Heart disease

Condition
According to Medical Medium, heart disease has two distinct components: the conventional fatty-liver-driven form where a high-fat diet thickens blood and overworks the heart, and a mystery viral form where HHV-6, HHV-7, and other undiscovered herpesviruses (HHV-9 through 12) create chronic inflammation inside the heart's ventricles and chambers. Both pathways usually coexist. The heart is a muscle that runs on electricity fed by mineral salts; when blood becomes thick from fat or the heart is inflamed by viruses, the heart must work increasingly hard until it can no longer cope.
  • Fatty liver: A fatty, stagnant liver is foundational to most heart disease. When the liver is congested, it cannot process blood properly, blood pressure rises, and the heart labors. Mystery high blood pressure is actually a liver condition — the liver getting sluggish and hardening from decades of fat accumulation.
  • Caffeine: Caffeine creates an electrical surge that can bypass nerves in the heart, causing sudden cardiac events, especially during exercise. This is a cause of sudden heart attacks in otherwise young, healthy individuals.
  • High fat diet over lifetime: Eating high amounts of fat — butter, eggs, pork fat, chicken fat, beef fat, nut butters, oils, dairy — causes the liver to become fatty, stagnant, and sluggish. The heart must then pump increasingly thick, congested blood from a clogged liver. Over years this overworks and tires the heart, leading to heart disease and heart attacks. Fat from any source (vegan or animal) contributes when consumed in excess.
  • Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) jelly substance: EBV lives in most people's livers and creates a jelly-like substance from its waste matter and viral corpses. This sticky jelly builds up in the liver, then escapes through hepatic veins into the heart where it gums up the mitral valve, aortic valve, and tricuspid valve. This is a hidden cause of heart palpitations, tachycardia, and irregular heartbeats connected to heart disease.
  • Overexercising without proper nutrition: Extreme athletic exertion over many years without protecting the heart with mineral salts, antioxidants, and proper foods can wear out the heart. Athletes can have heart attacks in their 30s and 40s if they exercise intensively while eating high-fat diets.
  • Dirty, thick blood: Fat in the diet makes blood thick and dirty like a milkshake. The heart has to suck blood through narrowed arteries, working far harder than normal. Chronic dehydration compounds this, further thickening the blood and increasing strain on the heart.
  • High fat diet: Fat thickens blood and heart has to kill itself to pump thick blood through. Fat builds up as plaque inside heart arteries
  • Artery fissures and plaque buildup: Heart disease often starts with a small fissure in an artery. The body patches it with a combination of cholesterol, calcium, and other substances. Over time as the diet continues to damage arteries, the patches layer up and arteries progressively narrow.
  • Toxic metals: Heavy metals as irritating factors that cause the body to keep patching arteries with cholesterol
  • Toxic heavy metals: Heavy metals serve as irritating factors that cause the body to continuously patch artery fissures with plaque, leading to progressive atherosclerosis. Heavy metals also feed viruses that create heart inflammation.
  • HHV-6 and HHV-7 (mystery heart disease): HHV-6 and HHV-7 are the primary viral causes of myocarditis, pericarditis, and endocarditis — conditions labeled as 'mystery heart disease' by MM. These viruses create chronic inflammation inside the heart's ventricles and chambers. HHV-7 is a close relative of HHV-6. Undiscovered HHV-9, HHV-10, HHV-11, HHV-12 also contribute to heart problems.
  • HHV-6: HHV-6 creates mystery heart disease - chronic inflammation inside ventricles and valves, not clogged arteries from diet
  • Artery fissures: Starts because there's a little fissure in the artery, body patches it up with cholesterol. If irritating factors continue, body keeps patching until blood flow is blocked
