedy.' Apple cider vinegar taken internally also irritates gut health issues and worsens diarrhea by damaging the intestinal lining.
  • Strep and other bugs multiplying, causing chronic inflammation in intestines
