Celery juice protocol

Protocol
Celery juice contains sodium cluster salts — undiscovered subgroup phytochemical compounds distinct from regular table sodium or macro sodium. These are bonded to trace minerals and are unique to fresh celery juice. When heated or processed (boiled, pasteurized, HPP), the cluster salts still appear but lose the functional power they have in fresh juice. Science has not yet studied or identified these compounds. Celery juice enters the liver through the hepatic portal vein highway, flushing toxins, petrochemicals, solvents, and pathogens from the liver. It helps the liver regenerate and rebuild bile reserves. It also helps restore stagnant, sluggish livers and flushes the garbage patch of accumulated toxins. The morning lemon water loosens liver toxins and celery juice then flushes them out. Celery juice is described as the only complete electrolyte on the planet. It contains trace mineral salts that go to every part of the brain — neurotransmitters, glial cells, neurons, left and right hemispheres. Unlike standard electrolytes, the mineral salts in celery juice are bonded to trace minerals that stay in the bloodstream, maintaining sodium balance without causing sodium overload. It feeds the brain's electrical system. Celery juice is herbal medicine — an herbal extraction like tea — not merely a vegetable juice. It is classified as an herb, and juicing is the only way to extract sufficient medicinal concentrations from it. Eating celery stalks does not deliver the same benefits. It is the foundational healing tool of the Medical Medium morning cleanse. Celery juice is not a direct metal remover — it does not bind onto metals and carry them out the way the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie does. Its role is to neutralize metals, lower their strength and toxic nature, and bind onto metal byproduct and waste that makes people sick. It helps dislodge metals so they are more available for removal. People often notice brain fog improvement from celery juice alone because of this metal byproduct binding. Celery juice rebuilds and strengthens the gastric glands in the stomach, which in turn restores production of hydrochloric acid (HCL). Depleted HCL causes undigested proteins to rot in the gut, producing ammonia and contributing to bloating, bacterial overgrowth, and SIBO. Daily celery juice consumption builds HCL reserves back up so the stomach can properly break down proteins and kill pathogens entering through food. Sodium cluster salts break down the sheath (membrane) surrounding pathogens — viruses have a membrane and the cluster salts eat away at it on contact. This gives celery juice antiviral and antibacterial properties. It kills streptococcus, E. coli, H. pylori, EBV, shingles virus, HHV-6, HHV-7, HHV-8, and herpes simplex by dissolving their outer membranes. It also kills unproductive bacteria, fungus, mold, and yeast in the intestinal tract. This is herbal medicine at its best Unlike table salt, which reacts with ammonia gas to create a more potent form of it, the sodium cluster salts in celery juice neutralize ammonia gas. Regular salt injures the gastric glands and slows liver function; celery juice's natural sodiums do the opposite — they act as neutralizers of ammonia and other toxins in the body.

Important Notes

  • Do NOT add anything to celery juice: no water, ice, lemon, apple cider vinegar, apple, collagen powder, supplements, powders, or any other food or ingredient. Do NOT use bottled HPP (high pressure pasteurized) celery juice from stores — HPP is a form of pasteurization that destroys the cluster salts even if the label says raw. Do NOT use powdered celery juice or reconstituted celery powder. Do NOT drink blended celery without straining out all pulp.
  • Prescribed medications can be taken before or after celery juice with a 15-30 minute gap in either direction. If medication must be taken with food, celery juice does not count as food. Consult a physician for specific medication questions.
  • storage: Best consumed immediately after juicing. Can be stored in an airtight glass jar or bottle in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, retaining most benefits. Potency decreases by the hour after juicing. Can be stretched to 48-72 hours if necessary, though less potent. Can be frozen if travel necessitates it — drink as soon as thawed and do not add water during thawing.
  • preparation: Fresh celery must be juiced (not blended) and strained to remove all fiber and pulp. Any juicer is acceptable. If using a blender, must strain out all pulp. The juice must be pure celery — no added water, ice, lemon, apple cider vinegar, apple, collagen powder, supplements, or any other ingredient. Adding anything to it destroys or dilutes the sodium cluster salts and ruins the medicinal effect.
