Sun sensitivity

Symptom
  • Overburdened liver and blood toxicity: A sluggish, toxic liver cannot properly process and neutralize the viral toxins and heavy metals that build up in the bloodstream. Toxic blood then affects the brain and nervous system, contributing to heightened sensitivity including light sensitivity. Cleaning the liver and blood is a foundational step in resolving light sensitivity.
  • Migraine connection: Light sensitivity is a hallmark symptom of migraines, which per MM are caused by toxic heavy metals in the brain (creating electrical storms) and chronic viral infections (EBV, shingles, herpes simplex) depositing neurotoxins on cranial nerves. People with aura migraines experience optic nerve swelling from heavy metals, which directly causes acute light sensitivity. Both the heavy metal cause and the viral cause of migraines produce light sensitivity.
  • Toxic heavy metals in the brain: Mercury, aluminum, and other toxic heavy metals dispersed throughout the brain create electrical storm conditions. These metals oxidize and corrode brain tissue, creating hypersensitivity throughout the central nervous system including sensitivity to light. Mercury is passed through family bloodlines for generations, and aluminum interacts with mercury to produce corrosive byproducts inside the eyes and brain.
  • Viral neurotoxins inflaming optic nerve: Neurotoxins from Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and shingles virus, combined with heavy metals such as mercury and aluminum, inflame the optic nerve and cranial nerves. This makes the brain and eyes hypersensitive to light input. The neurotoxins landing on the vagus, trigeminal, facial, and other cranial nerves cause the nerves to swell and become easily over-triggered by light stimuli.
  • Strep and other pathogens in sinuses feeding light sensitivity: Streptococcus and other bacteria living in the sinuses are fed by foods like wheat, dairy, eggs, and corn. When these pathogens proliferate, they contribute to sinus inflammation and overall nervous system sensitivity including light sensitivity. Removing these trigger foods reduces pathogen load and can significantly reduce light sensitivity over time.
  • Inflamed cranial nerves: The optic nerve and trigeminal nerve are particularly vulnerable to viral neurotoxins and heavy metals. When inflamed, these nerves become highly reactive to light stimulation. The trigeminal nerve — which runs to the eye — is directly targeted by shingles neurotoxins, which is why shingles in the system (even without a visible rash) can cause severe light sensitivity.
