Edema

Symptom
Edema is a mystery swelling that cannot be explained by an obvious heart or kidney condition. It is caused by a stagnant, sluggish liver battling low-grade viral infection and overburdened by a high-fat/high-protein diet. The liver becomes unable to filter toxins adequately, causing the lymphatic system to become overloaded. The lymphatic system then draws in more fluid to dilute the toxic sludge it cannot process, creating a cycle of fluid retention. The water of water retention is not clear — it is a pus-like, opaque fluid filled with viral byproduct and toxins.
  • High-fat high-protein diet: A high-fat/high-protein diet (including healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, nut butters, eggs, dairy, and meat) accelerates edema by burdening the liver and thickening the blood. When fat is high in the bloodstream, it prevents the immune system from seeking out and destroying pathogens, allowing viral infections to intensify and pathogen waste to accumulate in the lymphatic system. This is why swelling temporarily decreases during fasting — the liver gets relief from fat processing.
  • EBV feeding on mercury releasing neurotoxins: Epstein-Barr virus inside the liver can feed on mercury and release mercury-based neurotoxins into the bloodstream. These neurotoxins enter the lymphatic system, which draws in more fluid to dilute them — directly causing fluid retention. Shingles, HHV-6, cytomegalovirus, and herpes simplex also produce neurotoxins and dermatoxins that overload the lymphatic system. People with high viral loads have more toxic (yellow/pus-like) lymphatic fluid.
  • Lymphatic system swelling, collecting water to dilute toxins
  • Chemical and petrochemical exposures: Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, air freshener chemicals, fragrances, colognes, perfumes, petrochemicals, carpet solvents, secondhand smoke, vaping, nanotechnology, tattoo ink, hair product chemicals, and pharmaceuticals all overburden the lymphatic system — which was never designed to filter these industrial toxins. This leads to toxic lymphatic fluid accumulation and fluid retention.
  • Stagnant, sluggish liver filled with toxins
  • Herpes in liver: Swelling in hands and feet is caused by herpes viruses in the liver
  • Tissue expansion (long-term unresolved edema): There are two distinct processes: (1) Lymphatic fluid retention — fluctuating, can be managed with massage temporarily; (2) Tissue expansion — permanent thickening of connective tissue, joints, organs, skin, and even the face and head from toxins deposited inside cells over years and decades. Toxins that got out of the liver and that the lymphatic system could not process went into deep connective tissue, organs, brain, spleen, and bones. Everything starts to widen and expand. Lymphatic massage manages fluid retention but does not stop tissue expansion.
  • Toxic sludge from viruses and bacteria being sent from liver to lymphatic system
  • Usually unnoticed viral infection of the liver
