Restless legs
Symptom- Viral causes: Caused by one or more of the over 60 varieties of Epstein-Barr virus, one or more of the over 30 varieties of shingles, HHV-6, and simplex herpes viruses. Viral neurotoxins from viruses feeding on toxic heavy metals create neurological symptoms including restless legs.
- Chronic viral infection: Epstein-Barr virus excretes neurotoxins that can travel through bloodstream and weaken neurotransmitters, causing sleep disturbances and restless legs. Sensitive nervous system from nerve weakness contributes to restless legs.
- Intestinal tract issues: Gas bubbles moving through intestinal tract hitting inflamed areas, little diverticulitis from old E coli or streptococcus. The intestinal tract is loaded with nerves - it's like a second nervous system. Food and gas moving through the colon can trigger restless legs.
- Heavy metals and neurotoxins: Heavier metals like copper, mercury, and lead create neurotoxins that settle in lower extremities. When viruses feed on multiple metals, the resulting neurotoxins become highly potent and can cause restless legs syndrome.
- Herpes: Herpes family viruses cause restless legs
- Sciatic nerve issues: Sciatic nerve problems from shingles virus can cause restless legs. The nerve runs down the back of the butt and can get hot and agitated, causing restless legs even without pain. Shingles virus inflames nerves in the lumbar area.
- Shingles virus variety: Shingles family virus causes the itch you can't scratch variety of restless legs. When you have some shingles in you, it creates this type of restless leg symptom.
- Heavy metals: When metals travel to adjacent tissue in the brain, they can cause restless legs
