Epstein-Barr virus (chronic)

Condition
Virus that lives in people, percolates, wants to spread and be transmitted; causes many conditions
  • Emotional stress/betrayal: Betrayal is a big one. Knocks the immune system down really low. Gets the adrenals revved up, releasing adrenaline
  • Viral transmission: Bodily fluids can transfer Epstein-Barr, the virus, to the other person
  • true_cause: EBV is responsible for over 95% of thyroid problems (the other 5% from radiation exposure). EBV attacks the thyroid gland causing a range of thyroid issues including hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Graves' disease, thyroid cysts, nodules, and tumors. Different EBV varieties in different groups produce different thyroid manifestations — Group 1 causes goiters and mild slow-moving effects, Groups 2-3 cause benign tumors and nodules, Groups 4-5 cause aggressive hyperthyroidism and cancer — but all groups can cause Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism.
  • transmission: EBV transmits through multiple routes: from parent to baby, infected blood (hospitals don't screen), food from infected food service workers who cut themselves, bodily fluids during sex, kissing, public toilet seats, and contracting in the womb from parents. Transmission also occurs through blood, saliva, tears, and runny nose — only a sneeze or shared glass away. The virus is most contagious during Stage Two (mono phase), though not contagious at all times. People can catch multiple varieties at once.
  • Engineered virus: Manufactured stealth virus that grows slowly and takes years to show symptoms, designed to trick people about where they caught it
  • Nutritional deficiencies: Maybe you're deficient at that time in vitamins and minerals. Maybe you're zinc deficient. Most everybody is. Maybe you're B12 deficient. Most everybody is
  • Historical mutation: Originally harmless herpetic virus that mutated in 1890s due to early antibiotic experimentation and arsenic/lead pesticide exposure
  • Chronic fatigue: Past EBV infection causes ongoing fatigue even when not showing as active in current blood tests
  • Relationship breakups: Relationship breakups are a huge opportunity for Epstein-Barr to sneak in
  • Post-Viral Reactivation: Starts creeping up after COVID/flu/RSV knocks down immune system, giving chronic fatigue again.
  • Mono: The bug that causes mono is Epstein-Barr virus, which comes back later in life
  • Lab creation: The Epstein Bar that's out there today in people is a bug that's pretty much mostly lab created, manufactured, engineered. It's not the same bug as it was back over 100 years ago when it was captured, confined in the lab, fed and manipulated, and then released from the lab, placed into people along the way, through a various variety of medical treatments early on in medical history
  • Heavy metals: Virus feeds on arsenic, lead, and mercury - these toxic heavy metals became its fuel source
  • Immune system compromise: Waiting for your immune system to get lower. An opportunity to launch an attack
