Dermatitis

Condition
  • High-fat diet burdening liver: A high-fat diet — whether from animal protein, plant oils, nuts, seeds, or nut butters — burdens the liver and keeps it sluggish. A burdened liver cannot rebuild its own immune system to fight the underlying EBV. Eggs (feeding the virus directly) and dairy (feeding the virus) are especially problematic. Even high-protein plant-based diets with lots of nuts and oils can keep dermatitis active.
  • Classic dermatitis mechanism: Classic dermatitis is a garden variety of psoriasis caused by EBV (one of the 60+ varieties of Epstein-Barr virus) inside the liver feeding on copper, aluminum, and traces of DDT and other pesticides. The virus consumes these metals and excretes a dermatoxin — a toxin poisonous to skin. The body pushes this dermatoxin up through the skin to protect internal organs, causing dry skin, dandruff, or patchy, irritated skin.
  • Copper toxicity: Copper is a major driver of dermatitis. Sources include: copper pipes (water), copper cookware (especially old, grooved pots in restaurants), fungicides (contain high copper), inherited from ancestors. When EBV feeds on copper inside the liver, the byproduct becomes a dermatoxin that exits the liver and surfaces through the skin.
  • Copper: Copper leads to dermatitis
  • DDT and pesticide inheritance: DDT and other pesticides from the 1930s–1960s (sprayed on public areas, used in homes) are stored in the liver and passed down through generations. Viruses like EBV specifically seek out these old inherited pesticide residues as a food source, especially in combination with copper. Fungicides also contain high amounts of copper, adding to liver load. Organic food is the first step — stop adding new pesticide load.
  • Not autoimmune — misclassification: Dermatitis and eczema are classified as autoimmune, meaning the body attacking itself. This is inaccurate. The body is NOT attacking the skin — it is protecting its internal organs by pushing dermatoxins (viral waste from EBV feeding on copper/metals) UP and OUT through the skin. The skin is taking the hit to protect organs. This distinction is critical for proper treatment.
  • Stagnant sluggish liver: Dermatitis is all about the liver - stagnant sluggish liver filled with lots of toxins
  • Epstein-Barr virus: Garden variety of psoriasis caused by virus feeding off copper, aluminum, traces of DDT and other pesticides
  • Insecticide exposure: Insecticides being sprayed in or around the home directly add to the pesticide load in the liver that viruses like EBV feed on. Stop using pesticide/insecticide sprays indoors and in yards. Eat as organic as possible. Prioritize avoiding home spray services.
  • Seborrheic dermatitis mechanism: Seborrheic dermatitis has no viral component. It comes from a pre-fatty or fatty liver filled with toxins, resulting in thick, dirty blood. Toxins that should be filtered by the liver escape and reach the skin instead. The liver is on the verge of becoming pre-fatty, and that stagnant, sluggish liver filled with toxins is what drives the condition. This is different from classic dermatitis.
  • Synthetic fragrances as trigger: Synthetic scented products (air fresheners, perfume, cologne, scented candles, fabric softeners) lower the immune system rapidly. White blood cells absorb the chemicals, weakening them. A heavy exposure can mean 3-4 days of weakened immunity, allowing the underlying EBV to flare and produce more dermatoxins. People prone to dermatitis or eczema may experience flare-ups following exposure to synthetic fragrances.
  • Dirty blood from sluggish liver: When the liver is stagnant and sluggish, it can no longer filter blood properly. The blood becomes dirtier, and dermatoxins that should be processed by the liver instead get trapped beneath the skin, causing more severe and widespread dermatitis. Anything that burdens the liver (high fat diet, toxic foods, alcohol, pharmaceuticals) worsens the condition.
