Unhealthy bowel movements
ConditionSinking stool indicates undigested fat and protein in the stool due to weak liver and poor hydrochloric acid production
- Undigested fats: Chocolate, nuts, nut butters, eggs, peanut butter all sink when put in water - same happens in toilet when not fully digested
- Weak liver: Everybody has weak, stagnant, sluggish liver that's not working well, along with weak hydrochloric acid
