Elevated Biotics

Supplement
Elevated biotics are microorganisms (thousands of them) that naturally live on raw leaves, berries, and fruits that are growing. They are far more powerful than probiotics, prebiotics, or soil-born microorganisms. Unlike probiotics that get killed by stomach HCL, elevated biotics survive stomach acid and travel to the ileum where they restore B12 production.
  • Garden produce: If you grow parsley, cilantro, sprouts, or any edible herbs in your garden, porch, windowsill, or countertop, elevated biotics microorganisms develop on them that can reach the ileum and help produce B12
  • Fresh picked fruit: If you pick an apple off an apple tree and eat it unwashed, you get microorganisms on the skin that can find their way to the ileum to help produce B12
