Edema and Swelling

Symptom
Edema and fluid retention are a liver and lymphatic system problem. When the liver becomes overburdened by toxins, pathogens, and fat, it cannot filter effectively. Toxins pass through into the lymphatic system. Because the lymphatic system was never designed to handle industrial toxins and high pathogen loads, it becomes overburdened and the fluid inside becomes toxic — turning from clear to yellow or pus-like. To protect the body, more fluid is drawn into the lymphatic system to dilute the toxins, creating fluid retention. The lymphatic system also sends this fluid throughout the body to try to flush the toxic sludge — but without liver healing, the cycle continues.
  • High-fat high-protein diet: A high-fat/high-protein diet (including healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, nut butters, eggs, dairy, and meat) accelerates edema and swelling by burdening the liver and thickening the blood. When fat is high in the bloodstream, it prevents the immune system from seeking out and destroying pathogens, allowing viral infections to intensify and pathogen waste to accumulate in the lymphatic system.
  • Eggs and dairy feeding pathogens: Eggs feed viruses, bacteria, yeast, mold, and unproductive fungus, triggering edema in the lymphatic system. Dairy fat in the bloodstream allows pathogens to proliferate freely, contributing to the viral load that drives lymphatic fluid retention.
  • If a heart condition, kidney disease, or other obvious illness cannot directly explain this symptom, then a stagnant, sluggish liver that's filled with various toxins while battling a low-grade viral infection is the source, accelerated by a high-fat/high-protein diet.
  • Petrochemical and chemical exposures: Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, air freshener chemicals, fragrances, colognes, perfumes, petrochemicals, carpet solvents, secondhand smoke, hair product chemicals, and nanotechnology all overburden the lymphatic system — which was never designed to filter these industrial toxins. This leads to toxic lymphatic fluid accumulation and fluid retention.
  • Toxic heavy metals: Toxic heavy metals deposited in the liver feed viruses like Epstein-Barr. When EBV feeds on mercury in the liver, it releases mercury-based neurotoxins into the bloodstream. These neurotoxins enter the lymphatic system, which draws in more fluid to dilute them — directly causing fluid retention.
  • Viral neurotoxins: Viral neurotoxins from low-grade infections — particularly Epstein-Barr virus and other herpetic viruses inside the liver — build up in the liver and lymphatic system and cause fluid retention (lymphedema). The neurotoxin buildup prompts the lymphatic system to accumulate more fluid to contain and dilute the toxins.
